Good evening tribesmen, good evening. Hope for all doing good. Amen. Okay, so I mean in the words of my pastor we have some way to go today. So let's let's vocal up. I'm following after a good example and really you know pastor I mean such a an amazing series we are starting the year on a pivotal series just starting the year on and you know the Bible the Bible says Paul at different times you know tells you know either the disciples or his sons and daughters in the face and he says that you know you have me for an example say as you have us for an example and in in the PowerPoint tribe I believe that one of the things that pastor Dami can boldly say you know is that you know we have him for an example and and you know we can follow him as he follows Christ we can across a different domains of being of you know of expressing ourselves you know past Dami is worthy of emulation and so I just want to thank you know pastor in in in in some ways you know going through this series is also is also honoring you know a senior pastor and the angel over this in over this house because he's not saying something that is not lived and he's not touching teaching something that he hasn't shown us you know by the conduct of his life in in everything you know as a possible charged you know Timothy in everything in conversation in purity in faith you know we see pastor Dami exemplify all of all those things across every of those domains so pastor we thank you thank you for shepherding this house with scale and with integrity of heart and with love and with joy and with comedic expressions and just with sincerity of our thank you so much sir we love and we appreciate you and we honor you and of course to all our associate pastors we also are all worthy of emulation thank you so much says I'm asked for your labor of love which would never ever go on rewarded in Jesus name okay let's just say what of prayer as we proceed Heavenly Father or actually before we pray let's just again lift up our voices and just thank God and just worship him thank him for strength thank him for the season that has come upon us as a house thank him for being you know mindful of us being mindful of us individually us as a company as a church as a family on the God and also being mindful of us individually thank God for sending you to a good house and thank God for you know all of us together just like the the the prayer chat this morning was saying all of us together as supplying our own our own our own ministries we are supplying to ensure that we continue to be an invitation that God can freely express himself and can freely leave so Heavenly Father we thank you we thank you for the privilege of approach we thank you for the privilege of sonship we thank you for being able to come to you and to learn at your feet we thank you Father because scripture that opens us that we are not reading scriptures and and we don't understand them thank you Father because forever for every time we open the word of God to divide the word of truth we understand we come to knowledge thank you Father for your Holy Spirit who reviews the truth to us thank you Father for your Holy Spirit who patterns our lives after the sustaining power of God's Word the only thing that lasts the only thing that would remain and thank you Father because your Holy Spirit glorifies you in our heart glorifies Jesus in our hearts Lord we give you all the glory we declare that even as we teach the night we declare that everyone is edified everyone is strengthening everyone is encouraged in the name of Jesus so we give you all the glory and praise Father in Jesus mighty name we have prayed amen and amen okay to the extent that you can you can drop so I can see the I can see our reactions or comments in the group so you can drop the comments you can drop the comments on the on the group as you and I'll look at them and read them at the intervals okay so I mean we're on the series becoming an example and Pastor started on a very high notes last week it was a very exhaustive you know broad teaching on just introducing the concept and the thoughts becoming an example I'm just going to be going over some really and the things that we touched on I think we touched on about three about five things five major headers we touched on five major things and of course there are a lot of he has a lot of babies and grand babies and great grand babies and as a story of babies what's out just summarize you know most of the things that we touched on and then we would move on to today's teaching so so last week we touched on pastor started by you know listing out the series objective objectives of the the objectives of the becoming an example series which is listed as three the first is to equip tribesmen with the right consciousness of leadership and godly influence on the earth the second is to learn how to socially engineer behavior that is acceptable before God through conviction based living the third is to preserve the legacy of faith upon the face of the earth legacy of faith upon the face of the earth onto you Jesus comes and then pastor went on to give us the definition of what it means to be an example and in simple terms an example is someone or something that is fit for imitation so it's fit for imitation and pastor said that to be fit for imitation you need to meet two conditions the first is that you have to be it has to be seen for something to be fit for imitation it has to be seen and the second is that it has to have a pattern so you cannot imitate what you cannot see and you cannot imitate or copy what is patternless so there is a pattern there is a consistency there is a predictability to to an example right and then pastor went on to say that you know the pillar for this series is actually actions actions is the pillar is the pillar for this series and three justifications why actions by action matters or why action is the pillar or three justifications for the pillar of the series which it actions the first is actions matter to God the second is that actions shape the present and determine the future and the third is that actions define personality and identity so actions define our personality and identity and next