Bombshell Katie Miller Terrifies Trump's Inner Circle; Vance's Mom Threatens El-Sayed?

It's bombshell reporting from Maggie Haberman of the New York Times about how Trump's cabinet operates in fear of, let me check my notes here, Katie Miller. Vio, Hegseth, Todd Blanch, Cash Patel. This is very, very real. These are people who believe to one degree or another, they have to answer to Steven. Katie Miller worked for Doge. She, the Elon Musk temporary agency. She does not have a government role anymore, but it doesn't matter. She's at the White House a lot. Some of those people are friends of hers. Some of them are afraid of her if they're being honest. She was very good during her time there, and we write about this in the book at using Musk's name to get her way on matters like personnel. She now hosts a podcast that has had a rotating series of appearances from senior level White House officials. This is not a podcast with a huge listener base, but they all find themselves there. I love the shade, this is not a podcast with a huge listener base, and I love the shade at that. But interesting to me that there seems to be a recurring theme constantly about how fearful and scared shitless these MAGA men always are. Ted Cruz, as you'll know a couple days ago, was scared of me, white liberal women ruining the country, you know, a podcaster. Ted Cruz is triggered by this. But you know, she reminds us that Katie worked in Doge. And so my hope is that oversight, Robert Garcia opens up an investigation into Katie Miller's involvement in Doge as well, because if she is wielding this big of a stick and these people are scared of her, I want an investigation as to why I completely agree. A couple of things about what she said really struck me. She said Hexath Patel, who else did she say, Blanche, that they're all, and we know Mike, Mark Wayne Mullins also is one of the people that reported him. I want to know what is the level of expertise that Stephen Miller has on any one of these cabinet positions? What is his expertise in the military, law enforcement, Homeland Security, other than to be cruel and deport people, Katie Miller, same thing. She worked for Elon Musk, how did that somehow, by Osmosis, bring her knowledge of any of these cabinet positions that she has said to oversee it? I just want to point out, I've gone deep diving into the Miller's. And there's something very important that has to be restated from every article that I have read. Stephen and Katie Miller were outcasts. They were outcasts in high schools. They were outcasts in college. They were outcasts in adults working on very fringe parts of the Republican Party. And for whatever reason, and I think we all know the reason, that Trump is just so deplorable and broken. He finds the grossest people to come work for him. These people that have no expertise, other than abject cruelty, are now in positions of power. But these same people couldn't get a job at the level they are in a private corporation in a public corporation or any other public entity. It is unique to the Trump organization that these two people would have power. I completely, completely agree, but it's always, always, always important when we ask these normal people questions. When we say, what expertise does Katie Miller have? It's important to understand the historians that we've had on by design, they are choosing and competent people. By design, it is an autocrats play to a point and elevate the most morally depraved so that society can see the moral collapse. This is a playbook. Nobody went to, in the Trump 2.0 regime said, okay, get me everybody's resume and let's look over everybody's experience. That never happened. It was by chance. That doesn't happen with autocrats. And furthermore, anybody who would agree to go work for them, any expertise they have, other than expertise in being a sociopath, is not something that is relevant. They saw everything that we saw and they thought, God, I want to go work for him. These are the most broken, morally depraved people. And this is a huge national display of the dismantling of expertise intentionally on purpose. This is all on purpose. And then we have JD Vance's mom. She's weighing in on Abdul El Sayed. You know, I'd probably punch the guy if I ever seen him and then that would get me in troubles. They're probably a little scared too as well. Your son is the vice president. I wouldn't want to mess with you. I know my mom would say to him, don't get too big for your britches. And I know I tell him, don't ever forget where you come from. When you see these things, it's something that you just laugh at. You can take all the shots he wants with jealousies, the only thing I could think of. I'm so glad we got to spend like a minute of our life listening to her because she brings so much to the table, absolutely. Yeah, JD Vance, you know, it's interesting because my life has been so touched by addiction. And that the fact that he comes out of that situation with less empathy is really a tell. And in Oklahoma, I've seen and known some people that are in recovery that come out of that place with less empathy. And I think the situation with JD Vance and his mother, and these are really broken dysfunctional people. And JD Vance, having his mom on airwaves, talking about wanting to punch a senatorial candidate, is pretty breathtaking considering there's been a stage five meltdown since April about Hassan Piker. And when you look at the affiliations of people in the MAGA orbit, JD Vance himself used to identify Donald Trump as America's Hitler, now he refuses to condemn Nazi group chats that praise Hitler. The white nationalism, the Elon Musk of it all, the sick hiles, the affiliations, the just absolute degeneracy and moral collapse of these people. And I have a lot of empathy for this woman's