Bongino Weekend Report - Week of 09/28/26

The Bungino Report presents a clear contrast between the Trump administration’s record and the Democratic Party’s platform, emphasizing that voters face a real choice in the upcoming election. Data shows lower unemployment, inflation, and crime under Trump, while Democrats’ mainstream support for open borders—exemplified by figures like Congressman Tom Swasi and Rokana—is highlighted as a key policy divergence. The show argues that the election is not a sports-style contest but a decisive moment where voter turnout directly impacts policy, with inaction leading to worsening conditions. National security is framed as a top priority, especially after an alleged attempted hijacking on a flight to Israel, where the risk of supporting terror-sympathizing candidates is stressed. The report criticizes left-wing media for spreading misinformation, citing fabricated claims about former officials and the dismissal of factual economic data. It underscores the effectiveness of political messaging through sound bites and contrast, warning that complex policy arguments are often lost in public discourse. Ultimately, the show calls for voters to act decisively, asserting that the true measure of a candidate lies not in ideology but in tangible outcomes—economic stability, border control, and national safety.

All America, all the time, on the side of freedom and liberty, your voice of hope and truth, is here the Bungino report, PM with Dan Bungino folks, I'd like to tell you we got a big show today, which we do. So I'd like to tell you, I just told you, but we've got a pretty big week, producer Jim correct. We've got a lot going on. Correct. In the in the entire Bungino ink, whatever, what I call it family, you know Vince colon AC's on nationally on radio, 12 to three, also as a podcast on our network, you can check out at rumble.com slash Vince. I'm sure they'll break a lot of news. That's a great get by Vince. Congratulations on that. We will also be using some of the clips on our show. So in case you miss it, you can check that out. You see how we're like Jim, that's like a total, I told Vince, I go, I'm totally stealing some of your stuff for the show. He's like, Hey, man, it's not stealing if I tell you to use it. So we're our happy for him. Good job, Vince. And we have a big interview this week with the man who took my spot at the FBI after my, my year there of the first year of the Trump administration, FBI deputy director Chris Rea will be interviewing this week. You will hear some of that on Bungino report, AM Bungino report, PM and on the podcast. So don't miss that. Okay. It is Monday. It is great to be back with you. I sometimes do a weekend update because, you know, I love you all and feel like we should all kind of know each other a little better than, you know, me being behind a radio. And there's nothing more rewarding than going out and seeing listeners through the show who tell me things about my life. I'd even forgotten. They asked me about like Lucy and her health bars. And I'm like, how do you know about the health bars, joke, like you said on the radio a year ago. I mean, you remember that? Unfortunately, I don't have a huge weekend update because this weekend was a really, really busy work weekend. No, it's not one of those ridiculous humble bregs. Everybody works for a living. But we did have a lot to get done. So had an interesting date night Friday night. We just kind of hung out in the backyard a little bit. But nothing really that exciting. However, we did have this, all of this going on, trying to coordinate all these interviews and everything like that. So the, you know, I like a theme to show us because, you know, it's like kind of reading a book. You want to know in advance, like what the book's about, right? You don't want to go into a book or the book about nothing. And then you really go, that was a great book. I wish it was a murder mystery. I would have recommended it in advance. Today's show is not a murder mystery. Today's show is about contrast. It's going to come up often in today's show. We have an election coming up in just about 40 days. And one of the primary tactical tools that good politicians on both sides, yeah, I'm not saying they have good ideas. I'm not a Democrat. Obviously. But people who are good at getting votes that makes them good politicians. That's what they do. Are really good at a couple of things. They're good at sound bites. They're good at snapshots. No, they're not photographers, but they know what a good picture looks like. And they know how to pay, paying contrast and how to ask questions, how not to, you know, how to avoid assertions and ask people questions. But the contrast component of this is so critical. And you're going to see it throughout today's show today. As I don't only tell you, Hey, here's what the president's leadership has led to over the last two years, President Trump. Again, there are some areas of concern. No doubt, I am not downplaying your genuine concerns about the cost of food, diesel fuel prices. That is all very real. The question is, if that is the one issue you're voting on, if you were to withhold your vote and basically allow Democrats to win, will that issue you're voting on get better or worse? And the answer I can tell you with absolute certainty, absolute certainty is 100% the Democrats will make it worse. And I don't want to, I'm not painting this as being on the margin at all. I am absolutely convinced. President Trump's agenda has led some, read to some remarkable spreadsheet items, spreadsheets, put the numbers in front of me, median household income. Highest it's ever been jobless rate, 57 year law, I'm only 51 years old. We haven't seen a jobless rate this low in, in, uh, since six years before I was born, the poverty rate, the lowest, the border finally under control, crime collapsing in this country, thanks to the president's leadership and his anti-crime approach. These are all real numbers, but that, that's not in any way meant to diminish, that there are still real concerns. The president was dealt, unfortunately, a really bad hand. Biden handed him a global mess. He handed him at 1.9% inflation. He handed him an open border of 20 million people. Folks, the federal law enforcement workforce, it's