My great grandparents, when they came over, they wrote it down wrong in the book on Ellis Island. And it was a Bungino from that point on. So welcome to the Bungino Report, PM. I'm always good to have you here. You know, it's Monday, so Jim and I were texting this weekend. Jim had a bad weekend, folks. So he's at JJ Verde on X. If you'd like to send him condolences, I know I feel really bad because I had no dog in the fight. Jim and I love college football. You know, the NFL, I don't know. I'm still getting over the whole cavernic thing. I mean, really it's not out tune in occasionally, but it's tough. But college football, I love. And Jim is a big Texas Longhorns fan. And man, I told you at halftime, Jim, right? I was like, you got to stay frosty. And I told you too. I said, I don't like it that they're this close. I did. I can actually read the text. He did not like it at all. So sorry about that. Auburn was off this week. But what happened with the Gators? The Gators came out like a ball of fire this year and they're like, what the hell's going on here? You know, give me something else. Go Gators, too, man. All right. Listen, this is going to be one of those shows where it's going to go in one direction, but it's not the direction. I'm telling you in advance, this is going to be one of those like, this is going to be one of those intentional misdirection things. I don't want to give away too much, but I need you to stay tuned. It's about the midterms. You know, when I left my prior job and the job before that and I came back on the radio and TV and elsewhere, I said to you, you learn quick over there in that position. I was in the FBI that when something gets to your desk, it's a level 10 decision. A level 10 decision is very simply a decision that there's really no great answer. Sometimes there's a bad answer and a worse answer. Sometimes if you'll allow me to make up words. Sometimes it's not even that. Sometimes it's a worse answer and a worse answer. I know it's not what I mean, but you get the point. And that's why it's at your desk. You're like, well, how does that relate to this election? Well, here's the flipping of the script. This isn't it. I can't say this enough. This election is a ground ball. You have the choice. It's so crystal clear. This isn't even a level one decision. This is like a level zero decision. You've got a group of people on Team Blue, which is not Team America. I'm very sorry they are not Team America. You've got this political class of people dominated by Pocahontas, Bernie Sanders, Mamdami, AOC, running on ideas so antithetical to American values and principles that I'm stunned that any kind of blue collar Democrat would even consider Team Blue in this election cycle. And how is it? A point that'll come up today throughout the show. How is it that Team Blue, which is not Team America? They're just not. And you should not be afraid to say it. How is it that Team Blue always picks the worst quote heroes? The worst. These aren't even goats. When I was growing up in New York, there was a sports rider and he'd have the hero and the goat thing and he was a cartoonist. I don't know if you remember that, Jim. I don't know if it was the daily news or the post. Whatever. You made an error. You were the goat. You pitched the shut out. You were the hero. This isn't even like heroes and goats. This is like Republicans who Donald Trump has cooked for the last two years. He's cooked the border, crime, the economy. And not everything's, you know, peaches and cream. We've got to do some work on the inflation front. And everybody understands that. But this has been an incredible two years, an incredible two years. The other side is running on open borders. The other side is running. I named the podcast today. Let me paint a picture for you. Check it out on Rumble I encourage you to. Mass mail and balloting. Zero election integrity measures whatsoever. Not free and fair elections. Packing the Supreme Court. Packing the U.S. Senate by adding seats. Confiscatory taxes. Wiping out school choice. We just had to huge win last week on the Second Amendment. It's not permanent. I worry about it. We still get the law change. However, they want to take away your guns. Take away your right to protect yourself. Defund the police. This is not hard. This choice is clear. It's like kicking you right in the nose. Like kick me out. It is. It's like the Democrats. It's the beevus and butt head coach. Like they're kicking you in the. Christ. They're in the gym. That's what they wrote. That should be their campaign slogan nationwide. Vote Democrat. We'll kick you in the gym. That's there. Why? We're allowed to say that. It's a name. It's a name, Jim. I know. I had one of those at the end of the podcast. Did you catch it, Jim? I was a rough one. There are some things, certain things you just can't say. Never shorten the word country. I do it all the time. Unfortunately, they don't. Just don't do it. Just don't do it. And when you're going to claim someone is a master, debater, make sure you put a pause in between those words. Say it fast. You'll see what I mean. I did that at the end of the podcast today. I was talking about people who either love George W. Bush or Don't. Problem is when you leave the George W. Part out, it comes off a little, a little, a little weird. A little strange. Why? Why is that? Stop it. Let me talk about it. Get back to my point. This is not a level 10 decision, where it's a bad call or a worst call. This is not one of them. This election is a level zero decision. It is so easy. So there was an incident up in New York City. I've been covering last week. And again, I want to caution you, I try not to make the show to New York City focus. It's one of the things I learned doing cable news that the producers are very focused on local stories because they get the local paper. And yeah, I'm not telling you people in California, Wyoming don't care about New York City, but they