BREAKING: Ilhan To RESIGN From Congress?! Trump Demands Resignation After Real Name REVEALED S6E23

The report reveals that Congresswoman Ilhan Omar is being investigated for using a false name—Ilhan Omar—when she was elected and sworn into office. Federal authorities, including the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, have confirmed her real name is Ilhan Nursaid Elmi, a name linked to a family with ties to the oppressive Said Bar regime in Somalia. Her father, believed to have been a colonel in that regime, concealed his identity, which raises serious questions about the legitimacy of his and her derivative U.S. citizenship. Evidence includes marriage records, DNA tests, and social media posts from her siblings that confirm familial and military connections. The central allegations are that she married her brother, Ahmed Nursaid Elmi, and misrepresented her identity in immigration and naturalization applications. This deception is seen as a breach of federal law, potentially qualifying as marriage fraud or conspiracy under RICO. The case has drawn attention from Trump, who has publicly urged her resignation and called her actions fraudulent. Investigators have seized personal items, including her husband’s notebooks and phones, suggesting deeper financial or immigration fraud. While her denial of wrongdoing is being challenged, the evidence—especially the name discrepancy, familial ties, and historical context—points to a systemic issue involving immigration fraud and identity deception. The case could set a precedent for broader scrutiny of immigration claims, particularly within the Somali community in Minnesota, where over 36,000 individuals allegedly came in through false family relationships. As the investigation unfolds, legal actions may include deportation, revocation of citizenship, or criminal charges, with potential consequences extending beyond Omar to the wider community.
Iohan Omar, oh that's not her name, they're El Saeed, that's her name, I see, I see how this is all going down, Iohan Omar is actually stuck, I suspect in a massive lie, a massive lie that has just completely blown out of her control and there's nothing she can do about it, except double down on the lie, right, double down on the lie, which is going to wind her up in a whole lot of trouble. Welcome to the program, I'm Trish Regan, we have been all over this story, we're here early today just because all the news keeps happening and happening and happening and it's going to, it's coming at us kind of fast, El Haan Omar is not her name, that's what we have learned from the feds, we actually were reporting that ahead of them and I've got the reporter that discovered that 10 years ago, I'm going to share some clips, additional clips with you today from Scott Johnson, but the feds have now learned, okay, it's not her name and now the president of the United States is calling on El Haan Omar to leave office, she may have to, she may have to leave office because you see, she's being elected under a false name, this is what is being alleged, wow, this is just like the most wild story ever. Make sure you subscribe to the show, Il Haan Omar is not her name, that's what the feds are telling us after having issued that warrant, remember, we talked about this one the other day and the name on this warrant is Il Haan Nursaid El Mi, which would just happen to be the same set of last names on the second day she married. So it looks like Donald Trump wasn't the crazy one after all, remember he kept saying she married her brother, she married her brother, she married her brother and well, what do you know? She married her brother, just listen to Jean Piero, Judge Janine, going on with Jesse Waters last night and she's spelling it out for you, it's clear as day. According to the feds, listen. Her real name is Il Haan Nursaid El Mi, that's what I've been saying for the past 10 years, Trish, and there it is in the government papers that were filed. That's the reporter who called this 10 years ago. That's Scott Johnson and we spoke at length about this. He's got all kinds of documentation, all kinds of records, the feds were interviewing him and sure enough, what did they come up with? Exactly what he told you, exactly what he's been saying for 10 whole years. Il Haan Omar is not her name, it is Congresswoman Il Haan Nursaid El Mi. So Judge Janine, going on Jesse Waters show and spelling it all out, listen to this one, you guys. Jeanine Piero, the US attorney for the District of Columbia. Okay, Judge Il Haan Omar, is that her real name? Her real name is Il Haan Nursaid El Mi, you had it absolutely right. Her sister is Sahra, Nursaid El Mi, and her sister actually wrote a book and talked about the fact that Il Haan is her sister, so that is her name. And that name is almost identical to the name of the guy she married. Is that what is tipping you off? Well, obviously Jesse, I'm not going to tell you what's tipping us off, but what I can tell you is this. There are a lot of questions that we have, and of course, you know, if you have citizenship in this country, your derivative citizenship or your naturalization, your application will turn on precise information, and you have an obligation to report that precise information. So the question is, you know, who is Il Haan Omar and has she followed all of the laws as it relates to naturalization and immigration? And of course, you know, my job as the United States Attorney in the District of Columbia is to go after all public corruption. And we do it, whether we do it with police officers or maybe you're involved in some kind of fraud or child sex trafficking or a councilman who is alleged to take bribes in the amount of $156,000 or a military naval admiral who took bribery or someone at the federal reserve who is selling secrets to China. These are all situations where we make sure that irrespective of whether you're a Democrat or you're a Republican, we're coming after you. If you lie and if you're involved in public corruption. To confirm, Il Haan Omar is living and working in Congress under an alias? Well, you know, you'll have to ask her what she considers her name. I mean, that is something that, you know, she can definitely tell you what we're concerned about is whether or not she has followed the laws as it relates to the use of these names. And it's kind of like in Romeo and Juliet. Remember the capsule. It's in the Montague. It matters not who you are but who you are not. Okay, so that was sort of a direct threat in that who you are not because you see the Said Elmi family is believed to have been connected to the Said bar regime. And if in fact, her father who it is believed was Nursa Eid Elmi was a colonel in that horrific military regime, then they've got a real problem because you see he never sort of gotten refugee status