BARON IS IN THE BUILDING! Bagley’s Rooftop Timeline Is In Trouble & Michigan’s Foreign Agent Mess.
1h 5m 51s
The transcript explores multiple controversial and interconnected incidents in a high-profile legal case, focusing on inconsistencies in key witness testimony and suspicious procedural lapses. Officer Bagley’s claim of immediately investigating a crime scene after finding a holster is undermined by video footage showing he lingered in the courtyard for over 10 minutes, during which a figure named "Slender Man" was observed on the roof—raising serious doubts about his account. The timeline mismatch suggests either deception or a deliberate delay, weakening the prosecution’s case. A separate incident at a pretrial hearing reveals a technical failure where an unauthorized individual, Brian Simowitz, logged into a court WebEx platform, with a prior connection to Charlie Kirk’s death and a violent incident shortly before it. This sparks concern about potential misconduct or hidden involvement. Additionally, Senator Chris Murphy’s public warning against a dangerous Iran war escalation coincides with his sudden stroke, leading to speculation of a causal link. The story concludes with Haley Stevens, a Democrat who previously endorsed a Democratic Senate candidate, abruptly switching to endorse a Republican, while her campaign spokesperson is revealed as a registered foreign agent for Israel—highlighting troubling foreign influence in American political campaigns. Collectively, the narrative suggests a series of anomalies that challenge official narratives, calling into question the integrity of key witnesses, court procedures, and political accountability.

All right, you guys.
Welcome in.
Welcome in.
Welcome in.
Yes, it looks a little different here than the normal place I broadcast.
And I look a little different than Candice.
But I'll be with you hopefully for the next few weeks while Candice welcomes new life into the world.
We're big fans of new life on my program.
Big fans of new life on her program.
So nothing's going to change there.
And we cannot wait to welcome in a bounding baby.
I don't know if she's announced boy or girl, so I won't say it on air.
But, guys, we've got a lot to cover.
We have a lot to cover today.
My name is Baron Coleman.
If you don't know me, you can check me out on my channel.
But I'll be here with you for the next several weeks.
And we're going to have a lot of fun.
We're going to have a lot of fun.
It might be a little different.
It might be a little different than you're accustomed to.
But, hey, buckle up.
You will not need your whole chair, just the front edge of your chair.
And off you will be going to the races.
So today we've got a lot to do.
I did a Bagley versus Bagley show a week or so on my program.
We're going to follow up on that today.
We have some new footage.
New footage that I don't believe has been seen.
Anywhere about where was Officer Bagley after he said he was en route to the
Losey Center.
Well, turns out he was not en route to the Losey Center when he said he was.
Or at least that's one possible interpretation.
I'll leave you guys to decide where you think he was and whether his testimony
is accurate, whether his testimony is accurate.
Second thing is there was a snafu last week at the Tyler Robinson hearing.
Not a lot of people learned about it.
Not a lot of people knew about it because they didn't broadcast the coverage.
And.
In fact, it was the lack of broadcasting that caused the snafu.
We'll go into that today.
We're going to look at that snafu and we're going to ask who was the guy who caused the
snafu?
Why is he connected to this case?
Why was he present at all for the hearing?
So we'll cover that as well.
We also have a noted Iran war critic who comes out against the proposed actions in the Iran
war and then promptly has a stroke, a stroke.
So we're going to cover that and a Democrat.
We had.
A Democrat flip and has endorsed a Republican.
But why?
Well, we'll speculate today.
All this and more coming up next on Candace.
We've got to find a way to get me in that intro.
I mean, I can stand there and look look awesome.
But I digress.
I digress.
Guys, when we first met Officer Bagley, most of us met him for the first time when he was
doing his testimony at the preliminary hearing.
And it was in that testimony that Officer Bagley gave a sequence of events.
The sequence of events kind of told us where he was and how he managed to make his way
to the Losey Center.
Officer Bagley, you will remember, is the guy who supposedly discovered the screwdriver,
the screwdriver, the only piece of evidence that puts Tyler Robinson on the roof.
There's no video footage.
It definitively puts Tyler Robinson on the roof.
There's no weapon that definitively puts Tyler Robinson on the roof.
There's no shell casings that definitively put Tyler Robinson on the roof.
There's no fingerprints or no DNA except for on the screwdriver.
And we have to trust Officer Bagley.
We have to trust his veracity.
We have to trust that he's telling us the truth about how he came to find the screwdriver.
So let's go through a little bit of that story and then we'll show it a little additional footage today.
And you guys can determine whether or not he's being honest.
Because if he's not being honest, how do we know he found the screwdriver?
So let's go through a few things first.
First thing we have to find is how the holster was discovered because Officer Bagley will later tell us he discovered the holster.
So let's take a look at a quick clip that shows us the holster discovery taking place on the Menorah Courtyard at Utah Valley University.
Am I ahead of you?
There we go.
So there's the holster being discovered.
Officer Bagley is down here on the lower right.
We have Officer Allen Robertson from Utah State University and Chief Jeff Long from Utah Valley University.
They're up there discovering a holster.
And Officer Robertson is directing Officer Bagley to make his way over to the holster.
We will hear testimony from Officer Bagley in just a little bit that might or might not line up with what you just saw.
And then we lose Bagley.
We lose Bagley for a few minutes.
Bagley's now pushing people away.
Back, back, back.
Get back.
Bagley's pushing people out of the way.
Notice what you don't see Bagley doing.
Nobody sees Bagley talking to Jeff Long about the Losey Center.
Nobody sees Bagley looking up at the Losey Center for a direct line of sight.
Nobody sees Bagley pointing to the Losey Center.
No, Bagley is in crowd control mode after the discovery of the holster.
And I'm pointing all that out for a reason.
Because when we hear from Officer Bagley.
In just a moment, recount this story.
You're going to see a little bit of a different story than you just watched.
So now we lose him for a couple of minutes.
Luckily, the video footage we just showed was from a guy named Life is Driving.
He broadcasts on Life is Driving.
His name's Adam Bartholomew.
He's been very kind, letting people use that video that he has up on his YouTube site.
So if you want to go see it, you can check it out over there.
It's like an hour and a half long.
The next time we pick up Officer Bagley is the last time we see Officer Bagley on the Life is Driving video.
There's a little clip of him.
And he's wandering away.
