AI Concierge Explained in 19 Minutes

The AI Concierge is a high-touch consulting offer that helps small business owners automate manual tasks using AI, generating $8,000 in monthly recurring revenue in just 10 days from fewer than seven sales conversations. The service includes two 45-minute strategy calls per month, unlimited Voxer support for ongoing questions, and a shared Notion hub that logs all progress, making the value transparent and driving renewals. The core problem it solves is that owners waste time on low-leverage tasks, and previous AI attempts fail because processes aren't fixed first. The AOA framework—Audit, Optimize, Automate—ensures processes are streamlined before automation, preventing inefficiency from being sped up. An intake form, required before the first call, helps identify top tasks and priorities. Pricing ranges from $1,200 to $2,000 per month per client, yielding over $1,000 per hour, with advice to never charge under $1,000 and to raise prices with each new client. The Notion hub, auto-populated by custom skills, serves as a renewal weapon, and no clients have churned. The creator caps at six clients to maintain service quality, using scarcity as a sales tool. This model is scalable and supported by a free playbook and the AI Operator Academy community, offering a turnkey business-in-a-box solution.

I scaled this AI service from zero to $8,000 and monthly recurring revenue in 10 days, and I landed those clients from less than seven sales conversations. I called this offer the AI Concierge. The core delivery is two 45 minute strategy calls per month, ongoing support via Voxer, and a shared notion hub where the client can see everything that we built. So in this episode, I'm gonna break down why business owners are buying this, what I charge, the complete fulfillment system from the intake form all the way to earning the renewal so that you can adapt the offer for your own business. So let's start with the problem that the client is actually paying us to solve. So this offer is paying me over $1,000 an hour for literally just doing two 45 minute calls a month and giving clients access to me via a walkie talkie app. So we're gonna go into the opportunity first, then talk about the problem that we're solving and why this offer is in such high demand, that I'm gonna explain the full offer breakdown for you step by step so that you can copy and paste it directly into your business if you'd like. So the opportunity, right? This is where we are doing done with you consulting for small business owners and we call it AI Concierge. So that's a term that I've coined. I created this offer and it's taking off like wildfire. Pete clients love this offer. We're getting so much value for them. They're not churning none of my clients have churned so far and it's a no-brainer and I'm able to make over $1,000 an hour doing it. The whole system at the end of the day is an intake form that they fill out before the engagement. Two monthly strategy calls access to me via voxar and we'll go into what voxar is here shortly. And a little simple hub and notion where we track all of our progress together. I went from zero to $8,000 and monthly recurring revenue in 10 days with this offer from having six conversations with people. So we're gonna give you the whole thing, like I said in this episode. And now an example of just the potential here is you could be get to 10K a month relatively quickly if you sign five clients at two K a month each. That's only seven and a half hours of calls every single month to make 10K a month. Now we just had one of our community members inside AI Operator Academy land a six month engagement for five K a month. So that's 30 grand that they're gonna make over six months with a very similar offer. They're making five K a month. Like literally our community members are making more than me in some cases. So this opportunity is legitimate. It has legs. Let's talk about the problem that we're solving. Right, so the client in this case and most business owners in general, they're spending so much time in their business instead of time working on the business. When they're working in the business, they're not moving the needle. They're not focused on strategy. They're literally just focused on keeping their head above water. Because for most clients, there's usually three or four manual tasks that eat up most of their week, every single week. They end up dropping balls or delaying that actual important things. Like the actual things that move the needle in their business don't get done the moment they get swamped. So that's our goal here is to unblock a lot of those high leverage tasks by using AI to automate a lot of this stuff that they're doing manually that ends up eating their time but doesn't move the needle. And most of these folks have tried AI tools. They've stalled because nobody's actually taken the time to fix the underlying process first, right? I can't tell you how many of my AI concierge clients say to me, it's like, oh, well, yeah, like I tried to use chat GBT or I tried to use quad before working with you, but we never really set down to fix the broken process first before automating it, which is the huge unlock in this business model and what I will explain to you the framework, the AOA framework that we use to fix the process first before automating it. And that is a critical part of this entire offer. Now, our ideal client, our ideal client when it comes to selling AI concierge services, this person does not want a course, like they don't want it to sit down and take the time to do this stuff themselves because they barely have time to run their