75 Heart: A 75-Day Program To Connect You To Your Heart

A 75-day transformative program called "75 Heart" is being developed to foster deep personal connection, emotional authenticity, and spiritual awakening through daily, consistent practices. The core components include two 30-minute presence practices (such as meditation or hypnosis), 60 minutes of uninterrupted time in nature without a phone, one meaningful, truth-telling conversation per day, 10 pages of a spiritual book read daily, and three lines of journaling each day to track inner growth. These practices are designed not as rigid discipline but as intentional, heart-centered habits that foster vulnerability, empathy, and alignment with life’s deeper currents. The structure is rooted in simplicity and accessibility, allowing participants to adapt practices to their schedules while maintaining consistency. The program emphasizes emotional transformation over external achievement, with the goal of softening the heart, deepening relationships, and cultivating a sense of presence and trust in life. Inspired by the framework of "75 Hard," the new program focuses on spiritual depth and emotional authenticity, with a specific launch date and ongoing weekly updates to document progress. Participants are encouraged to commit fully, track their journey, and experience the profound shift in awareness that comes from sustained daily practice. The timing of the program—aligning with holidays and family time—offers meaningful opportunities for real-world emotional transformation. This structured yet flexible program aims to create a sustainable path for personal growth and connection, beginning immediately and evolving through shared experiences.

someone sent me a text about 75 hard. They were listening to, I think one of these podcasts, and they said, I heard you talk about 75 hard, but instead of 75 hard, they said, they said 75 hard. (laughing) And then they were like, oops, 75 hard. - Ooh. - And I was like, that was not a mistake. That might have felt like a mistake to you, but that was, so I was curious from your perspective, a 75 hard, what would go into that program? (laughing) - As soon as you said that, I didn't know where you were going with that, but instantly I was gonna ask you the same question. - Yeah, of course, of course. - Let's try to uncover this live, because the thing, this is a very important thing here. - Mm-hmm. - Right, that actually has the potential to create a lot of transformation, because the way that I'm kind of thinking about this is, you know, let's say the people listening to these podcasts, right? They listen to these podcasts out in nature, in their home, on a drive, whatever, it doesn't matter. You know, and obviously, if they've been listening to these podcasts, they feel something, they're in touch with something, they're awakening to something, right? They may give it certain labels, they may not, doesn't really matter. But let's say that individual, or let's say somebody else that's curious about everything that we talk about, and they want to start to experience it more directly for themselves, so they don't need to rely on anybody else, including this podcast. - Mm-hmm. - What, if that was defrain, and it was gonna be a 75-day thing, right? - To begin the initial activation, right? Where you kind of go through this program, and you start off this program, being, let's say, disconnected from God, from truth, from reality. You're like, oh, maybe, you know, kind of like what I was, you know, early on. And then, let's say you go through this 75-day journey, right? And it consists of, let's just keep the same frame, five daily actions, right? That you do day in and day out, every single day, for 75 consecutive days. And by the end of the 75 days, you're fucking brimming with the love for a life that you've never known before, right? You're moving through this world with complete trust and confidence, knowing that you're held in God's womb. The way that you're interacting with other people, what you're bringing to your relationships is completely different. You're meeting the moments from the deepest, most trueest, most realest part of you. You're manifesting and expressing love, and you're completely in love with the life that you're living and you're exactly in touch with what's happening for you. And you couldn't be more fired up to, you know, really kickstart the rest of your life. So if that was the frame, and we could only pick five things to do daily, I think it would be worthwhile for us to grapple a little bit right now to define what five things are. - Uh-huh, well, first of all, I have to comment that it is so clear how excited you get about marketing, because you're, if you just, like I could feel, you're going forward in your chair. And it was literally going, but I could feel it. I could feel it. And I could feel the wheels turning in your head of just the tent, like I saw it 75 heart, and then I saw the tagline that you, that you just encapsulated, that was like a paragraph, and I was like, oh, that's how he does his writing. That's how it works. For Tej, very interesting. I love that I just discovered a trail now, right here. Cool, that trail is not a trail. So 75 heart. Okay. Five down, we gotta be careful about what we say here, 'cause we're gonna end up doing this program. - I do wonder how soon this program will likely start tomorrow, so you know, when that's exactly what I'm feeling. - Yeah, so thank you Sarah. Appreciate you with that auto-correct there. That changed the course of our next 75 days. - These are the eye-wings from God that you catch, right? I think it's time for 75 heart, and I think it's time for it to start tomorrow. Let's go. - All right, so the first thing that just comes up is like, it's gotta be 20 minutes of meditation. Like, I was just like number one baseline, just like, but also one thing I wanna point out about 75 heart, that is so brilliant, there's no ambiguity, right? Like, you either did it or you don't. There's no like, oh, like none of the tasks are really able to be negotiated, really except for the meal or the eating portion of it, but really it's like, what makes it so brilliant to me, one aspect is that it's just yes or no. Like, you did this or you did it. Okay, so 20 minutes of meditation is that, I mean, we gotta have meditation on the list. I don't know if it's 20. (laughing) - Imagine how, imagine how many it would be if we could help the power of meditation every podcast. - Let's not include meditation, let's not. - Let's not meditate for 75 heart. (laughing) - Oh my God, okay. - Actually, I'm writing this down so we can actually flesh this out. And I'm like kinda, I'm first writing down like the five things that 75 heart included, because I think 75 heart did a really good job. - Yes, yes. - There was like things that were like inconvenient and then there were like easy wins as well inside. Like the quick progress picture for instance, right? Or even like the reading 10 pages or whatever, right? It's like you could do these quick things to start to build momentum. - I'm kind of just writing out like what 75 heart entailed. - Right, 75 heart entailed, one progress photo. - Yeah. - 10 pages of a nonfiction book. Two workouts, one, 45 minutes each, one of them has to be outside. - Yeah. - Following a diet. - And the gallon of water. - Drinking a gallon of water. - And then no alcohol and no cheat meals. - Correct. - So, okay. I liked, okay, I have a suggestion. - Let's go. - I say we take it line by line, item by item, and figure out what is the equivalent? Like in 75 heart, it was two workouts, 45 minutes each. What is the equivalent for 75 heart? - Oh my God. Oh my God. (laughing) - No alcohol. - Dude, this is actually, I love this topic. - This is brilliant. - This is brilliant. Honestly, the first thing that comes to mind is I view a workout. I view the equivalent of the workout for my mind is a hypnosis tape. That feels like I'm doing a workout for my mind and I see how it shifts my behavior. - Interesting. - So that would be my equivalent. But I'm curious what you feel your equivalent would be. - I'm writing this down. This is good. - Dude, I just start right now. Like imagine running two hypnosis sessions every single day for seven days. - I do. (laughing) - Imagine your daddy brand. - Yeah, that's what it's like. I mean, but the truth is, I'm not every day, meticulous tracking it. It's just like, yeah, I know I do an average to a day, which is different than