Airline Workers Are Saints, Their Bosses Are Rats | Joe DeRosa Vile and Horrendous
41m 45s
The host of "Volverendist, Roll the PSA" delivers a satirical yet critical review of modern airline practices, focusing on the declining value of first-class travel. He details how airlines are systematically removing key amenities—like Wi-Fi, entertainment screens, and extra leg room—especially on long-haul flights, often offering better conditions on return trips, which he sees as exploitative and inconsistent. He references Frontier Airlines’ fleet reduction and inefficient new routes as evidence of financial instability and poor customer service. The host contrasts this with deep admiration for airline staff, portraying them as resilient and morally upright despite daily exposure to irate passengers. He frames the industry’s actions as part of a deliberate erosion of travel comfort, driven by cost-cutting rather than customer care. The segment also includes humorous anecdotes, such as a "drunk dad Jenga" story and a bizarre birthday encounter with a friend’s mother, to underscore the unpredictability and awkwardness of human interactions. Ultimately, the host urges listeners to reflect on their own behavior when frustrated with service, advocating for empathy and understanding toward frontline workers. The episode ends with a list of upcoming events and a playful nod to its own tone, reinforcing its blend of satire, social commentary, and personal reflection.
(upbeat music) (sighing) - Who's the music off? - Shit, I'm still chewing. Welcome to "Volverendist, Roll the PSA." - I think one of the best things about living alone is a woman. Aside from the fact that I can eat and talk whenever the fuck I want, for those of you that keep calling me out on it, you're on my mother fucking page. You don't like it, scroll, bitch. But my favorite thing about living alone is just rip an ass. I enjoy just, (mimics) you know, and I will lift the cheek. I just am so fucking comfortable. I get to schlep, I'm gonna fuck, because who the fuck's gonna call me out on it? Who the fuck is gonna say, (mimics) I live alone, and I will bring flatulence to my heart content. All right, people, please pull her dumb face down. You might have thought I played you that video because it's great advice that you can do whatever you want when you live alone. I played that video to tell all of you, please raise your bar higher than this. Yet no shit, you can do whatever you want when you live alone. You can piss on the kitchen floor if you want to, lady. Why are you talking like it's tough? This was almost a white women's. Oh God, her doing the black scent, how embarrassing is that? You're on my mother fucking page, scroll bitch as she eats the whitest snack on earth, like a dried mango slice. You know what I like about living alone? I can talk whenever I want. What kind of fucking monsters have you been dating? I love these people that date monsters. And they're like, you know what, I'll tell you what, I stand up for shit. I'm a woman that believes I can talk whenever I want. We all, same people think you should be able to talk whenever you want. You're dating the wrong people. Anyway, yeah, you can fart if you live alone. Big fucking surprise. And as opposed to what, by the way, who is she bragging about this, too? If you're alone in your apartment and you're farting and you're receiving criticism, get to a doctor. There's something wrong with your brain. You're hearing voices. Anyway, all right, God, I hate, I hate, I hate, I just, I hate attitude, I hate unjustified tood. Do you know what I'm talking about? I hate unjustified tood. You know fucking, I do what I want, I do what I want. I wear glitter on my face. Okay, wear it, dip shit, I don't fucking care. I do what I want, I shit in my pants. Great, good for you, I don't give a shit. (laughs) Stop bragging about nothing. No, never has tood people that accomplish things. You know what I mean? It's never a guy like, I cured cancer. Flight log. Yeah, we haven't done a flight log in a while. All right. First up, we gotta, okay folks, we gotta, we gotta heavy flight log today. Heavy flight log and we're gonna start here. This story at this point is a little bit old. This is from July, but we missed it. Frontier shrinks fleet amid widening losses. I told you, I told you, very few times in my life have I ever called something correctly. This is one time when I called something correctly. I told you that when spirit