Yeah, y'all are crazy down there in Tampa and St. Pete. And it was the first time I'd ever seen a road rage incident. This guy got out of the car and started like, he had some sort of instrument in his hand. I don't know what it was. But it wasn't sharp enough to break the window but he was pounding on the guy's window and they were calling each other names on it. Oh, Lord. Anyway, y'all are crazy down there in Florida. So shout out to Bay County, Florida. Everybody that's down there and to everyone in Tampa on 93-3 F-L-Z. We used to have a good time at Gasparilla. Okay, then pirates come in that Bay and they are crazy. So Joe Duggers, big court date today. We're gonna talk about that, what you need to know. And again, the court date has been pushed to November 10th. So we are not sure if we are going to trial with Joe Dugger or if Joe Dugger is working a plea deal with a prosecutor. But I'll tell you what Albert Salin, who is Joe Duggers attorney, had to say today in the courtroom. Sister Wives, the discussion, the fallout, the interest continues from the huge announcement on Sunday night that TLC revealed that season 21 of the show would be returning without Cody and Robin. They have quit. Okay, so we know they quit, they opted out. Now, does that mean that they're getting a new show on TLC? We don't know, does it mean they're getting a new show on a whole nother network? We have no idea, but they have quit the sister Wives show. I would say overwhelmingly, people are very much in on this season. They are looking forward to it. And a lot of people say they're gonna come back to the franchise because they were so bored with Cody and Robin. However, however, now a lot of people are discussing what can the long-term plan be for the show without the villains of Cody and Robin. And yesterday, Christine Brown-Woly, my girl, she's been on this show. She and David did in Instagram Live, which was pretty well received, but a lot of people are like, okay, I don't know. If they're not gonna really bring the tea, if it's just gonna be Christine and David pushing their t-shirts, are we, is this show really gonna last? Is it the beginning of the end? I'll tell you that. And then, in addition to the first trailer that TLC dropped, they dropped a second one, confirming Peter Lowen. Janelle's new boyfriend is going to be on the show. Guys, I'm worried. I'm worried, like, do you all think? I mean, that's fast. They only met in the past couple of months. And then Peter Lowen was willing to film. Is our guy Peter Lowen using her? What is going on? Is he just using her to get onto TV? I hope not. I hope this is true love. So we'll discuss and then some other secrets were revealed in this most recent trailer about the women being reunited and kind of talking about the McMansion and the money that was made from Coyote Pass, how it was divided. I'll get into all that plus Hayden Penetere apparently passed away from taking one single oxy pill that was laced with fentanyl, horrific. We'll talk about that in a little bit other tea. Let's get to Joe Dugger, Joe and Kendra Dugger, we are live in the TikTok over 400 strong. We love our TikTokers. Kendra and Joe Dugger, you know them from 19 kids and counting probably TLCs. I guess Sister Wives now is their biggest, most successful show of all time. But Duggers were more ratings more money than Sister Wives for a very long time. Joe Dugger, one of the beloved brothers. No, we all know Josh Dugger is in jail. I mean, for admitting to essaying four of his own sisters, statue of limitations, by the way, just a reminder it was up on that. So they could not charge him in that case. But don't worry, Josh Dugger had a bunch of child corn on his computer, which to this day he alleges is from a friend of his that just got on his computer and was using all these dark websites. Guys, I don't, I can't make it up, I just report it. So anyway, he's serving a 12-year jail sentence. And in fact, while most criminals, including Diddy, are getting their jail sentences reduced, Josh Dugger has managed to get months and months added to his for sneaking in a cell phone, as well as other misconduct violations that we're unaware of. So he's actually adding time to his. So Joe Dugger, who was, from everyone that I've talked to, an Amy Dugger King has been on this podcast and listening to Ginger and Joy speak of Joe. Joe was beloved in the family, and it was a shocker when the 31-year-old earlier this year was arrested for allegedly essaying his sister-in-law who was nine years old at the time. Happened down in the Bay County Florida area when they were on vacation. The girl is 14 now. She was nine when this happened. So what was that? Five years ago, 2020, 2021. Multiple encounters over the course of a family vacation. In fact, Joe Dugger reportedly even confessed this. We know this. This has been published in numerous outlets. He confessed to his father-in-law and he confessed to a police officer. Now, Albert Sol and his attorney down there in FL is trying to get that confession thrown out. He might be successful, but so far we don't know that. What we do know