not that big. It's not. There were only 38,000 FBI employees, only about 12,000 agents. When you factor out managers and headquarter people, there's probably only, and people out sick, all this other, so there's probably four, five thousand agents working. That's it for the whole country of 330 million people. The president was left this mess. And I believe he's done an admirable job, but it's not good enough to say that. We got to paint a contrast and say to people out there, you have a choice. If you fail to vote and you allow the other side to win, this is the kind of stuff you're going to get, be looking at. It's going to be shoved down your throat like syrup of the pecan. Here you go. Take it, Johnny. It tastes great. Throw it up. That's the point. We got to get rid of the poison. You got rid of the poison with these stupid liberal ideas. By the way, Jim, did you get that edit earlier in the podcast? Sorry about that. Yeah, I got it. I did the podcast. I had a war and producer Jim. I'm like, Jim, get ready. Are you listening? It was bad. But I can't. Kendellanian just drove me nuts. You watch the podcast. You'll see what I mean. I want to paint a contrast for you. Here is a Long Island Congressman. I know very well. This guy is really a buffoon folks. His name is Tom Swasi. The only reason I know this guy well is when I was a young secret service agent, I was in our office, our secret service agent office in Long Island. It was in Melville. Melville is right near the Huntington area out there. Hillary Clinton at the time is running for US Senate. That's how old I am. She was the first lady. She would come out to Long Island a lot to events while Long Island, as they say, from New York. Swasi, who is one of these, my daughter calls him out. I'm not into the kid, Lingo, but my daughter is 14. She calls him like, pick me guys. You ever hear this thing? Jim, pick me. Like, look, pick me. Pick me. Everyone knows that kid from Tom Swasi. He's the pick me guy. Hey, pick me. Look at me. He would show up at these events for Hillary Clinton. We'd be at he would show up last minute. He would like announce he was coming in like he was like the king of Siam. Like we were supposed to get palm fronds and wave a minute. The guy's a clown. He pretends to be like some pseudo moderate when he needs votes. And then he says crap like this. You want to elect the Democrats again? Okay. How do you feel about legalizing, providing amnesty for millions of people in the country illegally? How do you feel about that? The answer is Tom Swasi's telling you how to feel. He's like, hey, vote for us. We're going to do it. No, he's not dumb enough to say that. No, he is. He just said it. Here's the receipts. Check this out. My number one issue is to try and get a resolution on immigration. My biggest desire, my biggest goal of what I want to accomplish in politics right now is I want to legalize seven or eight or nine or 10 million people in our country. So they will not be subject deportate to deportation. Dude, I just want to say that out loud. Right. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you, producer Jim. Yeah. There has been a mass revolt against the Biden Kamala Harris open order open borders policies to lead up one of the big. It led to one of the biggest presidential landslides in modern history. President Trump winning every swing state. And you've got this guy in an area of Long Island, by the way, that is not deep blue. Jim and I know New York very well. It is not deep blue. It's actually a relatively moderate Democrat place. It was a Republican when I grew up, but it changed. But it is not full of green haired carans. It isn't. And he's out there. A place that's been ravaged by illegal immigration, Suffolk and Nassau County, where Swazi is in Nassau. And he's out there openly saying, as if like this isn't being recorded, what are you saying? We're going to, my first call. And he isn't only saying once to do it. He's like, this is my most important thing. Notice what he isn't saying. Not affordability. It's not this, you know, crisis in Iran. You know, it's not crime. It's not a growing economy. It's not AI, data centers, whatever your topic is, your flock cameras, whatever it may be. It's not his number one priority is we need to legalize millions of people who came here legally. Thank you. Thank you, Congressman Swazi, for letting us all know where you stand. Now, Well, you may be saying fairly enough, alright, man, this is just a tool congressman from New York. Why we pay an attention to this idiot? Because folks, I swear to you on my right arm, this is a mainstream position in the Democrat Party. There's probably less than five or six Democrats in the House and outside of Federer and probably no one in the Senate who believed the opposite that you shouldn't leave. I'm being gracious with five. This is a mainstream Democrat position. There is an election coming up. Elections, I'll get into this later, but elections, like the sports analogy just fails. I'll explain you. I use it sometimes too. Like, ah, you know, it's a, this team playing that team. No, no, it's not because there's too many variables out of your controlling sports. Whether, you know, how's the, how's the number three hit or feeling to stay? He's got a hang nail. He's not in the mood. His girlfriend broke up with him. He was like, the weirdest thing. We hired this guy wants to work a party and his girlfriend broke up with him and it's a true story. And I'm like, what's going on here? This isn't like a counseling session like it was like, the weirdest thing. Like there's too many variables out of your control. There is a variable in your control and election. You know what it is? It's you. If you show up at vote in the numbers we did in the presidential election, we will win. If you don't, we lose. It's that simple. There's no other variable. You want this guy in charge? It's his number one priority. I wouldn't, you know this isn't the BS show, folks. I had to tell you a lot of things, even in my time in the government. A lot of things people didn't want to hear. But I'm always telling you, I'm not going six feet deep as a liar for clicks. I'm not doing it. I don't care. I don't care if I have no listeners left in the end. The matter's not. What matters to