closed, Frontier was next. And here we are with our second story about Frontier, I believe since that was said, everything that I'm saying is coming to fruition. They are shrinking the fleet amid the widening losses. We can scroll down a little bit. I'll read a little bit of the story. We don't have to go crazy. Actually, I don't even know if we have access to the story. Do we? It's okay if we don't. No, on this site, but I got you another one. Okay. So they will shrink their fleet by dozens, dozens of aircraft, low cost carrier Frontier Airlines is shrinking and it's existing fleet and delaying plans to buy additional planes in an effort to make operations more profitable. The Denver-based airline said on February 11th that it is arranging an early return of 24 Airbus A320 Neo planes that are currently in operation to its aircraft lesser, that means Lisa, I guess, right? Anyway, look, people, the point is this. They're pulling back. All right, you don't return planes in the hopes that later you're gonna get planes. You return shit when you can't afford shit. And it's usually not a sign that a better time is around the corner. It's usually a sign that things is gonna be rough. Things are gonna be rough for a little while. All right. They had a net loss of $137 million for 2025. You don't bounce back real quick from that, right? They're not going ass shit, guys. We lost 65 grand, but we're moving in the right direction. $137 million is significant, even for an airline. So things are not looking good. Our low cost options are going away and we have more related to that in this edition of Flight Log today. Despite its smaller fleet, Frontier announced the launch of 23 new routes across the US and Mexico that are scheduled to begin in March and April. But airline confirmed in its earnings report that these route launches will be moving ahead. Yeah, okay, big deal. Because we already saw that there are routes, meaning if you wanna fly on Frontier from Austin to Philly, where you used to be able to do that direct two days a week in four hours is now a 21 hour route. Because you now have to go to LA and wait eight hours or nine out whatever the hell it is and then get on another plane. You, new routes don't mean anything unless those routes are efficient. So I'd like to know what those new routes are once they are launched and how long they actually take. Anything can be a route, anything can be a route. I could announce 23 new routes. Hey, Joe DeRose in deliveries. We, routes to wherever you want. Now, granted, I will be driving and taking many breaks but it'll get there eventually. Your package will get there eventually. And I'd also like to know if these are direct which this is not gonna tell us. But these are the new routes. Lost Vegas to Oakland, Vegas to Boise. Vegas to Oakland that's, I'm assuming, a quick one. But some of these other ones, you know, Dallas to Newark. I'd love to know how long that takes and if it's direct, Newark to Orlando, it's another one I'd be very curious about. Anyway, people, frontier, I'm gonna say it now. It ain't gonna get any better and I don't think any of these things, they're pulling back on or gonna get reinstated. And I don't think these new routes are gonna be very reliable. But we shall see. Now, I took a trip recently for work. I flew Delta. Now, the gig I had, okay. The gig I had, I was given a travel stipend. That travel stipend allowed me to fly in the first class section of the plane. I am not flaunting in any way here. I'm not bragging in any way here. I realize that a lot of people can't afford first class. I'll tell you what's interesting. Is first class is becoming more and more affordable on these flights for some reason because it is only within $200 of what it costs to fly normally in coach now. And when I say normally, I mean, with an extra leg room seat, where you have a chance of getting your bag on the plane. I've complained about that a lot. But anyway, I flew recently. Delta, the stipend allowed me first class. First plane out. I wanna talk about both legs of this flight. First plane out. No Wi-Fi for anybody obviously, not just first class. No screens. It was an old plane. It was an old plane. No outlets to plug your phone into charge. Nothing. Nothing. Broken Wi-Fi. Draft Kings, Draft Kings, Draft Kings. Here's the deal, apparently. I heard football is back. And something big is coming up. I don't know, folks, you know, I've never been much of an athlete. But here's the.