just don't want to hear about Mamdami all day. However, Mamdami is a system, as a symptom, excuse me, of a larger cancerous infection in American body politic, where you have this team, team blew the Democrats, who are now openly embracing ideas that just 30 years ago would have been considered insane, some just treasonous, crazy ideas. So ice goes up to New York to take off the streets, illegal aliens, folks, I, you know, I hate the word literally, but it's important, in this case, I literally mean not figuratively. People accused, convicted of murder, home invasions, rapes. This is not a tough decision. Do we get the rapists and murderers off the street or do we let them go? This isn't hard if you're not a stupid person. Mamdami, who is a symptom of this cancerous team blew right now, easy choice in this election, is really upset. Here he is again, they picked the worst freaking heroes the Democrats every time, how do people not see through this? They leave New Yorkers in a state of terror, and that is something that should be opposed by all of us. >> So just to be clear, again, I tried desperately to not make this a solely regional show because it's a national show. This is not a regional issue. I want you to understand that defunding ICE is a mainstream team blew, which means not team America position. That's just a fact. There is a small minority of Democrats at the national and blue city level, a small minority who would come out against this defunding ICE thing. They love this position. Now I want you to listen to the voice of reason. We've got 22 days until a midterm election, 22 days. Here is Secretary Mullen, Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, obviously. Talking about the Dominican man, they pulled off the streets in New York City and what is rap sheet is, that Mamdami and a bunch of leftist protesters have chosen to make their new deity. This is their golden calf. Listen to this laundry list of horribles, check this out. I'm sorry he's from the Dominican Republic. He came in this country legally a few years ago and every since he's come in, he's committed crime and crime after crime. Our records show they may only been in the country for three years. Course scammer has been by the administration and he has three years of extensive criminal activity. You're going to call that a New Yorker? I think that's a far cry. He said that ICE is rotten to the core. Really? Women and women at ICE each day are enforcing the laws that he refuses to enforce. We arrest thousands weekly that are criminals going after the worst of the worst and he turns a blind eye to it and wanting to stand up for his own NYPD officers. That by the way, protect him every single day. Folks, candidly speaking with you, I really wish that was hyperbolic for the sake of the country that saw it as we call them, the business sound on tape. I wish Mark Wayne Mullen were exaggerating because I don't want a country where a mainstream party, which I don't mean mainstream in ideas, but I mean mainstream and following in popularity IE the Democrats, team blue, anti-team America would actually take a position and not only not be condemned of let's release and alleged murderer, rapist or whatever onto the streets where the Mamdami's are condemned, but Mullen is. Folks, I'm going to paint a picture for you throughout today's show. I'm going to discuss an article during today's show I read this week and that really disturbed me. I'm getting the Wall Street Journal and it's the gist of the article and the picture I want to paint for you is what the country would look like if we get this election wrong. Folks, the cascade and parade of horribles coming your way and I've never been ever been known as where the receipt show, the Bonsino rules show, we always kind of wait on a story to be right. This is not the hysteric show, we sometimes get a little emotional and go from funny to screaming in yellow months and a while, but I promise you like the backbone of the show will always be one of truth. I am warning you in the clearest, most concise way possible that if we lose the United States Senate in this midterm election and the United States House of Representatives and then God forbid where to lose the presidency to one of these Democrats who are all going to support this same list and cascade and parade of horribles. This country I promise you, this is the loudest, clearest concise warning I can give you. We'll never look the same again. Open borders, defunding the police, defunding ICE, attacks on our military, the star chain members show trials for political opponents, cancel culture will be back. Oh, I've got my YouTube channel, what a good luck with that. You're going to see the mainstream Democrat politicians come out for crazy things like Medicare for all, Medicare for all folks, when they say for all they mean for all the bill they're pushing the Bernie Sanders bill, the Medicare for all bill makes your health insurance plan. If you have a free market health care plan, you like illegal, quote, unlawful. It's in the bill, wealth taxes, taxes on unearned income. What does that mean? You've got a house you bought for $200,000, 10 years ago. It's worth 400 now. That's a capital gain, folks. No, it's not. Yes, it is, but I haven't sold my house. The Democrats don't care. They want to tax you on $200,000 of gains that have not even materialized. The housing market could crash tomorrow. This is what's in their vocal spoken on paper agenda. The choice is clear. There are very difficult level 10 choices that entire college courses of ethics have been designed around where there's no good call. Do you. I had these in the FBI. Do you arrest the terrorists today? No, in your criminal case may be good, but not great. Or do you wait an extra day? Make. Hopefully you don't ever lose the surveillance and get something in the file that'll make it easier to prosecute. These are tough calls. There's no right answer that jumps