America The Ugly: A General, A Cop & A Missing Bloodied Bag. Plus, The Cornell 7. | Ep 401
59m 3s
Candace Owens addresses a public outcry over her missing Monday episode, blaming producer Skyler for a scheduling error and expressing disappointment over her own pregnancy-related absence. She shifts focus to a detailed investigation of key figures involved in the September 10th incident, particularly Val Peterson and Tyler Clancy, both of whom hold multiple high-level positions in education, law enforcement, and government. Owens alleges Tyler Clancy, a young state legislator and police officer, disposed of a bloodied bag on the day of the incident, citing inconsistencies in police protocol and corroborating accounts from others. She links their involvement to a broader network of connections, including shared BYU ties. The discussion expands to a critical critique of the "Cornell 7" case, which Owens presents as symptomatic of a society lost to moral decay, where students engage in drug-fueled sex parties and behavior she deems unacceptable. She contrasts this with her own values, arguing that higher education should not foster such conduct. Owens also criticizes the new White House press secretary, Katie Zacharia, as unqualified and incoherent, claiming her performance lacks legitimacy and basic credentials. The episode concludes with a call to action for public awareness and participation in a “sleuth movement,” emphasizing the role of depositions and lawsuits in uncovering truth. Throughout, the tone is confrontational, blending personal anecdotes with political commentary, while promoting her affiliated brands and urging viewers to support her work.
All right, you guys, happy Tuesday and apology is due right here at the top. I saw this video floating around on the net and I would like to address it head on. Let's hear it. Candace Owens has been caught in a lie. I didn't want to do this. I didn't want to believe it, but I can't find any proof refuting what she said. Are you ready? Watch. We will see you guys on Monday. That was her Friday episode and I've looked. I've looked everywhere. I have scoured the literal interwebs all over the place. I've went to X. I've went to rumble. I've went to YouTube. I went to Candace Owens.com. I went everywhere looking for an episode today and she in fact did not see us Monday. So so so sorry. I was caught right-handed. No excuses. Actually, do you have an excuse? I never make mistakes. This couldn't possibly be my fault. I am, by the way, still pregnant. People thought I gave birth. I mean, it was an absolute mess. I want you guys to know right at the top here. It was Skyler's fault. Skyler, the producer, right as soon as I said, we'll see you on Monday. We went off air. He went, no, Tuesday. But we were already off air. And I'm disappointed in him as a human being. He never, ever forgets his holidays. He's always one that reminds me of there's a holiday coming up. So I just want all of us to forgive Skyler, his mistake and move on from it. And by the way, nobody is more disappointed that I didn't give birth than me. Okay. I'm done. I am done with this pregnancy. So fingers crossed that it actually happens tomorrow or the next day. Anyway, you guys on today's episode, we have a lot going on. I want to address the Cornell 7 case, which is dominating the news cycle. I just want to give my general opinion. I also would like to comment on the new press secretary. Hmm. She sure is something. But first, a most fascinating discovery regarding UVU. One that I've held on to because of my ever-pending litigations, which is now ready to be brought forth out into the light. And it involves an army general, a cop, and a bloodied bag on September 10th. How mysterious. Welcome back to Candace. loose lips sink ships. Say, with me, loose lips sink ships. It's a common expression. It is relevant to today's episode. You know, there is a lot that is happening right now. A lot of people they're trying to become famous by hating Candace Owens. What a weird thing. I think that's a very weird grift. I'm going to become famous for hating Candace Owens. I'm going to be the anti-catus. Anyway, among them, there is this kid that sort of looks exactly like Jimmy Neutron. Boy, does he love to talk? Greatfully, I want to say. He a few months ago started yapping, telling everybody that would listen about more lawsuits that he was exclusively aware of that were going to be filed against me. And I have to tell you that this character type, right? This avatar of an individual. It's my personal favorite. The flamboyant guy who loves the camera, loves to talk, is desperate for attention. They are just the truest examples of useful idiots, the kind of people that you can ignore, the kind of people who think filing lawsuits for revenge are a good idea. Anyway, Jimmy Neutron here just kept posturing to the public like he runs the town of Orom. He even claimed that he knew all of the potential jurors would vote to convict Tyler Robinson. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Another one of these Neocon Chihuahua's. And anyways, he starts talking about who he's friends with and what he knows and how he's connected. And eventually he annoyed the right people. You know, people came forward to me as sources because his head was big, literally and figuratively information that they had learned. And I just began quietly storing the information, investigating, calling people, waiting for the lawsuit to be filed, which I knew in advance of. And today the time has come to introduce you to a few new characters from our September 10th cast. First up is a man named Val Peterson. He is incredibly important. It's a faculty member at UVU. In fact, I want to make this very clear, the faculty is terrified of him. I'm told he is the most powerful man, not just on campus, but in the state of Utah. He holds way more power than the president of UVU ever did ever has. He is allegedly, I'll say this part allegedly, decisively, teen turning point USA against his own faculty members. Allegedly, I'll say, according to them. Now fact checking how much power Val Peterson holds was very easy. It was also a very shocking adventure. Let me stay unequivocally that Mr. Val Peterson wears a lot of hats at the same time. He's got a lot of hats. So Val started at UVU before it was UVU in June of 1987. So I mean, that's two years before I was even born. And back then it was just Utah technical college. Today he is officially the vice president of the administration and strategic relations. He oversees a budget of more than $50 million. His administrative responsibilities include facilities and planning, athletics, university relations, strategic relations, emergency management services, everybody reports to him plus the environmental health and safety. He is the guy. Also aside from his very many duties at UVU, he also currently serves in Utah's House of Representatives. Yeah, at the same time, he represents the 56th district from American fork to Oram. I don't know