🚨 BREAKING: Ilhan Omar PANICS as ICE Confirms Investigation; Trump Wins Supreme Court Mail-Ballot Fight; Sophie Cunningham Demands New WNBA Commissioner

Woo! I'm at home base. Home base baby. It's kind of nice being back on this side of the pond. I'll tell you a little bit about that coming up. But we get a big show here today because Ilhan Omar is in trouble again. Yes, Il-Mar is like panicking at this point because she's got DHS officers sitting outside her rallies. And I wonder why. I wonder why Ilhan Omar in a panic right now as the president reveals just last night that yes indeed there is an investigation being conducted in real time by ICE into one Ilhan Omar. American people who are wondering what needs to be explained to the American people. What's the explanation? I have given them the explanation. Do you want to tell our viewers? I don't want to tell who judge. How about that? That was a good little moment, right? Well, you know she's got some more explaining that she may need to do. I don't think I was ever satisfied with the explanation. There was all the accountants fall. Yeah, that $30 million accounting era that came out of nowhere. Anyway, the president has announced they're on true social that yeah, there's an investigation going on. And it was picked up today on Twitter. I want to show you on action. Look at the wonderful country. It's a beautiful country. You should try it sometimes. Somalia. It's a beautiful place. It's got no government. It's got no military. It's got no anything. It's got one thing that's really strong crime. It's got a lot of crime. They have no police. All they do is run around shooting each other. It's filthy dirty, disgusting dirty. It's a horrible place. They come here and Ilhan Omar. You ever hear of me? She heads it and think of it. They have nothing but crime, poverty, pollution. Everything is horrible over there. Nothing good. They say it's the worst country anywhere in the world that we got some beauties out there, but it's the worst. And then she comes here from Somalia and she tells us how to run the United States of America. She says, she says the constitution gives me certain rights. It gives me certain rights. And I demand that I be given these rights. Get the hell out. What a phony. And then she married a brother to come in. I don't know. You know, you're not. But I think I would imagine they're looking at her. I have nothing to do with it. I would imagine. And he would imagine correctly. So that's a sound bite, rather infamous one that is from May of last year. And we have now learned. And this is thanks to great guy John Solomon over just the news that in fact, ICE does have an investigation going on into Ilhan Omar so much so that when they filed to get certain bits of information courtesy of freedom of information act, just the news couldn't get the information because the response and I'll share it with you in just a moment was that no, there's an investigation going on. So the president then put this little number out on to social last night sharing that story, which is just a interesting in light of how many times Ilhan Omar has told us there's nothing going on. What are you people talking about? That this is just a made-up lie because you do not investigate someone for 10 years and not come up with anything. So then why do you think it's still being talked about? Because these people are disgusting. They believe in weird things. And that's why they want to believe in this weird and that's that's that's all I will say. No, no, definitely. Why do you think I guess that you're being targeted then? Okay, okay. Yeah, I mean they're just disgusting, bigoted people and that's all I got to say. All right, thank you. Okay, so anybody who looks into Ilhan Omar, according to her, must be the disgusting bigoted person. I mean, except for the fact that you know there's the elephant in the room of the 30 million dollars that somehow materialized out of nowhere. There's the elephant in the room and the 250 million dollar feeding our future frenzy, right? Feeding our future that all happened to be centered in her district with, oh, I don't know, people who used to even work on her campaign, one of her former campaign workers that he was working for her hubby, right? The hubby that she pays like three million bucks due to run a campaign. That's like the biggest payday that any congressional campaign runner has ever gotten. I mean, it's all really, really suspicious, right? So it turns out, well, the brother thing is a bit of a problem for her. And now we know thanks to this article that Trump then informed everybody of just in case you hadn't seen it in just the news that ISIS refusing to disclose records of Ilhan Omar's fraud probe citing an ongoing enforcement proceeding. So what does that mean? It means that they're on door, okay? I mean, JD told us, right? It's told Benio. Remember on Benio? He's like, yeah, you know, we know that she's guilty. He came right out and said it. I was sort of surprised how emphatic he was. It was like, this is not even beyond the reasonable doubt. Now we're just trying to figure out exactly what to do about it. So according to just the news, the federal government is refusing to turn over records related to an investigation conducted by immigration and customs enforcement into allegations of immigration fraud by Congresswoman Ilhan Omar Adam, Minnesota citing a legal exemption for ongoing investigations. So they had filed a Freedom of Information Act in order to get certain records. They did this back in January and they were seeking these records pertaining to any investigations conducted by ICE because you know, we've been sitting here going, ones at Hablin, ones at Hablin, everybody tells us there's an investigation going on. We've heard that from Hamid Dillon over at the Justice Department. We've heard it from Tom Homan, who's like the borders are. We've heard it from the president. We've heard it from Vance. So it's like, okay, we've heard it from Miller. What's really going on? So just the news, filed to get this information. It turns out the reason they can't give them the information is because done-to-na, it is an ongoing investigation. And so they are saying here, ICE has determined that the information you requested, just the news, is being withheld in full pursuant to Title 5, USC 552. Disclosure of any response of records at this time could reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings. So this FOIA exemption that they're using is really something that only applies to records or information compiled for law enforcement