 Biolite Aura Hypnotic Regeneration Journey

In this podcast episode, host Myline Elke shares a reflective experience from the island of Corsica, where she observes the interplay of natural forces—wind, sun, water, and rock—as metaphors for personal and spiritual growth. She describes how the island’s triangular trees, shaped by strong winds, and its ancient limestone and granite rocks embody both strength and gentleness, inviting deep introspection. Corsica’s history of resistance, from ancient Greeks to modern independence movements, resonates in its songs and culture, which the speaker admires for their authenticity. The ocean is portrayed as a maternal, enveloping presence that helps individuals reconnect with their true selves, encouraging them to go with the flow and communicate with water as a healing element. The speaker also emphasizes the importance of setting intentions, using the sun and wind as playful partners, and standing resiliently like the island’s rocks when challenges arise. She urges listeners to embrace differences, practice patience, and trust their inner beauty, drawing lessons from Corsica’s landscape—its thick-leaved plants that conserve water, its clear waters that sparkle under the sun, and its rounded rocks that endure time. Ultimately, the episode is a call to move toward oneness by nurturing curiosity, embracing diversity, and living authentically in harmony with nature’s rhythms.

Moving to Oneness. Nourishing Curiosity. Embracing differences. Becoming one. Just a gentle breath. Low enough so you can hear the birds sing. And I'm on a spot on an island where normally there's wind with 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 knots as it just was last week. You can see the landscape how the trees are triangular because from the west the wind comes. Hello everyone. I'm Myline Elke, the host of the Moving to Oneness podcast. I'm on this magnificent island of Corsica. Of course. And I'm just in awe how powerful it is, what strength and at the same time gentleness it has. You all know I have a husband who follows the wind and then that's typical for Shama to follow. We work with the wind in the material and in the non-material. And we had some windy days so can you use his sails or foils and play with the wind on the water and the waves. For I then and for the sun we make ourselves flat thin so we don't feel as much the wind or the sand that's blown against our skin. But it is a conversation between the sand. The sand here is from this limestone rocks ancient. This island has resistance in it. I spoke to a friend recently on after a message and said these rocks are here. These boulders even in the water these day independent of what happens in their beauty, in their presence, in their shinyness. Some have granite in them. So it's a little hard when you walk barefoot over them. But it's doable that they're also warm and they send out this softness. The color beige, sandy beige. Then you have the olive green of the olive trees. The pine green of the Italian or Mediterranean pines you know that with the grayish limbs and stents. And juxtaposed by this blue. And the water is so clear. So then you also have that three-dimensionality going even deeper. So it is an island that invites you to go deep within. As your German word comes a favelin. As you hang out here. And just soak in the loving energy of the rock. The cut is really loving. It's enveloping, it's embracing. You can see it in the people who ever comes here. Quiet. Content. Peaceful. Not that this island hasn't been peaceful. It has been fighting for its rights. I don't know, over 7000 years people are trying. Maybe even longer, but for 7000 years they do know. The ancient Greeks, the Etosca, the Romans, the French, the Italians, the Vandalists, the Spanish, I don't know, it goes up and down. Maybe before then, the course, people from Porzica, they cut the power within them. They fight for them and they still want back the independence. And they show it. And I love that. You can hear it in their songs. I was lucky to listen to some of their songs live. Even I was watching one day someone on the boat. The younger generation, they were singing these songs. While they were parking the boat, unloading it. Right? It is a driving force song sound. And you know that we speak a lot about sound on this podcast. It expresses what is deep within you. It communicates with everything that is surrounding you. And I was speaking here. I'm standing here. I can look from this spot close to Bonifacio or Bonifacio, depending on how you pronounce it. The language you want to speak. But here, Italian, speaking Italian, the French answer and French it all the way around. I love that. I hope one day our world will be like this. That we can be who we are and we are being understood through our mimics, our facial expressions, our body language. And that we embrace everyone. And I can look as I said over to Sardinia. It's a little difficult to swim there because there is a water that runs through that straight is strong. And of course, the car we were landing here on Tuesday it was. Last week it was rather cool. There was snow on the mountains. They really got high mountains here. So they got their own water. They are really honed in on their craft, on their hatties in way of feeding themselves. Right? So the wild boar. They eat, they have the cheeses with sheep and they have a special course and sheep. Oh, with M. I can't remember what it's called in English. It has horns on it and it's a little bigger. They have their fruits, they have their fish and they keep their old buildings alive. So even those old buildings or monuments they build as cities to defend themselves. So you can feel also the defense. But still they kept their heart, the softness, this gentleness. So what is it doing for me? When I sit here, when I stand here, when I swim here, the ocean. Right? It's always communicates. It's saltwater goes deep within you into all layers and opens you up. So whenever you are close to the ocean, dive in even with your hand underwater if you can. Even if you're not a good swimmer, you lie somewhere where it's not so deep, but that you can just sink down to the ground and let your head be covered. So you're really also submerged by the water and see what happens. There's also this enveloping embrace. And then it, like a mother, right? She moves you a little bit when you're a tiny baby. So you get comfortable and calm. That's what the water does with you. It helps you remind or always helps