like, I'm due to a day no matter what. - Yeah, it's, yeah, it's some, I think it's like, very different because like, for instance, you know, when sometimes like, somebody would hear you're doing 75 hard and they're like, oh, like, what does it entail? Right? And you're like, oh, it entails these five things. They're like, oh, I do that. Kind of, I do that. - Right, right. - Yeah, I kind of do that. You know, I had a like, it's like, no, you don't. - It's like, no, you don't. - It's like, you do it on your best days. - Exactly, exactly, right? So they would be like, what's so special about that? But to do it, like, you know, with that level of precision, it'd be single day. - Yeah. - So, okay, so I wrote down that. Would you classify, like things like, let's say, dispense of meditations. Would you classify that as like hypnosis? - Yeah, I do. - Yeah. So, and in terms of meditation, right? Obviously, like, if it's like a meditation, where you're kind of just like sitting and like following and just allowing whatever to arise, maybe that's a different type of meditation. But would you classify meditation as like the umbrella term under these two sessions of two hypnosis's per day? Yes or no? Like would meditation be its own thing? If these two things were included, or would it be a part of this? - Right. I mean, to me, they're different things. But I could also see a world in which they are included. I'm not sure. Let's flesh out some. other other aspects of it and and we'll come back to it. Yeah, yeah, okay. Like time outside in nature's got to be one. Yes, absolutely. Like just being like no phone time in nature, like either you can't have your phone on or like the phone's got to be silent or like on airplane mode or power off for some time as you're just touching a tree or something. Like no, like, no, not actually touching a tree, but just with just with in nature of some kind. Yeah, you know the no alcohol or cheap meals part of 75 part. I think there it would be like the no phone slash like whatever toxic media, whatever it is, you know, consuming bunch of random garbage. I think that would really be needed as like that type of no alcohol or cheap meals part of the program. Yeah, like the no phone would be defined kind of like how you're defining it, right? Like let's say like no phone for at least like, you know, let's say like, I don't know, 60 minutes per day or like 120 minutes per day, like whatever it is. Beautiful. Okay. So we have time outside in nature. I think yeah, to what I would encourage for the time out in nature is see the sunrise every single day. Yeah, ideally well grounded. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, that that has made such a huge difference to my life. Holy smokes. Okay. This is just hypothetical. So far we'll see what we want to x out and what we want to improve. Right. So right now we have and I like how we're doing this live. So it's like very raw and real meditation in there. We got the hypnosis two sessions and we got nature time slash see the sunrise while grounded and then we got like no phone or whatever. So what about the heart specifically? Right. Like what what gets someone into their heart? What gets someone into into that state of connecting with the power of that? Yeah. I think that's the core of this because let's keep the mission in mind here. Right. So I'm curious because from the outside, I would say you've done a lot of heart-based practices. You've done like, for instance, like, you know, throw back Twitter days. I love myself. I love myself. Right. I love God. Right. And obviously, like, you know, more ladder. It's been like, let's say like the dispensal stuff. Right. And obviously a lot of the hypnosis. I think falls into this category too. What would you say if you had to pick one practice? Right. Maybe like whatever it is. What would you pick? As obviously it's a hard question, but like what comes up initially for you? The the initial answer is talking to someone you love. You know, I thought you were going to say talking to a stranger. Well, that's I mean, that's great too. I like that. I like the talking with a loved one. Yeah. So I like that. So I think this is the equivalent of the one progress picture. It's like the one conversation or it could be the equivalent of the reading thing. Yeah. And I guess the the the the the the hard part with the talking to someone you love just talk like exactly. Right. Right. That's the big. You got it. It's like, well, what what qualifies? Is it like, hey, how are you doing? It's like that. That's going to be talking to someone you love. You know, and so what? So how can we ensure? Go ahead. What initially comes to mind is like, and I don't know how this would go, but the way that I'm kind of thinking about this is like, imagine, and I don't know if this would even be feasible, but it's what initially comes to mind. It's like the conversation needs to be meaningful. It needs to have heart. And it needs to be a conversation where you're telling more of your truth and allowing for more of the truth of the other person. Yes. I love that. And also how do you know that you're doing that or not? Yeah. So the way that I've kind of gone about this and this is like something that I haven't done daily, but the way that I've gone about this, and let me know if this is clear enough, I don't think it is, but this is how it's been my approach. The way that I kind of labeled it is like one free flowing conversation with the loved one daily. Right. And like the reason I call it the free flowing is because like, let's say I call my brother right now. And I'm like, hey, bro, like what's going on? And he's like, oh, I'm at work or I'm doing this or whatever. And I'm like, yeah, I'm doing this. I'm doing that. Like that's not really like, that's just me sharing what's happening here and him sharing what's happening in his location. Right. But if there's like laughter in the conversation, if the conversation goes to places that you wouldn't expect it to go, right? If it surprises you, if it fills you with more energy, more juice, and it deepens the relationship, like you leave that conversation feeling like you're floating on fucking air. Tall order. Right. In the beginning, it may just be like, you know, even difficult conversations, I think classify here. Right. Like admitting a certain truth to a loved one. Right. I think you may not want to say having those hard, hard to hard conversations. I think that also qualifies. Right. But I think it's the conversations where it's like, oh my god, like I feel renewed. I feel so good. I feel more connected. Right. So it's like really making contact with the other person. I love this. Yeah. And like, go ahead. No, no. I mean, I was just like kind of like, you know, putting myself in the shoes of a person that's doing this. And I was like, this is making me like scared in a good way. I love that. Right. It's like, imagine having 75 conversations that fucking fill you with the feeling of walking on air. Right. Like maybe in the beginning, you start off a little bit safe. Right. Maybe you call your girl and you have a conversation with her. Right. And then you kind of stretch it out. Maybe you give your mom a call. Maybe you return that call that you've been ducking for two days. Right. And then it kind of starts to build. And I think naturally, you know, it will lead to just more of those conversations becoming more of the norm. So I think we got to have that. I really like that one. That one's kind of like, oh, shit, this is a little bit, you know, so I think this is real. This is real. Yeah. Yes. I think, yeah, it's like one, I think free flowing or truth telling, like truth telling is so much better. I love that. No, but I think both work. I think I think, you know, in some instances, you don't need to say a hard truth in every conversation you have with a loved one or a stranger. But if it's truth telling, like, and I think about this in the view mindset, since I just completed this course and I want to talk to you about this with Joe Hudson after we complete this because I'm I'm having a coaching call tomorrow with Joe Hudson and love to talk to you about that. But his mentality on how he thinks about conversations and connection is is view. And I've mentioned this before, but it's vulnerability, impartiality, empathy and wonder. And if you have those four attributes, vulnerability, impartiality, empathy and wonder, then you are in the place of creating connection. And so really what