business as it is. They're not going to sit down and take a course. They also don't want to just like hire an agency who's going to go off in some like black box and automate something and then just come in and install it into their business where the business owner or the client has no idea what was done. They have no idea how to maintain it, they have no idea how to fix it when it breaks. This client wants a partner sitting beside them, holding their hand, walking them through how to do this business, sorry, how to do these things, these processes step by step. And that's exactly what we're offering as an AI concierge. Now, before I get into the offer and the deliverables, we have a completely free resource for you guys called the AI concierge playbook. So that is going to be a free download in the description or in the show notes to showing you guys what that looks like. It's literally a full step by step implementation guide. If you want to start offering AI concierge yourself all the way from sending the intake form that we're going to go over here shortly to building the hub and notion, to running the first call, to running the skills that automate the whole process and everything all the way towards earning the renewal. Now, everything I'm about to show you here. Again, you can go off and build by yourself and the AI concierge playbook resource that I just showed you will help you build that yourself. But if you want this entire business in a box like literally handed to you turn key, I'm talking about the intake form, the vox or access, the notion hub, the skills that run the whole backend automatically. We give all of that to our AI operator academy community members. So again, if you want this whole thing just handed to you business in a box, join us inside AI operator academy. That's our community hosted in school. We've got over 120 people in there. And if you don't land your first client in 90 days or less, we give you 100% of your money back. So you have nothing to lose. If you want to get into this business that's a place to do it, you can check out the link in the description or go to a.o.a.community to join us inside AI operator academy. Now, let's go into the offer and the deliverables because there's four pieces here. You've got the intake form, the actual calls themselves, the walkie-talkie access, and the notion hub. So first and foremost is going to be the intake form. So this is where we use JOT form. That's the tool that I like to use because it has a direct connector into cloud. And we can have cloud build us our intake form in JOT form. And we just send that to the client. And the idea is the client fills out this form before the first AI concierge call because the form is going to ask them questions like, what are your manual processes? What tools are you already using? What have you tried to automate in the past and failed? What does success look like 90 days from now? So the idea is get them to fill out this form one time. And their answers to the form are going to serve as the foundation for everything that we do together during the engagement. So it just serves as like a little audit, almost like a little mini audit, before we start the engagement so that we can hit the ground running on the first call instead of having to spend half of the first call, fact-finding, and figuring out where to start, right? So the idea of this form is it's going to surface the top three tasks, eating their week. And it also asks them a question in terms of what is the one process that you would pay the most to never have to do? And that literally tells us where we start the engagement. So it's going to inventory their process as across sales, operations, finance, and marketing, plus the tools that they're using and anybody else on their team who might benefit from the work that we're doing together. And we make this a hard requirement that before we get on the first call together, you must fill out this form. It is a requirement. No form means no call. We will literally reschedule the call if they haven't filled out the form. We haven't had a problem with clients not filling it out. We just make it very clear that that serves as the foundation of the engagement and it must be done first. So once they fill out the intake form, step two, or really the second piece of the process, are the two 45-minute strategy calls per month. So these are two working sessions, one every two weeks with the owner or the point of contact at the client company where they are sharing their screen. And like I said, this is done with you consulting. So they're sharing their screen and we are telling them where to point, where to click, what to type. We are helping them basically turn all of their manual processes into cloud skills, doing this with them, not doing this for them, right? All the work is done on the calls themselves. So what we're actually doing on the calls is we are running our AOA framework on every one of their manual tasks one by one. AOA stands for audit, optimize, automate. That is where we, one, audit the process, watch them perform the manual process, two, optimize, cut out the fat, right? So once we have an idea of what the manual process looks like, most manual processes are 15 steps and they only need to be nine, for example. So we eliminate the steps that don't even need to be there. And then lastly, we automate. We turn that process into a cloud skill. Now the reason we don't jump straight to automate, which is the biggest mistake people make, is because when we automate a broken process, all we do is we speed up inefficiency. So it's critical that we follow that AOA framework