me remind what I am. And first of all, we have so much water, so many percentiles. Right? And also saltwater. Right? We need that once in a while. But what is it telling us also for the future to really go with the flow? Right? Where there are the planet of water. So are we in a good connection with the water? Let's speak today maybe about the ocean. What do we put in here in the Mediterranean when I was younger? Everything was piped into the water for thousands of years. And even when you were on those rocks with your village, you re-dumped everything into the water. And machinery, luckily, many young stars are creating ships that can go with solar or sail again and wind. Even the big freight ships. So there's coming a new development. But how do you relate to the ocean, to the Mediterranean Sea, to the Atlantic, to the Pacific, the Indian Sea, the Gulf of Mexico, the Gulf. Oh, there are so many. The Northern Sea. Yeah? Do you talk with it? And even you're not close to water, are you able to speak with the water? Maybe you got sea salt at home. So when you use it next time, communicate with it, ask it to support you in your healing, in your visions, in becoming what you are, why you have come here even more. What are remembers? What are came down also on this island isn't in Kauai, Hawaii, island where the mountains are. most water comes down and the Dalai Lama goes there twice a year to welcome it. And then it spreads everywhere. So it has history, memory, it has seen so much. Some of it evaporates, has seen you from above. Maybe you have drunk or drank it somewhere. And then it's back into the ocean. And the sun. I'm really lucky. Since we're here, the sun is shining. It makes everything glitter. And because it has this wind, if it's stronger wind, yeah. And you have the wave, and the wind creates all those white caps. Not so much the waves here. And it sparkles. There's a sparkling, crystalline sparkling. And I think it's even more than years before. I've not been here. And yeah, Vin and Sardinia have been in other places at the Mediterranean. The sparkle is new. So the sun, are you in the sun on a regular basis, letting your skin communicate with the sun? Or you communicate with her, or him, whatever you want to call it. And let it warm you. Or the wind, when you feel the wind. The light breeze that we have now. But also the strong winds tomorrow are coming back. So we stayed a longer, one day here in the south. To take advantage of the wind that's coming tomorrow afternoon. Playing with you. Do you see the wind like something to play with? Or the sun something to play with the end. So isn't this what we're all moving forward to, or wanting to move forward, or set out? The freedom is to act in the moment that's playing. Removing all you carry around and feeling free enough to move all your body, all the cells in you mind, the energy through your body, right? And from the ground, when you're on the rocks here, on the warm sand, up the legs, diagonal to your shoulder. And you can feel right away how your shoulder drops. You can do it also the other way around. And you feel like your leg, you know, from the shoulder, from the source, in the universe, from the stars, the sun, bring energy, diagonal down to your, let's say you start on the left of shoulder to your right leg. And you feel how you're standing lighter on the earth. That means then in that moment you can move with more flexibility, lightness, double lightness. Yes, because in that moment you are also more light, especially if you connect to the stars, the sun, or the sun's suns and all the suns. Talking about this sun as ON. Mine loves golf and they have a beautiful golf course here. Where you have to trust totally yourself to hit the ball and hope or no or intent, set an intention. You have to really good practice to set an intention. Where do you want a ball to land? How to move your body that the ball flies this way or that far to land? On the other side of the water, of the bay. So are you practicing, you setting intention and seeing where it lands? How what it creates? What you have manifested is being materialized. This is something I invite you to do as well. Or maybe this is really the island of Corsica inviting you to say yes to yourself. Again, like these rocks in the sea. The beautiful round of the, but you have them here in the slopes and you can see them in the mountains. Rounded off, even though they have this hardness and softness with them, they cut the quartz. And then the sandstone, compressed sand, whatever you want to call it, it has been here for a long time and it's still standing. So when you have been here for a long time, you have come here to this, you as a being, this energy, you have history. And are you acting and embodying this history within you? Right in this moment, see how you feel, how do you stand? How do you look? Out into the world. Yeah? How do you move through the world? And how are you standing? Or what stands do you have when the wind arrives? Problems arise. And problems you can solve, you're really good at that. Right? You may bend a little bit backwards or forwards or sideways, but you don't let yourself be pushed over anymore. That is your goal - because you know who you are, you know what you will be able to see. And you know what I will be able to see, so others can sync with you and summarize your belief to the energy you give them. The light, the ideas, the pureness, the thoughts, the healing. the entertainment, the relationship, the embrace, the warmth, the love, the light, the smile, the gaze. all of this. And another thing here, the plants, right, they got these thicker leaves. So they don't evaporate so fast. They have brightness and a glow to them. Shiningness, right, and it is a ray of greens and forms. And how are you reacting to all others who are on their way, on their path to becoming who they are? And I know when you're listening to this, you are one who has the patience, the love, the calmness, the foresight, you can see the future, you can read energies and tell them it's okay what you're going through, it's just bringing out your beauty, what is within you. Yes, this all is telling us this beautiful island of Corsica. So I wish you a wonderful evening, day and take in. Maybe look on YouTube for a song from Corsica. And see what all it sounds and songs of the water, the pirates, the Siemens, the farmers, the mountaineers, live and provide to you. Bye bye. I'm Mylene, your host of the Moving to Oneness Podcast. All the best. Bye. Bye.