thing. I do like a good game and that thing that I'm talking about is DraftKings game day which arrives on September 2nd and all honesty. I don't have any skin in the game when it comes to rooting for a specific team. I don't know. I come from a place I believe that it's called Philadelphia and there's some sort of bird that we represent there but anyway that's why the ability to make money on any given Sunday, great movie, is much more compelling for me to tune in. That's really all it comes down to because I've only ever been about the money. Know it. That's why I do everything and that's why DraftKings is now live in all 50 states just in time for all the game days to come. One app, every sport, all 50 states. So you're gonna be a diehard football fan or maybe you're just trying to capitalize materially on a game that you have no emotional stake in. Doesn't matter. DraftKings has got you covered. New DraftKing customers, by the way, go sign up with the Code Vile, V-I-L-E, and spend five bucks to get $200 in rewards within 21 days. That includes all markets. That is Code Vile. In partnership with DraftKings, the crown is yours. Bet with DK Sportsbook, gambling problem called 1-800-Gamilar, 1-800-My-Reset. An etiquette called 888-7897-777 or visit ccpg.org. Now, this is about the, I'm going to say third time in six, seven months that I flew on Delta. And I'm not flying Delta all the time. But not the third time I've been on Delta. We're the Wi-Fi didn't work. Why are we not getting discounted? That is part of the ticket price. That is a regular amenity of flying. And you know what? I thought this had something to do with first class. It doesn't. It doesn't. Because it doesn't matter if you bought the cheapest ticket or the most expensive ticket. Why are we not getting discounted when the Wi-Fi doesn't work? It's crazy to me. Now, flight home. Full amenities. Full amenities on the flight home. Screens on the seats. For everybody. Working Wi-Fi, outlets, whatever. So this leads me to a question I have. This is my question. Are they using, because I don't know, are they using older, smaller, no-frills planes for longer trips to save money for these airlines? I think they are. And I think this round trip was proof of it. Because if you're getting a top-notch plane on the way home and a substandard, no-frills plane on the way out, that's fishy to me. It used to be that these smaller planes that didn't have all the bells and whistles, it was because they were called puddle jumpers. It was a smaller plane than when a short distance. I think they're using these planes now in long distances. It's probably an easy Google, and I probably should have looked it up, and it didn't even occur to me that I could have done that until right now. But I really do think that that is what's going on. And I think it's disgusting. I think it's disgusting. All right, amenities, going away, going away, quickly, quickly. Let me tell you about another one. This was one United Airlines. This was also very recently. I've had to fly a lot lately due to different work things and obligations in different areas. That were all very close together, so I've been flying a lot. United Airlines, don't know how long they've been doing this, but United Airlines is now doing something with boarding. You know how they call groups, right? Group one, group two, group right. First class on United Airlines is now grouped in with people that are also sitting in priority in coach. Maybe it doesn't sound like a big deal. And I don't think, I don't bring this up to say, how dare they move first class people under the plane with the commenters in the bet. I don't mean it like that. But you got to think about what this means. You have to really think about this. They are now seating first class along with people who are also sitting in coach as group one. I'm pointing this out because part of the reason people pay extra for first class, especially now, is the ability to get on the plane first. Imagine that. Imagine first class, a perk being getting on the plane first. That's kind of part of the whole point, especially now. Why, especially now. Well, because now the later you get on the plane, the lesser the chance is that you're going to get your carry on on the plane. All right. And the greater the chances is you might not fly because as I pointed out a few weeks ago, they're starting to do a thing now where they're telling people if they can't get your carry on onto the plane or they can't check it underneath, you're going to give up your seat with no real explanation as to why. Anyway, so you can still, by the way, with United, by the way, which has the worst, they're the worst defenders of what I'm about to talk about. You can still get on the plane early on United. If you're a diamond medallion platinum coated, fucking the golden calf in the asshole while sucking the spike torn cock of Napoleon fucking member, whatever cult status you got to get to, all you need to do is become a member of that group, okay. And I guess, I don't know, you don't only have to fly roughly 400,000 miles every year and take out a fourth mortgage on your house to do so. What United is doing by having first class board in group one, okay, which also includes, again, a bunch of people that are sitting in coach. Theoretically, it's fine. However, when you examine it, what it actually means is you'll be, this is, this is yet indicative of this continuing trend that I've been talking about on the show. First class, not getting to board before other groups is a way of taking another privilege away that you're supposedly paying for. You're supposedly paying for a privilege. They're up charging you for a privilege and they are taking it away quietly. And that is the beginning of the final phase out. We are in the final phase out. I keep telling you first class is going away, everything is going to be the same seat and then they're really going to get to fuck us. Then they're really going to get to fuck us. They already took the entertainment screens away on most of these flights, as I already mentioned today. Pretty soon, the meals and the drinks will go away in first class because right now let me break it down. What you get in first class is this. You get to sit like a human being, which you can do in coach in certain seats, sort of, and you get food and drinks. That's it. Those are the only two perks. And by the way, the food nine times out of 10 is freezer burnt and unedible. So even that's out of perk. Even when I've gotten to sit in first class, I'm still eating in the airport before I get on the plane because I know chances are the food will be disgusting. So basically you're sitting in first class to get a couple free drinks. That's about it, okay? That's going to go away. Then the extra leg room will go away. Then the reserved overhead for carry-on bags in first class will go away. Guess what people? I have been on flights where even in first class, they don't have room for your carry-on. So that's already happening. That's already happening. All right? And then pretty soon, and then the leg room will go away. Trust me. They'll squeeze a few more. It'll get smaller and smaller. And then what's going to happen is all you are paying extra for is the privilege to sit toward the front of the plane so you can get off of the goddamn hellscape of that thing more quickly because those seats are preferred. They're already doing that in coach. Preferred seats. Preferred seats. You got to pay extra. How much extra? No, no, no. How much extra? Sometimes 75, 85, 95 dollars for what? For a preferred seat. That doesn't even have extra leg room. It's just a window seat or an aisle seat in a better part of the plane. Why? She can get off more quickly and maybe, maybe, have a better chance of getting your carry-on on board, which guess what? That doesn't mean shit. I've been enrothed 10 or whatever towards the front of coach and still been in group six where you got to get on weight. It's disgusting. It's disgusting. They'll still, by the way, they'll still call the front first class. It'll just be void of any first or any class. You'll just be paying significantly more money for absolutely fucking nothing. Nothing. And once that happens, it's going to be a plane filled with with Crab Seats zero.
