Hi, Ghosties, I'm Macy, and I'm Natalie. And there's something both exciting and eerie about pondering what else might be out there in the universe. Are we alone? The abundance of stories sent to us about our listeners' alien encounters tells me otherwise. Today, I wanted to tell you those stories. Brother. I know you needed this. Brother, guess what? What? I almost talked about the pot at work today because a new coworker of mine, we were just chatting about, weirdly enough, chatting about high rocks and exercise and hot pilates and just things that his wife was doing and things that we've done. And we got on the topic of aliens. Interesting. And he was like, oh yeah, like I'm watching everything aliens and animal planet. And I said, hell yeah. Yeah, dude, that's so, I don't know. All right, this is so weird. I didn't know. Send them a link to this one. No, I was like, do I say it? And then I was like, no, I can't reveal. It's too soon. Well, we have stories of alien beings in their homes, tales of lights in the dark night skies, experiences with lost time, and even a story of abduction. It's a chilling episode today, so maybe make sure your curtains are closed so they can't peek in on you. And that you have your tea at the ready. I'm genuinely almost moved to tears right now. At the day I've had, like I needed this, actually, so bad. Good. I'm actually, like I'm so excited. When you said, oh, we're doing something, you know, related from Monday's video, I was like, maybe sorta. I was wondering where we were going to head with that because you confused me. But I didn't bring cryptids and aliens kind of go together. They're like best friends holding hands. Ah, that I mean. I could, yeah, kind of, but at the same time to me, cryptids are a maybe and aliens are a, yes, and if you don't believe, like hello. Yeah. But that's just me personally. And some people may feel that way about cryptids. So I don't know. Okay, well, we'll go ahead and get started. Our tea today is a tea peat. It's tea with tea. It's a green tea. The one we've had before. All right, I'm excited. Let's go. So for our first story, we're returning to ham. Yay, ham. This is the first part of their story. So if you watched our glitch in the matrix episode, ham was in there. Hi, sisters. My name is ham, and I have two stories for you all today. Well, we already read one. So one, this one is a story that happened to my dad's grandma in Mexico. So first, the alien story. This happened in Mexico way before I was born when my great grandma was still alive, but at an old age already. According to my dad, she was watering her plants one night, not sure why at night. And since this was part of her daily routine right before going to bed, she was doing it quickly and very nonchalantly, almost not really paying attention to what she was doing. She said that, as she's watering her plants, she's just looking down at them when she realizes that she's getting farther and farther away from the ground and that that was the last thing she remembers. Then she comes to, and she's in the middle of nowhere in the desert. Forgot to mention, this happened in her rancho where it is not super populated and it is already in the middle of nowhere, but when she woke up, she had no idea where she was and it was daytime. She said she walked four hours until a car saw her and somehow managed to take her home. And when she did go back home, my great-granddad said they were looking for her for two days. She was very badly sunburned from being laid out under the sun for who knows how long and was severely dehydrated. My dad said she told everyone what happened to her and strongly believes she was abducted by aliens and then dropped off somewhere far away, but nobody believed her and thought she made the story up and just wandered off since she was already old. My dad and now I believe her though. Since she has already passed and I never got to meet her, I unfortunately cannot ask her any questions about the story and only know as much as my dad does. But he did say after this, she refused to be outside by herself even during the day. I doubt she would have wandered off without anyone noticing right away and going after her. So I do believe her. - And I believe her too. - I also believe her. - I believe Grandma Ham. - I do. - I put that on a shirt. I believe Grandma Ham. I'd wear that. - I can't imagine just like watering my plants, you know, doing my daily chore and then suddenly the ground's getting further and further away from me. - You know what? I'm like, when I think of alien stories, I don't think like, ah, fear spooky. I don't think that. - I do, I know. I think like, ooh, I'm intrigued. I want to see them, but from afar, that to me, that's scarier than ghost stories. Because what happened to her in those two days? - Yeah. - Yeah. - Two days out in the desert. - She's sunburned, like she's been out in the desert. Was she out there the whole time? - Who? - It's just like lost time unexplained, that that really scares me. - I wonder if she ever had any, I don't know, dreams or random moments of memory come to her where she could remember something about that time. Or if it was just completely lost her until she passed. I wish we could go back in time and ask, because that is so crazy. - Wild, wild story. - And also how do you explain, you're just like being lifted up in the air. It's not like she saw flashes of, oh, I was on a highway and then I was up here and I was up here and over here. No, it was just like, I was watering my grass and then the ground was away and I woke up. - And then I woke up, it was daytime two days later. - That's insane. - In the middle of nowhere. - So scary, God, she's like, I'm glad they found her, you know? - Oh, me too. - That's so terrifying. I wonder if anybody saw anything, right? Because I mean, it is a small, she said it was like a small area, not super populated, but I mean, someone's gonna be around at night, right? - I don't know. - I don't know, spooky, spooky stuff. But a good first start. So we'll move on to our next story, it's from M. Hey girls, it's me again. I just wanted to say that this is my mom's and brother's story, but I got permission to share. Before starting, I would like to say that although I believe in aliens, I'm unsure about abductions. But my mom's stories are interesting, so here you go. When my mom was six, she lived with my grandpa grandma and aunt in California. They all slept in one room with my mom and her sister on bunk beds. She said that she was awoken one night by movement. She opened her eyes to see that she was levitating between the bunk bed of her and her sister's bed. When she turned to look around, she could see her parents sleeping and these little aliens holding her up and moving her to the center of the room. There were also bigger aliens waiting and they all started to examine her body. She said they started to drill into her back and that it was very painful. She tried to scream out and pain and for help, but her voice was lost and nothing would come out. She says she knows they implanted something in her back. She doesn't remember much after that, just that when she woke back up, her back still hurt and she was scared to talk to anyone about it. She thought that if she told anyone, but they would think she was crazy so she just kept it to herself. I asked my mom if she ever had her back looked at. She said that doctors have looked at her back since she has constant backaches and they told her she has a small tumor there. They haven't done anything to remove it or investigate it further. Years later, my mom, who has lived in two other states is living in California again. She's pregnant with my second older brother by this point and is awoken by a bright light. She says she was levitating there in the middle of the room with the same or similar small and tall aliens. As they were examining her, she kept trying to move and scream for help. She thought they were going to hurt her baby so she was trying to put up a fight. The aliens then