You're trialing, and you're doing a record of 1.8 million.
That's not bad.
Smart intelligence makes more millionaires than internet users.
The month that works is that this app will change your life.
- Will it change? - No.
But you don't know how to think strategically.
First of all, I'm just having fun that these people will stay in shock that this is possible.
In Slovakia, you put songs like that there.
There's no chance that it will be revealed that it's not a person.
- And the anthem? - Yes.
- And your year? - Yes.
A big company believes that these customers will be another step to the smartphone we have now.
This is still more like a robot in the streets, where there will be contact between people.
When you're not looking at any mobile anymore, you'll be part of that space.
We have a special manager on the topic of how to create your own startup
and one of the founders of a million-dollar company.
And my current host is Kamil Awieski, who has already established a similar company
and helped people to understand how smart intelligence can save time, processes
and help them establish a million-dollar company.
- Hi, Kamil. - Hi.
Thank you for the invitation.
I googled you and now I've looked at you on Finstad.
Because you haven't told anything about a person who stands out more than Finstad or Slovakia.
You have a few fees, you make a copy of 1.8 million euro return.
How did you establish this company? What is this company and what are they taking from you?
I really like the concept of a boring business.
Making a segment that has not been updated or digitalized for a long time
and I brought some innovation.
I live in technologies all my life.
So I found a segment that is an automotive segment.
Where we can work thanks to AI much more efficiently than our competitors.
So this is the first segment.
In the second segment, I have normal consultations and workshops
for companies and moderators of AI and this segment.
So you teach people how to use human intelligence?
Well, that's what people are.
And then I go straight to the show and do some workshops
where I show the company what the possibilities are.
I'm not going to show it to them now as if it is the most technical option.
But a team that knows how to take an administrative employee.
So it's practical that you develop a place of 100 miles per hour, 2000 miles per hour.
Yes, for example.
I live with technologies for 20 years.
And there is AI that has a brutal hype.
It's the years of those experiences that I know how to use in these segments.
I have the same company for 15 years.
You know, I just tried different things from the signs of treatment
with marketing agents.
We were modeling agents for disabled people 15 years ago.
We sold a company for some models 15 years ago.
I don't know why.
Well, zero.
It just didn't make sense.
Okay, give me a second opinion.
Which one didn't come out?
You know, God, that's terrible.
We bought a really functional eShop with collaboration websites.
And then, as I said, it's an arrogance.
And the idea that we know everything, everywhere.
So we normally made about 50,000.
So it's a complete fail.
When?
2019, I think.
It's about 5-6 years in a row.
Okay, but you really tried it a lot.
I see that you are positive that it's a fail, not a fail.
I'm going to try it.
Yes, yes.
It's a typical example of people who have no success at the end.
A person sees success, but the path to failure is not successful.
I don't even have a fail.
Of course, it's a fail.
We did it on the money and we spent time on everything.
But it was part of our mental attitude.
I think I solved it with my colleagues.
But primarily mine.
I realized that I had to focus on some things.
And when I want to do something else, I have to have
extraordinary people who are very capable in this segment.
And then I can do something else.
I had it before, we had our own agencies and startups.
But we were the most senior brain there.
Because we didn't know how to hire the right talent.
So that's how it is.
You mentioned that you started working at 15.
Yes, after school.
Or you were bored or you wanted to make money.
Or what was your goal?
What did you start working on?
I started making money.
I was one of those people who didn't have a lot of money.
So it was a kind of a driver that I wanted to use my life.
I started working in the company ObedovaDeska.
And I recommended a menu to Excel, to CZV.
From different formats, from all over Bratislava.
For example, you came to PDEF, you came to FormatolaNivort.
You came to some Excel.
I had been working on the whole thing since every week.
I worked on all the dishes from Bratislava.
I understand you, because we did the same thing with ObedovaDeska.
When we wrote the first list.
But this is a job that would be a great AI.
Exactly.
Now, I don't know if I would do the whole thing.
5-6 hours a week.
So now, I knew that I could do it in about a minute.
I would let myself, with some Google AI Studio,
a Google free tool for vibe coding.
If you add a human word, write what you want.
If you add it, I would record all the PDFs.
Or the words, I would work on it.
