A federal investigation led by the Department of Homeland Security is probing allegations that Ilhan Omar married her brother, Ahmed Elmi, to bring him to the U.S., with the claim that this marriage was fraudulent and politically motivated. Secretary Markwayne Mullin and President Trump have both asserted the marriage’s legitimacy, prompting a formal inquiry into Omar’s immigration history and the broader family’s entry into the country. The probe does not stop at the 2009 marriage; it also targets earlier applications for citizenship, particularly those involving her father, whose legitimacy could invalidate Omar’s status. If it is proven that her father entered the U.S. under false pretenses, her citizenship could be revoked through denaturalization, a rare but legally possible process. Even without full denaturalization, Omar faces severe penalties, including up to five years in prison, a $250,000 fine, or supervised release. The controversy is compounded by accusations of financial fraud, including a reported $30 million net worth that she later retracted, raising questions about the authenticity of business disclosures tied to her husband and ventures. Watchdog groups demand original financial records, citing inconsistencies in asset valuations and lack of verifiable business operations. Meanwhile, President Trump’s public endorsement of Irish unification has sparked strong backlash in the UK, highlighting the sensitivity of Northern Ireland’s sectarian divisions and immigration concerns. Critics argue that such comments are reckless, especially given the deep-rooted Protestant-Catholic tensions and rising public anxiety over migration. Despite the political tensions, officials emphasize that the investigation is strictly legal and non-partisan, enforcing immigration laws regardless of political affiliation. The case underscores a broader scrutiny of immigration fraud and financial transparency in public office.
Well, she married her brother, so says DHS. Oh my goodness, this is a doozy, guys. Ilhan Omar in the hot seat. She ought to be panicking just about now. Plus, we want to talk a little bit about Ireland and what the president had to say that was so provocative. I mean, not to me, but I'm an Irish American who has always wanted unification. This is, let's just say, poking at some serious wounds and he's in a lot of trouble with those brits who are just coming right about now. Totally undone. Plus, gosh, it's been 45 days, 46 days since Seuta, Spain and that total massive breach with all those migrants pouring in. And we're getting word that the Spanish government knew the entire time that it was about to happen, so what did they do? Nothing! No surprise there, right? Welcome to The Charms History. And please make sure you subscribe. Dantana, she married her brother. Oh boy, oh boy, Ilhan Omar, are you in trouble now? And then she married a brother to come in. Not at all, you know, but I think I would imagine they're looking at her. I have nothing to do with it. We know that she married her brother to try to bring him in the United States. We know he lives now in London. Woo, oh my gosh. Okay, so you heard first from President Trump and maybe you didn't recognize the second guy, but that second guy. He's a pretty big deal. He runs DHS right now. So that's the sitting secretary of Homeland Security, Mark Wayne Mullin, publicly declaring the Democrat Congresswoman Ilhan Omar actually did marry her brother, as the president has suggested over and over again. He had a lot to say to Benny Johnson saying that, yeah, yeah, we know that she married him in order to bring him to the United States. I mean, this is a big accusation, okay? From the man that's overseeing the entire federal agency that's responsible for enforcing America's immigration laws. So this is no longer just about this allegation, right? That's been circulating online for years. This is about federal law enforcement officials. First, you had the vice president. Now you've got DHS saying, yup, there's an active criminal investigation involving Ilhan Omar. So what do investigators want to know? And what does Ilhan Omar's highly unusual marital timeline actually show us? Quite a bit if you ask me. I was looking through this nice little graphic that we put together. You know, back in 2002, she had, I guess, a religious marriage with the man who happens to be the father of her children. She came to America in 1995, reportedly became a citizen back in 2000 when she was about 17 years old. Although there were a lot of questions about her age which may be material. So remember that. In 2002, again, she has this religious marriage with a guy named Ahmed Hersey. Here he is, what a winner. He is the father of her children. And that marriage was recognized within their faith. But it was never recognized by the government. It was never considered a legal civil marriage. They happen to have two kids together. And she says they separated through their faith in 2008. And then what do you know? But on 2009 comes long and she legally marries her second husband. I guess he would technically be her first husband in the eyes of the law. This is a British Somali man named Ahmed Nehseed Elmi. Take a good look at him there. See if he looks much like Ilhan. Because this is the man who mullen and Trump are both alleging is actually Ilhan Omar's brother. I mean, Ilhan Omar, I should point out, she categorically denies this. Absolutely not. But the Daily Mail did this big investigation back in 2020. And they basically interviewed this guy named Osman who is a community leader, described as a prominent member of the Minneapolis Somali community. And he was claiming that Omar had introduced Elmi as her brother and that the members of the community understood that he needed papers in order to remain in the United States. Now, that's one individual's allegation. It's not actual judicial proof, but is and named on the record allegation from somebody who claimed direct knowledge of the family. And then again, you go back to this timeline, right? This lovely little timeline here. Because it says that Omar separated from Elmi through her faith in what they say 2011. That was the divorce. Now during that period, she had actually reunited with Hirsi. And they had a third get together. What do you know? I mean, come on. She legally divorced Elmi in 2017. Then it's legally married Hirsi in 2018. And then she divorces Hirsi in 2019. And then, oh, in 2020, she means the love of her life. To me, mine at. OK, so I get it. None of this proves that Elmi was her brother, but it leaves investigators with a lot of important questions here. Why did Omar legally marry Elmi? What immigration status did Elmi possess before and after during the marriage and did either party seek an immigration benefit, based upon all of this? And let me go if you would, back to Mark Wayne Mullin, who explains it all in terms of what federal agencies are looking at, what documents they want to see, and what they believe really transpired. So listen here to the full exchange between Secretary Mullin and Benny Johnson. Watch. OK. Well, what's going to happen, Mr. Secretary? So just go to happen. And this is an ongoing investigation. We feel that this may-- there's even more to this, the whole family, migration, and possibly some illegal activity for them to come to the United States begin with. But all of us in the best, we're investigating. Here's what I want to make sure we do. If we actually move a case forward, it's not a political case. It's actual a case because they did things wrong. If you decided to break the law, or lie on the information you get in the United States, the bill to come into the United States through either a asylum or because you were just wanting to seek it at a better lie, but you didn't tell her who you actually were. You lied about certain things about your application. Of those things, there's no expiration to that. If we can prove it, then you shouldn't be in here in the first place. Will the fortune-- and so we're looking at-- it's more than just her case. We're looking at a lot of cases that are very similar to this that we feel like there may have been fraud from the get-go. But when we move forward, it's not political. It's because you chose to break the nation's laws. And I've said this multiple times, and I continue to say, I don't make laws anymore. I'm in charge of enforcing laws, and I will not pick and choose which laws I'm going to enforce and which laws I'm not. I'm going to enforce all of you, regardless of who you are. Regardless of your Omar or your sommowler individual night community. We're going to enforce it equally. Wow. OK, that's a big deal. And we should unpack that first. I just want to point out, I'm actually going to be on Benny's show tomorrow morning at 10.40 AM Eastern time. So make sure you turn into Benny Johnson tomorrow. But that is a big deal, what he's saying there. I mean, let's think about, first of all, he's saying, we know that she married her brother. Second of all, he's saying something is going to happen. And third, he's saying investigators may be examining more than just the 2009 marriage. They're actually raising the possibility that Omar's entire family migration and the possibility of illegal activity surrounding how members of her family originally entered the country is coming into play. And that is critical, OK? That is like the key part of all of this. That final little nugget there is the key to whether or not deportation is even legally possible. Legally possible for one Ilhan Omar. I'm going to explain that in just a minute, because there's a distinction. But first, look at what the Department of Justice was saying. Just about a month ago, this is Todd Blanche. These charges and the indictments know and sealed, they show how far people will go to cheat our immigration system, gaining American citizenship and legal status to reside in this great nation is a sacred privilege. And we will ensure it is always done in accordance with the law protecting our communities and national security. These schemes have real costs. They rob our country of its ability to know who should be and should not be allowed in America. And this department and the Department of Homeland Security will not stand for this. And I think this prosecution and the hard work that went into it with the agents and the prosecutors show that. OK, so this is-- Our efforts to protect our immigration system and our country's borders are aggressive and exhaustive, no matter how-- OK, so the Justice Department, in that particular case, just about four weeks ago, charged 11 defendants in what Blanche is describing as the largest marriage fraud prosecutions in American history. According to this indictment, the network allegedly orchestrated more than 1,000 sham marriages over about a decade. Most of those foreign clients were reportedly Chinese nationals seeking lawful permanent residency in the United States. And according to prosecutors, foreign nationals paid the operation as much as 100K a pop. Whoa, to get matched with an American citizen. Now, the American participants were allegedly paid as much as 30K to enter the marriages. So it was a financial arrangement with recruiters getting like 5K every 10, they delivered an American. How about that? were allegedly divided into installments, tied to immigration.