in order every time. And that is like our methodology. That's part of the sales process that we say to the client, like, look, we're not just gonna jump in on day one and start automating everything. We are gonna fix the processes first and then we're gonna automate. So we actually automate a much cleaner process. And that really seems to resonate with clients. They get that and that's, part of what sells them on the engagement because it's a actual framework that works, right? So again, during these calls, we are building skills and we're building context files live together on the call. Pretty much, like I said, the whole thing is building cloud skills, setting them up with cloud co-work and creating context files. That's all we're doing. Now, I have all of my clients in the cloud ecosystem, just because it's easier for most people to work inside the cloud ecosystem, again, a year from now, if everybody's in chat GBT, that's fine. It's really the principles stay the same, the tools are interchangeable. Now, an important caveat to keep in mind is that on the very first call, so the very first 45-minute strategy call that we do with the client, is onboarding them to cloud. So we make that clear. Like, hey, on this first call, we're not going to be automating anything. We're literally just going to be setting your foundation inside cloud, which is going to make the rest of the engagement 100 times more effective. So bear with me as we go through this boring foundational work on this first call, because that's going to set us up for success during the rest of the engagement. So as long as you set that expectation up front, they don't mind. It makes perfect sense to them and you go through the first call, setting them up inside cloud co-work. Now, what we built for ourselves and for AI operator academy members is we built a plugin that is a cloud onboarding plugin. So both ourselves and our community members, they can download this plugin, they literally email it to the client, and then on that very first call, we have the client download the plugin, and inside that plugin is a skill that onboards them to co-work. So they run this skill while they're sharing their screen, and I'm literally just sitting there babysitting them, walking them through the onboarding. Well, really the skill is what onboards them, and I'm just there to answer any questions that they have. So the skill is going to tell them how to set up their connectors. It's going to help them create their context file. So it's going to help have them create an about me context file, a brand voice context file, a voice of the customer context file, and a working preferences context file, then it is going to suggest any specific skills that we can start with. It's going to run a lightweight security audit to make sure that none of their connected tools have access to any sensitive client information, and then it's going to basically summarize everything that we did, right? So again, that's a plugin that we give to our community members. We run with our clients, you can easily build that yourself. We'll probably take you some time, but it's a huge asset and helps us get through that first onboarding call very smoothly. That's what we do on the first call. Every call from then on out, we are running AOA on their manual processes, turning them into cloud skills. That's a whole engagement. Now the third piece of this offer is the unlimited voxar access. So voxar is a walkie talkie app. We can send voice messages or text messages back and forth with the client anytime they get stuck. This is our way of being kind of their AI consultant in their pocket. So if we're doing the actual calls with them every two weeks, voxar is what bridges the gap. So we just had a call with them yesterday, and our next call isn't scheduled for two weeks. If they run into a roadblock, we don't want them to get stuck. They can just shoot us a voxar message and we'll respond in 12 business hours or less. That's the promise that we make. Monday through Friday, I'm going to respond in 12 business hours or less. Realistically, I will respond in like 30 minutes or an hour. Just to over-deliver on that promise. So like I said, it kills that two-week wait time between calls and it turns you into their 24/7 partner. Now what we find is that they actually don't really use this service that often. So the perceived value is very high. They see, "Oh, I can hit up Corey any time I want." Great. That's, you know, that's really valuable. But in reality, they rarely use it. So it's high perceived value and very low fulfillment. It's not intensive from a fulfillment perspective. And when you answer quickly whenever they do have questions, the perceived value of the retainer goes through the roof. So it's a really easy thing to include that gives them a lot of value that doesn't create a lot of extra work for you. And then lastly is what we call the notion hub. So I'm going to show you what that looks like. I'll show you what a templatized version of that looks like. It's basically one shared page that's client facing that includes our quick links, our boxer handle, our scheduling links so they can book the next strategy call and an overview of the of everything that we've accomplished thus far. So inside this notion hub, we're going to log every call that we do with them. We're going to include links to the call recording. We're going to include links to the call summary. We're going to include a top three takeaways for every call that we've done with them. Any action items on both sides. And the idea is this just serves as a master ledger for our entire engagement. So that way