struggle with her addiction. I just don't have empathy for people that come out of the recovery system without any humility. I mean, my bed is of Pete Hexeth, who's an untreated alcoholic, and Elon Musk who's an untreated drug addict, in my opinion, if they came out of rehab, they'd become bigger pieces of shit, just like Rush Limbaugh did. And so that's a really fascinating component because it requires so much humility for people to get sober. And he would think going through that, it'd be like, well, God, I don't want to judge anybody else. You know, I really fucked everything out, but they don't. They come out of it feeling and being even more deprived. I remember the Rush Limbaugh of it all. I thought, God, this guy's just as broken as I'll get out. He comes out of that and he, there's no growth. I remember his first radio show after he got out of rehab. And it was, I knew where he went because my husband was just leaving as Rush Limbaugh arrived. And I remember I listened to it and he goes, don't think that just because I went to rehab, that I'm not still not going to be going after. There was no humility, no growth, just total abstinence from using the drugs. So then he dehumanized, demoralized, and did all of this stuff stone cold sober. Their addictions actually helped them in being assholes because you can go, oh, why are they an asshole? Well, they're on drugs or they're drunk. But I guarantee Pete Hagseth and Elon Musk would come out of this worse. And speaking of moms, Elon Musk is tweeting from his mom's account again, pop this up. Mayma said, this is weird at the Hollywood reporter. Someone who worked closely with Elon told me he's the most miserable man I've ever met. And then Elon's mom says, I haven't seen him miserable, but that's just me, his mom. The fact that you have the world's first trillionaire that wants to artificially boost his reputation online, it's just, it's so pedestrian, juvenile, and bizarre. and it shows you that making billions of dollars Absolutely, I think makes people worse. I think they become worse human beings. Well, they have an overinflated sense of their intelligence, their power, their abilities. Everything becomes overinflated. And I will just say, I have gotten, you know, I've read all the articles, I've gotten a deep dive on this upcoming documentary. And it does not surprise me that Elon Musk is the most miserable person that you will meet because he is constantly fighting stuff that absolutely positively doesn't even affect him. He is going in, he wants complete and total control through money, through power, regardless of ethics. And he is willing to sacrifice any, by any means necessary to get those things. So when you have no moral center, when you have no ethical center, when you really, I would say he is unable to make emotional attachments, as you read about him, he can't love and attach like what we would consider to be a normal love and attachment. And I would just say as to your comment about, you know, addicts that come out worse, something that I've learned in recovery is, not only do you have to bring yourself down to the base level and have absolute humility, those thoughts that got you into addiction are still there, and you have to work through those two. You have to make sure what you're thinking is in those type of spheres, whether it's, you know, feasting on hate, you have to make sure that you learn how to avoid those. And if you don't, all of the energy that came that you put into your addiction now goes into the worst parts of your character. That's just something I've, and I've had to struggle with that because it's hard to change the thinking. But you have to work at it and neither of these people seem like they're interested in doing that. - Well, Elon Musk, his core is a really broken white supremacist. I think it's a very interesting, the through line with Peter Teal and Elon Musk, both spent the formative years in apartheid South Africa in a very racist system. As it pertains to each of them, if you go into their inner child, Elon Musk's dad has been accused by Elon Musk's siblings of sexually abusing them, being molested by their own father. Elon Musk hasn't claimed this, but I mean, those are pretty big claims. As it pertains to Peter Teal, I think this is a man who is very, very religiously damaged. He was raised in a crazy sect of Christianity. He's a gay man. And so the self-loathing that he must have grown up with is really a tell here. But the through line between all of this is, these are really broken people from Donald Trump to Elon Musk to Peter Teal. It's like the revenge of the broken nerds. These people refuse to or are incapable of emotional depth, emotional honesty. They're never going to hit rock bottom because their bank accounts will preclude them from that. And they are so broken. They think if they break everybody else or if they get a trillion dollars, this is a desire to try to fix them. I liken it to a priest who has, who was sexually attracted to children, who is a pedophile. And they think, oh God, I'm really broken. I have something really wrong with me. I'm going to go into the priesthood so that I have to be a celibate. And that will fix my problem. And in fact, it only exacerbates it. So I think when people are really broken, and I think you have to be broken to exploit, exploit, exploit, exploit, and then you get all of this money, it just further breaks you. It just like being in the pre, it just, these people are so broken. All right, and then Donald Trump, he said this before, and now he's saying it again. He thinks that you actually need an ID to go grocery shopping, play the clip. - Hey, Maverick, he had the card. I said, what are you doing? I think it's massive. Are you strong enough to even carry it around your neck? And yet, they do that. And