out. It's only a judgment call. This is the easiest call you will ever have to make in a midterm election. Either team America or anti-team America. This is it. More coming up next. We'll be right back. The gist of what I'm saying is I get up in the morning and I read this kind of left-wing email that goes out in the morning, playbook. You can sign up for it too. It's free because it's strange if you watch cable news as much as I do, you'll see that's like the Bible for them in the morning. Jim, you read it too. They're talking points. Go out. The stuff you'll read, you'll be like, wow, I just heard Janie Bagadona, liberal queen Janie Bagadona on CNN saying that exact same thing. They think like the board, like they have one high of mine. I read playbook this morning and folks, the hedging has already begun. I don't know what's going to happen in the election. I can tell you what's going to happen if you don't show up. If you lose, if you do show up, we'll win. It's not hard. But I can't predict the future. I'm not Karnak from the Johnny Carson show and Stigie and Witches. I don't have the eye. I don't have the eye, okay. But if you show up, we'll win. But I'm sensing just a couple of weeks out from the election that there is now some serious hedging going on. And if you read today's playbook, you're going to see a bunch of Democrat operatives like, Hey, man, did we wait way too deep into this blue wave tsunami thing because we're not really seeing that on the ground. I'm going to get to this throughout the course of the show that have the early voting numbers do not look good for the Democrats at all, no less a blue wave. They don't even look good at all. But there's another thing I want to get to you today during the show as well. I want to point out to you how the choice in this election is clear. I know I brought it up yesterday. I brought it up on Laura Ingham show I did last night. This is not a difficult choice in this election. If you're for voter fraud, vote Democrat. If you're for defunding DHS and ICE and opening the borders, vote Democrat. If you're for three, four, five, and six impeachments over the next two years, well, nothing is done about affordability or anything else, gas prices and vote Democrat. If you're for a massive government red tape being imposed on your business, vote Democrat. If you're for a castration, defenestration exercise of our heroic patriots and our military vote Democrat, these are positions that many non fringe mainstream Democrat actors are openly advocating for. But there's one thing I've noticed that I'm really starting to get a sense of kind of almost internal panic when the Democrat activist side about the election. I don't like teases. I'm going to just tell you, and I'll get to it in detail later, I'll show you the Department of Justice releasing. I don't think we're making this up. There has been, despite the Duma class, the Duma class, the fake Volex Maga as I call them, the fake Republicans who are just trying to get you to stay home. There has been this endless nonsense of nothing is happening, nothing is happening. Stay home. And then when I point out on my show, these things that are happening, they just ignore it. There has been a massive crackdown on voter fraud. There's been another series of arrests. I think it's given them a little political playbook, Agita. I think that in conjunction with the significant and historic polling errors in the Trump era, I think the Democrats are starting to realize that it's not just possible, but probable that this will not be a blue wave election. Now one of the things I brought up last night, that I brought up, that I don't understand, I know, you don't. So my job is political analysis. I'm not a journalist. I don't pretend to be a journalist. So my job is, but when I don't know something, it's my job to tell you. I'm being straight with you and candid even at my own expense. I don't get how the left wing media, with a history of being wrong on Donald Trump from Russia gate to all the impeachment nonsense and everything else, the January 6th stuff, some of the fairy tales they spun off about it afterwards later on, I don't get how people still believe them and actually think the Trump economy is performing worse than the Biden economy. There's not a single data point that backs that up. The only one that even Biden had a small advantage on the jobless rate was only because so many people left the workforce. That's it. We'll back it up with hard receipts today. But folks, the choice is clear. And President Trump is really good at kind of licking his finger and seeing where the political wins are going. He is. He was way out in front of the immigration debate. He was. I remember being in an activist group in D.C. with some consultant came in to talk and was like, you know, we should never talk about immigration again, after Romney lost into people in the group. I'm like, what do you win, idiot? Trump got out ahead of that, built a wall and look, wins in two presidential elections. I think he's genuinely confused too. How the left wing media that is this documented history of lying poor, polling, terrible political prognostications, Trump chances of winning or zero. Why people still believe them on the economy despite the statistics say it otherwise? Here's a president yesterday was out at a campaign rally. He's out on the road. He sounds as confused as me. And he's living this every single day. Check this out. They want to basically destroy our country and that's what they want to do. If they get in, they will do that and they'll be able to do that. You know, if they get in, if you have a bad presidential election in the next, we have some very good people. But if you have a bad presidential or one of these lunatics got in, you will look at me right now and you will say he's going to be the last Republican president in the issue of our country. I won't be. I won't be the last Republican president because