in the first place. And he would have been discarding his family name in an effort to conceal information about who he was and what he had done, which would make his citizenship null and void, which would make her derivative citizenship. It doesn't matter if she was 10 years old or if she was 19 years old. It doesn't matter because his citizenship would be null and void. Therefore her derivative citizenship would be null and void. So the Shakespearean reference. Judging it got a lover. Okay, got a lover. She's terrific. That is a very sort of incognito, although not so incognito way of saying the father may have been really bad news. He was trying to hide the fact that he was bad news because we wouldn't have accepted him as a refugee into the United States to begin with. I've got more color on why he may also have done that, not just to hide his background, but also because it might have offered an entry point in that he otherwise could not have gotten. You know, Scott Johnson, you saw my interview with him yesterday. If you haven't seen it, go back and we cut it as a whole separate interview just so you can watch it. All 28 minutes of it. And I encourage you to do that because it's absolutely fascinating. Scott, for Powerline Blog, which he co-founded, he's been an attorney for 30 some odd years in Minneapolis, has been tracking this woman for 10 years because he said, gee, you know, when she came along out of the blue and she became a state representative, he said, I got kind of interested because I was told by someone in the small young community, it was on a blog, et cetera, that she had married her brother. And she was out, listen to this guy, she was out as a state representative running as a state representative campaigning with the first husband who she said was the father of her children. All while she's allegedly married, well not allegedly, she was married to the quote unquote second husband, which is believed to be the brother. She was still filing taxes jointly with the first husband. I mean, it's wild. And Scott was out there piecing it all together. The first reporter to do so 10 years ago. And he's like, look, I told you this was her name. I told you he's talked to the feds and everything. I'm just going to play a short clip. I encourage you to watch the whole thing. We've got the warrant that actually comes out and names her as having the Said Elme name as well as the Omar name. Her real name is Ilhan Nur Said Elme. That's what I've been saying for the past 10 years, Trish. And there it is in the government papers that were filed yesterday. But what's on the passport? Well, you know, I think that's another path they've taken in this investigation because that those issues wouldn't be barred by statutes of limitations like the marriage fraud stuff that goes back to 2009 and related divorce stuff. But I think she's committed a variety of misrepresentations that raise live issues that are of a legal variety. Yeah. Okay. So the woman is masquerading as somebody else. She's got a whole fake name set up. She's managed to get citizenship under a fake name. I think it's under Ilhan Omar. And yet the real name is a name that's associated with some problems and a problematic past. It's perhaps one of the reasons why they had to get out of Somalia to begin with. The family then traveled to Kenya. I mean, this is this is
pretty unbelievable. And so now the president is calling on her to resign. I get to tell you, she may have to resign because she's being elected under this false presumption not to mention there was immigration fraud at least from her right? If she's going out and marrying the brother and they've got her DNA right now and they've got the sister's DNA I'm hearing. So if they've got the sister's DNA and they've got her DNA and they just have to match it up with the brother's DNA, I met nurse Said Elmi and then all of a sudden they've got her having committed immigration fraud. Also, whether or not she lied on that initial application. In some ways you understand what I'm saying. It doesn't even matter because the father himself who was hiding that name El Said Elmi. He was hiding the name because he didn't want them to know that he was a colonel in the Said bar regime which had committed all of these horrific acts. Some of the in modern times most horrific genocides. I mean, wow. So this is going to become I would think very much a legal issue. I mean, you're violating federal laws here with false statements as to who you are. They're going to pursue natural is de-naturalization of her. They're going to pursue deportation of her. They are going to pursue perhaps much more as the president said. Criminal charges against her. I think that that's going to get into some of the financial stuff potentially. I mean, of course, I should point out that she's denying everything. Just like, you know, she she told Scott Johnson, her reps told Scott Johnson that right after she won state representative, he called up her communications team and he said, gee, you know, do you have any comments on these other comments about her being the sister of the second guy she's married to. And they they got really angry with him and they stuck a lawyer on him who said how dare you and you're a bigot and you just don't want to see this Somalian woman succeed. He's like, no, I'm just like saying, you know, is she married to him? And they would never answer that question quite telling. They always go back to the well of you're being racist. It's like, guys, come on. Like just own up to it. She's in a mess. I mean, a very, can you imagine living this lie? I mean, I just I can't, I mean, what a massive tremendous insane total lie. And she's sitting there lying through her teeth with this lousy joke of a reporter who's an advocate on MS now who can't even ask the proper question or wait for a proper answer and still she screwed up. I mean, this is like an implosion in real time. Watch it. Every time he talks about you, he will casually say something wild about you. Like he'll tweet, Bill and Omar, she married her brother, blah, blah. You think you see that? You think yourself? Boy, that sounds odd. I don't, it seems unlikely that you married her brother. There are right-wing people who believe that this man was your brother. You have called it a disgusting lie. Well, you, who was this man that was your husband? When did they start saying that he was your brother? Why? I started with the Somali blog that I don't know if it still exists, but somebody put in there that he had to have been my brother or something to that effect. And white wing conspiracy theorists in Minneapolis got a hold of it and they just kind of went and found random people who were like, she introduced us. She introduced him to us and said he was her brother, which is insane. I mean, I don't know those people that they talk about. He was, you were not related to him at all. There's not like, so there's just a weird kernel of truth that's some game. Not for my knowledge. That was the big gotcha, right? In terms of what you're talking about promising. Like we're gonna nail her on the marriage. Yeah. That was the source of the immigration fraud. That no longer seems to be the issue that they are putatively investigating, right? They've now moved on to whatever your representations your father made in his naturalization process about you. Is that your understanding? But it's also very convenient because maybe that's no longer alive. Right. So it's it's another thing they can crack on forever. Right because there's no, because the person who signed the paperwork and did it all is no no longer here to answer the charge. Right. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. So couple things there. You know, did you hear what she said? Basically about our friend Scott Johnson from Powerline blog that went and did a lot of this initial research. She's you know calling him a conspiracy theorist and there's these terrible people out there in Minneapolis. He explained to me exactly how he first became interested in this story. Let's listen to this. I found a site an official Minnesota marriage database that's available online and I put Ilhan Omar's name in there and out pop the name of these two guys and the dates of the marriages as reflected on this Somali spot site except that she hadn't actually followed through with a marriage to the first guy who was advertised as the father of her children and her real husband in her campaign. And the second was a 2009 legal marriage that she did actually do to a guy named Ahmed Nora Said Elmate whom the post on Somali spot said was her brother. So when I found that and found that the information seemed to check out, I went to Omar's site and looked up the phone number of her communications manager for the campaign and called the communications manager on Friday morning of that week. And I said I assume you're familiar with this post on Somali spot that talks about Ilhan being married to two guys, one of whom is her brother. Can you give me a comment? And the campaign communications managers said I'll get back to you this afternoon. Well, it was more like 6 p.m. that evening. I didn't hear back from the campaign communications manager but rather from an attorney, Minneapolis attorney, criminal defense attorney named Gene Brandel with a really obnoxious non-response response of the classic variety not giving me a comment but calling me a bigot. And you know, somebody like Donald Trump who didn't want to see the success of a minority in spades Ilhan Omar. And I thought, wow, that's really interesting. And I wrote up a post that night and posted it on Powerline Ilhan Omar her back pages and put it up on Powerline. And you know, it kind of took on a life of its own. Yeah, a life of this because how is it that you can have a congressperson who's married to her brother? Who by the way, the congressperson who's not even going by the name that she was given? I mean, this is why the president is calling on her to resign. And we're going to get to that. But a quick shout out to one of our great sponsors, Kalsi, which is amazing because you can bet on trade on anything like anything. Here's a trade. Will the US move to revoke Ilhan Omar's citizenship this year? You can see how it's been climbing climbing climbing. Look at that upwards trajectory. 54 cents on no and 46 on yes. There's another one which caught my eye. She's going to be charged with the federal crime this year. That one seems to be going increasingly in the up category as well. And that's 44 saying yes, 56. No, but you know, you can you can trade on anything actually. And one of my friends actually made this trade last night. My colleague actually at 76 research. I'm giving it all away. He's actually he did like a a dual thing where he's he's trading on packs in winning. He thinks that, you know, maybe these odds and they'll compress us. We get closer of course to the election, but his view is that Paxton is going to be able to pull it off. And so if you believe that and, you know, everybody use your own caution. You have to be over 18, read the fine print, etc. But if you believe that and you put money on that, the odds would suggest a better payout, right? Because right now the majority of the money is on Talarico winning. And I gosh, I'd be surprised if Talarico pulls it off, but you know, hey, and then he also he did like a double bet because you can actually, you know, team up some of these trades. And so you can trade on on two candidates. In this case, he also traded on new new winning over papas in New Hampshire. And so he's got both New Hampshire and Texas together. And I told him, I hope Rob, you used my code because I can give you $55 here. Trish sent to 55. How do you like that? You trade 25, you get 55. Go to calcio.com/r/trish. And we thank them for their patronage here. It's a lot of interesting stuff that you can trade, especially in light of what's coming in the next couple of weeks. But Ilhan Omar is now expected to resign. I think she's going to kind of have to because the fall
false misrepresentation is rather significant. I mean, to say your name is one thing when really it's another, and now the feds are coming out with all of it, along with the warrant, Donald Trump, saying it was just revealed that Ilhan Omar's name. This is on true social, and this is what he put out late last night after his appearance in Iowa. He said, "It is not Ilhan Omar, the one she used to get elected and sworn into Congress, but rather it is an entirely different name. Ilhan Nurse Said Elmi." And that her last name is incredibly also the last exact last name of her brother. Ahmed Nurse Said Elmi, the person they said she had married and had children with. I don't actually think he may be mistaken on that. I don't believe the children were with the second husband. I think the children, she continued to have children. This was like one of the tip-offs, right? Because she was continuing to have children with Ahmed number one while married to Ahmed number two. So anyway, he goes on, "When asked whether or not she married her brother, she said not to my knowledge," which he has said, "is one of the worst answers he's ever heard." One of the worst answers I've ever heard too, "Imagine saying not to my knowledge." I mean, did your lawyer tell you to tell them that? It's like, if you don't have a good answer to that, I'm sorry, you really shouldn't be doing that interview. I mean, I would just sort of fold up and go home at that point, Ilhan, like really far home, like home to Somalia home, okay? Anyway, in other words, she didn't know. He asked, therefore, because she used