purposes when their release could disrupt such proceedings. Well, they're fearful over at ICE that if they give this information out and reporters start reporting on it, then well, it's going to turn into a frenzy and it's going to tip her off. It's going to tip off sources. And so you want to kind of keep some of these things confidential. The DOJ guidelines for invoking exemptions seven A's say they write that doing so requires a two-step assessment. First, there must be a reasonable likelihood of appending or contemplated law enforcement proceeding. Okay, so again, that gets back to how we know this really is going down. Second, releasing the information must be reasonably expected to cause some bit of harm to that proceeding. So in other words, they don't want to come forward with information because that's going to jeopardize the entire thing. Harm includes, and they explain it here in the article, exposing the case to witness tampering or tipping off suspects. According to the guidance, the law, the exemption makes no distinction between criminal, civil, and administrative cases. They asked Omar's office for a comment, and let's just say she didn't have anything to say. No, no, no, no, nothing to say on this one. Surprise, surprise, surprise. You know, Ilhan, I think she's in for a big time. Here's Tom homing on it not too long ago. Is the Trump administration going to go there? The whole file is being reviewed. A lot of smart people are on it. Stay tuned. Stay tuned, stay tuned. All right, so I hate to say stay tuned, but stay tuned, right? Because now we now know that there's indeed an open investigation going on into Ilhan Omar, all the information that Justin Is was trying to get is actually not going to be released because it could harm this investigation. It's what I've said over and over again regarding some of the financial fraud. And we can talk about that in a second, but the financial stuff is really challenging and that, you know, everybody's like, why isn't the IRS auditor? They may have auditor. We just don't know because they don't actually tell you when they audit someone that would be infringing, I guess, on their rights. It's not supposed to be a public thing. Meanwhile, you may have treasury going through all the bank records and all kinds of things happening behind the scenes, but we wouldn't necessarily know of that. Here is JD Vance saying emphatically, emphatically that he knows what she did. Listen, Ilhan Omar definitely committed immigration fraud against the United States of America. Okay. Okay. So if that's the idea, then why is it taking so long, right, for us to see any kind of justice for her? Why is this investigation just going on and on and on and on? And Vance says there's some reason for that. And that's in part just how you prove it, I guess, and then the remedies once proven. Let's listen to Ilhan Omar. And to me, exactly. Obviously Ilhan Omar, the president and the White House have been out saying she married her brother that there is immigration fraud going on here. These are deportable denaturalization offenses. Can you give us an update on that? Yeah, so we actually think that Elianno more definitely committed immigration fraud against the United States of America. And I talked to Steve Miller about this actually recently. We're trying to look at what the remedies are. That's the thing that we're trying to figure out. What are the legal remedies now that we know that she's committed immigration fraud? How do you go after or how do you investigate her? How do you actually do the thing? How do you build the case necessary to get some some some justice for the American people? So I mean, not to be overly blunt, but you build the case, okay? JD, didn't you kind of like, yeah, law school or something? All right, you build the case. He's talking about the remedies. So it gets a little bit more complicated if you're a U.S. citizen. And I think this is why we're getting a little bit bogged down. If you're already a green gold card holder, it it's also complicated. But you know, if you're a citizen, it becomes much more challenging, not undoable though. For example, there's something called the 8 U.S. C. 1451. And that is something that a civil denaturalization case could actually come about for in federal court. If fraud and the immigration process meant the person was illegally naturalized or if citizenship citizenship was obtained through concealment or willful misrepresentation of a material fact, then that becomes a problem. But here's my question on all this. If she was somehow the accomplice. So if she marries this guy her brother or so to speak, and I mean, it doesn't even have to be her brother. Let me be really clear. I've said this before. It could just be like a friend, right? It could be a cousin because apparently there's a lot of cousin marriages in Somalia, believe it or not. So it could just be a cousin who it doesn't really matter if it wasn't a legit marriage. If in fact, she was marrying only because there was some kind of financial gain or transaction going on, then that's where it becomes a real sticking point. And speaking of financial gains and angles, I mean, and that's they can actually revoke her citizenship. I mean, I don't want to say that this is easy to do. Like this is I think why it's taking some time. But in fact, the law reads that you can lose your citizenship if you are a party to, so you're here, right? And you're here having been naturalized perhaps because your father came here. In this case, it is her father that came here originally and she was a naturalized US citizen and then she participated in this alleged fraud. So you see how it gets a little bit more challenging because if she's like full on American citizen and, you know, an American sitting goes out and marry someone just for a payday, then they're going to be in trouble. They can go to jail. But can they actually be denaturalized themselves? It takes another step because she was already naturalized. So I guess you have to go back to the father originally. And there's been a lot of talking, a lot of rumors about that as well as to whether or not he was totally forthcoming with his citizenship. But I would say that one of the reasons why JD is looking to put all of this together and all these remedies together is because he also wants to include the financial angle. The financial angle is an important one guy. Guys really, really important. And so he's saying it's not just that she may have married this guy. There's another element to this case that's really critical. She has been at the center of