they will add about 12 more electoral votes and they'll add one more sentence until they have 10 more congress people, approximately. They're going to reap the supreme court through just a lot of people, what a lot of people. They're real number than they dream of this 23. They say 13. Who wants 13? You know, when I go to the building, I never have a 13th floor. I go 12 to 14 because nobody wants to be on the 13th floor, okay? And nobody wants to have 13 judges. Now, listen, regardless of your political affiliation listening to this show, everybody's welcome here to listen, matter of fact, I hope Democrats listen, maybe we'll convert you to the same side of the political out. Everything Donald Trump just mentioned from packing the supreme court to open borders or elsewhere are positions that Democrats, either in office or running for office, are running on. And I'm not talking about fringe guys like some East Tunifish city commissioner in a town of like 20 people, I'm talking about mainstream candidates who are actively running on this stuff. Not that there's anything wrong with each tuna fish. I'm just telling you like, this is not a fringe position. Okay, Dan, back it up, I have that's what I'm here for, had to produce a gym for pulling this gym. Oh, Dan, come on, stop with this, they're not going to open the border again. We remember what the invasion looked like under Joe Biden, that was terrible, 20 million people walking in hundreds of thousands of people a month, they're not going to open a border again. They wouldn't dare offer Amnesty, in other words, a legal get out of jail, free card to all these people that entered the country, legally, they wouldn't dare do that. Here he is out there telling you, yes, we want to offer Amnesty to all these people. I promise you, this is a mainstream position on the Democrat side. It's not a fringe thing, it's not a 20% thing, it is a 90% thing on the Democrat side. You want open borders and Amnesty? The Dems are your party because they certainly sure as hell they mind, check this out. But the other thing that I think is important, what I always tell my Republican colleagues is say, you don't want any undocumented people in this country, I agree with you. So let's document people, let's make sure they have a path to citizenship. We don't want, yeah, I also don't want a mass class of over 10 million people that are essentially second class citizens that are neighbors. Jim's like the, you know, the emoji guy, the hands out, shrugging the shoulders, head tilted to the side, like, oh, I don't know what else to tell you, but only playing their own words. Sometimes they lie to you too, because what happens is like you're seeing in political playbooks morning email words, there's a little bit of panic breaking out on the left. Like the blue tsunami may not be materializing, the early voting numbers don't look good for the dams, they just don't. Sometimes they lie to you when they do a little 1980s time square shell game, some of you get that. Here's a hint. You can never win that game ever. The guy who does win is part of the scam, because you know that I was, I was a police cadet in Midtown, South. It's a scam. Like, oh, my gosh, I can't win. I mean, he's part of the scam. I would. They'll do a shell game. Here is the head of the Democrat party, Ken Martin, who is not a very skilled liar. He is saying because he's starting to realize now, hence the little bit of panic on the left, that a lot of these crazy positions they're advocating for going into the midterms, open borders, defunding DHS, you know, attacking our military and all this up, they're starting to realize like, wow, this really isn't resonating in the early voting numbers. We better dial it back in one position that is extremely unpopular amongst mainstream non-crazy voters is another ridiculous impeachment. So here's Ken Martin ahead of the Democrat party, saying, oh, yeah, we know somebody's really talking about it. Oh, don't really. If you listen to yesterday's show, you know, we're going with this, but we'll do, we'll do a play it again, Sam, for you. Here's Ken Martin, lying to you, doing the Times Square Shell game. Please don't fall for this. You can't win this game. Check this out. Polls show 53% unfavorable in their view of Democrats, 41% with a favorable view here. How do you overcome that brand with Democrats? What do you need them to do immediately if they take back Congress to help your chances move? We have to deliver. And the reality is the real, what we have to deliver on that promises that we're making on the campaign trail. Part of that. Well, no, no, no, listen, hardly any of our candidates are talking about impeachment. Hardly, hardly any of them, Jim, hardly, Jim's like, I listen to the show, yeah, I'm in the producer. I'm, so Jim, can you play what hardly any Democrats talking about a impeachment sounds like? Again, for the Democrats listening, who believed this gibberish and this nonsense. Here is a supercut of Democrats, hardly ever mentioning the impeachment that they say they want that he says they don't say they want that they want, they say they won't, well, I don't, I'm, is that a triple quadruple double negative 183, 65 to, I don't know. Check this out. Impeachment is not a taboo with us, it's not a fetish with us. We understand it's not a panacea, it is a tool in the toolbox. We will not hesitate to use it if we need to use it. We haven't ruled anything out when it comes to all of the tools available to us, to hold people accountable and we haven't ruled anything in. That's been our position that will remain our position. It's about setting a standard and the Democrats can impeach to uphold constitutional values. Nobody's, nobody's talking about it except leadership in the Democrat Party, members in the Democrat Party, senators in the Democrat Party, probably governors in the Democrat Party, uh, East Tunifist County Councilman in the Democrat Party, the Democrat