pastor went on to speak about what makes a person fit to be emulated so two things two major criteria so substance which is spirits and then form right and pastor began to put some juxtapose those two frameworks and to say that you know there's there are people that have substance without form there are people that have form without substance and there are people that have form and substance you know for for people that have substance without form what that leads to is that it leads to immature it breeds immature and confusing Christian so you have the substance you have if you have you know the form of Godliness but you denied the power they are of power you know by physics it just means ability to do so you have the form of Godliness but you denied the power that means you are not able to do the form that you have right so it's just like the the parable of the fig tree where from afar it looked like okay there was something about it but when Jesus came to eat for food you know he could not produce what it looked like he had the capacity to do so substance without form leads to an immature and confusing Christian form without substance leads to condescending and hypocritical believers so they are you know they are just for lack of a better word they are really actually empty barrels but they make it big they make very loud noise and sometimes you know one of the things you know the Holy Spirit as I meditated on that one of the things that came to me is that you know they're making a lot of noise to actually distract you from the fact that they are empty so they're making their apocrytical and condescending and they are making a lot of just how bullies work so they are bullying you but that that's act of bullying is actually to distract you from the fact that they are empty and they don't have the substance that they claim to have or they claim to deduce that those particular instructions or those particular words or those particular condescending words from so from without substance makes for condescending and hypocritical believers and of course where we should all strive to be and where we actually are where God expects all of us to be is that form and substance is that we have both the substance rest and then we also have the form and of course what that makes for is mature and compelling Christians I remember one of the things that Pastor said is that we're supposed to influence the world you know one of the things this series supposed to do for us is to make us into people of influence people of influence but not afraid to be seen we are not afraid to be visible because we know that when people see us we're going to point them to Christ right some people are afraid to be visible because they are afraid of what people what people will see when they come close right and and and just in summarizing that bit you know Pastor talked about how that you know substance it requires patience because what comes into our what we have at the initial at the initial phase as Christians in the early days of our Christian experience is substance which is the spirit you know we cannot be an example without the Holy Spirit and to be an example without the Holy Spirit or the power that that's sort of the spirit that powers exemplary living is to is to be frustrated really is to be frustrated so it starts from substance but the expectation is that you start from substance and graduate into form your form gradually begins to show but you know and Pastor also mentioned this last week as well how that we live in a world right now where you know in some setting domains of Christian expression they believe that it's only about the substance so it's substance only it's not it's not substance only from next or from eventually is actually substance only from never so they don't want to they don't they don't believe in evaluating your Christian experience against form against actions against good works you know they just believe in it evaluating your Christian experience against what you believe but again a pastor said last week the problem where you believe is that nobody can see you know what you believe and then Pastor talked about although he didn't touch on it but he just mentioned the domains of exemplary living which we see in our in our focus scripture for for this series and I will just read that for cross scripture so it's as a text is "First Timothy 412 says this is let no one despise your use but be an example to the believer in word in conduct in love in spirit in faith and impurity" and we see a similar rendition in when Paul was speaking to you know Titus as well and he was saying in Titus 268 just adding that as well it says likewise exhort the young men to be sober-minded and he says in all things showing yourself to be a pattern of good work so you see what Pastor was saying about you to cite and pattern a pattern of good works in doctrine showing integrity reverence in corruptibility sound speech that cannot be condemned that one who is an opponent may be ashamed having nothing evil to say of you not nothing evil to say of our thoughts not but nothing evil to say of our of our hearts but nothing evil to say of what we're doing because we are showing ourselves you know to be a pattern of good works so the title of my teaching today or tonight is authentically Christian that's the title or authentically Christian and basically we're supposed to move into sort of each of the domains of you know the admonition to Paul the domains of exemplary leaving but while I was just meditating and going listening to the message again I just going over the scripture I felt like you know there was some additional thoughts that the Holy Spirit will have me share on you know just exemplary leaving you know the principles of exemplary leaving and after that to the extent that we can go over all seven of them and we can conclude that then we would go into the first domain of exemplary leaving which is which is word so I'll try to think I have about 45 minutes there about so I think we should be able to cover all and if not our underwear to the next person to continue from where we leave off tonight okay so one of the one of the things while I was just