we're searching for when we're describing this is a conversation where you're you're vulnerable, you're impartial, you're empathetic and you're wondering. And that often leads to a lot of laughs and a lot of connection, a lot of understanding, a lot of joy. And so that's what I love it. That's what comes to mind for me. And I love the free flowing that feels connected to me. And if it can't be free flowing or you don't want to be free flowing, then like make it truth telling and vulnerable. And also, I like the possibility of this being with a love one, but also that it could be with a stranger as well. Because sometimes you just there's a person in front of you and like that person is the person that you you want to connect with and that you're supposed to have this connected conversation. It's really a conversation that fills you in the other person with more light. Like that's that's what I'm getting at here. Yes. Yes. Dude, this is actually really fucking fire. Oh, I know. Thank you, Sarah. Shout out to Sarah. This is so good because yeah, I think I think that's a great description. This can actually be applied like in so many different ways. And I think it's kind of like, you know, it's so interesting about having this. It's like all the other four activities that are done as a part of 75 part. It's going to be really interesting to see how they infuse the conversations as the days progress. Uh-huh. Absolutely. It's going to get easier and easier to do this as you do more of it. Yeah, yeah. And it's like so because like I'm trying to think of like people that are in all different parts of their journey, right? Even the person that's completely alone stuck in turmoil, like I think the first conversation that you can actually start to have is with yourself. That true telling conversation, that free flowing conversation, admitting certain things to yourself, right? Like maybe that is in count as part of the five things, but I think that's the original conversation to have, which will then kick start, you know, deeper conversations with others. So I love that one. I think that one is fire. And I like what you said, I think like if you're having a free flowing conversation, you're shooting the shit. There's like so much openness and laughter and joy. And you feel renewed. I think that counts 1,000%. Okay, so can you recap? What do we have exactly here? Okay, so we have, and can we think of more as well as, and then like X amount to feel what we really, because one thing that comes from my house, go ahead, breath work. No, no, you got it. I'm thinking we just brainstorm like a lot of different things that have helped us. And then we can kind of turn it into the top five. Yes, love that. Okay, breath work. Reading. Reading spiritual books. David Hawkins. I mean, exercises got me into my heart, focusing on my heart, focusing just on the power of it. Affirmations and just repeating the same sentence over and over and over has helped me got into my heart. Forgiveness, for like forgiving people, writing letters of forgiveness. That is how we get into my heart, seeing myself as someone else and putting myself in someone else's shoes. Hope all ono, ono has helped me get into my heart by visualizing and seeing someone and then saying, I love you. Thank you. Please forgive me. I'm sorry. Over and over and over again with that person in mind, that's how we get into my heart. Literally imagining a white light just flow into my heart has helped me get into my heart. Talking about ways in which I've gotten into my heart has helped me get into my heart. Yeah, those are some that come to mind. This is so good. I love that we're doing it this way because all the stuff that you said, even if it doesn't make it into the correct five, it's so much valuable intel for somebody, including myself, to get more into the heart. Yes, absolutely. Listening to a track, like listening to like a 432 Hertz track or a 528 or like heart meditation, loving kindness, meditation has helped me get into my heart. And doing something kind for someone for no reason, has really has definitely helped me get into my heart of just buying someone a meal or buying just like giving someone a gift unexpectedly or just smiling at someone has helped me get into my heart. Receiving, receiving a gift, receiving a form of appreciation from someone else. That that's helped me get into my heart. That's fire cooking here. Yes, yes. I've been writing all this down so we got amazing. I put the work by Byron Katie there too. That is certainly true, well done. Yeah. Love yourself like your life depends on it. Oh yeah. Repeating I love myself in the mirror over and over. Writing it out. I love myself. Reading that book. Reading I can see clearly now by Wayne Dyer. Reading the surrender experiment. This is actually this is this is actually good. Seeing and feeling the power of a synchronicity, letting a synchronicity all the way into my heart. Like not just like, oh yeah, that was nice, but like really feeling that this remarkable occurrence that doesn't happen every moment or every day is occurring right now or just occurred. Like that was weird like and really feeling like how remarkable that weird occurrence actually wasn't how how blessed you are to experience that. This is coming together pretty nicely. Yeah, I would say so. A 75 day program designed to give you more miracles and synchronicities. There we go. There we go. The copy writes itself. Yes, sir. Okay. What else? So what do you got over there? Well, like, yeah, I'll read it. You're the you're looking at the white board. Yeah, yeah, I'm just spending ideas out. So, okay. Out of the five, so that's the real estate we got to play with, right? That's the limited real estate. We got to put up five houses here. Beautiful. I think one that's solidified. This is the one conversation with the lab doing. Right. So we got four others, right? With a loved one or one conversation. Yes, in general. Yes, yes, yes. One conversation in general could be with the stranger as well. Cool. Good correction. And then for the first one, let me know let me know your thoughts on this. I'm thinking two sessions per day. And it's just like I loved how with 75 hard, it was like a certain time limit, right? Yeah, 45 minutes per day. And like one was outside. Yeah, right. And it could be hypnosis. It could be meditation. It could be like anything in that wheelhouse. It could even be like breathwork. Right. So the because 45 minute workouts is like, yeah, it could be yoga. It could be right. It could be lifting weights. It could be biking. It could be walking. Right. Yeah. Yeah, I like that. I like the lack of specificity there to give someone their own. It's specific enough, but not so much that it's limiting. And I say, and I say we do include the time there as well. Like what is it? I agree. I agree. Well, what are you thinking for the time? I think minimum 30 minutes each. Yes. Two, I love it. I love it. Two times 30 minutes per day. Yeah. Because oh my god, I'm so excited. This is like, I mean, this is this is really cool because like, I mean, you know, I think I'm like fucking amazed right now. Literally, this is the power of one auto correct. One auto correct has is going down this road that's going to change the next 75 days of our lives. And beyond. Wow. Like, that's the power of one small insignificant moment in time. I think that's just so profound. That's the origin point of this of what we're creating here. I mean, at the very least, we got the title for this podcast pretty much. Well, well, I was actually thinking of this just now is that I want to make this its own separate episode because we started talking about this, you know, half of it. Like, let maybe we'll post this thing, but then I'm also going to post just one episode that's 75 heart. So people could just see the and how it started from the jump. And they could go back into the episode previously, if they're interested in the first hour of this conversation, but this is. I love it. You know, I'm saying that's a great idea. I'm all for it. I got it. What? What? What would you say is like the word that we can use here? So like for 75 artists, like two workouts per day, right? What's the what's the word that we want to use for two X per day? Yeah, you know, at least like 30 minutes times two per day. Yeah. And it would house, I think, like what would classify as hypnosis, meditation, brother, yeah, those are the main three things that I come that come to mind. Yep. And yeah, you would run it for, you know, 30 minutes each twice per year. What's that? What's that umbrella term that we want to load here? Dude, that is so crazy that there's not a umbrella word for that. Yeah. Yeah. It's really like two spiritual workouts per day, but it's not. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I think it's not, it's, it's not that. I don't think, but it's like That's the yeah, that's that's the frame because if you pray for 30 minutes, like that counts too. Right, that counts. Yes. Yes. You want to keep it just simple? Like two practices per day or whatever, spiritual practices, or I don't even know if we should call it spiritual. What should we call it? Two. Languages. Oh, interesting. Yeah, this is 75 hard after all. Yeah, two hard based practices to, um, um, what about presence practices? Presence practice is good. Is that an explanation? Yep. I do think, yeah, I mean, you, you, you would say breathwork falls into, yeah, in that, and you would say prayer falls into that. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. So I think that one's solidified as well. I mean, we can be like more specific, but I don't think we need to, but I do. I don't know. There's something about like, how 75 hard was like one workout indoors, one outdoors. I can see it. Yeah. Like, you know, you were like those walking meditations outdoors that you've been doing, for instance. There's something about that that seems interesting, but I think that may be a little bit too specific. I think keeping it at two presence practices, 30 minutes each, each time, and it's going to be twice a day is pretty solid for the first one. Yeah. It's interesting, because what I like, I do really like presence practices as the term. And when I'm thinking about hypnosis falling into presence practice, I don't know if it does. That's a good point. Um, let's see, because I think, yeah, that would definitely be included. So we need a term that would house that I mean, it could be, it could be included. We like, hypnosis could be a presence practice. It does get you in touch with presence. Yeah, I think and obviously you have more experience here, but I think when it comes to hypnosis, there's a lot related to like the subconscious. And I think that's like a part of presence practice, but it's not so direct. So we can put a star beside that term and see if something else pops. Okay. All right. So I love the frame now. Okay. So we have one conversation. Yeah, we have two 30 minute presence practices per day. Yep. So those two I think have earned their spot in the top five. I agree. I agree completely. And then for the second one, I think we just keep it to like nature time. I don't think we should specify the sunrise every day. Okay. Yeah, I like that. That's my hunt. Yeah, I agree. I agree. Because you know, people work all different types of schedules, right? True. And it may not be feasible for somebody to because I don't know. The sunrise right now is like today, I saw it was like 745. Right. Somebody might be working else at that time, right? Yeah. So how about we just keep that more related to nature? Yes. Like it's got to be like a specific amount of time outside. Yes. But that would have phone. And I think we can include the no phone thing here. We can stock it. I agree. So it's like, you know, it's like black and white. Because like otherwise, like no phone would be a little bit blurry, right? So it's like you go out and you spend X amount of time in nature without a phone. Mm-hmm. Ooh, this is good. All right. What are we thinking? 45? In an hour. An hour outside? I said we do an hour. An hour. And does that hour have to be continuous or can it be broken up? That's a good question. I say what is your heart say? My heart says 60 minutes straight. 60 minutes straight. Yeah. Wow. That's all my heart says. Wow. Beautiful. Okay. Great. How do you know when it's over? You won't know. Because you won't have you won't have a phone. 60 minutes straight. So that mean that could mean 60 minutes on a walk. That could mean 60 minutes just laying in the grass. Yeah. You could do that. So that 60 minutes, could you do one of the presence practices while while outside in nature and that that can be part of it? I say I say for let's say for the I mean, this is just my take, but I'm curious if you think. Yeah. I think the 60 minutes spent outside. It's just you and nature. So there's no other input. Right. So if for instance, like one of your presence practices was to do a guided walking meditation. Uh-huh. That does not have one of the presence practices, but I don't think it should count as the 60 minutes spent outside. Right. Because you are you are um stopping that connection. So in other words, me on the on the podcast right now talking in nature. Yes. Doesn't count. Yes. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. Because I think from all the other practices, the time spent in nature is like when you're really starting to deepen into the field, deepen into nature, deepen into source. And it's just you and nature, you and nature, you and nature. Right. And the reason I like 60 minutes as opposed to two 30 minute sessions or broken up, you know, three 20 minute sessions, whatever is because I think the 60 minutes allows for, you know, it's like running a 20 minute meditation versus 60 minute meditation. It's like you're going to deepen so much quicker with 60 minutes as opposed to you know, so I think the 60 minutes straight in nature is fire. So you could do you could do 30 minutes of meditation and that would count with your eyes closed because it's a direct connection. Yep. Yep. Yep. That would be fine. Or you could do 30 minutes of gardening and then go for a walk for 30 minutes. Yep. And that would count as well. Yep. Just like, yeah, basically, would you go on? Could you do it with a friend like 30 60 minute talking with a friend in nature? Does that count? See, I like these questions because I think my gut intuition is it needs to be alone. Alone in nature. Yeah. Wow. Now I'm feeling that fear. I'm feeling oh my bro, I don't know if I get 60 minutes. Just me and nature direct contact like that. Yeah. Like damn 60 minutes every single day and you know, this is where, you know, regardless of weather. You're making a heart for yourself. Great. And like, yeah, you can like sit on a bench. You can, you know, step aside a tree. You can be on a walk. You can meditate with your eyes open or close, whatever. You can ground. You can, you know, just chill at the beach. Whatever it is. You can be in the woods. You know, you can go hunting. Oh, that counts for sure. There's no, there's no filter there. 60 minutes outside in nature alone. Put that on the phone. This sounds like the beginning of a horror movie, right? What about a phone? You can, you can like wear one of those old school of watches, you know? Uh-huh. You have to take off the watch of it. If it's a smartwatch. Yeah, no smartwatches. No smartwatches. No smartwatches. They're all that shit away. Okay. That's what I'm thinking. What are your thoughts, feelings, opinions on that? Yeah, well, I feel the fear. I feel something. I feel the uncomfortability with it, which is very exciting for me. Because I'm like, I don't know if I do that every single day. And I'm like, walk in the neighborhood. Like, does that count? You know, and it counts if I'm not looking at my phone or if it's just completely gone. And it has to be all at one time. Like, to me, that would definitely be the hardest part of the whole thing. Hmm. Yeah, I mean, well, what are your thoughts on making it all at one time, as opposed to, you know, being able to just have 60 minutes total and you can do it however you want? I think doing 60 minutes at one time is a good idea, but it also is like, wow, you have to, I have to really be intentional about blocking that off and making that happen. So that's what I'm, that's where my mind is going right now. If I don't have to block it off, if it's not at all at one time, then I wouldn't have to block it off, then I wouldn't have to. I could be more free. Oh, 30 minute walk in the morning. I could do a 30 minute walk in the evening. Yeah, and I think there's something to it being 60 minutes at once, but I also, Um, I, I think there's something too, like just getting in and whenever you can. Uh, because it's going to be 70 over the course of 75 days. So like, you know, a lot of life is going to get thrown into the mix too. So you may, right. I mean, we know it's fucking