spoke to her telepathically. They told her that everything's okay and they just wanted to see how a baby grows. She remembered them touching her stomach and examining her. After that, she doesn't remember and once again didn't tell anyone what happened to her. Years later in a different house in California, my second older brother woke up one night because he was struggling to breathe. He got out of bed and went to the bathroom. When he got there, he looked down his throat and saw something there. He reached down to pull it out and when he managed to get it out, he was holding something that looked kind of like plastic. He ended up throwing it in the trash and didn't mention it to anyone for a while. Two weeks after that night, he told my mom about it and she was so upset. She wanted to look at what he had pulled out since it had been two weeks and he threw it out. It was long gone in a dump truck somewhere. Sorry, I don't have a satisfying ending, but I am also upset that my brother didn't keep what he pulled out of his face hole or that doctors aren't looking into my mom's back, but such is life. I can't wait to hear what others have to say or what you all think, M-O-K. Creepy, okay, okay, okay. If there wasn't the second encounter or the weird plastic thing, that, first of all, that scares me so bad. I cannot believe he didn't say anything or didn't keep it to show at least in the morning be like, "Hey, everyone was sleeping and this was in my body, horrifying." But if there were not the second and third part of that story, with just the examination and the drilling in the back and the tumor, I could make that make sense in my brain of like, "Well, maybe your body and your subconscious knew there was something wrong." So it created that scenario in either a dream or you hallucinated it 'cause your body knew something was wrong and maybe your mom had just watched an alien movie or something and so-- - I was thinking the same thing. - Yeah, but with the second part, she's presumably an adult and having that experience and they're just like, "We just want to see the baby." - Okay, you know what I thought though? - What if aliens are tagging some of us? You know how we tag animals in the wild, like sharks and dolphins and wilds and stuff? - And what makes one person tagable or not? - Same thing with sharks and availability? - Yeah, I guess. - There's just there. - They happen, they're like, "Oh, this is a quiet house." I don't know, I don't know why they pick who they pick. - But yeah, like-- - Would you pick? - I don't know, I don't know very many people. - Just like, just if it's--
Who was the first person that came to your mind? Well, you, but that's because I looked at you. Oh, okay, but I never mind. I don't know, I know like six people. So, okay, and all of them are my family. Comment down below, who would you tag? Who would you tag to watch the wild as an alien? But I just found that so interesting that they would be interested enough in us and we're like animals. Yeah, like we're gonna tag and keep track of them through life and like where they travel. And you know, like they're having this one's having a baby. I was gonna say, you know how Kayla, our sister likes to watch those eagles that have babies and they hatch and stuff. What if that's like for the humans? You know, there's like, oh my gosh. Look, guys, M's mom is gonna have a baby. Ah, let's watch, you know, imagine that. It's like, oh, we're in class and our teacher puts up the live feed of this woman and her baby. It's like, wow, she had the baby, you know, like Kayla is living the eagle's life. Yeah, look, she's feeding it. Avocado. Oh, no, that's an interesting thought. I don't know if I'm unsettled or if I think it's cool. I'm unsettled greatly, greatly unsettled at the prospect of it happening to me, at the possibility. But it could happen to anyone we know. That's true. But I mean, anything could happen to anyone at any time. So I think I would feel honored, question mark. If I could find out about, find out about it after I died. I feel like, oh wow, they were watching. But if I found out like this, no. I want the doctors to take a look at that tumor because that's so weird. Like, oh, it's just a tumor. We'll just leave it there for now. Yeah, things like that unsettled me. Let's take a closer look, shall we? Yeah. What if they did and it was like, we don't know what this is? Some kind of foreign material. Let's not, let's not go there. Okay, okay. Okay, okay. Because I mean, the plastic in the boy's mouth or the throat, yeah, that's horrifying. Brave of him to just be like, oh, let me grab that. Okay, but we'll move on to our next story. It's from Cass. Hello again, ghosties. This is Cass. And I wanted to share some creepy, true stories that aren't mine. These are my dads. So get your blankets and your tea and be prepared to get spooked. Number one, titled reptiles are cold-blooded. This story is about my dad and my aunt when they were both around the ages 12 and 13 years old. I would also like to add that they were both sleeping in their shared bedroom upstairs on the second floor and it was the middle of the winter in Ohio when these events took place. This is a true story, but we'll be told from my perspective after listening to it. My dad said that he was awoken by his sister in the middle of the night. John, please wake up, John, please. Is what his sister kept repeating desperately as he opened his eyes. My dad sat up confused rubbing his face. What, why are you? He asked that his sister interrupted him with a quiet shh. Even more confused, but now concerned, my dad stopped to listen with his sister. He told me that he could hear strange, sliding noise coming from somewhere outside of their bedroom, but in the house. He described the sound to be like heavy back, sliding against wooden floors. While this concerned my dad and my aunt, they didn't think of it to be anything related to paranormal or the unexplainable. My dad's father frequently would do odd things in the middle of the night for he had severe PTSD from being in the service in Vietnam. So at first, the only concern they had were only for their father. My dad and aunt decided to take a peek out of their bedroom door. Quietly, they opened the door and stepped out into the dark hallway. They could still hear the sliding noise, but only now it was clearer and getting louder. They cautiously made their way to the staircase to see if they could maybe see their father downstairs. They get to the top of the stairway and see what looks like a big sack of potatoes or a blob in the dark at the bottom of the stairs. My dad's sister flipped the light switch and they scream in horror as the light reveals the source of the ominous sliding noise. At the bottom of the stairwell, they saw a reptilian-like humanoid crawling its way up the steps. Oh no. My dad described its skin to appear wet and shiny as if it were covered in a thick mucus. And when the lizard creature looked up at them, it let out a noise similar to an alligator that feels threatened. Know that like hissing sound? I don't like that. Alligators freak me out. Those are dinosaurs. It had two teeth that protruded forward and hung out of its mouth and his eyes were large but had pupils shaped similar to a snake's. My dad and his sister screamed all the way up to their room and slammed their door, buying them. They began moving their dressers in front of the door and kept screaming for their mother and father. This whole situation probably lasted under a minute but it felt so much longer to my dad. After what felt like forever, my dad's father finally came beating on their bedroom door, yelling for them to open up. They moved the furniture, opened the door and began crying and trying to explain what they had seen. In a very monotonous voice, my grandfather told my dad and his sister, reptiles are cold-blooded. Hello, they tend to get in the house seeking warm shelter and then left them to go back to his room. My dad said he had never seen the reptilian creature