A Moment of Silence for Resolutions

The hosts, Sakshi and Neha, welcome listeners to their new studio, expressing gratitude to their team and audience. They humorously dismiss the pressure of New Year's resolutions, sharing personal failures like Sakshi's abandoned healthy eating plan. Sakshi recounts an awkward encounter where she mistakenly greeted Radhika Merchant, believing her to be an Instagram friend. Neha describes a messy kitchen accident involving spilled honey and a glass shard that left her bleeding. The conversation shifts to a recent trip to Amsterdam, which they found disappointing—citing cold weather, unremarkable food, and awkward experiences like a choking hazard during a massage. They also reflect on a past, more intense experience with edibles in Phuket. Throughout, they emphasize accepting life's flaws and the gap between social media ideals and reality, concluding that personal comfort and small joys matter more than forced perfection or extravagant experiences.

Maybe for your vision boards you all can cut out like people you all want to be friends with and stick their heads like and then become friends with those people because vision boards work and then they enter your house and they just see the head cut out on a piece of cardboard. Hi guys welcome back to the moment of silence board. I'm Sakshi Shiv Desani. I'm Nehra Bhan and this is our new studio. I can't believe it's here. Yeah and thanks to Orange Tree for all the furniture that are asked us are sitting on. Thanks to Leah for basically Saru Ghisseeing this entire thing where we were like just pitching our pots of construction like a likes and dislikes and then it really manifested into a physical space thanks to you guys for watching thanks to Nana for staying near till 8 pm yesterday figuring out all the kinks on an empty stomach and thanks to Sakshi for bringing us banging content for 200 episodes so that we could power not just these dreams with 100 episodes. No no no no no 100 more epic fuck anyway we are very happy to be here it is 2026 are we better versions of ourselves no but we don't need to be I don't think the pressure needs to be there no I feel like resolution the fun and all for like good habits you know like oh we should be doing all of this but we already knew that so what's going to change from 31st December to 1st January nothing I woke up with the resolve to wanting to eat clean I wanted to cut sugar I wanted to do all these things and 10 am in the morning I made cheese Maggie so I think that was a choice I was eating red rock deli chips that was a choice it's not happening but I have a very juicy flop corn please tell me and then I have a really cute popcorn amazing my juicy flop corn is something that can only happen to me okay because I'm special oh okay so we come back from Amsterdam and both of us are violently jet lagged oh I come home to not my quiet surroundings because I live alone I come home to my mom and sister being here for Christmas which is very sweet now which is that that was sweet then basically my sister who is like she loves to just chill at home suddenly decides the day that I'm the most jet lagged in our septat 5 AM let's go to Kalagoda for the vibes for the vibes so we go to Kalagoda for the vibes and we go to Kalagoda Cafe and we are sitting inside Kalagoda Cafe and I'm out of it and this woman crosses me and she enters and I'm like I know her and I think it's somebody that I'm following on the internet and we have like Instagram friends and then I'm like oh fuck I'm so rude I've got such a deli attitude this is so typical like you see someone you know who you follow online and you don't say hi that's disgusting so I don't like maybe it's not that person but then my mom and my sister do that thing where they start doing you know who that is then my sister's typing out a message and showing my mom and this lady sitting right behind me and I'm like of course it's that person I'm such a loser I haven't said hi I'm just putting up the worst reputation so I give myself actionable so I'm like okay this meal will end I will pay for this bill I will turn it on and I will say it's so nice to finally meet you humble queen humble queen the bill comes I pay for it I get up and I turn it on and I say it's so nice to finally meet you we haven't met before and as I say these words the woman sitting in front of me is not the woman who is my Instagram friend it is Radhika merchant why not the money the princess of India and she's like hello and I'm like only thought that can come to me right now the only thing I want to say is oh my god I'm so sorry I missed to queue for someone else and obviously can't see that to Radhika merchant so I just walked back and I left the room and I'm never going to say hi to anyone in my life I'm okay to be perceived as a bitch in 2020 you know Radhika already thinks you're a bitch that's insane though like I I would have started digging the ground under me and just buried myself right there yeah fuck that's bad do you have a flopcon I do have a flopcon actually so resolutions right great to have fun to uphold so I've been feeling really good about one of my resolutions which is to not order zomato and swiggy okay I'm just not going to do it like I I've seen enough reviews about food that I know how to make a quick and easy three minute oatmeal or whatever so I was like I'm gonna make one for myself this morning okay I'm gonna make one for myself I'm gonna make one for sushi or like dog friendly version of a air fryer french toast by the way I love air fryer in case air fryer incorporated is