how or why that's allowed or possible. But apparently in Utah, it's a thing as you will learn throughout this episode. There are a lot of people who are both serving in governments plus managing their full time civilian careers and other things. It's like totally crazy to recognize that you can have that much responsibility at UVU and also be serving in the House of Representatives and that at no point would those things conflict. And that's not all, ladies and gentlemen. Most interestingly, Val Peterson is a brigadier general. For 30 years, he led the state's national guard, particularly the state's military intelligence brigade, which has six units across the state. He kept this up while at the same time managing his full time employment with UVU. I mean, check out this article. This is from 2007, but I am just amazed with Val's career accomplishments. I mean, there's an expression that people often say, if you want to get something done handed to a busy mom, I think we should update that. We should just say handed to Val Peterson. Again, this was published in 2007. So this was when UVU was Utah Valley State College. And he at this point in his military career was the lieutenant colonel. So here we go. And tells us by day, Val Peterson of Oram is a seasoned administrator at Utah Valley State College. By evening, weekend or whenever called, he is Lieutenant Colonel Peterson at the Utah Army National Guard. During a change of command ceremony on Saturday at the Utah Army National Guard's draper headquarters, Peterson assumed command of the 300th military intelligence brigade, a linguist and intelligence unit headquartered in Utah that has nearly 2000 language specialist troops in six states. A large majority of the brigades members have already or are currently serving deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan. He said, it's a great honor and a great responsibility when you think in terms of the amount of individuals and the types of missions Peterson said, I thought to go back to the individual soldiers and being able to support them as best as possible no matter what the mission is. Major Hank McIntyre, spokesman for the Utah National Guard said Peterson as a Spanish linguist is uniquely in touch with the needs of the 300th military intelligence brigade members who split their military duties with civilian careers, making him a great fit for this new assignment. Lieutenant Colonel is a very personable, very approachable person. He personifies what the guard is McIntyre said, a native of Moscow Idaho. And not to be interesting. Where his father was a university professor, Peterson went on a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to Columbia where he gained a mastery of Spanish language. Later as a student at BYU Bram Young University, he heard about a linguist military intelligence unit of the Utah National Guard from roommates who were looking into possibly signing up along with obvious educational benefits of serving Peterson felt the sense of patriotism and pride in being able to serve his country during the LDS mission in Columbia where conscripted military service is required of all young men in military. He would watch as Colombian army trucks would roll down the street and literally snatch off kids for boot camp if they didn't have ID proving that they had already served. That still sticks out in my mind, Peterson said. They used to think of how little they had to defend and in reality how much we had to defend. Employed by UVSC since 1987, Peterson is serving as the college's vice president.
or the administrative legislative affairs, and he holds a master's and a doctoral degree from BYU, his current and past leadership position at UVSC. I provided him with vast experience in managing people, organization, and decision-making. Okay, so that's a little bit about his background. The article goes on, you should read it in its entirety. He's just talked about his lifelong friendships beyond that. And thus far, it was a two-decade plus military career. And yeah, beginning his interest in the military intelligence began at BYU, as you just charted. Now, he's now retired as the Brigadier General. So he went beyond 10 more years. And he was responsible as a Brigadier General for training, readiness, administration, uniform, code of military justice for six major army commands within the state of Utah. So you can see why faculty members at UVU are terrified of this man. They don't find him to be warming chummy, quite the opposite. You are, according to them, you obey. You obey him. He is the university. By the way, I should mention that on September 10th, Val Peterson was not at the university when Charlie Kirk was assassinated. How do we know that? Because the after-action report tells us so, check this out. It tells us that at the time of the shooting, Peterson was approximately 45 minutes from campus. He joined response discussions by speakerphone while traveling to UVU and remained actively engaged. But obviously, he arrived later. The important part is that he was 45 minutes away. So where exactly was he? Because we know he doesn't live 45 minutes away. He serves in the Utah House of Reps in Orham, American Fork. And I'm just going to throw out here. Do you know what actually is 45 minutes away from campus? Salt Lake City is. That's where the National Guard Air Base is. For clarity, I have no idea if Val Peterson was there. I only noted the time and the National Guard presence, generally speaking, all throughout Salt Lake City. Because there was that-- remember that lost bald guy, Deva Lakey-Poo, girlfriend, who, for whatever reason, could not remember where he was in Salt Lake City or who he was with. And Blake said he was just-- he didn't go with Charlie to the event, but he was marking time. An interesting way to freeze that marking time. That's a military expression. So in my search to try to help Blakey recall where he might have been when he was in this spell of amnesia, which happens often, I was looking at the neighborhood and I happened to pond the fact that the National Guard Air headquarters was down the road. Also, just 15 minutes away in Draper, Utah is where the National Guard Army is headquartered as well, which is where I just read that was the changing of the guards when he was initially promoted to Lieutenant Colonel. It would be interesting to know where Val Peterson was on September 10th, I think, is my point. For now, I just know where he wasn't at 12, 23 PM. He was not on campus at UVU. And guys, you're going to think this is crazy, but Val wears even more hats than just that. Beyond the military, behind the administration, he also served as the church leader to some BYU students. One student in particular, who we're going to talk about today, who was similarly very impressive. His name is Tyler Clancy. I know, just what we need another Tyler. Tyler Clancy, this is a name that you will do well to remember. I think me and Tyler are going to get to know each other. I do. So as I mentioned