And one might be tempted to think, well, if they just discovered the holster at 1230.
And that's when it was.
That video footage right then was from 1230 p.m.
If they just discovered the holster at 1230, let's start a clock.
How long after he finds the holster does he end up on the Losey Center roof?
So we first have to track Bagley around.
So let's go to Officer Bagley.
The last time we see him on the Life is Driving video.
We will see him exiting the courtyard.
There's Officer Bagley.
Exactly right there.
He's in the lower part of your screen.
This, I will tell you, is just before 1233.
This is like 1232.50, I think, is the closest we could get.
That's him walking out under the breezeway.
And we never see him again on the Life is Driving video.
Well, when that's all there was, when the only video we had of Officer Bagley was the Life is Driving video,
a lot of people assumed that was the moment he started making his way to the Losey Center.
Because, well, frankly.
That was his testimony.
We'll look at it again in just a second.
But a lot of people thought, hey, okay, 1233.
He makes his way to the Losey Center.
Well, what was going on on the Losey Center around 1233?
We now know.
We now know.
Because Candace got a tip.
And Candace showed us what was happening on the Losey Center between 1233, when we just saw Officer Bagley,
and 1242 or 43-ish.
We'll watch that now.
Here is 1235-ish.
This is a couple of minutes after Officer Bagley walks under the breezeway.
We have what has been termed Slender Man, and he's walking around up on the roof.
Now it's 1236.
He's walking right to the corner where Tyler Robinson did the Fosbury flop, according to one of the officers.
Now we are one of the lawyers.
Now he's 1238.
He's still wandering around.
He's been up there already three minutes.
He is walking back and forth.
Now we have 1242.
It's almost 1243.
We don't have the exact second, but this is getting on 1243.
And we finally see Slender Man sort of making his way towards the stairs.
So we lose Officer Bagley at 1232.
Ten minutes later, we have a guy up around the crime scene.
And you'll remember Candace told you that footage was clipped.
The footage was clipped.
It was not there.
It's missing.
It's missing.
You could go in the system and you could watch.
The police, everybody, nobody has the footage.
Nobody has the footage.
We have this guy walking around right next to the scene of the crime.
Boom.
It's missing.
This footage is missing.
So we have to ask ourselves, what was the Officer Bagley version of events?
Because what we just saw was the holster was discovered at 1230.
1232, 1233, Officer Bagley exits stage left.
He goes onto the breezeway.
1242, ten minutes later, nine, ten minutes later,
no walking around.
It's just before 1243 that he finally leaves the staircase.
Let's listen to Officer Bagley's testimony and have him explain what he was doing during this period of time.
After we got some people kind of cleared away a little bit,
I thought I needed to start preserving the scene because we had a crime scene.
And with some of my experience and training to that effect of I decided now we need to contain the scene
and help preserve as much evidence as we can.
So I started pushing.
I started pushing people off the grass, out of the courtyard area because I knew that's where the crime scene was.
So as soon as we started pushing those guys out, my chief, Chief Long, that was right next to me,
I looked down and saw an empty pistol holder that was sitting just on top of the grass.
And at that moment, things had died down in just a split second.
I realized that the shot I heard was more of a rifle shot and not a pistol shot.
And what causes?
What causes you to say that?
Just from being around firearms through all my trainings, the difference is, you know, a handgun is more of a short bang-pop sound.
With a rifle, you have more of a longer, violent crackle sound.
It's more of a violent kind of sound.
It's longer.
So that's why I recognized it.
Okay.
Does a rifle sound louder typically?
Yes.
Okay.
Going back to when you heard this gunshot, could you tell where it came from, some direction?
Yes.
I knew it came from the east of me.
The east of you.
Okay.
So you see this realization comes to your mind.
What did you do next?
At that moment, when I saw the holster, the empty holster, I turned to my chief and I said, that was a rifle shot.
He said, I agree.
And I looked up at that moment, right in the line of sight, I could see the Losey.
The Losey building had a direct line of sight.
So I proceeded to go look at that and see what was going on up there.
Is that what you saw?
That's not what I saw.
Again, I'm letting you be the judge.
I'm letting you be the judge.
I don't want to tell you what it was the video showed.
But did you see him find a holster?
Or did you see Alan Robertson and Chief Long find a holster and go get Bagley and bring him over to the scene?
I mean, that's kind of what it looked like to me.
Did you see Bagley pointing up at the Losey Center?
Looking for a direct line of sight?
Having a conversation with Chief Long about this is a rifle shot?
I know that because it's not a pistol shot, because it's deep and guttural.
I don't recall seeing that conversation take place.
But again, we can't hear it.
Maybe they were ventriloquisting.
Maybe they were talking without moving their lips.
Don't know.
Don't know what they were doing.
And then he says, what did you do after that?
Well, I decided to go to the Losey Center.
Well, so how long does it take you to get to the Losey Center?
Because we saw in the original Life is Driving video, it was at least two and a half, maybe three minutes later.
He's still milling around the Menorah Courtyard right there.
When did he decide to go to the Losey Center?
Well, let's do a quick recap because I want to find the moment that the guy known as Slender Man finally leaves the rooftop.
Let's go look at that exact moment.
There's Slender Man.
He's been hanging out for the last eight minutes, wandering around, and he finally decides now's the time to go downstairs.
I might as well go downstairs.
Cannot give you a precise to the millisecond time, but what I can tell you is it's a, I mean, a hair before 1243.
It's just before 1243.
Why is that time important?
Well, because it's not long after that that Officer Bagley shows up.
He's decided to stop dilly-dallying around in the Menorah Courtyard.
He's decided to finally make his way over to the Losey Center.
So what was he doing this whole time?
We lost him at 1233, remember?
According to the Life is Driving video, no more Officer Bagley.
But guess what?
We've got never-before-seen footage of Officer Bagley.
Let's take a look at it, and we will see what he's doing and when.
Here is Officer Bagley hanging out with Mikey, the General, the Admiral.
Mikey the Great, Mikey the Amazing.
Oh, now Officer Bagley decides it's time to go.
Now he's gone.
He finally walks out into the courtyard.
But guess what time that was, guys?
That was like 1241.
That was like 1241.
So think about what would have happened,
because we know when Officer Bagley decides he's going to head over to the Losey Center.
It obviously wasn't before that.