me is the truth. I'm telling you this is a mainstream position in the Democrat party if we fail to show up in this midterm election. So we know they're all in for legalizing millions of illegals who are here. He just said it. Here's another one. Here's Rokana. Now you would think again, the Democrats, all they're talking about up to this election, even though they caused the affordability crisis with Biden's 9% inflation and he's just blow out spending agenda when they had to print a lot of money. You would think Rokana and Swazi would say, my number one issue producer, Jim, is affordability and finding a way to get prices out. No, it's legalizing millions of people his own words. And Rokana is like, you know what? Another important agenda is impeachment. That's great, Rowe. That has worked out for you so well on the past. Your 47 other impeachments have been just amazing. They've been so great. Maybe we should. What's that thing? You know, it reminds me of the old friends episode when the phone is ringing and Chandler tells Joey, you know, that'll stop if you pick it up. You know, the pain in your face will stop too when you stop banging your head off the desk. They keep banging their head on the desk and letting the phone ring. They can stop it by just picking up. They've tried this impeachment thing. It has been an epic fail, an epic fail in every respect. So surely they're not going to waste their time with that again, your time. Oh, no, they will check this out. Teaching President Trump a third time, a mistake for Democrats? No, it's not because it's not about Donald Trump. He's going to be a lame duck and, in my view, largely increasingly irrelevant. The point is to stand up for the Constitution. Impeachment says that you can't get into an illegal war in Iran without constitutional approval. Impeachment says that you can't just start firing federal employees in defiance of what Congress says. Impeachment says you can't do deals with foreign governments to allegedly enrich your own family. It's about setting a standard and the Democrats can impeach to uphold constitutional values and at the same time have a first 100-day agenda that deals with the cost of living to have child care. I just unleashed a free child care plan to have an increase in minimum wage, to have paid family leave, to tax the billionaires. We can do both. It's free, Jim, too. The Friday didn't even catch that at the end. Free child care. It's all free, folks. People are volunteering their time. No, no, they're getting paid. Yeah, by who? Oh, by you. The taxpayer is just stealing your money to do it. I love what he says. It's free. Really? People are volunteering? No, no. They're not volunteering. They're getting paid. Oh, by who? Oh, you. Yeah, you're paying them. I love his other line, too. Yeah, we're going to impeach him. Even it was like Kristen Welker or whatever. He's like, you're going to impeach him a third time? Like, you kind of like fell on your face the first two times and he's not about President Trump. No, dude. You're right. It's about like Chester Arthur. Maybe James K. Polk, like that's what it's about. He is the President correct, folks, contrast, contrast. You have a choice. There is a real penalty for a miss in this election. We got to stay focused. We got to stay strong and we've got to show up. It's not a sports game. It's not. You don't need the quarterback to have a good day. You are the quarterback. Just throw the touchdown, go and vote and we will stand a chance, at least a chance of staving off one of the worst midterm election disasters we'd ever see because all of the good stuff that happened is going to get flushed right down the toilet with these two idiots Swazie and Rokana. More coming up next. We'll be right back. But you know. So Jack Smith, who was the weaponized special prosecutor in that ridiculous absurd weaponized case against Donald Trump was up on Capitol Hill. That's a brief commentary on that. The Lindsey Clancy potential retrial, there was a hearing today that was live at 10 a.m. 2. And then President Trump at the same time was doing a briefing on America's and American that covers new AI site for government services. So it was, I was actually stunned me at anybody there, but just going in reverse to cover kind of today's news. Jack Smith up on the hill. So Jack Smith is up there and folks, I'm, I'm given that I was a central part of this investigation. I'm going to limit my commentary intentionally. However, I do feel an obligation because I've said this before to tell you that cash and I will be Randy FBI is the director and the deputy director. We found out about what became a central component of today's Jack Smith hearing up on Capitol Hill of the phone records, the taking of phone records of members of Congress in the Senate. We found out about that because of a massive information deep dive we had. We had done and I'm just going to be straight with you. We had people who were not necessarily open and willing to give this stuff up. So we had to do a dive. I will never forget the day and I won't tell you who, but when somebody ran into me with a piece of paper and and knocked on my door and he's called me ball, hey, ball, I actually hated, by the way, I still hate it. Some people here come in. I just can't stand but whatever I gave up, I just tell him not to, hey, balls, we found something. And I said, what is it and it was basically a memo where we had learned about the taking of phone records for members of the Senate. So in the interest of transparency, we ran or I did specifically me ran up to Capitol Hill and pulled the senators out and put them in a room and said, hey, listen, this is what happened. So there's an investigation into that, which I'll respect, but Jack Smith got got caught up today on Capitol Hill and I don't think that a particularly good job defending what I believe was an unquestioned weaponization of government. So that happened today. And again, I remember the moment like it was yesterday, folks, I knew it was bad, but just to see this constant litany of stuff being put on your desk where you're staring at it, which your own two retina and eyeballs is just a shocking experience. It really is because you know it and you see it and you know, believe that there. So today, and I'll get