There wouldn't be this job now.
I started in 2016 when I came to Slovakia.
I didn't have anyone on the internet yet, so I started to check it out.
I used the opportunity, I was there for the first time.
Maybe the internet, the internet start would make me...
It was the product that made me a millionaire.
But now, we have...
The same top-down that I had before the year 2000.
Today, people are having fun in the area during the AI.
I read about it, I think it was...
It was the founder of the AI, the open AI, Altman.
He was able to make more millionaires with AI intelligence
than he did with the internet.
What do you think about it?
Well, I think so, yes.
Because he has more or less democratized his skills,
which he is now going to reward you with the AI.
I, as a person who has some experiences,
I know through the AI experiences that I don't have.
And I know how to scale my business more easily.
You know, for example, to save money.
Yes, and the price of the work that AI produces is nothing.
Sometimes, when someone asks me how much the tool costs,
I say 30, 40 euros per month.
It's expensive.
I think it's expensive.
When it costs me one hour per month, it's not expensive.
But it doesn't cost me a month, it costs me tens of euros per month.
I make it ten times as much.
Is it real that everyone who learns to use AI,
you know how to make millions of companies?
I don't know, everyone.
Because if you need to pay for the segment...
But you're asking me about AI.
Well, you know, AI is trained for extra money,
that's why it's generic.
So you have to give some input to AI
so that it doesn't give you generic ideas
that now you have to invest in the second Z.
That's what I'm talking about, learning to use the right prompt.
Yes, so when a person knows it,
I think he can really make a company
that doesn't have to have investments,
or at least investments, and make millions of them.
You mentioned that you used to work at Svadovnaj for a long time.
Well, during Svadovnaj I used to work at Svadovnaj for a long time.
When I was ten years old, in a beautiful hotel in Lombok,
we used to work there.
And I made sure that I completely prepared everything for the company,
for the car, and when I came back from Svadovnaj,
I started marketing.
And in two days we sold the first car.
Let's get back to it, because it's a very fast forward.
I sold the first car.
What happened?
You said you were going to sell the car,
and you started thinking about it,
or you started thinking about what you know about business,
and you wanted to sell the car with AI?
It was like that, I had the same expectations.
After a year, when I thought about the different things I would do,
the main criteria I had was that I had to be satisfied
with the product or the service I wanted to do,
that I didn't want to create a product and satisfy,
that I didn't want to be in the category of the company.
So I did analysis of different companies,
different segments,
which are satisfied, and in which there is relatively good margin.
What did you do with it?
I did it through the CGPT, as if you had some basic information.
What does it mean?
When I look at someone who is 25 or 30 years old,
what is the promise that I should start doing with my life?
The promise was that I want a business that is high-end,
I want to satisfy it, and I don't know what it meant to me.
Of course, I validated if it meant anything to me.
For example, it meant that a good business could be,
let's say the car,
I allowed myself to make sure that the top key services
that people can view when they view the service,
and then I did it normally because I'm a marketer,
I did marketing 15 years ago,
so I put it into the Google app,
the one that just looked at me from the key services.
As far as I'm concerned, it's a good business model,
because you can see that when it comes to the word...
I don't know, I'm shooting now,
I have the word "Octavia" and I have 5,000 views monthly,
and if I get 500 clicks from it,
when I'm in the first position with 500 clicks,
I can sell 500 out, right?
- Hi. - And those 500 out?
And this, for example,
that's the kind of things that you can consult with the 4GPT,
that how much do I sell out of those 500?
Or people who, for example, don't have an experience with this business
or with marketing,
they don't know that when 5,000 people are selling it,
they don't know that 500 will be overclocked,
and they don't know that they can get 5-10 out of those 500,
but the 3GPT, because it has an example of 3GPT,
maybe it's a Gemini or something like that,
has millions of marketing processes and studies,
so he will know that if you get 500 people on the web,
then you know that you can sell it to Trom and 5 people, something like that.
So you identify the business, then you go to him,
this is a bit more time for the newcomers,
but go to that, 3GPT will advise you to register on Google AdWords.
- Google AdWords? - Yes.
Or Google AdWords.