He was hanging out in the breezeway talking to Mikey McCoy, shooting the breeze.
Who knows what they're talking about?
But let's listen to a couple of radio clips.
Let's listen to a couple of radio clips from Officer Bagley,
and we'll get an idea.
We'll get an idea of when Officer Bagley decided to make his way to the Losey Center,
and importantly, how long it took him to get there once he decided he was going to go.
Whoever has a drone, let's go up on the east side of campus called the Losey Center.
I'm going to go up on the roof.
So he's going to go up on the roof.
Whoever has a drone, get a drone up there.
The time of that radio call was 1241.
It's 1241.
He found the holster at 1230, and according to his testimony, decided that was the time to skedaddle.
He was going to waddle, skedaddle, whatever he does.
He was going to get over to the Losey Center.
Pronto, scat.
Let's get going.
But he doesn't.
Instead, he mills around the menorah a couple of more minutes.
Then he goes under the breezeway.
He's hamming it up with the boys from TPUSA.
And it's not until 1241 that he decides to go.
Well, what's going on at the Losey Center?
Slenderman.
Slenderman's at the Losey Center.
And we don't know what he's doing because there's clips missing.
Remember, there's clips missing.
So we have really no idea what Slenderman's doing, but we know he showed up at 1235.
So if Bagley decides 1241, he's going to go to the Losey Center, how long does it take him to get there?
We see him leave at 1241, so we know he didn't go before that.
Listen to this radio, and it'll give you an idea of what time he arrives.
On top of the Losey building, I do have kind of an imprint, which would be a great angle.
Just in 14, I'm up on top.
So he's on top of the Losey Center.
Well, that radio transmission was 1245.
So it took him less than four minutes to get from under the Hall of Flags behind Charlie Kirk's tent
to the roof of the Losey Center to where he could get all the way over to the alleged sniper's perch
and find an imprint.
That's less than four minutes.
Now, Slenderman was on the roof for eight minutes.
And the important part is, Slenderman didn't get to the roof until 1235.
If Officer Bagley had this intuition at 1230 that the shot may have come from the Losey Center,
that now becomes an active crime scene in his mind.
That is the moment at which Officer Bagley could have chosen to go investigate that active crime scene.
And had he done so, guess who he beats to the Losey Center?
Slenderman.
He arrives before the mysterious figure who's hanging out, again, in the exact same spot on the roof
where Tyler Robinson approached, stood for a minute or so, and then he's out.
Just like our friend Slenderman did.
Stands in the exact same spot, the exact same corner.
And then the camera cuts when Slenderman's there,
and the camera cuts when Tyler Robinson's there.
Awfully convenient. Awfully convenient.
Awfully convenient.
A lot of people say, do you have any evidence whatsoever
that this is some kind of a cover-up involving other people?
Well, I mean, we've got weird stuff.
That's pretty weird.
If you're counting weird, checkbox on the weird column.
Checkbox on the weird column.
Add another weird column after today.
Officer Bagley could have beat Slenderman to the scene of the crime.
I doubt very much Slenderman's hanging out there.
You remember how eager Officer Bagboy was to back, back, back, push people back
when they were near the holster?
Imagine if he had gotten to the Losey Center roof and a weird guy's walking around
and a weird guy's standing in the corner for eight minutes.
It wouldn't have happened.
But I also find one more thing interesting.
It's almost like this Slenderman
figure was waiting next to the crime scene
until Officer Bagley was very close.
Because Officer Bagley testifies that he shows up at 1244.
And we told you that Slenderman exits the stairs right about 1243.
So 1230, Officer Bagley is involved in finding a holster.
He decides or he testifies that it's time to go to the Losey Center.
That is now an active crime scene in his mind.
But not yet.
Not yet.
We got to wait 10 minutes.
Why are we waiting?
I don't know.
But I bet Slenderman's glad he waited.
If Slenderman was involved in any capacity, he has to be the happiest man in the world.
That Officer Bagley decided not to do what he testified he did,
but instead wander around the Menorah Courtyard a little bit,
go under the Hall of Flags, chop it up with Mikey McCoy.
You know, I don't know if they fist bump and elbow,
but I have no idea what they're doing under there.
They could be discussing very serious things.
Mikey's a general after all.
And not until 1241 does he decide, hey, maybe we should go over to this active crime scene.
All the while, Slenderman's up on the crime scene hanging out and the camera's cutting in and out.
I can't tell you what conclusion to draw from all this.
I can't tell you that Officer Bagley intentionally delayed going there to allow Slenderman to do whatever Slenderman did.
I can't tell you Slenderman did anything at all.
And I can't tell you Slenderman intentionally delayed leaving the Losey Center roof until he knew Bagley was very close.
But I can tell you that's exactly what happened.
I can tell you that's exactly what happened.
I can't tell you what was in their mind, but I can tell you that is the set of facts that happened.
And you can draw whatever conclusion you want.
And if I'm a defense lawyer in a trial, I am jumping up and down screaming these facts while I'm banging on the pulpit,
hoping to get the jury's attention that, hey, these are important facts.
I can tell you that much.
I don't know why Officer Bagley delayed.
I don't know why Slenderman went up there.
But I can tell you.
Officer Bagley not delayed.
There was no Slenderman on the roof.
There was no Slenderman on the roof because Bagley would have beat him to the punch.
So, again, how do you explain it?
I look forward to Bagley explaining it at trial, frankly.
I really do.
And I think they're going to have trouble making a case without Bagley.
He's a very important part.
Remember, he found the screwdriver.
Didn't radio in about the screwdriver, but allegedly found the screwdriver.
They're going to have a difficult case making this case without Officer Bagley.
But I don't know how you make a case with Officer Bagley when his.
Testimony at the preliminary hearing is, in my opinion, pretty easily impeachable.
we have video evidence. He did not do what he said he did. Now he could say, I was dilly-dallying
around and looking for help. It'll be interesting to see what his explanation is going to be. It'll
be interesting to see how the defense attacks it. I have long said, if you've watched my program
very long, I think it is a very difficult burden for the prosecution to meet reasonable doubt.
And it's instances like this that cause me the gravest amount of concern for the prosecution.
