A lot of you are discovering me for the first time because of all this stuff that is going down with Kim Zolciak, Corey Bierman, formerly of R-H-O-A, and Dolby Tarty. They had their own shows. They had their own show for a hot second on Bravo, and of course, Kim Zolciak was one of the original cast members on R-H-O-A on Bravo. It is a very disturbing story, and I've been covering it because I want to have maybe a child psychologist if you know anybody, child therapist, somebody that deals with children, S-A-ing other children, because I think there's a major takeaway from this story. I'm so drawn to it because Kim Zolciak and Corey's son, K.J. Bierman, who's 15 years old, by the way, were live on TikTok, a lot of information breaking over the weekend about this. We're going to get into it because he just suffered a major blow in his current case, where he has charged with seven felonies of S-A in the prosecution in Georgia as trying to try him as an adult, where he could be looking at 25 years to life in jail if found guilty. So I'm going to talk about that news, and we also have some sister wives to you to get to. But to get back to why I'm covering this case is, I think as a parent, you're just so disturbed and like, how can this happen, right? How is this happening, where K.J. Bierman, one of the darkest things about this, is videos were found and created when he was just 12 years old. He hid them in secret folders on his phone of him, S-A-ing, a minor relative. And as a parent, obviously, your first instinct is to protect your children. I know many of you listening to this have had your own S-A experience, whether it's been with a relative or a stranger. And so I hope that in covering this case, we can bring some awareness. How does this happen? It's one of the reasons I say in the Duggers as well, 19 kids encountering, you know, they joshes in jail for child corn, and now they have a son who's most likely going to trial Joe Dugger in November that will be covering here. Look, we have fun on this podcast that I truly wish people well. But I love about covering reality TV as I see myself in so many of these, I mean, not Kim Zollsiac, but you know what I'm saying? Like I see myself and like, you know, okay, you're like, what? I know. I know. Okay, not in that, all right? But you know, when you watch reality TV, there's so many things like sister wives, the dynamic, right? The dynamic of some of the old housewives, Jen writes few on, okay, I don't do the podcast is fun. I don't know when these subjects are having, and with like 1000 pound sisters, I'm sorry, like it reminds me of some of my family members, like I, there's things that I see in reality TV, which is why I'm so drawn to covering them. But when serious things like this happen, if we can bring some level of awareness, how does S.A.ing a sibling happen, you know, and Joe Dugger is going on trial for allegedly S.A.ing his own sister in law when she was nine years old. I mean, how the F does this happen? And God bless the cold wells and this young girl in Georgia who's come forward about KJ Bierman. But, you know, hopefully we can keep talking about this so it doesn't Fing happen or the moment it happens, people speak up and reduce the shame and upset around it. So I'm fired up, okay, I'm fired up and we're going to go to the TikTok lines because this story as a parent is beyond disturbing. So let's start with some lighthearted stuff from the sister wives group. And then we'll move on to the three major things that you need to know about the KJ Bierman Kim Zolciak story, which is he suffered a major loss in his upcoming court date, which is going down October 14th, a report of him throwing firecrackers at horses in Georgia from 2025 has now resurfaced. And in addition to that prosecutors filed an emergency motion to interview minors, forensic interview minors in this case and use those interviews against KJ Bierman. All right, but let's talk about some fun, okay? And the people that I relate to, well, I don't really relate, but I kind of always have been curious. Like, I love sister wives because there's no way I would ever be a polygamist, you know what I mean? But then at the same time, I'm like, oh, what would it be like to have sister wives? Because I'm taking care of my mom with dementia and these two kids at my husband. I'm like, I could use a set of hands, all right, I could do, I could use a sister wife, you know, like, but probably never going to be. So two things, there's a fake post circulating this weekend that appeared to be from Cody Brown and Robin addressing their departure. Now, I wish it was real, but it is not. Here is the fake post after more than 16 years filming sister wives Robin and I have made the very hard decision to walk away from the show. We are grateful for the opportunity to share our family with all of you, though all the ups and downs we have opened our home and hearts to so many of you, you are welcome. Really sad story coming out of Vegas this morning, where he has apparently tried to take his own life. So Carrot Top has been hospitalized in Vegas, following a reported on a live attempt. Don't come at me, okay? I can't say the real work, because we're live here on TikTok. They ban you if you say that word, okay? He tried to take his own life. Apparently this weekend, deeply troubling development sources familiar with the situation of told TMZ as of last night that the performer whose real name is Scott Thompson attempted to take his own life earlier in the day in Vegas and was rushed to a local hospital where he now remains. He was scheduled on Friday night to appear at the Luxor and everything of course was cancelled. His rep, Jamie Schlitzer also confirmed the issue to the news outlets on Friday saying Mr. Thompson is recovering in the hospital and receiving the care and support that he needs. His family