watching but yeah so I make one for myself and then it's in the air fryer and I'm making one for sushi with a little bit of honey and somehow I'm just the clumsyest person in the world okay like not even a cute huh I'm so clumsy way it's just such a pain to be me you don't understand so I've taken the honey and it's dropped on the counter but it's like spilt right so the honey is on my leg it's on the floor it's everywhere like honey is sticky right so when it fell on my leg a shot of glass fell on my leg as well but I don't know this I wasn't injured I've taken a kitchen paper towel thingy and I've wiped my leg and because it's sticky right you want to remove all of it in one swipe so I have taken it pressed it down on my leg and basically stabbed myself in the thigh and pulled it all the way down and then there's blood on the floor and I'm looking at my nails I'm like did I really cut myself with my nail like crazy but it wasn't my nail it was a dabber honey car can't I'm sorry disgusting I'm really sorry and I'm not well worse with my insides like that right so I was like what do I do I haven't been touched what enjoyed in a very long time so to call my mom and I was like how do I know if it's deep and she was like does it hurt and I was like no but it's like like I had like blood flowing down my leg and then it was disgusting insert image no so yesterday till 8 p.m. when Leah and I were here I was like okay we're running around getting the studio sorted I was like content for Sakshi's department and made her go what do I do and I was actually okay coasting I haven't done any of my research nothing okay and I get up in the morning and I the first thing about my eyes to is Sakshi's bleeding thigh I'm like fuck content, I'm going to have to say it's not going to happen it was too damn bro you know honestly food delivery apps exist for a reason and I will not be boycorting any food delivery apps but I think we should pay their workers a fair wage and things don't have to come to us in 10 minutes I don't I don't need anything in 10 minutes to be honest like I really I've I can wait 11 minutes my popcorn is that it was a Sakshi's mom 60th birthday and on my bucket list of things to do in Mumbai was to drive and Leah's father and mother and Leah made it possible and it was beautiful so thank you so much it's been my dream to go on a road trip where I don't drive and that has never happened up until last week I went on a road trip where I said should I drive and they said no need crazy it's the small things so she just stood on my knee the entire time for four hours but it was fun it was fun yeah okay I love rash driving that's why I'm not allowed to drive anymore okay okay another thing that we did to make an episode happen was this was all for the episode not for us no personal reasons was take a trip to Amsterdam yeah which as you know last episode I didn't know I was going to be on or not but I was there and Sakshi was there and Sakshi sister Sakshi was there yeah thoughts so my life has been a series of flop cons I feel like this entire like your trip we reached Amsterdam my sister and I are fighting about something as sisters do so by the time we've sat in the cab or whatever we're like already a little bit busy with each other and then I have lost a lot of money on this trip but I have nothing to show for it you know I'm not against wasting money I'm against wasting money and having nothing fun to show for it that's why this episode needs some views please subscribe to this podcast and listen to this story yeah I think that solo travelling is a really beautiful concept and I know that it's like the it's like one of those niche level attainments especially in the women's liberation movement a solo journey yeah solo trips me very it's the fatigue you know I was there 24 hours before Sakshi and Sakshi it come and I was like oh I'm going to have this European vacation and since I have stepped on to the flight I've just been really afraid of landing in a country alone I'm like what if something goes wrong nightfall sets at like 4 p.m. in Amsterdam in the winter and as a deliite I'm afraid of nightfall you know like I know I'm pretty sure nightfall means when you like jizz in your sleep actually yeah what it's like I don't think nightfall is an actual term nightfall is a term it means when you like sleep and you like jizz in your sleep no it doesn't before that when night falls is very different from nightfall comment down below she has a master's in English nightfall is a is a world I need to google this it's a normal world I don't think I think it's like you're talking about reading books in 2025 yeah maybe the English language has nightfall meaning thank you oh wait wait then what is it when like people jizz in their sleep that's also nightfall see 2026 we have a female researcher and a male researcher for these exact moments before nightfall men juicing in your sheets it meant just the sun setting and that is something I have not the other one the other one I don't feel well but I avoid anyway I arrive in Amsterdam my pretty buddy I start listening to Karnaudjala I start listening to every Punjabi song I have ever heard because I'm like Indian culture will make me feel like these streets on my home except the red light district every street in Amsterdam felt like home I arrive at the Airbnb it's super cute go for my little walk do my little artsy shit and then many have a title by 4 p.m. there was not one night in Amsterdam it's actually me and Sachi were like let's go to a club you know let's get out let's get drunk let's get wasted