again. So was the dad the reptile? Eek. Yuck. Hello? I don't know. I don't know. I can't imagine. No. Imagine you are horrified. You are so scared. You just saw something real scared. Mom goes, reptiles are cold-blooded. Ah! You're the lizard! Like I'd be so scared. OK, even if the dad didn't believe them, like, thought seriously, maybe it was some kind of large reptile, he just went back to his room. He just said, whatever. They're trying to get in the house when it's cold outside. Could be an iguana. Hello, can we go check for the alligator in our house? No, that's horrible. Are there alligators in Ohio? Probably, right? Sure. I have no idea. I've seen alligators in strange places, so I wouldn't doubt it. No native population in Ohio. There should not have been an alligator in your dad's house. Yeah, no, that's too much. And his response is too unsaddling. Unsaddling. Yeah. Unsaddling. I don't even know what to say. Do you believe in a race of reptilian race that whole conspiracy? Um, Mark Zuckerberg exists, so maybe-- So it's a possibility? Maybe. Maybe. I don't know. I don't know where the whole-- Do you wear wings? I don't know what the whole conspiracy of the reptilian race is. But yeah. I've said before, I have definitely met some people where I think, hmm, it's possible. Maybe you are a lizard. I don't know. Let's know down below if you know any lizard people. They'll move on to the next story. It's titled "Unfortunate For Them," but thank heavens for us. This story actually takes place when I was a toddler. When I was a baby/toddler, I lived with my dad and stepmom. They both had very disturbing experiences that also involved me. I have no memory of these events taking place, so I will tell the story based off of what my dad and stepmom have told me. When I was a toddler, my stepmom would tuck me into bed every night. She would actually take her hands and tuck the blanket slightly underneath me. That way I was nice and snug, and almost swaddled in the bed. This I do remember, for it was in every night occurrence, almost like a nice tradition, but on this particular night, it got weird. After my stepmom put me to bed, she continued to her room with my dad. They fell asleep, watching a movie in bed, but abruptly woke up to the sounds of me crying and screaming, "Mommy, daddy!" My stepmom said that she sat straight up in her bed and had this distinctive feeling that something was terribly wrong as she listened to my cries. My dad said he had the same gut-riging feeling. He said that he went to get up to my rescue when he noticed something or someone running around the perimeter of their bed. He said whatever this thing was, had to have only been about three to four feet tall. He couldn't make out any features though since their room was so dark. My dad immediately grabbed his baseball bat that was perched against their headboard. He started to make threats and tried to his best to intimidate whatever the small humanoid was. While this was happening, my stepmom made a break for it to my bedroom. She could still hear my screams, but as she tried getting through the hallway to my door, she felt as if she were running in slow motion. I don't mean this figuratively, by the way, she claimed that she actually could not get to my bedroom because she actually was moving at the speed of molasses, even though she was clearly sprinting. She could see this bright, beaming light creeping out from under my door. She kept trying to yell my name, but her voice wouldn't work. She said that she had no idea how long this took place for, but it terrified her. She described it as if someone with superpowers were freezing time, or even a scene in an action movie when all of the epic bike sequences show in slow motion. Eventually, she did make it to my room. She said she flung open the door to get to me, but I was down to sleep. My night light was still on, my stuffed animals were still all aligned next to me, and I was even slightly snoring. For a moment, she thought she had a horrible dream, and even went to head back to bed, but then she noticed something. I wasn't tucked in correctly, or at least not by the way that she did it every single night. The bed had looked as if someone made it on top of me. You know how neatly and perfectly beds are made at hotels? The comforter sticks straight, and even sometimes the edges tucked under the mattress? Well that's how my comforter was. My stepmom never tucked me into bed like that. Someone really was there, and that was her proof. She and my dad stayed up for the rest of the night in my bedroom. They made themselves a pallet on the floor and stayed up while I was asleep. My dad said he lunge at the humanoid with his bat, and it retreated under the bed to only disappear. They haven't had an experience like this ever since, and I have no memory of it ever happening. But my dad believes it was aliens. Quote, "It was an abduction gone wrong," he says. "Unfortunate for them, but thank heavens for us." That's all I have for you this time, Ghosties. Do feel compelled to share this on the pod. I hope you and your listeners enjoy hearing my dad's scary encounters. I would love to hear yours and other thoughts on those stories, your listener casts. Whoa. Okay. Whoa. Okay. That's all I have to say. Whoa, okay. Okay.
you know, we've all experienced that feeling of in a dream when you're trying to like punch somebody in your dream or you're trying to run. And you just can't slow. Yeah. That I was going to say, I don't know where I fall with like the dreams and the shared dreams. And I know that's more your tea like you're really into that. Do you think they were having some sort of shared dream or do you think this was really happening? And the alien thing was controlling her running. It's like, no, you can't go in that room. So it's like slow down ray. And it's like, you know what I mean? I think it really happened. Okay. Because she was up. She was moving. She was almost there. She saw the light from under the bed. It wasn't like it all ended and she like sat up in bed. You know what I mean? Very true. And they both were like something weird just happened. Yeah. And the dad had a separate experience in on his own. Yes. Like trying to fight off some creature with a baseball bat. Yeah. Unsaddling and just creepy all around. And when it went under the bed and disappeared. Where did it go? It's like in the other mommy trailer. It's up underneath the bed. Oh, oh, oh. Oh, that's all I think about. Oh, I need that movie to come out and I need it to be good. I need to read the book right now. I want to be scared. I want to be scared. But that's like the visual I'm getting of it under the bed. I don't like that visual. I was I was envisioning something more sci-fi. Like it was like a whole thing like a portal of some kind. Yeah. They like shot their portal ray. Yeah. But that's very, very sci-fi movie. That was my initial thought too. But I was just trying to make it more creepy. That's why I always get beds that are let on the ground and cannot be moved. I don't have it under the under. I don't have it under the bed. I don't. It's good for you. It's horrifying. Why would you do that? I do. I know. But it's like I have drawers under my bed. Even that she could be in the drawer. It'd be so creepy too because I've got like a platform bed that has like those little you know, things under keeping it from falling apart. And it's like they'd have to be like slithered in like maneuvered around weird. Yeah. Very creepy. Hate that. Thanks a lot, Natalie. You came up with that whole scenario on your own, but you're welcome. Okay. Also, Cass. You know how it sounds like an interesting guy. I like him. I like that he knows the bat by the bed. Ryan used to do that too. I also really like that. Our next story comes from Avalon. Okay. So this is going to be a quick email. But I heard you asked for alien stories and I have one for my childhood. So we were coming back from somewhere late at night with my mom and my older sister. I was about four or five. But