Airbnb Stay Takes Nasty Turn

Influencer Nicolette Keough is at the center of a criminal investigation after multiple rental property owners reported that she deliberately damaged their belongings by urinating on items such as toasters, record players, TVs, fireplaces, and a typewriter. Victims, including a tenant in Pensacola, Florida, reported the incidents through video footage and claimed financial losses totaling over $22,000 across two separate rental properties. Keough admitted to some of the actions, including peeing on a toaster and near a fireplace, but denied damaging a TV or a chair. Police charged her with two counts of felony criminal mischief, with damages in one case exceeding $13,000 and another surpassing $17,000. The incident emerged after a tenant, who was on a lease with Keough, reported being stalked and damaged, prompting him to contact police. Keough, who earns income from sexually explicit content on platforms like Fansly, is also accused of posting videos of the damage online. Authorities believe there may be additional victims and ongoing cases, indicating potential for more charges. The story underscores concerns about public safety, property rights, and the consequences of intentional harm, especially in contexts involving online content and rental properties. While Keough has not been formally convicted, the case remains active with further investigations underway.

I'll be honest with you, I don't know what could prepare you for this story. What do you do on that platform? Um, it's like sexually explicit stuff. If you don't mind me asking, what specific stuff do you do? This influencer has a very unique line of work. And look, no judgment here. The holidays are coming, but the Lincoln Wishlist sales event is already here. And with exceptional offers on select Lincoln vehicles, you might just cross the perfect gift off your own list. You know, the kind that doesn't need wrapping. Consider this a little reminder to be good to yourself this time of year. Visit your local Lincoln dealer or go to Lincoln.com to learn more. But law enforcement says what she did inside of a rental property is not okay. Were you recording your content in this Airbnb? Yes, yes. Okay, and that included what you said you specialize in, which is the urinating? Um, a few of them, yeah. A few of them, yes. We just got new body cam footage of how police handled an investigation into an influencer who they say did some disgusting damage to where she was saying, to say the least. We're on the case presented by Law and Crime. I'm Chris Stewart. We'll be right back. This woman, Nicolette Keough, she works apparently as an influencer and she makes sexually explicit content. And she was staying at a rental property in Pensacola, Florida. The story begins with the officer making contact with the property owner who says that a man started texting her that he knew Nicolette. And that she had allegedly been urinating on items inside of the rental and then posting it on an online platform. Oh, there's something. I'm trying to get back from the start. Yeah, so he texts me. His name is. Um, he is on a lease with her. That's how he knows her. He said he only booked my Airbnb so that he could message me to tell me what was going on because he tracked it down. Um, he says he's on a lease with her, but he doesn't, she doesn't live there anymore because she moved in with him and peed on everything. And he called the police, but they wouldn't do anything because it was a roommate situation. And that, so he's been following her, like online, and watching her. And he's been trying to do all these things and trying, basically, just trying to find who the owners are. But mine's pretty distinct because it's, everything in there is pink. So he's able to track it down. Anyway, so he texts me and he says that, uh, I asked, like, he sent me another link to a different website. Um, I said, how do you know these people? He says, I'm stuck on a lease with a girl. She ruined all my personal belongings, blah, blah, blah. And then he said, I only booked with you just to inform you because it's really messed up. And then, like, let me see where he says. Um, but I reached out because she's bragged about getting away with it. But if anything is serious, you need a police report. He's just telling me about a lease. And then. I did not tell him I was already talking to the police. I was just trying to get him to talk. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And then, um, I said, I'm just trying to find videos for actually peeing on stuff. And he said, I'll send you some. And that's the one we have already. Okay, and then what else? But then there's this one. It says, I've been extra naughty and destructive the past few days while I've been enjoying my staycation. Here are six of my favorite and destructive pee vids. If you want to see, some of these are so naughty, I will be keeping them in my archive. P.S. I broke the TV. Okay. And that's that. And then. We already. How much is that TV? Did we already put that? We didn't put the TV. Okay. She didn't say which one, but if it's the front one, that's. I mean, all TVs are $200 now. No, that one up there is that same one. That's an Amazon. That's a $1,000 TV. Okay. $1,000 TV. And then. Here's her peeing in my typewriter. My antique typewriter. There's video. It's grainy because he's got an iPhone, and I have an Android, so they come in grainy. But she's, like, peeing inside my typewriter. Like, that typewriter's on the bed, and she's peeing in it on purpose to, like, ruin it. He said the whole point of it is to destroy things. This is her peeing inside the fireplace. He might have to, like, e-mail these or something. Well, but they can subpoena it, right? Yeah, if you could. If you want mine, I'm going to have you. Yeah, if you could e-mail all these. But they're grainy. Is that okay?. screenshots, all those sex messages. Yeah. that he said. I already sent you. I'm going to add everything because it'll just make it stronger. Yeah. Here's this. Look at this human is doing to my kitchen utensils. She just lines up all the stuff out of the kitchen. Like, there's got to be. Like, weaponizing your fluids, is that not a thing? I was trying to. ♪♪ Choice Hotels gets you more of what you value.