a lot of the worst fraudsters in the Samaritan community. So do I know that Iliana Mar was aware that the quality leering center was defrauding the American people? I'm not certain of it, but we at least need to investigate it because if people can commit wrongdoing without even the fear that they're going to be found out, that's a fundamental problem. So I'm worried about the immigration fraud. I'm also worried about what did Iliana Mar know about what was happening in the Samaria community and why was nobody looking into it until, frankly, Donald Trump did it wrong. Yeah. I mean, why did it take so long? In all seriousness, I mean, would we never have found out about the $250 million just going up in smoke and everybody from Samaria who recently arrived in the US suddenly profiteering off of this? Would we never have found out? I don't think we ever would have. I think because they shut it down. It's because what I played you earlier, she's like all these people, you know, telling TMZ, oh, all these people, these horrible people, why are they going after me one reason and one reason only, right? Yeah, that this is just a made-up lie because you do not investigate someone for 10 years and come up with anything. So then why didn't you think it's still being talked about? They believe you need things and that's why they want to believe in this weird thing. And that's all I would say. No, no, definitely. Why do you think? I guess they're disgusting. Everybody's precious. Everybody's racist. I mean, Ilhan Omar, I don't know what to tell you. $250 million bucks gone. Okay, and that's just the tip of the iceberg because when you look at Minnesota overall, you're talking about $19 billion dollars gone and it's all associated. I'm sorry, you know, but a lot of people from your district are somehow involved. So there's that. Then there's your own husband who you were paying an enormous sum to to be running your campaign. Yeah, he got a big payday too, by the way. I should point out once they got married, he went from like 800,000, which was already big enough as the BF and then somehow he makes out with nearly three million bucks to run a little congressional campaign. So what's that about? I mean, she was already the subject of an ethics committee investigation into that one and then everything came out about the the finances. You know, her balance sheet just grows and grows and grows and well and then gets thinner and thinner. I mean, this is one yo-yo diet. This woman is on my gosh, but she's so smug. She thinks she knows everything like when she told Mike Lindell's report of this. Hi, Congresswoman Omar. You were just talking about how Trump's economy has failed the American people, but I think the American people really want to know how you went from a negative 65,000 before coming into Congress to over $30 million in just seven years. My disclosure is public enough. Yeah, it is. And so a lot of people now are looking into that and finding S-Crew winery, a winery that doesn't actually seem to exist. Is that a real winery? Or do you all actually look at and read things? Or do you just ask silly questions? Well, it's listed in the financial disclosure. So can you explain it? Because we have a lot of questions about it and things just aren't adding up. There's no real phone number. There's no real location. Why did you want to bite someone? Probably not for you to be honest. Recently stated that the American people should be afraid of the white man. They should be fearful of the white man. I never said that. Yeah, you're on video. So this country should be more fearful of white man across our country because they are actually causing most of the deaths within this country. I did not. Yes. Again, this is like what I said. You need to prepare yourself because you can continue embarrassing yourself like this. So I'm just a liar. What ice was quoting was an actual study done by the FBI. Okay. Thank you. All right. All of a sudden it turns out that the 30 million bucks isn't really the 30 million bucks. So this girl goes back at her again. The last time I said to you that you said that I was stupid for asking you about your financial exposure, but there's some discrepancies on there. Would you like to explain that? How is your face to make mistakes? Stay calmly, still deeply. You're still good for asking me anything. I am. Yes. Well, what about the American people who are wondering what needs to be explained to the American people? Because I don't want to tell a huge judge. How about that? Okay. Okay. How you doing? It just doesn't look the marriage fraud stuff doesn't look good for her and his other stuff doesn't look good for her. In terms of whether or not she was skimming any off the top, whether or not this was a money laundering operation of some sort, the hubby with his giant investment firm where he claimed he had experienced managing more than $60 billion in assets. My, you know what? I mean, active in 80 some odd different countries. Oh, Well, maybe he was. Maybe this was like one big international scam. We talked about the sister, the other day, a couple of weeks ago, and there are allegations about her because, well, it turns out, her home address, her business address, I should say, not even home address, her business address is somehow associated with one of the fraudsters in the U.S. of A. That's when, you know, she has a U.S. address because most of the time she's over in Africa, go figure, in Somalia, and I guess in Kenya as well. Anyway, James Comer, who's head of the Ethics Committee, huh, funny enough, he knows, he knows. Watch. Do you think Ilian Omar is in a lot of trouble? She's got that big question mark on how her network jumped up to, you know, at least six million and then went back down to zero over a one year period. So, are you saying that Ilhan Omar, the congressman from Minnesota, that she was getting federal money and feeding it into these corrupt Somali networks, her cronies? I think one of the projects she requested was a, proved to be a fraudulent Somali scheme. Right. And it was, it was literally the one she requested just to, to jog everybody's memory. The day she announced her marriage to Timmy Minette, that was the day she also announced her marriage to Timmy Minette. And then she said, "I'm going to get married." And then she said, "I'm going to get married." Just a few days ago to the Homeland Security Investigations team, Department of Homeland Security, she writes to special agent Michael McCarthy saying, "Thank you for meeting with Congresswoman Jayapal and me in late July. I'm concerned