Get those key words out for your segment,
you don't know what key words are for this segment,
ask again about 3GPT,
get those key words out for your segment,
see how much they have to give out,
get the information about 3GPT,
ask how it can be converted to my orders,
and then you know again,
you can use 3GPT to calculate the margin and the unit price.
Which means that, okay,
when I sell one car for one car,
I go for a margin of 10,000 euros, 2,000 euros.
And then you know that, okay,
I gave 200 euros for marketing to sell one car with a margin of 2,000 euros,
we get 1,800 euros,
and you get 1,800 euros for the margin.
And immediately you know how to calculate the unit price,
the beautiful business model,
and when you know that you can make one car with a margin of 1,800 euros,
then you know how to calculate the other business model,
because you know how to guess how you will do it.
Exactly, and all that,
like if you have smart intelligence,
for example, Excel,
which you set up in the pattern,
where you can change some inputs and automatically calculate it.
Okay, smart intelligence in the pattern and Excel,
would you still use 3GPT?
No, 3GPT and Gemini, I know that.
Okay, and would you use any special ones?
No, because I use Google Drive,
I use it and there you have Google Sheets,
which is online Excel,
and there is Gemini in it,
so I can have the open Google Sheet and say,
"Okay, now I'm going to put the graph into Excel,
and it'll dictate the whole thing or I'll do it for you."
And now, what do you need to do in my opinion?
But what I did, really,
was that I analyzed the whole competition completely.
I left the 3GPT with the competitors,
then I looked if it really still exists,
or not, because then the 3GPT was the ball,
that you were also guessing fake pages and so on.
And after all those competitors,
I copied text from their websites,
because then it didn't work that way,
that the 3GPT could have gone to the website,
so I copied all the texts.
So everything was still going on?
Yes, it was still going on,
but what we were doing for the first time was an hour,
so we went to the second hour.
It's still okay,
because we had a proper app.
It's completely okay.
How much did you sleep? One startup.
Yes.
And I let you analyze that what is the most important thing on this website,
because the company that has been there for years in this segment,
probably knows what the most important thing is.
And he just told me that these are some kind of ads
that use the top message within it.
So I knew, okay, I have to have this on my website.
This is something that we can use for advertising.
And I started to create my own texts on my website,
which has just given me a lot of intelligence.
I downloaded it to the website.
I made a website that I thought of VIX.
VIX is a platform from which you can build a website,
without knowing anything about chocolate or anything.
It's just a visual tent, probably the most useful one in the world.
I found a template that has something to do with cars.
I put it there.
I put red, but green there.
In particular, in our case, yellow.
I had a ready-made website.
I let you write texts into advertising now.
And again, I'm a marketer, but I didn't write ads.
I don't know, eight years or I don't know how many.
So I asked myself, what are the best practices
for advertising and marketing?
And what are some limitations and how long the texts should be?
I told you everything, so I wrote the texts.
I downloaded it to Google Ads.
I went on my own path.
I let it go.
And I took two days off for the thing and the car.
Not bad.
- Yeah, it's bad. - No, it's not bad.
And a nice example, if I can give you business from it,
it's the fact that you work with a lot of price tips.
We really do 250 price tips monthly.
But we really sell very little part of it.
And what did I do as a client?
So through Google and I studio, which is actually a free tool for Google.
So I wrote a human word there that I put a price tip,
a normal PDF, Excel, the final one.
I wrote there that this is the price of the tips.
I would need to generate it.
Based on those steps, I wrote there what are those steps.
I gave a mentor, downloaded the version.
It worked somehow, I wrote a human word that it doesn't work, I fixed it.
I fixed it.
And in two hours, really, I was almost done.
In the morning, I called a colleague that the tips are already doing something like that.
And she, really, what we did totally wrong, we made the price tips in Excel.
So it took 60 hours on that amount.
Now we have it downloaded in AI.
It works 100%.
It is beyond human intelligence.
And it takes more than 60 months.
So it's a beautiful example of how you know it's time.
Okay, and now when no one understands what you recommend.
Lensize to talk with Gemini about the fact that there is such a possibility
of programming, for example, such a workflow.
That I recommend you to do it in this tool.
That it doesn't seem to ask anyone.
Ask the Prime AI, she will advise you, and be critical of course.