a fake name to be sworn in. I assume that she must immediately resign from Congress. Please inform the speaker of the House of Representatives, James Michael Jordan, that the "Dama" crack priority has just conceded her seat. Ilhan Nursaiyad Elmi, her real name, has openly admitted to fraud and she will not legally be allowed to be a member of this August body from this point forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I mean, that's actually, that's real stuff. I don't know how she could stay in that position because of the misrepresentation, because of the fraud. You're on the ballot is one thing when you're really another. Now, let's take an example. Suppose Omar was the married name. Supposed she had legitimately, and I mean legitimately, married a gentleman with the last name Omar. In that case, you know, she might have continued to campaign under her maiden name, which would have been, in this case, I guess, Il Saeed, Il Saeed Nursaiyad Elmi, forgive me, Nursaiyad Elmi. So if she was campaigning under Nursaiyad Elmi, even though she was married in the proper legal name was then Omar, I think that would be okay because probably somewhere in the paperwork when push came to shove, she's signing as herself with the understanding that she has, you know, in my business, people have what they call stage names, so a lot of women in television have a different name with their husband than they might have on air. And that's actually really common to see. So she could have been that, and I think that would have been fine. The problem here is that she's kind of lying to everyone. I mean, it sounds like they were lying when they came in the door way back when. And Donald Trump is hot on the trail. Here he is, guys, late last night in Iowa campaigning and saying this. It was just revealed just a little while ago that Il Saeed Nursaiyad Elmi, not a person I've ever been particularly fond of, that her name is not Il Saeed Nursaiyad Elmi. The one that she used to get elected and sworn into Congress, in other words, she used the name Ilan Omar, but rather it's an entirely different name, Iran, Nursaiyad, Elmi, slightly different than Ilan. That's this. And I don't know if you heard this also. Have you people heard this? Have you heard this actually? The last name is incredibly also the exact last name of her brother, Ahmed Nursaiyad Elmi, the person that they say she married and had children with. Are you allowed to do that? Jeff, are you allowed to do that? I don't know. Johnny, I don't know. You're an expert. Are you allowed to do that, Johnny? When asked whether or not she married her brother today, they asked her, "Did you marry your brother?" She said, "Not to my knowledge." That's one of the worst answers I think I've ever heard. You know, I've heard some bad political answers, I can go over a lot of them, but that would be about the worst. Not to my knowledge, I don't think so. Did you have children with your brother, and I'm not sure. She didn't know whether or not she married her brother, she wasn't sure, so she's not looking good because she used the fake name to be sworn in, I assume. She must immediately have to resign from Congress, so. So please inform our great speaker of the House of Representatives, James Michael Johnson, I bet you didn't know that James was there, right? I just thought it was very classy, I was going to use it, he's great, he's a great guy too. That the Democrat Party has just conceded her seat, that Ilhan Nur, Sayed Downey, her real name is openly admitted to fraud, and she will not be legally allowed to be a member of that. Okay. So the same as the tweet, I saw in your comment, you guys were asking about the name. So the father's name was originally Nurse Sayed, Mohammed Elmi, and the brother's name was Ahmed, Nurse Sayed Elmi, and Ilhan according to Judge Jeanine Piro, according to the DOJ, according to the warrant, is Ilhan, Nurse Sayed Elmi. So yeah, Ilhan, Nurse Sayed Elmi, and Ahmed, Nurse Sayed Elmi somehow wound up married because somebody needed to be over here in the United States of America so he could go to school. And the marriage was done by a Christian pastor, so you get two Muslim people, she's already married in her Muslim faith, getting married in a religious Christian ceremony. And this time, the marriage is recorded on the docket with the state, I mean talking about being like, and I was like a giant FU, right, a Christianity, a giant FU, it's like, well, we really know this marriage is fake because we're doing it in the Christian tradition. I don't know how she stays on. What do you guys think, I mean, does she stay or does she go, okay, we can come up with whole song for this one because this lady is toast, like toast. She is going to have to leave, and I'm pretty sure that they can enforce the law on this one. The federal investigators have her real information, they know her real name, they're saying, suggesting from Jeanine Piero's interview with her reference to Shakespeare and Romeo and Juliet, basically, this isn't about, you know, it's not even about your name, it's about what you're not. In other words, if you are, who we believe you are, which is the daughter of a guy who committed some atrocities, the nurse Said Elmi family, then it's game over for you because he never should have been allowed in the first place to be in the country. You almost have to feel bad for her because this train wreck interview she did really shouldn't have happened. I mean, somebody should have gotten out there, a lawyer and advised her, hey, honey, hold on here, like, let's separate truth from fiction, and then we'll figure it out, but instead they let her get out there and here's to just keep hanging herself over and over and over and over again. Watch this. I'm confident that you're going to come out on the other side of this with your freedom intact. I'm confident in my truth. My truth. My truth. It gets to be whatever I want it to be on any given day because I'm Ilhan Omar or Ilhan nurse Said Elmi kind of has a nice ring to it. Anyway, it should be okay, Ilhan, because you've told us all over and over and over again that you can just go live anywhere. That it's all going to be fine in Hunky Dory, right? This is what you said some, what, six months ago on one of your buddy's podcasts. His name is, is he on med too? Med D or something? I can't remember. I mean, I have no worry. I don't know how they take away my citizenship and like, deport me, but it's, but I don't even know like why that's a, like, such a scary threat. Like, I'm not the eight year old who escaped war anymore, I'm grown, my kids are grown. Like, I can go live whatever I want. Okay. You can. Alrighty. Then you might want it because it gets worse with what I'm about to tell you. So we revealed some of this information earlier, but you see that.