effectively," she's saying, because, quote, yesterday evening, I hosted my monthly town hall in Richfield, Minnesota. Due to the volume of threats I received, we take precautions for the safety of attendees. Don't forget, remember the like pepper spray or whatever it was, the salad dressing. You got to hit within that one little event at that time. Because of this, we take these precautions. One of these precautions is coordinating with local law enforcement to have a physical presence outside and inside the building to prevent potential attacks. And so she said that as attendees were entering the building, she understands that a rich field police officer noticed a young woman sitting in a forward explorer. And he became suspicious of the way she was monitoring the building. So he went ahead and he ran some plates and stuff. And it turns out that the woman in the vehicle wouldn't, I guess the card didn't really belong to her, because it turns out she works for Homeland Security. And so she was undercover. So that kind of thing does actually happen like all the time where they'll be in one vehicle rather than another. So now Ilhan is freaking out, because she's like, why is Homeland Security doing its own separate little surveillance, right, of my shindig in Minnesota, in Richfield, Minnesota. And we don't entirely know the answer for that. You know, the undercover agent could have been following anyone, right, maybe a drug suspect or maybe a terrorist suspect. And maybe they were just watching that person who maybe was going to Ilhan's events. But she kind of just seems really angry that there's federal agents outside her rally. And of course, you know, if you're her, I guess you are panicked about it because you don't really, well, let's say you just don't really like this administration much, so your head goes to the worst possible place. So she's sending in this whole slew of questions like how dare you, because you know what, that was not fair to the police department that's there. You know, she's saying this is, you know, a waste of resources. This is not right. Why would, you know, they be monitoring my town hall to which I would say, well, maybe they're monitoring your town hall for a reason. Don't forget guys, don't forget the Biden Treasury Department, according to her own husband's business partner had actually frozen assets in their account, because they were allegedly conducting an investigation, and it was an investigation that was being handled by the terrorist financing department. So this doesn't surprise me, okay, at all that you would have a homeland security officer there outside the building where she's conducting an event. If they are, in fact, suspicious that there are, say, connections with or not even connections, maybe somebody who's going to that event was who they were tailing because somebody else is involved and from a homeland security standpoint, they want to know about all of them. This out on her website today or actually a short time ago saying, please explain why the agent was there, please explain when and how the homeland security agent and her supervisors became aware I was hosting a town hall at this location, I don't know is they're going to give her any of this information. Because if they're conducting an investigation into homeland security risks and a homeland security suspect, then she's probably thinking, oh, well, they're just trying to target my peeps, basically my, you know, the people that come and support me, and it could actually be far more dare I say sinister than that in that there could be people that do come to her rallies. That our friends with or acquaintances of or family members of others who homeland security is quite worried about right now for reasons that should be somewhat self explanatory given what we know about Ilhan her religion and how she feels about certain things, including 9/11, this is a woman after all who said this. Here was founded after 9/11 because they recognize that some people did something. Of course, she didn't take it as far as the guy she goes up on stage with to campaign with that's that jerk of a person has some piker who seems to be getting paid by every bad sort of country out there right we're talking probably China. He says well, he's not getting any money from Cuba because Cuba doesn't have any money but somehow China's got a whole bunch of NGOs and you know he's getting paid from somewhere somehow some way and this is the guy that she's buddy buddy with that she goes out and campaigns with that says this. American deserve 9/11. That's pretty bad so this is Ilhan Omar's friend this is who she's campaigning with and you wonder why guys. You have homeland security now tailing her outside her rallies she wonders why you don't think that maybe any of these things could be related especially when it seems like we have people who are overly sympathetic to Iran. As rising stars in the Democrat Party. They're putting forward making life easier for them. Well, the one thing is we have jihadists being elected all over the place. We have this whether it's communism, jihadism. It's a lot of friend of mine called up he said you know really you should use the word jihadist because that's what's happening and I'm not sure that anybody if you take a look at what happens in other countries. I think that's not going to be necessarily the way we want to live but when you look at the radicalism and the craziness of the candidates and the stupidity of what they're suggesting let's get rid of the Supreme Court. Let's get rid of the presidency. Let's get rid of the Senate and want to get here sometimes I'd like to get rid of the Senate too but I don't say it and I wouldn't do it but you know they want to get rid of the Senate. They want to get rid of ideally the House but they're thinking about maybe keeping the House you know. In other words, you get a bunch of radicals and when you think about what we're up against with Iran right now and you think about maimdami I'll never get over this trying to set up a meeting with Iran having his office. Set this whole thing up and it wasn't stopped until marker rubio came in and said yeah that's not happening. Buddy boy I mean the mayor he's supposed to be responsible for the potholes and all he wants to do is build free grocery stores, create free health care, free day care and free housing. None of it's working out by the way none of it's just a disaster and we're in the middle of a war with Iran. I mean so yeah Ilhan Omar you got. You got homeland security, tail in you, tail in your rallies. And I don't think it's by