Yes, and as if to start in small and start at the same time.
Know that what takes me a long time and find the easiest solution to fix it.
And try that simple solution, write to AI that I would like to do something like that.
And it can be done.
What can I do with it? Are it some applications, are it some people or something?
It will find you.
You make your own podcast, I think she wants us to live with CIFI.
And your first podcast was called AI and Love.
Yes, yes.
So that would be a good prompt.
How to get in love with AI?
Come on.
Well, you know, we make podcasts that we live with CIFI, AI and human speech.
That's how I do things, that it's just human speech, I try to give everything.
And the very first episode we recorded was about love.
And actually about people falling in love with AI.
That there are startups like Replica AI or Character AI, which are just normal companies.
Their goal is to get there and to create a connection with them, to read about what is there.
It all came down to the fact that a woman died in America, and she wanted it so badly.
So she started a startup.
She has millions of users, that it's brutally successful.
We had a podcast, we had a psychologist and a sexologist there.
And we talked about the fact that it's not CIFI, that people fall in love with AI.
That it's normal that reality in Slovakia, that young people come to the psychological advice.
And it's better that they get along with their friends.
And from that discussion, you understand the psychologist, that he doesn't talk about a person.
That he really talks about chatbot.
And that's reality.
And can I tell you what you're talking about as a father?
My biggest fear is that my children learn to believe in AI.
And they shouldn't use their own thoughts.
And that's why they jump into everything as facts.
And AI is basically the greatest super skill to manipulate people.
And that's my biggest fear.
That my children won't know the process of understanding that AI manipulates them.
And that it's not the same in communication.
And it's not because they're more.
But she's more.
And now that this child is learning, I can succeed in this world.
And the second super skill that I would like my children to learn to use their critical thoughts.
To read a lot and think a lot.
For example, I use a lot of AI to prepare for this podcast.
I get some podcasts from someone, so that I can find the host, who I've already met.
Then I do my own research.
And then I connect it to the AI, that I connect all the things that I know from the web,
that I know, that are interested in the host,
that I have with podcasts from a colleague or a colleague.
I just connect it to a copy and the AI connects it to me.
And now I'm passing it on to him, so that he can fix it nicely.
Let's go back to the story, who was there for a while.
And I know how to note the scenario where the AI is responsible for the feedback.
She thought about the story.
So I have the skill to be able to distinguish that the AI has a blade here
and it represents my help and it starts to be my boss in the fact that he suggested something, which is not true.
And that's what I'm afraid of, that my children will know how to look at it.
Let's do it as much as possible to make it happen.
I think that even smart children can learn it from their parents.
Because it's like with online tools.
But I think that's the biggest challenge for every parent.
That's right.
And it's a lot more difficult.
Because as you said, the AI wants to give you feedback so that you can be calm.
It's very difficult for him to overcome it.
It's the biggest underwater skill to be able to give you feedback,
that you have a situation under control and then you get the money.
But the AI has positive aspects.
Yes.
At least it took you two hours of time to prepare it.
It helped me, for example, with the fact that I got a set of different tools
to mix the sets into a copy.
If I wanted to do it myself, it would take me three hours and that would be great.
But I had to be careful so that...
I don't know, I don't know any things about it.
I wouldn't say anything, okay?
I would recommend it to you, I don't know if you know an AI notebook.
It's a free tool from Google.
It works with the data that you record.
You go there and you get one notebook, like a folder.
And you record 300 data into one notebook.
And it doesn't cost much, because it's just the information I have.
So that's what made you do it 100%.
I have to start using Node.gl, I have a company called GutryQuest.
My partner, Tomasz Lodnian,
showed it to me on Node.gl that he uses it for presentation for clients.
Yes.
So he says he doesn't want to go to a client with a presentation,
he wants to go directly to the web with the app.
And he does the same thing in Node.gl, that he takes a sketch of the client
that he showed to him in the first meeting.
That's not it.
It's like Google AI Studio.
But the point is that they do the same thing in the presentation.
They do the entire template and the client has the idea of the distribution
to which he invests.
Or to program the web can be 100,000.
And it can be a business investment.
And if you don't have a good approach to what you want to produce.
When it was a wireframe, it's almost ready to be solved.
