BREAKING: Dems TURN On Ilhan Omar…As DHS REVEALS Case Referred to DOJ With AMPLE Evidence

The transcript details a growing federal investigation into Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, centered on allegations of marriage fraud, citizenship irregularities, and financial misconduct tied to Somalia. A New York Times report confirms that during the Obama administration, the FBI found evidence suggesting Omar married her brother, a claim that was reportedly buried due to political sensitivity. Despite this, the U.S. Attorney’s Office and later the Biden administration did not pursue criminal action, fueling speculation about political obstruction. The situation intensified when the Treasury Department announced $8 billion in fraudulent money transfers from Minnesota to Somalia, allegedly linked to terrorism financing, with one restaurant owner receiving a 30-year prison sentence. These developments have triggered a backlash from prominent Democrats, including Minnesota officials and Nancy Pelosi, who now publicly distance themselves from Omar amid fears of political fallout. Critics argue that the lack of action for over a decade reveals systemic bias and undermines democratic accountability. The narrative suggests a broader pattern: political actors using religion, immigration status, and financial ties to discredit public figures, with growing evidence pointing to fraud, disinformation, and institutional inaction. As investigations continue, the credibility of federal authorities and the integrity of democratic processes are being questioned, especially as new financial data and testimonies emerge. The situation reflects a broader national tension between political loyalty and legal accountability.

I got to tell you, you know, there are stories in one's career and there are stories. And this one is probably perhaps, guys, the most unbelievable story I have ever quite. Yeah. I think I've ever quite encountered. Welcome to the program, everyone. I'm too shrieking. Good to have you here another day and other development. I mean, I promise I won't talk about Ilhan the entire time, but I at least want to get you up to speed because this is a big, big, big story for us. Is it not? Yes. Don't forget, by the way, to make sure that you subscribe and you make a comment. Anyway, we are live right now and we are getting new information coming in buckets of it right now. I can tell you that the DHS is out there now revealing that in fact, they have a case. They have turned over all of their evidence from HSI. Don't forget they executed a few warrants, not just on her house, but apparently on other family members' houses as well. And they did a bunch of interviews, et cetera. And they said they have a very solid case. All of this comes as a New York Times report just yesterday said, oh, yeah, turns out in 2016, June of 2016, the Obama administration and the FBI there for one Mr. Obama did in fact find that there was evidence suggesting Ilhan Omar, or as the feds like to call her, Nur Said Elmi, in fact, married her brother. So that's causing a little bit of trouble within the Democrat Party. Oh, yeah, they're turning on her big time. Right now, including out in Minnesota, a very, very prominent Democrat causing a big storm. Ilhan's staff is going, that's how dare you, how dare you dare? And yet what do we get for answers? I keep saying just take a DNA test and this could all be over with pretty fast, or show us the records. And again, it could be over with very, very fast. Instead, we get how dare you. This is right when conspiracy, you're all a bunch of racist, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta, ta. And finally, people are calling her out. This guy in Minnesota, we're going to get to it. But first, I want to share with you what DHS is saying here because DHS is moving forward with their, quote, ample evidence and next stage and watch for it. I mean, I'm going to be on this, I'll tell you, all day, every day for you because I think this indictment now from the grand jury is coming any day now. Let's go to Mark when Mullin speaking this afternoon on Fox. This is a, this is a large case that we have presented to the DOJ and the DOJ is leading the investigations. HSI did a lot of investigation to build a, present the case to him. And, and I'll just say this again, we're enforcing our nation's laws and we're going to do that. We're not weaponizing. We're not using political theater on this. Those of us involved in this case, isn't that here talking about it? I've made this very, very, very, very clear. We're enforcing our nation's laws across the board equally. And we're going to continue to do that. And if Congress doesn't like those laws, they can change it. And we'll also enforce those laws. But if somebody created a crime, we don't look at that any different. I don't care where you're seated, I don't care how you're registered to vote, I don't care what your job panel is, we use it equally. We're not the Democrat party that came after their political enemies like President Trump and they know they weaponized our DOJ and FBI and it's, it's shameful, absolutely shameful that they did that. But you know what? I highlight the success that your department has. Things have changed, things have changed. There's a new team in there. I mean, think about it. The fact that Barack Obama's FBI had the information that she had married her brother. I mean, how is it that you have someone in Congress that is willing to basically say if you do America and to our laws, I mean, let's just, you know, let's, let's, let's go with, okay, she married her brother, wouldn't you think that you wouldn't pursue a career in politics? Maybe you'd put all your eggs in your kids basket because they were actually born here. They wouldn't have quite the skeletons in their closet that you Ms. Omar have. So I would think, you know, just logically speaking, you wouldn't subject yourself in your family to that kind of scrutiny that you knew you had to have known was coming. I mean, obviously they knew because when the guy was applying for citizenship, yeah, he tried. He had a green card here, you know, the guy that is allegedly her brother, he had to leave the country because the feds did start asking the natural questions, including why is it that you're filing taxes with hubby number one, a med number one, as we like to call them. While you're married to a med number two, why is it that a med number two, who, by the way, has disclosed to the world that he is gay and at that time was very fond of very flamboyant costumes. Why is hubby number two, a med number two living with you and the kids and a med number one. I mean, just asking, right? Just asking. Anyway, Obama's team, they chose not to ask any of these questions. They figured out, oh, yeah, she married her brother, but then they left it at that and they never pursued the citizenship question, which is what we're getting back to because Ilhan Omar may not be a citizen much longer. In fact, she may not be one right now. No one can find her father's documentation, which begs a whole bunch of questions. I spoke to a source today who told me, you know, look, he could have come in in the 1990s. We did have a lot of simoleons coming in if he was associated with the bar regime. It's possible that we knew that and maybe we looked the other way or he was just full on illegitimate and he bought some papers and he came in, but you know, it's fascinating. Nobody can find those papers right now. So unless Ilhan, Ilhan, whatever her name is, has him, like she might be really intrily on the next plane back to Somalia. So that's where we are right now. Ilhan Omar's probe, take a look at this. If you look at this, the conspiracy charges, those are something that could come up. You've got criminal denaturalization. There's a frame of reference there, 10 years basically. You've got to go forward on that. But because this is a rico case, they're saying that they can actually bring this back forward. Civil denaturalization has already been talked about, HSI, of course. I showed you this memo. Good for going back. He got it from HSI. Actually, yeah, from HSI, I believe, and it was being sent to the State Department. He could have gotten it from state. It doesn't really matter. But I trust his information. And basically, it's what we've been saying that they're going to look at these passport violations, et cetera. So where does that leave Ilhan Omar right now? We're going to get to the Democrats that are turning on her because politically she's run out of favors. I mean, she got the best favor you could possibly get. She got Barack Obama standing up for her, but she can't get Nancy Pelosi and she can't get her own state. Her own state is not going for this right now. Let's go to Jonathan Turley, the wonderful law professor speaking on Fox earlier today about it. It may have, I think, that this does have the look of an unmotivated prosecutor. This was just not high on his list. There were other options here than just walking away. If they found evidence of possible fraud here, it seems odd that they would just simply say, well, we'll just shrug this one off. The problem here is that this is really snowballing almost on a daily basis. But we now know that the, not only the Obama administration, but