as we got on the exit towards our house, there was this giant aircraft or spaceship like a huge one like the ones you see in movies. Honestly, like Star Wars, it was terrifying. It was hovering right over us on the highway. It was literally just like the ones in the movies and it sounds fake. But trust me, it's not. I randomly bring it up to my mom and sister all the time. And we all get a chill talking about it because it was so weird and unexpected. I remember I got home and I ran into our house because I was so scared and thought we were going to get abducted or something. I was terrified. And honestly, I still am because actually what the hell. But anyway, hope I see my story on the pod. Thank you for reading. I have lots of other stories. I'm yet to hear on the pod. So I'm excited. Have a good day, ghosties. Love your most dedicated viewer, Avalon. Oh, thank you. That was sweet. But described as like a Star Warship is so spooky to me. Very big. Yeah. And intricate. I got like this, this chill through my body because I don't like that feeling of, you know, when you're in a big public space and everyone sees something that freaks them out or like something scary happens and you feel the group panic, that feeling of maybe like being on the highway. And you know, maybe everyone sees it. So everyone's like slowing down or like looking or taking pictures while driving and they shouldn't be, I hate that feeling. That feeling is one of the scariest things to me because I know when I'm in a situation where I'm scared, I either panic or completely shut down. Like there's no in between. It's either or I'm like completely like and I can't move. And I don't trust the people around me like strangers and it scares me really bad. I've never been in a moment like that. Huh? I've never had a moment like that. Like a, I mean, minus like the movie theater with a scary movie. But I've never had a moment where we're just like this group do fear one time. And this is not even that extreme. But it's just the first thing that came to my mind one time. I was leaving a concert. And there was no like guideline to how to exit. There were no people like telling you, okay, go this door, go this door. It was just the concert. And everybody tried to pile out onto the street. And it was everybody pressed up against each other. Yeah. Everyone was really close. And it was not that long after the whole like actual world. Oh, yeah. I started to panic. I saw other women around me starting to panic. And I just like, I grabbed, I told Ryan I was like just like grab onto my bag like I feel unwell. I'm scared. And I felt the crowd getting uneasy. And it's just that feeling of everybody kind of freaking out. And that's the feeling I got from that one because if we're all seeing this huge ship, what do you do? I don't know. And I'd like to know if anybody else in the area had seen it. And if it was talked about it all, I don't know how long ago this was, but very spooky. Yeah. Oh, I don't know if I'd ever be able to drive around at night anymore if I saw something that like that so clear, so huge. I know. I would be afraid to go outside. I am afraid to go outside. So not much in general, but our next story today comes from Shondine. Hey, ghosties. My name is Shondine. And I've been listening to the pod for about a year now. You guys hooked me with your SW episode. I was interested because some things I've heard before growing up on the Navajo nation and some things I didn't know because we were mainly told not to ask about that kind of stuff. You guys said you wanted alien or extraterrestrial stories. So here's one that happened to my mom that I always think about. So when she was younger, she was driving to Navajo, New Mexico from window rock, which is about a 15 minute drive on a two lane road, one lane north and one lane south through dry and red rocks on one side and more open land on the other. It was pretty late at night. And she was driving in a single cab truck. This is kind of important because it was late. There weren't that many people on the road. And there was nobody behind her about halfway there. She noticed a bright light came out of nowhere behind her. It started to get closer and closer. So if she started driving faster, thinking someone was tailgating her. She was almost into town and it really started getting so close to her, like it almost was shining right in her back window, which is right behind her, as it's that single cab truck. As soon as she drove over the cattle guard coming into Navajo, it disappeared. Just gone. She tried looking behind her and looked around, but there was nothing. She still doesn't know what it was, but she assumes it was some kind of spaceship when she thinks about it now. It reminds me of the ending of the movie Phoenix Forgotten. When my mom and brother watched it, our mom's story was the first thing we thought of. It was so weird. I have some other stories of Bigfoot and SWs that I've heard from family. Let me know if you're interested in hearing those. Love the pod. Keep up the great work. Sean Dean. I don't like that we're getting a lot of stories of people saying things in their cars. Yeah. That really freaks me out. I feel like there's a lot of UFO stories from the car because not a lot of people are just hanging out outside in the dark. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, the UFO story I have was in the car in the car with Kayla and Kayla does not remember. Kayla doesn't remember anything. She doesn't remember what she had for breakfast today, but oh, it's so scary because when you're in the car, if you like get abducted or go missing or something, people aren't going to know for a while because oh, they're just they're driving home. Oh, maybe they like stopped for gas. Maybe this. Maybe that. Yeah. And it just adds that extra layer of freakiness, you know. I wonder why as soon as they crossed over the town border. Yeah. It's just gone. Like is there some kind of protection over the town of Navajo? Like a treaty. A treaty. Maybe. Like you laugh, but I'm desirous. Like this race of aliens doesn't go past the border of the town. Hey, you never know whoever the town elders are. Yeah. I guess it's possible. I would believe I would believe that. That doesn't even sound crazy to me. Okay. I like that. I'd like that as a story. We'll move on to our next story. It's from Hannah. Hi, ghosties. Just wanted to say I love the pod and I listen every day. I appreciate how thorough and real you both are. Thank you for bringing us all scary and intriguing stories. Thank you guys for watching. After watching one of your recent videos that mentioned alien encounters, I wanted to send in the strangest encounter I've ever had. I grew up in a small town in the black hills of South Dakota and still live here today. Our town is small around 2,000 people and we lived about five miles outside of town. Our house is completely surrounded by forest. Light pollution is slim and the darkness of night envelops everything. The stars are crazy out here and my mom and I have spent many nights sitting outside admiring them. We've seen our fair share of weird things from comments and satellite flares to things we cannot explain. This happened when I was about 12 or 13, but I still remember it like it was today. It was a clear and still night with no clouds, no wind, and it was about 11 pm. The moon was a waning crescent and so the stars were extra bright. My mom and I were sitting on our deck watching the stars and just talking when a thin but bright beam of light shot down from the sky into our back yard. It was perfectly vertical and thin like a laser but bright white light. It was completely silent. At first we thought maybe our eyes were playing tricks on us, but it came again.