to this later, this Lindsey Clancy case, folks, I'll cover this later in the show just briefly, but the case is disgusting. It's an abomination of humankind. The fact that three children were murdered, one of them apparently was trying to get away and that this has become about doxing a juror who was an American hero who did the right thing is just gross and speaks more to the post-true society we live in right now than anything. I'm really horrified by this whole thing. I cannot believe that there was anyone on that jury who was not convinced at the time. And the fact that the one man who held out who will cover this a little bit more later is become the bet and a war like the awful guy and it's just outrageous. This guy is an American hero and it's just really gross what happened to him. Okay, getting back up to today's show because some more news broke yesterday. I know it's a lot, there's a heavy opening segment. So forgive me from jumping from topic to topic, but this is again like drinking from a motorized fire hose with a jet engine behind it. Yesterday something happened as well, which was indicative of this news ecosystem we're in now, where candidly folks, I don't think truth matters anymore to a lot of people. I just don't. The Clancy trial to that effect just kind of nails that for me. The people even care that three innocent kids were murdered. And I've asked this question a lot, like would the post-truth world, in this post-truth world, would it matter you more if we forced you to watch it? Because a lot of people who had really strong opinions about free Palestine or whatever, they watched the video that these animals put out after October 7th. You see the video, a whole lot of people change their mind, "Oh, I didn't realize it. "We'd take a people's heads off with shovels." Yeah, they were. Yeah, they were. We live in this post-truth world. And unfortunately, a large portion of the post-truth world of fact where people will believe anything they hear on X or elsewhere. And that's not you. I'm not in any way condemning my audience. You guys are great, ladies out there. A lot of this is the left wing media. I bring this up because it's a story again that I was involved in. And when you're on the other side and you're back in government and you see the fake news, you see why Donald Trump can't stand these people. You see it. And I'd always known about the fake news. So did you, obviously. However, when you see it on the other side and you see how they just blatantly make this stuff up, you're like, you want to just throw up every time you read one of these stories. So yesterday, a former colleague of mine at the FBI, Andrew Bailey, who was the attorney general of Missouri and is a wonderful family man and just a great guy, die hard, conservative, and a good man. He worked with me in cash. He was in a co-deputy director's spot. We worked together for a long period of time while I was there, okay? He was a good man. He was brought in to help. I told you we were overflowing with information. He was a total asset when he was there. So yesterday, he announced he was leaving the position. I believe in a week next week or so. He was headed back to Missouri. And folks, there is nothing controversial about this story at all. Like me, I had pledged I was going to do the first year of the administration. That's what I did. I had some obligations. I could only do the year. Attorney General Bailey, who was the co-deputy director, had some of the same family obligations. He was, there's no controversy here at all. Why am I bringing this up? Because the garbage trash scum in the left-wing media has to make a scandal out of everything. This is the biggest non-story ever. And of course, who is at the tip of the spear of stupid? Who is always at the tip of the spear of stupid? Fusion Candelanian. This guy spins more tails than freaking Teddy Ruxpin. Fusion Ken needs a surgical coin insertion spot in his spine where we can include Teddy Ruxpin tokens. So he can tell you a freaking story. Nothing this guy tells you of substance about the Trump administration is ever true. The intercept back in 2014, it's a left-wing outlet. Wrote this big article saying how Candelanian was basically a tool of the CIA and was a quote, CIA mop-up man. Like he was working with them to foster narrators. I didn't write it, they wrote it. And yet this guy is allowed to spew his nonsense on X and MSNOW, whatever the hell, they renamed this stupid network. And it's really an insult. Here's Candelanian. He announces, yeah, I have a former AG, Bailey. So now he's leaving his posts as NFBI. Three people familiar with the matter, told MSNOW. Notice Jim, they don't name them. I hear unnamed sources, they're all writing a garbage. They're all writing a garbage immediately. That Bailey had been overseeing election related matters. That's true among other things. Bailey's message to the workforce was he was leaving for family reasons. 100% true, 100% true and accurate. He was said to have been annoyed about the recent emotion of two senior counterterrorism agents in the Washington office. Over their handling, he gets their wrong Candelanian too. Some journalists, as you know what I'm saying. Their handling of an investigation into harassing phone calls to Steve Miller's wife, totally made up, totally completely fabricated made up. Folks, I can't express to you in strong enough terms how that is a total complete fabrication. They got that from this diaper wearing anonymous source who works with the laneian, whose own family hates his guts and is horrified they're related to this loser. And all he does is try to destroy the Trump administration while pretending he's some MAGA adjacent guy. He is not. He is nothing more than a mouthpiece for the liberal media who uses former position is covered. This guy's a diaper wearer, look it up. Dipper wearer, look it up. Loser, total complete life loser. Who I'm telling you like his family would divorce him if that was a thing. The guy's garbage. And they're trying to trash this guy out the door because he said he was gonna do a limited amount of time and did it at great cost to him and his family. It's just disgusting. And people buy this stuff. I saw another piece, they're saying about Andrew Bailey who left the FBI, of course