a milestone, you had to have the marriage, and you had to file the application, you had to attend the interview, obtain the green card, et cetera. It's another words, there's a premium on this stuff. And it's a big deal. And they're going after it because there was a heck of a lot of fraud going on. You had staged weddings and banquets and staged photographs, I mean, you've seen like sitcoms like this, right? I've seen sitcoms, you know. It's kind of like this funny thing, and they've had movies, they've romanticized this. Think about that. That's Hollywood at work, baby. Anyway, they get to make sure that these people are legit, and so that's what they're digging into. And now the question becomes, was Ilhan legit? And it doesn't look like it. I mean, they're telling us, now the president, the vice president, and now DHS is telling us that something's going to happen, and they're also looking into how she got her citizenship in the first place. Again, remember that I'm getting back to it. Stay with me, stay with me, stay with me because this is really important stuff, very, very important right now. Oh, you know what else is in my hair, right? My hair, of course. Yeah. Why not have a hair commercial, by all means, right? Anyway. So this is a company called One Skin, OS One, as I call it, One Skin. And it's just really, really kind of remarkable. It's a really, really kind of special product. I love their skin products, which is how I grew to know them. They sent me some skin products. And I get a lot of these things in the mail and for, you know, variety, you know, people want to advertise on the show. But most of them, I'm like, yeah, no, no, no, no, no. In this case, this was one heck of a product. I loved their moisturizer. I loved it. And, you know, without getting into too much detail, it like really penetrated your skin, like, in a way, it doesn't sit on top, it like gets in there. And so I love it. It makes makeup go on easier. And so they told me they were coming out with a hair product and I'm like, seriously, and so I tried the hair product and I loved the hair product. I loved the hair product and I feel like, you know, I don't know if it's like stress or just getting older or something like my hair isn't quite, you know, whatever. And I feel like it's coming back in a big way. So I love it. And you can get 15% off. If you want to give your hair that extra boost, check it out, Code Regan. It helps the show. It helps you. It helps me. To use the Code Regan, R-E-G-A-N, I can tell you that they spent a lot of time working on this 10 years of longevity research. One's Gets OS-01 peptide is an engineer to support your hair to make it look visibly fuller and thicker at any age. So for a limited time, try one skin with 15% off using Code Regan at onesgit.co.co/regan. Again, 15% off at onesgit.co/regan. So after you're purchased, they're going to ask you, where did you hear about us? Make sure you support the show and you tell them, the Trish Regan show. Anyway, I'm just blown away by everything that's happening right now with Ilhan because there's, you know, a part of us, right, guys, like let's just be honest, we're getting a little frustrated. And we're kind of like, one is this, one is this happening. I mean, we've talked at length about the Daily Mail investigation where they talked to that prominent member, the Somali community who said, yeah, that was just like a sham marriage. Like she's marrying her brother. She had introduced him all around town as her brother said he needed his papers. Apparently, there was no one willing to marry him, but her. So that's what the allegation is. That's what the allegation is now from Markoyne Mullin who runs DHS. So she's married to one guy, one on med. And then the brother comes into the picture, allegedly. She separates from the first on med, gets together with the second on med, the brother, and then continues to have a relationship with the first on med because she's still having kids with him. Third kid, right? Well, she's supposedly married to the other guy. So, you know, investigators are left with all of these questions and they have determined, at least according to this explosive interview. Thank you, Benny Johnson for this one, that she, in fact, married her brother. And we know that she married her brother to try to bring him in the United States. Huh. So he's over there in London. He apparently got some degree in North Dakota, apparently the same school that she went to. I don't know how long they ever lived together, but, you know, these are kind of important things and these things need to be established. So what happens now, right? Apparently, this is bigger than just him. So they're looking at the whole family migration and the possibility that there was illegal activity around the entire family when they originally entered the country. Now, why is that important? Because here's the deal, okay? Say what you want. The reality is, if you, if you come to this country legitimately as a refugee and your child is naturalized as a citizen, then she's a citizen, right? So that would mean even if she goes out on that criminal limb and brings her brother in through a false marriage, it's kind of hard to get rid of her. I mean, you could get rid of him. But if she is a legitimate citizen, naturalized, whatever, then it would be very hard to get rid of her. You could put her in jail, right? She could pay a big fine. I think there's a jail time up to five years, but you're not going to be able to deport her. What he's talking about is something very, very different here. He's talking about deportation. So what they're talking about is a much broader investigation that would look at the father, that would look at the mother, that would look at all of those applications for a citizenship that were filed back when Ilhan Omar first came here and when she was 17 years old. And if they can prove that there is some discrepancy, shall I say, if they're, you know, for example, if the dad was not really all that great a guy and was actually not really a refugee, but maybe actually partook in some of the destruction that was going on in Somalia, then that would make his citizenship null and void, and it would make that her citizenship null and void. So that's what they're looking into. Could it happen? Oh, yeah, you better believe it could happen. Tom Holman said as much yesterday while he also confirmed this investigation was going on. Watch. If someone committed immigration violation, someone committed marriage fraud or anything like that, regardless if they're a congressman or not, no one's above the law. So I'll leave it at that. We'll let HSI, Homeland Security Investigations continue the investigation. Okay. So you're confirming she went on to say, wait a second, so you're confirming it. Let's listen to the rest of someone committed immigration. There is an investigation into is an investigation into Congresswoman Omar. I'm confirming that ISIS, yeah, like I said months ago, that is something that's been reported and needs to be looked at. Wow. Okay, so he has been saying that for quite some time. So then it becomes, wait a second, can she actually be denaturalized? Look, as I was explaining, if this investigation goes so broad as to tackle her father, for example, and suggest that maybe her father, who became the naturalized citizen and therefore she became the naturalized citizen. If the father was not a legitimate refugee and they can prove that out, then her relationship becomes null and void. Obviously, if they're telling us, and they are telling us that she married her brother, his citizenship is quite clearly null and void. He better not try and come back into the United States of America. He better stay over there in the UK, you know, because it's going to be game over if he comes here. But for her now, sure, they could send her to jail or maybe they could send her out of the country. And that's what they're looking at doing. That's sort of the bigger, the bigger stakes, if you would. Let's go back to home and on denaturalization because the reporter's asking this question, gee, you know, she's already a citizen, so how would you do this moment takes it away? You know, I've been around 40 years and we've done denats cases. We have denaturalized citizens based on fraud, based on lying under applications, we're lying through the process, misrepresenting themselves, or maybe misrepresenting organizations they belong to or beliefs they have. But denaturalization is a process, it's a very serious process. So if someone lies through that process to become a citizen and we can prove they, in fact, lie or misrepresent themselves, we can absolutely denaturalize them. We've done it before many times over the last 40 years I've been around, so it's a process. All right, so again, the big Kahuna here is going back and figuring out what happened with the entire family. I think they've somehow determined that this marriage application, if you're watching on video, you see it right here above my left hand shoulder. This is the marriage application and the certificate, the license that says she's married to allegedly her brother and his name being Ahmed Elmi. Now apparently living in London, so one would have to assume that this marriage is null and void in the sort of eyes of the federal government. And so Ahmed can't come back into the U.S., he has no status if they're proven this out. But the bigger question then is what happens to her? Look, you know, I said it, you can get five years up, up to five years in prison. This is a felony. OK, so if you say, hey, you know, I'm going to marry my brother, you just can't do that. But remember, if she is a naturalized citizen, these are the options, right? You get up to a $250,000 penalty, potentially three years of support.