trucking gallons of water at 2 a.m. And, and you know, the, the purpose of 75 heart is to make you harder as an individual, you know, and the purpose of 75 heart is, is that to make you harder as an individual? No, I wouldn't say that that's the intention. It's actually, you know, to soften your heart and to, to be, uh, more allowing of life. That's a really good point. That's a really beautiful point. So like, so I, I think, I think the 60 minutes, I think we could say 60 minutes in nature per day. And it would be ideal if it all happened at one time. And, um, that's just a minimum amount for time in nature per day. Let's do it. I think how do you feel about that? No, I think this is a, yeah, this is a good example of finding out the details because I think you make a good point. I also think that this isn't really, you know, something that's hardcore discipline program, it's more so I love what you said about softening and being able to allow and be with what's happening for your day while still doing what you need to do. So I say we just define it like that 60 minutes out in nature per day alone and without your phone. Mm hmm. Do you like adding that without a phone part? Because if you just go on a walk and with, and it's with your phone, that doesn't count. Beautiful. The leaving the phone at home is what actually, so like by extension, you spend 60 minutes without your phone and that gets stacked onto this habit by default. Beautiful. And so, so if you do it with a friend, it doesn't count. And if, and if anything is separating you from nature, like you're doing a guided meditation, that doesn't count. But if you do a regular meditation in nature, that does count. Yep. If it is you by yourself alone, that counts. If you're meditating, so beautiful, 60 minutes total alone and without a phone, that's it. You can do it however you want. Beautiful. So I love it. That's a dude. This is good. Fuck. I'm getting fired up. We got three permanent. We got three permanent things built in the top five two presents. Two times 30 minutes per day, 60 minutes out in nature per day alone and without a phone, one conversation in general. That's, you know, true telling or free flowing. So those three, those three are difficult. Like if you do those every day, like those, those will work on you. Dude, I'm saying like this is, um, I mean, like even like, I mean, I don't know how it is for you, but like, I'm like, fuck, like this is going to be interesting because I don't do these things every single day. I don't do the 60 minutes in nature. I mean, maybe I do 60 minutes in nature, but not raw like that. Like you're describing raw, doggy nature exactly exactly exactly. Yes, I do 60 minutes, but I don't do a raw, I don't do, I don't do a raw like that. So my 60 minutes in nature is more sometimes with the condom. So it's like, um, so let's, yeah, let's, uh, what's the two, two other ones? Cause these three actually are pretty difficult. I know to do everything you do to do every single day for 75 days, right? So I think the thing that I liked about 75 hard is, um, it had like two easy ones. The progress photo progress photo. And then yeah, like the pages, yeah, 10 pages, these three. I would equate to like the two, 45 minute workouts, drinking one gallon of water and like following the diet. Yes, I totally agree. Though that's the bulk. Yeah, right. Exactly. Right. So there's some easy way my thing for this is what I'm thinking, but I'm curious your thoughts. I think the reading is actually crucial because the reading will expose you to a lot of ideas, new ideas and knowledge that kind of connects you. But I would say I loved what you said. You mentioned a lot of books, right? Yeah. Or you mentioned a handful of books. I think it would be cool if we defined like, let's say a list of like five or 10 books. You must read these five or 10. No, no, no, yeah, you just, yeah, you just have to read, I think even keeping it a 10 pages is fine. Reading 10 pages from any of these books per day, mm-hmm. And then I saw you wrote a huge list of books as well. Most of my actually had never heard of, which I was like, this is hilarious. Yeah, yeah. And I think we just like, there's certain books that I think are very in tune with the mission of 75 part. And I think there's other books that are like, Oh, Alicia, my entire world is turned upside down. So maybe, you know, not including so much of those books, but I think like the core books. Like, for instance, like a lot of the books that you mentioned, like the surrender experiment, I think it's really good. Or do you want to define it that specifically or do you just want to keep it simple? 10 pages of a spiritual text, like for some people, it could be the Bible. It could be another, correct, whatever doesn't matter. I, I do want to say just 10 pages of a spiritual. Book, and you decide for that because some, for some people, a spiritual book is like a fiction book that we haven't heard of. That is actually getting the pleasure to their heart. So like, fire, I love. We don't limit that. You must read these books, but yeah, no, that's really good. Okay, I agree with that. So I think 10 pages of a book that, that opens you up deeper to your heart is like, you know, is how do you know? It opens up me deeper to my heart. Well, try these 50 books, see if that works for you. Right. Right. Cool. Cool. Cool. Cool. Cool. Dude, there's list of fucking forming coming together. That opens you up to the heart. Okay. What's the, what's the progress photo? Yeah, what's the progress photo? How do you know you're growing? How do you track your progress to your heart? So this is where this is interesting. Initially, it came up was, and you mentioned a lot is something related with journaling. How you write like the couple of sentences per day? Yeah. There's something that comes up that can be interesting as one example of something that's kind of easy to do. But, and you can kind of look at your journal entries over the course of 75 days and kind of see some growth there. So that's one example, but I don't know if that will be the one. He's been falling here. Anything else that comes to mind for something that I like that is the connection point. Yeah, I do like that as a connection point. I'm curious. I'm curious for more options as well. I also think the thing that you mentioned related to like repeating a sentence. Hmm, repeating a certain affirmation throughout the day. Hmm. That could be. Yeah, that's I like that, but it doesn't track the progress in a way that you can see it with 75 hard where you're like, oh, I'm progressing. Yeah. Yeah. Actually, that's a great point. Yeah. And that's why something tangible where people can look at day one and compare it to 75 day 75 and it's like, oh, shit. Oh, shit, yeah. Yes. And and I think the the writing a line that they does that, but it's also not specific enough. I feel yes. Hmm. This one, I think it's really going to tie everything together and allow us to see the benefits of running those for other practices. Yeah. And this goes to like one of the central questions of spirituality, of energy, of just like, how do you track energy? How do you track your spirituality? How do you? And it's always and it's, it's too bad. Those, you know, I got like an oral reading machine in Sedona. It's too bad that those things aren't like, like everyone has, there's not an app on the iPhone that you could just do it with. Like to see the connection with your heart. It always coming. I know. I know. I'm sure well, a daily or a reading. Sound silly in 2026, but by 2036, I feel like that'll be mainstream. Hmm. Hmm. Hmm. Hmm. I mean, I think maybe we do one line a day, you know, three sentences on the day. And maybe, you know, I've been doing it for so long and it's kind of just been a practice for me that is so ingrained into my being. But I really do get so much joy when I look back on it and see it and it does help connect to moments and it does bring me into my heart. Do you think it would be valuable to make it a little bit more specific? Yeah. Yeah. Well, how could we make it more specific? Well, I think based on your experience of, you know, writing a couple of sentences per day. What would you say in terms of in alignment with like the objective in the mission and like kind of what 75 is like about how, like what would the sentences need to be about like a certain thing in particular, could it be about anything? I think it's answering the question. If your heart could