is Joe Dugger has managed not to appear in court again in Florida for the second time. He had a court date if you all recall. A month or so ago and he was not in, he wasn't there for that. In fact, that court date was just kind of like we got an extension and we found out that witnesses are going to be, witnesses are going to be in this trial. And I would say this, I'm not a legal expert, but I would say this case looks like it is moving towards trial because today what happened, Joe Dugger wasn't there. Albert Sol and Files, emotion, Joe Dugger doesn't have to be there because guess what, we're going to have a November 10th, 9 a.m. hearing Eastern Standard Time for Joe Dugger because we are going to potentially add more witnesses. The judge has agreed, okay? So Dugger did not have to appear. There's really nothing for Joe Dugger to do at this point. And the pre-trial continues. So apparently Albert Sol and the prosecutor in this case just yesterday met with one of the witnesses. We don't know who, we don't know if it's the father-in-law, we don't know if it's the detective he confessed to, we don't know if it's his mother-in-law, we don't know if it's the victim themselves. We don't know, but we do know from today that the prosecutor and Joe Dugger's attorney met with one of the witnesses yesterday and deposed them. And now more witnesses are potentially going to be added, which is the reason for the extension. This to me sounds like we're going to trial, which is very scary, I would think, because in Florida, if found guilty, there's a potential that Dugger could be going to jail for life without parole, as my understanding, if USA a child. So, new law passed, he can get the death penalty. That's what I thought. Okay, you all are working on this on my TikTok because we're getting conflicting information. But I do believe that Florida recently passed an update, or an update, a new law that if you are, Thank you. found guilty of child sex crime. I'm probably gonna get banned on TikTok. Anyway, an essay crime. You can go, you can be eligible for the death penalty. So, it doesn't appear, look, they're potentially bringing new witnesses. So, if they were gonna cut a plea deal, I wouldn't think Joe Dugger's attorney would be trying to introduce new witnesses if they were gonna cut a plea deal. On the other hand, maybe they are looking for new witnesses because if they have enough doubt, maybe the prosecutor's gonna go, all right, look, we don't really have enough here, or here's a lesser plea deal. Guess it could work both ways. So, someone says, yes, Kahn says, yep, DeSantis, DeSantis, only thing he's done good. So, let me get this straight. This case is a life case and his attorney allowed, is allowed 60 minutes. Oh my God, they've had a lot more than 60 minutes. They've had tons of, this is like court hearing at least number four, but no Joe Dugger in court. And just a little bit of a refresh as well. I have on my TikTok live a picture of Kendra and Joe Dugger. Husband and wife, you all recall Kendra Dugger appeared on 19 Kids Encounting and counting on many, many episodes. They've been married for a hot minute. They have four children. They were also arrested after he was arrested for essaying his sister-in-law for child endangerment and child false entrapment. They had locks on the outside of the doors and a lot of other things that haven't been made public allegedly. In Arkansas, their case is still open but diverted. And they have been given a set of requirements that they have to do over the next year to have their case dismissed. But they're under a lot of watch. So, we will see what happens. And you know, he is not allowed anywhere near minors, of course, he can't be with his own children unsupervised although he and his attorney, Albert Salen, have tried to fight that. And the judge has absolutely denied all of that. In fact, he wanted Joe Dugger wanted to be able to go back to the home where Kendra's parents and the victim lived because it was like a rental piece of property and they're selling it and the judge said, no, you don't need to do that. You can hire somebody to do that. Kendra can go to that house. You don't need to be anywhere near the vicinity. So, Joe Dugger remains under a lot of, I witness, not I witness, but a lot of a moderate being monitored. So, that's just a bit of a refresh in the Dugger case. That's what came out today. Again, we'll see November 10th. I don't know. If you're a legal expert, tell us more. If they're interviewing more witnesses and introducing more witnesses, is that usually a sign they're gonna go to trial or is that a tactic to get the prosecution to offer a smaller plea deal? It looks like to me, it's moving forward to trial, which is bananas because he is confessed in this case. But I don't wanna, I really, you know, I'm learning a lot about the law though. I'll tell you that. I'm learning about the law. And of course, just a reminder in Bay County, Florida, Joe Dugger earlier this year posted a 600K bond, which was 10%, 60K, and Jim Bob Dugger picked him up. From jail, there you have it. So we will see, we