Big talk of the town, Senate panel votes eight to five to hold Anthony Fauci and contempt of Congress. So this just came out this morning. All right. Chairman Rand Paul out of Kentucky announced the eight to five committee vote on Thursday morning and all caps post Paul wrote quote past by Republicans on behalf of the millions of Americans and their families still affected years after the COVID pandemic. The resolution to hold Anthony Fauci and contempt of Congress has passed out of the Senate Homeland Security and governmental affairs committee by a vote of eight to five. Paul explaining prior to the vote, the lawmakers were voting on whether a witness who has received the benefit of a sweeping federal pardon. As we know, he pled the fifth 111 times during his hearing can be ordered by this committee to answer the questions and then defy that order without any consequence. And so that happened. Now, they have a very interesting strategy to the role of with this. So they passed. They did, you know, hold them in contempt. And typically what would happen is that they send that to the full Senate body to then vote on it, but that's not what they're doing. They're sending this straight to the DOJ. And this move is apparently pissing off some some quite a few people. But the key difference here is that with the plan to skip the Senate vote and to send it a criminal referral straight to the job justice department, vice president JD Vance, the president of the Senate would have to still certify the resolution and refer to the US attorney for the district of Columbia. Now, this could make it a lot easier to prosecute him, but the question comes down is would Vance do it at all? I'm not sure. I don't think he would. Now, the reason I say I don't think he was is I've never felt it. I don't think that this is I don't think there's I don't want people to get their hopes up here. I don't get all fucking like celebratory for how could we? Right. Okay. Every single thing that should have been done has been done. Every single promise that's been made hasn't been kept. These guys come out when everything gets hot, they say a couple things to appease everybody and then nothing ever happens. Okay. And nothing ever happens because they don't want anything to happen. And then the other reason nothing happens is because everybody says nothing's going to happen instead of standing up and demanding that some shit fucking happen. If we collectively stood it on our fucking line and said we demand you to do these things, they will do it. And that's what instills the fear of the people in the government, which is what needs to happen. That is the check amount. This idea of everybody on the nothing's going to happen, nothing's going to happen, nothing's going to happen. Nothing's going to happen because your bitch ass keeps saying nothing's going to happen. We need to collectively demand that things happen. Then things have a higher chance of happening. And if they don't happen, we need to get louder. And if they still don't happen, we need to figure out a force it. That is how this works. It is written into our founding documents. So fuck, dude. Well, I don't believe JD Vance is going to do it. I think JD Vance is at this point in time. And I have a lot of friends that are friends with them. Okay. I don't know them. And honestly, I don't care if I knew them. This is what I observe. I observe JD Vance saying what he needs to say to try to appease people for possibly getting their vote for the next election. If he was really about what the fuck he says he's about on these little podcasts towards that he does, he would be forcing Trump to do things to actually keep the promises that he made on the election trail, which is why most of the people voted for him. So yeah, I don't believe it either. No, Anthony Fauci's lawyer made a comment on this. He said, quote, on advice of his counsel, he's going to have to know he didn't come out, though, he responded to the vote today, saying in part, quote, today's partisan committee vote is a crude political stunt intended to punish Dr. Fauci for exercising his constitutional rights. The Senate should reject Senator Powell Paul's merit list and politically motivated contempt resolution. That's untrue. When you are when you have a pardon, the Fifth Amendment doesn't apply to you. It does not apply to you. Okay. It just simply doesn't know it doesn't. That's the legal. That is the law. That is what it is. If you have a pardon, you are not allowed to plead the Fifth, hence the contempt of court contempt of Congress. Okay. So this lawyer knows that this is a bullshit statement and they know it. Who was he was texting? He was emailing. He was calling and they just received a physical forensic copy. of his cell phone. The Department of Health and Human Services handed over the device data to the Senate Homeland Security Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations. The development follows the release of Fauci's personal journals after HHS turned them over to Congress. Johnson's office at the cell phone data dates back to Fauci's tenure as head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. The device is now overseen by Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who has long accused Fauci of protecting the pharmaceutical industry and undermining individual freedoms. Now this is interesting. Dr. Erica Schwartz confirmed as CDC's first official director in a year, where the US Senate voted 51 to 44 to confirm Dr. Erica Schwartz, right? Now she has a long history. She was a former deputy surgeon general and retired US Coast Guard officer. She's worked in the clinical field. I mean, she has a nice little little rap sheet. This is Dr. Erica Schwartz here. Oh, wait, hold on. Read that last part. It was nominated for the job in April and has the first black woman to serve as CDC director. Okay. Again, the first, not the most, not the best for the job. Well, I mean, maybe she is or not, but like I'm tired of this language of the first, like who gives a fuck if she's the first. Now she's qualified to do it. I have no problem with that. She just testified that she believes is completely safe and effective. And would you be surprised if today, the day this show gets recorded, the FDA, who's also under Robert F. Kennedy junior, they just reversed their course completely. And they approved Moderna's experimental mRNA flu vaccines after initial rejections. So you have Fauci up there. Then you interview them on these big shows, you know 60 minutes fucking all the big shows That creates the influence downstream which creates, you know what we see in this video. And I think, you know, it's a reasonable expectation for people who grew up watching the news to think that the news and the people had our best interests in mind, you know? And, uh, yeah. And then, you know, those people would just repeat these lines. And I think that's what was happening at the middle-level media, too. Yeah. Not for sure. Well, I mean, even you talk about, I know this, dude. I know that they were taking like, like, people that wouldn't say that shit on, on television. They were taking them off mainstream fucking shows and putting them on overnights and shit. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. I'm now there. I mean, looking like the, like, the actor community, right? And then you look at the fact of like, the, the social town square, the, the play on social media platforms that they were running to where like, even if you did a disagree online, it was not rewarded. You know, I'm saying a lot of times that, that, that comment was probably never seen to anybody and they would only be promoting the shit that they, that went along with the narrative. Don't we remember the COVID warning that they were putting on every story? Yeah. Absolutely. Do every post, every story. Remember that? Absolutely. You know, I mean, because do that was times. I mean, I remember those early shows when we were going, it's like, dude, are we wrong? Like, we would ask, like, bro, are we off on this? Like, are we not seeing this the right way? You know, there was a lot of fake bots and social pressure created because of the fake bot networks, then there was censorship on top of it. And so it becomes, you know, a very difficult place to stand even when you're pretty confident because you're like, fuck, am I seeing this wrong? Is it me? Right. Right. And, and yeah, man, I mean, so like think of someone who maybe isn't as confident in their own critical thinking or doesn't have a strong sense of self or, you know, like Aaron Rodgers is a confident dude. So newly declassified memos revealed the Bureau's 2017 Oxford coma counterintelligence investigation into the Comey firing. So the White House on Wednesday released declassified FBI memos showing the Bureau investigated whether President Donald Trump's firing of James Comey was tied to Russia under the oddly spelled code name Oxford coma fueling speculation, the comma Oxford comma, fueling speculation that the misspelling was intentional. Former acting assistant attorney general Jeff Clark alleged the code name was deliberately altered to make records of the investigation harder to find. Quote, the FBI under James Comey and Christopher Ray was hopelessly corrupt to penalize President Trump's firing of Comey. They created a ridiculous investigation into Trump. On the theory, he was a winning or unwitting Russian agent Clark who serves as vice president of litigation at the oversight project to Fox News digital. They called it Oxford comma, the note, note the zero for the second. Oh, and the misspelling of the university. The FBI managers thought this was clever. They managed, they imagined themselves as blowfield. It was at blowfeld in a James Bond movie, deviously defeating the freedom of information act. Clark added referring to the James Bond supervillain. Clark explained on social media that he consulted with a document expert who concluded the first oh and comma was actually a zero further obscuring the probe's name. Investigators on the Oxford comma case sought to determine whether Trump was directed by controlled by and were coordinated coordinated activities with the Russian federation in a manner constituting a threat to national security of the United States and or violation of federal criminal statutes. And that was directly out of a FBI memo date at May 16, 2017. You know, we talk about the deep state alive, right? And I believe it definitely runs deep in our three letter agencies. There's no doubt about that. It's pretty obvious, painfully obvious. You know, but this declassification piece gets a little weird because, you know, they allow to get out what they want to get out and what they want to come out as like breadcrumbs almost. He was adamant that the US has massive amounts of munitions in its arsenal of out to hunt down leakers who are anonymously sounding the alarms about America's stash of firepower. President's condemnation followed a Washington Post report that he lashed out a war secretary, Pete Hickseth during a camp, David cabinet meeting last week claiming he had been misled about the state of America's arms stockpile. This, I understand, is a source of frustration for Donald Trump. He is absolutely determined. He has enough ammunition to be able to protect US forces around the world. But this follows reports unsourced by numerous media that there is a reduction in the US stockpile that it is a matter of concern. There are also reports out there that he had an argument with his defense secretary at a cabinet meeting in Camp David last Friday asking why he was not informed about the true status of US reserve munitions. But once again, the president denies it completely and he refers to an inverted commas, Lika, who is passing false information to the media. The Lika, he says, will be found. Meanwhile, in response to the reports that there was an argument between the defense secretary and president Trump, the defense secretary himself are reportedly blamed on his deputy. So it's weird, right? And as you pointed out, press secretary Carolyn Levitt, she tweeted this out saying, I was at Camp David with president Trump and secretary Hickseth. This literally never happened. And we told the Washington Post that repeatedly this BS story was shopped to many outlets by someone clearly out to disparage your secretary for whatever reason. The Cook County Sheriff's Office released what appears to be an intake scan. Showing a handgun can seal by an incoming inmate. Officials say correctional staff detected the weapon during a routine screening last week before it entered the jail's secure facility. Investigators say the firearm was a loaded 9-millimeter torus with 13 rounds, including one in the chamber. 23-year-old Philip Robinson now faces additional weapons charges in addition to the misdemeanor charges that originally brought him into custody. The Sheriff's Office says every person entering the jail is screened and thoroughly searched, adding that attempts to bring weapons or other contraband into the facility will be detected and prosecuted.