before, Tyler Clancy's name hit my radar because of Jimmy Neutron, yapping about lawsuit to too many people. Tyler Clancy, like his church leader, Val Peterson, attended BYU, not at the same time to be clear. Tyler Clancy is very young, actually born in 1997. And yet, like Val Peterson, he is remarkably accomplished. First, let's pull up Val Peterson's Pokemon stats. Just so you have Val Peterson's, these are, it's amazing. I choose you, Val Peterson. I choose you Pokemon. Just feel I will win points. Yeah, this is, he's great. And similarly now we've got this Tyler, Tyler Clancy, who is, he led him, Val Peterson led Tyler. And Tyler Clancy was the youngest person to serve in the Utah House of Representatives. Since 1834, check out this article, the 8 to 25. And yes, he served alongside his church leader and colleague, Val Peterson, who spoke out at the time saying this about Tyler Clancy. This is what Val Peterson is quoted as saying. He said, Tyler is a natural leader. What Val Peterson said, he wants to serve his community. And I think this is just a demonstration of that. Peterson, who has represented portions of Utah County in the House for more than a decade, was Clancy's church leader. During his time at BYU, and has helped the young lawmaker navigate the learning curve inherent in the legislative process. According to Peterson, what Clancy lacks in years is made up for by his efforts to get involved. Elsewhere, it tells us that Clancy's reputation for community leadership was mirrored by the leadership role that he earned on the BYU lacrosse team. Said Matt Schneck, head coach of BYU men's lacrosse team. He said, quote, it wasn't just the on-fuel capabilities that he had developed. Schneck said, but it was also his leadership and the way that he was able to use his personality and his humor to also create very strong relationships with his teammates to be able to help lead them both on and off the field. Park that second quotation in the back of your mind to lacrosse bit. We'll come back to that. The point I'm making that I like you guys take away from this is that just like his church leader and his house of representatives, colleague Val, Tyler Clancy, where's many hats? And on September 10, 2025, not only was he serving in the house of reps, but he was also serving as a provo police officer, special victims unit. He's also on IKAC, internet crimes against children. Check out his Instagram post from 2025. It reads, so it's posted on May 20th. It reads, Rep, Tyler Clancy doesn't just talk public safety. He lives it. Today, he received the LaGrande and Beth Baker award for his service as a detective in Provo PD's Special Victims Unit, where he helped you guys got it. You know what I'm going to say? Rescue children, dismantle human trafficking rings, and bring predators to justice. Congratulations, Rep Clancy. Utah is safer because of your work. Yay! I agree. Thank you, Tyler, for your work dismantling human trafficking rings. Everybody is doing it. Everybody is-- I don't know anybody who doesn't do it. I don't know if anybody doesn't do it. Are there people who are not doing this anywhere in the world? It's just-- it's-- these people don't exist. Anyways, let's speed up. Where was Officer Tyler Clancy on September 10th? Intimately involved, actually. And I'm going to say it allegedly here, but I do want to make it clear that we reached out to Tyler Clancy for comment to confirm these facts ahead of today's show, and we have not yet heard back. So I'm open to updating these facts if more information lands upon our desk. We also offered to have him on the show to speak about this. What we have confirmed through other people is that Tyler Clancy was, in fact, on duty at the-- as a Provo Police Officer on September 11th. He was allegedly at Tipinogo's hospital, shortly after Charlie arrived. And then when Erica Kirk was due to land, it was Tyler Clancy, who was dispatched from Tipinogo's with another officer to escort Erica from the airport. But he didn't go alone allegedly. I'm told he had some turning point USA members, staff members, or affiliates in his car, because you know, the feds were doing Uber that day. Everyone was-- they were just getting Uber drives. I would like to know who those TPUSA members or affiliates were. I mean, lawsuits make it easy to get this sort of information. Stay tuned. The relevant thing is that at some points, one of those turning point members or affiliates guests left a bloodied bag in Tyler Clancy's car, and Tyler then disposed of that bloodied bag on the same day, allegedly. Now, that's a pretty big allegation, right? Couple of thoughts, and my first thought was, what officer in their right mind would dispose of a bloodied item rather than moving it immediately into evidence on the day of the biggest assassination since JFK, especially while the killer is still actively on the douche. We don't have any information. We don't know if Charlie was set up by those around him. We don't know if the killer, even if he is caught, was acting alone. We don't know anything. It just seems like an extraordinary thing to just dispose of a bloodied item as an officer. Like, surely no officer worth his salt would deem that to be an acceptable idea. But I have to tell you, I am inclined to believe this account, which has been verified by multiple provost and arm sources, until it's accurate. Mostly, I'm inclined to believe it, though, because when I mentioned this to Baron Coleman at a separate time, he brought to my attention,
And a similar and potentially corroborating story was told by none other than Yankin-Bankin Frank. "Yes, ladies and gentlemen, Frank Tarrick," the ever so slight variation on the story that we heard rather an excuse for why he did this, has already admitted that he gave his bloodied bag to a police officer to dispose. Frank has this way of getting ahead of things like you go back and I was like, "I don't remember this at all." They answered, "Yeah," he said that recently. The exact date was April 9th, 2026, you can take a listen to what he said. It was on a podcast called The Apostate Profit to Podcast. And again, this was released rather on April 9th, 2026, take a listen. And then we all had to go from Orom where we were, you and I were just last week. We all had to go from there to Salt Lake City because Mikey and Katherine Lucastro also with great team member at TPUSA, arranged for JD Vance to come and take Charlie's body back to Phoenix. So we had to go to Salt Lake City for that. They wouldn't let us back in the car that we had taken over to a hospital until, because they considered it part of the crime scene, until they looked at it and about 530 they released it to us so we could go back in the car. And I had to get everything I had was in that car. My computer bag, my wallet, my passport, everything was in there. It turned out that Charlie was laying on it across the back seat. It was between the two bucket seats and it was full of blood. And as I pulled it out, this necklace, which we