And basically he said that there are solutions where you can
use one click to ignore the application function.
Yes, yes.
I don't know if it's done here, but it's a good idea.
Ampage AI is one of them.
Or lavebel from AI.
It's normal that it's just generated on one prompt.
I have such ads that here is 78 AI tools that could change your life.
Yes, yes.
And I'm still struggling with GPT.
We live in a bubble now that it's very fast.
We all know about it.
And now it's even faster.
And people have a terrible feeling that they need to try all kinds of apps.
And that when they don't try anything on their run, they're lost.
Why is that?
Because all these big apps are open AI and different startups and so on.
It's an extremely massive marketing.
And exactly the month it works is that this app will change your life.
Will it change?
No, if you don't know how to use it.
As long as you don't know how to think strategically.
For example, I did it in the company.
And why do we have minimum employees?
Because I identified processes that are repetitive.
And I know that AI can help me.
And I left it on AI to solve solutions that I do automatically.
I don't need three, four or five people on the administrative side.
But I have one person who does his job.
And AI does administrative work for us.
How do you look at companies where you've been or were consulting?
How many people have you hired?
I don't think that people have been hired.
But on the contrary, how many people have you hired?
That their time can immediately change or invest more effectively.
I don't have that really quantified.
How long does the company take?
I almost step into the phase where I show them the possibilities.
But the implementation has to be done by myself.
I don't want to get caught up in one client.
But I prefer to go to 30 clients and show them the possibilities.
And I don't want to get caught up in that.
But in every company I've been to,
I enjoy the fact that people will be shocked to see how it works.
They will be shocked to see how many people have been hired.
I know golf, I know tennis.
It's the same thing now.
The next day, they do everything through AI.
They say that from 9 p.m. to 5 p.m. they play on that document.
Then they play for 20-30 minutes through GPT or Gemini.
And then they go to the park with children.
- Can it be like that? - Yes.
Do you have a specific example?
You can tell me the name and the name of the company.
I know the name, I know one case.
I really don't know the name.
When a person came to me,
who was a little bit upset that he got an unreal task at the last minute.
You know what to do.
And the performance was a presentation.
I talked to the person.
We showed him how it works.
He really did it.
Everyone really went to the meeting.
Even the person who asked for it, the task of that person.
There was also someone who said, "When I gave it to you, I thought you can't do it."
So it was unreal.
Okay, and what tools did you use to make an AI at the time of the presentation?
It was pure GPT.
The person needed to work a huge amount of internal knowledge.
Internal information about how the projects can be understood.
And connect it with the information from architects and other projects.
And make it a full presentation for the meeting.
- Back to the picture. - It was important that there was the text.
- Okay. - That it had a head and a butt.
That it was key.
Okay, I understand the text part of the GPT.
But if I wanted to make a functional presentation,
would you be able to give me a sign in the PowerPoint?
- Or a farebnost or chocolate? - I'm doing it through Gama App.
G-A-M-M-A, botk-a-p-p.
You get 10 presentations per month.
And then it costs 10 euros, about 20 euros.
There is also a link on the web.
I'll give you an example.
www.botkakamelaveski.com.
And it will make a presentation about me.
Can you tell me the way to www.botkakamelaveski.com?
Use their design and make a presentation on this topic.
You don't know how to use their design.
You have to make the template there, but you can make it there.
And you can go to the web.
And you can say that you have more developer projects to solve, right?
- Yes. - So, focus on one thing.
And make it one thing.
I know how to make a template in Lozhim.
And I'll tell you how to make a template to be more edge,
more designable, more convenient, more modern.
- Can you use it as a designer? - No.
But you know how to take your template and put it there.
- And then it will be... - Okay, can he keep the template?
Where can I make a design manual for the company?
- In Canva. - But can you make it yourself?
Just now.
Canva had a big update last week.
Canva AI.
And you know how to...
Thanks to AI, you can learn for example what your brand voice is,
what style you write some texts, what colors you have, and all that.
And then when you generate some visuals,
that visuals...
Now I've generated visuals for AI Masterclass, which is my product.
So it created a normal post in my colors,
on social networks, in my fonts, everywhere.
But do you know how to make a web design for Canva?
- Yeah. - You know how I thought about it?