I don't think that you can meet reasonable doubt when you have issues like this popping up
with a key witness. And that's just the first witness. That's Officer Bagley. That's the very
first witness they put up. And it's a witness they're going to have to have to convict Tyler
Robinson. So when we get back, I'm going to talk about a scheduling snafu that took place at the
pretrial conference, a scheduling snafu, and who was it about? And what is the weird connection
to this case? We'll be right back. Let me tell you about our friends from Mars Men.
You ever feel like you're doing all the right things, going to the gym, eating better,
trying to get enough sleep, but your energy, focus, and performance just aren't where they

TNUSA.com slash Candace. That's TNUSA.com slash Candace.
All right, guys, welcome back. I'm telling you what, when you talk about all the different
hearings that have taken place in this case, hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of pleadings.
I mean, I think we're up to like 800 plus entries in the docket so far. This is a big case. It's a
death penalty case. They're all big, but it's a death penalty case involving a very high profile
public figure. So it's got a little more, a few more eyes on it. So lawyers dot their eyes and
tease a little more.
Well, one of the things that's been happening over the course of this is the seats to get into the
hearing are very hotly contested. People want to get in. People camp out overnight. You have a good
on the ground journalist camping out overnight to get in. You have media people filing motions
weeks ahead of time to get in, to get access. You have arguments over whether you can record
the hearings. You have arguments over whether you can video display the hearings, whether you can
take still shots of the hearings. All of this is taking place. And the judge is going to have to
make real time rulings on all of these things. That was no different from what happened at the
pretrial conference. Just a week or two ago, we had a pretrial conference and in the weeks leading up
to it, no media filed, no media filed to broadcast the hearing. Well, as a result, the judge did not
allow anyone to broadcast the hearing. So we had to rely on on the grounds boots on the ground type
of journalist inside the hearing to let us know what happened because they wouldn't even let you
dial into the web.
It's a WebEx platform. Lawyers know this. A lot of other people know that. Think of it like Zoom for
for meetings. People dial in and you can listen on the phone. You can dial in on the computer.
And it's a company called WebEx. And apparently this is the system that the Utah County courts
use. So people would have been dialing in and listening to the WebEx feed or watching it on
YouTube or just getting the rundown after the fact. So that kind of sets the stage.
One of the things that happened when nobody filed, no media filed, no media filed,
no media filed to go into the pretrial conference, the pretrial conference, the scheduling conference
where they were going to hear arguments on when to have a trial date. When no media filed to
broadcast that live, the judge decided he was going to limit also the number of people who
could be on the WebEx platform. Now, I will let you know that somebody violated that. In fact,
there was only two people that were permitted to be in that pretrial WebEx platform.
We'll show you that in just a second. But I want to let you see Andrea Burkhart got a hold of the
the audio from the WebEx. I don't know how she got it. I didn't ask her. I didn't see it anywhere
else. So I don't know if she I'm not going to ask any questions, but she got it. And we're thankful
because we were able to listen to it because I had been tipped off from somebody named Diligent
Denison, who was in the courtroom. Diligent calls and says, hey, something weird happened that day.
I said, what happened? He said a guy chimed in and logged into the WebEx platform and he was unauthorized.
I thought, well, that's weird. Well, then Andrea Burkhart got a hold of the WebEx audio and I listened
to it and it was pretty shocking to me as a lawyer. It was pretty shocking what happened. I'll let you
watch Andrea replay it. Now she does a little talking over the audio. So there's a little extra
going on, but we'll play that and then I'll tell you why it shocked me so much. Here we go. Half an
hour in just about and nothing happened yet. All because we can't have the
public listening by WebEx coming on disconnection and we can't hear. Yes. Yes. He'll text us and let
us know if there's a problem. All right. So we have an objection from the defense period of previous
tried to log in. I think he was in before to allow her to start. Judge, there's a Brian who has tried
to log in. I think he was in before he represents parents. And it's my understanding he's appeared at
previous WebEx hearings. We would like him to be able to access this hearing through WebEx. I don't
believe there's any objection from the defense. Yes. All right. The link could be sent to Sarah
Varner with my office. I want to hear from the defense. I need to make a ruling on this as close

at Carvana dot com. So Andrea Burkhart's approach, she's a
longtime lawyer. She's she's litigated at the trial court level. She's done the appellate level. So her
reactions are pretty genuine, I think. What she's identified here is something that probably could
have been avoided. The judge didn't have to limit how many people could listen on the WebEx. I'm not
sure why he did, to be honest with you. It's not something he'd done in the past. And because he
limited it and someone chimed in and or logged into the program and they didn't identify
themselves and they they had no apparent connection to the case, everything ground to a halt. And it
was like a 30 or 45 minute delay. It largely went unreported. And it wasn't until I talked to
diligent denizen and then watch that clip that it clicked. The guy who logged into the program was a
guy named Brian Simowitz, Brian Simowitz. And that name rung a bell. It rung a bell in this case, not
just a bell overall. Now, I look because they did not say who the Brian Simowitz was. So initially
they said he represented the Kirk's parents. I looked for a Brian Simowitz who's a lawyer. I looked in multiple different
states that have kind of connections to this case, Illinois, Florida, Arizona, Utah. I couldn't find a
Brian Simowitz. So I had to wonder, is this the Brian Simowitz that has a connection to this case?
First, I want you to see the order just so you can understand what I'm talking about here. There
are only two people that had authority to log into this WebEx. Go ahead and put that up.
Here is the portion, the relevant portion of the judge's order on the
WebEx. If you go down to the last sentence, it's the final three or four lines, starting with the word
the on the right hand side. The court also grants Mr. Burt's request to attend remotely. Mr. Burt is
Michael Burt.
He's a lawyer for Tyler Robinson.
He was not there in person.
He was attending virtually.
So the court also grants Mr. Burt's request to attend remotely and permits remote attendance
by Ms. Erica Kirk, the victim's representative, her attorney, or both, as set out in Section
3 and Paragraph 7 below.
Only two parties have permission to be on this WebEx platform.
Michael Burt, lawyer for Tyler Robinson, Erica Kirk, victim representative, widow, or her
lawyers or representatives.
And so you can imagine when Erica Kirk is already on, or the lawyer's already on, and
you can imagine when Michael Burt's already on and a third person jumps in, they think
it's been hacked.
They think it's been leaked.
There's chaos going on.
The guy won't identify himself.
Who's on there?
Talk to us.
He won't do it.