and those closest to him are deeply grateful for the concern, the prayers, and respectfully ask for your privacy. Carrot Top of course has spent decades entertaining audiences with his distinctive prop comedy trademark red hair and elaborate stage productions. I don't think I've ever seen him. I mean, he's been a long time Vegas, long time Vegas resident. Now, this is what you do need to know about this story. I know it's very sad about Carrot Top people are like, wait, wow, really Bravo Boog says this? Who is he? Don Google Carrot Top, very famous comedian. I would say he was a Uber famous late 90s early odds. Now Parade Magazine has also been reporting this weekend that a young accuser apparently filed a sworn declaration in Florida earlier this week containing serious allegations against Carrot Top. The filing reportedly included screenshots of inappropriate text messages and a $15 million damages estimate. Okay, oh God, who's this person? Uh-oh. According to Parade, the legal team had previously proposed a confidential $7.5 million settlement, but Carrot Top has apparently not admitted liability FYI and those civil allegations remain disputed. For now, Carrot Top's family is asking for privacy. I didn't know this. I didn't know Carrot Top had some allegations against him. Did anyone know this? Excuse me. Excuse me. We got it. Now we might have to look into Carrot Top. Carrot Top had apparently some serious allegations against him. We will be discussing later this week. Okay, let's move on to Kim Zalciac and KJ Beerman, this story that is so tragic and so sad. And like I said, if anybody has a good well-known therapist that handles essay content, can you let us know? Especially how the hell this happens where KJ Beerman allegedly, not even alleged, the prosecutor said in court, they found videos of him essaying a minor relative in a secret folder at 12 years old. I think I know how this happens, which is not being seriously supervised by your parents, but okay. First and foremost, before we get to the major legal blow, he was just dealt some things to get you up to speed. Friday, we get a big drop from TMZ, emergency filing by the prosecution in KJ Beerman's case. If you're on TikTok, you can see his picture where they have asked to do forensic interviews of minors in this case and they are going to use those interviews, whatever comes out of them in the case against KJ Beerman. A lot of people think these forensic minor interviews are going to be his siblings, you know, in light of this video. Now we know the video came to light back in 2023, okay? And he at the time was on probation secretly because he was a juvenile and he was 15 years old. He was 12 years old at the time then. 1213. It was all hush hush. These videos of him essaying a relative were found on his phone. We don't know who turned him in. We don't know who turned them in. We don't know how they were found. Nobody knows, okay? And in addition to that were these videos where he was taunting the victim, pulling their hair, er, er, derogatory slurs, all these things. Now Jason Cheff failed his lawyer. Okay, Jason, we got some questions for you. Jason Cheff, I know you all love the gossip, but before we get back to the gossip, I want to talk to you about something very serious and that is it is Medicare enrollment season and a company called chapter that I have partnered with. Y'all are below in this out of proportion, but at the same time, Sheffield, which I find hard to believe, goes, I haven't seen these videos up him with his minor relative. I haven't seen these. Now, I don't know how Sheffield maybe, I mean, maybe he just took on his client and his client didn't disclose that, but these in the juvenile court, this is known. Okay, so we find out in a recent court hearing that KJ beer men had to go to ex-offender treatment, like what they send like, you know, these nasty, mostly men, sometimes creepy nasty women, ex-offender treatment. I don't even know if you can rehab somebody from that. He was in those. He had to go to a psyche valve. He had to create a vision board for himself, I don't know, or he was on probation. He had to go through a bunch of therapy, okay? So many Phoenix rights. KJ in 2023 would have been 13. Okay, thank you. Phoenix, thanks. You know, numbers aren't my strong suit. Otherwise, I'd probably be doing calculus and getting us to the moon, but I hear, I talk about celebrities. So we, this all comes to light because since he was arrested August 17th of this year for allegedly us saying a classmate where he followed her into a co-ed sauna and then he forced himself honor to do a lot of things to him, all right? So they're like prosecutions like, okay, this kid's done this before. He was supposed to be an ex-offender treatment and completed it. We're charging his butt as an adult. So they now want this emergency, these emergency interviews and they've been granted them. All right, more trouble for KJ beer men. Plunder True Crime. Plunder True Crime had brought up a police report a couple of years ago. Now this was a nothing burger, didn't go anywhere, went nowhere, all right? Couple of years ago, well, 2025, all right, a year ago. They post months and months ago on their social media platforms and on Reddit that they got a police report of two teen boys throwing firecrackers and eggs at horseback riders at a facility right next door to Kim Zolsieck beer men and Kim is in the police report. They say that a younger brother was at the location. They attempted to contact a parent at this location in the past and he's extremely rude. They're talking about the kid throwing firecrackers and eggs and advise that they have never seen a parent at the home or there. They met with blank so we don't know who that is because it's redacted and then they say make contact with Kim beer men and advise her to talk to her boys about