well you expecting any of those things I mean you're on holiday maybe some part of you wants to do it but no part of me yeah I've decided holidaying is basically living my life in a different like if I like to sleep at 10 p.m. just because I'm in a country for three days doesn't mean my bedtime will be affected yeah like I'm I feel like everyone else is very surprised like on New Year's Eve I stepped at 11 p.m. and then my boyfriend kept talking about how this very sober New Year's and he's like it's great I'm not hungover I'm not this and I was like this is not a new experience for me I sleep when it is mini time okay I'm not staying up past my bedtime you got throwing mini time I've been around a lot of children lately I'm at my nephew who's only the tallest four month old in the whole world but we didn't we didn't expect that because his parents are tall and he's very cute but like now I just have like I was singing humongue kamyab for 24 hours straight on December because he enjoys the song oh yeah because he's trying to roll over but he can't roll over sushi can in case anyone was wondering okay coming back to this trip it brings me a lot of peace and comfort knowing that you as a traveler also somebody who just likes to chill yeah because in a 5 day trip we got 5 on 5 massages yeah and it was like quick 30 massages yeah we would see a massage part of we were walking we were like sit there and then for 30 minutes we were on our phone after asking for the wifi pastor and then we were ready yeah to walk 10 more minutes but each time we went we were getting foot massages it's one time you like let's get a full body massage yeah now sakshi and I there are two beds there I have put my body down on the bed but you know in the massage bed where there's a hole there's a plastic sheet and I can only describe that experience as what dexter's victims feel like in their last living for this entire massage I've just been choking on this sheet and I can't concentrate and the pick me and me can't be like excuse me can you give me a different thing so I've tried to use my nose to move the sheet to the side to find a place to breathe through except when I made a little bit of a space it got stuck to my nostril so every time I was trying to breathe through this massage I was choking but it's the worst because mine was I had like no space but I'm a mouth breather so every time I was like it was just like in my mouth and I was like this is how I die in a massage parlour owned by a very annoying Asian lady this is how I die I was ready I can't really both of us were choking the silence the worst part is the two ladies that were massaging us probably hadn't met in a while because the full catch up was happening and the entire time they're talking and then like 15 minutes into a 30 minutes massage they realize that they're talking really loudly so they start whispering but they're really close to our ears so it's like I was also like I was having some sort of like out of body experience I'm like does everyone in heaven just speak this language I think a reason why that could also be happening was because as you know we really enjoy our haribo gummies but we didn't do anything this time we did a little bit you're in there I don't remember I we tried we tried we tried but it didn't hit the same because it was so fucking cold yeah so then we stopped to the last time so the first time suction I went to Fuket and we had haribo gummies amazing experience yeah I don't I don't think I've ever felt so alive in my life and I've been chasing that sugar high since okay yeah and then the next time I went to Fuket I was there for 48 hours so I bought instead of the gummy I bought a cookie okay so I'm sitting in this cab and I'm eating this cookie I have a quarter I'm like okay chilling yeah I have half okay chilling I have the third quarter I'm like okay nothing is happening with this cookie so then the last quarter of this cookie I'm like okay now you can't save it for a new picnic I have to finish it today yeah and I eat it and then I go and lie down in my bed and then I decided to take a selfie because I'm in a hotel room and I hold the camera and behind me is just glass in a forest and suddenly the cookie like kicks in and I think that there is a shooter in the tree so try to take the selfie but I can't look at myself because I'm like there is a man who is talking me clearly with a gun in the truck I swear so then I didn't know what to do so I held on to the bedposts and I swear the entire night I felt like I was levitating and I get off the bed and I fall off the bed because I can't fucking walk so I crawl to the bathroom bro I pee okay I do a cut crease and a lip light what I put on my haul top I put on my trousers and I hold every railing inside and I make it to the sofa in the living room and then I'm like take me wherever we detach it insane what the fuck so this feels like like a horror movie it is yeah it is and then the feedback I got from that trip was you don't talk much like because I was fighting for my life people don't get it people just don't get it they're not understanding so we tried to chase the same ishai but it didn't happen it didn't so we gave up we gave up it was also really cold and you know I have decided I'm over your as a continent I'm over it like I don't think like okay Joby he built it back in the day but now like I feel like Thailand is so much better I feel like Sri Lanka I'm also a beach person is what I'm realizing through this experience yeah it's also too expensive and it doesn't really help that I'm just leaving around