And it was like a half hour before they got it resolved, and they learned it was Brian
Simowitz.
Well, how did he get the WebEx login?
There's only two people that were supposed to have it.
Erica Kirk and Michael Burt.
I can't imagine Michael Burt gave the WebEx to somebody who eventually was determined
to be a representative of Charlie Kirk's parents.
That would be kind of weird.
The defense lawyer giving it to the Kirk parents.
That's weird.
So we have to assume it was Erica Kirk or someone associated with Erica Kirk.
They're the only two people that were permitted to be on.
The only two people that had the credentials.
So if she's the only option, and if Brian Simowitz truly is representative,
representing the Kirk parents, who is Brian Simowitz?
The answer, I told you, we don't really know.
But we do know of a Brian Simowitz in connection to this case.
And it's a weird connection.
It's a very weird connection.
I have a clip here I'm going to show you from the restaurantology event in Salt Lake City.
If you guys remember, the restaurantology event was the last interview Charlie Kirk
gave before he lost his life at Utah Valley University shortly after 12.
This took place around 10 a.m.
He gave an interview.
He gave an interview at the restaurantology event.
He gave it to a guy named Andrew, but they referenced a guy named Brian in the crowd.
I'll let you listen here.
But before we jump into our entrepreneurial journey and share with a room full of entrepreneurs
and executives, Charlie, we're both Chicagoans.
Where are you from and what's your story in Chicago?
Yeah, I'm from Wheeling, Arlington Heights area.
Arlington Heights.
Yeah, so I'm Elgin.
Yeah, so Brian's here.
He's a big Vikings fan.
It's just this whole thing.
And so it's a tough week.
Tough week.
It was.
It's a tough week.
I think it was the last minute, right?
Thanks for reminding me.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So that's Brian.
That's a Brian.
He was a Vikings fan.
Well, guess what?
When you look up Brian Simowitz's social media, the Brian Simowitz who they're referencing
there, he's a Vikings fan.
He's a Vikings fan.
So it makes sense that they're identifying Brian Simowitz in that.
Well, how did Charlie even get to this restaurantology event?
It's a weird timing.
Candace has pointed this out many times.
It's a weird timing because he has an event at noon in Orem, Utah.
Orem, Utah.
Orem, Utah.
Orem, Utah is roughly an hour away from Salt Lake City.
You would think it's weird to stack his schedule that way.
Have him fly in in a suit, give an interview from 10 to 11, change clothes, jump in a car,
hightail it to Orem, show up completely, I guess, rolling in on two wheels, yanking
and banking his way to Orem, Utah, and then jump out of the car, immediately start throwing
hats, not even really time to go to the restroom.
He was supposed to do a green room event.
That got canceled.
So who is this Brian Simowitz?
Well, let's look at Noted Home Improvement Blogger.
There's a Noted Home Improvement Blogger who, for some reason, had the scoop.
She wrote the whole story of Charlie Kirk at the restaurantology event.
I'm going to pull up a relevant portion of it here.
Here is Brian.
Now, notice what happened to Brian.
Focus shifted to Brian.
This Noted Home Improvement Blogger, Jessica Reed Krause, is writing this.
Focus shifted to Brian once he appeared.
Married to Charlie's cousin.
Okay, so now we see a connection between Brian Simowitz and Charlie Kirk.
He showed up in ragged shape after a violent fencing accident that had left him with three
broken ribs, a fractured shoulder and wrist, and a partially collapsed lung.
That was Brian Simowitz.
That's the shape he was in when he showed up at the restaurantology event.
Yet, on the day of the event, he was in a ragged shape.
On the day of the event, Brian woke to something pressing, what he considers divine intervention.
Something told him to go.
To get there however he could.
Charlie understood his reason for skipping it, but something that morning told him he needed to be there.
So he got dressed and headed out against the advice of his friends and doctors.
Hearing the story of his brutal fall, Charlie teased him about the mishap as typical Arkansas activities.
My friends, I know a lot of people from Arkansas.
I don't know any of them that have had violent fencing activities.
Violent fencing incidents that resulted in multiple broken ribs, a collapsed lung, a fractured shoulder, a broken wrist.
This is the very first ever violent fencing injury I've ever heard of.
In fact, I googled violent fencing injuries and they're almost unheard of.
The little thing, you know, assuming they're talking about the sport of fencing, the little thing bends and you've got all this protective gear.
If they're talking about building a fence, what the hell kind of fence are they building that causes a broken ribs and punctured lung?
Anyway, I don't want to go on and on about it, but this is the Brian Simowitz.
This is what Noted Home Improvement Blogger tells us about Brian Simowitz.
Now, I want to show you just confirmation because I don't believe anything this Noted Home Improvement Blogger says.
So she says he's a cousin.
Let's listen directly from Brian Simowitz himself.
He's got a LinkedIn post or a Facebook comment that explains that he is Charlie Kirk's.
Wife's cousin or his wife is Charlie Kirk's cousin.
Yeah, Brian, how do you know him?
He was my wife's first cousin.
So the way I imagine it is Charlie's mom had a sister.
Sister marries has a daughter that makes it Charlie's first cousin.
This guy Simowitz marries this girl.
But I have to wonder and I'm going to speculate here.
I have to speculate a little bit because the reason Charlie is.
At this event is because of this Brian Simowitz.
It's a weird event.
It's weirdly scheduled.
It's weirdly timed.
This Brian Simowitz shortly before the event has an unbelievably violent episode.
They're going to call it a fencing accident.
I'm going to call it an episode because I don't really know what happened.
But it looks like you got the hell beat out of him.
If I'm being honest, it looks like he got worked over pretty well.
Fractured ribs, punctured lung, fractured shoulder, fractured ribs.
Fist.
You can see he's there in that picture.
He's wearing black and has a black sling.
But he's not.
He's not missing an arm.
The first time I saw this picture, I thought he was missing an arm.
He's not.
That's a sling.
You can see his fingers over there by Charlie.
This photo was taken after the restaurantology event.
That's Brian Simowitz.
So my question is, is that the same Brian Simowitz who's logging into the Charlie Kirk WebEx on behalf of Charlie Kirk's parents?
Why can't Charlie Kirk's parents log in on behalf of Charlie Kirk's parents?
Why can't Charlie Kirk's dad?