there's a sister. Well, there's there's a few sisters. She says she's got six siblings. So there's potentially six witnesses to all of this. Anyway, six siblings. We only know of one that has been publicly admitted to. But if you look at social media, because she didn't think she might be running for office, she had a tendency to, well, let's just say she and her family, her siblings had a tendency to just, you know, put it all out there on social media, and those records still exist. They can do something called, you know, using the way back machine, because basically once you post it, it's always there, even if you try and take it down. And secondly, a lot of this material was gathered by our friend Scott Johnson, and he's got records of it. So what I'm going to show you, he has been assembling in one of those things that both Scott has had for years, and also New York Post just came up with today. We showed you yesterday is the marriage certificate of the sister over in London. And on this marriage certificate, do you see who the father is listed as? Nurse Said Elmi. And then do you see what his occupation is listed as? Military officer. Now, how do we know this is the sister? This is not the sister that you see her out and about with all over Minneapolis. This is not the sister that had to cancel the event that she was supposed to be doing at the University of Minnesota last week, due to a family emergency. That would be Safra Nur, and OOR, which may be a play on Nur. And you are. So Safra is the sister who grew up here in the States with Ilhan. We're talking about a different sister, a different sister that seems to have been the one that raised the brother. This is Ahmed, nurse Said Elmi, the second husband, or brother, or both. Okay. Anyway, the sister that I want to get at, because this is the one who's married certificate, is now making the rounds in terms of having been reported today in the New York Post. We brought that to you courtesy of Scott and his blog just a couple of days ago. And we've continued to kind of investigate this whole family unit. But this is the father. Okay. So the father is on social media from years ago. This is a Facebook post from Safra Nur, the sister from the United States. Bear with me. I know it gets a little bit confusing. So this is Safra. Remember the one in the U.S. And then this is her posting about her father who goes by nurse Said or used to on Facebook. And she's saying, I love my father besides being an awesome dad. He's also a great political strategist, blah, blah, blah. Don't mess with him or his daughters. So she's referring to Nur Said as her father. Then you go and you find Nur Said. And you see his picture here. And this was discovered by Scott. He is right there on Facebook. And then take a look at one of his friends there is a woman named Layla Silmi or kill me, whatever. I don't know how it's pronounced, but Layla, let's go with Layla. So Layla got married. And in that marriage certificate, here's Layla's marriage certificate. I believe here we go. This is something that was provided out of the UK to Scott's blog, power line blog. And in this, you see she's got her father listed as nurse Said Elmi. And she's also listing the military officer occupation. How do we know that Layla is related? Well, it seems that way, only because do you see this guys? I don't know how well you can see this. But if you look at above her picture, above where it says Facebook, it says www.facebook.com/layla.elmi/167. So that was her original name and the original page. And they were able to get screen grabs of that. And again, the marriage certificate I've showed you, the New York Post has a little bit of a better version. But again, same stuff here. So Nur Said and he is being referred to as a military officer. This is the brother in some ways. And you heard Chris Hayes saying, oh, you know, they don't care about the brother anymore. I think people care. I mean, it's just another example of the immigration fraud, but I think when it really gets down to it, if you're looking at a father who came here under false pretenses saying he was one person, when really he was another and he was trying to hide the Said Bar Marxist dictatorship relationship. And the fact that he had, from most reports at this point, worked as a colonel. I mean, not just my reports, but gosh, his own daughters, marriage certificate, referring to his military career. This is something that the Ilhan does not admit to. Ilhan calls him an educator, that he was just an educator. It's quite different. And then I think it's rather relevant when you look at how software herself, again, the sister that Ilhan grew up with, is referring to her father. Because read this, she said, besides being an awesome dad, it turns out he's also a great political strategist and fundraiser. And everyone knows to never, ever mess with any of his children, especially his daughters. It's just kind of weird thing to say. So again, he's not named Omar. So how did he get that name? It may be because when he first came into the country, he attached himself to some Omar's. That's the family tree that we have explored. And we've talked about this. If you're just joining the show, make sure you subscribe. And forgive me if I'm repeating myself, but just remember, apparently he came to the country. And he may have been sponsored by the Omar family, which was living in Arlington, Virginia. So they came in as, quote, Omar's, because there was a P3 family reunification program going on at the time. They suspended it in 2008 under the Bush administration, because it turned out when they did a random sampling of DNA, with people that actually agreed to give their DNA, because most people would not. And even when they agreed to give their DNA, 80% of them were frauds. So they'd say, oh, yeah, you know, this is a family member. And I got a brother-in-law over here and a cousin over here and an uncle over here. And it turns out, no, none of them related. We're related. They were just basically piggybacking off of another person's, you know, ability to bring someone in. So that's, it is assumed how he came to have the name Omar, while the rest of the family that went to the UK continued to go by the name Elmi. It's crazy. Seven siblings. We can only account seemingly for five. There's Sahra who grew up or I guess she was older by then, because she's a few years older than Ilhan grew up with Ilhan in Minnesota, because they went from Arlington, Virginia. They were in the DC area and then they went out to Minnesota. And then there's these three kids. That's all that we know of over in the UK. I mean, this is really pretty, and think about it, guys. Okay. Just think about this woman. Is a representative in the US Congress. She was on the Foreign Affairs Committee. And she's not even given us her real name. Again, I'll reiterate that Ilhan says we're all nuts. That this is because we don't like Muslims or we don't like smallians or we don't like, you know, people from the global south. I mean, that it's somehow all in our heads. And that there is, you know, no truth whatsoever to any of this. I would say Ilhan, I think you might have some more information coming your way. And I think you better quit the lying like you seemingly keep doing. I mean, I you have a lawyer out there. I would I would encourage the lawyer to sit you down and say, what's what? Because this is not a good look, whether you're talking to MS now or Lindell TV. Hi, Congresswoman Tom Homan said that you're under criminal investigation for immigration marriage fraud. Any comment on that? No, I don't have a comment for that. No, you always say no one's about the law. So do you think you should be about the law? I am not above the law. Well, if there's some if there's some marriage fraud, what can you just tell us straight up? Did you marry your brother? Absolutely not. What are ridiculous things to us? Well, then why are you married your brother? Absolutely not. Absolutely not. That's disgusting. So nobody should be doing that. Why are you being criminally investigating? I am not. Yes, you are. I am not. Well, then Tom Homan's a liar or what? He is. He's been saying some dumb shit. Thank you. Oh, thank you, Congresswoman. So they were already on tour. And Scott Johnson told me that they had come out and met with him back in January. So he knew that they were investigating her. We had heard by multiple people they're investigating her. Some people think that perhaps one of the reasons why they were investigating Ilhan Omar wasn't just because of what they believed to be immigration fraud, but also because as they believe she may be associated.
