The transcript presents a strong critique of Canada's new Bill C9, which the speaker describes as a radical suppression of free speech, enabling government-appointed bodies to imprison citizens for future expressions of hate speech. The law, they argue, allows for indefinite monitoring, house arrest, and weapon confiscation based on speculative threats, effectively silencing dissent. The speaker links this legislation to broader government overreach, including mandatory data collection from tech companies and the creation of a digital safety commission. They claim these measures are part of a deliberate strategy to control public discourse, especially around immigration, open borders, and rising crime rates. The speaker warns that the government is targeting those who challenge official narratives, particularly critics of DEI spending and mass immigration. They draw historical parallels to communist regimes, suggesting the current environment is a threat to Western democratic values. Meanwhile, the discussion shifts to U.S. political dynamics, where Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez gains traction in the Democratic primary, signaling a shift toward progressive platforms. The analysis also touches on market instability—Tesla and Alphabet report disappointing earnings—though the speaker asserts these companies will endure due to entrenched user bases. Throughout, the tone is alarmist, emphasizing that silence and fear are being engineered to suppress truth, and urging listeners to resist and speak out against what they see as systemic threats to freedom and sovereignty.
And a way we go, alright, let's see what me, Eric or Risk have sent into the podcast group chat.
Or something like that, who knows.
Alright, I sent a Twitter app post by the account documenting Libs at historian USA1.
The post in question reads the following.
O Canada, Bill C9 is now law, adding special protections for Muslims and stricting freedom of thought.
A man on the street warns, we know how thought police in this country.
For mention of the protestation and vilification can land you in prison for life.
An elected bureaucrats can allegedly jail you.
House arrest you.
Or take your guns if someone thinks you might say something hateful in the future.
This is the final nail of the coffin, we are no longer a country that has free speech.
Mark Karni's liberals are crushing dissents while the country collapses.
Don't let this happen here.
And there's a video of a guy who will show you the land that's running the account, I assume not.
However, there is a video underneath it, and I will play the audio for you right now.
Today is the day, Bill C9 is officially the law of the land in Canada, we now have a police in this country.
Formation of detestation and vilification can now land you in prison for life.
That is correct.
If you post something, the government of Canada seems to be fermenting detestation.
Tensionary definition tends dislike.
You can now be jailed for life.
Life time imprisonment, we are now living in a country with a so-called digital safety commission.
Even or well, couldn't think this thing up.
A digital safety commission featuring between three and five unelected bureaucrats who have the ability to imprison you,
put you under house arrest or confiscate your weapons if another Canadian citizen's complaint.
Not even about something that you've posted, but if they believe you are likely to say something hateful in the future.
I kid you not, look at the text of Bill C9.
This is a much more extreme version of the so-called online safety act that's been passed in the U of A where they are arresting approximately 12,000 people a year for space loss.
The one good thing that comes of this is whether you're close to the target when a country starts passing laws like this.
If we weren't effective in calling out what is becoming more clearly every single day a communist government who wants to destroy Canada,
they would not be passing laws like this.
We are being effective.
Those who are pointing out the insane open borders policies, bullying people in the country in the past decade,
577,000 people in the country illegally violent crimes.
With done usage since the Liberal Party of Canada came to power, up 116 percent in just the decade,
extortions up 357 percent in that same time, crimes against women up 78 percent across the board since the Liberal Party can't open the borders up.
Times are up catastrophically.
The government knows that more and more Canadians are waking up to what's going on.
The Liberal Party is doing economically now. We're splitting 50-50 already from generally the board of the bridge.
After he had promised Canadians would be getting 100 percent of his revenues,
we'd probably be in the foot of the entire bill.
Please minute negotiations are an absolute disaster.
Canada and not even sending representatives to these negotiations.
One is literally Canada's economic future and millions of jobs on the line.
Mark Carney, an under a year, has plunged us into a recession, and the boost made doesn't line up.
That recession is going quickly turn into a depression.
Canadians are waking up to what's going on.
We are being demographically replaced.
But Mark Carney, whoever he's working on behalf of the WF Davos Brookfield asset magazine,
he certainly does not have the best economic interest to the Canadian people in mind through these negotiations.
It's difficult to believe that the man is not even sending representatives to these Muslim negotiations.
So what's the government doing there, passing speech laws?
This is a sign of a scared government.
I can tell there's going to be some high-profile arrests made early on.
They're going to say that they're hate speakers.
Of course, when they say hate speech, they're just talking about speech today.
We know that no left winners will be arrested.
They'll purely go after people who point out the insanity of our open borders policy.
The insanity of spending $11 billion over the past decade.