supervised release, the penalty can apply to both the immigrant and the U.S. citizen who knowingly participates, the deportation, meanwhile, happens to the brother in this case. But if they figure out that the dad, who's now deceased, came here under false pretenses, well, then that's the whole other ballgame, right? That's what homins are talking about. That's the big deal. Because in that case, and he said, look, I've been in this business 40 years, and over the last 40 years, we call them D-NAT cases. And inside baseball, a lingo for you, the D-Naturalization, D-NAT cases, we've had them, and they've happened. And look, you just have to be able to prove it out. So that's the next question, and that's what DHS is looking at. Let's go back to the president, because he's been going on about this, right, for some time. I want to see people that contribute. I don't want to see Somalia. I don't want to see a woman that, you know, marries a brother to get in, and then becomes a congressman, does nothing but complain, or she does this complain, complain, complain, and yet her country is a mess, you know, it's one of the worst in the world. Let her go back, fix up her own country. So, no, Somalia, and I was right about it. You know, I started complaining about Somalia long before the scandal, the horrible things they're doing to Minnesota, it's incredible, they have an incompetent governor there too. The Democrats are running some bad chips. Ooh, okay, so he's been kind of singing a similar tune, right, for a while, and what is her response to that? Her response is, this is nothing but a bunch of political BS that he's racist, he's this, he's like, well, let's listen to Ilhan Omar in her own words. He's always been a racist, a bigot, a xenophobic, and a Islamophobic. We know that he called African nations a shit hole in his first administration. We know that when he came down, that escalator, he said he was going to stop Muslim immigration into this country, and so it is not surprising that he is going after black immigrants in this country, and it's certainly not surprising that he's choosing a black immigrant community that is also Muslim, but what I would like to say is that most of us are citizens on our passport. It says we are nationals of this country, we love that Minnesota has welcomed us. Many of us have not been settled in Minnesota, we chose it as a home because the Minnesota people and the state is beautiful and very welcoming, and we are going to be here regardless of what the president has to say. I agree. I love the -- hmm. She agrees. Okay. Well, I think it, in this case, you know, is it political? All right. You know, maybe a little teeny bit political. In other words, she's made it political. She's the one who said, you know, some people did something on 9/11. She's the one who still refuses -- still refuses -- to apologize for those comments. She's the one who embraced socialism. She's the one that was at the tip of that $250 million feeding our future, frenzy scandal that blew up really and truly in her face, and we're still asking questions about where that money went. I have more on that. I'm going to get to it. But the point is being that, you know, is it political? Here's the reality. It doesn't matter. I'm just going to tell you. And Homan's saying, no, because you know what? We're just doing our jobs. And he's right. In other words, Congress makes the laws. And then he's got to enforce them, right? What do you think DHS is doing? They got to enforce them. It's not their fault, Ilhan, that you apparently broke the law. There's nothing political about it. ISIS enforce the law. That Congress wrote -- I mean, these are all laws that are in statute of immigration, nationality act, which is written by Congress, enacted by Congress and signed by President. ISIS and ISIS, HSI, DHS -- none of us are making this up. Our jobs and the force laws are enacted by Congress, and that's exactly what we're going to do. Film. So he made the point that they can denaturalize somebody who came here and secured citizenship under false pretenses. They absolutely can. And that's what Ilhan has to be most worried about right now, because the Justice Department has recently increased the number of civil denaturalization cases that they've taken on involving people accused of concealing crimes, accused of concealing fraudulent identities, disqualifying conduct while obtaining citizenship. These are all things that we cause for denaturalization. So remember, this is one little complication in Ilhan Omar's case. She came here and became a citizen in the year 2000 when she was apparently 17 years old. She did not marry Ahmed Elmi until 2009, therefore, even if investigators proved that the Elmi marriage was fraudulent, that later act would not automatically establish that citizenship Omar obtained nine years earlier was in valid. She could potentially face criminal liability without automatically becoming deportable. That said, if her dad came here under false pretenses, misrepresented who he was than his citizenship, even though he's deceased becomes null and void and thus Ilhan Omar's does too. Okay, so that's the big Kahuna, that's what they're really striving for. That's what they think they're going to get, and that's why they're kind of holding out as they broaden this investigation with somehow way to go, "Benny, got them to like leak all that." But again, even if they don't get that and I wouldn't be surprised if they do because they're pretty darn determined, you're still looking at up to five years in federal prison, right? A fine of 250K, you know, it's a big deal. It's a very big deal to have been trying to evade immigration law. And if you married your brother, you would be evading immigration law. So that's what she's facing, and basically a naturalized American citizen, while they're not ordinarily stripped of their citizenship, just for participating in this crime, the possibility here is that the citizenship was never real to begin with. And that's a massive, massive allegation. So a big deal to hear Mullen reference the whole "family migration." And for him to say that matters so much more. Again, I want to play it, and I want you to listen to it with those particular words, whole family migration, those words in mind. Okay. Secretary? Well, this is going to happen, and this is an ongoing investigation. We feel that this may, you know, there's even more being, there may be more to this, the whole family migration, and possibly some illegal activity for them to come to the United States begin with. But all of a sudden, we're investigating, and here's what I want to make sure we do. Boom! The whole family migration, and how they came to the United States, were the underlying asylum residency and citizenship applications, basically not accurate? Were they lying on those? Was every family relationship legitimate, and did the records contain any material falsehoods that could come back to Haunt, Ilhan Omar right now, and her legal eligibility? That's a big deal. That is a big deal, because I've said all along, I'm not sure how they're going to get her, unless they've got some kind of intel that suggests something got screwed up back when she was applying for citizenship to begin with. And when he says they're looking at the whole family migration, woo! That tells you exactly what you need to know. So in other words, the marrying the brother thing, that may be nothing. Like the whole point is, the entire family may not legitimately be allowed to be here. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is huge. I mean, just absolutely, positively huge, a watchdog group, meanwhile, is demanding more from Ilhan. A watchdog group is coming out saying, "We need to see these financial records. We need to understand just exactly whether or not there was fraud when it pertains to Ilhan Omar and the feeding our future scandal, and the somehow reported net worth of like, $30 million, I mean, that was kind of massive, right? Remember that?" And then it kind of all went away sort of, kind of, when she said, "No, no, no, no, just a little mistake." I mean, my accountant, my accountant somehow didn't know that, you know, I wasn't worth $30 million. In actuality, I'm more somewhere between, I was the latest number, under 95,000, between 18,000 and 95,000, are you kidding me? Like, he really, I mean, he must have gone to the leering school. He really must have gone to the leering school. Anyway, some people are not buying this. There was a report that came out.