accident. I think that there's real concern that you have some suspicious, not-so-great friends. And these suspicious, not-so-great friends happen to be on the wrong side of history and the wrong side of the world right now. And we're going to be doing everything we can. Believe me, to squeeze Iran economically and anyone who is one of Iran's friends economically. And you may say, well, like, how is this different than before? I've never understood this, okay? I've never understood why it is that we still do business with a country if they're doing business with Iran. But we have. And that's about to change. Listen to the Treasury Secretary here just a moment ago. Iran now favours is a very clear choice with only two paths before them. Complete global isolation and a substance economy or a path back to normalcy with an opportunity to rejoin the global economy. Today we are launching Operation Economic Outcast to foreclose every other option available to the Iranian regime. Every has mapped, every node, every facilitator, and every network that Iran has used to smuggle oil and evade sanctions. Beginning today, the actions of Treasury and other agencies will tighten the news and block every potential source of revenue that funds the IRGC and the evil Iranian regime. We are enforcing a zero leakage approach. There will be no minimal breathing space for the regime to rebuild its capacity to inflict terror against America and the world. So this is important because things are about to change in a pretty dramatic way. You see Iran still has trading partners and some of these trading partners still have us. I mean, you think about China, for example. And we have to make it really clear to China, yeah, you're not going to trade with Iran, you're not going to get anything. I mean, we've got the big embargo, right, we've got the big sort of blockade. So no one's allowed to get anything out of Iran. That's really important. But when you think about that oil and where it goes, often too, for example, China, that has to stop. And then you think about anybody else who's trading with them, some of those trade partners. I mean, we've talked about Spain in the past and Spain was a trading partner. They are not isolated commercially. And the goal here now is to completely isolate Iran commercially. China, as a lifeline, needs to get shut down. And so it's not by accident. When you think about what went on over the weekend, we'll resolve, of course, that you had Canada getting hit with Canada getting hit with its big, big tariffs. And it's because it's not willing to divest itself from China the way we need it to, especially in light of what's going on with Iran. So people on Twitter, this was funny, they're calling it O-China-da. You know the song, O-Canada. So this is O-China-da. There's a little too much China stuff going on. Somebody writing, well, Karni can't expect all the benefits of U.S. security and markets and also play the best trade deals. It can get from China, too, particularly when the China deals are to be a backdoor into U.S. markets, and particularly when we are trying to cut off and starve Iran. So this Canada situation has a whole lot to do with China, which has a whole lot to do with Iran. Here is the president of the Council on Foreign Relations, explaining it on CNN over the weekend. Listen to this. Both parties. But, you know, issues like the Canadian dairy system has been a bone of contention between the U.S. and Canada for decades, and I imagine it continues to be one today. I think the new issue is that the Trump administration is pressing Canada as well as other countries to adopt a common approach vis-à-vis China, whether it's a common external tariff or export controls or ensuring that Chinese products inputs don't get inserted into products in Canada that will then be imported into the United States. And that's a new set of trade issues, and Prime Minister Karni has noted that that goes against their sovereign rights to establish relationships with other countries. So that's going to be an issue of contention that the administration is going to continue to have to have dialogue with Canada and with other countries over at the moment. Okay. So, not good, right? Because China, again, remains the dominant trade partner for Iran. So we kind of have to find a way to nip that in the butt. I mean, I would say the good news is we're not, no oil is getting out right now. No oil is getting out, and no oil is getting out because we have our blockade there. So that's important. Then when you think about the other things that are traded, I mean, Iraq, Pakistan, for example, Oman, they also have some regional trade activity. Turkey as well. See, Turkey? They're in NATO. We can't allow that. Like, it's just not going to happen. They've got food and goods, apparently, that they transact and none of that can happen. If you trade with us, you don't trade with them. It's like all or nothing. The UAE has suspended all trade, all commercial exchanges, financial transactions with Iran until further notice. Of course, the UAE is looking at this realistically, and they're like, who do I want to be friends right now? Is it the U.S. of A or is it China? And so people are really picking sides, and this is why the Canada thing is such a big deal. And it's why, you know, Alberta, Alberta Canada is thinking about this session, and I think we're all for that, right? Because we'd like to still have a presence and an ally up there with a very economically successful region. But this is becoming incredibly, is steeply complicated and uncomplicated fast. But before I do that, we get some breaking news coming into us right now. And I think you'll like this one, guys. This is a big, big win for none other than the Trump administration. We are just learning of this moments of go we've learned. Here we go. How do you like that? This story coming to us there from Bloomberg right now, and AP also has that the Supreme Court is siding with Donald Trump on his mail in ballot curbs. So this is a big deal. They just cleared the way for the president to move ahead with that executive order that would restrict mail in voting. Remember, he's made a big deal about this because we don't have the Save America Act going through. It remains unclear as AP points out in their story how much his administration can implement before the fast approaching midterm elections. But the decision does leave room for additional court challenges as well that might slow this order. But at present, no, you're not going to be able to mail in your ballot just as easily as before. Okay. You're