nuggets of money for everyone to find I also feel like thanks to travel instagram you feel like you want to visit a place yeah and then does that experience ever add up to what you see on the internet not really never but also it's like the people that are shooting that content are not enjoying it's their job yeah like it just everything looks aesthetic if you know how to record but also Amsterdam is one of those places like the Netherlands is one of those places that has a very rich history okay as port towns like people have been coming in and out look at Mumbai like so much is happening Mumbai just by fact that it was a port town it still is yeah like with culture with food with everything like Amsterdam didn't give that energy off at all the only thing people were eating on the streets was potato and cheese yeah and like literally we were like take our money give us an experience but even if you spend money in Amsterdam you can't buy a good experience but I love Amsterdam that being said because I'm a big bread and cheese person it's just that this time we tried other foods which was not a vibe but my main like the way my trip ended I'll tell you where at Amsterdam I put me and my sister I'm wearing a jacket and then like a decathlon hoodie and then a t-shirt and then heat deck and a scarf now as we enter the airport I take off my jacket and my scarf and I kind of put it on my carry on then I'm shopping 10 minutes later my jacket and my scarf have fallen off unbeknownst to me okay but I find it so all's well that ends well then I sit on the flight and I've counted all my belongings because I have a history of leaving things on flights like phones and people and all of you know it's just like I leave things on flights I forget so I've counted everything and I'm like yes okay let's go but when I was sleeping I took off that other jacket that I was wearing the hoodie because I got hot and then when I the flight landed I obviously just got up counted the things I had previously counted not the jacket I was wearing because why would you count something that you're wearing and I walk off now it's a decathlon hoodie right it's 800 rupees sad but it's I also borrowed it from someone sad but it's okay you know we were financially recover from this my dumbass put 200 euros in the pocket yeah but then Sakshi if you lost 200 euros then how did you have a 350 euro kagata overall hey hey hey hey so basically what happened is I booked everyone on a cocktail tour of the light festival in Amsterdam and the ticket came and on the right side and very small very illegible font it was written important please read this before going on the tour now I did not read that but there was another location link on the ticket so I was like obviously we have to go here we didn't have to go there that was the corporate office of the light festival in corporation so it would have been a six euro ghatta but it became a 150 euro ghatta but I did not buy eggs which I really really wanted so badly I didn't buy them because I was punishing myself see the thing is we got damn excited on the first day and what does one person do when they get really excited they first have gone and booked everyone to look at the Anne Frank museum a real upper I would say I said let's get it out of the way let's start like it's a meaningful experience we Sakshi and I started the day we went to the markets we're like you know doing a little vintage thrifting lifting then you find the cutest bar okay we have like a drink will I okay the nights just started and then we go to fucking Anne Frank museum and we learn about like atrocities that used to an entire people and then you can't come out of that and be like yeah let's go for another like no you can't go to event home yeah we went home and we ate cookies and slept okay yeah next day Sakshi's enthusiasm part two let's go on this light walk five minutes one second let me just say like let's go for the light festival walk I'm down now three women who are such like Garilu home bodies suddenly on vacation you're expecting us to be some fucking high-flying people okay there was a non-alcoholic tour and then they're like they're chalya char cocktail the bucket chalenge I was into it yeah I'm saying then we didn't read any of the shit that was on the thing yeah so we could have lost like you said six euros per person yeah agreed yeah I just have to say three women on the trip eight to ten bookings yeah who has made all of them and only one was fucked up I'm not yeah and all the tickets were on the group so if I didn't see them no one else bothered to see them I'm saying you're projecting your hurt on no no I'm it's not hurting me because I would do the exact same thing I'm just saying the fact that why did we think that we were somebody else on vacation because we were drinking barely there four cocktails is barely only in that fucking four cocktails in the entire trip of Amsterdam we have in drag suddenly in one night yeah so it was our party night we ended up at the red light district now which is the saddest place on earth like and people that are buying sex disgusting like you know just literally those women are not interested it's their job and like I've said multiple times no one likes their job like so clearly they're not interested secondly like the whole like shopping for women thing is so like yuck like how can this be a tourist spot like okay like go queen get your bag but also like again with that whole conversation of like women's lib et cetera as a as a woman you want to like enter the space where you say oh we have legalized and we