speak, what would it say? So, one line a day or three lines a day on that or yeah, three lines a day. I mean, I'm referring to the one line a day journal that I get and it's about three sentences. Say the question again. That's it. Wow. Alright, I like that one. That one is, I love that one because it's one in your own journal and a lot of this. Like you start to really notice the inner growth and sometimes like, you know, not really notice the society initially. Even though people can feel it in your relationships, right? Say that again. I love this idea of like kind of measuring progress through writing in your own journal because it's a very intimate thing that we're doing here, right? Yes. And like a journal is also like very intimate, obviously. And like we said, you know, especially in like the modern world, developing these capacities isn't really what gets rewarded by other people initially, right? So to kind of have like your own journal to measure and document your progress allows you to actually once see the growth throughout the 75 days, but to like as more, you know, I'm very excited to see because I think the value of that journal, like imagine, you know, and you've kept this journal, but like imagine keeping a journal throughout our entire last six to seven years and actually being able to read my journal entry when I was like, Oh, I'm not going to go to Bible study. I'm not going to go to Thanksgiving because, you know, this guy might talk about God to seeing like how the journal entry started to transform, like maybe I don't know on day, whatever it was. It was like, Oh, I felt something today that was outside my familiar experience. I wonder what that was about, right? And you can slowly start to kind of see a picture forming. So I think three lines a day is beautiful way to measure progress because a lot of this is, you know, a lot of internal change that gets created, which then flows into the outer world. Yeah. And also I would, I totally agree with that and, you know, one objection to that with the three lines is like, if my heart could speak like it's only three lines, like I would, I would say that that's the that's the minimum, like just write three sentences. You can't, if your heart continues and goes, like just let it go, you know, but it's just like that daily practice of even just for a minute checking in with your heart, right? Cause that's, that's what three sentences, it's just a minute of checking in with your heart. Yes. Yes. So maybe I'll, all right, I'll have a new general, new journal just for this topic and then compare it to my other one, like, Oh, I love this new one better. Okay, so the top five that we have right now, let's see, they all make it through. First one, name, depending to present practices, 30 minutes per day. You said the first one is name, depending, like, presence practices, like we may change the name. Oh, okay, okay. Got it. So that's the first one. Second one is 60 minutes out in nature per day alone and without a phone, you can, you know, do those 60 minutes. However you want, break it up, do it all at once, whatever. Third one, three lines a day on the following prompt. Three lines is the minimum, so you can go over, but at least three lines. Number four, read 10 pages of a spiritual book that opens you up to your heart. There could be whatever book that is for you. And number five, one conversation in general that is, you know, characterized with truth telling or free flowing vulnerability, wonder, connection, laughter, whatever it is. Those are the top five for 75 heart. How we feel. It is challenging, like it is, like when you sit with all that, like holy shit, that's a lot. But also it's like the good kind of challenge, it's the challenge that you know, if you're actually consistent with those things, that will work on you and that will shape you into making you a more heart centered person, making more connected to your heart, making more connected to God, and making more connected with all that is. I genuinely believe that. 1000%. Yeah, I think from a time standpoint, like a practical time standpoint, probably looking at about, obviously we got the one hour, and then we got another hour in nature. Three hours a day, two and a half. Yeah, I think about like two and a half probably around there. Yeah. Yeah. The one conversation, yeah, you know, so that's going to, how long that's going to be. But yeah, I think about two and a half hours per day. Yeah. Maybe three. Yeah. And 75 hard is how, how many hours per day, an hour and a half for working out. Yeah. And then, and then, the, the reading, I guess, like all the time, if you're like prepping your food and stuff. True. True. I think it's a good amount of time, I think, yeah, I think, yeah, I think it's a great amount of time actually. Beautiful. There we, there you have it. Okay, one thing I'll do is read off the list of things that, you know, we, you mentioned and let me know if anything jumps out where you're like, oh my god, I can't believe we forgot about that. Okay. Yeah. Sounds good. And then some of these are already included, but I'm just going to go from the top. Reading spiritual books, breathwork, exercise, focusing on my heart, affirmations, repeating the same sentence, forgiveness, writing letters of forgiveness, seeing myself as someone else. I love you. I'm sorry. I forgive you. Practice the work by Byron Katie, meditation, imagining a white light flowing into my heart, talking about ways of getting into my heart, listening to high frequency tracks, loving kindness, meditation, doing something kind for somebody for no reason, smiling at strangers, receiving a gift. Love yourself, like your life depends on a book, surrender experiment. I can see clearly now book. Those were the main things that I had written now. Beautiful. What I love about so many of those is that they can fit into the presence practice. Right. Right. Like you can, you can do a letter or forgiveness for 30 minutes. Right. And that could qualify for the presence practice for that 30 minute block. Right. Right. That's one thing I liked about 75 hard is because since it was like two workouts per day, it would kind of, you know, let's say you hit like weights in the morning or whatever and then like for the outdoors, you would end up doing things that you may not otherwise have done. Right. Like maybe you start a walk and then you're like, oh, I'm going to do a bike ride today or maybe I'm going to jump rope outside. Right. Like you start doing like different things. And I think what the two presence practices per day, I think one benefit of that is like it allows you to also experiment and see what actually results in the greatest amount of change. Love that. Love that. Love that. Love that. Dude, I'm feeling the, what are you feeling? I'm feeling what I usually, oh, this actually laces right back around to like, we kind of started the conversation. I'm feeling one, the familiar one. Right. Right. The one that I've been living in, things have been good, things have been flowing. And now here comes something new that arose from the unknown. You know that autocorrect, right? I'm going to send Sarah this podcast, she's going to love it. And we fleshed it out. So now it's like, you know, you start to feel the initial discomfort of leaving the cold bed and string into the unknown and allowing this process, 75 part, to cook and transform you. So that's what I'm feeling. So I kind of was perfect example of what I was talking about to start this conversation. Wow. Wow. Wow. I'm feeling excited. I'm feeling a little nervous for what I just committed to starting tomorrow. I'm feeling like I'm very excited to see what happens. And I can't remember the last time that I did a spiritual program that was for a set amount of time that was supposed to cook on me and work on me and I was supposed to work on it. And that's really exciting for me to feel like the marathon running aspect of myself to feel the 75 hard aspect of myself, but part of me that's focused on warrior consistent discipline able to get things done. It's been a while since I've had that for spiritual practice. And so it's giving me that sense of excitement before you do a training block, before you commit to something where you're like, oh my god, we're about to transform, we're about to change and I know my commitment is going to make that occur. I'm feeling that right now. So I'm like, okay, what am I going to do? I'm going to write out these tasks, I'm going to print them