going to have to have a really good excuse to do this. The case is it's said to be one of multiple voting related challenges before the justice is. But the Justice Department has filed an emergency appeal asking the high court to allow work on implementing these changes before the midterms. So wow, I mean, that would be very interesting because you know what they've been saying about all those assets like amazing how like all of a sudden you can find these these ballots that kind of come out of the middle of nowhere right in the middle of the night. So the thinking here is maybe you can kind of get some of that down, down. We need to do away with some of that. You know, I was just thinking James Carvel was on the other day on his show with Al Hunt. And Carvel was talking about this on the Save Act. He was sort of like, you know, we don't look very good. Do we? Because we're in the way of this one. And that's really not a good look because how can you, you know, if there is any fraud that occurs, shouldn't you be against that? And so the problem is now you might be out in front of something else entirely. I think that, you know, now you're running the risk that sure the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court is going to step in here and they're going to decide this one for you. But you know, Carvel was actually saying this and I thought it was a good point. It's really stupid to say, well, gee, we don't want the Save Act. And now it's going to turn into something much, much more worse for all of them here. Let's listen to this. I don't know if we not better off say, okay, we'll take data alternative ID, bring your gas bill or your light bill or something. Because for whatever reason, it pulls at 75%. We are not going to win the war against some kind of an ID. It doesn't make any sense. It doesn't fix anything. But maybe you just go along with it and move to the next day. Every poll shows 75 of better, say we should have some kind of an ID to vote. Comes across that we don't want to check the eligibility for vote. Yeah. And if you don't want to check the eligibility. a voter, then we only are left asking why. There are statistics on illegal voting. We just had a situation, of course, the other day, where some of this was revealed, and I don't care if it's just one, we're just two. You can't have it, right? You can't have it. And so now, you've got the Supreme Court saying, well, the president is going to be able to prevent any of this from now again. It's going to come down to logistics and you can imagine there's going to be illegal onslaughts and they're all going to sue and this, that and the other. But, you know, while it may be rare, it does happen. And the fear is, is that if you have more and more non-citizens voting, and you know, it happened in New Jersey, right? It just happened in New Jersey, with non-citizens voting. And even if it's just a few, look, some of these elections are that tight and that close. And so it really undermines if you would the sort of overall, I think, view and sentiment surrounding the sanctity of our elections. And so you've got to actually do the right thing. According to the Heritage Foundation, I'm just bringing you some statistics. As of late 2025, they estimated that there were roughly 1600 to 1,619 proven instances on various forms of election fraud spanning decades. So that doesn't sound like a whole lot. The Conservative Heritage Foundation is saying this covers all kinds of things, double voting, absentee ballot voting, etc. But, you know, I think about that New Jersey angle and the New Jersey thing that just happened. And that is, that is, that is a big deal. And I wouldn't be surprised if, if that's in the back of a lot of people's head, some justice has had, I don't know, as they came to this decision, but the decision being that, yeah, the, the president is going to be able to enforce this no mail-in ballot unless you get a really good reason. It was a software glitch allegedly. That's what they're saying between 2023 and 2024 over the span of one year that led to roughly 6,600 non-citizens being added to the state's voter rolls in New Jersey. Now, the, the company that was allegedly responsible for the software glitch, they're saying, no way, Jose, like we had nothing to do with that. That was all because, you know, certain people had asked for certain things and they must have checked off certain boxes. This had nothing to do with a glitch. And so, as a result, there were somewhere around 340 to 400 cast ballots that were cast from non-citizens. So very, very big development here in the, in the, in the news just moments ago. Again, this is all just coming to us live, but a very, very big deal because Trump is going to be able to curb those mail-in ballots and he's going to be able to use the post office to do so quick reminder 76research.com. And now we got to talk a little basketball, guys. We got a meltdown on the court. Did you see this last night? If you haven't, well, okay, so, uh, canter out there on the, he got into some kind of altercation. Look, he's like, hey, me, me, they threw him out, they threw him out. And this woman that he started like yelling at him, cloud is her last name. And it got kind of covered in tattoos. That's all I know, which one she is. Let's see if we can see her in the screen. We see Angie Reese. We see Caitlin Clark. And there she is last name, cloud. And at some point she starts yelling at him, you know, he wore a t-shirt that was not acceptable. You see that? So she's yelling, yelling away, not acceptable to all of these people woman. Oh, did you see it? Let's see if we can get a better, better angle on this woman is a noun adult human female. Oh, that triggered him. I've really triggered them. Oh, goodness. So that is, uh, that is something you're not allowed to do. You know, it just happened. Remember the other day because we saw the, the ladies in Atlanta getting kicked out of the game as well, because they had a t-shirt on that was talking about XX and XY, the mother and daughter team. And it's all because Sophie Cunningham is like stating the obvious, right? Saying, yeah, we, we really shouldn't have girls playing against boys. I'll get to that in a second. But this canter guy and his canter freedom is his name. He's from Turkey originally. And he sat down with Laura Trump over the weekend. And she's like, why are you doing this? You know, like, why insert yourself into this? He's actually got a really good reason I want to play it for you. Well, I feel like God gave me this huge platform. And I'm trying to use this platform