have figured out a system for women to get there do you and you think it's going to be like this thing where you're like a bar woman yeah and every woman there looks so fucking done with life yeah no matter how much money you're making it's just not I don't think that there was any joy in anyone's I'll tell you all how to better it Netherlands if you're listening but a paywall through the like if people want to walk around and stare make that like a paid experience make that like a zone where like you know then at least they get some money from people walking around and staring and not just like staring staring and the other thing is which we were discussing is like prostitution is legal in Thailand as well right but like it's also at that accessible price point where like Indian men go there and they suddenly assume that everybody on the road is a hooker the same thing has happened to me in Amsterdam last time when they asked me whether I'll sell my body for 30 euros in broad daylight on the street that's so crazy because actually my feedback from the red light district was it was the first time that I was in a country where no one was asking me my price really yeah I think I've like in all the countries I've traveled I've been asked what my nightly rate is and what is I don't have an answer exactly shut the fuck up and stop asking my friend me and people are watching the episode you'd be surprised maybe if you cut this into a real then we'll get the reaction that we need okay we make it back to India it makes Christmas time yeah okay I by the way it was a gag I don't have a car I was trying to get sucked she to buy me a car a lot of a car we come back to India and it is at one time when my mom is also in the same place Sakshi's mom is in the same place the studio is ready and we need to do a Pooja we don't need to do a Pooja we need to do a Pooja for like I feel like our moms are religious but just like a good vibes to start good vibes to start all good yeah suddenly everyone is asking their guru which is chat GPT what the best time to do the Pooja is it is a Sunday and the only window we have gotten to do the Pooja is six minutes on a Sunday morning yeah because we were like okay my mom's flight is leaving at two o'clock let's do the Pooja at eleven o'clock okay then I made the mistake of googling good time to do Pooja so it was like eight a.m. amazing time nine a.m. good time ten a.m. bad time eleven a.m. evil you will be praying to Satan yeah do this Pooja at eleven so everybody's schedule has been picked up we have arrived here at eight o'clock none of us except for Sakshi's mom know what to do in a Pooja yeah and when she's sitting there and then my mom knows how to do everything but she's not a stepping out of the house kind of gal I'm not a MC so she's never done a Pooja for I never hosted like you know she's never like hosted like a Pooja party yeah but Nana's mom and Nana have brought all the supplies and my mom's like on the group saying like can you get some mango leaves I was like is there a leaf shake like a mango. He said some idiotic mango shape leaf and she's like is this it and then after two seconds she deleted it had a embarrassment and then my mom has gone and asked someone to pluck leaves of an actual mango tree and we've set up the whole like set up and then my mom was like I know the like these three gods carati we have to do you can like youtuber or I can sing it I said okay both and then we request we're like giving requests Nana's mom is like this god actually on a Sunday is right is the one who shows up yeah and then my mom's like and this one is great for when you start new ventures and this one is great and then suddenly I'm playing all these songs on YouTube then suddenly Nana's like oh god this version is so jarring can you find a softer version and I'm like looking at her like no listen Shankar Mahadev and singing Hanuman Chalisa is a pre-workout song it is not a heaven yeah it's everything me he's breathless like relax yeah take a deep breath is what I say speaking of Bollywood I watch Durandar really yeah and so it was first see I don't like this like go like you know and it's like very like violent at the movie which I was like a little bit thrown off by because usually when you go for like an adult movie it's like there's like a kissing scene or something like that the language is bad but this was like I was shocked that this was like so violent to like watch this story was good but it was three and a half hours and I was like we had just come back from Amritsar and that day only we went for Durandar so I was like tired coming off this wedding and there was like I don't know how many chapters but there was this one chapter that seemed like it was the last chapter we had been sitting in there for three and a half hours I was like fighting to keep my eyes open and then that chapter ended and then the screen went black and it said final chapter and one whole other chapter was about to start and my body was like babe it's good night time and I slept for the final chapter woke up and Akshay Khanna and Ranveer were I don't know saying something to me so I went back to sleep then I woke up but I feel like the sleep that I've been getting in this last month like when something important is happening in the background like I sleep so well like on New Year's Eve I slept at 11 okay no reason nothing I had had a great night of sleep before 11 I slept apparently in between 11 15 and 12 a mouse has entered the house and everyone is trying to bug out the mouse and where is the mouse under the sofa where I'm