out that effectively tried to clear her name, and this watchdog group came out going into the weekend and saying, "No, no, no way, no way." They're saying, "We need the original financial documents because this was an astonishing correction, right? You don't go from $30 million to $18,000." Like, that does not happen. So you've got the marriage debacle, the possibility that this woman was never a citizen ship to begin with, and now you've got this doozy out there, a watchdog group demanding these records. They want the financial records of Ilhan Omar and her husband, you know, Timmy Minah and his $5 million winery that doesn't seem to exist. That's like not going to be something that we're going to sweep under the rug, okay? We can't sweep away a multi-million dollar fortune somehow just because it's convenient for some people in Washington to make it go away. Okay, the accountant made a mistake. I mean, that's a big mistake, right? That's not just a misplaced decimal. Thank you very much. That is like a $29.9 million mistake. That's a lot. That's a lot of money, and you know, some people, they're just not buying it. I want to go back to Steve Forbes and some of his original comments on this. Here he is speaking on Fox Business, and he's like, "Yeah, he's not buying any of it." A lot of smelly stuff here, and that's why in the American Dream, her American Dream is the Al Capone version of the American Dream, Tony Suprano version of the American Dream, and that is steal it, steal it from the taxpayers. And so there's a lot of stuff here, and so when somebody cloaks themselves in the "Oh, the American Dream," and so you have numbers like this, from minus 1,030,40 million, you know something is not right. Yeah, not right, which is why it was kind of surprising to see this story last week, Ilhan Omar, cleared of wrongdoing after overstating assets by millions. The Wall Street Journal was the first to report this, interesting, so they get some kind of source in Ilhan Omar's office, and she's looking for a favor. This came out, and the next thing you know, nonpartisan congressional ethics body, they voted 5 to 1 to just dismiss allegations that Omar submitted false or incomplete financial information. They just, like, "Okay, it's going to go away." Are you kidding me? I mean, the OCC apparently, concluding that there was, quote, "no substantial reason to believe," Ilhan Omar, knowingly filed false information, Omar's office, they're treating this as a total victory lap, as you can imagine they would, right? Unbelievable. Well, not everybody is, I mean, this Paul Kamilamar from National Legal and Policy Center is calling it stunning that the Office of Congressional Conduct voted 5 to 1 to recommend the House Ethics Committee to dismiss this despite Ilhan Omar saying, you know, she's free and clear for goodness' sakes. Unbelievable. Unbelievable. I'm just looking at the Wall Street Journal article here because they quote her spokesperson as saying, quote, "This vote clearly underscores that the Congresswoman did nothing wrong in attempts by the far right to manufacture controversy and distract from the facts or pathetic, and nothing more than a desperate distraction from their own failures." I'm sorry, lady. Like the far right did not come up with the $30 million valuation on her assets, okay? So good for these guys, National Legal and Policy Center, again, a watchdog group, they are like, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. They're now demanding that the House Ethics Committee obtain the original financial records. Well, because how the heck do you know what's going on, unless you see the original financial records? I mean, you've got to have your own accounting and your own accountant because correcting a form like that's just, I'm sorry, it's not the same thing, right? How do we know that the correction is accurate? Omar's original disclosure said they had between $6 million and $30 million. That's a fortune that apparently Timmy Minette was responsible for through his winery called East Street crew, and then his venture capital firm called Rose Lake Capital, the winery, it had been valued at 15K to 50,000, something appeared on the disclosures, an asset that was worth 1 million to $5 million, and you and I have talked about this before, right? I kept saying, I'm wondering if they're padding this valuation deliberately to kind of use this Rose Lake Capital venture capital firm as some kind of facade, I'll just say it for alleged money laundering, all right? That is my concern, so you know, it just doesn't make any sense. I mean, this Rose Lake Capital used to be worth less than $1,000, now suddenly it's worth 5 to 25 million. Thereby producing a household fortune of $30 million, none of this adds up literally, does not add up, you get no income off the winery, no income from Rose Lake Capital, and somehow you're worth $30 million. I'm not buying it, no one's buying it, Comer wasn't even buying it back in the day, he better get going on this one, or I'll tell you, people are going to be very angry. Well, look, who makes a multi-million dollar mistake on their financial disclosure form? Either her accountant went to one of those quality leering centers in Minnesota, or she lied about it. If she lied about it, that's a felony, Sean. If her accountant went to one of the quality leering centers, then she should work with us as a whistleblower to help us prosecute all of her fellow Somalis who were involved in this massive welfare scheme in Minnesota. Either way, she's never explained to the public how her net worth was $30 million, and if she made a mistake, how the mistake happened. I mean, it's not possible. You review that financial disclosure form before you hit enter. You enter all the assets in, and then it pops up and you review it and you hit it again, so it's highly unlikely that she made a mistake. This isn't going to go away from her, so we're going to continue to try to push for answers and see if her name pops up in any of these frauds that Vice President Vance and the House Overset Committee are detecting in Minnesota. Okay. We want answers. We need answers, right? The watchdog group is going to push you to get those answers because what businesses did they actually possess? What were the revenues on those businesses? What were the liabilities on those businesses? Who was investing? Important. Who was investing in those businesses? Who did business with those businesses? What contracts did they execute? You know, and there was there any money directly or indirectly tied to any government programs or entities that received taxpayer funds, right? All those people out in Minneapolis that were a part of feeding our future, were they? I'm just asking, investing in Timmy Minutes, venture capital firm, doing deals in what 81 different countries as his website once purported. This is extremely suspicious. You cannot sweep this under the rug. You need the actual accountant statements. You need the bank statements. You need the tax returns. You need the balance sheets and you need it all, okay? You need it all. And maybe the IRS is doing this. They can't tell us, by the way, if they are, they can't because that would be a breach of confidence. They're not allowed to tell us. But, you know, ethics, where are you? I mean, this is the ethics committee for goodness sakes. Come on, back to Steve Forbes. Also, like, you know, blaming people, bullying, doing race baiting, race bullying. There's no evidence, public evidence. There's even a winery. She validated a 5 million. His investment firm is real, which, well, it's supposedly real. It's DC headquarters appear to share office space at a WeWork, Steve. There's no track record of his firm managing money, doing M&A deals. No clients we see, investment deals or any work it's done. They say they do work in 80 nations operating in. There's no SEC registrations for them as investment advisors. What is going on here? This increasingly looks sketchy, both the winery and his investment firm. Yeah, the winery may not exist in the firm. It may be just a really a name only, as you say, a WeWork office. Big deal. So that's why the investigation needs to be done. And suddenly, all that 30 million, I think you're going to find, I'll make a speculation in a prediction that 30 million came from sources that are illegal, period. I think he's right, okay? I don't think this is a simple accounting mistake. I think Ilhan Omar. My suspicion, okay, and my suspicions are often quite right, strangely, weirdly, sell. But my suspicion is that there are some funny stuff going on. Now she's innocent until proven guilty. But she has no desire for whatever reason to help prove her innocence. She won't come forward with any of the records they've been asking from out in Minnesota. Right? She won't give anybody any of the records there. And now we learn that the OCC is just like saying, hey, case closed, nothing to see here. I don't think so. Ilhan thinks this is a victory. No, no, no, no, no, no. I think it's really important for all of us, right? For all of us to stay on this story and continue to demand and to put the pressure on Koma or whoever we need to be putting the pressure on, I mean, clearly DHS is doing their part, right? They're following through on the deportation front. But where's Treasury on this? Okay, Scott Besson, we're looking at you, all right? You guys, it balls in your court. I would think that the IRS would be looking at this. I would think that Treasury's Department of Terror's financing would be looking at this. We already got wind that perhaps they were because according to some kind of legal back and forth with Timmy.