they love palace intrigue. The New York Times, that Bailey went weeks without meeting with director Patel. Really, that's fascinating 'cause I was in those meetings and Jim, you know what, they happen every day. I can't be true, Jim. The New York Times said they went weeks without meeting. So let me just again, align for you the table. Every morning at 8 a.m., there was a president's daily brief at the FBI, a CIA brief or a dozen, okay? You sit around a table, you get all the scoop and skinny on what's going on around the world. Cash, the directors at the head of the table. CIA brief or it's like the nights of the round table, kind of like a round like long table there, is across the table. I was to cash his right, Bailey was to me. He was right there, Bailey's a big guy. He's like six, two, he looks like a linebacker. I promise if he wasn't there, I'd notice. Sometimes I'd be like Bailey, stop kicking me. Like under the table, he's right there. They went weeks without meeting. They're just making this up. Please don't trust losers from podcasts to stand. They're just lying to you to get you to hate every single person in the Trump orbit. Hegseth, Kennedy, Tom Homan, the vice president. It's all garbage, man. We got an election to win. Throw all this crap out, man. I'm just so tired of the nonsense. I'll show you the truth about what was done at the FBI and why they're trying to diminish the Trump administration and its lieutenants coming up after the break. We'll be right back. But you know, folks, we have an election coming up. This is the story, not only of the day of the week, but of the coming months. We have a critical midterm election coming up. Now I brought this up to you before, and this point's gotten a little bit lost at times. And it kind of hurts me a little, but I feel like I'm not doing a good job at getting this across. If we can get through this midterm, there is a census coming up soon. What the hell's the census have to do with it is? If we can get through this midterm, hold the house and the Senate or hold the Senate and stem losses in the house, not that I'm hoping for that. Hold, Braveheart Melcom. Maybe the greatest scene of all time, if you're into, remember that thing? Movies for guys who like movies? That was great. Was that like TBS or do you think? The census is done every 10 years. Counts the number of Americans or roughly, I mean, it's not exact number, of course, but it's close. The census coming up is going to reallocate massive amounts of congressional seats, folks, from blue states to red states. Producer Jim, why is that? Why would they reallocate them? Are people leaving blue states? Are they moving to blue states? It's just a simple question. They are not. They are leaving, correct? Now Jim, you live in Texas, I live in Florida. Texas, people are moving to Texas. You've probably seen it yourself. I live down here in Florida when I moved down here 10 years ago. The street that's in front of the studio here or in front of my old house in an impome city where I used to live was one lane. Now it's two lanes. Now they need like 10 lanes because everybody's moving to Florida. There's some bad stuff about that. There's some good stuff about that. I wish the liberals would stay away and we could check passports at the Florida line. However, we can't do that. And it is a free country and liberals will move where they want and they'll destroy wherever they go as always. If we can get through this midterm, the next coming congressional and presidential elections will be far more favorable going forward for the Republicans and giving population trends going forward. Folks, it may be in, I don't want to say anything in perpetuity, but for 40, 50 years, the Republicans could be in a far more favorable environment. Well, what does that have to do with the presidential? Well, you know, I'm sorry there are some liberals listening who don't understand the electoral math, but you need a certain amount of electoral college votes to win the presidency. It's not a popular vote count. That is based on the number of members of Congress in your state plus two, your two senators. So with Florida and Texas get four or five or six more seats, they get more votes for the presidency too and they are now pretty red states. I'm just telling you like if we can get through this, things will get better. Now, I did this appearance last night. I'll play some of the clips from that coming up, but it was interesting. I got a ton of feedback, an enormous amount of feedback. And some people, of course, they've been the tumors and the gloomers said, well, it sounds like you're saying like pick the Republicans or the, you know, because the Trump administration record is not that good, but that's not what I said at all. I don't even know where you're getting that from. That is not at all what I'm telling you. What I'm telling you is this, in any society full of people who are fallible and we all are. We're all centers that we are. We screw stuff up all the time. You were going to have issues in a scarce resource environment. The Donald Trump two-year record to vote on here, because he said, listen, pretend I'm on the ballot, is extraordinary. Jobless rate lowest, poverty rate lowest, border close, crime rate lowest, murder rate lowest, inflation number just came in. and today we'll get to that later, came in lower than expected, lower than expected, consumer spending is a median household income is up. I'm not diminishing the real problems with fuel prices, the cost of living, but that was largely a Joe Biden year thing. Joe Biden's record on inflation was horrendous. He averaged 5%. Donald Trump said roughly three. His first time, he was at 1.9. So if you're voting on inflation, it's a clear choice. You want to go back to 5% inflation, or would you rather, even at its worst, 'cause I think it will get better from here, at its worst, 3%. I'm not trying to be a jerk, folks. I promise you, oh, you guys, you're not, you're, your voters, you deserve to be heard. I'm just telling you, if that's your one issue, the record is crystal clear, the Trump administration is better. Another thing I need you to focus like a laser on is please, folks, we can't go back to a September 10th, 2001 mentality. We can't. You know, national security is this. It's