the Biden administration looked into these allegations. It's just that there wasn't a lot of push to aggressively pursue them. And certainly the sexual limitations ran on aspects of this, but there are civil actions they could have taken. More importantly, even with the running of the sexual limitations, there are filing statements, representations that are made. All of those can trip those wires. And so we really passed the political burden shift a long time ago. This burden shifted politically to Representative Omar to put these allegations to rest. What is really striking, Lawrence, is that for years she has refused to do so. She has it within her means to deal with these specific questions. She just doesn't want to do that. She doesn't. Every time you ask her or her staff about it, the reply is not, you know, emphatic, but just you guys are being racist. This is nothing but a bunch of right-wing conspiracy theorists that are, you know, drumming up these accusations. And it's like, no, lady, I mean, we had Scott Johnson, he's going to be on on Monday again. And he's like, look, 10 years ago, I figured out that she was married to two guys. She was, you know, in 2014, 2015 filing tax forms with hubby number one when she was married to hubby number two. So like, these are things that you actually have to answer for. And you can't get an excuse just because you're the poor little immigrant girl from Somalia. I'm sorry. You're in the big leagues now. Okay, this is United States of America. We're not going to put up with that. We're not going to put up with the corruption, the corruption that maybe might be rampant and fight back in the homeland, okay, with the warlord alleged warlord daddy. But that's not okay here. And it's not going to ever be okay. So all of this is coming sort of out at this moment. This is why we have Dem suddenly panicking, Dem suddenly turning on her because the New York Times finally decided to do a real story on this. I'm going to say like this information has been out there for 10 years, okay? And so now this is why Democrats in the state of Minnesota are saying, hey, we can't hide anymore. We can't hide behind this idea that, you know, she's innocent just because we want her to be innocent. This is the New York Times story, the FBI and Department of Homeland Security investigated the marriage in summer 2016 during the old Obama administration, they write, and they found some evidence that it was fraudulent, current and former officials said, "Oh, and then it gets better." They bury it all the way down. They go through basically the last 10 years. And they say, "Here we go." They found evidence suggesting that Mr. Elmi, that would be a med number two, who moved in with her and hubby number one, and Ms. Omer were siblings, according to the six former and current officials familiar with the case, but because prosecutors did not pursue the matter, the agents had limited investigative tools. They didn't pursue the matter. Now, I wonder why? It came up again, you see, in the Biden administration, and yet again, they chose not to pursue the matter. Now, why didn't they pursue the matter? Probably because they didn't want it. Like let's just be honest here, this woman had made it all the way to the U.S. Congress. She was a big sort of personality on the squad out in front for the Democrat party. Do you think that was going to look good? No. Right? Obama had no interest in doing this. And of course, Joe Biden had no interest in doing this. Donald Trump, at some point, I think he figured out. He's probably talked to Scott back there in Minnesota, okay? And he figured out, because he said, "There's this great reporter back there. He's done all the work." And sure enough, God's darn it, he had it. And so now the times is just coming out, which makes it harder and harder and harder for politicians to sit there and say she's innocent. It makes it harder and harder and harder for her team to say she's innocent. And so you've got to watch carefully what they're doing right now. All the headlines, every single day, it's something. Here's the warrants. You've seen it. They're saying her name is Congresswoman Ilhan Nursaid Elmi. That's her name and amazingly, you know, she's still, whoopsie Daisy, let's get this graphic on there, a little bit more center. There we go. Amazingly, according to the Calishe odds, I'm going to have to start, I'm going to have to start. I actually think she's going to win. That's what's scary about it. She is probably going to win. So this is perhaps for me, not something that I would choose to bet on in 96.7% of people that are betting right now, according to Calishe, think that she is going to win. But let me show you perhaps the better option to look at is who's going to control the Senate. I actually think, in my estimation, we're going to hang on. The GOP is going to hang on to the Senate. So I actually am a little bit more interested in these particular odds on this trade. You can actually trade this. So in this case, you've got, let me see, you've got 33% of the people saying that they think that the GOP is going to hang on to things. And so I don't agree with that. So I might take that trade. I mean, of course, do your own thing and be cautious and be aware. These are markets, et cetera, and you could lose money. This is how it works. And so if you were someone, for example, that had bet on Brazil and you thought that Bolsonaro was going to win, Calishe actually was showing that he was going to win. Everybody anticipated that. And then at the 11th hour they had some funny business and what do you know? He didn't actually win that election. He's now back here in the United States. But one investor said to me, gosh, I should hedge that. I should hedge that with Calishe. So you can right now trade $25, get $55. They're one of our great sponsors here on the Trish Regan Show. Calishe.com/r/regan. Democrats are panicking. This is a five alarm fire right now. They are very, very nervous because you've got, you see this new New York Times article that comes out actually finally saying what we all knew for years and years and years with Donald Trump had been saying for years and years and years. And everybody scoffed him off and just said he was a nut job and she told us he was racist and a jerk and a mean person and well, her party bought that, okay? They bought it even though they knew, even though Obama's FBI knew that she had married her brother, even though the Treasury Department under Joe Biden was investigating her. We're talking about the terrorist financing arm of the Treasury Department. Oh, and today, Scott Besson came out and announced there's like $8 billion going out of Minnesota back to Somalia in possibly fraudulent terrorist financing related activities. Oh yeah, we're getting there too, okay? He's all over it. There's so many different layers to this right now and that's why Democrats are in a panic stage. Let's go back to, I think this is Jonathan Turley. Let's listen in. Well, there is a lot of political intimidation that goes on in some of these cases, particularly in Minnesota. You see that with the politicians, you know, it's very interesting that so many Democrats came out and insisted that this investigation be shut down. And I think the reason is rather obvious. The wheels are falling off this matter for Representative Omar and they know it. They do not want this rattling down the road any further because it does not look good. Oh, you can say that again. It really doesn't look good. I mean, here you are coming up on the election and we're learning that the Democrat Party covered for her, the Obama covered for her. So you can imagine they're freaking out. I mean, you had what 170 of them coming out saying, hey, we want this whole investigation dropped and we learned instead from Mark Wayne mullin today, they're not, they're not dropping it at all. In fact, they've referred it to the DOJ for actual prosecution and they've referred it with ample evidence. So you can imagine how scared they are. Think of this guy, Barry, Barack Hussein, Obama, very, very scared. I mean, so scared that he put out a three-pager, all right? Here we go. I don't have to read it all to you, but basically it's poor, poor little, oh, we're going to get to Joe in a second. But three pages from Barack Obama, poor little Ilhan, just a little immigrant girl from Somalia that came here and can you believe Big Bad Trump? He's going after her like this. He's going after her because of her political beliefs. I'm sorry. We should not have somebody in Congress who is not a U.S. citizen. And right now, judging by all the evidence the feds have presented, they're going to have a really good case saying she is not a U.S. citizen not to mention. She created, you know, she committed a crime, a very serious crime, marrying the alleged brother right along the way. And you mean to tell me that this woman is someone we want in Congress on top of which her little district there created a whole lot of problems for everybody because they apparently committed a lot of crimes with the $250 million feeding our future program that she introduced on the day that she wed the third hubby, Timmy, mine at Lucky Guy, right? Anyway, they're starting to get really, really, really nervous and you know, there's