with some larger kind of financial fraud. So that's the next leg to this. Mark Garagos was actually on Newsmax last night, and he made an interesting point saying that, you know, not that it's not a big deal. It's obviously a huge deal. The immigration fraud. And yes, you could be deported, et cetera, over there. I think it's actually a bigger story because you probably have a whole lot of people with this RICO case that did similar types of things. In other words, came into the country saying that they were related to one person when they really weren't. And so you're going to run the risk that potentially you could have a whole lot of people in a similar spot to Ilhan, should they decide to pursue that. But Garagos's point was that there might be something larger here, and that they needed to get these records. They needed to get the phones. They needed to get the computers. And you'll note that they also got the notebooks of her husband. Now, her husband does not exactly have what I'd say is a squeaky, clean, kind of financial past. We've talked about this in great detail before. There were a lot of seemingly, to be lies that were all over his website. Like, you know, he had somehow had experiencing managing $60,000,000 billion. And that would be kind of a big deal. I mean, you're not even registered with the SEC. So that was of concern. They may be wanting to figure out if she had a role in not just feeding our future, but any kind of other additional financial fraud that they believe to be emanating from Minnesota in general. Don't forget that $17 billion, $17 billion, it's estimated worth a fraud just out of that one state. We've talked about the enormous amounts of cash that were going back in suitcases. It's just the amount that they were actually declaring going back to Somalia and going back to Dubai and other parts of the Middle East. So they may have wanted to get more information. It is quite intriguing to me that they took the husband's notebooks, along with all of their electronics, in Ilhan's words, what the feds took during that raid. Here we go. And they start searching the house. Right. What, where did they go? And what did they take? They went room by room. And they took 17 items. Those include a number of phones, right? Including your personal phone? Yeah, they took my phone. An old phone, I believe, that was a travel phone of mine. The bike? Youngest daughter's first phone. That was also all sitting in her room. And then a phone that I just got and replaced that was instilled in my position. They also took, my understanding, as like a few keepsakes, like something that your husband got for graduation. His grandfather, is that right? From his uncle, who he gave him this camera, I think, from the '60s. He was in the Navy. And he'd used it to document his life while he was stationed abroad. They took that. They took that. They took a Somali phrase book for children. Your husband is using to learn. Yeah, somebody gifted my husband a book that helps people learn Somali. How is it, Somali? It's getting better. David, yeah. What do you think he knows the basics? I don't think we could say anything. Not fluent. Not fluent. He's around, yeah. How long-- And then they took his notebooks. They took his notebooks. His notebooks. How long did the whole thing take? OK, by the way, these questions are so bad, right? He wants to emphasize, oh, they took that little children's phrase book. Maybe there were some notes scribbled in the children's phrase book that were relevant to a broader investigation. She volunteers the notebooks. That's interesting. I mean, he's just-- he's doing an awful job. I mean, maybe if you're a hired hand for the Democrat Party, maybe you're doing your service there to the Democrat Party. And that's all we-- we have to remember the guys just a freaking hack. But this is not a real interview. At all, not a real interview. And he's doing her all the favors he possibly can. She just blurted out notebooks. And I think that that, again, goes back to they want to get it the husband's business. Because don't forget, $30 million just suddenly appeared and then disappeared all on paper. What kind of accountant do they have? I mean, it's bizarre, guys. It took them 10 months, 10 whole months and change for them to actually amend those financial records with the House Ethics Committee. I mean, this is not normal. Take. I want to say-- I mean, it was hours, four to five hours. Wow. Yeah. One of my-- Which was why I was surprised when they handed me the receipt for the items that they've taken to do that long of a search and to walk away with 17 items of, like, 10 that were just notebooks and, like, old phones with such a bizarre thing. I'm looking at Lisa Roberts, your comment right here, which is spot on Lisa saying, how did she clearly background-- how did she pass those background security checks? It's unbelievable the access she was allowed to have. I mean, yeah. Like, what is going on? I mean, people worry about the State of America Act, right? OK, can we start, which is making sure that whoever is in Congress is who they say they are? Can we start right there? I mean, this is El Saeed character. I'm telling you, that's another one that makes me really worried. But here it is. It's all out in the open. And David-- for David Steinberg, he's another one that reported on it for power line blog. But Scott Johnson has been all over this. For 10 whole years. And this woman made it all the way to the US Congress with nobody bothering to check any of this. I mean, that is actually-- like, that's a five alarm fire right there. Is it not? So I think at this point, there's more to come. You know what the president says. He says she's going to jail. I mean, you may be right. The immigration fraud-- it's treated as a civil case. You can deport her because of the statute of limitations. The thing is, though, don't forget. Remember I mentioned this earlier, the passport. If she continued to renew her passport under this name that wasn't really hers, then that could actually be seen as a criminal fraudulent activity, in which case, then, yes, it could mean jail time. But the other thing that I do think that they're trying