were looking for, was across the top of it. He was wearing a necklace and he came off and Eric had asked where is his necklace, because it wasn't on his body. So as I'm pulling the bag out, there's this necklace and the cop there was goes, I'll take that. I go, no, you won't. You're not taking this. I'm giving this to Eric as she wants it, you know. So I just put it in my pocket and as we drove to Salt Lake City, I took everything of value out of that bag. I'm wearing scrubs now. In fact, everybody that was attending to Charlie wasn't scrubs now. We couldn't wear the clothes we were wearing blood. So I just, I don't want Eric to see the bag, I don't want her to see the blood. So I just told the cops it next to me, can you dispose of this bag where, once we get there. Yeah. A lot going on in that story, by the way, I'm just, because I had never seen this, I didn't realize he also says that Charlie was lying on the bag. Did that complicate the CPR that you were doing at all? Do you normally, do we normally conduct CPR while people are laid on top of that? There's a lot with Frank's stories that don't really add up. I know you're only doing CPR for like 30 seconds at the end there, but I just feel like doing CPR in that type of space and now over a bag is really something. So I just, these bravado type stories, I told that cop, no, you're not, give me that, I'm giving it to Erica, give me that, this goes with me, ooh, Brian Harpal's in there yelling, do the medical, do the medical, just doing the medical, giving five CCs of this. I'm gonna jump on top of him, I'm gonna, none of it's making any sense, ladies and gentlemen, none of that is making any sense, but I will say it does seem corroborative, right? It doesn't seem to corroborate the idea that there was a police officer at the very least. The establishes that a police officer was either told separate from what we heard slight variation was that he willfully throughout this bloodied bag. And I'm inclined to believe that was Tyler Clancy. Now, I should tell you a couple of other things about Tyler Clancy. Very shortly after the assassination and Governor Cox promoted him, allowing him to achieve another Utah state first, Tyler left his position as a, say, provo police department, SVU, eye cack, detective, and he was, instead of pointed as the state's youngest ever homeless coordinator. The appointment was announced on October 30th. You can see it here on social media, announced by Governor Cox himself, is what it says. Today I appointed Rep Tyler Clancy as Utah state's homeless coordinator. I'm confident in his leadership to deliver results, faster help for those who need it and cleaner, safer streets. Thank you to Wayne Neaterhouser, our outgoing state homeless coordinator for his service. And congratulations on his retirement, youngest ever in the state once again. But guys, that's not it. I mean, this is, this is where it gets really fun because you will never guess who I learned. That Tyler Clancy is allegedly best friends with, like among his class of friends, his generation. This is according to multiple people with direct knowledge, it's going to be a blast from the past. Let's blast ourselves back to the early days of this investigation. We're all looking for answers. We don't know what to make of anything. It's September 14th. We've just been told and formed, that Tyler Robinson is in custody, we just told this what the day before, September 13th or 12th. And details are not fast, feds are telling us stories, the stories are kind of changing. After all, ourselves investigating our more people involved, we don't know and lo and behold, there appears a young man who posts on Instagram just after the man hunt on September 14th, when everything was very fresh, we're looking for clues, a Shayna Broderick swoops in with his friends, Robbie Hild and Gerno Omer, who volunteered according to Shayna, I should say, to retrace the steps of the alleged killer and we cover that on our show, obviously here's that post to my, took my friends to my grandma's house and we retraced his steps and took pictures in the exact place that the security cameras caught him. I've been through this new experience for the last few days. I'm still very glad to have attended to support Charlie Kirk and to see him this last pick shows, Converse branded footprints, hashtag or I'm hashtag Charlie Kirk. Well, guess what, Tyler Clancy and Shayna are best friends. He's in the same friend group with Robbie Hild because the two of them played lacrosse with one another at BYU, the BYU that Val Peterson is the church leader of Tyler Clancy. We got Tyler up there, that's Robbie Hild. I just thought what an amazing coincidence. I'm so grateful that all of them were around and on hand to assist in such a meaningful way, whether it's Shayna contributing, which eventually was a video of him retracing steps with Converse, whether it was Tyler Clancy who assisted by throwing away a bloodied bag allegedly. Yeah, I know more, but we have pending lawsuits and depositions and that's where all of the magic in my experience, all the magic really happens when you get depositions. I love me a deposition because I don't lie and I have nothing to hide. It's been my experience that people who posture a lot and don't love them. I like to post a lot to the public, but primarily in depictions, they don't love them. That's my experience. We'll leave it there. I would also like to add here that we are still unable to determine who the fire captain was that provided CPR and a Charlie Kirk upon arrival of Tim Pinogos. It is a remarkable detail that we cannot confirm. It's a, who is it? This is public. This should be public information. I mean, obviously I will be able to discipline the information and I should be able to request this instantly because I'm involved in lawsuits, but I'm wondering why can't we figure this out sooner? I'm wondering if it's someone that was maybe wearing multiple hats, you know, maybe someone who's a police officer or firefighter, a teacher down the road. And then just jump in as a fire captain and then turns around and is working for, I don't know what to think, but the people who are sending me schedules of the, those people actually retired, the people that you're sending me, this could be this person, that person, look at those schedule, they've already retired. So we have a clue as to one person who could fit the bill, but we have no confirmation. That just seems weird. People would be talking about that, a fire captain doing CPR on Charlie, why when you arrive to the hospital, how, like I said, this would make sense, I have heard, by the way, can't confirm that he was actually in an ambulance and jumped out of the ambulance and assisted, but it's not a part of the legend of Frank Terrick or a legend of Brian Harpal. So I don't, I don't know. I know something. Please email us more tips at canisolums.com. I will again state, we are looking for people with direct knowledge of who that quote unquote fire captain was.