Many Minas business partner at Rose Lake Capital apparently they couldn't access certain funds because the Treasury Department had put a hold on them because the Treasury Department suspected them of being involved with terrorist financing. I mean, that's a pretty big thing. So why don't we know more and how is this woman still sitting there in Congress? I'm really troubled by it. And I really am and I see no desire from her to come forward with any numbers or any of the original financial records that would help prove her innocence. So it's going to come down to James Comer and I'm just done. He's going to have to get up to trot on this one because he was everywhere, right? Remember, back in February, he was like all over this, he couldn't get off the airwaves, he kept talking about this as he should, it didn't make any sense. He kept pointing out that the obvious concerns with Timmy Minas business over and over again, he requested the financial records related to East Street capital and Rose Lake Capital and nothing came forward. Like she just blew it off, like tell it to the hand. And then he deferred it to the ethics committee and now the OCC is coming back and saying, all right, we're not going to do anything with it, but the ball is still in his court. So he still has room to run here. The ethics committee is not required to accept the OCC's recommendation, not at all. And it's evenly divided between Republicans and Democrats on the matter. And so the dismissal arrived around the beginning of a 60-day pre-election period during which the new ethics investigations generally cannot be reopened. So if everyone simply points to the OCC's five to one vote and moves on, the controversy disappears from the public view and that's that. We'd have no accountability in that case and I'm not okay with that. I know you're not. You tell me. You're okay with that. I don't think so, right? You're hoping, somebody's hoping, Ilhan spokesperson is hoping, you're going to be okay with this. But no, no, no, no, no, you say you did nothing wrong. I want to see you prove it. Show us the original valuations. Show us the original documents because this doesn't add up. Can you imagine that OCC committee there saying, well, you know, she just had a typo? You don't think you want to see the actual documentation? The underlying financial records to support whatever conclusion the accountant was coming up with. I mean, come on people, really and truly come on. I get my Irish up sometimes, right, because I get kind of annoyed with these things. Well, who knew the Brits were so Irish? They had their Irish all up over the weekend. Oh my gosh. They're flipping out because the president said this. Love to see it unified. Whoa. He's talking about Ireland. I'd love to see it unified. He said he's talking about Mother Ireland and bringing the UK, which is Northern Ireland, Belfast, right together with the rest of the island. And this is huge, guys. This is absolutely positively huge. And having just visited there recently, I can tell you, you know, those wounds are really, really raw. My bias, full disclosure, because you know, I'm an Irish American girl myself, full red blooded capitalist American, but you know, you go back a few hundred years. The regains were all from Ireland. And there's nothing more that we would like to see than we would like to see than a United Ireland. He bought and said this and I'm thinking, yeah, that's great. That's my president, right? That's my president. He doesn't care. He's open up all kinds of Pandora boxes all around him and he does it anyway. Listen to this question and answer. What's your view on Ireland? What's your view on? What's your view on? Well, I don't want to cross any clouds. But I would love to see it unified. I have friends on both sides. Great people. The Irish people, how can they be bad, right? I think it would be a great, you know, a great feather in everybody's cap. It's going to happen eventually. You know what? It's going to happen now. We're talking about it. You get the right man over here to get it moving, but, yeah, I think it would be a fantastic thing. Now the UK won't have something to say about it obviously, but I think it would be a great thing. I mean, how can it be bad? Exactly. Right? They're all Irish. Let them be one country together. Maybe they could fight back against the immigration challenges collectively together instead of having the UK send all those migrants into Northern Ireland, and then they pour down through the very poorest border, basically becoming a financial liability and challenge to the rest of Mother Ireland. Now this is a very source subject, like very, very source subject. So somehow he just wandered into perhaps the most explosive, possible subject for Ireland period and for Great Britain, right? He suggested there that Britain just ought to give it back. Just give it back. He said, I want to see it united, right? How bad can that be? It's going to happen eventually might as well happen now. So he openly endorsed the United Ireland. This really hasn't happened before. It just has not happened. All US presidents have tried to stand the sidelines and be very diplomatic about this, but you know, you figure he's actually going for the Falkland Islands too, right? The East Lesson, that Venus, right, as they call them down in Argentina. He's like, you know, they ought to give those back to Argentina and they ought to just give Ireland back to Ireland. This is an American president, openly contemplating, breaking up the UK. So the British reaction, oh my gosh, it was visceral. They absolutely positively loved it, even on my favorite channel over in the UK, GB news, GB news. They, I mean, and they're conservative, right? But they did not appreciate this, not one bit. I just think the fact that we're having to have this conversation, a US president coming out and emphatically endorsing a United Ireland shows yet again how completely unfit for office president Trump is. I wouldn't be surprised at all if this was a bit addictive, pot stirring move by president Trump. Really? Oh, that's what you think it is, okay? And then somebody else was like, well, I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt. I'm going to blame his team. Can't write. I think if it was a mistake and he wasn't briefed properly, that he's unforgivable given his position and his team. So if it genuinely was something that was not thought about, then questions need to be answered about his advisors and the people around him. Oh, I see. You know, perhaps he just didn't understand what he was saying, right? His handlers failed to educate him about the sensitivities surrounding Northern Ireland. Trust me. He gets it. Heck, he's got a big golf resort for goodness sakes that he was also at over there. He gets it. He gets it. Here's the article coming out over the weekend in the New York Times. Trump says Irish Unification would be fantastic, fantastic, breaking with president. And then, you know, yesterday this guy news put out backlash grows over Trump's completely wrong comments on Irish Unification. Completely wrong. Really? You think that, guys? I don't think that. I actually think that, you know, it would be fantastic if you could bring them all together. Because hey, if you're in Northern Ireland, think about the economic opportunities you had. You would have. I mean, you got nothing up there in Northern Ireland. You just got the UK and the UK hasn't invested squat in Northern Ireland. And then you look at Dublin and you got Google and you got Metta and all the presidents talked about that before. I've always called them shotgun marriages where a US company goes and buys some company over in Dublin, right? Because then they get the low 12% tax rate. But, you know, it was smart on Ireland's part, very, very smart. Not smart for us to have crazy high tax rates, but smart for Ireland to say, hey, come on, come on. We'll give you a really low tax rate. And what do you know? These businesses come in. They bring jobs. They've now got this amazing tech economy there in Ireland because it's a heck of a lot cheaper to operate there than it is out in Palo Alto, California, right? So if you're the UK, if you're Northern Ireland, you're up there in Belfast without a hope and a prayer of ever making a living. You're looking down at your Southern neighbor saying, you know, maybe this would be better to be reunited with them once and for all anyway because it's a far better path to economic opportunity than anything we got here. The UK is a mess for goodness sakes and all they do is keep throwing all the migrants right there into Northern Ireland. I will say, though, it is a sensitive issue, it's a very sensitive issue. I was there myself recently and I was really stunned by, I mean, like I was up in the north and people would say to me, are you Irish? Or are you British? I'm like, do you care? Like, really? Come on, even like I had a couple rides with drivers around Northern Ireland and they would keep asking me those questions because they were trying to determine where I stood. People are extremely careful about what they say and how they identify in which community they belong to because despite the good Friday agreement and despite nearly three decades of peace, thank goodness, you still have these Protestant and Catholic tensions in these communities that are alive and well. They have different neighborhoods, they have different schools. I was amazed by it. Like, one side of the street is Catholic, one side of the street is Protestant. So different schools, different traditions, different political loyalties, big time, 90 percent. Do you know this 90 percent of the kids still attend schools divided largely along religious lines? You have the Catholic Nationalist, AKA the Green, who identified with our information.