we definitely saw it. It hit the same exact spot again. I wish I would have looked up, but I was too shocked. After that, we were terrified and ran into the house, enough stargazing for us. We thought a lot about what it could be. There have sometimes been National Guard training operations over our house, but they were never completely silent, and there were no clouds at night. We would have seen or heard something. There is an attraction nearby that had a laser light show in the summer evenings, and although it was 10 miles away, we have seen it at our house before, but those lasers went across the sky in waves, never directly down from the sky. We couldn't debunk it. Then a few weeks later, we had some friends over for a barbecue. It was getting late, maybe 10 or 10 30, and my mom told the story of how we saw this weird light land in our backyard. Right when she said that, the light came back and landed in the same exact place it had before, directly above us, vertical into the ground, completely silent. Me being a kid, I freaked and ran inside, but my mom wasn't scared this time. She stayed and watched it. I don't know for how long. Our friends saw it too, so we knew we weren't crazy, but it never happened again. We could never debunk it, and we do not know how it knew we were talking about it. We believe it may have been aliens. I mean, why not? What else could it be? We've never seen anything like it. Plus, it's fun to believe. Super excited about alien wake. Thanks for taking the time to read and appreciate all you do, Anna. I agree. Why not? It is more fun to believe than to be like, "Eh, military testing." Because who does it hurt to say, "What if it was aliens?" Which I think it was. If -- Okay. Sorry, the scarier option is they're doing some kind of military testing over there, and someone's listening to your conversation, and they're like, "Oh, they thought it was that? I'll show you." Boom! I was going to say that. I was going to say that it makes it spooky to me if they were, if it was like the National Guard or something, doing some kind of testing of a weapon or tactical gear that we don't know about because it's secret, and they were listening, and they were like, "We'll show them again." Yeah, that's like, it could be -- I hate that. The scariest thing I've ever heard, or kind of silly that the person was just like, "He-he-he, armless, like, I'll give him a little fright." I mean, I have nothing to hide, but I still don't want anyone listening or watching me. No, because I say a lot of things out loud that need to be workshopped first before they're given to the public. Do you remember the whole trend about my FBI agents watching, or something like that? Yeah. Watching these like, really weird videos at night, or googling really weird things? You know what? Something I've stopped, like something I do now. If I type something in, just like as a quick Google search, and every word is misspelled, like typoed, I just type it in, and you know what the first thing my mind goes to? If I was ever on trial, and they're looking at my search history. But they tried to search this one thing four times. It would be like all the misspellings, and they would have to say it outright, because I'm just getting real fast. I'm like, "What is the weather in my city?" And it's like, every other letter is missing. I do that, too. They would put it up and be like, "Exhibit A, she's dumb." I've actually seen that on trial before, like in a trial. Exactly. Exactly. And it's like, "You searched a moth moth moth moth moth moth moth moth moth man, miss man." And it's like, "No, moth man." Like, you know? Yes, no, that's humiliating. And I think about that sometimes, because I've given up on trying to correct it. I'm like, hopefully Google knows what I'm talking about. Oh, they do. Say, and yeah, and I don't, I don't need people to see that. No. No, I don't. I agree. So, I hope it's aliens and not some kind of military listening in on your barbecue. Me, too. Anyway, moving on. Today's a weird day. I again had many weird days. Did you see me? No. I took it while you were typing up earlier, but yeah, I had to take more pre-workout, because we're recording after work, and I can't make it. So that's why I'm like, buzz. Oh, yeah, I'm going. I have lots to say. Good. Our next story comes from Ditto. Hey, I really love the pod. I've been listening to y'all for a couple of months and got all my co-workers and my sister to start listening to. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. I've never emailed in to a podcast because I've never fully caught up to any before you guys. Plus, I never really had a reason to, until you guys ask for alien stories. I've been told this story by both my aunt and my mom for basically my whole life. Feel free to put it into the podcast and so sorry for rambling. We love a good ramble. My family is originally from literally nowhere Iowa. Like my mom had 13 kids in her graduating class, nowhere town. My aunt never left this town and lives in a cute little farmhouse with her neighbor's houses not being visible from her lawn. I don't know distance and I don't think she'd answer me in time anyway. I'm typing this instead of getting ready for work. Anyway. So my aunt, let's call her Jody, is an R-N, and at the time, she was working overnight in a nursing home. This story has nothing to do with that. Jody has two kids who were little that she watched during the day, during the summer, slept when my uncle Jeff got home from work, then went to work herself. I promise it's relevant because it meant during summer she wasn't getting a lot of sleep. Jody's schedule typically was 11 p.m. to 9 a.m., and she worked about 45 to 60 minutes drive from where she lived. On this day, Jeff didn't notice she hadn't woken up until 10/20. He got her up and helped her get her stuff together, and she left about 10/30 or so. Jody says she was super set about being late that day because she was supposed to have a performance meeting at the end of the week, so it was extra important to her to let them know. She did have a flip cell phone at the time and called to inform them of the situation, all pretty normal so far, but this is where it gets kind of crazy. As soon as she hangs up, she sees a bright light from the sky. There's barely street lights on this road, so the light is especially blinding. She's running late, she doesn't want to pull over, but it's as if there's something telling her she has to. She's already let them know she's running behind, so stopping for just a second can't hurt, right? Glancing at the time, it's about 10/45 as she pulls over to the shoulder and cuts the engine. It's so bright now that she can't see anything as she steps out of the car. Jody's heart is racing and her ears pop as she's trying to make out anything from the light. Then it's dark again. She blinks a few times before the light returns and she's not on the side of the road anymore. She's at work, clocking in. On time, it's 11 o'clock on the dot. What happened to those 15 minutes? What happened to the lights? How could she have made that 45 to 60 minute drive that fast? It's weird, but she tries not to think about it for the rest of her shift. She tells herself she just looked at the clock wrong and she's super tired, and that's why she doesn't remember the drive. By the end of her shift, she's almost convinced herself of it, until she can't find the car. It's not in her assigned parking spot. It's nowhere else in the parking lot. Jody freaks out and calls Jeff asking him to come get her saying there were car issues not knowing what else to say. Jeff picks her up and asks her why she didn't tell them earlier that her car got left on the shoulder. And asks her how she got to work. Jody didn't have any answers for him. They pull up on her car, left exactly where she got out. Jeff checks it, nothing's wrong with it. The keys are even still in the ignition, so Jody just goes into her car and drives it home. Sorry, that was super long. I probably could have cut some of the details, but I really wanted to sound like they tell it. I really hope to hear y'all's opinions on this one. Hope the two of you have the best day forever. Ditto. Oh, thank you. Okay, sir. I'm talking to you. Okay. Yes, that's hello. I figured brother and sir, what do