That's, yeah, that's good, that's just, these people are, they're doing everything. And here's just so you can see everything 'cause it's good for you guys back at home to be able to store all of the various hats that these people are wearing so that's Tyler Clancy's and I can also show you about Peterson's. It's a lot, it's a lot. And it's allowed in Utah, by the way, they're not breaking a law by doing this. You just have to kind of fill out a form and you're like, I'm gonna be everything. And they're like, oh, that's not a conflict of interest to be a promo police officer and a government employee. Like, what if your government colleagues are doing something illegal, right? Like, does that mess up your incentive? Well, it's allowed. That's all I can tell you. Anyway, set it now so, but America has fallen. I think there's just a lot of evidence that everywhere. But most, where I find this to be the best evidence, the best case that we can make for the fact that America has fallen is what's happening inside of the White House press room. Okay, so let's just rewind Trump 1.0 Back when I was proud to wear a MAGA hats, you couldn't catch me wearing one ever today. And the energy was Katie McAnady. Katie McAnady was Whippet smart, right? Beyond the fact that she's an attractive, well, she's an attractive young woman. Nobody really cared about that because she was Whippet smart. No, we could deny the fact that she was. She graduated Harvard with a law degree. She did also spend time overseas at Oxford, if I believe right. That's where she, I think that's where she went to Oxford University for a semester. She was so overprepared in the press room with her binder. Yeah, but she also did, I think, a year at Oxford as well. And yeah, so she was so overprepared. So lawyer overprepared had a binder. Anytime anybody asks Tara a single question, she was just on it. Like she gave it as good as they gave it to her, went back and forth and you just went, okay, she's a star. There's no question that she's a star. And she's gonna go on to be successful because she's been successful throughout her entire life, right. Then we got Caroline Levin and 2.0. And I just felt that she was gaslighting us at all times, like lying the whole time. And it felt different. And the magnet movement felt different. And we were kind of making the transition into the Neocon movement. And now we have someone whose name is Katie Zacharia. Okay, it was recently announced that she would take over Caroline Levin. And we didn't know what to expect, but we didn't expect this. I would say that as a society we didn't expect what looks like a true Saturday night live skit. It looks like someone is making fun of the press secretary that this is not actually the real press secretary. So I'm just gonna let you watch her greeting the press. - Good morning. I am so honored to work for President Trump and the American people as a new White House press secretary. I want to thank President Trump for his trust that he has placed in me. I have wanted to work for him for a very long time. - I feel like she could have remembered that. - I'm looking forward to working with each of you as well. Especially as we are in the middle of the midterm blitz with energy and excitement, never seen before in the history of midterms thanks to President Trump. Just look no further than last night in Youngstown, Ohio where President Trump delivered another blockbuster rally out on the trail. The arena was overflowing with enthusiasm as thousands came out to support President Trump as well as special guest Jake Paul and football legend John Gruden. The president also announced the Department of War has officially selected Cleveland, Ohio as the new home for the U.S. Navy's Summering Component Repair Center. This massive 46,000 square foot facility will manufacture repair and maintain key parts for virtually all new and existing submarines. This is historic. - I don't even, I, America has fallen, that's it, that's it. It's over. Hi. I am Candice Owens. I would like to thank President Trump for picking me. I'm so honored and excited. Yesterday in Youngstown, Ohio, Trump was on the trail and the excitement was palpable. Why can't she remember, this is like three points. I can't even, I can't even paint myself to watch that further because why can't she remember her name and thanking Trump? That's not something you got to read off of a cute card. You just come out there. You say, hi, I'm Katie. I'm so excited. This is the first time I'm doing a briefing. I'm so grateful to the president. Thank you so much for choosing me. We've been in communication about this moment for a long time. I can't believe it's actually happening. Let's jump right into what we have last night. You don't remember that he was in Youngstown, Ohio. The energy's palpable midterms are around the corner. I mean, I just watched this once and I can memorize everything, memorize everything that you just said. Why are you looking down and reading things that should just come naturally to you? The no cards are for specific points. How many people were in attendance? You might not want to forget the number because people will fact check you. Okay, removing the headquarters of the Navy to a Youngstown, Ohio. Okay, how much that's going to cost might be? A little point. She's just reading the entire thing, including her own name. I don't even know what to make of that. That's absurd. I will not be ghastled about this. I'm not gonna be ghastled to pretend that this is like excellence or that she's just shy. That's not just being, if she's shy, if she's that shy, then she should not have been selected for this position. If she got up there and she froze and forgot her own name, then she should not have been selected for this position because that is embarrassing. You should be embarrassed by that. It seems like he's just trying to find a cute girl to fill the role. I'm gonna guess actually there's gonna be donors somehow involved in that. Oh, I love my daughter. My wife, I gave you this much Shira Kim. I never look into it to know that that was not based on a meritocracy. Okay, she was not selected based on meritocracy. In fact, journalists are having trouble confirming her background story. They're falling into a hole. It's like with Erica Kirk. When Erica Kirk says that, you know, she was in law school, you know, or rather that she has a doctorate, it's hard to confirm that. Dr. Erica Kirk, well, Katie, they can't confirm that she graduated law school. She just kind of keeps standing.