On DEI and gender studies overseas, the insanity of spending $26.5 billion in Ukraine
when 2.2 million Canadians are using food banks every year.
Here now, I can say safely, Bill C9 is the final nail in the coffin.
We are no longer a country that has free speech.
That's why I founded the fight for Canada Party, the four pillars of the party.
Total moratorium on immigration, shut down the TFW and the IMP
and the deportation of the 577,000 people who are in the country illegally.
That number is going to explode to over 3 million people in the next decade.
If you'd like to support the pounding of FFC, I so appreciate it.
You can hit the stripling below.
Do not be scared.
That's what they want to do.
One of the most nefarious things that would have been like Bill C9
is that many people will not speak their mind.
Will not say what they actually feel.
Will not say what they see going on in this country every single day though.
The demographic replaced me so obvious.
Unless you're blind to see it every day in this country.
What they're trying to do is get Canadians to shut up about it.
That's one of the most effective measures with these so-called speech-bells
is that people, self-sensual.
They have families that have people that they have to support.
They can't afford to take the risk of all of a sudden ceases knocking on the door.
Do not be afraid.
Fridge always pays off in times like these.
This is the equivalent of the Bolsheviks coming to power.
Look at the way that they traded the Kool-Ax.
The way that they eliminated hundreds of thousands of people.
We're seeing that sex in a slightly different manner.
A more sophisticated, more seen manner.
100,000 were closing it on dead through May.
When people say the government isn't killing people.
Well, 100,000 people have been eliminated through May.
It's 96% of those so-called themselves are white.
If you think that's a coincidence, I have a bridge to solve you.
C22 is also the law.
Now, it forces every single trillion tech companies to break the infection
so that the government can use it to get in an access to messages.
Ten companies across the board.
It's called talking about whether it is a hundred businesses.
The government has to make sure it is truly unprecedented.
Also forcing all tech companies to see your metadata for a year.
Medi-gata allows the government to know what's the thing about your data.
All my promotion was like the exact context of the tax that you sent.
So your metadata is now being saved for 12 months.
That's mandated to all tech companies.
As well as encryption being broken in between.
It's not only can the government access your messages,
the farthest furthest to you.
You kind of open up my back to leave it only with the government that I said.
But the most more level into all in this building is just the threat.
The worry that if Canadians speak their mind on immigration.
If Canadians say something that is not in line with the government wants you to believe you can now be arrested.
Let us not forget the fundamental pillar of Western civilization.
We are living in a historical anomaly.
You have not been normally able to speak out against the government, to speak out against power.
We are living in a unique time in the West right now.
And the haters of the West want to destroy that communist.
Never want a free and open debate.
They know that in a real marketplace of ideas when you actually look for a history,
there's been no larger killers than the communist ideology.
All you have about this fascism in the 20th century.
But it's funny to censorate the communist.
The Bolsheviks killed about three and a half times more than any fascist movement did.
They won't tell you that in school.
They don't want to open an honest debate, which is the pillar of a free society.
And let me also remind the government of Canada.
They work for them.
We don't work for them.
They work for us.
Free speech exists for people who are saying the unpopular thing in the bottom of the free speech is not this.
We all understand that.
Particularly among women.
You are about 99.9% liberal.
Free speech exists for the people who are saying the unpopular thing.
How the mighty are following?
I like Canada, great nature, the beauty of its animals, its history with the British,
and now no matter how hard I try to deny everything that's been said to me just a moment
ago, it's out in the open, it's right in front of our eyes, it's just messed up man.
And the thing is, what is anyone going to do anything about anything if they don't call
something out for what it is, and I'm not referring to this, and I'm not referring
to the C9 Bill that has now been passed.
I'm talking any form of legislation that is strongly against the interest of everyday
people and citizens.
This is not to say you should pay attention to anything and everything.
The point is, don't think you can go on with life without knowing the history of anything
without understanding a handful of subjects that involves our way of life and involves the
procedures, the mechanisms and how we go on with whatever jobs that we currently working
in.
Again, even if I can make arguments stating otherwise that, no, the Canadian government
is not that evil, they're not going to do anything against our interests or the government
is not going to tell us to shut our mouths and not question anything that they do, it's
getting hard to ignore, it's becoming hard to deny the reality that we live in.
I'm not talking about the truth, because what is the truth anyway?
What do we define as the truth, is it the same as everyone else, do we all know what
the truth is or do we have our own perspective or definition of what the truth is?
One thing we know is we're currently in reality, and the reality we're living is something
that we will have to be content with, whether we like it or not.
And no matter how unfair life is, what matters most is how we deal with these uncertainties,
the unfortunate circumstances, and whatever life throws our way.