I mean, he's a pretty sophisticated guy, runs an architecture firm.
You tell me he can't dial into a call, a conference call?
I doubt he's.
I mean, I find it impossible to believe he's never dialed into a conference call.
We're post-COVID here.
I find it impossible to believe he's never joined a Zoom meeting or some sort of online meeting software.
So why Brian Simowitz?
And if it is the same Brian Simowitz, why wouldn't he identify himself for a half an hour?
It raises a lot of questions.
There's a lot of speculation in my mind that there was a scramble.
Potentially to explain who this guy was and why he wasn't identifying himself and what he's doing on the call.
Because if you have a guy who shortly before Charlie dies, ends up in a violent incident with broken ribs,
punctured lung, fractured shoulder, fractured wrist, and then shows up the day he dies against doctors and friends orders,
his doctors and friends say, I don't want you to go.
This isn't a good idea.
You shouldn't be there.
He lives in Arkansas.
The event's in Utah.
Maybe sit this one out.
Uh, uh, boss, this is, this is not the best time for you to travel across the country.
You have a violent incident.
You show up on the day he dies and then no one hears from you until you show up on a random WebEx conference over a year later and you refuse to identify yourself.
I'm going to keep an eye on this.
This is the kind of story I hope that somebody has some more information than we do.
Somebody out there hopefully has more information on a story like this.
They can say, oh, that's a different Brian Simowitz or, oh, I was there during the fencing accident.
He was fencing a glow global world champion in the sport of fencing, or they were working on a particularly gnarly fence and he had this freak accident in the tractor flipped over.
And I have no idea what happened because my mind runs to the worst possible places.
This way, my mind runs to the worst possible places.
When you think there's a potential multi-agency coverup involving many, many parties that led to the death of Charlie Kirk.
And I do.
I do tend to believe that.
Having a guy show up in a violent after a violent incident that led to his body being pretty mangled on the day Charlie died, him fighting through that to show up on the day Charlie dies and then still being somehow involved in the case 13, 14 months later.
So that he's dialing into court hearings.
It's weird.
I'm sorry.
It's weird.
I'm sure all the Fed sloppers.
Oh, you're so skeptical and you don't take anything at face value.
No, I don't.
I'm sorry.
You guys lost that right.
You lost that right when you had people like Officer Bagbo.
telling me he hustled over
to the Losey Center at a moment's notice after finding the holster, and then we learn he milled
around for 11 minutes while Slender Man's up there doing God knows what. You lose that right. You
lose the right to the benefit of the doubt when weird things happen. I will quote Dr. Erica Kirk,
I don't believe in coincidences. I don't believe in coincidences, but I do believe in strokes.
Let me switch gears here. I want to switch gears. There's a senator in Connecticut. His name's
Christopher Murphy. Yeah, Chris Murphy. There he is. Mr. Murphy. Mr. Murphy. You know, when these
guys become senators, they think they're somebody. Anyway, I digress. Chris Murphy, being in the
Senate, being on the Appropriations Committee, being on the Foreign Relations Committee, he's
been there a long time. He had just done a delegation. He had traveled around the Middle
East talking to different people. Along the way, somebody briefs him and says, hey, do you understand
what the Appropriations Committee is? Do you understand what the Appropriations Committee is?
Do you understand what the United States is planning to do here shortly after the midterms?
And Murphy listens to this, digests it, seems to be a little weirded out by the plan.
And so he speaks out about it. We got a clip of it. It's about a minute of him talking about
this supposed plan and, more importantly, what he thinks of it.
In one of these briefings, we did get the chance to have a fairly detailed conversation about what
the war plan would be if we restarted military operations. You've heard
a preview that it would be a short-duration plan. I will just say this. Their plan is insane.
It won't. It will lead to devastating escalation and the likely destruction of our commitment to
the rule of law. Can you say more? I mean, there's been
open reporting as to, you know, what we may be planning and the civilian infrastructure that we
may be targeting. I think the plan, the plan that they have, they've been asked by the president to
develop a plan. Whether they believe it, it will work or not, I do not know. But the plan that they
have developed will lead, in my view, to a prolongment and an escalation of this war that
will be devastating for our security interests.
He sounded scared. He sounded scared. I know that sometimes people get hyperbolic when somebody from
the other party is planning to do something. Senator Murphy's a Democrat. Donald Trump's
a Republican. That means the Department of War is led by a Republican. The Secretary of State's
office is led by a Republican. And I know sometimes people just get hyperbolic for political purposes.
That did not seem that way to me. It didn't seem that way to me. In fact, that was over the weekend.
He has this speech. He speaks.
He speaks out, or the last few days. But he speaks out and he says, hey, there's something
devastating coming. And it's almost sounded unprecedented. And so you start thinking,
what is it? I mean, are we going to throw in ground troops? Are we going to bomb, you know,
nuclear facilities again like we did last time? Are we going to, you know, bomb civilian
infrastructure, desalination, water plants, power plants, schools? We've already done that once.
What are we going to do? Well, Tucker Carlson weighed in yesterday. Tucker Carlson took to
Twitter yesterday.
And weighed in about what he is hearing behind the scenes. So we had Christopher Murphy.
Now we have Tucker Carlson. Tucker Carlson says, under pressure from Israeli Prime Minister
Benjamin Netanyahu, the Trump administration may be within days of launching a nuclear strike
on Iran. Target would be Pickaxe Mountain in central Iran, where Israeli intelligence claims
the Iranian government has restarted its nuclear enrichment program. No conventional weapon,
the American arsenal, can penetrate 300 feet of solid granite to destroy the tunnels where
enrichment is supposedly taking place. The only military option is a nuclear strike.
Netanyahu has been pushing hard for one. Bibi calls Trump about it every day,
says an informed observer. Could this be what Christopher Murphy's talking about?
Could this be the dangerous escalation that caused his voice to crack at the end of that?
Why are we even talking about this in the first place? I mean,
they're going to do what they're going to do. They've not consulted us. That's a point Tucker
made in that tweet. We didn't play the whole tweet. But that's a point that Tucker made in
that tweet. The people who are going to be most at risk are the people not being consulted.
The president of the United States has not called me. He's not called any other civilians that I'm
aware of and said, hey, should we nuke Iran? It would be, of course, unprecedented. Only one
country has ever dropped a nuclear weapon in anger. It's been the United States twice.