you think? Because my first thought is Jody, they said Jody, Jody took off running. She's just like dead. We're in the night. Yes. And that visual scared me because if not how? I don't know, but I'm not going to lie. Palms are sweaty. Heart is racing right now. I'm scared. Same. Oh, that is such a scary thought to blink and be blocking in at work. Hey, but honestly work. I love that. That would that would make my day. After I got over the fear, I'd be like, I wasn't late. Yes, because I hate being late for work. It always feels like so shame, shame when you're walking in those aliens are like a real girl's girl. Right. She's late for work. Can we just pull over real quick? Why not just flash her there? Oh, that I've never had. I'm sick and I've ever had a situation in the car where it got like completely bright or completely dark in you to pull over because I have no I had a situation. And it's not alien related. It was just weather, but I was like I was putting myself in this scenario. Yeah, I've had that happen with rain where I had to pull over because it was just I could not see through my windshield, but not from light. Yeah. One time I was driving to my waitressing job and I was I was driving in the weather. You know, it was kind of bad. It was kind of gray outside. It was around like three o'clock and I was heading to work and all of a sudden the rain really picked up the wind really picked up and it was like a cloak was placed over my car. It immediately got pitch black, not like night, just no color. And I pulled over. I only knew I was on the side of the road because I heard like the sound and I just sat there like that is so scary in my little fiat. I did not know what to do. I was so scared and I was just sitting there like what do I do? What do I do? I'm so scared. It was like I couldn't see anything and I was like well this is how I perish. This is it guys like on the way to serve and I'm done and I sat there for probably like five minutes or so.
and then it passed and then I was so shaken that I pulled over at a gas station and caught my boss and I was like, I'm just gonna be a little late. I need to take a minute and he was super chill so he was like, all right man, do what you gotta do. But it was so scary. I don't like situations in a car like we said. Yeah. I just don't like it. It adds an extra layer of horror to me. You're driving this two ton machine. Well, it was the fiat so maybe a little less. 500 pound machine. Yeah, but I just, I can't think of an explanation for that. That would honestly, that one kind of fits into our glitch in the matrix. Absolutely. Yeah. About the like the little, it was 11.45 then it was 12. It was 10.45 then it was 11, you know? Very strange. The light though. Yeah. Makes it feel extra alien. Yeah, I agree. Everyone always sees like the bright light. See, this great for Jody glad she made it to work on time. But the idea that something can do that to you. What happened, how do they have teleportation? Like what is the mechanism on how your body gets there? That fast. I mean, ask. And why don't you remember? Ham's garball from the beginning. It's wild. It's really, really scary. And if that ever happens to me, I hope it is at a convenient time like that. For at least you're getting something good out of it. Yeah, I don't want it in the other time unless they're getting me to a place on time. Oh, that's just so creepy to me. So creepy. But this next one is also very creepy. So buckle up. Great. This next one is from Linus. This is a story we read recently, or Linus wrote to us recently. And they said, I also have an abduction story if you want to hear it. And we said, hello, Linus. Yes. Yes. Yes. OK, the follow up. I love it. So this is a follow up from Linus. Thank you so much for reaching back out to us. My ghosties Linus again. And I can't believe my story already made it on. I heard you wanted the alien abduction story. So I sat down, mid podcast, listen, to send this. This happened in the summer of 2018. By then, I was living in Idaho Falls with my husband. We were both sound asleep in bed. When suddenly, we were both woken up by something extremely loud. I'm sitting up and it sounds like a jet or helicopter directly over the house. I ask him, what the f is that? Because it sounds like the world is ending. Our dog didn't seem to respond much, but we nicknamed him the sea cucumber because he was about as bright and quick as one. Loved the old guy. Outside the whole world was suddenly filled with a red light. I'm still freaking out at this point, but suddenly as soon as the light started, my husband relaxed, laid directly down and fell asleep. I'm staring at him like WTF. Then I felt myself being forcibly relaxed. Like a blanket was being put over my mind. I then lay down and fell directly asleep, which at the time almost never happened. If I was up, I was up. Immediately, I was seemingly in a dream where I was being walked down a long hospital hallway. I was escorted by the most ethereally beautiful people I've ever seen. They led me into a room and set me up in what was obviously a surgical chair of some sort. Nothing scary, just what you would see in an outpatient setting. I looked at the nurse and looking over one, realized her eyes were large and dark. All her features were very lengthened, including her long ears. My brain seems to have it supplanted that this is cosplay and I compliment her on it, saying how well done it is. She spoke to me in a language I didn't understand and ran a hand over my head reassuringly. Suddenly, I couldn't move any inch of me and I couldn't close my eyes. A device was brought down and my vision went slightly blurry. Then the device was inserted into my right eye, beginning some sort of surgical procedure. Oh, there wasn't any pain, but I could feel and hear a scraping in my skull. After a little bit of this, I slowly started to regain control of my limbs. The device was pulled out and the nurses tried to call me down speaking more in the strange language. But at this point, I was finally freaking out. I pushed them away and rushed out the door we came in and down the hall. As I ran down the hall, it began to change. In a sensation I've never had before, I could simultaneously see the sterile halls of a hospital and layered on top on a mechanical structure with harsh steel and tubing. I made it to a set of stairs before everything went white. I woke up in bed, sleeping on my left side. There was a strange fog over my brain like I was hungover despite not having had anything to drink the night before. Going into the bathroom, I looked in the mirror and saw a pin prick mark on my right eye. Nowadays, I have almost constant redness in that eye no matter how many eye drops I use. The brain fog lasted for most of the rest of the day. My husband has no memory of waking up and there were no other reports in the area. I have not had any more alien encounters that I know of. I have had countless ghosts and supernatural interactions. To the point that these experiences are pretty normal for me and often bleed over to other people around me. If anyone ever needs help with the paranormal, please send them my way. They linked to their blue sky. Congratulations on the 100K milestone and thank you so much for the podcast. Also, I can't pass up the opportunity to share our current dog, Mavis, the cutest girl in the world. - Oh, okay, give it to me. Give me the photo before we discuss this horrifying thing. - I think we do need it. Up on the screen. - Oh, the teeth. - I love you. - Thank you. - I love Mavis so much, by the way. - That's all I can say, thank you. That is a Mavis. That dog's name is Mavis and that is the only name I would accept. Just like Frank from a couple episodes back. - Frank, yes. - That was the only name that you could accept. I would accept for that dog. - So cute. - Okay. That's like taking me out of the whole thing. I don't even want to talk about aliens anymore. I just want to talk about Mavis. - I do too. - What gets me about Linus' stories, it's very