no amount. There's the third page, the third page from Obama right now. Make quick reminder, you know, the market was crazy today, right? Just crazy because I actually bought because I am a very long-term investor. And so, you know, everybody has their own time horizon. I get it. But Nasdaq was off at 4% at one point. So I was going in buying triple cues. I bought some other things as well, including some gold. Anyway, I just tell you this because we put on an excellent note today. And I think if you're nervous about the markets or you're wondering what the opportunity is right now in these markets, you can get it for free. You can get the free version, go to 76research.com, it's my company. And Rob and I, my colleague there wrote this piece and we put that out right around maybe 11 o'clock this morning to help you kind of decipher everything that's going on. So if you're looking to invest, if you're looking for opportunities, or if you're looking for safe havens, we've got a lot of ideas for you. Go check out 76research.com. The Democrats, as nervous as they are, are also starting to turn. So Democrats now are turning on one Ms. Ilhan Omar, or Nursai Yidilmi, according to the feds. And one of the reasons they're doing this is because the information's out. Okay, the jig is up, lady, the jig is up, the New York Times. Not exactly a conservative publication, mind you, the New York Times coming out and blowing the lid on this and saying, yeah, Obama's FBI had all of this information. It was only because the U.S. prosecutor at the time chose Mr. Luger, Andrew Luger. He chose to say, well, we're not going to, you know, we're not actually pursuing an investigation because word had leaked out in Minnesota, you see, that the feds were investigating her. And then he had to issue this statement saying, no, the U.S. Attorney's Office is not. And he has now come back and told the New York Times that didn't mean that we weren't aware of things or that we were covering for her. It just meant at that particular time, the reports suggesting that the U.S. Attorney's Office had a case pending were actually wrong because you see, Obama didn't want a case pending. Don't kid yourself. But now we've got a new sheriff in town. It's a whole new team. And even the guy that ran Jacob Frey, you know, Mayor Frey who was down on one knee, you know, apologizing for being white all the time and catering to the Somali community. He's even learned some words in Somalian, well, here he is now. The guy who ran his campaign coming out and saying, I'm sorry, Shamarita Brother, okay? The jig is up. So this guy is Joe Rodanovich. And Joe was the campaign manager for Jacob Frey in Minneapolis. He's a very prominent Democrat. He is a former state representative and very instrumental in Minnesota politics. And here you go. His Ilhan Omar investigation involves new scrutiny of long disputed marriage. That was the title from the New York Times article. He put that out on his Twitter account. And he got a lot of pushback, a lot of pushback from her team. And so he. He then followed that tweet up yesterday and wrote, "Democrats should understand that the allegation is almost certainly true. Whatever conclusion they draw from that point could vary." And her denials, calling it a right-wing Islamophobic or racist conspiracy, are almost certainly not. Okay, this is a big, big Democrat in the state of Minnesota. I'm sorry, Ilhan, they're turned on you. They don't want any part of this. No part of it. Oh, and then he went even further, getting into the money stuff, which I'm also going to get into, because you had cash hotel and Scott Besson out in Minnesota today, and they've got $8 billion that they believe has gone back in fraudulent transactions to Somalia, and they're tracking every penny of it, and they think some of it could have gone to terrorist financing operations. Anyway, I go on, Joe Rodanovich says, and then I'd be very, very careful about how I qualified on allegations around her finances, where her defense looks similar, and where no meaningful questions have been ever answered publicly, and where any objective look at the evidence doesn't look great. Well, thank you. Finally, like someone standing up in the face of this truth, finally, 10 years after the fact, you get the New York Times finally doing a story, and Democrats finally come into their senses. Well, except for this one, little lady, because this one, little lady, Brianna Rose Lee, Brianna Rose Lee is actually the operations director or something for the Ilhan Omar operation there in Minnesota, and maybe she's in DC, and she writes to him, that area, that area, buddy. Joe, you aren't stupid. You know this is a baseless and manufactured witch hunt. You hear what I'm saying? On their rhetoric, guys, like, this is bad. I'm actually surprised to see this from you. It's a new low. And Joe, Rodanovich writes back, you're right. I'm not stupid. I believe the Trump DOJ has next to no credibility, and it is unclear to me the timing of the raid was appropriate, though it's notable, a DC judge signed off on it, but I'm pretty confident. This specific allegation is to, okay, Brianna, so take that. And she goes, why? Like, because you can have some vibes, vibes, and he writes back vibes is what it would take to believe her at this point. There's plenty of evidence and sourcing available if you don't dismiss it out of hand. She says that's simply not true. She said, okay, Brianna, so you believe it's all a right wing conspiracy despite the timeliness, the tax filings, the deleted social media posts. I've showed you all those. The withdrawn paperwork, the default divorce, the quote, as far as I know, responses from both parties and the sourcing of the Obama era prosecutors in the New York Times. I mean, I just have to say, Ilhan, yeah, I think it's pretty much over right now. I don't know how you're going to recover from this. I mean, maybe you can have a political future back in Somalia. Yeah, maybe that's the answer, because I don't think you're going to be able to stay in this country. We certainly could pursue civil deportation, but in this case, as the president has said, we might be looking at something that is so much worse, so much worse, because there is the marriage fraud, there is the repeated passport fraud, apparently allegedly, and then there is the allegation of financial fraud. The Treasury Department today announcing $8 billion in suspicious transactions coming out of none other than good old Minnesota. So take a look here, since January 2025, Finson data has supported the arrest of charging 115 fraudsters in Minnesota 75 convictions, nearly 3,000 subpoenas, Finson found $8 billion getting routed from U.S.-based MSBs. Those are like money wiring transfer stations between 2021 and 2025. Oh, they are all over this. And guess what? You can connect those dots. And they're connecting them, let's go to Scott Besen speaking this afternoon from St. Cloud Minnesota. Since January 2025, the Trump administration has uncovered more than 260 billion in fraud, prevented 72 billion in taxpayer funds from going out the door to elicit actors annually, and brought enforcement actions against nearly $60 billion. Nowhere is the work more urgent than here in Minnesota. In the weeks following my visit, Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, known as Finson, issued a geographic targeting order to trace criminal networks that divert funds overseas and ensure that taxpayer dollars go to the American people, not terror groups like Al Shabab. Okay. We have ongoing investigations at home and abroad into Al Shabab its networks and its neighbors. Since the start of the Trump administration, Finson data have also supported the law enforcement effort that led to the arrest and charging of 115 fraudsters, as well as 75 convictions and nearly 3,000 subpoenas across Minnesota. It's amazing. This, yesterday, IRS CI assisted with investigative activity at several sites suspected of fraud. I want to get -- So you get the IRS now involved, okay, and he's in charge of the IRS. This is unbelievable, guys. So we're going to find out, I think, and I'm hypothesizing a little bit here, but I think we're going to find out that a lot of this feeding our future money and a lot of the fraud in general, because they've got just so much -- I mean, they're talking about $17 billion. You've heard estimates up to $30 billion, out of just the state of Minnesota alone. So the money that's going back to Al Shabab, you see, that's what happens. If you are a Somalian and supposedly innocent, okay, there's just assumed you're just sending money back to mom and pop at home in Somalia, every time you go to one of these money transfer networks within that whole wallet system that is popular within the Middle Eastern community. It's like person to person. They don't keep a lot of records, et cetera. I mean, there are some records, but not a lot. The Treasury Department can find them. I've done terrorist financing investigations before, including a big one down in Latin America. A number of years ago, I won a bunch of awards for it. I spent a year on it. Treasury was -- eventually came out and named every single person that I had cited in my reports as known terrorist financiers. They were sending $100 million dollars a year back to