to be the voice of all those innocent people out there who don't have a voice. I mean, that was my goal. So this is literally God's work. There actually has been a very high cost to you for this. I mean, you have been kind of cut off from your family, right? You have faced arrest warrants, death threats. You have probably given up millions of dollars for it directly going after the NBA. Do you look back at all of these things and say it's worth it? Well, freedom is not for you. And it comes with a sacrifice. I mean, I haven't seen my family almost 14 years now. And because of I want to stand up for all the, you know, human rights abuse happened in China. I mean, they kicked me out of the league when I was 29 years old and that cost me around 45 to 50 million dollars. Are you prepared for what may happen based on the fact that now you have gone after the W and today? Because I'm sure there's probably people coming for you now too. I mean, I only fear God and God only. Everyone believed like me. So I know this is God's work and I'm not going to give up. And I have no regrets. I love that, right? I mean, he doesn't need to do this. This is probably not a lot of fun to take something like this on. Getting yourself kicked out of the game there in Chicago because they don't like your t-shirt. Look at that t-shirt. Can you guys see it again? He's just telling you what a woman is and gone into some kind of altercation with this cloud lady and the next thing you know, he's out. But yeah, he's like, you know, I know what it's like when they take away freedom. And this is all part of the same thing. He's saying he's going to play in the league. By the way, here's what Sophie said, though, that kind of kicked all this off. And by the way, Sophie's no dummy. Sophie is calling for a new commissioner. I said new CEO, but it's actually technically commissioner. So she wants a new person in charge. Why don't we go with boss? Okay. So Sophie's like, this is not happening. So here's the quote that kind of launched it all. She'll be speaking with ESPN and she's like, you know, I'm getting all this negative feedback about me hating trans. And I'm like, oh, wait a second. I never once said that. I think that I am here to extend love, but I also think that with love with that love is truth being honest. And I want to protect young girls in the locker room or young girls in sport who shouldn't have to go against a biological man. I mean, how on earth is this so controversial? We were made to cover up our ex ex-wife shirts at this gang. Wait, are you serious? Yes. They gave us t-shirts for my daring overtime and told us we had to leave. And this says for the girl or cover our shirts. This just happened. It's crazy, right? It's totally crazy. That's the mother and daughter team. It's just the other day we're kicked out of the game. And Atlanta turns out they paid like a thousand bucks for their tickets, which everybody was like, oh my god, a thousand dollars for a W NBA ticket. Like that in and of itself is shocking. And then they get kicked out because there were an XX and XY just like canter was kicked out of the game last night because he was wearing a, you know, a woman and what she is, the definition of a woman. And it's so funny to me. It's so weird that this is becoming such a big thing. Like honestly, you really have to make that big deal of it. Apparently, they do. You know, there is a school of thought there that is like Uber progressive and Uber crazy in the athletic world and embodied by so many of these people that are in the WNBA. And they don't like what Sophie represents for a whole lot of reasons, right? Same thing with Caitlin Clark. You know the drill on that. And then you get, you know, the Megan Rapinoe is the world even that it feels so inclined to weigh in on this too. Like Megan really didn't, didn't you play like a bunch of 15-year-old boys and they whipped her. You know what? Pretty darn fast. Like you can't play against men. Megan, like what are you thinking? I want to address the controversy that is happening right now around trans women in sports. As you know, I've talked about this a lot and we'll continue to keep talking about this. I don't know Sophie. So I can only project what I see about her beliefs based on her actions. And seeing a picture of her with Riley Gaines after the game told me everything I need to know about what's happening. Riley Gaines has made it her life's mission to exclude trans people from public. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. By the way, Riley Gaines lost out on the number one spot because a man swim against her. Okay. Like I'm sorry. Like it's like these people like there's no empathy. There's no intelligence. There's no common sense. I could go on and on and on. But here's the problem now for the WMBA. So you've got a league that's just grown and grown and grown and grown. Right? The league is amazing. And you have superstars with their three pointers. Like well. Her three pointers, Caitlin Clark. I mean, an amazing shooter, an amazing player. And now people suddenly want to watch the game, and they never wanted to watch it before. They really didn't. It just wasn't that interesting. And by the way, I can tell you this, because I'm married to a former basketball player who played professionally in Europe, in Europe, you get a qualified, right? Anyway, he was division one, and then on in Europe. And he was like, "Oh, he couldn't take it." Like, if we were scrolling through the channels, right, back in the day, and we'd come across women's basketball, he couldn't get away from that fast enough. He's like, "It's defensive. I can't even look." And the difference now is, he'll stop and watch it. And with our daughters too, and the girls love it, right, because they have a role model there, in Caitlin Clark, or in Sophie Cunningham. And so it's become kind of a different thing. And I've asked them about this, because yours truly has no appreciation for basketball, whatsoever. Like, I never, ever want to watch basketball. Men's or women's, like, neither one, okay? So, I'm like, "Well, what is it that you see out there now?" And he's like, "Well, it's actually turning into kind of an interesting game, in part because of how they shoot." For example, Caitlin Clark is a really great shooter. And so I found that sort of fascinating. So all of a sudden, you have people paying attention to the game, because she's a star player. I don't care what color she is. She's a superstar, right? Because of the way she plays. And then you got Sophie Cunningham, who's like, "Don't even try it, right? You