sleeping and I have not woken up that's insane crazy one of my New Year's resolutions is to get better sleep I'm going to die like if I keep sleeping like this I also feel like there have been so many like army war etc etc movies that have been coming out in the last two years yeah and none of them have really stood out that much Razi Shensha and Razi was nice are my like go to like war and the diplomat diplomat diplomat was good I like don't know yeah that was a good I really like that one I think we can bump uri off yeah like bump yeah Razi diplomat and Shensha I don't know why I really like Shensha Shesha I haven't watched Shesha but didn't you watch Srin Kiyara's wedding song I did but I didn't watch Shesha no because I feel like us might be the last generation that has some connection to the partition because of like stories from grandparents etc but like people younger than us actually start a little bit clean slate with their experience because it isn't that human so I feel like there's a reason like there's a you need to kind of speak to them in a new way and I want to know if Duranda does something like that for a newer generation so at least for people from Mumbai it kind of revolves around the 2611 terror attacks and that was very personal for everyone from Mumbai that was like around my age because it was like coming into your like city like a sheltered part of your city so that kind of like it was crazy because they showed actual footage from the events the attacks but so that was a little jarring to watch and I feel like that felt a little personal even though touch what I was not in the area or like I didn't lose any family fortunately through the but I would imagine that even a few like just from being a Mumbai person that kind of hit journey hard but I do think like there's this book that just come out by the same author that wrote the uh wrote Razi's book called the Chabi Master now I didn't enjoy that book that much because I felt like it was written like a screenplay to be picked up but it was again about like the behind the scenes of the Indian army and how like so many things happen and these are like the unsung heroes right I don't know why this is something like a sponsored segment like I'm getting stressed like no I mean I was just wondering because like first of uh January Zohran Mamdani also kind of came uh he was beaten babalicious yeah but and the one thing that okay let's not I'm not talking about like the politics of the person or anything but just there's something so likable and affable and positive and warm about him as a politician and I want to see more of that kind of energy in our environment yeah that's my hot take I feel like young people don't not care about politics it's just that politics is a little catered to young people it's not being packaged like yeah like come on like why don't you why aren't you like bastion on a Saturday night like why aren't you parting how do you like pass out a little badge or like you know one of those glasses like next time you need somebody to figure out your on-ground genzy activations we shot a moment of silent broadcast we'll re-package and re-kator we wouldn't be the first podcast doing election from motion but we do it in a very different way yeah like if you want to women audience I also watch a release sweet movie it's an Indian movie but it's an NRI movie uh it's called uh a good boy it is so cute it is like this um story about um queer love in the states of this one Indian guy who has this dream of having this big like Dharma wedding and how he finds a love of his life but the love of his life is an American guy who was adopted by Indian parents so they meet in a mandir and they both share the same values and things like that spoiler but it's very sweet it's uh it's on amazon prime if you want to watch you can go check it out a book I read which I would also recommend is a really fun read it's called She's a Lamb and it's about this delusional like white woman who wants to be an actor but and she will go to any lengths to make her career happen but it's basically her having a massive crash out and it's really fun amazing I'm thinking of starting my book club actually by the time this episode comes out I would have announced it on my personal page the first book is going to be shop objects I've decided and basically we're gonna I'm gonna announce it at the like end of a month and then the like a month later I'm gonna review it have you read shop objects no I've just ordered okay shop objects book and then you have to watch the show the show is the show yeah it's really really good I'm more about the paper I'm sure yeah yeah that's okay is traveling on your vision board traveling is actually this year I want to go to Japan really and I want to go to Italy I love that just those two yeah traveling didn't make it to my vision board because I was like if I want to travel I'll just do it what about if you put the most office on your traveling vision board so that you come to the studio weekly it's been two days that it's been open and I've been here both days actually fuck this year's gonna suck out what's on your vision board I want to try stand up comedy for the first time this year I want to quit nicotine from my system and there hasn't been any nicotine for 15 days so only a lifetime to go honestly for me I don't know about y'all but for me only a lifetime to go and I just want to have like basically everything that I like I want abs by the end of the year I'm hoping I have like four abs two also I'll be okay with but four at some point in the year and then