about the question and saying that she worked at a legal firm in China alongside her husband. They're like, "Okay, well where did you get your legal degree from?" And she's like, "Well, I studied some law at Pepperdine University, St. University, Erica went to for a year, which we couldn't confirm whether she was in person or just doing it online. She's a little university." Who is this chick? Who is this chick and why was she selected? What's the real reason she was selected? It's awful. She should be fired on day one. We've got to just keep going along with the cityocracy and pretending that any of this is normal. Everybody involved. We are, this has to be a Truman show. Like Charlie was living the Truman show and now we're all living the Truman show. And I'm just waiting for someone to yell cut. Just go, "Yeah, we were just kidding with you. Everything was fake. Everything was faking gay. It was totally fine. None of it's real." And as a part of that, by the way, I do want to address this business inside her headline, Trump's new press secretary was asked where she passed the bar. Her answer just raised more questions. Reads in a statement. Like Aria said, she, "practiced international transaction law with all the appropriate credentials." She did not say if she had passed the bar in any state. Okay, what? This is what state did you pass the bar? This isn't hard. You're going to keep gaslighting us about these women that are pretending to be credentialed and they're not. Anyway on that note, if you need another marker for where we are at in society, it would be the corn else. I mean, in case I'm just amazed that people feel the need to take sides in a case like this. I want everyone to just sort of zoom out, just zoom out regarding the Cornell 7 case and really understand where we are at in American society that you are feeling the need to have to take a side, regarding a case where people send their kids to school, which will plunge you into debt hundreds of thousands of dollars to Cornell. And on the one side, you have a female character who agreed to have sexual relations with from what I'm seeing two guys at a frat party who is agreed to get high, snorting a horse tranquilizer. This is the beginning of this story begins with horse tranquilizer. People who have all agreed to do have a drug-fueled sex party. Okay, so people that take this side and this perspective and people feel fired up about this because now they are their allegations regarding a gang rape. People looking up a text message is they're going, oh, well, she was texting while this was happening because one of the people that she agreed to sleep with then sent a text message to the entire frat house in a group chat and said basically, and I'm making the sound nicer than it is because it's it's horrific. He says like free sex upstairs. Okay, common sense tells me that even if she agreed to having a threesome and to doing horse tranquilizer throughout the night, she probably didn't agree to having a text sent out inviting the rest of the house. That just like just comments. I don't really need to read into anything. Common sense tells me that no one then says, well, could you could you text the entire house and invite them because I'm not done. I'm tranquilized. I mean, I'm a horse tranquilizer. Please invite more people. Everyone involved in this story is disgusting. The only winners are those of us who have been pleading with people to take their kids out of school telling you that this is we are basically living in Epstein society. Everything about this case is evidence that we are living in Epstein society. People are angry screaming at each other ending friendships. This is this is what this was and she agreed to just this point and then beyond that it wasn't agreed and she was texting the next morning again. I don't know how much horse tranquilizer she took sounds like it was a lot, but yes, it is also true that when you do drugs, you can have things happen that you don't remember. I mean, this reminds me of sitting down with Hunter Biden. He agreed to do crack at a motel eight motel seven, whatever it was. He agreed to have a stripper over and then that stripper robbed him. He didn't agree to that. He didn't consent to that, but the stripper was probably also on crack as well. Who's the blame? Who's the blame? Again, this is like, what are we even talking about here? This is supposed to be a university where kids go to learn. I mean, what has gone on that people are now doing horse tranquilizer at frat parties? Everyone here was raised wrong. Every single one of them. There's no good guy in this. I'd like to speak to the parents of the frat kids. They're despicable. The idea of sending a text message like that, I mean, even if you're under the influence, why would you send a message like that, inviting other people to sleep with someone? That's not a defensible position. No one should be defending that. It's gross. Do I have to tell you that you shouldn't be defending that? That you shouldn't be looking at this and going, oh, poor victim. He just did horse tranquilizer and then invited everybody else to come in for a sex party. That's not something you should be defending. You also shouldn't be defending someone who's putting themselves in the circumstances. It's not, I don't feel bad, that I need to defend Hunter Biden. If I get called to the scene of the crime and the stripper took his wallet and stole everything from him and took his money and he's like, oh, I consented to doing crack. I didn't consent to her robbing me after, there's just what have we come to? What have we come to as a society? I want to mandate everyone into prison for a year. If this is the America that you believe in, vote me for dictator because everybody's going to prison including the parents because everyone was raised wrong. I might even sent in some of these people online who were just making comments and just so vitriolic, like there's like there's a hero of this story. Like somebody was like, who? Look at the scenario. I'm discussing with everybody. I'm quite literally disgusted with everybody. The victim in this story is me. I want to be honest, the victim in this story is me for having to read through everybody trying to be an intellectual, to intellectualize and communicate to everybody about who the true victim are those of us that are standing by going the fact that we are having this discussion of something that took place at a university where kids are supposed to achieve higher education is in and of itself one of these markers of how far American society has fallen. So I'd like everybody go to prison. That's my opinion and hopefully you can get behind that. And when the time comes, maybe it's 2028, you elect me to be dictator of the United States and I will leave it at that. We'll be right back after a break. All right, you guys, you may not know this, but the water that you drink every day may actually be unsafe to consume things like bacteria and