Hezbollah and Hamas out of this little tiny area, because see that they're lasting in Paraguay, bordering Argentina and Brazil. So I spent a lot of time on those bank records. That was $100 million. We're talking $8 billion, okay, like that's a lot of money. So they got $8 billion that they think basically Al Shabab is skimming off the top because they always get their cut. It's like the mafia, okay, they're always getting their cut. And so our taxpayer dollars think about that, are going to these fraudsters in Minnesota. And then they're taking the money and sending it back to Somalia and Al Shabab. So you have terror networks basically earning money off of U.S. taxpayers. I mean, this is unbelievable. It's unbelievable. And they're going after all these guys. You get the FBI there, too. Let me see if I can show your cash betel out there today. And he's all over this as well. Let's listen in. The subjects intended to defraud thousands of victims of over $41 million. Money that was supposed to go to those in need with our precious taxpayer dollars funding that bill. Instead, they thought they could get away with their crimes. They did not succeed because of this team and the president of vice president's anti-fraud task force. We are going to continue working with our state and local partners and the interagency to dismantle, disrupt and take down fraud networks wherever they are in Minnesota right here in St. Cloud and everywhere else in the country. Amazing. Amazing. I want to get to the Saudi connection because that name keeps coming up. That's the name, apparently, of her dad. But again, just to stress that you get $8 billion that they have found in fraudulent transactions that they believe might have a terrorist financing component. I mean, unbelievable, right? And who is at the center of all this, at least 250 million of it, that would be one Ilhan Omar and they just sentenced one of the guys. He's number one on there, the owner of the Safari restaurant. He got 30 years and I apologize for not reporting this yesterday. In fact, I think some of you guys were like, hey, Trish, you know, what about the 30 years, this guy? He's the Safari restaurant owner. You see him there in the middle holding up a sign. He has just gotten 30 years in prison for his role in the feeding our future scandal. You can see here is his Somali restaurant, 30 years, okay, in the slammer. And it's interesting. I mean, you could just say, you know, maybe it's a really popular name, I don't know. But all of these guys have some variation of Said. These are just four of them. I mean, they had like 80 something, right? So one has to ask, if the number one guy that was making the most money off of this that actually hosted her party, right, on election night, that's what you just saw. with that video. If he's the one that was just raking it in, five to six million dollars, personally himself, and now he just got 30 years, I'm just looking at the name. Nobody's actually talked about this before, and wondering if there is some kind of connection. I'm very, very focused on names, all of a sudden. So, Saleem Ahmed Saeed is now in the slammer 30 years. We're waiting on sentencing, I believe, for Guhad Hashi Saeed. This was the quote-unquote enforcer that would go around the community, apparently, intimidating people not, you know, allowing them to talk to reporters about her background and about the marriage. The New York Post just reporting this week that the whole community was wondering why she had somebody who struck them as extremely effeminate and since come out as gay, living with her and her husband as hubby number two. But they couldn't talk about this because this guy would come and get them. And so now he is facing sentencing. You can see that, you know, his colleague there, this one, this one from the Safari restaurant, this guy holding the sign, I see him in the middle there, exactly like a DJ. He is now in jail for 30 years. So you see, this is really, really serious. You've got all kinds of fraudsters, you've got eight billion dollars that has been identified as possibly related to terrorist financing connected to al-Shabab in Somalia, and you have the President of the United States saying, basically, he wants nothing to do with the Somali population because of, well, and I get it, it's a generalization, but gosh darn it, you know, when the majority of people that keep surfacing are of one, you know, clearly there was a ring, all right? That was a ring. Here he is. Armies of migrants from terror infested countries like Libya, Yemen, Haiti, Somalia, remember, remember what I call them? That was countries. Remember the heat I took? Remember the heat I took from the Democrats? I remember those sleazy guys, they came to the office, sir, we'd like to talk about, very confidentially, we will not ever mention anything about it. These are very confidential, so they talked about Somalia bringing people in from Somalia, bringing people in from all these terrible places to Somalia. And he doesn't want them because, you know, he's looking at the missing billions of dollars. So, in summation, as far as Ilhan is concerned, I think she's looking at real problems, and I think that we're going to find out about an indictment be like within days. Okay, so we're going to stay on this. And as soon as it happens, I'm here with you, and we're going to continue catching up about all of this. But, you know, things are not going well. Things are not going well for Ilhan Omar. You know who else they are not going so well for right now, dear, I say, one Abdul El Said, Abdul El Said is the very proud Islamic candidate, former DSA. He says he's former, right? Like he says, he's no longer that, but his buddy is Hassan Piker, which tells you everything you need to know. So, he doesn't quite seem to be pulling it off in the polls. He's not resonating with the black population in Detroit. And we've talked about that before. He's not really resonating with the Jewish population, obviously, in Michigan. And I think this is all kind of coming to a head, but he keeps trying to ingratiate himself as, you know, the brown guy, the brown guy, the brown guy, which JD Vance is calling out as you want to talk racist. Like this guy's get a real chip on his shoulder, real chip on his shoulder, but anybody who doesn't fit, you know, his definition of what it is to be an up-and-comer in America. And El Said decided to go after my former colleague, great guy, Pete Hegseth, who, by the way, was and is an outstanding athlete. I think I showed you some video of him on my short speed, you know, with the hoops. He was a former basketball player, D1. Okay, division one at Princeton. That means he was really good. Okay, really good. I don't know what you played. El Said, I don't think you played D1 sports, but he gets on some little podcast and he starts making fun of Pete. And it's really kind of gross, but it shows you how disturbed. I mean, mentally disturbed and what a chip on his shoulder he has about anybody who doesn't look, frankly, like him. Let's watch Pete Hegseth, everybody knows that guy from the locker room. Yeah, but he would have, you know, he would have rolled the pine. He probably got to start two games, his entire career playing whatever sport he was, and he made his life, and his parents came and cheered so hard for him. And as a kid whose parents never came, right, and started every game, part of me is just like, well, I feel bad for you. Somebody told you you were not better than you really are. Like there's something about being a brown kid whose parents like, you know, no matter what you do, you're never enough. Sure. So what that means is that you never take yourself too seriously. You're like, you're never going to be enough. Right. Right. So you're just like, oh, but for him, the very fact that he made the team, his mom was making cake. She was wearing his jersey. She had a cat made for him. Yes, you know the type. So I'm like, bro, you grew up thinking that you were somehow special, but you are not. And you have been living off that fume for the rest of your life. Could you imagine what we would have become if we had supportive parents who just uplifted us? All right. For for beating mediocre. Yeah. Yeah. Can I can I talk to you about strategy, though? Please. Can I talk to you about strategy, though? I mean, the guy's interviewing him is like, okay, we're off on some wild tangent. What was that? A big attempt to try and ingratiate yourself somehow? I mean, are you kidding me? Are you kidding me? I'll tell you what, you know what? I think I've got Pete in here. I've got Pete in here. He's a heck of a ball player really and truly. I mean, I was sort of surprised. My husband was a basketball player. My husband played actually overseas and played D1 basketball as well. And he looked at he's like, yeah, you know, not bad, right? Like for that many years out to be playing, let's see, do I have it? I mean, somewhere we'll find it. We'll find it. But just trust me. Pete can still shoot like three pointers. You think he got 10 in a row. It's fantastic, but this idiot, okay, I'm sorry. He is an idiot. He's a smart idiot. He's a weasel of an idiot, okay? He's trying to somehow, you know, cozy up to this guy because, oh, they're both brown. That actually, in and of itself, is