But it's been since 1945. You're talking 81 years ago. This is almost unprecedented. It's almost
unheard of. And nobody's going to do that. And nobody knows the consequence. Because when we dropped a nuclear weapon in 1945,
no one else had them. No one else had them. And so nobody could drop one back. No one could
escalate on par. There was nothing anyone could do. They had to just sit back and they didn't
know how many we had. We could add a thousand of them. And so everybody kind of had to throw
up their hands and say, yeah, this is not ideal. Well, guess what? Times have changed. This is 81
years later. There are thousands and thousands of these in the hands of different countries all over
the world. Even countries that have never formally acknowledged they have nuclear weapons also have
nuclear weapons. And so what happens after this? Say you're a senator and you come out and you say,
hey, Donald Trump's thinking of doing something insane. It's going to lead to an unbelievably
dangerous escalation. And you go on TV and say that. Well, I'll show you what happened to Senator
Chris Murphy after he said it. Days later, hospitalized with a stroke.
Hospitalized with a stroke. I can't help but wonder if that's not related. I don't know. I mean,
he was at his kid's hockey game. His left arm goes numb. Here it is. He started experiencing
numbness in his arm while at his son's hockey game. He's taken to a local hospital, discovered
he experienced a stroke, transferred to Johns Hopkins for further monitoring, responding well
to treatment, recently returned from a multi-stop tour of the Middle East, after which he warned
that President Trump would dramatically escalate the situation.
I think Chris Murphy's like in his 50s, early 50s. Not an old man. Like, this is not somebody who's
like Mitch McConnell having a stroke. Mitch McConnell was dead 10 years before he had a
stroke. He's already dead and he's still walking around in the Senate. That's not what I'm talking
about. Chris Murphy's a young guy. You saw a picture of him. He's not an old guy. Now, yeah,
young people have strokes, but how many young people have strokes right after being briefed
on devastating escalation in the war in Iran and are a sitting member of the foreign relations
or the Appropriations Committee and the Foreign Relations Committee, and then go on TV and
describe that there could be this insane operation underway. So, again, leave it to your imagination.
Is this related? I can't say for sure. The final story I want to talk about today concerns the
hell out of me, and it starts and ends in the same region, but it takes place in Michigan.
This is a very strange story. Very strange story. Haley Stevens. Haley Stevens. I first learned about
this when somebody texted me, a friend of mine texted me and said, did you see what Haley Stevens
did? I said, who the hell is Haley Stevens? I never heard of Haley Stevens. I had to look her up.
I did not hear the story, but I sat there and watched a few of the clips, and I thought,
what in the world is going on here? She endorsed, she's a Democrat, she's a House member.
She voted twice to impeach Donald Trump. She endorsed the Democrat in the United States
Senate. She had previously run for the United States Senate in the primary. Haley Stevens loses
that race to a guy named Al-Sayed. Abdul Al-Sayed is now the flag bearer for the Democrat party in
the U.S. Senate in Michigan. His all hopes ride on his election tomorrow. And then the girl who lost
to him, who endorsed him, who said Donald Trump was a danger to society and all these things
couldn't be trusted, comes out just yesterday and endorses the Republican. Here's a little clip of
kind of what it sounded like.
Thank you, and greetings to the press corps. My name's Haley Stevens. I'm a proud Democrat, and I am endorsing Mike Rogers for the United States Senate. I am one vote in this state. Michigan is a swing state, and I have a divided household, as some of you have heard up until last night, but even my own mother cast her vote for Mike Rogers as my own father cast his vote for Abdul.
The guy standing to her right was the Republican, Mike Rogers. That's the guy standing to her right. I'm going to play one more explanation, then we're going to go back and look at a picture from that event, because there was someone else in that screen that you should know about. There's Mike Rogers, the Republican running for Senate. His election is tomorrow. There's Haley Stevens, the Democrat who's endorsing the Republican after endorsing the Democrat. Okay, so make sure everybody's paying attention here. Here's a real story.
Here's a real short clip from Anderson Cooper on CNN of Haley Stevens giving a little more explanation to Anderson Cooper.
Well, look, this is just a weight off my shoulders, okay? Abdul has been getting angrier and angrier. I was trying to help, and I endorsed him. That ad was very painful. There are so many Democrats who want to vote for our Democratic nominee, and they're just being told, hey, this is a party you don't belong to.
there are so many Democrats who want to vote for our Democratic nominee, and they're just being told, hey, this is a party you don't belong in, or this is a campaign you don't belong in. And I've never cast a present vote in the Senate.
the Congress. I'm making a decision here. And, you know, that's just where I landed on this.
I woke up this morning clear eyed, fresh and, you know, focused on what was in my heart. And
that's that. She mentioned earlier in that first clip that her house is divided on this.
She wasn't just talking about her mother. Her significant others are committed
Zionists, obviously on the opposite side of Abdul Zayed on that. And maybe that's what she was
referencing rather than just her mother. Maybe she's referencing her significant other. But it's
not the weirdest part of this story. I want to show you a picture here of the spokesperson
for Mike Rogers, that woman in white right there. So you see Haley Stevens. She's on the microphones.
You got Mike Rogers over there in the blue suit with the green tie for some reason.
You have now a woman in between them in aviator sunglasses and a white T-shirt.
Her name is Abigail Ronson. Abigail Ronson. I'm going to show you a document
filed by Abigail Ronson, and then we'll look at what's she doing as the spokesperson
for a U.S. Senate candidate. There is a document right here. You see these highlights?
Abigail Ronson there at the top. She's registering for some company called
Clarkson. She's registering for some company called
Clocktower X. What is this? Havas Media Network. That seems pretty innocuous.
Let me explain to you what this is. This is a FARA registration. This is a FARA registration,
Foreign Agency Registration Act. She's registered as a foreign agent through a company,
Clocktower X. We've talked about it on my show. I know Candace has talked about it on her show.
Clocktower X is running an Israeli propaganda campaign on U.S. turf in the United States.
Millions and millions of dollars. Not like one or two, like dozens, maybe hundreds of millions of
dollars. They're running it through a company called Havas Media Network. So it looks pretty
innocuous, right? Oh, I'm just registering for some media company out of Germany named Havas.