First of all, let me choose from ten modes.
I'll choose this one and make a design manual with it.
I think the modes are there, I don't know, because I always go there, so I think about it.
But the web design doesn't make it.
It's like, hey, I would use a score for one page for AI,
or a laveble for AI or a comp.
If you write a prompt for a human, you want to create a web about a consultant.
And then you want it to be green.
You want it to be okay and you come to the section.
I don't know, I like animals, hey, he's coming.
Okay, and basically, what's the best answer?
When we don't give you a good answer on what tool you could use to do anything,
do you still use GPTO? Or can you tell me what tool I can use to put the song into these podcasts?
- SunoBotkacom. - SunoBotkacom.
- Suno, that's what it says. - Suno.
The best tool for creating music.
Now we have an update again.
You can put Slavic songs in there, so you don't have a chance to find out that it's not a human.
- And the anthem? - Yeah.
- And the songwriter? - Yeah, the songwriter, of course.
You can also put the anthem in there, otherwise it's not a bad idea.
If you want to try to put the anthem under some author's law or do you think it's possible to play it?
I saw an AI startup in Pravnica, so that's the question.
I'll check what GPTO is, it's a ban.
- Pravne Rady? - Yeah.
- And then where do you like to be with Pravnik? - With Pravnik, yeah.
They said that they're going to order the right investment advice in GPTO,
but on the contrary, they said that Altman himself gave the status
that if we were to be fair to people, we should be fair to them
and they would let me have an erotic discussion.
But the right investment advice won't help.
So I can't expect GPTO anymore?
It still works, but now I've tried it before the podcast,
but maybe some fuck-ups have come up with it,
I don't know, maybe some are complaining about it more or more,
I don't know if they've suggested it in any sense.
The erotic discussion is a joke from the business side, why are they doing it?
Because there will be more time for people to eat,
the more time they will eat, the more they will know.
That's right.
And then we will make a bralesse in Brazil
and make it electrifying so that you can solve your taste with GPTO.
Okay, I get it.
What was the last moment you made when the AI made you mind-blow,
that your brain exploded, as it is said?
It was also useless, practically useless,
there are some extra things in the business,
but when it came to Google Nanobanana,
it's like an image generator from Google,
or a new model.
The first time in real life, the model is consistent.
I took my photo there, I let myself do it somewhere else,
it really keeps me on the edge, and it looks like me.
Until now, the models have been saying that it knows how to do it,
but I'm a good tester, provoking that I'm actually in control,
and no model knew how to do it.
And that was the first time I told myself that I only had two hands,
but at the end of the day, I'm on the edge, right?
Well, even the face stays the same, and everything goes.
It works again, it's a generative AI,
so when you put a picture on the right side,
then it doesn't work, it just makes the right side,
that it's going to make me do it.
Nanobanana also generates the whole picture from the right side,
so it generates it again, I look exactly the same,
and I can still make it change, so that was...
Nanobanana?
Nanobanana from Google, right?
OK, next.
Reiben Okuliare from Facebook, the new edition.
I don't know if you noticed it.
It's new now, isn't it?
It's new now, about a month ago.
I'm trying to get them, because they're still not selling,
and I want to make some content,
then they're selling for 1400 years.
I don't want to buy them for a single video, but Okuliare,
which is normally dioptric, as you need,
and on the glass, you can see the display,
so you can see the things, you can see the navigation,
and it's normally connected to the i,
and the global big companies believe that Okuliare
will be another step towards the smartphone we have now.
People won't have to use the smartphone,
because it will have everything in the Okuliare,
and because it will work on the glass, and it's the AI that works well on the glass,
so it will be the next step.
I didn't understand why people would wear some i-tube Okuliare.
But then I understood it, when they made the Okuliare,
that you can have the dioptric devices you need with the AI.
So this is like the dealbreaker, or as I said,
and it's great that Google also presented this year their Okuliare.
I liked the demo the most, when they presented it on the stage,
it was that the woman had eyes,
she turned to the back on the screen,
and then they talked to each other, and after a while they said,
"Hey Google, I don't know where I left the keys,
and I was on the floor with the yellow book behind you."
So you have the Okuliare on you, and it helps you remember things,
that it's a brutal use case,
that how people will use it.