pretty darn racist, right? If you think about it, which is why JD says things like this. What I will say is I think Mike is fundamentally a decent guy and the kind of public servant that you want to wash in DC. And I think any Republican or any conservative who looks at this race and sees on the one hand, Abdul El-Sahead, who may be more than any Democrat running in the nation has engaged in the kind of explicitly anti-white racial hatred that has become common on the Democratic Party. I'd say that person should not be elected. I think what Republican stand for is whether you're black or white, we're for everybody. And Abdul El-Sahead is, again, more than anybody a guy who seems to love to traffic and racial hatred. We should reject that guy's conservatives. We should reject him as Americans. Yeah, we know who else is rejecting him. The same woman who's rejecting Ilhan Omar. This is a shocker, guys. Nancy Pelosi is not signing the letter. Remember, I told you 170 Democrats were all gathering together so that they could sign this letter saying, hey, DOJ knock it off with Ilhan. She's our girl. And Nancy Pelosi did not sign it, right? Because Nancy Pelosi knows she doesn't want to put her name on a document when it turns out that the lady's totally guilty. She knows that they're going to find out Ilhan Omar is guilty and she doesn't want to have egg on her face. So, okay, good. Well, guess what else? She doesn't want to have egg on her face about Abdul El-Sahead. And let's face it, Nancy has had a lot of egg on her face, like a lot. She's willing to go there. And yet, listen to this. Here she is with Donnie Deutsch. Is he MS now now? He used to be on, was it CMBC with me? I remember way back when, anyway, he's on MSNBC and maybe has his own pockets. Let's listen in. Yeah, when you say Israel doesn't have the right to be a Jewish state, that's antisemitic as far as I'm concerned with. Who says that? Uh, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, a mandami has said that. I mean, I, I'll say, I can't account for, I don't, I'll say, I'd have said that. Um, that it doesn't believe that he, they should be a Jewish state. Uh, that's concerning. Yeah, no, it's more than concerning. It's wrong. Yeah, and it isn't a reflection of the Democrats in the Congress of the United States. This new person in Michigan will see if he gets elected to the Congress, but the mayor, bless his heart. I hope he succeeds as mayor, but I don't agree with some of the things he has said. El Sayed, you lost Nancy. I mean, I don't know what to tell you. You don't have the Black population. You don't have the Jewish population. You don't have Nancy Pelosi. And like I said, she's really willing to put a lot of egg on her face. Okay. This woman is willing to be pretty shamed, but she's not going to be shamed by you or by Ilhan Omar. So think about that, guys. That's pretty interesting. I mean, I looked at Barack Obama when he came out ahead of, you know, Ilhan Omar sitting down with Chris Hayes for that little quote unquote interview. I can't call it a real interview because clearly it was not an interview. It was it was a grandstanding opportunity. I mean, it was just a train wreck, a disaster. And she's still lied to her teeth. Anyway, to think that it Obama came out like 72 hours before that, it was very staged. And with his three-pager, the big long tweet, saying, "Oh, poor little Ilhan, why would he do that? I thought, why are you going to put yourself out in front of that one?" I mean, you're the former president of the United States for goodness' sakes, have some self-respect. I'm not about to vouch for anybody if I don't really know the facts, and he did know the facts. That's the amazing thing he had to have known. His own FBI was pursuing it. You know, think he picked up a phone and said, "Hey, what's going on with this?" And he just lied, right to everybody. Right to your face, and my face. Well, at least I give Nancy credit on this one, you know. She's calling up "Duel El Saeed" out, and she's calling out Ilhan Omar. She won't participate in that, so he's kind of in bad shape, but, you know, he has no one to thank, but himself, angry little Wolverine that he is. "If you're coming to kick down what we're building, I'll fight you." We should bash the **** out of Trump because he's a terrible human being. You know what I mean? Terrible things Bill Marra has said about people like me. I want to give people the image of watching him get his **** worked on his own show by a guy who prays like I do. I'm not afraid. So I was also the kid in AP classes were getting suspended for fighting. I walked back, I did a fifth of vodka, and I put it on the, put it on the counter. He's like, "You can't buy that." I was like, "You're right, and you can't sell it." So I smashed it on the ground and walked out. Oh, hi, oh, JD Vance. I'd love to see him on a bench. I'd love to see him on a squat. I'd love to understand if he's as strong as he likes to be. Great idea. We don't back down. I mean, he, he's, he's got some rage just a little bit. Oh, and by the way, his whole community is going to be in trouble because they've been out campaigning for him, news today as well that his father apparently was on the board of an organization that was sending money to the bad guys in Iraq. I mean, I'm just like, it just keeps coming and coming and coming and coming, but you think about all those things that he was saying, right? And here we go, JD Vance nailing it for the win. Way to go, buddy. Got no well side. It's a little bit of a, of a psychopath. Hey, you could say that again, right? Got no well side. He is. Okay. He is. And what's scary is he's not just a psychopath in my estimation or JD's. But he's a dangerous one in that if he is going to be elected, you're going to have somebody in the Senate who is not looking out for America. Is not looking out for Americans, but much like in my estimation, Ilhan Omar is looking out for Somalia. He's looking out for Egypt. He's looking out for Iran. He's looking out possibly for the Muslim brotherhood, right? Let's just call it what it is, guys. I'm sorry, you know, for anybody who takes offense to that, I'm just going to tell you, you've got it. You've got a problem. Okay. You've got a problem with that religion. And I am going to just say that as a woman because I don't find it okay. I don't find it acceptable how they treat women. And that doesn't work with who we are, right? Think about that. Who we are as Americans, period, full stop. And I have an example of that to show you right now. I did put this in the short speed, but I want to show it to you right now as well because it really kind of explains a lot down in Florida. You see down in Florida, let me get rid of some of these little notes on the screen down in Florida. And how do you say it? Is it Pinellas County? There was absolute outrage that erupted. Absolute outrage because a woman walked in. We think it's a woman. I mean, actually, I guess we should find out, right? We don't really know because you can't tell underneath the whole burqa situation that's going on. So, she walked in to this county meeting in Florida and she was covered in a full burqa, full on. I mean, you couldn't see one bit of her and she didn't speak either. She just played this little tape recording and that really, I think, weirded some people out. At first, I played this on the short speed and everybody was like, is this real? Is this real? And I have to tell you it is real, okay? So, it is real and she had to have security escort her out. But this is truly kind of, I think, problematic and it tells you where we could be heading. Again, just to kind of give you the background on this, they're having a county meeting in Florida. This woman walks in, dressed completely in a burqa, has no voice, just starts playing a tape recorder. Again, we don't know that it's a woman. I want to be cautious on that because who knows, right? It could be just somebody messing around. And you guys were all like, oh, it's Alex Klein, he's a YouTuber, and he does funny stunts like this. I'm like, maybe it is Alex. Nope, it wasn't. Nope, it wasn't. This was just somebody coming in to try and lead them in Islamic prayer at the start of a county meeting in Florida. Here we go. She just walks up. I know it's tough to listen to. I'm going to actually turn it down a little bit, although we do want to hear what the guys say. Okay, so this goes on for a while, not too long. We're going to see the reaction of the guy running the meeting in Florida here, again, not happy. It's cool. Hold on. Oh, unbelievable. I will turn it down because that is not exactly what you would call music to your ears. And I see this as a former classical singer, opera singer, actually, so I have a lot of appreciation for a lot of different music. It's the tonality and the multiple tonalities that I appreciate. Stop the tape. Man, stop the tape. Oh, it's easy. I know. Hey. Man, just. Hey. And so they can't get her to stop. Eventually, security takes her out of there, right? Guys, and he's furious. Please, just please issue some decorum and kindness of your own. Oh, okay. So JD thinks that Abdul Osayid is a psychopath. You've got Nancy Pelosi not willing to back him at all. When I look at Calishe again and I look at, you know, what we're