a room for your shit and no way of differentiating between one section to another and that is not a class commentary that is me saying once they do that they can charge you whatever the fuck they want because it is what it is. It is happening in front of our very eyes right now. They don't want you to leave the house. This is not something to dismiss. It is not a conspiracy theory. They want you to stay home and buy shit. So get used to your homes and your phones folks because pretty soon that is the only way you're going to see anything from the outside fucking world. Okay, let's move on. Related to flight, flight log. Here's something I bet you never thought you'd see on this show. We're going to do, we salute you. Now, why did I say here's something I bet you'd never thought you'd see on this show. As I continually lambast the friendly sky-frequeting, festering flock of shitbags known as the airline industry, there is, believe it or not, a component of that industry that I believe deserves great admiration and praise. This is not sarcastic. This is not flippant. I mean this. The employees. The employees of these airlines deserve great admiration and praise. Not the higher-ups. Not the CEOs, not the shareholders, not the presidents, not the vice presidents. They are indeed eternal cock suckers. No offense, Carly. None taken. Because that's her nickname. For now. For now, you know, you're still pushing. What was it, scum shit? Wait, how about scum shit? Do you like that? That's so much worse. It was smart dog. All right, sorry, sorry. Anyway, I'm not talking about the higher-ups. I'm talking about the flight attendance, the pilots, the baggage handlers, the desk wraps, the gate agents, the phone support folks. I think that's everybody. These people are soldiers who should be adorned and decorated. I mean it, man. Imagine this. These people are the first line of defense between the airlines and the public. Really think about what that entails. Think about what it must be like to be underpaid and in service to a crumbling industry that robs its customer base, turning that base into a wave of irate travelers bringing all of their very justified complaints to you instead of to the people that deserve it. These stinking rats at the top of this ladder, these stinking rats at the top of the ladder, they don't have to deal with any of the backlash. They're hard policies and behaviors caused. None of that. And by the way, calling them rats, by the way, it is far too generous. Far too generous. They're similar to rats. They are similar to rats. They're similar to rats in the sense that they spread their sickness and their filth and never get held accountable for it. But guess what? You can't yell at a rat for giving you rabies. Well, you can. You're not going to get anywhere. Because a rat doesn't have logic or self-awareness or whatever. These fucking people do. And guess what? You can yell at them all day about the shit they're doing. You still won't get anywhere. Not because they don't have brains. Not because they don't have self-awareness. Because they're scumbags. They're scumbags. And no matter how much we complain about them gouging us, they will never listen. A rat doesn't know any better a CEO does. And that's what makes them worse than rats. What is a word that means lower than rat? That's what we need is that word. We need a word that means lower than rat to describe these airline bigwigs. Sub-rat? Under-rat? How about. How about this? Rat? Because a rat is always located underneath it. Anyway, the people running the airlines are rat. And the people that employ them are saintly. No wait, I said that wrong. The people running the airlines are rat. And the people they employ, not that employ them. The people they employ are saintly. So look, tons of us, many of us, we're very confused and frustrated while flying. Okay, the experience in and of itself can be miserable. For a lot of reasons, how much it all costs? The lines are a mile long. You spend hours and hours in a comfortless airport. You're on crowded airplanes. There's crowded gates. It's crowded everywhere. There are people shoving. People pushing. People not paying attention. There's dirty bathrooms. There's delayed flights. There's screaming children. It's fucking excruciating. Okay? And this is most of the time. This is most of the time. All right? You know how you know the flying experience usually sucks, usually sucks. Because this is a conversation that only happens sometimes after you land. Okay? Sometimes you'll fly somewhere and you get there and somebody you're meeting up with, whatever, they go, "Hey, how was your flight?" And you'll go, "pretty good, actually." Pretty good, actually. You're literally surprised. It wasn't horrendous. So here's the point. If we are all well aware of how shitty this experience of flying is, the staff is even more