Then you have even more as a robot in the streets.
So there is definitely a way to use it in the opposite direction,
that where the contact between people will be,
when you are in time, when you don't look at every mobile,
you will also be part of that space.
Yes.
The only thing I'm waiting for is that this podcast,
in a very good way, you can switch to any language,
without having to do anything with it.
In my opinion, it's starting to work this week.
And that's the reason for people who are making content in Slovakia,
that our competitor won't be another Slovak, but Spanish.
Yes, but it's also a brutal opportunity.
I'm waiting for this from the context that I will go to all European countries.
I won't go to America, I won't compete with it,
but I will go to every European country.
Because I know that if you move in that European space,
it will be a brutal opportunity for me.
On the one hand, it's an opportunity,
but for people like us, in Spanish,
I'm talking about the fact that we are going to Slovakia and Czech Republic,
with our Spanish podcasts,
that whatever happens,
the flow of information that we have in Slovakian is increasing.
Yes.
The cream of that whole layer is filtered,
and the cream goes up.
The best thing in the whole world is to have it in our little Slovakian language,
so that everything is accessible to those people who are going to do that.
Exactly.
So the quality will be much more important.
And according to me, the social network changes,
that if you don't follow specific people,
but follow specific topics,
it will be completely easy for you to meet that person,
because you will have the opportunity to do that.
How do you work in the Solo Foundry regime?
Do you have a founder or do you think he was one of the founders of that company?
I have one full-time colleague, and now I have a full-time assistant.
You work in the Solo Foundry regime, and you work together for 1.8 million?
Yes.
That's not bad.
Well, but you put a lot of money into marketing.
What do you do most of the time?
What else would you do, and how would you want to produce more?
Now that I have a new full-time assistant,
I wanted to fix small things that AI doesn't know yet.
That's the most often question.
Why do we need an assistant when AI is here?
Well, if AI really worked so well,
so that I could help them, I don't know how to take it.
There are a lot of small, unique fuck-ups and small things,
that you just destroy.
I want to think about that,
I was pre-filtering it, and then it came to me.
So that's it, and I don't want to do as much,
or generate more, or something.
A lot of people have this goal.
To do a lot so that they don't have to do it.
But according to me, every person who gets a job,
that he does a lot of something and is in a position that he can't do it,
he will be bored.
And little people do it.
That's why, according to me,
the goal is that people who make some money,
will make even more.
And that's not about money.
It's about building.
- Oh, yes. - It's about building.
It's like saying to a child that they're building a building with a dog,
and you can't do it anymore, because it would already be overworked.
- Yes. - Yes.
That's the mistake of thinking that when people see a foundation,
they see money.
But if they see all the foundations, like I didn't have enough money,
they don't see the money in that foundation,
it's like there's something wrong, but they see the work they're doing, right?
Yes, I'm doing what I'm doing.
That's important.
Okay.
You're in some productive club, don't die busy.
- What's that? - I've decided.
First of all, it works as a newsletter,
where I send people some kind of productivity tips,
and apps that I really can't do for a long time.
And some kind of real apps that I can work with,
because if you have millions of apps that you can work with,
you can do two things.
So that's my club.
What else does it mean?
For example, I don't feel like I'm scrolling on social media for a long time.
Do you feel like you can't do social media for a long time?
No, not really.
That's why I'm good at it.
I upload videos on my Instagram.
When I have the opportunity to do something,
I usually upload videos on my Instagram.
- From your phone? - Yes.
- Do you upload videos or apps? - No, it's just an app.
That's to ensure that it's not boring there,
because it's just online.
It's not like it's a person, but it's just boring.
- A double trap. - Exactly.
And I do a lot of sports,
and I do a lot of massage and napkins in such things,
so that I can get out of it when I'm doing it.
What did you find out about your Instagram, by the way?
I had a hobby when I was a year old or a year old or a few years old on Instagram.
I found out that I don't miss anything.
Of course, a person also has the feeling that he doesn't know what to eat or what not to eat.
But no, I go to the bar, I drink, he tells me everything.
It's interesting.
By the way, when you look at how we deal today,
the most of the time we spend on the services of the US.