No, Havas is registered to Israel. This woman, this Abigail Ronson, the spokesperson
for a U.S. Senate candidate for an election that is taking place tomorrow, is a foreign agent of
Israel.
She is a foreign agent of Israel. Mike Rogers' campaign spokesperson is a registered agent for
Israel documents show. There's actually two of them. Abigail Ronson's the one we just saw. We'll
talk about Jesse Stokes in a second. They've been working for the government of Israel since May
and last October, respectively, while also working on the campaign of Mike Rogers for Senate.
Do you remember just last election cycle and the election cycle before that and the election cycle
before that?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I remember freaking out about foreign interference in American elections,
Russian interference, Chinese interference. This has been going on a long time. Go back
to the Clinton administration, Chinese interference in the elections. I don't recall any of them.
Like, can you imagine if Abdul Al-Sayed's spokesperson was a registered foreign agent
of Iran or a registered foreign agent of Russia and they're running the campaign
I made that word up. Spokespersoning. They're running the campaign communications for Abdul Asayed and they're a registered agent of Russia, a registered agent of Iran. You people on the right would have a panic attack, an aneurysm. You would have a stroke like Chris Murphy did. You people would be losing your minds. Well, guess what? I'm losing my mind. I'm losing my mind.
Abigail Ronson. This is, did I play the drop site news thing or just the headline? Okay. Pull up the, the drop site news bit. Abigail Ronson, a spokesperson for the Mike Rogers campaign is a registered foreign agent for the state of Israel.
One of two foreign agents working on the Rogers campaign, according to a review of Ford agent registration records. Ronson ubiquitous presence on the campaign trail and in interactions with reporters has been working on the Rogers campaign through a major vendor, Convergence.
Media. The campaign has paid Convergence Media millions this election cycle, according to FEC reports. So that's Abigail Ronson. That's bad enough. Just one. But guess what? There's a second one. Take a look at the far registration for Jesse Stokes. It'll look familiar. Clock Tower X there in the middle. Havas Media Network. Again, oh, that looks pretty innocuous. Havas Media Network. Trust me. Havas Media Network is Israel in this instance.
They are Israel. That's why drop site news was able to report that she's a foreign registrate of Israel because everything Clock Tower X does has been running through this Havas Media Network and they have filed supplementary papers explaining the relationship between Israel and Havas and how Havas is basically Israel in this relationship.
So you have Jesse Stokes. Here's the drop site news report on Jesse Stokes.
Jesse Stokes is another Convergence Media staffer who's a registered as a foreign agent in October 2025 as part of a Havas contract. Stokes appears to pen many of Rogers press releases and is the author on the April press release announcing a Senate run, according to document metadata.
Foreign interference. That's foreign interference. I'm sorry. It is. You have a registered agent of a foreign country as your spokesperson.
I don't understand why Republicans are not freaking out. I don't understand. Do you guys understand why you're likely to get your butts kicked tomorrow in the election? Honestly, if we're being honest, let's take a reckoning. Let's look around the room. What's the biggest issue that's going to cause you guys to lose tomorrow?
Iran war. Israel. That's it. That's it. You want gas prices? Comes back to that issue. You want to talk about grocery prices? You want to talk about rising mortgage rates? You want to wait until next year when the fertilizer deficit and the oil and diesel deficit completely wipes out crops and everything? And now we have a foreign registrant for the state of Israel as the spokesperson for Mike Rogers, and they just happened to flip a Democrat at the last second, not even an October surprise, a November surprise.
They happened to flip a Democrat at the last second, not even an October surprise, a November surprise.
They happened to flip somebody at the last second, and I just can't imagine if a Democrat had a foreign registrant of Iran or a foreign registrant of China that the Republicans would be like, yeah, that seems right. That's about right. That's normal. We're fine with it. Go ahead. Next issue. We're not going to talk about it.
I don't believe you. If you take that approach, I don't believe you. I don't believe you. If you're not upset by this, you have no credibility with me on any other topic. Period. End of story.
and people who are registered as foreign agents should have no say whatsoever in American
campaigns. I'll die on that hill. We'll be back in just a second. Let me take a moment to tell
you about our friends at the Vulnerable People Project. Our politicians tell us Israel is
America's greatest ally. But they're out of touch. In recent years, Israel has not been acting like
one, while American Christians are still expected to back this alliance with our votes and our tax
dollars. So why is Israel's government letting radical settlers terrorize our brothers and
sisters in the birthplace of our Christian faith? In the West Bank, settlers are attacking Christian
families, burning their property, and trying to drive them out of the Holy Land forever.
These families have lived there for 2,000 years.
They're descended from the first followers of Jesus Christ himself.
No alliance should force us to look the other way.
The Vulnerable People Project is standing with them, and you can too.
Through the Save West Bank Christians campaign,
VPP accompanies Christian farmers in Taipei,
the last all-Christian town in the West Bank,
and a prime target of settler violence.
Your gift helps deter attacks, document the violence,
And make sure these families never face intimidation alone.

Podcast Summary
Key Points:
Officer Bagley’s testimony claims he discovered a holster at 1230 and went to the Losey Center shortly after, but video footage shows he was absent from the scene for over 10 minutes.
During that time, a figure known as "Slender Man" was seen on the roof at the Losey Center, starting around 1235, suggesting a timeline inconsistency with Bagley’s account.
A new, previously unseen video reveals Bagley was socializing with others in the courtyard, including Mikey McCoy, until around 1241 before heading to the roof, contradicting his claim of immediate action.
Bagley’s testimony is challenged by evidence showing he could have arrived at the roof before Slender Man, raising questions about his credibility and possible deliberate delay.
A scheduling snafu at a pretrial hearing occurred due to an unauthorized login by Brian Simowitz, who has a documented connection to Charlie Kirk’s death and a violent incident shortly before it.
Brian Simowitz, linked to Charlie Kirk via family ties and social media, logs into a court WebEx without identifying himself, raising concerns about potential involvement or cover-up.
Senator Chris Murphy, a Democrat, publicly criticized a proposed Iran war escalation, shortly before suffering a stroke—raising speculation about a possible causal link.
Haley Stevens, a Democrat who previously endorsed a Democratic Senate candidate, suddenly endorsed Republican Mike Rogers, with her campaign spokesperson, Abigail Ronson, being a registered foreign agent for Israel, indicating possible foreign influence in U.S. politics.