to get at is whether or not there was any relationship between Ilhan Omar and the fraud that was going on in the state of Minnesota. And were there any relationships? Don't forget. The Biden administration had investigated her, the Treasury Department. The arm of the Treasury Department that's responsible for terrorist financing activity was investigating her. And she's like, oh, well, they were decent people at one away. How could this ever go away with anyone until you really understood what you needed to understand? She has still not explained to us any of this. Trump says, yeah, she's going to jail. Ilhan Omar's age, could she be deported? Well, she could be. She could also go to jail. You know, they keep talking about deportation. Now, she could go to jail. This is just my opinion. I think she's a sick, a very dishonest person. But who hates our country? And she comes from a country that is essentially not even a country. And then he starts it on Somalia. It's one of the reasons I actually think this is going to blow up into such a bigger thing. I mean, it could be taken in a bunch of different directions. One, the financial fraud for Ilhan Omar, who was involved in that was she sending money overseas or acting as a conduit to enable people within the Somali community to send money overseas. Those are real concerns. The other real concern-- and I highlighted this yesterday-- is that you have some 36,000 people that came in from Africa ahead of 2008. And when the fed say, they're turning this into a rico case. And they've set it over and over again. Go back to this summer. You can listen to Mark Wayne Mullins say it. Then you can listen to Mark Wayne Mullins say, what was this Monday or Tuesday of this week? Gosh, the days are-- it's like, well, already Friday. My gosh, it's like, come to you right now. He was already saying this earlier in the week that this was going to be a rico case. Well, I think it could be a rico case on a few different fronts. One is financial. The other is immigration. The sort of low-hanging fruit. Obvious one might be that a whole lot of people basically did what Ilhan Omar's father did. They kind of hid who they were, glommed on to these other family identities. If that's the case, then there could be a lot of people in the Minneapolis community that are in jeopardy. I mean, realistically, if the feds decided to pursue this, it would be hard to pursue. Don't get me wrong. But people thought you couldn't close the border, either. Here's Mark Wayne Mullins. Let's just say, if someone comes in and claims that fills out their paperwork illegally, And they claim that they are this person, and this is their best.
background. And then underneath that individual, a lot of other people come in. And I'm just saying have that across a whole bunch of cases that's out there. Then that's that can be considered a rico case, right? Because there was conspiracy that was to to deceive the American government. And therefore, everything else that came in with it could then for be looked at as the same case. And so so in any case like that, and this isn't I mean, we've had multiple cases like that, where people come in and they lie and then we go we can go all the way back through good thing about something like a case like that is when it is a rico case that the statute limitations on things they don't they don't apply in most cases a few things they do, but in most cases they don't. I mean, and I want to be careful with this and cautious with this because this is just not anything that I have had confirmed to me by the feds, but I'm just trying to read through the lines here. They're talking about a rico case. Markwin Mullin keeps talking about a rico case. And he's talking about it in terms of immigration. He's not talking about it. As Judge Jeanine Puro has said, look, and I'm sorry, I still always call her Judge, but you know what Jesse did last night too. He called her Judge. You know, we we all called her the Judge. So we used to work together at Fox. She's a talented, talented prosecutor. I think she's very talented on air. I'm going to say something and this is not meant to be a slight to her in any way. She is 10 times better as a prosecutor. And she was outstanding on air and had a top-rated show for years and years and years on Fox. But she is in her zone. And she is going to pursue this. Trust me, relentlessly. And she is going to uncover the truth. And as she told us, we played this in the beginning of today's program, she told us that this is not political, that they're going to go after, hey, aren't they going after Lewandowski right now? I mean, they're going to go after anybody that they see as having violated the law. And it is believed that Ilhan Omar did do that. She's going to pursue that plus the financial investigation. Markwin Mullin is focused on immigration. The fact that he keeps talking about how many people could be involved. I think is especially interesting because this could be massive. All right. Again, I don't have any personal knowledge of them trying to do this. I am listening to what he says. And I am piecing together what they have found, which is a whole lot of people that came here. This is the State Department's archived site where they're talking about family reunification. And they had to get rid of the whole priority three program because all these people were coming in 36,000 of them from Africa, specifically from Liberia, from Somalia, and from Ethiopia. And they were lying about who they were related to. So the DNA was not checking out, which again, you know, is going to be a problem if they decide to pursue it. So no DNA tests were ordered pre-2008, all those people that came in. And I'm talking specifically about the Minneapolis Somalian community. When you hear Donald Trump go after them, and after them, and after them, he just doesn't stop because Minnesota has $17 billion worth of fraud. And he keeps blaming this particular community. So as an onlooker here, right, what are we thinking? One, they're saying this is a rico case, two, he's going on and on about the Somalians. I took office 115 Minnesota fraudsters have been arrested and charged. And by the way, the