dog catcher in your name. Nobody's talking about it. Despite everyone in early every love that's, folks, please don't fall for the Times Square Shell game. I think I said, I was a, I remember being a young cadet in Midtown South. You can't win the Shell game. It's a scam. It's a scam. It's like the, hey, look at this. They opened their jackpot. Listen to Tiff, folks, the choice is clear, man. Please I'm asking his a friend. I love you guys and ladies for listening. Okay. What party are you? Welcome here, man. More coming up next. But you know, election season is now upon us. We are not a couple of weeks from an election. The elections happening right now, early voting numbers are coming in by the day. The numbers do not back up. The ridiculous hypothesis out there that this is going to be a 400 plus seat wipe out. They could if they changed, but they don't right now. The early voting numbers for the Democrats have not been impressive in a lot of swing states. Those are just the facts. Things could change. Predictions are like holes. You get the point. Everyone's God one right. Predictions don't really, we're going to know you the show up or you don't. But today's going to be kind of a bit of an emotional show and try to like hold it together a little bit on this stuff. But I had a really life changing moment after we tragically and all too soon lost our good friend, Charlie Kirk. And I want to talk about that a little bit, you know, coming up in the show because we could have taken two separate paths after that. And we'll know after this election which path we want down, either solidarity in our principles or division based on doom orism and sadly a grift. I'm not giving up anything and I'm certainly not giving up. not hope because we have a choice in this election. Many of you haven't made that choice yet, but I'm strongly encouraging you to divorce yourself from the emotions of the moment. Listen, I get it. There are a lot of figures out there in politics who invoke a very passionate emotional response. Donald Trump is one of them. I'm not Donald Trump. Not even close to Donald Trump, but I'd imagine I'm the same way. Jim and I are on X and Twitter all the time. And there's very few milkdose comments like, hey, yo, go, Dan, that's rare. It's either like, Dan, we love you part of the Bungino army or there isn't people out there like, they're just, it's insane. I know where you live or something. You're like, wait, what? Who cares? Are you that crazy? I'm asking you if you're on the fence and independent or even a Republican who hasn't decided if you're going to vote or not, you have early voting options. You have mail-in voting options. You have a bunch of options. I wish elections were cleaner. They're not. You have a lot of options to do it. I am begging you unbended knee genuflecting. Please, please, in the name of everything that matters to you. Please go out, show up and fill in that ballot. The choice is crystal clear. Your country is on the ballot. I can't say this enough today. Please just go and take it. The numbers are there. If you show up in anywhere close to the numbers, you showed up for Donald Trump in the 2024 elections. I promise you, this talk of a blue wave will look hilarious the day later. If you don't, the last laugh will be on us. Go and take it. This is not hyperbole. It's not exaggeration for effect. I'm not running for anything. I'm not a political consultant making money off getting out your vote. That's not the way this works. I'm just a guy who cares about this country. The work being put into change. The absolute mess left to us by four years of Biden and eight years of Obama. And I don't want to see the progress grinding to an extremely uncomfortable and dangerous halt while we hand the country over to a group of Democrats, Socialists, and outright maniacs. Maniacs? Yes. Maniacs. Doing maniacal, almost sociopathic things. These folks were running against the Socialist Open Borders Democrats. Defund the police, wealth, tax, communist Socialist Democrats are running on principles that have led to death, destruction, starvation. That is a documented history that the principles air quotes they're running on because there are no principles at all. Do not work. Matter of fact, they destroy lives by the millions. Last night was debate night. And you saw candidates all across the country who the Democrats, it's interesting, characterized in different ways. The reason we picked these couple clips from debate night last night is it's very simple. The Democrats and the liberal media will frame their own candidates in a way they think appropriate to the congressional district or state they're running it. What I'm getting at is they're lying to you. They'll say like Kathy Hoko, who is basically, you know, an insure to be in a full blown communist by some of the crazy things she supports. They'll say, you know, Jim, Kathy Hoko's kind of a moderate, you're like kind of a moderate. Like, what is the moderation scale you're using here exactly? They'll say they're new golden boy, John Ossoff, Democrat senator from the leaning red at least state of Georgia who doesn't belong in that seat. He doesn't represent Georgians at all. Oh, John Ossoff, he's presidential timber. He's a really moderate guy. Really moderate guy. You realize FDR, FDR, one of the most liberal Democrats to ever hold the presidency. That's Franklin Delano Roosevelt for liberal system. They don't know who that is. They're like, FDR? What is that? A valve on a car? No, no, that was the president. FDR tried to pact the Supreme Court to destroy the Supreme Court a separate branch of government and was openly mocked by liberal media people and his own party. John Ossoff, the supposed moderate presidential timber Democrat from the state of Georgia, a lean red state is openly now advocating for this. Let's start out with Kathy Hocal first. Again, the supposed moderate to which is short of a communist, the governor