And that is all that's been sent in the podcast group chat since the last time I recorded
anything in general, with that all being said, let's get right into the news.
Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez leads in 2028 Democratic presidential field in
New Hampshire with 22% support, narrowly edging former transportation secretary Pete Buttigieg
at 21%, according to a University of New Hampshire poll released Wednesday.
Support for Ocasio-Cortez climbed 7% points since February, well Buttigieg's support remained
virtually unchanged at 21%.
Marking the first time the New York representative has surpassed the former secretary in-state
polling, Arizona Senator Mark Kelly placed third with 9% support, followed by California
Governor Gavin Newsom at 8%, Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders at 6% and former Vice President
Kamala Harris at 5%.
Democratic Attorney Jay Sudukovsky noted the results indicate that the party's socialist
wing may be gaining momentum while Harris' support has dropped from 10% to 5% since February,
drawing concern for some Democrats.
On the Republican side, Vice President Jay DeVance maintains a lead with 35% support among
likely primary voters, though Secretary of State Marco Rubio has searched at 226%, narrowing
the gap, significantly since February, and I'm not sure how old AOC is, I know she's
somewhere in her 30s.
She's at least old enough that she's now eligible to contend for the Democratic ticket
for the presidential elections in the United States.
Given this is AOC's first time running in presidential primaries, she's doing quite well.
Now of course, no one thought that AOC would ever get this far at any point in presidential
primaries, yet here we are.
And as for the other candidates like Gavin Newsom, Kamala Harris, actually those two actually
because those are the two names I've heard so much about up until now, it now got me
thinking who's not to say that AOC won't able to haul this lead forever, likewise with
Gavin Newsom when he had the lead for a couple months a while ago and now he's just dropped
in the single digit percentage points, could Newsom reach top of the charts be a favorite
to be the Democratic nominee again previously or is there room for other candidates to
be on top to then grab the nomination for Democratic party?
To be honest, I do not know. Now in contrast to that with the Republican tickets, of course
JD Vance still in the lead, as always, yet of course Marco Rubio is also just catching
up to JD Vance, however the gap is signed to close, like it's mentioned, now I'm not
saying that JD Vance will lose his lead in the polling for the Republican tickets for
the presidential election, however likewise with AOC don't allow Marco Rubio for the Republican
tickets. Who knows what Marco Rubio could pull off as he's currently in the secretary
of state, that could convince Republican voters to think that when Trump is done with his
term as president of the Republican voters could be like, "You know what, I think I'll
vote for Marco because he's got right ideas, he's out there in the open and he's going
after two places around the world and whatnot. I don't know, that's just me, I'm not saying
exactly however, that's just my perspective somewhat." So yeah, the Democrat side is back
and forth for a lot of time, it's hard to tell if AOC will even get the nomination for
the Democrat party, even when she has provided ideas that she would do if she became president
and Democrat voters are on board with it, would also have ideas that would align, would
not just the Democrat voters, but also the kinds of voters that are open to vote and free
for one, whose ideas that those kind of voters believe would benefit their most. So yeah,
that's just my perspective on things. And I only tell, whoever the candidate becomes
to be, and so on. And of course, still a year or two away from the presidential elections
for 2028, anything, anything could change, I think hypothetically, even when AOC is currently
leading, maybe towards this time in 2028, possibly whoever wins the Democrat nominee, is
not even a candidate that is even mentioned in any recent polls, it's an outside challenger
that just came out of nowhere. And everyone's like, "Oh my gosh, I'm on board, I'm going
to vote for that person." And then eventually that person becomes the nominee for that party.
And months ago, and especially right now,
now we haven't heard once from that person in full whatsoever with their ideas and such.
So it's still too early to say which kind of gets which nomination for the party that representing
anything could change. The only time will tell. It's too soon to say, uh, lie me.
Tesla alphabet lose hundreds of billions in value in post earnings. Start Clonch.
On Thursday July 23, 2026, Wall Street indexes closed lower as Tesla and alphabet shares
humbled following disappointing earnings reports. The NASDAQ composite sank more than 2%,
while the S&P 500 fell more than 1%. Tesla shares humbled 14.5% after reporting negative free cash
flow for the first time in more than two years. Well, alphabet sank 7%, well, alphabet sank 7%,
amid higher spending plans and cash burden. Industrials rose 1.77%,
posted by Lockheed Martin and RTS, which rallied 10.5% and 7.3% respectively after raising 2026
forecasts. Texas Instruments fell 3%, despite forecasting quarterly revenue above estimates.
Soaring, soaring oil prices amplified, inflation worries,
wet threat crude futures set settling above $100 US dollars, a barrel for the first time since May.