looking at the scripture in first Timothy 412 the word example apart from being defined as a pattern defined as something worthy of imitation one of the original definitions of that word example is actually a mark and a blue so I'll just read it as it is the mark of a stroke or a blue it can also mean its car and I found that very interesting because that the word example means the mark of a stroke so it means that there is something about an impact that creates that creates an action so it's not something that it's not just I'm just I'm just acting for the purpose of acting because then it wouldn't be sustainable it's there is an impact there is a mark there is a stroke there is a blue there is something that you cannot recover from that then create that then makes you into an example so there is it has it's it's called an effect there is a causative principle or concept be behind your actions so you're not just acting because you are acting you're not acting you are an example or you are acting in this way you are acting after this manner you are doing things that people can see you are following this particular pattern because there is a certain blue there is a certain impact on your life that is that has etched your life forever that has etched your life forever and of course when you start to think about that and you just put that against you know the Christian faith and the base of the Christian faith of course that's that's the impact of salvation and the doctrine of salvation is enough an impact to create that ripple effect of actions in life of a believer so when Paul is saying that you know you know don't let anybody despise your use but be an example is saying that live a life and live a life express a kind of life that shows the impact that Christ has had on you that the level the extent to which you express you you are an example the extent to which you pattern your life after a certain way the extent to which you show certain actions is the extent to which we can say that Christ has actually impacted you that if you do not understand or if you do not even experience the impact of Christ and it's a strike so there's there's something about that the concept about forming memories right so they're there are two pathways there's a pathway where a memory is formed by continuous exposure to that map to that to to that memory or to that thing that will create the memory so you read something you keep on you keep on reading the thing you keep on reading the thing and then it's it's etching your memory it just stores it there's another shorter path path which is impact so if someone has a but for me they're very ghastly as accident it's there's every potential that that accident creates a very heavy dance in the person's life in the person's neuronal neuronal network or yeah neuronal pathway and then it sort of changes how the person starts to behave or it creates things like a trauma or PTSD because of the impact of that thing on the person so it's saying that the the way you act the way you show what you show is actually a hotel sign of the impact that you know the salvation experience has had in your life or the impact of whatever it is that you're showing or explaining by your lifestyle has had on your life so being an example is for example saying that actually Jesus has happened to me so if I'm if I'm speaking in my speaking Jesus has actually I'm trying to tell you that Jesus has happened to me in my acting in my purity in my passion you know in my expression of love I'm trying to tell you that there is something that has had an impact on my life and in that has left an indelible mark in my life that is making me to act in the way I'm acting towards you it's not causeless you see you know how I'll David you say that okay he's then to cause to this thing is there so my actions are not causeless my actions are not causeless and my actions are not it's not a kind of impact that just begins off over time and that's why constant exposure to the word of God continues to sort of dig that neuronal or dredge that neural pathway that allows us to continue to act you know according to the conduct of believers or believing or Christians right so I just thought to share that at the beginning that another definition is that example means the mark of his stroke or a blue and it can also means his scar so one of the things I wrote in my notes is Jesus has cut me for good and he has cut me for life he has cut me I can never recover from the from the impact that Jesus has had in my life and he has cut me for good and he has cut me for life and everybody everything everybody is a benefit of the impact that God has had or Jesus has had on and in my life phrase God so we're going to be talking about you know seven principles of exemplary living and then would then move on to to the extent that time permits you know one of the domains of exemplary living which is word therefore things I want to share with you so for the principles of exemplary living so just from what pastor shared last week again I feel like one of my assignments in one of my assignments just in in PowerPoint magazine tutorial master I like to expand you know what pastor has already said I just is I just find that it's the way things come to me sometimes or most times just to expand what pastor has said or what a pastor has thought previously so there are simple thoughts about again just to contextualize these things you know as we aim to leave them out so the first is that you know exemplary living is the expectations is the expectation on and off Christians and not just leaders so you read through first Timothy for you read through titles to and the things you see there is a you can say oh I mean I suppose talking to Timothy Timothy was the bishop over the church in Ephesus it was going about you know putting the church in Ephesus in order appoints in leaders you know just you and and the church in Ephesus I think was in Asia might know so a performance that was probably going around so it was it was a bishop it was an overseer and you know titles as well you see at the beginning of titles that Paul also tells titles that you know you should go and set things order in set