of New York State. Here she is in a debate with the excellent Bruce Blakeman running for offices in Republican. And she's tragically, I mean, tragically, I say, because she's not telling you the truth because I live through this, taking credit for the drop in crime rates. Ladies and gentlemen, when Jim presented the material to me, he said, I'm a little concerned. We may go down the masks route. Where for those of you who are P1 listeners, you bring up masks and people where I go crazy because I can't stand that I can't believe how stupid it is. People still wear this dopey mask. One thing that drives me crazy is I live this as your deputy director in the FBI, the national crackdown on crime. Folks, I'm not going to tell you every Democrat governor and mayor was against us because that would be a lie. And I don't do that for partisan advantage. It's not fair. There were many Democrat governors and mayors, including the leadership team in Memphis that were fully on board with us in our crime crackdown. I'm just telling you, there were a lot of them that gave us trouble nearly every step of the way. And New York was not a place that was easy to do business with. So to hear Kathy Hoekle now, unbelievably, who did everything she could do not cooperate with ice euro now claim credit for the crime crackdown. Folks, man, really I got a bridge over there not too far in Palm City. I'll sell you for a buck if you believe this crap. Check this out. But also this New York state now has the lowest crime rates it's had in modern history. Now, we're not done yet. And you're going to hear a lot of different opinions here this evening. Again, the fake foe not moderate an inch shy of being a communist governor of New York claiming now that, oh yeah, you know, the ice stuff. Yeah, we were kind of on board with that really. Now, this is a Kathy Hoekle versus Bruce Blakeman New York group editorial debate. But Kathy Hoekle should really be debating who Jim Kathy Hoekle because she took the exact opposite position just a few months ago, receipts and coming. Here is she is ridiculously claiming she's like on board with the ice ups. Okay, sure. Check this out. Does New York sanctuary policy amount to a cancellation at times of valid deportation orders provided an immigrant lays low and doesn't commit a violent crime? And are you comfortable with with that reality? Even New York City has 170 crimes, serious crimes where they will work with ice agents to remove people. That is a fact all across the state of New York. We always work with law enforcement to remove people who are committing crimes. Wow. Jim, she says they always work with law for implying that she's been a fantastic cooperator with federal law enforcement. Let me tell you what really happened. And let me speak in general terms not just about Kathy Hoekle with a lot, not all, but a lot of Democrat city mayors and governors. Folks, they were embarrassed into working with the Donald Trump administration, the FBI, DEA, US marshals, ATF and elsewhere. We went into those cities because we don't need their permission. Donald Trump doesn't work for them. And as locals saw the FBI and DEA and others cracking down on the Kensington drug market, the operation coast to coast, Skid Row and elsewhere. The political leadership was embarrassed into cooperating. The cops were great. That's the real story. Now, Kathy Hoekle just told you, yeah, man, ice cooperation. She was all about it. Okay, she's debating Bruce Blakeman. Maybe she should debate herself because here is the same person fake moderate Kathy Hoekle destroying the great state of New York, which I grew up saying the exact opposite just a few months ago. Check this out. You prevent of the ice federal at the federal level from securing a range agreements with local police forces in New York. I just banned it. It's against the law now in the state of New York to have these agreements. The federal law that allows the creation of these agreements says subject to state and local laws. State law just changed. So no more, no more. It's not even. It's how suckers continue to fall for this. This act the Democrats put on every single time. President Trump, you're not obligated in any way to like his policies. It's a free republic with a capital R. But at least you understand what his policies are. He's not afraid to talk about anything from the Iran word of flock cameras at all. You ask him a question. He answers it. Kathy Hoekle didn't know where he even couches the answer. Yeah, we banned it. Yeah, no, we're not doing anything with the ice people. You just said in a debate like you were all on board. Folks, they are lying to you because that's what the Democrats do. And I love the media characterization because they know far left progressive liberal policies don't sell to the average American at their dinner table. Hey, mom, dad, do you want to defund the police, open the borders and pay 60% tax rates? Yes, Johnny, I wanted to like that's a conversation that never happens outside of psychopath homes. Okay, nobody ever says that. That's why they hide this stuff. Here's another fake moderate, John Ossoff, who they just were. Love, this guy's like the new Beto before Beto collapsed. Here's John Ossoff, ask the simple question. Hey brother, may I left a brother? How do you feel about like packing the Supreme Court? It's probably, they should have just asked the real question. Like it's probably a really stupid, terrible idea. Even FDR got left by his own party. No, not Ossoff. This guy, you want this guy in the White House or in your Senate seat in Georgia? The guy is a radical. He is a card carrying radical, period based on his own words. Check it out. Senator Ossoff, if Democrats controlled Congress and the White House, would you support adding justices to the Supreme Court's bench to change the court's ideological balance? Greg, I don't rule out any judicial reform, but I think we have to take the long view. Jim, the