parasites, maybe contaminating the water that comes out of your faucet and to make matters worse, foreign hackers just waged war on our water infrastructure and 100 water treatment plants all throughout the United States were compromised. Briefly, I partner with century H2O and they have a water wellness system that will transform your health. Their system uses clean water as a carrier for heavy oxygen, magnesium, calcium, and alkalinity. Their special designs, paper filter eliminates all vaccines, nanoplastics, fluoride and arsenic plus. The clean water comes directly out of the faucets that you currently have in your home. Century H2O has changed the way that I think about what's in my house and what my family is drinking every single day to protect your family from cyber terrorists and ridge your water of toxins head to century H2O.com slash Candace and get 10% off your order. Restore your health as you drink contaminant free, alkalized water while still keeping the natural minerals intact. That's S-E-N-T-R-Y H2O.com slash Candace for 10% off your order. I also want to remind you guys about American financing because simple, cheap things like fast food shops with the family have become out of control expensive. What used to cost $20 is now closer to $40 or $50 and if you're a home owner sitting on store and credit card balances, you may be considered calling American financing but then hesitated because you remembered that low mortgage rate that you're enjoying. Hanging onto a low rate doesn't actually help if high interest credit cards are eating up your monthly income. That's where the numbers could be shifting in your favor. American financing can help you use your hard earned equity to wipe out high interest credit card debt. So instead of making minimum payments on restaurant tabs for years, you could join thousands of homeowners that are saving an average of $800 a month with American financing. There are no upfront fees, no pressure, and no cost to find out your potential monthly savings. Plus starting now could mean delaying up the two mortgage payments, so call 800-795-1210 or visit Americanfinancing.net/oens. That's Americanfinancing.net/oens. So my producer pointed out that somebody who I actually plan to be my press secretary, definitely in the running, it's between Theo Von and Tim Dillon, had a similar take on this case, which makes sense because it seems like Tim Dillon is one of the only rational people in America. The comedians are somehow the most rational people that we have. They should be replacing politicians. So let's listen to what Tim Dillon, my future press secretary, where I'm the dictator of the United States had to say about the Cornell 7K's take a listen. Nobody would be proud of these were your sons. Truly, think about that. No one would be proud. And as far as her behavior, I don't love that. If it's my daughter, frankly, so I don't love it. I don't want any of these children. I don't want any of these people being my children. Can I say that? I don't have children. You can say that. But can I say I don't want any of them being my children? Is that okay? It's okay.
Can I say that? I don't want any of these people being my children, okay? And because the behavior that they engaged in is not what I spend the money to send my kids to Cornell. I spend good money to send my kids to Cornell. No, I don't have children or a family. But I spend good money to send my kids to Cornell. I have a cat. But if my cat went to Cornell, I spent a lot of money to get my cat into Cornell. If I sent my cat to Cornell and it's a gang (beep) and we're in the news, I'm not happy. So I don't want anyone. Sorry, none of them are my pick to have a son or daughter. If I had a son or a daughter that was involved in this type of activity, I would sit them down. I would go, do you know how much mean your mother sacrificed to do this? Do you know how hard it is? And yes, I get it. College is supposed to be about experimentation and figuring out who you are, but it's loser (beep) those texts, you can whip it out, loser (beep) there's free (beep) not a bit, not a bit. This is scumbag behavior, and it should not be celebrated or defended. - I agree. I just don't get it. There's just like, I don't get it. I really don't. And we were drinking Red Bobatcus when I was in college. And we were black it out. I'm not gonna sit here pretend that we didn't, but I don't know what's gone on since then as the university system has become something else. And I just feel like we are the United States of Epstein at this moment. And we're like all lowering ourselves by even screaming about this. Like it's just, we just have to move on from it. Anyway, top comments from last episode, which was last week Thursday, salt, storm rights, episode 400, and I have been here for all of them. Thank you for not letting this go, Candace. Thank you so much. Fuzzy bear rights. More people trust Candace and all the government combined. And I am here for it. I hope that's actually, I strive. That's a very low bar to trust more than the government 'cause I don't trust the government at all. I mean, at all. The more that we get into the Charlie story. By the way, tomorrow is Charlie Kirk's birthday, October 14th. So we will be here and we will keep pushing. We only have a few more episodes guys before I am off air. I think seven or five, seven episodes before I am off air from maternity leave, that's crazy. A couple of comments from today's episode. Let me scroll down here. Seven sheets rights in America might be falling, but it's not falling, but we do need more voices like yours. But I am disgusted by my country that is trying to convict a clearly innocent man over the J6 bombing. I cannot look at that sweet man that being outraged about what our lying government is putting him through. I totally agree with that. And we should talk more about the Brian Cole case. I'll be sure to talk more, speak more about that before we go off air from maternity leave, I'll pick a day. Ali writes, I need a journalist to ask Erica. I know Ben did TPUSA events before with Charlie, but one day before his death, he said he is abandoning the pro-Israel cause. Why haven't you done that? Why didn't you say he is opposed to the Iran war when you were asked because Erica has betrayed Charlie's legacy? Obviously, everything that she's doing. I mean, it's just completely crazy that obviously she doesn't author her tweets. And when she tweets a thing of why I sat down with Vanity Fair 'cause Charlie believed and seeing down people that disagree with you, he was referring to the students on campus that disagree with you. Not Vanity Fair, what are you talking about? What are you talking about? Stop saying stuff, just stop speaking. Please, like, as I just sit down, people that disagree with me, I'll be doing a spread and vogue. I'm gonna sit down with people that disagree with me. I'll be speaking to people via Tatler, the New York Times. People that disagree with, no, he meant to get on the