yelling obscenities out the back of their house toward the horse farm. Kim said she will look at her camera and address the issue. So that came up over the weekend, okay? A lot of people are like, well, that's the first, if usually people are cruel to animals in their childhood, massive red flag, massive red flag, that usually there's some serious psychological things going on there. I mean, that's a huge red flag that they are on their way to potentially doing sociopathic psychopathic things. Very odd. Okay, I'm only known one person that did that in my school and everybody was like, and he's odd. Never been to jail, but he's really off, really off, killed like, I don't know, like five puppies. It was real sick in our town. Okay, moving on, it is, we want to keep it a little like, you know, normal here. Okay, bad news though for him in his upcoming, who's calling me, excuse me? In his October 14th court date that is coming up, which could either be a plea or a raiment hearing, all right, with KJ beer men, Delta Major Blow. Here it is. KJ beer men and Jason Cheffield, his attorney, had asked for a close courtroom, denied. The judge denied a request to close the courtroom after finding that the high legal standard for permitting a closed courtroom has not been met by the defendant. Of course he wants it closed because September 11th was a game changer in this case because we found out about the videos of him saying his minor relative. It was a public court hearing and it was streamed online, okay? They didn't realize all that was coming to light and they're trying to charge him as an adult. I don't know if they've won that or not because I don't know why or how on September 11th that that juvenile case was publicized to the public, but you can go and find the clips. Now he did win two things in this request. He was granted a motion to restrict media recording and photography to the extent necessary to lay out the court's protective measures, all right? So I'm assuming by that they mean like they're not, they're probably not going to be able to have full cameras maybe when the victims and things are testifying. I'm sure because they're going to want to keep their identities private. Now the judge did grant KJ a juvenile court that juvenile court records should be filed under seal from the public. What else KJ did, you know, apparently this minor relative was interviewed a couple of years ago in this whole incident, we're never going to know that, which is fine because these kids are juveniles. The victims in these cases are juveniles and KJ beermen is 15. And here's the big one. KJ and Jason Cheffield were denied their request to stop prosecutors from presenting limited info from his prior juvenile case. This is a major loss. So Jason Cheffield was trying to get it thrown out that they could not use this video of him and it's not one. It's multiple videos of him as a relative. The videos of him pulling the victims hair, taunting them, sexual advances, all these things, his judge wanted that like, nope, you can't bring that up, denied. It is not looking good for KJ beermen. He is charged with seven various counts of essay. Jason Cheffield did say, though over the weekend, he is 100% innocent of these new charges. So we will see what happens, but there's what you need to know and to get you caught up on this very disturbing case that has come to light. I am seeing more. I think Ariana of beermen recently did an interview that she hasn't had any contact with Kory Bierman, who was her stepdad for many years for a long time. The other part of this story that people are very fascinated by is Kim and Kory right now are pulling a Shania Twain. So Kim Zoltzak is dating a very wealthy entrepreneur, Kyle Moewitz. Kyle Moewitz's ex-wife, Jillian Green, is now dating Kory Bierman. It happens. So I, you know, just a fact, but that's out there. And I feel bad for Ariana and Brianna a lot of people in the comments like, what are you girls now? How are you out here doing this stuff? I mean, Kim was on watch what happens live recently admitting that she took money from the girls. They had to pay the electrical bills. I mean, those girls are out here. You're hustling. I'm sure. You guys all know it's such a difficult dynamic with your parents. Like it is so difficult to say no to them, to create boundaries with them if they're doing things like this. But Kim went on and she still as of the recording of Watch What Happens Live had not paid the girls fully back for the money that they had to front her for bills. Y'all can do what you want with that. Okay. Last thing. We do like to keep it positive and fun. This interview, one of the best podcasts I've listened to recently is Jay Shetty on purpose with Oprah. I, you guys, if you right now, over the weekend, I was driving around with my daughter. You know, I'm having a baptism party for her going all out. I live in California. The people here are insane. I don't want people drinking a momoosa at a plastic. All right, I hate plastic. It's in everybody, gets in your tits, it's everywhere. I don't want it. So I am looking for like dollar glasses. Went to home goods, I had a sale, they had like two buck glasses for margaritas, got a bunch of those, right? And I get in the car, I'm listening to a podcast, Jay Shetty, Oprah on Purpose, Oprah Winfrey's on it. And I'm like, I haven't listened to anything that Oprah's done in a minute. You guys, if you are, I can tell, it was actually so insane. He's done two recent podcast episodes that have blown my mind. Emily Kaiser, break my heart. You know, lost your son, Trigg, to a drowning, a preventable drowning accident that just break your heart. And this Oprah interview, if you and your life right now, if you are feeling stuck, if you're like, I just feel like my, I should be doing something different or more meaningful. This was your guide.