worst part, did you catch this at the end? The worst part of it is the questioner in the debate, the moderator, I should say, sets him up in a way where if he was a more clever politician who could hide his radicalism, he should have answered it this way. The moderator in the debate says, do you support adding seats to the Supreme Court to change the ideological balance? That's the gist of what he said. All Ossoff had to say was, well, I wouldn't do it to change the ideological balance. What I would do is there are 13 circuits rather than nine, there used to be a judge per circuit. So I think I'm actually giving this guy like a cheat sheet to not sound like a Marxist lunatic and he totally screws up the question. He doesn't even deny the fact that it's only done to destroy a branch of government because he doesn't like the ideological politics. He just, the guy, this guy's a trained politician. He was given a ground ball. Oh, this has nothing to do with ideology. We just want to match it with the judicial circuits. He can't even deny it. That's not the reason they're doing it. They're doing it only because they don't like the politics. Imagine if that happened in the House of Representatives, you lose an election in the midterms and Republicans vote on a bill. We're going to expand the House of Representatives to 7,000 members and hold a new election. Democratic, it's crazy, bro. That's the exact fake moderate, John Ossoff, just agreed to. I try to not get too emotional but this yesterday was a new low. And one of the issues obviously I have with the fake news media is fake news stories they generate and intravenously mainline into the American circulatory system are so destructive that if we had an honest media or even a barely honest media or even a 50% honest media, folks, the country would be in a totally different place. There would be candidates like Angie Nixon and Florida, a devout communist socialist, Florida, where we have a large Venezuelan and Cuban population that candidly folks would not poll above 30%, 30%, 35%. If the media was just honest about who they are, it's always gonna be three out of 10 liberal progressives who vote for the D no matter what. And also a candidate like Tala Rico. I mean, you have a choice coming up right now. Early voting's already started in many states. If not, you have a choice. If you vote on election day, just coming up. I encourage you to bank your vote. You have a candidate I'll get to later in Al Sayyad and Michigan who can answer a simple question about if his family's tied to the Muslim brotherhood. A freaking terror group. Like how hard is this, Jim? Let's try this. Let's, Jim, I'm gonna interview you. Jim is the Republican nominee for Senate in the great state of Texas. He is not, but let's play the role for him. Jim, honestly, just tell us the truth. Has your family had any ties with the Muslim brotherhood terror group? If you need a second to think about it, I understand. Jim, your answer is? No, they have not. They have not, they have not. Why can, Jim, why can't Al Sayyad and Michigan do the same thing? If they just told you the truth, even half the time, Al Sayyad as well would poll maybe 35% or less. No question. If the media did an honest story about him, then you get a candidate like this Taloriko cat in Texas. Taloriko is like that. You ever go to a social function? I don't know, like one, your wife or husband's like work party and you don't really know everybody that well, your husband or wife does. But I remember going to this thing with my wife for work one time, and I didn't know a lot of the husbands, but the guy's kind of unintentionally segregated off into a group or we're all talking. And there's always that one guy in the group. There's five of you sitting around, or standing around in a circle, drinking a beer, or whiskey, or whatever. And there's just one guy who will just like he's cringed, like the kids use that word cringy. Like, you know, it's an older, but we still use it, right? There's one guy who will never shut his mouth and everybody in the group is really uncomfortable with this guy talking and he just doesn't get it. That's Taloriko, like he's like the weird guy in not just one group, but every group. Put him with little e-coaches, he's a weirdo. Put him in church, he's a weirdo. How is this guy polling anywhere close to 50% in the state of Texas? The answer is 'cause the media won't tell you the truth about him, but other people will. So he was at this town hall and I got a bunch of clips coming up to us throughout the show, 'cause you have a choice to make. He was at this town hall and he's asked a question that folks even in the state of Texas, this is as simple and answer as the L.C.I.N. answer. Is your family connected to the Muslim brotherhood or not? Uh, the square root of the hypotenuse, I didn't ask you about the hypotenuse. I did not ask, I asked about the Muslim brother. He's asked a simple question. Like, hey listen, how do you feel about, how do you feel about cutting kids nuts off? Like, can we say that? I think we, I'm sorry. If you had to, I'm just beeping out retroactively. There's like a little thought. How do you feel about cutting nuts off kids and stuff? And then like taxpayer money for it. Folks, it's the ground ball in Texas, okay? I can guarantee you if the media told the truth, like, hey, Tyler Rico's for government money for cutting kids nuts off. Like, that's not, that's not gonna, this is not gonna flow, man. That's what my mother would say when I was a kid. Whatever floats your boot, Daniel. That's not gonna float anyone's bone Texas, okay? It's just not. Texas, they wanna watch the football. They wanna cheer for the cowboys. They wanna cheer for A&M, the longhorns. They wanna eat their barbecue. They wanna eat their extra moist brisket. You know, they wanna go out and hunt and fish and they wanna be Texans. They don't want their taxpayer dollars going to cutting nuts off. Like, it's