seeing in terms of the trades on him, I'm a little surprised, right? I don't think he's going to make it. I really don't. I think that you're going to see the left make it either in such a way. So again, this is a trade that I'm kind of looking at because there's only 36% of the people trading right now on Calishe that actually think the Republicans are going to win the Senate. So this is interesting to me. By the way, if you want to trade the election yourself, you can get $25. Forgive me. $55. They upped it. They upped it because you guys had such a great response. They're like, okay, if you use code Trish, go to Calishe.com/r/trish. You can get $55 if you trade 25. I do all Saeed has a lot of questions around him, a lot of questions around the mosques that he's been campaigning at, right? We've seen, you know, him out there out and about in the mosques and the mosques have been allowing him to come in and they've been really pushing him from the pulpit. And so this is now becoming quite concerning because the way that the law works, you kind of have to open up the mosque to everyone to come in and they're not only not opening it seemingly to everyone, they're actually pushing him as a candidate. And there was news that came out last night that said that one of these particular very prominent mosques had actually said, you know, it was their duty, it was their religious duty to vote for a duel because, you know, that all I want you to, okay? So that becomes kind of a problem if you would because now you're mixing church and state. And this is the entire problem, I would just say, with Islam as it is. And we had Zudiy Jasser talking about this recently who's running for Congress out in Arizona. And Zudiy said it's a real problem when this religion is so fundamentally against the setup if you would of what we are as a nation, right? And that's because of the Protestant setup, deris, we can go back to our founding fathers, right? And I'll get to going on that again. But, you know, if we were set up in such a way as to encourage freedom, including freedom of religion, but you have to assume that someone's religion is not political. And if you have a political religion, it's going to be so much harder. So there's a concern because of Duol Saeed apparently spoke at the grand opening of a particular. This was the Hassan, because Wihis Mosque on June 6th of this year offering what they said was, you know, his, I guess the Aman, is that what they call them, the guy, you know what I mean? Apparently, it was his big moment in the sun, because it was his new mosque, a guy named Hassan, Kazwini, and they're saying that he offered this hearty congratulations to one of dual Said and he was also saying that everybody had to vote for him because otherwise you know you couldn't vote for for the alternative which was Halle Stevens because she was quote a puppet and she was quote the Zionist candidate he urged his flock to vote for quote clean people instead of Stevens Now El Said is apparently not commented on any of this thus far but people are are citing this and there's actually there's a tape of it let me see if I can play you a little bit so you can get some perspective on it it's going to leave these mosques that were supporting him in pretty hot water I think because again they're following the money trail and if you were out there endorsing somebody for religious reasons and calling his opposition you know all the things that he called hurt then you're going to have a problem here we go Israel cares about its own interest and the money the cash the US pays it because Israel and the pro-Israeli lobby okay I realize this is very hard to hear so we won't listen to it but is a cash cow oh I got that part which they can milk for their own interests oh wow that's why APEC is supporting one particular candidate that's why APEC is supporting one particular candidate okay I got it you know it's it's like Ilhan right when she talked about the banjements and then Kevin McCarthy had to kick her off the Foreign Affairs Committee which is a good thing because according to a resurfaced post from 2024 by a former representative from Somalia land which is in conflict with Somalia she was using intelligence according to him that she was getting on the Foreign Affairs Committee and then she was going over and promoting this intelligence with Somalia and creating additional conflict there so that's what you've got to protect yourself against here and don't forget his background okay I've told you before his mother worked for a group that our Treasury Department said was given money a couple hundred grand to bin Laden okay Assam have been Laden in the days before 9/11 she said she thought she was doing it for the orphans okay we you know she didn't actually prosecute her in fairness but that's the organization she was working for and then his father was working or well on the board for an organization that was sending money back to Saddam Hussein so you know I'm sorry we we have a few little issues just a few and I'm gonna tell you it's gonna be awful awful awful awful awful if they elect this guy because it's gonna send a very bad message a very bad message in my estimation to the Democrat Party we don't we don't want that right now certainly not because we need to make sure that we have people that have the interests of America I mean I'm kind of missing the old-fashioned I can't believe I'm saying this but you know the Nancy Pelosi that is not gonna stand up for Ilhan Omar and Abdul El Saeed good right very very very good I have another thing I want to tell you about because Alaska is very much oh you almost lost me I'm always here um Alaska is turning into a massive story so the DOJ handed out 30 subpoenas yesterday in a criminal case the US attorney in Alaska is is coming out swinging and the Democrats are on their heels and they're trying to say like nothing to see here what's the big deal there's a CBS news correspondent on the face the nation show that has come under fire because she apparently said well how's it any different than the two so new new brothers running in New Hampshire well for starters they're not running at the same time okay they're not running against each other so that that that doesn't really apply but you see how the media is trying to back pedal except for let me let me hand it to my formal colleagues over on CMBC because on squat box this morning the woman represented the Democrat party gets on there and she didn't know what hit her Andrew Ross Sorkin just took it away and really shamed her quite badly as she tried to defend the idea of having another dance Sullivan it's all come out the New York Times report on this one too here we go can I ask you a question about what's happening in Alaska what do you what do you think of that that race and what it appears the Democrats did well um the peltole campaign has been clear that they deny what happened I think if you want to talk about what we've seen across the country on the house side in particular Republicans from the very beginning have been set up trying to rig the system jerry mandarin that we've seen across the country I understand that you don't believe the report at all I think that there's been very clear that the peltole campaign has said they deny those allegations no I understand that they deny that until you read the same report that I did with your same eyes they deny the allegations and I what I know to be true is that Republicans across I understand that by the way I think it's just so good the same page together but let's just be honest it is shameful if if Republicans do it is shameful if Democrats do it and I what I'm asking you is to say and the peltole campaign has denied that that happened that's the one so you don't believe it genuinely don't believe it happens do you want to do you want to know what that happened the peltole campaign I understand what they said I'm asking you as a and so that is what they said as a few men as a citizen of the if you're watching this play out and you say yourself this is crazy and what I've watched play out across the cycle what across the cycle is Republicans trying to change map no I'm saying the dirty trick if the dirty tricks being played by Republicans it is shameful and disgraceful if their dirty tricks being played by Democrats it is shameful there there there should not be dirty tricks and the dirty tricks that I have seen have been gerrymandering by Republicans across the country attempts to attack voting rights things like vote by mail changing campaign finance lies that's what I know and that's what I have seen across the country and folks are outraged by that they didn't get us so we should be clear that there shouldn't be dirty tricks there shouldn't be attempts to do for you a few questions about what happened in Alaska and the peltole campaign did not has denied that and therefore it's just open your shut because the peltole campaign has died but the but the reports says that but the reports the opposite of what they're saying but what I know to be true what I have seen to be true across the country again and again redistricting to try to aid Republicans you and I are not going to disagree about that part I'm saying that that's a problem and what I'm saying is that this also clearly clearly