keep kind of moving his court date, but if he goes to trial, that trial's gonna be insane. It's gonna be insane. I would think in Florida, they probably published a lot of trials, you can probably watch. Beth.baker says, "Did the wife get charged on behind?" Yeah. She was charged in Arkansas for a separate incident. Child endangerment and child faults and trapment of her own four kids. But within a month, Kendra was granted rights to get her children back, but they were removed from the home too for a re-period of time. And she's basically got a 12 month probation period to reconcile that case. They have to do a series of things through the court, which have not been made public. Arkansas case has been diverted, right? It's been diverted for one year and they've gotta do this series of things, and then supposedly it'll be thrown out. We'll see, not thrown out, but it will be dismissed. But it has only been diverted, it remains an open case. Somebody says, bullriders, I had no idea that it was her sister. Yeah, and the only reason that I'm saying that, 'cause you know, Kim Zolciak, her son, K.J. Bierman, a lot of speculation about that case too, because videos of him, S.A.ing, a family member, a minor family member, were found on his phone. So people have a lot of speculation about who that is. I'm not gonna speculate on my show. I don't feel comfortable. It's all online. Doesn't take long for you to go online and see what everyone's bringing up. But in the Kendra and Joe Dugger case, I do say who the victim is because the victim's parents, a friend has done press and said the victim is not, she's not ashamed of what happened. She's not embarrassed, they're speaking out. Kendra's parents moved out, they launched to go fund me. They've been telling people at church who it is. So I feel comfortable saying that, because they say they have no shame around it. And they went to police immediately when she revealed this. Is there any, Yovanz, is there any update on the Coldwell's living situation? You know, that's something I need to look into because they had to go fund me going, which I think they hit their goal. They moved out. He was Paul Coldwell was looking for new work, and I'm not sure where that stands. So you know what, Yovanz, that's a good follow-up for the podcast later on this week. Okay, so there's your Joe Dugger update. It was a very big court date today. He did not appear, he has only appeared twice by the way. When he was initially arrested and give it a bond option, and then he appeared via Zoom for the very first court check-in, and that was when he was ordered, you know, to stay away from kids. He couldn't see his own children. He can't go back to the property where his former, well, where his current father-in-law are living. What in the world? People are like, what in the world? They ain't, they're mixed on that. Now, according to Janelle is a great guy. These women have to, the OG3 have to find a way to film together and fight and everything else if this show is going to continue. And that's what leads me to Cody and Robin, definitely quid. By the most, for the most part, people are sharing the video and going, look, they seem like they're begging people to watch. And is this show going to be any good, like Christine selling her t-shirts? Who is this rug dealer in LA who was providing her these black market prescription pills? TMZ also is giving details that they say she took several of the pills that she had purchased from that rug dealer on the flight from LA to South Carolina before she passed. And then she took one fatal oxy pill that morning. They're still waiting on toxicology reports, but police remain very mom as to who they are targeting and investigating in this case. As you recall, Brian Hickerson has been arrested in the past for abusing Hayden Pentateur and now his brother was just arrested for that bar fight video that we all saw. And Zach is telling news outlets that it's, quote, super frustrating all that we've been through and all the rumors that got started and then people believe them and then they attack as a result of the rumors. That's what pisses me off. So according to TMZ, Brian and Zach have been drinking. By the way, apparently Zach was three sheets to the wind. You fool. I mean, by the way, your brother's like dear girlfriend just passed away and you're hammered at a public bar in South Carolina. And you don't think that people are going to come up to you. You dumb dumb. See, I told you they evokes that they really pissed me off. Okay, he's saying that this bar fight was a result of these rumors online. What rumors, Zach? What rumors that Brian's a douche? That's well documented. According to TMZ, which first responded reported the arrest. A source told Brian and Zach had been both drinking at the restaurant for hours. When Brian allegedly got into an argument with someone at the bar and threw a bar stool backwards, the video is everywhere. By the way, the video has been obtained by multiple outlets and show Brian being carried out of the establishment as a bar tell tender is yelling get him out of here. Let him go.