not a thing. It's not a thing. Castration for young kids with taxpayer dollars. It's just a ground ball answer. Yeah, he's asked this question. And he does the same thing El Sayed does. Now Jim, you know the clip. Why does Talariko, again, not just answer the question is straight, concise, clear amount of why Jim? Because he doesn't want, because he knows Texans, he's the weird guy in every group in Texas. And he knows wherever he goes in Texas, even in keep Austin weird. He knows if he's in a group of guys and goes, hey, I think it's a really cool idea we cut kids nuts off with Texans. I thought he's gonna be left that. So he's the weird guy everywhere. He doesn't answer the question, because he doesn't want you to know who he is. Folks, if the media told the truth about these guys, I'm telling you, 35% maximum ceiling on their supporters. Check this out. - This discussion is a difficult one. It's one that requires nuance and thoughtfulness in the state legislature. The Republican majority tried to pass an extreme ban that would go after all kinds of different forms of health care, not just gender reassignment surgeries. - No, no, no, no, no. This does not require nuance and thoughtfulness. You either have the ads or you don't. There's no nuance. There's no correction. Nads? No ads. There's no new watch here, man. who wants? It's extreme if you want to bed. The de-inversion of reality here, folks, I don't even want to make this particular segment about Tala Frico specifically. I don't. The gist of the segment and the story, the story, not a story, but the story I need to tell you today is a story about how the fourth estate media in the United States is become so corrupted that candidates like this guy clearly out of touch with Texas values. I don't even live in Texas. I spent a lot of time there and I can tell you that. How he manages to be mainstream as if he's a normal guy when you know, in fact, he's the weirdo at every single party. It's because the media is completely entirely incapable of removing themselves emotionally with their love affair with communism, progressivism and liberalism. It's all the same thing. And giving the voter an honest take on what's going on. Here's another example. I live in the state of Florida. I know Florida politics very well. I ran in Florida. Folks, communism in Florida and socialism, especially in South Florida, where there's a rather large Venezuelan and Cuban diaspora that got away from these communist countries. I have a barber. His name is Robert. I don't, I usually cut my own hair, but I'll go once in a while before an event, whatever you get a shave. It's one of those old school barber places, nothing fancy like the Talorico Hairy. Looks like John Edwards, like the prell thing. Remember that? The hair. He had like a $400 haircut. My haircuts are like 20 bucks. I throw him a tip, whatever it may be. Okay. And for me, they're free. But this guy, Robert, I don't know. He's probably like 75, 80 years old. He's still working. He's a great guy. And we'll talk like part Spanish, part English is my Spanish is terrible. And so we're talking, this guy's family was imprisoned and tortured by communists. Do you think this guy wants to be lectured by a socialist communist in the state of Florida? Well, we have one running for the Senate, spot in Florida, state Senate. No, no, United States Senate. Her name is Angie Nixon. She doesn't even hide the fact that she's a communist socialist. So you would think like, again, the media would cover this candidate honestly and warn people off like, Hey, man, this, this is a really dangerous candidate. We do not want to replicate, you know, tyranny and the jailing of political prisoners like they do in communism. They just told the truth about who this lady was. She would poll at 10%. But they can't. But the thing about Angie Nixon is just like Talorico is she will never answer a question honestly until she does. And then sometimes she answers a question honestly. In the media, instead of following up like, this is a really crazy thing you just said, just like, let's it go. Here is one of the craziest answers you've ever heard. She's running against Ashley Moody. She was the A.G. in Florida. She's the sitting United States Senator running for re-election. She has broken no laws. There's no allegation of her breaking laws. Angie Nixon's just the commie who wants to put people in prison. Who was like, Hey, do you want to put her in prison? Oh, yeah. Did you just say that? Yes, I did. And then they move on like, nothing happened. Check this out. I want her locked up and punished in jail for what she has done. And so, you know, we are going to continue to stunt on this campaign trail all across the state from the panhandle to the keys. And we're looking forward to them calling me Senator on November 3rd. You want your Republican opponent locked up? You know, she, yeah, basically, Jim, you missed the key part. She wants her locked up and punished. Is what are you suggesting? Floggings? What are we? Are we suggesting, you know, water torture? I mean, what exactly? This is who these people are. They won't answer questions like al-Sahead. If they're more skilled liars like al-Sahead and Tallahfrico, yet Angie Nixon is really just genuinely dumb. If you look at some of her antics in the Florida statehouse, she's really genuinely just an idiot. So then they'll answer questions, honestly. The point being that it doesn't matter whether they answer a question dishonestly or honestly. This entire fake news ecosystem absolutely dedicated to protecting the progressive liberal communist brand. We'll do whatever they can to make these people palatable who are clearly by any standards metrics or use of reason, unpalatable candidates for any job in the United States. Forget about the US Senate. If we had an honest media and we are going to expose them today and it may get nasty. Oh, yeah, Jim, I told Jim, like, have the dump button ready.