is a problem and I think from a credibility perspective it makes it much harder for you to argue about the Republicans if you can't also argue about your own party and I'm saying her she denied that that happened oh my gosh how many sources in the I mean there's a lot of sources on the record saying it happened so I don't understand that she was aware of what was happening it's like it's like is it it's it's suddenly out if you talk it's really and I don't get where you are not acknowledging that yes dirty tricks should not happen rigging the system should not happen the evidence that we have a rigging the system over and over and over again absolutely and by the way I talk about all those are all the rigging that the Republicans do I talk about it on the air all the time I'm saying in the context of being a Democrat you have you have somebody in your party who's done something that appeared to be terrible in gerrymandering gerrymandering is the one bipartisan issue that that that both parties can do and we know for a fact what has happened on the house side as a house person we had no for a fact what we have seen happen in Texas in Florida in North Carolina in Ohio ongoing with no no input from the American people no chance to have a say the attacks on vote by mail the ongoing tax to keep keep people that is a fact that's something and you will hear me talk about that regularly what I'm asking about is this and I think you've seen the same report that I have and the petrol campaign has denied that okay all right chairwoman it's good you got that you know not a lot of delbinés around so you probably have Democrats won't be able to find anyone to run against anyway thank you it's good to have you all right oh my gosh oh my can you believe that I mean it's like the ill-hunt thing they're like we're just gonna lie and we're just gonna lie and we don't care that the New York Times caught us and we've got all these texts and the you know the people from the patola campaign we're doing this it's all out okay we went through it all yesterday in yesterday show it's all out and they're gonna sit there and they're gonna keep online it's actually really kind of extraordinary I mean you you almost have to hand it to him it's almost kind of a talent in a way at some point again the jig is up guys all right you got it you got to come clean and we're just not gonna you're going to risk the election I actually think that that's the problem and they just announced today the US Attorney's Office has said that they are going to swoop in some resources so we're gonna have people watching those polling stations they're in Alaska and all of the ballots will be preserved because of this problem on the Dan Sullivan thing I want to turn now to Stephen Miller's reaction because you know he does not suffer fools gladly shall we say a little Miller time for you and he is just coming out swinging calling this a criminal conspiracy against the citizens of Alaska it sounds like it wow here we go Stephen Miller it's a criminal conspiracy to disenfranchise the voters and citizens of Alaska. The difference between control of the Senate could come down to a single senator, a single senate seat. And you have this coordinated sophisticated scheme as the New York Times reported, involving the Democratic campaign headquarters, the Democratic Senatorial Committee, the Petola campaign, and Democratic operatives across the state of Alaska. So we're just to the highest levels of the Democrat Party to camouflage, create, produce a fake candidate to try to have the exact same name to pretend to be a Republican for the sole purpose of obscuring his identity so that voters intending to re-elect their own senator in a confusing ranked choice voting scheme would instead vote for a fake thant Sullivan to elect the Democrat candidate. That would then be a vote to impose amnesty on the entire country. That would then be a vote to defund the Department of Homeland Security, a vote to raise your taxes, a vote to enable welfare fraud by refugees, a vote to let criminals and felons and rapists and murderers out of jail. A thing that affects the lives and livelihoods of every Alaska, a vote to abolish fossil fuels, to cancel pipelines, to shut down the creation of new energy sources. This is a profound criminal act because the lives, livelihoods, and futures of every American is implicated in the scheme. So this is interesting because historically, right, we have allowed the states to have full jurisdiction over their elections, but in this particular case, you could make the argument that the state is not actually protecting its citizens, as Miller actually did quite well. And so as a result, you may have to escalate this and have some federal oversight of things. I want to also bring you, I told you earlier, CBS News coming under fire tonight because one of their correspondence, actually a rather prominent, prominent correspondent who hosts the Face the Nation show suggested that this was not a story, Fox News is reporting. It was not a story. She said, because, and Jonathan Terley actually put this up on Twitter, let me show you, she suggested this would be Margaret Brennan. You're looking actually at a picture of the one who runs CBS News right now, which is Barry Weiss. But the host Margaret Brennan apparently thought that this was not a story and that nobody should be covering Petola or Alaska because this was just exactly the same as John Sandunu and his brother, Chris and you know, I know them well because I've born and raised a New Hampshire. I've known them for years. Wonderful family, wonderful family, although my uncle did run against as a Democrat. You know, you knew I had some of that blue blood in me somewhere. Anyway, my uncle ran against John Sandunu. He was the Democrat nominee a gazillion years ago. I was like 10 years old and I used to be in charge of looking stamps and putting them on the envelopes in the campaign office. He said, that's crazy. I mean, John Sandunu is now responding to this. So let me, let me bring you his response. So again, just to get you up to speed, the anchor for Face the Nation, which is supposed to be this neutral show. Okay, neutral show. I'm sorry, you know, it doesn't have a lot of personality, but it's not really that neutral. I think that somebody has some opinions and those opinions have been coming out. Again, Fox reporting that CBS's Face the Nation host was one of those objecting to the pursuit of the Petola scandal. And she allegedly compared a decoy candidate to voters being confused by different snoo news. And I would just say, look, in New Hampshire, the snoo news are not running for office at the exact same time, okay? So I just saw this cross right now and I got to bring it to you. So John SNunu, who's actually running back there for Senate against Chris Papis. Chris Papis's family owns the back room restaurant with I just got to tell you they get the best chicken tenders I've like ever had in my life. But that's about the extent of his talent. Okay. So we're hoping John SNunu pulls through here. Does Margaret actually believe that six members of my family serving New Hampshire at the local state and federal level is an effort to confuse? We call it public service. He says, I think what voters are actually confused about is whether Margaret Brennan works for CBS News or as a spokeswoman for the Democrat Party. And then he adds lazy, dumb and bias all at once out. So quite an indictment there from John SNunu of Margaret Brennan. It might be a little tough to get John on your show Margaret when he wins Senator from New Hampshire, another thing that you can be watching carefully on Calche. Another story I just want to get to because this is actually really important, really, really important right now. Elon Musk is out with a warning, a grave warning, a serious warning that we are on the verge of losing our country. And it can happen sooner than you think. He put out some tweets today. He's a proud new investor by the way in CNN. They get some layoffs coming there by the way. They're offering buyouts at CBS and CNN, trying to get takers because the layoffs are coming. Anyway, Elon Musk, proud new investor in CNN, also giving this really serious dire warning about the future of the country. Let me show you his tweet right here, putting its one out today. He writes, my biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate, and presidency in 2028, he's looking ahead, they will one make DC and Puerto Rico states to gain a strong majority in the Senate. Oh, they've talked about that repeatedly, right? So they want DC and they want Puerto Rico because they want to get all the people that will vote blue to open the borders and legalize everyone living in America illegally in order to cement a permanent majority. I think he's right on that, too. Look what's happened in California. Three, increase the size of the Supreme Court to gain an immediate majority. Well, they've repeatedly told us that he writes, this would be this would result in America becoming a permanent one party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word. All that is needed to ensure this doesn't happen is 51 Republican senators in 2029. So he's already looking ahead. That is why you should vote for Republican senators in this election. Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one. You see how he's stacking it because you want to get as many Republicans in as you can right now because then they will be there because they have a six year term. So then they will be there as we go into 2029. He's not wrong at this. I mean, you have only to look at everything that's been happening. I mean, Kamala Harris out. Gosh, just last night, right? Just last night. Is this, yeah, this is Kamala talking about packing the court. He said it. And now they're not even hiding it. Part of what I've talked with President Johnson about and what I do believe we need to do going forward is not only vote and have our voices heard, but there's some structural work that needs to be done, including we need to expand the Supreme Court. There are 13 circuit courts. There should be 13 justices. You know what I'm saying. We need to fight if the people there want it for statehood for DC and Puerto Rico. We need to, and I say this as the former Democratic nominee for President of the United States. We need to revisit the electoral college. Oh, wow. It's all out there. Okay. So Elon's not wrong. I mean, they are going to do everything they can. It reminds me of Venezuela. What's the first thing that happened as soon as Hugo Chavez came into power in what, 1999, he packed the court. Okay. This is exactly what the communists do. And whether it's Kamala Harris or another winner, excuse me, loser, like actual, these women are both losers. They have both lost Hillary Clinton saying the exact same stuff. It's like they, they made a decision behind the scenes, behind the curtain. Now they're debuting it. I mean, you don't even have to guess guys. The handwriting is on the wall. I also think it would be very difficult to have term limits on Supreme Court justices because you'd have to amend the Constitution. I think instead we should seriously look at expanding the court while the Democrats are in power. You know, it used to be that you'd have one justice for each circuit. We now have 13 circuits. We should have 13 justices. So I would be in, you know, favor of looking at that and see if we could, you know, make it work. Gosh, she looks so bad right now. She makes care. I look good. My quote. All right. This is where they're taking us. Okay. You've been warned. You've been warned. And by the way, I want to share with you. This is put out on Twitter, Twitter, some kind of Democrat secret little meeting that they had where they were talking about their goals here. They're talking about their goals. And I'm just telling you, you can only listen carefully to this because they're spelling it all out. It's basically a takeover of the intent. entire country that they are plotting. This is an RAD dialogue, August 13th. - There's also the pattern only. - John, I think we'll talk a little bit more about this. Is that we end up in a very acute legitimacy crisis sometime in the next two months and next few years where literally our federal government becomes illegitimate. And in that moment, I believe in what we know from experiences around the world is that we can take that breakdown moment and leverage it for a big structural reform, refounding moment. - I wanted to just say that the United Democracy Alliance, which is a huge coalition of the blocking movement, the people that are doing all the lawsuits and the civil resistance and the non-cooperation, they are all organizing and converging under the banner of what's called the United Democracy Alliance. And they have developed a set of red lines that are now being refined in terms of indicators and metrics and they're working on creating a situation room. So that as we go into the midterm election, they're gonna be able to provide real-time updates, real-time information to the movement of movements so that we can respond to whatever might unfold, either in 26 or when we go into the 28 elections as well, which people think will be, but worse than whatever we're gonna have to deal with now. So these folks are organizing, it's being led under the organization called the National Security Leaders of America. It's 1,600 retired cross-partisan, military intelligence, diplomats, ambassadors that are all working on protecting our democracy. These are pro-democracy leaders that are leading all this work that we are now connected to, and it row your connected, Danielle and I are connected, and others are connected for that work. So what I think Brad is offering uniquely is this space around the constitutional legitimacy moment and what are the ways that we can respond. The memo that Danielle or I will put up in the chat is an option's memo that we created for governors because if the federal government's deemed to be illegitimate by whatever crossing and whatever red lines that everyone agrees to that, then the governors become the leading governing authority under the current republic framework of our constitution. So this memo was designed for them. We've gotten it to governors safeguarding democracy and they're reviewing it and considering it. We also have done direct outreach to try to get it to governors in Wisconsin, Utah, and Washington State. - I had previously been able to get it while we're in the safe space here to the governors of Massachusetts, California and Illinois. Massachusetts didn't want to touch it. California and Illinois both were interested in getting involved if someone else would take the lead on it. To make that a credible statement, governors and other leaders would need to start making plans now for what functions of government they would have to assume, how they would coordinate with each other, how they would make outreach to foreign governments. And all the other things they would have to do to basically wall off these illegitimate individuals and keep on trying to run the country or at least parts of the country in the absence of a functioning federal government. And I really want to emphasize, this is not a concept for a session. No one is talking about leaving the United States. - They're not talking about leaving, they're talking about taking over. Taking over, by the way, I was gonna get to this, but we'll save it for another day, because yes, the CNN personality that you saw earlier is actually threatening Elon Musk with all kinds of lawsuits. She says it's all coming and she's been talking about this. Again, part of their takeover, right? And then trying to take down the other side, it's all a banana republic, but did you hear that? And you're talking about former State Department officials, former USAID people, and they're going and they're canvassing to places like Massachusetts and California. And I think they said Massachusetts was not on board. I think they said California was. And then they want to go out to foreign entities. So we'll go over to Brussels and hit up Ursula and the EU. And maybe, you know, Mark Carney can join you guys too. And Mark Carney and Canada can take us over. I mean, this is bonkers, like this is nuts. And so that somehow, I don't know how that tape got released onto Twitter. Maybe they wanted it out there. Maybe they're proud of this. I don't know, but this is why when Elon is saying, hey, you know, we're about to lose our country. Listen up, vote Republican. Like he's not a kid. This is a very, very important moment. It's an important time for the new, yeah, they are flipping out. He's the new proud owner, if you would, of, I'm CNN. So I'll tell you, CNN, you know, you're going to have to shape up a little bit soon, but maybe won't. If they completely take over the country, they throw him and jail. And then they coordinate with Canada and Brazil, right? They love Brazil and Lula. And suddenly we're, you know, we're full on Venezuela at that point. I'm sorry, but that's, that's where this is heading. So it does make me nervous. It does make me nervous. And you know that this is a very important election coming up. We'll see what happens. But it's not just now that we have to care about it. It's also the future. And I hope you're caring about your future. I hope you're investing for the future. It is bonkers. I'm looking at heart office. Seventy is 67.95. Falsman doesn't have a lot of, I see, faith. I see in Mark Carney. I hear you. He probably will fold. By the way, he actually, did you see this? This came out maybe yesterday? He's actually not pursuing that relationship with the EU after all. Maybe that made the US a little too annoyed. Cat Crazy Sam saying, yeah, the EU is trying to make their moves. I'll tell you, I'll tell you, this is, this is getting weird, okay? This is getting funny. And that's why it's so important that we stay in charge. And that we have freedom for everyone, right, because this craziness has to end. Anyway, over the weekend, go check out my new report on 76research.com. It's fresh. Hot off the press is dealing with all the craziness and the concerns about AI spending. And we have some ideas there on what might do well in the future. And also sort of the long-term investing aspect to it, because I'm still pretty darn bullish. Even with all my worries, right? We're still there. We're the prettiest girl at the dance. I'll tell you, we really are because when push comes to shove, where else are you going to put your money? It's not going to be in China. S.