things in order in the churches increase so you can also say that okay Paul also give titles and injunction titles was a leader over a group of churches so it was it was another top of some sorts and you know one can explain it away and we see that's almost also a play to today as well where you see some Christians say okay you know these certain behaviors are meant for you know leaders are meant for each of these are meant for bishops you know they are so surprised when the bishop does something that they don't they think you know they think it bishops should know I've done but they are not as surprised when they do something that they think you know is not is not is not prescribed by scripture is not it doesn't align with you know the dictate and the doctrines or the the the attributes of the believer they're not surprised when they do when they do something like that when they when they are misaligned or they do something that is opposed to what what's scripture preach is but they are very surprised they have they are so surprised they are taking a back you know they want to leave the church when a bishop or a leader you know does something that that again is not is not aligned with what's written in scripture and the excuse they give is I mean you are a leader now you are supposed to be an example but we we are members we are not supposed to you know you can cut off some slack you know but when we read and of course there is basis for that because the Bible says you know I'm Paul also giving charges to Timothy and Titus now in choosing the leader you know there is their certain attributes that you must look for in choosing the leader but remember Paul did not say that Timothy when you want to do the leader give one yearly time and then before that one years start telling the truck that we are about to appoint the kings we are about to appoint elders so the people that sort of bring them into like a house of well not big brother house but out of you know leadership accelerator so whereas they go through they start to exhibit that behavior you know is after one year period they can now appoint people to be leaders so let them audition for being leaders no and we also see that same thing in acts as well what the Bible says that they were going to choose you know deacons and elders because the apostles did not want to leave you know the ministry of where the parents start serving tables the Bible says that they should choose from amongst them so it was sort of the the the the sort of the disciples or the communication of the disciples at three of their apostles was sort of that as exemplary living you should be so common amongst you that at a random selection of the PD says it's all the time a random selection of believers is actually a Stephen a random selection of believers is actually a dick and a random selection of believers that are working according to the pathway and the doctrine of salvation and godliness is actually a dick in one order right because that is what is expected so you know exemplary living is not reserved for people who would be leaders of the church of course for people that are the leaders of church is not negotiable but it's not reserved for them exemplary living is the expectation of all Christians it's the expected norm and it's not the exception is the expectation for everybody every Christian is is meant to live an exemplary lifestyle is meant to show by their good work is meant to have a consistent pattern that people can people can tie back to scripture people can read and say that this one is a Christian what I'm reading in what I'm reading in Romans in this my neighbor fits it what I'm reading in in Romans this my this my colleague at work fits it what I'm reading this person that I'm sitting on the queue you know fits it that the other day I was I was traveling I was traveling back I think we were at at this no we were coming at the different points that we stopped chat this woman okay well it was just one suppose because I saw once and then I saw in Ligus so I saw she was on the queue she was she was you know she was just on the queue she was abiding by the laws whatever they said she was you know abiding by it she was following the queue immediately we got to Ligus this woman decided to jump the queue she just left the queue as they're moving forward and then I just I just I just said I think I exclaimed boy it was loud I was like ah that boy you were willing to you know line up and I'm dead to the rules in at this I think and then she said oh that was your own your needs too much and that's what she said and she is that then she continued to work talk to all exemplary leaving is the expectation is the expected norm and not the exception it is expected regardless of geography it is expected regardless of stage of life it is expected regardless of leadership position it is expected of every believer first the Thelonians won from the 67 says says and you became followers of us and of the Lord I won't receive the word in much affliction with joy of the Holy Spirit so that you became examples to all in Macedonia and I care who believe so I was saying here that it's a a possible was talking to the old Thessalonian church and was saying that because you were followers of us and you were followers of the Lord because you have received the word regardless of why you received it sometimes you also received it in much affliction and I'll touch on that in a bit it says with the joy of the Holy Spirit so that you became what that did to you is that it made you an example to everyone in Macedonia and I care so it's expected of everyone you know exemplary leaving is also expected even when there are contradictions sometimes we say that the certain context that we enter into it is like oh God you know give me a break give me a break just just give me a break you know you are you are on that sort of intense pressure you that used to say my brother I greet you my brother sister God bless you God be with you you are on that intense pressure you just you just use a vulgar word I am like ah sorry if the pressure is the pressure the pressure was a lot the pressure was a lot it says you receive the word in much