Intensifying Middle East hostilities, including US air strikes on Iran and Iranian fire
as US bases, found global supply concerns. The CBO volatility index rose to 20.3.
Its highest level in almost a month, well traders bet on roughly 64%. Fromability,
the Federal Reserve will keep interest rates unchanged next week. US 10-year yields reached
their highest levels since 2025. So, some things are on the up, a lot of things are not looking so good.
Now, I don't believe I had to go into much detail about what's ever going on in Iran,
because, well, you know what they say about war, it is profitable, sadly.
And also the straight-of-all mood, a lot of ships pass through there, if anything, blocks it.
That's going to disrupt a lot of trade routes and trade goods and services that's going through and
go back and forth between the straight-of-all moods.
Not a lot of ships go through there, however, there's a huge chair of ships going through the
straight-of-all moods, which is south of Iran. So, yeah, in the trading world, it's a big deal.
So, don't be surprised when you hear a lot about the straight-of-all moods,
as annoying it is to hear about it over and over again, as for the Tesla and the alpha that
stocks losing its values, billions in post earnings. Yeah, it's not looking good.
And now, I'm not just saying, oh no, it's bad because the losing. there's going to be a reason for companies to lose valuation for anything. Like, for instance, Tesla
has negative cash flow for the first time in two years. Now, if they have higher spending plans and
cash burn, whilst a lot of companies should spend money to keep their operations running,
you've got to be careful, you've got to be cautious about what you're spending money on. You don't
want to spend too much in case whatever you're spending money on does not work well. And if you
spend money recklessly, and then the impact of this money spending is horrible, it's terrible for
the company. You're on the verge of bankruptcy. Then, yeah, what are you thinking, mate? Well,
why would you spend all that money? Was it all worth it? Probably not. However, it's not end
of the world. Even when companies lose valuation, surely companies know exactly how to handle these
situations, and they will adjust their spending plans if needs to be, because if they haven't,
they let the losses to keep piloting on each other, keep piloting on itself. But surely,
we question if these companies will ever even exist in the next few years, which they will,
because the services are too convenient and too dependent by millions upon maybe billions of people.
For the company question, providing these good services to just go away.
There's loads of people driving Tesla cars. There are at least billions of people using Google
as a subsidiary of Alphabets. So, no matter the losses with Tesla and Alphabets,
and I'm not saying that high viewership or high consumer basis is important to keep your company afloat.
So, long as people know who you are, and they are continuing to use your service or goods,
that the old company provides, then your company will continue to exist for a couple more years,
at least minimum. Now, there are other elements that keep the company afloat and
viable for the next few years. Of course, obviously, you go to half people using your goods or services
from your company, in order to keep yourself afloat. And both, and of course, make sure you don't
lose more cash than what you're earning. That's not good. If everyone knows that,
you don't need to be an economist. If you're not earning enough to make up for the losses,
or last you have wealth investors, you have sponsors, corporations, or hedge funds,
that's going to cover your losses for you. How would a company continue to exist in the next
few years? It's a very important question. Indeed it is. Cardi B intends to be a little more
exclusive. On Wednesday, Cardi addressed public scrutiny regarding her dating life during
a Twitter ex-based discussion, plus a backend rumours and framing first speculation as a pattern
she has navigated since age 20. These remarks follow reinforce, like linking Cardi to Nigerian
goalkeeper by Duke Okoye, Okoye, after the pair were spotted in Italy.
Jelicia Westoff, the mother of Okoye's child, subsequently made public allegations against
the athlete, rejecting suggestions to stay single, Cardi stated, "I'm not going to be single for
the rest of my life," insisting that rumours would persist regardless of her partner.
She remains amused by the speculation joking that she might rage-bait the internet by stepping
out with her cousin next, a quip suggesting she is more entertained than troubled.
For now, either Cardi B nor Okoye has publicly defined their connection
leaving the gossip cycle unresolved as the rapper maintains that such drama is inevitable
whether she is linked to someone. Honestly, I would have done the same thing.
Now, not that I would ever get gossip or involved in drama.
Yes, if you go into half people say, "Oh, you did that thing! You were with that person!"
I was like, "I'm just going to be like, 'Yeah, maybe I was! Why does that matter?'
I'm not saying it, but it doesn't matter if it's involved."
Honestly, I can't be bothered anymore.