aware of it than we are. Yet they do their best, truly. They do their best to put on a smile and make things as pleasant as humanly possible. And on top of all that, they weather the storm of all of us coming at them all fist and elbows with our gripes about everything that went wrong in relation to traveling that day. I wouldn't be able to do it. If I worked for an airline, I'd be fired. Day one. Maybe day two. One guy comes at me sideways. Go fuck yourself, pal. Fists, handcuffs. I'd be out. I'd be shocked if I made it more than two days working for an airline. These people I'm telling you, they're saintly's. They're saintly. As soon as one guy got an attitude with me about something, I'd snap. I'd snap. And it's crazy that we, you know, when we do do this, I'm at fault, I've done it, you know. But blaming an airline employee for an offense that the airline itself has caused, it's like blaming a football referee for a rain delay. There's a greater power at work that's fucking things up that doesn't give a shit about you. And then there's some poor bastard in a striped shirt who's been hired to be the conduit between you and the big and posing ugly thing. Let me be clear. Again, I'm not saying I'm a saint. I'm not being a whole year than now. We're self-righteous about this. I have fucked up and yelled at the wrong people. But I am saying I am a person that in realizing I've dropped the ball and taken my frustrations out on these people in the past. At times, not always. I am very embarrassed that I ever did so. All right. I'm not even saying I'll never do it again. I'm going to have my slips. All right. But sometimes a bad day, it just, you know, it gets in your crawl and you lose control of your better self. We're all capable of it. We're only human. But I have become more and more aware that this is a thankless job. These people are doing the best they can. All right. And moving forward, I'm going to try to be as great as I can to them or at least as great full as I can to them. And that's just, I don't know, called a new attitude, whatever, you know. But by the way, this is also not me saying that like there's nothing an airline staff member can do that isn't their fault. All right. For instance, if you're ringing the Big Bang bell and they're ignoring you, that might be their fault. Yes, for a Coke, they bring you a ginger ale. Therefore, if you're asleep and you're about to start landing and you're sleeping peacefully and they have to wake you up so you can put your bag back under the seat in front of you and they don't do it by gently nudging you like this. They fucking do this with their fingers like a fucking bird, checking on your shoulder and you go, what the fuck is going on? Am I having a nightmare about a getting attacked by a fucking bulture right now? What the fuck is happening? And you realize it's a lady going, sir, sir, you're bag. That's their fucking fault. All right. But outside of that, be nice to these people. They're doing the Lord's work or at least the work of the Sky God Zeus. Oh fuck. Well, I'll say it again. Don't edit it. Okay, move it on. Let's close it out today with some pig talk. Have you vetted these? Yes. All right. This comes from Jim Bob drunk dad Jenga. Now, by the way, just to remind everybody the purpose of the segment, it's presenting a situation where you were vile and horrendous or somebody you dealt with was. And I'll read it and tell you who is at fault. You know, if the other person was truly wrong, If you should actually feel guilty, whatever,
That's kind of the point. I think everybody knows that. Anyway, this is called drunk dad, Jenga. When me and my good buddy were, it's not an advice segment in other words. It's just, when me and my good buddy were 14 or 15, we would play fucked up jokes on my drunk, passed out, stepped out. One time we stacked as much random shit on this head as we can find. I've had that happen when I was a drunk guy. The record was two glass asteris, two pair of shoes, a few empty sigpacks, his own wallet and three, and a three day old pork chop from the fridge, all at once. It's a real white trash, Jenga. We also wrote a suicide note for him when he was drunk, asleep, and the recliner, am I a vile horrendous pig for this? No, man, that's, you having fun. It's a cute little thing. I want to know what happened when he woke up. That's the real violent horrendous question. If you woke up in the left, hey, everybody did a good time. If you woke up and beat you over that, then he might, need some therapy. Okay. Let's do, let's do this one. Attracting weirdos. Mike M. Hey, Joe, aka the vile and horrendous. My name is Mike and I'm from New Jersey. I've been a longtime fan of your comedy and even saw you in NYC. Live, okay, cool. Thank you, Mike. The people in my life always tell me I attract weirdos and I believe this is true. Wherever I go, the