and support eventual unification, and then you have the Protestant Unionists, the Orange, who identify as British, and they want Northern Ireland to remain part of the UK. I mean, I think that they're crazy to want that personally, because I like the economic realities of what Ireland actually offers them, but these divisions, they're very, very real. And Trump knows their real. I mean, it's why, if you listen. What did he preface his answer with? He said, "This may get me in a little trouble." "What's the idea of Irish innovation, Mr. President?" "What Irish innovation?" "What's your view on?" "What's your view on?" "Well, I don't want to close any trouble, but I will tell you, I'd love to see a beautiful head, friends of both sides, great people, the Irish people. How could they be bad, right?" "How can it be bad?" But he knew that it would be a little bit troublesome, but this is what I'm telling you, okay? He tends to tell the truth. I know everybody wants to say that he's lying through his teeth all the time. No, no, no. My only experience with him, and every time I've interviewed him, he has told the truth. Sometimes, too much of the truth, too much of the truth, can get you in a heck of a lot of trouble. So he knew that it might be troublesome to say that, but he thought, you know, it makes sense for them to unify, totally makes sense. And, you know, if you think about it, he knew it would be problematic. He said it anyway. I think it's in part because, yes, he's very truthful, but it's also in part because, keep in mind, he's trying to pressure Andy Burm right after Britain refused to support America's war against Iran. He's kind of over it. He's like, you guys got to get your own energy. You guys got to get your own contributions to NATO going, and you guys are going to have to figure it out because we're not going to back you up in Ireland with this Northern Ireland thing that really shouldn't exist, and we're not going to back you up with the East Las Navinas, the Fuckland Islands, off the coast of Argentina. You know, you don't back us up. Why should we back you? He doubled down on it, by the way. He doubled down on it twice. This is really, really something to see. Watch. Here he is, actually, at his golf resort, and he said it again. What's the big Andy Barnum, the British Prime Minister, made of your commons on the United Island, I don't know what he said, so he said there will be no referendum until the majority of people. Everybody says that, and then things happen. So do you, by the way, I've spoken to him. You hear that? Everybody says that. But, hey, why not bring it to a referendum? Why not have the vote? Why not give people the opportunity to leave if they would show so choose to? A lot of them would like to, you know why? Not just the better economic opportunity, but this whole, you know, Brexit thing means that they get a harder time traveling anywhere. It's true. You know, I mean, I was just over there, the line for the Europeans is like the fast lane. And then for everybody else, for the Brits, for the Americans, everybody else, you're in the slow lane. So it takes forever to go anywhere. And so that's just a little inconvenience on top of everything else, but the economic one, I think that's a biggie. And then he went on about windmills, because he's like, Andy, for goodness sakes, get rid of the fricking windmills, would you? I think he's a very nice guy. He tends to be on the liberal side, unfortunately. But one thing he is going to be doing, I think he's going to be stopping the snippet windmills that he's going to be drilling in the North Sea. That's my impression. I hope no windmills. If you have a windmill in your backyard, I was the windmill girl in your office that asked you, and you said they were heinous and they were real America's boys. No, no windmills. Windmills, if you have a windmill near your house, your house is practically valueless. It's the most expensive one, it's so sad when I go, you know, Ireland has been very good in windmills. They have proportionally far less than Scotland. Scotland has been to shame what they've done. He's a good thing about a windmill. It can be taken down. You know, there's an upside there somewhere. You know, keep in mind, Northern Ireland is undergoing visible demographic and cultural changes, right, because of the immigration issue. Remember a couple of weeks ago, I showed you in Belfast, all the fires, and all the, I mean, it was unbelievable. Let me show it to you again, actually, just to jog your memory. This is what's going on. This is just some of the examples of what we were seeing there in Belfast. There are a lot of fires as well. There you go. House is torched. They were going and torching some of the migrant centers. Basically, they wanted nothing to do with all the migrants that are coming in and they're really, it's becoming sort of, it's reaching, dare I say, a tipping point. I mean, we're seeing the same story play out over and over and over and over again. We're seeing it in the UK, we're seeing it in, we're seeing it in, obviously, in Northern Ireland, you're seeing it in Germany, you're seeing it in Italy, you're seeing it in Spain. And so people have just kind of reached that breaking point. And for whatever reason, these leaders just don't seem to get it. Northern Ireland is undergoing this massive demographic and cultural change because of immigration. I couldn't believe it, actually. I was there, I was in Belfast, and everywhere I looked, there were the head coverings. And like, it's strange because you're in Ireland and it's like the one place I can go where, you know, if I don't have a tan, because I got this freckly Irish skin, I don't feel that about it, right? But I'm looking around, I'm like, gosh, you know, fewer and fewer people look like me here. And I'm just saying, I'm in Ireland, it's a little bit strange. But this is what's been going on, right? In London, throughout all of Great Britain, it's partly why you saw Brexit. It's partly why people are so frustrated. We saw what happened in ports within the UK just last weekend where people were like, we don't want the migrant boats coming in, the orange community, the, the brits, they want to preserve that British and Protestant heritage. I get it. This has been going on for like 100 years. The green community, they are the Irish Catholics and they want to preserve that heritage. But here's the funny thing. I think all of them collectively are starting to say, gee, the orange and the green, we better work hard to protect this communal heritage over what is coming in, right? Because suddenly, you know, we seem to have a whole lot more in common with each other as much as the, you know, we've been through and all the troubles, et cetera. We got more in common with each other than we do with the people from Syria or from Bangladesh or from parts of Africa, they're infiltrating now our communities. And so I kind of wonder if this is going to be the one issue that could actually bring and Trump senses it. He knows it. That's why he said it. Okay. That's why he answered so honestly. He could have said, you know, I don't want to get into this, but he knows it. He senses it and he knows where the people are. He's got his sort of pulse, if you would, on where the people are right now. And they are leaning so heavily against illegal immigration. So heavily. Like, there was a, a 2026 survey done, and in this survey, they found that 78% of the people in Northern Ireland were concerned about illegal immigration, 78%. And if you think about where they were, you know, a few years ago, nobody worried about this. Because it wasn't an issue, it's really come up since 2020. And so that 78% is going to turn into 98% pretty darn fast. And that's going to be the communal unity issue that brings the orange and the green. You know, maybe you'd prefer them to come together for other reasons, but, you know, it just is what it is. That's what's going to bring them together. I predict, I predict, you know, look, the brits have benefited from this orange and green thing forever. They had immigration policies that could create an issue, it's own immigration policies, I should say, could conceivably create an issue on which they would find a common ground now, however, because at some point, people say enough is enough is enough. And they start to push back. And you're going to see those six counties up there in the north, they're going to, they're going to come back. I get to tell you, it's kind of personal to me, some of you guys know this, maybe some of you don't, but, you know, I might as well get my biases out there. My family in Ireland actually was very supportive of the independence movement in the south. And during the troubles, one of my American cousins, actually, went over to visit them. And he stopped, he was actually working in Belfast, which was interesting. He was working at, I think some of the salt mines up in Belfast. And he went down to the south and he went to visit for a week and he stopped at a local pub. He got a pint and he picked up the IRA newsletter at the pub because someone had an IRA newsletter. He's like, sure, I need something to read. So he read the newsletter, drank his pint, and then gotten his car to go up the hill to the Regan family home. And British police, they followed him right back up to the home. And they got him out and they started questioning him. They involved, they thought he was involved somehow in the cause, or he wasn't, he was just an American kid, you know, visiting his family, you know, while working at the salt mines up in Belfast. But I'll tell you the story illustrates how there was all this suspicion and all this fear that