come after Caitlin, because they're all going after Caitlin, because let's face it. She's white, all right? That's what that one's about. Don't kid yourself. That's why. They cannot stand that this woman is getting so much attention, because she doesn't fit the typical demographic of who plays on that team. I think she may be straight, too, right? So she's white and straight. She's too strikes against her as far as they're concerned. And then you get Sophie. Oh, she's white and straight, too. So, she strikes against her. And she comes out in defense of Caitlin Clark. So that launches a whole new thing. So what does the league do? What does the league do? The league decides to go. And are you kidding me? Just not put any of these girls on the poster. So suddenly, they're trying to erase Caitlin Clark. The only reason my husband would ever watch a basketball game is probably for Caitlin Clark, and maybe Sophie Cunningham, because she's so cute, right? Like, that's it, all right? So now you want to get rid of your two biggest stars. How smarter are you really as a CEO or as a commissioner? Not very smart. So Sophie smart. And she said, quote, to USA today, and they kind of buried this. I've been saying this for weeks. They need a new woman in charge. It's not going to work with Kathy Engelberg. It's just not going to work. She is a CEO from Deloitte and Tush. You know what Deloitte and Tushes? An accounting company. Have you ever met an accountant that really just wants to light the world on fire? Nothing against the accountants out there. Please don't take it the wrong way. But you know what I'm saying. I mean, you need like, uh, you need like a movie star producer type person more. So in that job, like someone from the entertainment industry, somebody who understands how stars think, how stars work. And this woman is only used to dealing with accountants. And trust me, they are way easier to work with than say the Caitlin Clarkson, Sophie Cunningham's of the world. So Sophie is calling for a new WNBA commissioner. Her players have turned against her at this point. Here's the quote to USA today. You do have to have a person in power who is bold, who is confident, who wants the best for the players and not maybe for themselves all the time. See Kathy, I don't think she wants the best for the league or for the players. I think Kathy just wants to get along with everybody and just go along and, you know, collect a nice little paycheck and be done with it. And she goes on to say Cunningham says, so I do feel like, mm-hmm, as a whole, that could be a position that's maybe open at the end of the year. But that's not my call. In other words, it's Adam Silver's call. Adam Silver, who also kind of just likes to go along to get along, right? Remember the whole China thing and Adam Silver and the NBA? Yeah, because they didn't want to disturb that whole China league thing that they had going on. But I'll tell you, they get to find somebody who can lead this organization for the future of women here, for the future of basketball. You cannot have the insanity taking place that is taking place now. I think there's big, big changes. And this woman, here she is, Kathy Angover, of course, the memes are extraordinary. They've just given out one after another. This is the commissioner of the WNBA, somebody writes, Kathy Angover, she's trying to figure out what a woman is. And then they have that little meme that's playing with the 60-minute TikTok clock. It's taken her a while, right? What is a woman? Maybe she needs to go watch the daily wires documentary. Boy, oh, boy, I mean, we're going to look back historically at some point, people, and we're going to say what was wrong with all of them. I do think that there are changes that are going to be coming to the WNBA, and I think that can't happen fast enough. It's good to have you all here. It's really good to be back at home base. I have been traveling for far too long. I'm not sure I ever want to travel again at this point, but I feel smarter and better. And more cultured, shall we say, in light of it, I really learned a lot about those challenges that are going on in Europe right now, vis-à-vis how the populations are just shifting and changing dramatically. I was sort of stunned. Many times felt very uncomfortable. I was in London, and I would be an elevator, and it would be like me and three other women, and I was the only one who didn't have my hair all covered up. So it's definitely a demographic shift. I think it was probably exaggerated in part because I was there in August, and it's a time when apparently a lot of the Middle East does come to England. But overall, a sentiment that I heard throughout my travels in France, in Spain, I mean, Spain's really dealing with it, right? It was Saúdez right now, right next door to Morocco. Saúdez, Spain, I heard about it from people in Portugal, where they're clamping down on this as well, and then from the Italians, and from the French, everybody has kind of reached this tipping point. And it's in part because they just open the flood gates after 2020, after COVID, they just said, "Come on, come on." And now they've got a situation that's untenable and unmanageable and not economically smart either, because given the welfare system that they have, all of a sudden you get all these people pouring in with this open-border situation, and now you're responsible for them economically. So in addition to the cultural challenges that they're having there, they've seriously got some economic challenges related to this. And then when you think about what we're up against, right, with Iran, I think you've got to be really smart about who's in your country and who you're allowing in, which is why now there are questions about whether or not we're going to continue, you know, having an open visa season with Spain, Spain in light of it not being able to manage itself. They have this thing called the Shangan area in Europe, right? All the countries that are part of Shangan, which Britain is not, Brexit got them out of that, but people in Great Britain are like, "Well, wait a second." We thought this was actually going to clamp down on some of the immigration challenges, and it hasn't. So in the Shangan area, you know, you can go from one country to another, and now Italy is saying, "Well, we don't want to be part of that with Spain in light of Spain not being able to control who's coming in." So it was a very informative trip. And one that I think, you know, over the coming weeks, I'll continue sharing some parts of that with you. But thank you for being here.