out, I'm going to post them on my walls. I'm going to, you know, there are things that I'm going to do in the next 12 hours to prepare myself for tomorrow that I just wouldn't do normally. And that's going to give it some stakes, right, of just like, I'm going to commit this. And I think that that's an important thing to bring up. Like this is a heart-based practice and there's a level of commitment that will result for me in the highest likelihood of me actually achieving it. And this mindset is, I'm going to commit this. I'm going to commit to this, I'm going to complete this. I'm going to finish it and I'm going to give this everything I have. And when I'm in that mindset, like, there are many ways to do the same thing. You could do 75 heart, I'll just like get to it, I'll do it half pass or lay, I'll do it, you know, or I'm going to give it my focus, my attention, my time. I'm going to treat this like the most important thing that is going to shift me and cook me and work with me. I'm going to be precise with it. I'm going to track it, I'm going to have a journal, you know, there are things that are going to be in place. So, that's what I'm feeling right now. Beautiful. So well said. I agree with everything you said and you can, yeah, dude, I'm feeling my, like, what I'm going to be doing for the rest of the day has changed to say at least. Right? And also what I love that we're recording on Tuesday and uploading this on Wednesday is quite literally, we're uploading this conversation, you know, tomorrow and we're starting this tomorrow. Right? So, I just punched in 75 days from tomorrow. Me too. I did that. Yeah. January 4th. Yes. October 21st to January 4th and the beauty of uploading this tomorrow and starting tomorrow is like, you know, when we did 75 heart for the first time, it was just me and you, but now, you know, some of us may end up joining us on this journey as well. And, you know, let's see where that goes. Yes. So, what I'm going to do is I'm going to post two podcasts tomorrow. I'm going to post the, the full length that we just recorded and I will post just this part from when we started talking about 75 heart and, and that will be the, the two episodes that get posted. Fire, fire, fire, fire, did. It's so cool that we have this space for talking and annotations to run a conversation weekly as we're going to be doing this together 75 heart week one update. Yes. Yes. It's going to be a lot of juice here. Yeah. I think it's going to be cool because like the things that we talk about what we're experiencing, like what's happening. It's all going to be included in some sessions. Yeah. Because how many episodes will we hypothetically run like 10, yeah, about about 10, 10 or 11. Well, one benefit of that is we get to tick off one conversation in general. Right. You're free. Right. That we've got an easy made. We've got, we've got those, we don't have to worry about the other six days. Exactly. So I think that's I'm excited. I'm excited. Beautiful. Beautiful. Perfect. I have this. I wrote it down. So I'll message you on telegram. Amazing. The five things I'm looking forward to having that list. I'm looking forward to starting day one and wow, what a gift. What a gift it will be to run this like really to end 2026. Yeah. I mean, this is the program that will set us up for 2027, which is fascinating. Yeah. You know, I know idea was doing this program. Now, this is, this is the program to end 2026 for us. It's so beautiful too with the timing because obviously in December, Christmas comes and like people spend a lot of time with family, kind of doing this for like the first couple of like obviously the rest of October and November and the first half of January before Christmas break and you start spending their time with loved ones that we really interesting to see after building so much momentum here, how those interactions with family start to transform. Yeah, she's with your friends and all that stuff starts to transform. So I think the timing couldn't be any better. Yes. Beautifully said and for the US listeners as well Thanksgiving is in November. So that November, that late November period, you know, that's a month from now and we'll be cooking with that. Are there any other things you are thinking about as you're preparing for this? What are you thinking or what are you, you feeling in preparation? How do you typically prepare for something like this? Yeah, I think one, one thing I do like about things like this is it's kind of similar to like how I felt when you first texted me about 75 hard, right, where it's like you don't have much time to think about it and you're like, yeah, something about that's magical. Yes, I agree. So I like that we're recording this on Tuesday and this goes that Wednesday. I like that we're starting it tomorrow. I like that, you know, it's almost one PM for me and it's almost three PM for you. So you know, there's limited amount of hours left in the day. So I like that part, but in terms of preparation. One thing that I kind of enjoyed from 75 hard was, and I didn't do this initially, but it was helpful later was kind of setting like a loose structure for my day because otherwise if I didn't have a structure and let's just say I was trying to do 75 hard, you know, and let's say I had like work related stuff to do, which I did. Sometimes like I would like, you know, the program would be a lot harder where I would have to like fit to work out saying in the evening and like drink my water and like kind of like do all that stuff compared to there were other days when I would be done with like aside from like the water, I would be done with like majority of the program by like 2 PM, right? And like it would be like, oh, this is like a different feeling. So for me, it's kind of loosely defined a structure where I'm probably going to do one of the presence practices in the morning, for sure. Another one either in the afternoon or the evening. So that kind of sets the, you know, container for my day, 60 minutes out in nature per day. I usually currently go on a walk in the morning, but one thing I want to do for this nature time and I'm going to do a lot of walks for sure. But I also want to do things that scare me in nature, right? That's like my mushroom trip, yeah, like your mushroom trip or even like when you were out in the woods, right? Well, I meant like what my mushroom trip brought up for me, which is like mother nature's scary. Yeah. Yeah. And like, yeah, exactly things that scare me well out in nature. So things like that, I think like where you feel the rawness of nature. Right. Like the primalness of nature and really connecting with that. So I'm going to kind of list out what those things could be, just as an idea, right? As something that I may want to do, so just prepare in that sense. And then for the three lines today, I'm going to set up a separate journal, a mini journal, and then just call it, you know, 75 art, three lines a day, whatever. And then just have that prompt and then just fill that out daily for the spiritual books. I think I'm going to put in an Amazon order, love it. And just get like a bunch of, a bunch of, a bunch of new books and then physical books I'm going to do. Yeah. And just scatter them throughout the house. And then for one conversation in general, I'm going to need to, for me personally, I'm probably going to need to either set up that home phone line that I was talking about. Yeah. Yeah. Or it's going to be borrow a phone or whatever. Or it's going to be, you know, trying to organize, I don't know, Zoom calls or whatever, or obviously face to face. So just because I'm doing the no phone thing, the one conversation in general has a little bit of more friction. Yes. This will connect you to the world, Taj. Exactly. So, I think, yeah, those are the ways that I'm going to kind of prepare for this and then get a good night's sleep, wake up, get off. Mm-hmm. Beautiful. Wow. Wow. No, it's not. I mean, I told you. You print out like the list of the things or write them out to post them in a couple of different places. I might make it my phone background, I might post it on my fridge, and I'd post it in my room, but I just want to like have it be in my awareness often. Yes. Just all these tasks and like infuse them into my being the same way that I did it 75 hard. And I think that point that you made on setting up the tracker, I think that's also really important. I'm going to do that as well. Which tracker? Just like finding a way to track