weirdest personal interact with me in some kind of way, for instance. Oh, sorry, one instant stands out to me the most. I was at my local AMC, seeing a movie, which I often do. After my movie ended, I went to the bathroom. The bathroom was empty except for one guy at the first urinal. I walked in, he immediately looked at me and he said, "Hey, champ, there's a fresh one right here "if you want it and gestured to the urinal next one." I said, "No thanks and proceeded to the urinal "at the end of the line." He said, "Suit yourself, then move from his urinal "to the next one and continued going." After finishing, I went to wash my hands. The man came up to the sink, looked at the, oh, looked at the fronts and backs of his hands and said, "We're good, I washed them yesterday." That's when I noticed his outfit. He was wearing ripped skinny jeans, flip flops, and a "my body, my choice t-shirt." Was this me? (audience laughing) Dead 'em, Jack, and I'm Mickey Mouse hat with the ears on the top. I don't believe this. I'm gonna time for one more. I'm gonna go out with my best friend's mom 'cause this sounds like it could be good. This comes from A-NON. Is that anonymous? - Yeah. - Or some sort of R&B singer. He didn't want any mentions. I know, I'm kidding. All right, Joe and the Hounds. And the Dix. - Smut dog. - Smut dog. Carly, you know that name's not as good as, come on. - Yeah, I get it. - All right. I say it out of love. - I mean, it seems like that's what's sticking. - I want you to go down in history. (audience laughing) It's one of the greats. - We're hard for that. - Right. Yes. I don't mean this is a name drop, but it is very funny. But Shane will often say to me, if we're drinking, he'll go, he'll like tell me to do a shot. I'm like, I'm not doing a shot. You're not doing a shot and he'll go, you don't have the courage to become great. (audience laughing) It's so insulting, it's so funny that. All right, sorry. My best friend's mom, Joe and the Hounds. I hooked up with my best friend's mom on my birthday. I've been sick about it ever since. Jake and I have been best friends since middle school. Our families have been in each other's lives the whole time. I texted them the morning of my birthday to hang. He told me to come over. I walked in him and his brother and his mom. Y'all, y'all yelled happy birthday. Solid surprise. Jake then pitches a plan for all of us to go downtown together hop through bars, grabs some food. And his mom covers the ubers, let's do it. After an all day and almost all night, run a fun, Jake ended up the most wrecked out of all of us. We go back to their place, everyone disperses. I plant myself on the couch with the dog, waiting for the room to stop spinning. 30 minutes later, his mom comes back out. Since next to me, he starts rubbing my shoulder. This rips, dude. I don't even know what you're worried about. Says she didn't want me sitting on my birthday. Then front of nowhere. Whispers, do you like me leaning on you? I froze, she asked, she asked again. I fumbled out something. Lithuania had looked at me and said happy birthday and kissed me. I sat there stunned. I kissed her back. I won't get into it. Sometimes I can't read. I won't get into all of it, but did everything but actual sex. The second it was over, I ordered a car and left. See, this feels real, right? - I agree. - In the moment, it felt surreal. Now I feel like I've torched a 15-year friendship. I have no idea what to do with it. Well, you should have named Jake, first of all, and the specific details of the hang. It's not gonna be too hard for Jake to figure out who, you could have kept this secret. I'm a pig for this, but do I get points for learning a valuable lesson? You absolutely get points for learning the lesson. I don't think you did the most ethical thing, but I don't think you did anything necessarily wrong. If you had pursued your friend's mom and tried to smash, that'd be a different story. You guys were drunk, things happened when you're drunk. She came onto you, is she violent or endless? Word, is she just amazing? I don't know. That's a tough call here. It's a great story. Something tells me, it might not be the first younger man she's come onto. Something tells me, even Jake might be aware of this. If I were you, I'd let it go. I'd put it behind you. And I'm not gonna advise you how to proceed with this lady, but I don't think you're a terrible person, believe it or not. I think something happened on your birthday that was kind of wild and unexpected that you did not instigate. That is my advice to you. And that is our show. Folks, we're gonna plug the dates. Summary:

Wi-Fi is reportedly non-functional on Delta flights regardless of class, even on first-class seats. This inconsistency suggests it's a standard issue rather than a class-based service, raising concerns about declining airline amenities.