affliction there is no level of contradiction there is no level of affliction or temptation that would excuse the requirement of exemplary leaving in the life of a believer that's the expectation of scripture like we said it requires patience to go from substance to progressive form or increase in progressive form so we're not we're not discussing the the work of patience we are saying patience I've been it's perfect working you at some points must leave you entire must leave you grown must give you mature patience must have said but then allow patience to have its perfect work let it do its perfect working you the aim of patience is to work perfection in the believer is to work perfection in the believer so it's not like oh I have the spirit is in my heart is in my mind is what I've is what I've taught you know is what I say in my room but somehow it's not it's it's never in your conduct it's never in your actions it's never in your actions so examples unfortunately unfortunately we are not exemplary leaving is not also excused from contradictions we cannot be going through contradictions and say that okay because I'm under pressure and so at that time that I'm under pressure you know I can I can just give in you know I can I can act like the people of the world I can act like the I can look like the children of disobedience just for a day just for a day you know just for a night only just for one day you know be not knowing that it's in those seasons that you are we sometimes witness the most it's in the seasons where people say that I am this person doesn't have any money this person doesn't have fifty nine years this person is the treasury officer and this person would not take a dime this person would not take a dime because because this there is an impact that Christ has on it has had on this person there is an impact there is an impact the person cannot recover from that impact the person can recover one of the pictures that you know that was painted in my head just as I was reading and meditating was you know imagine you are okay I think that's for the second point I'm going to say but okay I'll get I'll get there then let me run ahead of myself so there is an expectation and I know some HDDs they go at the at the at the beginning of last year or was it was the end of two years ago we started to look at you know the letter of you know Jesus to you know the churches and you know Jesus tried to write letters to the churches through the angels of the churches and he started to evaluate them against certain metrics and one of the thoughts that left with me is if there is no expectation then there is no basis for evaluation the reason why Jesus is writing the letters and he's saying that oh you know I have I have this against you I know that you know you know how to you know rebuke false teachers but I have this against you you have you have forsaken your first love is because this expect that there is a manner of believer there is a way a believer should conduct himself in love impurity in faith and because at the end of a particular time these believers have not conducted themselves so I'm writing an evaluation statement to them so that they can cross correct so if there is no expectation there would never be evaluation there would never be examination there will never be a reason why there is a fire at the end of you know at the job at the at the end of time during judgments and our works will pass to which works if there is no criteria which works which fire is my works now passing through if there's no criteria so exemplary leaving again is expected is the expectation of Christians and not just leaders and it's the expected norm and not the exception number two and example present contextual applications of concepts and principles you know in the book of Hebrews there's a concept about priesthood that Hebrews shows and highlights where he says that you know a priest is taking from amongst them for them so and you can apply that to the concept of exemplary leaving as well you know they an example is a an explanation or a relatable explanation of a principle or a concept that would otherwise have would not be understood so somebody saying what does Christ mean for someone that has gone through this kind of life and God's the Holy Spirit or Jesus saves you from that kind of life and to the work of the Holy Spirit begins to work transformation in you you are actually the explanation for what it looks like for Jesus for Jesus to save somebody that has come from that experience but imagine a scenario where and I'm just going to use a very a very extreme example right in an extreme example where somebody is saved from prostitution you know literally used to be in a brothel with a bunch of ladies days to go out every night you know and then this lady says she saved and this lady leaves the brothel for for for maybe six months or a year I mean she saved she's taken out of the brothel she goes somewhere they don't I used to be friends don't see her anymore and they then meet her in two years time but actually they actually meet her not on the streets of not on the streets where they used to pedal before they now see her on another streets you understand another street five away from them and they ask they ask okay oh we have you been with nothing you for a long time and then she says oh yeah I got saved I'm a Christian and and I I propose this that three years and for some people it might take four years five years but I'm saying people don't see you those people don't see you for a length of time and they didn't see you and they're like oh we have you been and she's like oh yeah I got saved I moved out I don't do that life anymore but they're seen now on the streets about to flood down your car and she's saying oh I'm a Christian now imagine the amount of confusion that's like okay you have a Christian ahead like what does that what does that mean what has done out don't you like okay I Christian shoe or and I'm using extreme examples now it's if that used to they used to raid and all of that and then you know again it leaves is called go somewhere and then it comes back and it tells his friends I'm a Christian now and oh we are going