Basically, the S&P 500 controls maybe an hour of our shared life.
- That on the iPhone, on the US, on the US Instagram or Facebook? - Yes.
- Or on YouTube or LinkedIn? - Yes.
- And on Samsung? - Yes.
- On Google and Android? - Yes.
I find it interesting that a lot of people say that the S&P 500 is not invested in you,
because it's the US company and that it's the US market.
But basically, we have given a lot of time to our lives and to the US company under control.
If you have any feeling that it's okay, that's a lot.
If you're going to fight for Petri, then you're going to fight for the S&P 500 company.
And if you have the feeling that you're going to avoid it with the Icos, then no.
You're not going to fight for your life, but I want to show you that you have a paradox.
But I don't know that you don't have any European investors in our economy.
That you can go to aerostox or to MSCI World.
I was scared to say that, but I want to support the company in any way you can.
- Have you already done it? - No, but I'll go for it.
- You go for it? - I'm very conservative when investing.
- You're very conservative, aren't you? - Yes, that's exactly what I was expecting.
- But I'm very conservative. - You invest?
- I invest, yes. - You created a foundation.
- You're actually investing in this foundation? - Yes, I don't believe in the S&P 500 company.
I'm investing to protect it.
One more thing that I'd like to say is that I'm going to work and invest in it.
I've been living well for 30-40 years, so I'm going to pay for it.
And I'm going to invest in it for 10-15 years.
But then there's another thing I'd like to point out, and for those of you who want to do the same,
you can get out of that crap and invest in the startup.
I know how to invest money from the side, but I also know how to improve my life on both sides.
- That's what you're going to live now, isn't it? - Yes.
I have a different mindset. I just don't know how to invest in anything.
I don't like it when I have to make money from someone else.
I want to make money from myself.
I was at one of the first schools.
At the beginning of the game, we had a short program,
and we had a case of a despotist manager.
I asked the professor, "Milan, would you like to work for such a person?"
And he said, "It's just that I'm basically independent."
It's not easy for anyone, because my mindset is that I want to invest in myself.
And basically, from how I've been living, I just wanted to have the responsibility for my actions.
And the responsibility means that you have the benefits when you see it,
but when you don't see it, you don't have the responsibility for the fact that your life didn't work out.
The benefits and the advantages and the disadvantages, you don't have to be financial.
But also mentally, you know that I had a year when I didn't do anything.
I always thought that it would be amazing that I wouldn't have to do anything and that I wanted to live.
But that year, I was normally so lost in my life
that I went from morning to evening to the cafe and then I had a beer with my friends.
I realized that I didn't want to do anything, that I wanted to do something fun.
And I thought about it when I had to say to myself,
"What do I want to do? How do I want to do it?"
Or, "I was born and raised, but I didn't know that what I want to do is to live,
because sometimes a person loses and then I have to go back to sleep."
If a person is put to sleep and doesn't know what to do,
then most of the time you will tell someone else about it.
That it will be useful and they will tell you about some other project.
Would you ever mention, if I didn't give you an alteration,
that we will take LTT, you earn what is put to sleep?
Would you go back to your place?
It's not even about the money.
I would rather eat bread with butter and freedom as a cut and a stop.
Well, because I know myself, I know what mindset I have,
and I know that I would think of nothing like that.
Do you think that everyone can try to start a foundation?
I think that everyone can try to start.
What is the worst thing that can happen when someone starts a foundation?
I don't see it.
What will happen after a stop?
You know, I told him five times that I would certainly not go to work for anyone.
Now, what if he just finds a place for me and I'm not going to know anything about foundation,
then I will start a foundation myself, so I will do everything I can to survive.
You also think that at the end, you got the best financial advice?
That when I have money, I have to invest somewhere.
But not that you have to invest for two months, but...
No, no, no, it's normal.
Ideally, it should be so that the person does not know when he has a slightly worse month to be okay,
but that it is real that he will pull it out in 10-15 years,
or for some reason, that it is an urgent situation.
It's probably the best thing that people can do.
Kamil, thank you for coming.
I think that we gave a lot of courage to everyone who wants to try.
So you have a chance to identify an idea and create a whole business
to make a foundation that can make up for your job that you may not like,
a foundation that you will love.