just not false sick that's a big one that's a big one I for this year I feel like for many many years in the past I've just been like on trying to pick up new projects and do new things and create momentum because I'm very scared of things being still yeah but this year I really just want to double down on just being consistent and doing what we're already doing I don't want to like shake things up I don't want to find new avenues to do like different things in my life yeah you can breathe easy I think there's a lot of merit to watching what the universe has in store for you once you put out enough into the universe comment down below what's on you guys's vision board like I comment down below vision boards even work like what I really like what she now blends did where she like wrote like made a video for herself one year from now which I actually did yesterday tell the people what it is I don't remember like it's just like me asking no no tell them the format oh basically you ask yourself questions or you're from now like how are you whatever whatever and then on 31 December 2026 you answer those questions so you kind of set intentions by asking yourself those questions and if you don't do what you set out to do yourself is disappointed but for me it was like I don't even know how to say hi to myself one year from now because I feel like I will think I'm so lame don't say that like you know like how do you like I know how to say hi for a youtube video I know how to say hi for the podcast how do you greet yourself that's not a query I mean any any vulnerability is a little like you have to just double down and just be a key like literally you're sitting on the pooja and I wanted to cry at several points in that pooja luckily those songs kept changing in a way that stopped my tears from coming up but I literally I was like but my mom sakshi's mom and sakshi are the people that have been closest to in the last two years and why don't I just want to be able to cry in front of them but I don't see you as there yeah so that's that's what it is and same on this Amsterdam trip I felt the exact same way where I was like pinching myself I can't believe that life has reached where it's reached I can't believe that I'm able to unlock these experiences for myself and not just sitting by myself alone I have a community of friends and family to share it with like more exciting than us walking into the studio is like watching our entire team so excited to see this studio watching Leah excited to see what is happening and like you know it's just like that like human experience is way more valuable in my life than yeah maybe for your vision both y'all can cut out like people y'all want to be friends with and seek their heads like and then become friends with those people because vision boards work and then they enter your house and they just see the head cut out on a piece of cardboard can I tell you something I reached a point in my life where I'm get I'm trying to play this game where is this a threat to my personal security or is this a bruise on my ego okay this is the game and I'll tell you what it is I feel like I've reached a level of some kind of relevance where I wonder if somebody is trying to like stalk me like yesterday I was sitting here I we ordered something in the morning and it never showed up okay and 730 in the evening some man Nishu has WhatsApp me saying are you at our officer job and I'm like and without thinking I was like yeah I'm here who is this and then I'm like have I just confirmed to my stalker that I am in this location this night I'm like trying to look at which fluffy pillows shop is that I can bang him on that but it was just that our food order had been delivered to their place and somehow he got my number and the problem has been yeah so the your sparkling lemonade is in the pension kids my yesterday sparkling yeah crazy did you eat the food no of course not yeah I feel like you know if you're a mother is watching this please teach your kids not to eat or drink kahe kahe kahe kahe kahe kahe baby I feel like that's the skill I'm learning now because you always thought not to be picky right so this food on the table you kind of like if someone offers it to you you take a bite but you forget that like the people can be mixing things in your food people fake news I swear make throw your kid in the dirt a little make them eat like you know like me you're kid yeah I am like it in the dirt everyone I ever seen man I stood out in the wild throw in a dirt or throw dirt on the kid I want to say that I have not fallen had any of these allergy problems because my insides are coated black it when I was in my master's program at NID I tell you every year first year it was a jaundice epidemic next year it was a hep B epidemic and I was the only person standing on my fucking own feet it wasn't a Victorian era yeah but hostels if you've been living in a hostel you know like everyone gets illnesses in this chronic way because there's too many monkeys or there's too many mosquitoes and there's a lot of shit happening again were you a Victorian child please comment down below if I am speaking please comment down below if there's a jaundice epidemic where you are I'm telling you dengue jaundice typhoid these are all epidemics that happen in hostels yeah I didn't get any of them and neither my kid touch wood I'm saying I'm not saying don't eat pani puri don't eat all of this from street vendors I'm saying if that order would have come in yeah four hours later you don't know where it is you don't know who niche ways you don't know all