Yes, I know that people won't agree what you're saying.
what I say, which is fully understandable, I can't, I, there's no arguing with that. And
I know for sure that people have strong resentment against me because I even heard the feelings
I was mean to them in the past, again, understandable. One, I won't do that again. And not like I,
not that I wanted to offend anyone to begin with, I was just surrounded by people that have
accrued or very harsh sense of humour. But not anymore, just so that it's made clear. I don't
see those people anymore. I don't think I want to be with those people anymore. At some point,
I'll say no, I don't want to be with those people anymore. The kinds of people that like
the humour that is just be meet people, which I've done in the past. So anyway, back to the
story about Cardi B, the rumours about her and Nigerian goalkeeper Aduka Okoye, I don't
blame Cardi. Now, I'm not bored with everything that she does yet. I would have done the same.
I too would entertain with trying to go along with whatever rumours, no matter how fake
people fall or the misleading they are. Because at the end of the day, why would you trust media
outlets? No matter if the information they report on is accurate. And they have talked
with people about, is this true? And then this person said, yeah, it's all true. It's
no looking good for one person. It says, no matter the verification from my witnesses and
close affiliates of the people questioned, it is possible, not that is intended by people
who are working at the media outlets. They will somehow describe or tell the story of
any news or stories in ways that would likely get their readers and viewers highly engaged
in the story itself. Even if it means there is a rumour about one celebrity and another
celebrity, could this meant to be? They could be making love. Who knows what? At least
hypothetically speaking, not saying it's true. Yes, making guesses of what could be. Don't
just stay to one source. Look to see if there are other sources saying the same thing.
And if the information adds up with every outlet that you come across, then there is a lot
of media outlets to say, this singer is seen with this affluent. Nothing else. Everything
else is pure speculation. It's just a hypothetical guessing game about what's the intention,
what's being done and whatever. And I think that's what Cardi B is using this kind of
assumptions to her advantage for. Not that she's trying to gain out of anything from this.
She knows that there's going to be people speculating about what she does in her own time
and who is missing with what person. And she's like, you know what, I'm just going to go
along with it. I'm just going to make people believe that I am with this person and what
not. Not that it's true. People are going to think it's true because she says so that
media outlets are going to report that because it is their job to get the information that
they find to tell people what's going on for those who weren't there at the moment at
the time. And from that point on, knowing that a lot of this stuff that people are speculating
and all these rumors are not even true to begin with, only time will tell what happens
next with Cardi B or the Nigerian goalkeeper. They could be in a relationship because
they not be in a relationship. Who knows? And I don't think people should get too involved
in other people's life anyway. The reason why even we're even talking about it is because
someone's talking about it and people just won't shut their mouth about it either way to
end to put an end to this particular story. Whatever goes on in their lives, hopefully they
do well and they don't cause too much trouble. And yeah, as the elves leave it at that.
Unique avocados found in Nicaragua could boost superfood. I'm sorry, what? Scientists
trudging through Nicaragua, Nicaragua rainforest identified a hotbed of avocados species,
diversity that could safeguard commercial crops from disease and climate threats. Ancient
populations migrated from South America to Central America around 5,000 years ago carrying
avocados varieties that hybridized with native plants, creating genetic diversity across
the region. Researchers extracted and analyzed DNA from 47 native avocados. Landraces,
32 of which came from Nicaragua, comparing them against more than 200 other lineages to
confirm genetic distinctiveness. Unlike commercial monocultures, these native varieties are adapted
to warmer wet climbers, positioning them as potential shields against future disease
and climate pressures. Despite the value, many local avocados trees face destruction as
farmers clear land for commercial reduction, making preservation of these genetic resources
critical to the industry's future. Interesting. So there are specific species of avocados
in the nation of Nicaragua, Nicaragua, which somehow could combat, again, diseases that
could otherwise rotten, molten the food and the crops to make it unadvable, not safe
for consumption. Nice. That was cool. Hopefully they can get everything done for all the farmers
clear the land for whatever reason. And maybe this is something to learn in regards to how
to combat diseases that could infect foods and other stuff like humans. No. No. What
am I thinking? What's with the name anyway? I'm talking about the nation of the country
where these avocados are found. That's just me. I'm going off course. So yeah, the superfoods,
the avocados in Central America. Let's see what happened. Probably not going to hear
much for a very long while. Or ever, perhaps. Yes. Honestly, even if there is a new superfood
that could shield itself against diseases, what difference is that going to make? Will
the taste of these avocados be sweeter, savoury, bitter, multi or what it just erode the
rich nutrients that makes these fruits desirable to be eaten to begin with? Who knows? Well,
we'll see and fight. We'll wait and see in the next few years. When certainly by now,
by when certainly by that exact point, we know exactly what the experts have done in
regards to taking advantage of the genomes of these avocados to help with combatting
against specific food diseases and other deformities and additional climate threats that a lot
of people are talking about. That is the episode.
