(upbeat music) - Hey y'all, what's up? And how y'all doing today? This evening, today is Wednesday, July 28th. And you are here on Be More Charming Podcast by your host, Mira Dole. Oh, crrr. So, I wanted to pick out where I left off. Thank you all for being my first podcast. And I hope you enjoyed the introduction. I wanted to pick up when what is stopping you from reaching your goal? What is holding you back from doing something that you wanna do? What is something that you can work with? Is it your lifestyle? Is it your health? You know, what is it? I wanna know. I want you all to know that I'm here because I've been challenged my 27 years of life. Of life I've had to overcome so many hardships, so many battles, so many difficult decisions. Okay, a lot of confusion. Okay, a lot of heartache and trauma, okay? I was definitely inspired by, you know, mothers like myself who have just had them to be strong, and keep going with just your one income. So I know how hard it can be. Sometimes I'll hear ladies, when you don't have your spouse, your child's father to help you out, support from your family. If it's just you, you have to use what you got to get what you want, okay? You gotta use what you got to get what you want. That little bell, come get her. Even get mad, no Nikki, do it better. Okay, no, I'm playing you off of real, but you gotta use what you got to get what you want because at the end of the day, you are enough for whatever it is that you're thinking that you're not enough for you are enough. I'm seeing you and telling myself, reminding myself as I'm talking to people I don't feel who I listen to me. I'm not enough. Oh my goodness, what am I gonna need to do? Oh my goodness, I have so many flaws, I have two children, I'm by myself. I've been incarcerated, you know, I had a mental breakdown, was it my first one? But oh my God, nobody is gonna accept me, oh my God. How am I gonna do this? How am I gonna move around? How am I gonna keep going? Well, every day I remind myself, I have the main upstairs above God. And people want to look at the spirituality thing and say, oh, we nobody upstairs, whatever that is, all that. If you're from the south and you have people that are from the north southeast, but I want religion and spirituality, it's just a little bit different from those like in the city. Now my grandparents are from North Carolina and Laney Georgia and we teach the gospel, you know, coming out to our friends, our friends started to us, be brave, we said our grace, you know, it's something about your soul that you get connected to another person. And you feel the vibrations. And in those vibrations, there is an equalizer that is taking place. And you feel the vibrations channeling your energy. Plus or minus sign, the negative. You know what I'm saying? So if it's frequency going to the negative side more, you wanna do it. You wanna do it. You know, you don't want to have to second guess yourself about anything you just wanna do. Okay? Stay positive. People bring negative energy away. Just vibrate higher and always remain positive. Keep your positive side of the battery. Charge, dot. So you can stay lit. Peaceful, positive, pretty. Okay, that's what you wanna be ladies. Follows, you wanna stay, boy, stop. Better man. Good man. Good brother. You wanna keep those vibrations high, okay? So yeah, everybody need a queen. And a queen. Queen needs a king. So if you're a king, you better get you a queen out here. It ain't nothing like having you a queen. To have your baby, to support you, to pick you up when you fall. To head at dinner ready on a table when you come home from work, when you come home in a house from hustling and bustling and hustling out there in the streets. Have you a lady? That's a freak in the bed. No, but I'm seriously, your lifestyle plays a big part in our daily, mental health, business, and everything else is the lifestyle. I'm a mother of two kids, a mother of a lifestyle, I'm a mother, and I'm transitioning from growing young adults to grown women. And it's very hard when you're transitioning because you wanna be grown so bad that you don't wanna take no advice from people because you're so busy trying to be so grown. And if you came up, how I came up, you were grown at the age of 13. You jumped off the porch at 13. You were already grown. Me, myself, I been grown. I just wasn't giving the tools to be grown, but I had to find my way. And as I found my way, I walked down the wrong path. How many of y'all have walked down the wrong paths? Several times. You'd be at the bottom of the path. You'd be like, we can not, you'd be like, I'm gonna do this in the middle of the journey. I used to take the wrong path. And I just kept taking the wrong path. And as I would take the right path, I would say, all right, this is good. In the middle of the journey, I would take the wrong path. So it's not about giving up along the journey. It's about which path you're