permeated every day life. You always had the Brits watching you. And so that's very much alive and well. When you go to Ireland today, that's very present in their minds. And so it's an emotionally charged issue. And I think unity, however, could still be coming. And maybe this is the issue. This immigration challenge is going to be what actually finally galvanizes everybody to come together and say, you know what, we are one. We are one against a common enemy right now that wants to actually really destroy our culture because I'll tell you, the Protestants and the Catholics in Ireland have a lot more in common with each other than they do with the Syrians that are Muslim or the Africans that are Muslim. I mean, let's just face the reality of it, right? So Donald Trump gets this, knows this, and he's leaning into it. Same thing's going on in Germany. I mean, this just keeps replaying and replaying and replaying, but you know, when I look at Germany today and I see, wow, what's happening there, I just gotta tell you, I'm not surprised the AFT is doing the way it's doing. Take a look. Wow, man or a woman? Hello, I'm Alexander Hermann. - My name is. - It's a wide-fabricated behavior in the half of this society, not so good. A lot of others are going to be aware of this all the time. - Okay. - Mm-hmm. - Dear comrades, let's take a look at what's happened over the last three months. Okay, well, you don't need to speak German to understand what's wrong with this picture, right? You wonder why the AFT is gaining? You wonder why the conservatives have a leg to stand on. In Germany right now, I mean seriously, for goodness' externalities, political establishment, they keep reacting to this rise of the AFT as being the enemy, right? And they act like millions of German voters have suddenly lost their minds. It was like, what we saw here in the US? How could anybody vote for Donald Trump? How could that ever happen? You know, I'll tell you. The ones that have lost touch with reality? It's not the everyday Germans for goodness' sake. It's these not jobs out there. I mean, here's a group that, I guess they did this in 2023. A bunch of people that think they're dogs and like to act like dogs and get together and Berlin once a year and parade around like dogs and then go hiking, seriously. And this is making the rounds again. Because again, people are pointing to the insanity of it all. (audience cheering) Yikes. Okay. So again, I'll ask you my question. Which is, are you surprised that AFD is winning the day? I mean, they got a big election coming up next weekend too. And I think they're gonna take that one as well. I'll tell you, you know, you've got violent crime. You've got a lot of pressure on housing, a lot of pressure on schools, energy prices are soaring. Obviously, you've got an economy that's totally a mess. I mean, when you look at inflation versus where the economy is, they are not growing at all. I would call this stagflation. They're not growing. And yet you've got higher and higher and higher costs with inflation skyrocketing. Something like 20%, 25% overall in the last five years. So yes, you've got a group of people that are really struggling. And then you see scenes like this, where people are, you know, let's just say very special. Like this is not a Star Wars or rather Star Trek convention. No, these are the members of the German left. Okay. So between that and the pop walk video of, you know, hundreds of people crawling through the streets, dressed in behaving like dogs, I just got to say, like AFD, yeah, like this is your election to win for goodness sakes. You know, there's no way that this is going to be tolerated by everyday folks. Just like what was going on here in the US of A was not tolerated by everyday folks. It is why Donald Trump won the first time. And it is why he won the second time. Well, German voters are delivering an earthquake, an earthquake. Okay. And Maloney down in Italy says watch this because you guys are so stupid, you guys are so stupid that you think you can fight this conservative movement with some firewall. Well, guess what? That firewall's coming down bit by bit by bit, right? We just saw it and sacks me on hold the AFD alternative for Germany as it's known surge to basically 44% of the vote. I mean, there's more than double what Merz's party, Fred Merz is getting 17.2% in AFD 139 seats. The parliament's 83, 39 of the 83 seats in parliament. And that is massive. Nothing like that has happened before. So Georgia Maloney is right. Like she's like, guys, this is what's happening. Here's a German publication. Deutsche Press, whatever, you know, they came out with an article over the weekend saying Italian PM Maloney says German firewall against AFD isn't working. I mean, I hate to point out the obvious, guys, but you've been calling AFD unacceptable. The deplorables, right? They're untouchable. You should have heard Merz the other day going on and on and on. And just, you know, this is not working anymore. Every major party erected what it calls a political firewall. They say, we're going to have no alliances. We're going to have no coalitions. We're going to have no cooperation with the AFD. They're accusing them of ethnic cleansing. They're accusing them of basically, you know, I mean, this is Germany after all, right? So they've got quite a history that we all very well know about. And so there's some things that are extraordinarily sensitive. And what do they do? They keep going there and going there and going there. Basically trying to tell everybody you're a Nazi if you vote for the AFD. And the people keep on voting for the AFD. And Georgia Maloney said it's going to keep on happening because you're not listening to the people. It's actually what I was just saying last week, right? I mean, let me, let me get you her quote. So Georgia is out there saying, as we can see, this is a strategy that does not work. This is in the article you think you're not going to be able to build a wall high enough to contain public anger when you refuse to deal with the reason that that anger exists, right? You can't just put up all these firewalls without actually attacking, addressing the substantive issues at play. It's just like what Kamala was trying to do here. It's exactly the same playbook. They're like, we're just going to make people feel bad about themselves. And if they feel bad and if we shame them, you know, you can't vote for Trump. You're not going to get a girlfriend or a wife if you vote for Trump. This was the kind of stupid stuff that they were playing all along. And this is exactly what Germany's trying to do. We're going to build a firewall because we're going to hold our nose and we are just not going to come anywhere near this AFD party. We're going to keep smearing them. We're going to call them Islamophobic and xenophobic and we're going to destroy them and make it so that they can't survive in society. And Georgia keeps saying, you keep doing that? And they're going to keep voting for them, right? She's got a little challenge here because she tries to play both sides of the coin. I've talked about this with you guys before. She's a bit of a nigma. I like to say, La donna immobile. La donna immobile. The woman is fickle. It's a famous Verdiaria from Rigoletto that the tenor sings. You know, talking about how women are kind of fighting. And she unfortunately is fitting that description because she used to be all out in front of this issue and very, very big on making sure that Italy was for Italy. And now she's kind of, she's kind of gone soft, right? And maybe it's just because she's got a piece of Brussels all the time. And she doesn't want to look like she's besties with AFD. But she is smart because she's telling Germany, listen, you have to make peace with the AFD. You have a large percentage of your population that does not want to deal anymore with the migration challenges you have put upon them. They don't want to deal with anymore paying so much money to Brussels. You know, you're taxing them and taxing them and taxing them and they don't have anything left. So this is just not working. It's not working for anyone. And I think, you know, Mertz effectively is going to be out at some point. We were talking about his poll numbers the other day and they're just miserable, absolutely miserable. He's the most unpopular chancellor sense. I think he got to go all the way back to Olaf, right? Olaf might have been the other one. You know, there's another election that happened over the weekend, I should point out. And that was the Swedish Democrats. It was very, very close. They lost a little bit of ground, but not much. And it's interesting, if you read the different write-throughs, I think it was Reuters or Bloomberg today, they're still freaking out because they're like, "Oh, the Swedish Democrats."
Democrats, that would be the conservative wing there. They call themselves Democrats, but whatever. They're the conservatives, all right? And they're very anti-immigration. They actually, they lost a little bit of ground. However, you know what has happened? The center left in Sweden has gotten much tougher on immigration policy. And I think that that's peeling off some of the more extremists on the right in the Swedish Democrats. And so she's sort of telling them, listen, guys, you've got to come to some kind of consensus here where you're recognizing these threats and these concerns. Because otherwise, they're just going to railroad you. I mean, as for Sweden, I think you've got the middle sort of adopting this position now. This migration thing is just not working. And so as the parties start to coalesce around that idea, you'll start to see that thin out in terms of the sort of extremism. If you want to call it that, that you're seeing among the Swedish Democrats. Again, it depends on who you talk to. Because the Bloomberg right through was really worried that they held as many seats as they did. And I'm like, I'm not surprised. Of course, they're holding seats. And I'm just surprised they're not taking more. But the reason maybe they didn't take more is because finally, you have some of the other parties starting to recognize that this is really how people feel and that this migration system doesn't work. You cannot have open borders. It just does. I mean, how dumb do you have to be? Do you think that that's ever going to make sense? I would just ask. Apparently pretty dumb. I mean, but you know, some people are. Either that or they're getting paid. They're getting paid over in Spain, maybe. To say-- and I'm wondering about the Chinese influence-- anyway, Berlin and Mechler'sburg, Western Pomerania, have a big election in September 20th. So that's actually this Sunday before we're going to be going to the polls in Berlin and Mechlerburg, Western Pomerania. And Berlin is going to be the most symbolic, important test, imaginable, the AFT 1. Just over 9% there in 2023. Now polling has them at 19% in Berlin, where you have the pups. So that's roughly double the previous amount of support. And so if that happens, and actually, if you see another Eastern state like Mechlerburg, Western Pomerania, then the AFT has a real chance to demonstrate that the Saxony on hold thing was not just a one-off protest, that this is a movement that is sweeping the nation. It's what George Maloney is telling them. And warning them of, it is a big deal. And so I don't think the firewall is going to work anymore. You are not stopping AFT. You are feeding it. Every insult, every exclusion, every attempt to pretend that the voters don't count, and that the very argument of their party that the governing class is trying to determine how they should live their lives. Every time you do that, it's going to boomerang against you. It's just going