similar to a lot of other abduction stories. - Yes. - They were taken through this long hallway. They had some kind of procedure done on them. There were beings around that maybe didn't speak the language. - Yeah. - Things like that. They were trying to comfort them. - Yeah, and I mean, one thing I will say like that kind of makes it a little bit better. I don't like that and I don't ever want to be picked up and studied or have my brain scraped 'cause that's horrifying and disgusting on its own. Image of that or the sound of the sensation. - Yeah, I don't want to talk about that anymore. Oh, it's like making my head hurt. - It makes me think of the dentist when you're having to get cavities filled. - Oh. - When you're getting fillings or things like that. They're drilling and doing stuff. Even if you have headphones on, it's just, oh, I can hear every bit of it. - Any work inside the face, don't do it. I don't want it, it scares me. But what I do find interesting is that whenever the red light or whatever came into their room and a Linus saw it, but the husband automatically just was like sleep. The fact that Linus was, it took a little bit more time for them and they could have that conscious- - They were fighting it. - Oh, I am falling asleep and then they experienced it, but the husband didn't. That's very strange to me. What if it would have just knocked you out immediately? You probably wouldn't have remembered it, you know? - So like Linus's husband, has that happened to people before and we just don't know, you know? That's like the unsettling thing is, Linus's husband has no recollection is just like, what are you talking about? That could be any of us. - There are people who have uncovered memories debatable on whether or not they're real memories or created after the fact. - Yeah. - Of things like this. - Of alien abductions. - See, I'm pro-alien. Do your thing, girl, but leave me out of it. You know, what if their thing is studying humans? Leave me out of it. That's all I ask. Some people are into that. - Go to my neighbor's house. - Some people want to be abducted by aliens. There are people that are like, please sir. - Be me up, Scotty. - Yeah. - And that is just not me, not me at all. - I'm with you. I'd like to stay earth side. I'd like to stay here, right? - Yep, yep, I don't need to be picked up in the air unless I'm flying on a vacation. - Well, even flying in the airplane scares me a little bit. - Me too, but I try not to think about it. - Well, thank you for sending that in Linus that being prompt about it too. That was very spooky, incredibly spooky. And I'm sorry that you have lasting effects. That's horrible. - Yes, but I love Mavis. - Yes, thank you for Mavis, but the redness and the eye and everything. Linus, if you've ever gone to a doctor, have you talked to an eye doctor who said anything about it before? But that's like with the other story with the mom that had like a tumor on their back or whatever, the doctor's just like, yeah, you know, whatever. That's fine, yeah. Just sometimes things happen, which is the most frustrating thing when you go to a doctor and they're like, could be something? Could be nothing. I guess we'll find out. - I have gone to a doctor for a repeated issue. Something that has been bothering me for many, many years. They're like, I don't know. Sometimes that just happens, you know? Like almost every time I go to the doctor, they say, it could either be something horrible or nothing. But for now, we're fine. And I say, I'll see you again in here. - Okay, thank you so much. - It's not funny. - Let's not talk about health care. - It's not funny. - We have to laugh through the pain. - We'll move on to our final story of the day. This one's from Melanie. - I may see a Natalie. - Long time listener, first time emailer. I love that, by the way. - I was just gonna say, I love when people say that. - It's so timeless. - Long time listener, first time caller. I discovered your podcast about a year ago, and I've been slowly making my way through all your episodes. I'm a pharmaceutical rep with a large territory. So your videos keep me entertained and spooked on my long three hour drives. Since I'm still slowly making my way through your content, I'm not sure if you've done an alien viewer submitted stories yet. If you haven't, I would love for you to share mine. Allow me to set the scene. The day was December 21st, 2012. If you're asking yourself why that date sounds familiar, it's because that was
was the day the world was supposedly going to end. - I'm not asking, I was fully aware. - We, we know. - And I was panicked, according to the Mayan calendar anyway. A bold choice for a Friday. At the time, I lived in an apartment in the city with my boyfriend, but I still made my weekly drive out into the Kansas countryside to visit my mom and little brother, who were still living at home. That afternoon, I had gone over early to have dinner and talk about our upcoming Christmas plans. Naturally, somewhere between mashed potatoes and holiday logistics, the end of the world came up. My mom was a staunch, non-believer. The calendar ending meant nothing to her. My brother and I, however, being lifelong paranormal enthusiasts, were very willing to entertain the idea. We talked about theories. Why the calendar abruptly stopped, what it might mean, what could happen? Toward the end of the conversation my brother brought up aliens. Now, I'll say this, of the paranormal things I love, aliens are not at the top of my list. Ghosts, yes, demons, absolutely not, but I'll read about them anyway. Aliens, eh, that said, I've always believed we aren't alone in the universe. I mean, have you seen how vast it is? And suffice it to say, after this story, I now believe that with 100% certainty. One of the theories my brother and I discussed was that the Mayan calendar ended on the date because it marked the return of the aliens who allegedly built ancient structures like the pyramids. I didn't really buy into it, but it was fun, slightly unsettling topic to pass the time. As you may recall, December 21st is also the winter solstice, the shortest day of the year with the least amount of sunlight. I had intended to leave before it got dark. I really did. But I was having such a good time with my family that time slipped away. And before I knew it, it was pitch black outside. My mom asked me to stay. She didn't like the idea of me driving alone in the dark. I assured her, I'd be fine. Famous last words. The small country town I grew up in was truly the middle of nowhere, Kansas. To get back to any main highway, you had to drive through long, desolate stretches of country road. No streetlights, no houses, maybe a lonely farm every six miles if you were lucky. I got into my car, text to my boyfriend that I was leaving my moms, and began the 35-minute drive. It was dark, not, oh, it's nighttime dark. It was a kind of darkness that feels alive. Thick, heavy, and suffocating. These roads were pitch black. The only light I had came from my headlights, cutting an arrow tunnel through nothingness. I was driving along, listening to music. As a proud swifty, I was almost certainly blasting. I knew you were trouble. I was fully committed, singing, jamming, living my best life. When I noticed a light bar ahead in the distance, I squinted through the darkness, trying to make sense of it. The light was bright, really bright. I, and even from that distance, it looked large. For just a moment, I thought about the conversation my brother and I had just had about aliens. Then I laughed at myself. I told myself I was being ridiculous. I'd seen weird lights before that turned out to be planes or helicopters. Living in the countryside, my first logical assumption was that it was a light on top of the silo. That explanation called me down, and I kept driving. But the closer I got, the worse it felt. My palms started sweating on the steering wheel. The light didn't get clearer, it got bigger. Brighter. Wrong. It was so intense that I had to pull down my