governor is 100% guilty. He's 100% guilty. He's a fraud. He's a thief. He's a crook. And he's getting away by just getting out of office. He's getting away. But maybe he knew everything that was happening. The Attorney General, that guy is a total thief. And it's a shame that they can just go and retire because he knew what was happening. I'm sure he's very, very happy monetarily. But the governor, he's a crooked guy because nobody can be that lucky too. I mean, when you look at all of that money and he knew nothing about it, all of the billions and billions of dollars that everybody was scamming, they all knew that little, little congresswoman, lovely, little woman she is. She knew they all knew. They were all scammers and thieves. You see, so in other words, he's, he's really projecting his views of the Somalian community in Minnesota, lumping them together with Ilhan accusing her of somehow having known this was going down along with Tim Wall's Keith Ellison. I mean, they're all kind of in trouble right now. And the thinking is that they may needed to have kind of looked the other way because this was such a vital important part of the Minnesota constituency. In other words, in Minneapolis, you get a lot of a very large now, somewhere around 100,000. Think about that. You might have had like 20, 30,000 come here and now it's like sprouted up to, by the way, their kids that were born here, I would assume are going to stay U.S. citizens, right? Unless the Supreme Court overdoses or overturns that one. I mean, the kids were born here. So they'll stay U.S. citizens. But theoretically, they could start pursuing this. I do have a feeling that there are some Republicans that don't appreciate the heavily Somalian Democrat influence in the state of Minnesota. This is a recent campaign commercial that came out. Take a look. Do you understand that? You didn't? Really? Anyway, so the community is a large one, a obviously now politically connected one, and one that seems to have been overwhelmingly involved in fraud. So that leaves a very large lane for the feds to go after Ilhan Omar. They apparently already collected some of the DNA evidence in her dumpster. Wow, wow, wow, wow. Okay, I know that the market had a tough day yesterday. So you know what you got to do? You got to read our piece. You got to read our piece at 76 research because we look at what's going on with midterms and how it's going to affect, potentially affect what's going on, if you would, with markets overall, and where we're heading. You know, long term, we're pretty bullish on this. But you know, markets, you know, in sentiment, it matters. Of course, it matters. And so I want you to go take a look at that. If you can, over the weekend, the other thing I would just say is, go see our friends at A-250 Toolkit. You know, when you read the Declaration of Independence, it really helps you remember how incredible this country is. And you can take the pledge to read it. And you should just read it. They've got, like, when I say Toolkit, it's kind of a cool Toolkit because they've got all this sort of interactive 3D stuff that you can use alongside your reading of the Declaration of Independence, pendants, which is just an extraordinary document. I mean, you think about what we've created here. It's actually kind of important when you think about as well how people are willing to take it down, and people are coming here from other places telling us they are someone else not being truthful. And it's potentially quite damaging, right, to our country. But, you know, in just a few paragraphs, you had founding fathers declaring this revolutionary truth that all men are created equal. Our rights come from God, not from government, like in these Marxist regimes. And freedom is the birthright of every American citizen. So there's some pretty important words, especially at a time like now. We're at the 250th birthday of America. So you know what? Take a small step, keep those principles alive. Go check out 8250 Toolkit.com/trish. Read the Declaration of Independence this weekend. Okay. That's your homework. All right. Read it to your kids. Read it to your neighbors. Have a party. Have everybody take turns. Read it. Because freedom is in self-sustaining. Every generation has to understand it and cherish it. And you know what? We all have to pass it along. [BLANK_AUDIO]
Podcast Summary
Key Points:
Elhan Omar is not her real name; federal documents and investigations confirm her true name is Ilhan Nursaid Elmi, a name tied to a family with a controversial past linked to Somalia’s Said Bar regime.
The feds allege she used a false identity to enter Congress, and her marriage to Ahmed Nursaid Elmi—believed to be her brother—is central to claims of immigration fraud and misrepresentation.
Her father, a former colonel in the Said Bar military regime, likely concealed his background to evade scrutiny, undermining the legitimacy of both his and her derivative U.S. citizenship.
The case involves multiple layers of deception, including marriage records, DNA evidence, and social media posts from siblings that confirm familial ties and military backgrounds.
Federal prosecutors, including Judge Jeanine Piero, are investigating potential fraud under immigration and possibly RICO laws, with concerns about broader fraud within the Somali community in Minnesota.
Ilhan Omar has denied all allegations, including marrying her brother, and her defense team has called the claims racist and conspiratorial.
The administration and public figures, including Donald Trump, have publicly called for her resignation and potential criminal charges, citing serious legal violations.
The investigation may lead to her deportation, loss of citizenship, or criminal prosecution, especially if she misrepresented her identity on immigration forms or passport renewals.
Summary:
The report reveals that Congresswoman Ilhan Omar is being investigated for using a false name—Ilhan Omar—when she was elected and sworn into office. S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, have confirmed her real name is Ilhan Nursaid Elmi, a name linked to a family with ties to the oppressive Said Bar regime in Somalia.
S. citizenship.