a fascinating topic, and I'm trying to be delicate, not for any PC reasons. But because the way I talk about this is critical. National security is typically if you vote or polls. If it's been years since a terror attack, you'll see it maybe four or five in the polls. You can go look them up here. So you see it's usually economy, affordability, health care. They'll be like top three, generally. And then you'll see God forbid something like a 9/11 attack, and we don't want that to happen again clearly. And you'll see national security jump to number one. Because folks, if the threat of being killed in a terror strike or an assault on our country or our industrial control systems and our water gets wiped out and our power system gets wiped out, we can't forget about getting your kids to school. There is no school. I promise you that gets to be the number one issue quick. We were kind of there on September 10th. There was no collaboration between the USic, the US intelligence community and law enforcement. Terrorism had kind of been like sideline to bid. They thought they could use law enforcement tools to answer the terror problem. That did not work. That failed miserably. Esonite should refocus everybody, folks. Esonite, what happened, the attempted, apparently, what appears to have been hijacking. There are a couple of outlets that aren't yet calling it terrorism. I apply the Bonsino rule. I can only tell you the facts. The facts seem pretty clear at this point. There was an attack on the pilot. But this should refocus everyone prior to this election. That that national security issue, that may be number four or five now. If we don't handle this right in this election and elect a bunch of terrorist sympathizers, some who are running for big-time positions on the left right now, that we will be right back to a 9/10 mentality and looking at another 9/11. I'm just not gonna have it. Check this out. - Translation, so it might not be perfect. But he says, during the flight, they were approaching Israel. One of the pilots stabbed the other pilot and apparently attempted to crash the plane with everyone on board. I spoke with one of the Israeli passengers. He told me that the plane went into a spin and began to nose dive. He told me that somehow he managed to break into the cockpit with one of the crew members and together they subdued the pilot who carried out the stabbing while he was attempting to sabotage the aircraft system. An additional flight crew was on board. Entered the cockpit and managed to stabilize the aircraft. I salute these heroes who demonstrated extraordinary resourcefulness and courage. They saved many lives and prevented a major disaster. - I'm not gonna do, I think, I mean, listen, I'm a partisan guy, okay, hello captain, obvious. But I'm not gonna do with a lot of deranged Democrats did to us, which is paint everyone with a broad brush. You've got a number of Democrats at the state, local, territorial and federal level who are just as concerned about a terror attack as me. And they don't wanna die either. But if you were to take, sadly, tragically, a rough, random sample of federally elected Democrats in Congress who have said things, and people running for office in this cycle by the way, who have said things that any reasonable person could be construed as supportive of anti-American, Islamophonatic, and terror regimes. The chances of you swinging a dead cat and hitting a Democrat are four higher. They just are. They just are. You've got a guy running in Michigan and others out there who can't pain with a guy. He calls him a streamer, a son piker like he was nothing. Can't pain with a guy, it was like, you know, rapes on October 7th, that don't matter. September 11th, yeah, you know, apologizing for the people there. Like what, we deserve that, like who talks like that? Folks, that is a, I gotta tell you, I can't, I'm not telling you it doesn't exist or this person doesn't exist. I can't think of a mainstream or credible Republican at all, who has ever spoken like this and not been immediately ostracized. Jim, folks in New York, I didn't send it to Jim, he's at JJ Verde on X. I really, 'cause I'll condemn the person immediately. Just send it over. That's not even, forget about not welcoming the Republican party. You would be, you would get a boot and he asked so quick. This is not a fringe view on the left. I'm not telling you every Democrat feels that way. I did just said that. That's not what I'm telling you. I'm just telling you, got a choice in this election and what happened last night should be a stark reminder. That no matter what turns out to be the motive and it looks pretty likely to be some terror event, but I want to apply the rule. I don't want to draw any conclusions. It's only fair to let all the facts come in. That if this does turn out to be an attempted hijacking and another 9/11 style attack that was averted, that they were gonna crash this plane into Tel Aviv or Jerusalem or elsewhere, then folks, you gotta start moving that national security issue up and up and up. You have to, because it doesn't matter the tax rate or anything else you pay if you're dead. He was some commentary on Iran yesterday by President Trump as well. Again, another issue that I know stokes a lot of passion in people and I don't blame you at all. I don't blame you. We should always look with a critical eye on use of our brave men and women in our military and the allocation of those assets overseas anywhere. But the numbers are clear, folks. The Iranians are losing this war, even the New York Times is starting to acknowledge it. Now check this out. - Iran, in your opinion, about to give up, about to concede. - What are you doing very poorly? I don't know if they're gonna give up yet, but they'll give up, but they're doing very poorly. You know, we took more oil out of the Hamas strait over the last couple of days. Then at any point in history, including long before we had the war to stop the nuclear weapon and this is to stop the nuclear weapon. Iran will not have a nuclear weapon. - Hey. Even the New York Times is belatedly, I'm not kidding, is belated. Look at their X-Feed starting to acknowledge that this Iranian war is not really going well for the Iranians at this point. We all wish it would have wrapped up