it's like, oh, what did we accomplish on call three here with the top three takeaways here were the action items for that call. Here was the recording for that call. So everything we're doing together is in one simple place. And this acts as a weapon for renewal because this will show them a quantified list of every skill we built, every context file we built, every task we've automated, broken down at the call level. So if they're ever unsure, like, hey, should I renew that that retainer with Cory next month, they can take one look at the notion hub and be like, oh, yeah, this is everything we've done together so far. This is worth it. I'm getting my money's worth. And I even built two clawed skills that fill out the notion hub automatically after every call with the client. So it literally takes me 30 minutes to update it after every call. One skill fills out the notion hub. The other skill drafts a follow-up email to the client summarizes everything that we did on the call. And again, we give those skills away to our community members as part of the AI concierge business and a box that they can access to fully automate the back end of their AI concierge engagement. So here's what that looks like in notion. So again, this would just be like client name. Here's your private workspace. All of our work together gets logged here. Link to my boxer, my scheduling link, any questions that they have they can email me. Here's an overview of our engagement, client name, start date, cadence, primary contact, focus area, any open action items, our call log. Here's a link to our call recording, our call summary, top three takeaways, action items, tools and skills built, this call, resource library, how it works. So this is just a summary of the engagement. So that is the notion hub and that is the one thing that makes it crystal clear what they're paying for so that they continue renewing every month. Like I said, I've been doing this for months now and I've had no clients churn because the value is so high. And again, like I said, download that free AI concierge playbook. The link is in the description. It's in the show notes. It's going to give you this entire everything that I've said here thus far in written playbook summary that you can go and self implement if you want. Now let's talk about the pricing and the margins of an AI concierge business. So the math is pretty simple at the end of the day. So I've got five clients for this offer. I've got one at 1200 a month, two at 1500 a month, one at 1800 a month, and one at 2000 dollars a month. So if you're charging a client 1500 a month for an as an AI concierge and you're doing one and a half hours of calls with them per month, then your effective hourly rate is a thousand dollars an hour. Right? So when I tell people who are interested in becoming AI concierges to do this business, you always want to start at at least a thousand dollars a month. Never charge less than a thousand dollars a month because this is a high touch done with you service. If you charge less than a thousand dollars per month, the perceived value and the mind of the client goes down quite a bit. So we want to make sure we're charging as much as we possibly can because this is a high touch high value service. And again, if you're charging 1500 dollars a month and you're doing one and a half hours of calls, that's a thousand dollars per hour. For my client that I'm charging two thousand dollars a month, I'm making thirteen hundred and thirty three dollars per hour. And if you have two clients paying you if that as soon as you get to two clients paying you a thousand per month, raise your price to fifteen hundred. Every time you get a yes, every time you close an AI concierge client, I want you to raise your price for any new clients by two hundred and fifty to five hundred a month. And what you'll find is that the market for the service, you can charge a ton of money. Right? My next client that I pitch, I'm pitching at twenty five hundred a month and I guarantee you I can close them because it's that high value, especially as you get case studies and testimonials and start to do more of this work. So, like I said, I am now at two thousand a month. My last three pitches all closed. So I'm going to keep raising my price. If nobody is saying no, like if you're closing everybody you pitch, your price to low. So that's why I say always raise your price. Personally, I cap this at six clients so that my service level never degrades only because I have other businesses, I have other things going on. If you're watching this, you're like, oh, I could probably handle eight clients or ten clients or twelve clients, that's fine. But set some sort of cap because you want to use that as a sales mechanism when you're talking to people say like, well, hey, I have four clients right now and I'm capping this at six and it's a hard cap. So, you know, if you're in, let's get you in. But if not, then that spot might fill up. So you want to use your cap as a legitimate urgency and scarcity mechanism. And if If you've got six clients at $2,000 a month, that's $12,000 a month working nine hours a month. So this business model is a no-brainer. It's how I'm making the majority of my income. I'm making well over a thousand dollars an hour as an AI concierge. We've got 120 plus people inside AI operator academy. All crushing it, selling AI assessments, and selling AI concierge, consulting just like I showed you here. So if you want to join us inside AI operator academy, go to a.o.a. community, or join us at the link in the description or in the show notes. Thanks so much for watching and I'll be back soon.