gonna take. You wanna take the right path. Now, you know, easy way out is not the right path all the time. Sometimes it may sound good, it may look good, it may even feel good at that moment, but you have to make the wiser decisions, okay? That you need to make in order to oh, excuse me, I'm sorry. It's an elevate, you know. You wanna take the right path in order to elevate, because as long as you're taking the right path to elevate everything, but just like work itself out, you know? As long as you're elevating, it will work itself out. Sometimes we have a lot of anger built up. We looking at other people around us. And we wanna be like the next person. We don't wanna have no cares in the world. We don't wanna care. Don't nobody wanna care. I know, I usually be like that. I really just didn't care. I just didn't care. Like why should I care? Don't nobody care about me. Why should I care? Why should I care? And I grew up and as I started to develop, it was like why don't nobody care? I care about them. And I do this and I do that. I have such a big heart that it's my heart. My little heart gets any type of rejection. I crumble. My heart cannot take it. I will cry like a water bottle. Like I cannot take any little type of rejection. I cannot take any type of criticism or anything. I will just get, I will just have a mouth down. And that's something I need to work on. My anger develops my anxiety. My anxiety develops my stress. My stress triggers my depression because I get depressed and I fall into depression when I just can't control the stress. You know, and I am so happy. (laughs) I am so so happy. I can say that I am so so happy. I do not have everything to get out right now for me doing this COVID-19 situation, but that's what God has a plan. I am a God is. And we're gonna make this work. Period. I don't know why we're gonna make it work. You don't know how you wanna make it work. Shout out to all of my healthcare workers who are making it so work every day. My essential workers in that market make sure we got their staff stock up when that child's approach is thank you, thank you so much.
much. We don't know who has COVID or who doesn't. But you guys see what, Boji Blames is available for all Boji Blames masks. We have plain black masks as well. Customizing certain masses will be a little overwhelming for me to do personal customization masses because of my schedule. But we do offer customized t-shirts as well. And clothing, a pearl. And I am just thankful for all of my blessings this summer, spring, and coming in for a cramp. Let me just say that yeah I might stand on curve like that. I'll be saying on curve because it just paints an emphasis on there. You are okay with what I was going on. So instead of saying okay you put a little bling on it like okay that's a flex. I told you all about that in my list of the so Boji Blames. Okay I'm gonna stop saying um too. That's not that's not very good. How do you all talk? This is a more affordable part of kids. I started a lot. I mean practicing it with the kids now because you know how kids like they don't hear you. So you be happy to say shit shit shit. Look look look look look so they can like get the picture what you see. So yeah grammar grammar grammar is definitely something that I need to work for. Certain things will be just holding me back. I'm telling you all it's certain things that I just allow myself to hold me back. And I might be honest with you all sometimes the beaties guys I'll hear all what that's bad. You know what I'm saying you pull up and you really just try and get the dick and dip and they got some good dick. So you know what I'm saying you just be like stuck because you don't need to dip sometimes and the dick got you whipped okay. So instead of the dick getting you whipped let's just get the dick and dip ladies okay. We don't want to be dick whipped. We want to get the dick and dip okay. You hear it here first Boji Blings, Maradol, dick and dip okay. I actually um was talking to my cousin came a ring, came storm on Instagram and she was like you know what cousin got to get the dick and dip. I'm gonna break her on the next episode so she can help me introduce the terminology and the whole concept what we mean when we say get the dick and dip ladies okay. It's a lot of baggage that comes with us but it's a lot of baggage that comes with them so to avoid unnecessary baggage claim let's just get the dick and dip and that's one purge it's correct. So yeah um thought is health. I've just started to workout and I love working out. Working out is very therapeutic for me. It actually calms you down. Easy to get mine. It brings a breath of fresh air and is very good to get body okay. It helps feel as you're mind body and soul. Eat healthy though when you're breaking out um I was running today and I had a I had a lady come up I was running she was like "grr I took my head off to you" and I was out of breath I like.