sooner. War is unpredictable by its very nature. But folks, God forbid something like this would happen in this attempted hijacking, what happened here. You're gonna see peoples, and I hope it doesn't. God, please don't. I've never used a Lord's name in vain, but you're gonna see people focus really quick. We'll be right back. - But you know. - So, I kind of an evergreen story narrative tactic we've promoted for the 10 years I've been doing content plus is winning campaigns and winning on issues. And by the way, I've learned this from fallen on my face a lot too. I've learned more from failures. I've heard a whole freaking book about it than I have about victories. One of the ways to win on an issue or win in a campaign that's pretty much tried and true is the whole idea of making your campaign about snapshots, sound bites, and contrast. Folks, I wish campaigns, I really do. I wish they were about detailed white papers where you could go through a hundred pages and read it and be like, wow, like this guy really knows where we stand on Lake Okeechobee Discharges from marginal capital gains, tax rates, inflation, adjusted real estate sales. Most campaigns, most candidates aren't gonna do that. Frankly, most, a lot of candidates, not all, but some of them are just stupid and they've even heard of these issues. They're like, well, he made bad. That's a marginal tax rate. What does that mean? They don't even know. So what I'm getting at is you could be the smartest campaigner in the world. You can have an IQ of 475. And if your campaign is not digested into short sound bites, pictures, and contrast, and I'll bring this up again later, you're just gonna get hurt. I mean, he even made fun of Mitt Romney during his presidential campaign because he had white papers. I was like, oh, listen, I was no Romney fan. Clearly, he was a terrible candidate, obviously. However, I don't understand what the problem was. The guy put together detailed policy analysis. He was gonna be the president of the United States. I can't believe this guy was dumb enough to think this stuff through. Like, that was the Democrat position. I say that too in conjunction with the opening because I actually miss this happen last night. I miss this sound by snapshot and contrast. contrast from the Hilton Bakery at debate, and it was about masks, folks, if there's one thing that triggers a content rage in me, nearly uncontrollable rage in me, it is this concept of the surgical mask to Jim's laughing already because I can't stop with this. I can never let go how we lived in the dumbest time humanly possible. And like people actually thought this stupid mask was going to stop COVID. We now know that that is ridiculous. Every single person on planet Earth, everyone who wore this stupid thing got COVID. It was the worst prophylactic ever. It was the condom that everyone you got pregnant. You're like, wow, this doesn't work. You would give up that said prophylactic, right? You would say this doesn't work. I didn't happen. Oh no. How does this relate to the debate? You want to hear a sound bite that is going to be this and buy a kick me in a gym. This is going to kick you right in the gonads. Here is Bakery. This guy was the HHS Secretary. Kick me in the gym. This will do that, I promise. This guy was the lead health official in the Biden cabinet, Bakery. Hilton calls him out for demanding, he demands like three-year-olds wear a mask. Listen, listen to Bakery go, that's right, like he's proud of it. This is from this week, not from peak COVID hysteria. And you want to vote for this guy, California. This is insane. Check this out. He was HHS Secretary, he suggested that children, young children should wear masks two and three-year-olds. That's wearing masks. There was no public health justification for any of that. He went along with the group think, this is why you can't trust him. I can't believe it. I cannot, folks, we're on in California, we love our California stations and to all the conservatives, Republicans, and even moderate Democrats who've had enough of the crap who may have voted for Spencer Pratt and others and are looking at vote for Steve Hilton. We love you. I'm not here to like crap on the whole state that why would I do that? Like there are good people in there, they can't leave. I just took a, it was a wedding in California, how to go out there. And it was crazy. I met a whole bunch of people who were big supporters and you would think, oh, you're in California. I've been to LA a couple of times, I never had anyone say a bad word. I even went in a restaurant, Beverly Hills, kind of incognito and the guy knows who he's probably here. And if you ever heard the story, Jim, and the restaurant owner comes out and I'm like, oh, boy, they're definitely throwing us out of this place, huge fan, huge supporter. And I was like, wow, I'm not mad at you in California at all if you're a conservative. But there's no question like there were a lot of lunatics in the state that are driving this place into the ground led by lead lunatic, hair gel Newsom, right? But you can't tell me with a, with a straight face without laughing that there, this is a, a popular position in the deep blue state of California, even with the crazy liberal madness that masking three year olds with a surgical mass with a 100% success rate of failing. That's rare. There is a rare on planet that a met, if you give a medicine designed for, let's say there's a medicine. I don't know what it's called. It's Joey Bagadona's Pilex and the Bagadona's Pilex is for cholesterol and you randomly give it to someone for like a small and knee, one out of a million people or whatever. The small and knee is going to get better. But wow, look at that. It had a weird effect. This is the rare medical intervention, the surgical mass where every single person had failed. This guy is running for governor in the critical state of California, critical state. It is a huge portion of our economy. Fact. We can't just like saw it off and say, forget California, it's a tech hub. There are a lot of Republicans out there. We can't forfeit the state completely. We've got Republican congressmen out there and you've got a guy running to be governor still to this day remarkably in one of the worst sound bites I've heard this cycle. That's