ground and answer questions, might make you uncomfortable. It will sharpen your arguments, learn how to deal people pushing back. We don't need the army, the vice president, and Trump's entire abitistration. Oh, people that disagree with me. She's just, it makes me sick. It's Charlie was a man of the people. She is the exact opposite of that. And it makes me sick. James Least writes, "Every woman in Trump's orbit absolutely wrecks their faces with disfiguring plastic surgery. It makes you wonder if he's the one encouraging it." Yeah, they call it Mar-a-Lago face. They don't call it Mar-a-Lago face for nothing. It's a face. It's a face. It can be yours. You can buy it if it's what you want. Go for it. I'm not hating, do your thing. Creative media channel rights. My birthday is October 18th. I can't help but see the spiritual connection. Charlie and I would have had or perhaps had a rest in peace. Charlie, I can't wait to meet you one day. Well, heavy birthday. I think we'll be off air on the 18th of that fall on Sunday. I don't know. Sam, it writes, "Blessing's cannoes for the beautiful new light that you are bringing into our world. Thank you so much, everybody. Just hope that I give birth." Immediately. My sister sent me a text. She's like, I had a dream and I'm like, good, good. Maybe it's going to happen tonight. I don't think it's going to happen tonight. I got to be honest with you. The one that you feed writes, obviously, the new White House press secretary is being coached by Erica. Her advice is to throw a bunch of words in a proverbial blender and start speaking. They are both from the school of inflate your schooling, summa cumma, booma, whatever. That is true. And yeah, Pepper, there's something about Pepperdine. Something about Pepperdine is what I will say. They are turning out to a very specific kind of individual. This, I can't really read your username. It looks like Tavoli Wiley writes, "Any true candy a non knows that you take all federal holidays. I might have an advantage being a postmaster. I'll thank you for all that you do. Enjoy your time off. God bless. It is true. We take all federal holidays. And it is true that it is always Skylar that reminds you before we go off there. He's like, no, I'm off on Monday in my ear. I'm like, ah, Skylar's off on Monday. He didn't do that. So that's why we blamed Skylar. That was totally appropriate. I could do no wrong, especially this pregnant. Lil' the Wild writes can't issue or the Bravery Journalist's alive. I loved your Theovon interview. Guys, like 3.5 million of you have watched an interview. I think it's like his biggest interview of the year on track to be at least. So thank you guys for watching that. You continue. I am genuinely asking to be you for Halloween. Yes, you can of course be me for Halloween. I'm white and I fear it may come off as black face. It's okay. If you want to be me for Halloween, do it. Go out there and be me, but you just have to be pregnant. That's the only thing I ask. Promise to honor and at you, love, love, love, love Christ's King, stand as forever. You fully have my permission. ACDO writes, shout out to all the good people in positions of power that decided to bring clues and truth to light. There's a special place in heaven for them. I believe that and there are just so many of us now. It really does feel like gang, gang, you know? We are just more people, are inspiring more people. And also in many ways, you have to be grateful for the idiots. The idiots make more mistakes. The people, they're trying to launch their platforms off of hating me, make more mistakes. And they encourage people to come out too. So don't disregard the useful idiots as well. But the majority of this has obviously been because of the sleuths who have at first taken tremendous risk to speak out. And now it seems like it's less risk to speak out, but it is risk nonetheless. So I want to acknowledge that from the bottom of my heart. All right, you guys, merch up on the website is the best way to support us. Go to cancelsomes.com, buy us a t-shirt, buy us a hat, buy yourself a CIA shirt, join the sleuth movement. Apparently we're just a bunch of wine moms. So I think we're gonna drop some wine glasses. That's the internet rumor. Everything that you read on the internet must be true. If it's about me, you know, it's ever shifting and it feels like you're playing a game of Twister. Definitely love my conspiracy girly sweatshirt there in blue. It's so cute. Like how is that not cool and cute? Just look at it. Hit the back, scroll down. Yeah. At the front of the back. How come I don't get my own gear? That's the back. I want that one. Can we order that one for me? Thanks, guys. I'd like to have that. I also need to just drop a pregnancy line 'cause like they need to be a little longer. It has to, we just have to have the male fit for the pregnancy. So I'm gonna drop that by the way. You guys are going to pass away when you see our exclusive Baron Coleman line that we're gonna be dropping soon. It should be up on the website this week, but I don't want to give it away. I love it. It's great. The designs are fantastic. All right, guys, that's it. That was a long Tuesday. I'm sorry that you guys thought I gave birth. I'm sorry that I wasn't in communication. I'm sorry that Skyler is who he is. We will see you guys tomorrow. (upbeat music) [BLANK_AUDIO]
Podcast Summary
Key Points:
Candace Owens admits she failed to appear on air on Monday, acknowledging a scheduling error by producer Skyler, whom she blames for the oversight.
Owens reveals that Val Peterson, a high-ranking official at UVU and Utah’s House of Representatives, was not on campus on September 10th, as confirmed by an after-action report, and was 45 minutes away.
Tyler Clancy, a young Utah state legislator and Provo police officer, is allegedly involved in the events of September 10th, having been dispatched to assist at a hospital and reportedly disposing of a bloodied bag that day.
Owens claims Tyler Clancy and Val Peterson are deeply connected through their BYU backgrounds, with both being prominent leaders in their communities, and suggests a network of ties among key figures.
A major criticism centers on the new White House press secretary, Katie Zacharia, whose performance is described as incoherent and unqualified, with Owens accusing her of lacking basic credentials and professionalism.
The discussion of the "Cornell 7" case is framed as evidence of a broader societal decline, with Owens condemning the behavior of university students and accusing the nation of descending into a "Epstein society" of exploitation and moral decay.
Owens highlights the hypocrisy of defending students involved in drug-fueled sex parties, arguing that such behavior contradicts the values of higher education and modern parenting.
The segment ends with a call to action for viewers to support the "sleuth movement," citing public depositions and lawsuits as critical tools for uncovering truth in high-profile cases.