of those but my instinct would have been to still eat that food I'm saying if you don't know who the person who's offering the food to you don't eat it then if you want to take your own roti and seiko it in the sun on the fucking floor do it that's not my prerogative okay I have a question now if you've got any of the food reels that have been coming okay they say things like you should not eat 24 hour old rice you shouldn't eat like potatoes that have spuds coming out you shouldn't eat ginger that's in the fridge because it releases toxic to fucking rich heat your single use plastic in the microwave and lick it that's what I say means now what is the fridge for to preserve that's what I thought yeah yeah no no those you know chill my good today in the morning my friend texted me she's like my husband wants to eat mutton yeah but he has cholesterol problems so do you think eating mutton twice a week is okay yeah and I was like it's fine because anyway now the chicken has some weird steroid in it your wheat has steroid in it everything is GMO so what is bad and what is objectively good for you dude you know high cholesterol is what the peel make form peak male form looks like I even say it without stammering actually I don't believe in the peak male form so I genuinely think that 2026 is the year of just figuring your own life out and living it according to your own conditions everything is fake news until you say it's real news that's what I believe so fair and honestly AI is really stupid like I don't like you know don't just teach AI grammar like you taught Google grammar and now we're supposed to pretend like it came up with some no it just learned how to put it in a better way you know like because if you don't feed AI information they never learn it this is after both of us have put our palms on chat GPT ended up palm history I then put my aunt and my mom's palms into chat GPT and it was wrong it's just that now because we are predicting the future and we haven't lived that future we like but no no but I put my palm on my sister's one I also put it on your sister so then it was right but then I put my aunt's on mine it said like oh in your mid 30s you will have like a thriving career she's 60 it's like one time I was in Rajasthan and we went to this like palm reader and my like cousin sat and my cousin's lifelong dream was to find someone to get married to okay she just goes through a breakup and all she sat with her palm and he was she asked me to get married like really like you know that despo vibes but like whatever this guy is doing his job so he was like don't you worry about your marriage will happen in 32 and then she was like 32 and then he was like don't get tension and she was like 36 years ago so he lied yeah lie oh lie oh lie oh yeah she's not married yet yeah okay moving on from there I have two three things but fuck it no yeah no no like one genuinely don't like going to a palm reader going to an astrologer for the vibes never works out because you will actually your insights want to put the expectation into what this person is going to say and they'll say two three nice things but they will always end with one really shitty thing and then you'll forget the nice things and you'll just hyper fix it on one shitty thing like this one astrologer told my friend that you you you have you had a miscarriage as your first child they were like I never fucking had a miscar than you all she think about the miscar I'm like I think you would know if you had a miscarriage but that's all she thought about then she told somebody else that they were going to die at this age and they died because that entire year they were thinking okay this is the age of the astrologer told me I'm going to die and they literally passed away so don't listen make your I'm telling you I feel like I walked this astrologer you know no you don't need to go do you really fucking ask why do you want to know when you will die so I can finish everything on my vision motion like is there even a point of making a vision that's what I'm saying that's what I'm saying what I'm saying life is meaningless and oh I didn't get that I'm saying there's no point like trying to put these out of like boundaries I'm going to die by this age I'm going to be married by this age you have to like you were saying the other day so actually for you say you know did a real say it to me or a real said it is not it's a real said it to me she would say I'm going to live my life like I am single even if I'm with somebody in terms of like I will set my life up according to how I want to set it up so fair yeah and exactly that don't wait for the right time for things to happen just keep hacking at it I agree but I still want to destroy it no no no no no like he's spirit my thing with going through an astrologer is like what if I go to the wrong one exactly like what if I'm just like living my life based on some guy who like just said whatever he felt like that exactly like one time my friends and I went through an astrologer to a first for being very respectful so when he saw a palm he was like I really a chance we journey by no then two people were laughing so he told him what becarrot you're a rashi you don't need this you don't need this in your life but it's fun for a youtube video thank you so much for being a part of this journey and we hope you've had a good first week of the year don't be too hard on yourself be a little accountable yeah accountable yes be a little generous with subscribing to this channel following us leaving us a comment hyping the video hyping the video and