tonight oh let's pray let me pray let me bless your raid let me bless our raid tonight let me bless where we are going to or a couple that is not a couple you know wake up from the same bed that is not a matrimonial bed and because we must say these things right we must we must put forward these examples else where we are you know there's something Charles Pergen says it's sham conversion we're not we have to we have to put so that these things are relatable so you you you the couple the couple that is not a couple wakes up from a matrimonial bed that is not a matrimonial bed together go to church and they lift up their hands and they're not lifting up their hands and they don't go to church and go directly to the pastor pastor's office they go to the main bowl of the church the main auditorium they lift up their hands in worship to God to God and then they lift church lock their hands back together and go back to the house that they came from and in their neighborhood they are known as Christians and example is a conceptual explanation to a concept and principle that otherwise is misunderstood by everybody else that everybody else they don't understand what it means to be Christian but when they look at you it suddenly comes to light remember how Antioch says that they saw them and the only thing they could use to describe them was that these people are Christians I remember what I said earlier it's not without afflictions it's not without contradiction when I was saying that you know this godly living or this exemplary living is when everything is you know nice the sun is shining that's not what we're saying we're saying that can't rain conscience and even in the deepest of afflictions it's used to stay with this person that has card me forever and for life I'm for good for good I'm happy doing it I'm happy in this in this good and good what may look like a box life boy that's really a free life praise God so an example is a relatable explanation of a principle an example doesn't exist by itself it exists as a contextual representation of an otherwise incomprehensible principle your talk will not get get them to ready need to get to sometimes your your talk needs to be backed by your actions most times your thoughts need to be backed by your actions else your thoughts will be your actions will betray what you were saying our actions will betray what we are saying it will betray what we're saying you know we have sometimes you know Christians in some certain positions and they can't they can't even venture to to witness in that place they can't they can't venture to witness in that place in fact they they can't even show that is the truth that they are going because it means that everybody everybody just put all of us in the same basket because if this is your member that means all of you are like that that means your pastor that that's I remember when I got when I initially got saved and I was so my mom my mom is the same and we got saved and there are times that at home you know we'll do something and my mom is the first thing she will blow out would be like this is what they are teaching people in church so this is what they are teaching people these are the teaching people to act these are the teaching people to speak these are the teaching people to so it's like I'll get there but it's like it's a telltale sign of so there they are I can vividly remember times and this is decades ago now please decades ago I can vividly remember time that you'll be like tomorrow you're following it's the mosque because if this what they are teaching people I'm going to take you to the back to the mosque where I can know that they're going to use king to to you know bring you back into alignment so she's like is this what they are teaching is this what they are telling is this what they are teaching is this how because and reason she said that is because there is a behavior that is not aligned with what she thinks they should be teaching and this is even more realistic now because it's not even so there is a moral base then there is deeper than or higher than that the Christian base right so and in a in a generation you know pastor said last week that when you do an example in the generation you have lost you have lost the generation and in every generation the workings and the beautiful working and in the mercy of God's beautiful working of the Holy Ghost is to ensure that there is a way it is trend things believe us to stand in that generation so that there is no generation that is without excuse when we start to you know shift ground and we start to excuse ourselves from some domains of example I live in because of the amounts or how dark the days are what we are saying is that actually whenever we come to God on the Judgment Day there is an excuse what we are saying is that the high priesthood of Jesus is actually not sufficient that there is a domain of temptation there is a domain that is is priesthood doesn't actually cover that the fact that oh he has been tempted in every way as we are actually doesn't apply in all context that Jesus you have not meant to believe us in 2026 all this what they are saying is for is for the time of you know or do you want to learn by the believers I'm talking about the believers in 2026 you have not made them so you're your blood these are just just puts your blood aside this one this is what's what there is something that Romans 5 says it says that where sin abounds where darkness is stuck where sin abounds he said there is something that abounds much more he says grace abounds much more now what they the provision in God that doctrine of escape from terror where people are coming into face people come into the fold and the reason why they've come into the fold is just because the ones who escape the ones who escape a ambitions our lost our comforts and our inordinate desires and so there is no concept about laying down our lives to pick up the life of Christ there is no concept about living the life that's borrowed we are using you know people in those sects are using you know salvation and the doctrine of salvation and the blood of Jesus and the grace of our Lord to validate their desire and not to