to boomerang right back in your face and knock you down, because the people have spoken just like they did here, right? And just like they're speaking out in Spain. I mean, we're now into what day 46 in San Uta Spain's territory on the North African coast. And you know what, enormous numbers of migrants are still there. Look at this. Unbelievable video. So this was taken over the weekend. And this is basically the reality of what the Spaniards, the European voters, are seeing in all of their towns. I mean, this might be a little extreme. This is tens of thousands, right? They crossed into that little tiny European territory. I mean, estimates between 60 and 80,000-- the whole town is only 80,000 of San Uta Spain. And they're all still there. Camped out on the beach. And you know, people are complaining because they can't go for their regular walk. They can't go to the beach. They can't let their kids out because there's a group of young military age men from a Muslim country hanging out at the beach nonstop. So this is-- this is not good. This is not good. And you know, what's really not good is what we just found out. We found out that Spain had an opportunity to stop this. Spain knew. And they allowed the Sayuta border breach to happen anyway. I ask you, why, why, why, why, why, why? Is it China? Is China paying? Little Pedrito Sanchez, a little Kaching on the side to say, hey, just allow him in? Because we want to mess with everyone. Like, why would you allow this? Especially when your own intelligence department was coming out and saying, hey, hey, hey, hey, there's going to be a big uprising and a big border crossing. You need it to get your troops there. You need to get the military there. You need it to stop it, of course, unless you're Pedro. And Pedro thinks that, you know, come one, come all. Because he's a big believer in these open border nonsense policies. Well, this is the reality of that nonsense policy, OK? Playing out in real time for all the people, the 80,000 people in Sayuta that got breached by anywhere from 60 to 80,000 Moroccans. And now you get tens of thousands of Moroccans that are still living there. And by the way, getting supported by the likes of the Red Cross. New video coming into us of the Red Cross, handing out supplies and food and comfort things. I mean, you know, at some point, guys, you just can't keep enabling them. You just can't. It's bad. Here's a Fox report back when it was originally happening. Remember, we're now into like day 46 with thousands of migrants still there, still stranded in this little Spanish town with no intention of going home. But it started. It started a couple months ago. I'll video here chaos at the border of Spain's North African enclave in Morocco. This is a city called Suta. You're watching as thousands of migrants break through the fence and completely overwhelm the border police. They're video showing huge groups of people, mostly young, military age guys, cramming into inflatable tubes or arriving on shore in other ways. Some of them waiting in the water as they break through the gates to get to the other side. Sandra, this is a reminiscent of kind of what we saw during the open border during the Biden administration through 2021, 2024. Kind of similar to what we saw in Del Rio back in 2021. The socialists agenda, their platform literally says they want to abolish borders, abolish immigration enforcement, have complete freedom of movement. This is what it looks like in another country if they get what they want. Notice there is no resistance from the government whatsoever. These people are coming in without any obstruction. And if people don't know, Spain has a very left-wing government. Earlier this year, they did a big amnesty program for over a million illegal immigrants living in the country. They had 1.3 million illegal immigrants apply for that amnesty program between April and June. So that's what we call a pull factor, Sandra. They're looking for something like that. They know if they can just get their foot in the country. Maybe someday that left-wing government will do another amnesty program. And you are just reading some of the wires. The locals want an emergency declaration. It sounds like-- The Ministry is saying no. And they will not deploy military to the border. Apparently they don't think this is a number. I mean, look at this. This is a total free-for-all. It does feel like we are looking at a few years ago when you're reporting at the border here in the United States. Unbelievable. And eventually, they did have to send the military. But the military complained that they really didn't have the power to do anything all they could do is open prey and redirect and encourage people to go back to Morocco. But here's the astonishing thing. The Spanish government knew the date. The Spanish government knew the location. The Spanish government, Pedro Sanchez's team, they knew an enormous online campaign was out there mobilizing people to storm the border. And Spain and Sanchez did nothing to stop it. So you get 70,000 migrants pouring across, in just like two days, and they do nothing to stop it. This was not an unforeseen emergency, OK? This was a warned about border breach that the Spanish government knew was going to happen, and they just refused to act. They refused to act. I mean, it's really pretty deceitable and disgusting. And you look at these images, right? This is one of the most extraordinary. [SPEAKING SPANISH] [SPEAKING SPANISH] One of the most extraordinary border classes modern Europe has ever witnessed. [SPEAKING SPANISH] Absolutely horrible. OK, so this is what happened, OK? Let's see all the young children and all the women. I don't see any, right? Those are all young men. And Pedro Sanchez wants you to believe that it was somehow a big shock and a big surprise. No. No. Declassified documents. Now show that Spain's own National Intelligence Service, which is known as the CNI, issued multiple warnings before the crisis. And on July 29th, just one day, one day prior to this mass breach, intelligence officials alerted both Spain and Morocco that an organized campaign was circulating on social media, calling for this mass crossing on July 30th, Morocco's strong day and Spain didn't do anything.
And they had groups that were reaching more than 180,000 followers according to this intel that has since been declassified. So let's be clear about what this means. Okay? Spain knew. Sanchez knew it was supposed to happen. Sanchez knew it all along. Sanchez knew it was being organized online, Moroccan authorities. They were alerted as well. And yet Spain, the retail Sanchez did nothing. Nothing, nothing, nothing. So the warning came on the 29th, the border collapsed on the 30th. And I would just say it's unacceptable. The people of Spain need to vote this guy out because if it can happen in Ceuta, it can happen anywhere. This is not some vague intelligence bulletin that was buried underneath some cabinet filing. They went straight to the top and they were sounding the alarm with a very specific warning one day before the event. And even after it happened, you heard the Fox report. They were still in real time unwilling to send military. So I'm sorry, there's no excuse for any of this. Unless, of course, we are to assume that he just wants all the people coming in. I mean, is that the goal kind of like it was for the Democrats here in the US? I mean, they didn't care. They didn't care. They just didn't care. Right? Commonly did not care. She was going to dress the root causes of migration. Yeah. Whatever. You know who's addressing that right now in real time? Marco Rubio. He's down there saying we need to rid of this socialism that has caused such tremendous poverty, bring capitalism in, liberty, so that people actually have a place to live and not come north. But this is a disgusting example of a socialist government unwilling to pay attention to reality. As you well know, if you look, this is right there at the tip of northern Africa, say you to Spain, you see it right next year, door to tenure, I was actually over in that area as it was all going on, all going on. And I was just astonished. Anyway, we can't let that happen here. You know that. It's not impossible to say what's going to happen, though, given I worry the direction. You see some things happening right now. I mean for goodness' sake, I'm looking at pull after pull after pull after pull. And it keeps suggesting that the Democrats are going to take midterms. I'm even looking at polymarket, right, and call she into it once again. I see it's suggesting that while we may actually hold on to the Senate, you are seeing a lot of momentum there with the blue. And that would be the socialist and the crazies and the L. Syed's and oh my gosh, like we're going to have a lot in front of us guys if in fact that happens. And they're going to take every opportunity they can to go after this president who's just trying to do the right thing for this country. Great to have you here. I'm curious to see, what do you think? Who do you think is going to win the election? Are we going to be able to pull this one off? I'm kind of curious. It's great to have you all here as always, I've been telling you, we are the success we are because of your commitment. Anc Andy 47, I agree with you, Poland is looking really good these days. Poland did it the right way though. They said, yeah, we're not going to have this, we're not going to allow this. And that, you know, was something they took a lot of grief for and people call them all kinds of names. But you know, sometimes you just have to stand up for your country, for your people and what is right, regardless of all the noise. Anyway, thank you again, much appreciated, I'll see you back here live, more content coming your way throughout the evening and we will speak tomorrow.
Podcast Summary
Key Points:
DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin and President Trump have publicly alleged that Ilhan Omar married her brother, Ahmed Elmi, to facilitate his entry into the U.S., sparking a federal investigation.
The investigation extends beyond the alleged marriage to examine the legitimacy of Ilhan Omar’s and her family’s immigration history, including citizenship applications and potential fraud in the early 2000s.
If her father’s citizenship was obtained through false claims, it could invalidate Ilhan Omar’s own naturalization, potentially enabling denaturalization—a serious legal process with up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
Summary:
, with the claim that this marriage was fraudulent and politically motivated.
S. under false pretenses, her citizenship could be revoked through denaturalization, a rare but legally possible process.