you go to a grocery store, you need identification. You have a license. The only thing they don't want you to have identification is voting. - It's, I get demo every time he talks. I really do. It just drives me crazy how stupid this mean is. It is such abjects, stupidity, on display. And I think what's more telling for me is who are the people that sit at home and have been to the grocery store and are abundantly aware that you do not need your driver's license or any form of identification to walk into a grocery store and make a purchase that listen to that and then go, yeah, totally. I mean, I've shown my ID everywhere I go. I mean, I walk into a CVS and they're cardin' me. But man, you can go vote. And all these illegals and dead people are out there voting. It's just insane that people, whatever he says, they adopt as it being true. And that's the, Trump is depressing, but what depresses me more is sharing a country with people who are propping up the worst of us. The people who, gleefully and with enthusiasm, support this man, it's such a cancer in this country, the Republican Party. And the Republican Party, in my opinion, is not that different now than it was under George W. Bush. It's just, the mask is off. It's not as polite. George W. Bush did and had a lot of these same stupid policies, cruel policies, his regime. I remember Dick Cheney, you know, he lesbian daughter and they put on the ballot a gay marriage amendment to get all the evangelical Christians to go out and vote. And that's what drove him out. Carl Rove did that intentionally. He said, we're going to drive out all the evangelicals and they will vote against marriage. And imagine being so scared of a gay marriage. Again, it goes back to these guys or such, pussies. You're scared of a gay marriage. I mean, then don't gay marry. The only reason that I can think that you'd be scared of is that maybe that you want to do it. I mean, the combination of evangelical Christianity and republicanism, it's now completely melded into this cult that bizarrely services billionaires. But I do think at some point a lot of these forces are going to cannibalize each other. None of these tech oligarchs are like that religious. I mean, it's all bullshit. JD Vance is not religious. Donald Trump we know isn't religious. But they know that these are the people that are the easiest to manipulate in the country because they themselves are incapable of critically thinking at all. Yeah, and when you think about every cult leader, Donald Trump is the perfect example. We have sexual abuse claims. We have unethical use of money, lack of integrity. And people-- I mean, here's the thing. It's not even so much people support him. People defend him. He says shit like that. And I guarantee you, there's 100 people in rural Oklahoma that would go down to the mat arguing that you have to take your ID before you can buy bread and eggs. I think there's people in Oklahoma City that would say it. But these people, even though they know it's not true, they can't just say, it's kind of like with some melodia in Donald, you got in trouble because you said she wanted to make sure everybody knew they didn't have sex. They have a love story. They have created this whole thing around him. And not only do they support it, they sacrifice themselves to defend something that is not true, which is, again, what that's what happens at a cult. But don't you think it's a lot of these people-- their autonomy and their personal identity is taken from them? That's a child. I grew up in a home where questions were encouraged, critical thinking and conversations were encouraged, fostered, and my mother would always start them. These evangelical Christians grow up in homes where questions are discouraged. You're being a bad Christian for asking these questions. And your identity is taken from you because your identity is passed out to you. Here are your papers. You are to be a good Christian virgin person. And so in not having an identity and being discouraged from having an identity, I would say that that sets the psychological soil for these people to fall prey to these cults, whether it be the magculture or any cult whatsoever, because they're longing for an identity. And the Republican Party offers them an identity. God's country, guns, and Jesus. And the church offers them an identity. And Donald Trump is the manifestation of all of these things, the worst impulses of Christianity, the worst parts of capitalistic American culture, moving along. James Comer calls his constituents village idiots for wanting him to do town halls. Let's play the clip. A lot of interviews say, so you say, oh, you guys have to do town halls. Well, I'll do a town hall. This is a town hall. It just depends on who's in the town hall. you know, it's all the village idiots. I don't know what have you desire to do tell all of them. You know, oftentimes the mass comes off with Republicans. Trump, saying he wished the January 6th didn't look so trashy as well with the poorly educated. They're pouring backwards. This guy calling them village idiots. But here's the stunning component of all of it. It won't change anything. Not one Republican voter that is called a village idiot will change their vote and go, "I'm not voting for Comar because he called me a village idiot." Not one. They will not. It doesn't mean anything. And so we report on this stuff like, "Oh my god." But it's important to point out that the disdain that the Republicans think of their voter base. But my god, it won't make any difference. No, and what I'm guessing is all of the people that he called village idiots. One hundred percent of them think they're talking about he's talking about someone else. Not them. That's what I'm betting. Oh, I would think you're 100% right about that. Let's do what they think.