visor just to keep from being blinded. I was approaching the turn I needed to take, and I knew I'd have to pass directly by this light to get there. It's a silo, told myself. It's tractor. It's literally anything except something horrifying. The lies were not convincing. With every second my heart pounded harder. My body went to full fight or flight mode. Every instinct screamed that something was wrong, that I should turn around immediately. And I know what you guys are thinking. I think it too whenever I hear stories like this. Why didn't you listen? Why didn't you turn around? I wish I had a good answer. The best way I can describe what happened next is that I wasn't fully in control anymore. It was like being hypnotized. I could feel my car slowing down, but I wasn't consciously doing it. I was on autopilot. Then the light came fully into view. And no, it was not a silo. It was a craft. It hovered silently in the middle of a field, massive and unnatural. I wish I could describe it clearly. I wish I could tell you guys. I took a picture, but I didn't. I couldn't. My body was locked in shock, panic, confusion, terror, all wrapped together. I honestly think my brain deleted most of the image to protect me. All I remember is that it was very large, possibly triangular, covered in lights. The brightest light seemed to be near the top. I've never seen anything like it before or since. Let me pause here to say this. I am of sound mind. I've never had psychotic episodes. I don't hallucinate. I hadn't been drinking. Despite my love for the paranormal, I am deeply rooted in science, especially medical science. Thanks to my profession, I have no scientific explanation for what I saw that night. All I know is that my body reacted as if I had encountered something I was never meant to see. The scariest part? I lost 20 minutes of my life. I left my mom's around 6 p.m. The last time I remember checking the clock in my car, it was 6.20, with a 35 minute drive. I should have been home by about 6.40 at the latest. Instead, the next thing I knew, my car was parked on the side of the field. My headlights were on. My radio was off. The clock read 705. I have no memory of what happened in between. Medically speaking, the only explanation I have is that my body went into shock and my brain erased the missing time. Paranormally? Well, I think you're drawing the same conclusions I did. I try not to dwell on it, thinking about it still scares me to death. Before you ask, here are answers to the most common questions. Yes, I drove down that road again, during the day. There was no silo, no strange farm equipment, nothing, just an open stretch of field. No, no one else reported seeing anything. I searched Facebook news sources, anything I could find. It seems I was the only one. So no. The world didn't end that night, but my world definitely got bigger. We are not alone out there. And if you ever find yourself driving down country roads at night, maybe don't blast Taylor Swift quite so loud. You might want to hear what's coming. Best wishes, Melanie. Wow. What an ending, what a story, well written. I first would like to say the comment about being deeply rooted in science first and making up, we were coming up with logical explanation. I feel like that is us. We always go like, well, if we can find a rational explanation, we always try to do that first because then if you can't find one, it makes all of this more like, oh my god. It's more thrilling. Yes. And that to me is so scary. Losing time is just because you only get so much time in this life that you have right now. You lose. You lost some of that to me. And I don't want to make this deep or sad or scary for Melanie. But for me, that would make me feel like, oh my gosh, like I would be sad. I'd be like, morning like the 20 minutes that I lost, you know? I don't know. I'm real weird like that. I would be like, no, no, I get what you're coming from for sure. Also, also, I would also like to say, I'm sorry, also a million times. Go ahead. That's it. Just also. Just also. Thank you. We will listen to these stories and sitting here, obviously, in our safe little, low-the-blink, it's just all cuddled up on the couch with Samantha the ghost and usually PD in here. Yes. We'll say, well, I would have done this. I would have done that. I would have done exactly that. Exactly that. That freezing up. Oh my god. I don't know. I'm so scared. I don't know what to do. That's what I would have done because normally I'd be like, I would turn around, girl. Yeah. No, I wouldn't. No, you wouldn't. I would freeze just like that and start crying and be like, mom, I'm going to be honest actually. Throwing out the tractor beam, like pulling them to the side of the road to look at it kind of feeling like the hypnotizing feeling. That aside, flooring it, pedal to the metal. I'm not joking. Yeah. Eyes closed. Just eyes closed, but on the gas, on the gas, punch it off the wheel. Yes. Jesus, take the wheel because I'm going and I think that would be, yeah, maybe minus the hypnotizing light drawing me and blah, blah, blah. Yeah. No, this, the way they described that, that would be my exact reaction. I could see myself doing something like that. Yes. Because I get so scared that I freeze my, if I feel a big emotion at all, I freeze. If I'm really, really mad, I have to sit and like shake with it. If I'm really sad, I just have to sit. If I'm horrified. If you ever, frozen, feel the feeling of your, your blood turning to the lead. Literally yes. Like everything chills inside your body and it's, it just anchors you into the ground and to the spot where you are right there. Yes. Because that's what happens to me a lot when I get really scared. And I hate it because even if something scares me and I'm looking at it, I'll, I'll keep eye contact. But I can't move and it's like that animalistic like if I don't move, it can't see me. Like a rabbit or a deer for real. Literally yes. Just frozen and I don't like that. That's so scary. But well written. And thank you for sharing that. I liked that story. That story was great. All of these stories were great. And I love the message at the end. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. Turning radios down a little bit. Oh. Yeah. No. Yes. We're not alone. We're not alone.
but we're not, I don't care. You could literally, the only person that could tell me otherwise is Neil deGrasse Tyson. (laughs) Okay, you know what? I was thinking the same man. She's the only person when it comes to extraterrestrial things or space or anything, or literally anything that could tell me yes or no. And I'd be like, yes, sir. You know what? I actually got a book by Neil deGrasse Tyson recently. Really? It was basically about aliens. It was about if aliens were real. This is what would happen kind of thing. I haven't read it yet. It's sitting on my shelf. But I've listened to him talk about those things and I'm just always like, tell me more. I don't think he believes in aliens, huh? I don't think he believes that we've had contact with aliens. Yeah, but just anything he says, I'm like, yeah, you're probably right, dude. Thank you. But if he looked at me and said, aliens aren't real queen, I'd be like, oh man, okay. Really? Probably. No, and he's a scientist. He is very smart. So, all right, well, I'm being dramatic. Let us know if you know Neil deGrasse Tyson so we can give Natalie a call. Tell him it takes me out. And let us know if you've ever had an alien encounter. We would love to hear more stories. I'm always down to do an alien episode. Natalie would love to do a whole podcast on alien encounters. Alien month. Didn't we say we're gonna do that? Why not? We'll do one day. After we get done with the spookiness, why not in November, alien month? I'll think about it. I already have things planned. Okay, maybe. We'll see. If you have any suggestions on topics that you'd like to hear from us, I would love to hear them. I've got a very long list and I add to it literally every single day. So drop them in the comments.