the five things. Yes. So, you know that you did it each and every day. Yes. And like checking them off is such a useful thing and has been so helpful for me to build momentum and make me be okay. Let's go. We're doing it. We're getting, we're getting, we're getting the ball in motion and, and when I, I love about this, but I love about the first, or the easiest task, quote unquote, is like, if your heart could speak, what would it say three lines? It's like, you could do that anytime, any place, anywhere. And it's so effortless for you to check one thing off and get some momentum rolling. And then what was the second easiest that we had? I would say probably reading the 10 pages, reading the 10 pages. Yeah. Beautiful. Yeah. Love it. I'm curious, out of the five things, just for your initial, it'll be interesting to compare this to the end of 75 part, which one out of these five practices scares you the most? The nature, for sure. You could feel it in my reaction, I mean, because, because it's, it's the, and it's probably the one that I need the most on a consistent basis. Like, because even my nature time right now, it's more, it's more just walking around suburbia and just, you know, it's nice, but it's not, it's not the primalness of going to hunting camp or going to the woods and taking mushrooms or going wake surfing, you know, like, it's, there's a, a more, there's a, it's pretty boy spirituality is walking around suburbia. It's pretty boy nature. So yeah, I'm, I'm most excited about the nature and I'm also most scared of it, and I'm going to see if I could do as many as possible 60 consecutive minutes without a phone, because that is really, that was your initial idea and I do think it's a great idea. And I know how much it feels that nature works on me. And I'm in that state. So I'm looking forward to doing that. Yeah, I think that one is going to be very juicy, because I think with the nature time it infuses so much for me, like being out in nature is like the pure signal, so just, the stuff that you receive while out in nature. And like, even for me, I don't think I've done like consistently 60 minutes out in nature per day. It's probably, you know, yesterday, for instance, it probably was like 45 minutes. That's the day before, probably like 30 minutes and some days, you know, when I'm like completely in work mode, it could only be like 10 minutes, but like to do 60 minutes every single day for 75 days, I think that's beautiful. Yeah. And also it's getting colder, you know, everywhere, in the northern hemisphere. So that, that is another part where it's like, I don't want to go out in nature. I will go, I'll say, I want to, I can feel that aspect of me that's coming online of the cold, making me softer. And so this will be good to help me get a little, get beyond that to get to the point where I'm actually looking forward to and the end of it where I'm saying, oh, I'm so grateful that I'm, I've done this, even if it's cold, I'm happy I went outside for 60 minutes and it wasn't nature, no phone. So yeah, what about you, what's the, what's going to be the most difficult? I think out of the five, I think the one conversation in general, yeah, that was the one you reacted to. That was good. I think that one is going to be, and I'm going to try to internally and externally, I'm going to try to bring that towards as many relationships as possible, bring what? Like just bringing that truth telling and free flowing nature to as many relationships as possible. And I'm going to, for me, like for instance, like there's a lot of like friends that I have, from my high school days, or like from my college days, and like I haven't spoken to them in a while. So I'm going to like fire off some emails to people and like, you know, get certain books in with people like that and let that truth telling free flowing nature into those conversations as well as obviously, you know, with close loved ones, it's like more easier for me personally, but for like those types of connections. And I think it's going to be interesting to see even what that leads to. Well, you're, I'm so excited for that for you, and I so agree bringing that aspect to your older relationships is so powerful. And also I'm excited for the amount of new connections that this brings forth for you, because if you're in that mindset, you're going to be interacting with people who are also in that mindset. And it makes me think of you in a brass connecting, and I pray to, I pray, I wish that that conversation was recorded. I love to listen to that. But you know, it's, it's so, it's so great. It's so great because I know you're going to have so many conversations with people who are going to spark so much juice and fire into your life. Yeah, that's exactly, it's so funny you mentioned that because that's exactly who I was thinking about initially. I was like, man, and like her and there's like also like so many, you know, like people you meet along the way and you're like, wouldn't be really good to run a conversation with this person at some point, but you like, don't get around to it. What's that point? It's like now, now over the next 75 days, exactly right. So I'm like really excited for that. I also want to say like, if I just to clarify with these conversations, if they're, if they're with a group and they're free flowing in nature, like that, well, is that, do you consider that counting, or do they have to be one on one? Well, that's a good question. I think intuitively I feel as long as you're in conversation with other human beings and you're that truth telling free flowing mode, I think it counts. Yeah. I agree. Right. Yeah. Yeah. Like for instance, like you yesterday at, of course, and yes, you know, like in your speaking and you're having conversations, I think that 1000% counts because that's in service of the mission here. Right. Yes. Yes. I think, yeah, making it a little bit more specific just for the sake of, you know, making it more specific, I don't think we need to do that. Agreed. And yeah, beautiful. Oh, man, we got our work cut out for ourselves for the end of the year, but I have a feeling it's going to make us stronger, more depth, more skillful, more loving, more heart-centered human beings. Yeah. And it's going to be really interesting because I think we'll be able to see the changes through these conversations. Mm-hmm. Yeah. I think so too. Right. Because you mentioned it a long time ago. I remember it. It's like, you can feel the impact of the practices you do while you're having these conversations. Yeah. Right. Yeah. And if it seems overwhelming or like, it's, it's okay, like, it will get easier as you do it more. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And I understand completely that feeling of being overwhelmed because like, you know, I've been doing, you know, like a lot of this stuff, not daily, but I've been doing a lot of this stuff and even I'm looking at this like fuck so to imagine somebody that hasn't really meditated or has done like five, ten minutes per day and now they're going to be doing an hour per day, right? Somebody that just really get out in nature and now they're going to be 60 minutes and without their phone. Right. Somebody that isn't even like, you know, like me, for instance, before I was just all in my mind, you know, I don't even know, like I had a heart, but to ask my heart, like, you know, if my heart could speak, what would it say? Like, these are all very transformational things that can, you know, I think open you up to a completely new world. So I'm scared, I'm excited. I'm a little bit overwhelmed, but fuck it. Let's go beautifully said beautifully said beautiful place to come to close. Thank you. Thank you for the wonderful conversation. Definitely excited to explore our inner worlds, inner space over the coming 75 days and beyond. What a gift. What a gift it is to just create this program. And, and it'll be such a gift to be able to share as well. So thank you. Thank you for being you and thank you for putting this fourth. So special. Yeah. And likewise, I mean, I appreciate, you know, one Sarah, two autocorrect, three people bringing this into the space. And, you know, I'm ready. I'm very much looking forward to our next conversation. I'm always looking forward to it, but now we're going to have, you know, a handful of days under our belt of 75 part. Oh my God. What a gift. What a gift. What a gift. All right. Well, until next time, my friend. Yes, sir. Until next time. [BLANK_AUDIO]