right, man. We masked up those darn three year olds. You get that mask and you rubber band out to their faces. This is where great. It's running to be here, governor. How, how folks today's show is going to be a lot, it's going to be a lot thrown at you. I got Sean Ferris coming up a little bit later. You know Sean from the Bungino report PM our first hour. So he's also got a podcast at rumble.com/Sean every day at one o'clock. If you want to check out Mike podcast, by the way, it is live at 10 a.m. Eastern every day rumble.com/Bungino. We'd love to have you watch on demand anytime. But the theme of today's show is, I have never, and I've been in the business a long time. Well, I don't know, 15 years, it sounds like a long time, 51, everything feels long now. I have never, even during the Obama years and the Biden years, seen a bigger disconnect between the doom and gloom left wing media is narrative about what's going on and what's actually happening on the ground, no, sure you have in the past, but no, I'm not telling you it hasn't been bad in the past, that's not what I'm saying. I'm saying if you measure the delta, you know, the difference there between where we actually are, let me just put meat on the bottom, make it make sense on the war in Iran, on the economy and on what happened with this, with dreadful terror attack on the flight from UAE to Tel Aviv. I have never seen a bigger discrepancy between what the media is telling you is happening and what's actually happening. I've never seen anything like it. I'm going to show you evidence throughout the show today. The economic numbers that came out this week, they don't say that there are no problems in the economy at all. But the economic numbers in total, folks, we're pumping out numbers. We haven't seen in years, in some cases, decades, in some cases, ever. That's got to be a factor in your voting decisions. So we're going to chat about that, but this shift is largely due to persuasive voices on the left and in the left wing media, although I said the same thing twice, that have people believing crazy things. Okay, just do. Here's Hassan Piker, he's going to come up and make another appearance later in the show and why? Well, he's coming up later in the show because he's now telling you, if you're in the great state of Texas, where Jim is, that, hey, by the way, you're Texas Senate candidate, Talif Rico. He wins. We're not going to let him quote, moderate. We're going to pull him to the left. He's just warning you like this guy's a gift to Republicans. Here he is talking about open borders and letting illegals in the country, calling it a paperwork discrepancy, a paperwork discrepancy, like Jim, if you go into store and you steal a thousand dollars in merchandise and you have no receipt, like, I didn't steal it. It's just the paperwork discrepancy, if you would just give me a receipt, it's like it didn't even disappear. That's not a nuts out of thing. That's out of thing. It's not a paperwork discrepancy. You could have filled out the paperwork, just like you could have bought the products. You chose to steal it instead. You could have filled out the paperwork to be a citizen and you chose not to and break the law. It's called a crime if you don't enter in the port of entry. This is Piker. This guy is a thought leader on the left. This is what you're voting for in this upcoming election if you choose the wrong team. Check this out. Because immigration, for example, is a matter of paperwork. It's paperwork violation. Immigration and paperwork violations should not be met with a Gestapo Force that's randomly stopping black and brown citizens on our streets, kidnapping them. It's a paperwork violation. The whole point out though in California, I can get away with $946. That's true. Didn't they make that legal for a while? I know like some even store owners were trying to change it. Like if you walk out with less than a thousand, it's like, yeah, it's a charity day today. The store has not a crime. Don't even worry about it. Walk out. And by the way, if you tackle the guy before he leaves, they'll sue you. And then you owe him another 100,000 for tackling him while they stole your $999. I bet they got so good at prices. These thieves that they could probably go in there like the freaking prices, right? Like Bob Barker. Come on down. And they like, remember the prices, right? You put these, you put them on the prices, right? They would have won every time. The showcase shoulder. How much is this Chevy Nova back in the day? These thieves who got it right up to $999 would have been like, uh, Bob, that's $9,946, 30, you said holy Moses, bro, you got it to the penny. How the, what the, what's that crazy man that is so crazy? You know what I mean? Remember, they put the, put the thing like the, the bag of grocery add-ons, you pick it out. Uh, Bob, that's a light soul disinfectant. Uh, that product is $472. They will go out to decimal points that don't exist for $72, $3946, to do that's not even a thing. We, we barely count pennies anymore. We don't count one, one million of a penny, they're like, that guy's amazing. Yes, he's stolen. He's stolen so many times. He knows the price of everything to keep it up that under $999, that's California. Jim is not wrong. That's California. The showcase, come on down. They win every single time. Matter of fact, they were accused of cheating. They're all investigated on the way out the door because like nobody nails every price, except the thieves in California. They get it right every time you want that around. on the country? You want to, you want, what is that red hot chili peppers? You want California occasion going on around the country? I don't, I don't, I'd rather just fix California but keep it there, keep it quarantined. I'm sorry. I don't want it anywhere else. I don't want the showcase showdown winners showing up in Florida, stealing some, it's Florida doesn't matter. You steal anything. You steal a piece of bazooka gum from when we were kids, five cents, but despite Biden, it's probably like 20 cents now. You wind up going to jail down here. I'm sorry. I'm in a mood today. Jim got me going with the mass thing and then the show just goes off the rails every time. All right, I got more coming up for you next. We'll be right back.
