I'm so proud that they have a transit on that morning day, you know?
- Yeah, it's great to see that. - I think it's the happiest day.
It's worth it, I want to go back to Cal.
Exactly, you know? That they have a transit and they have a good sleep
and have a good bath.
Because of course it makes a difference for them too,
but also for those who are in all the functions that we are talking about.
Because I think that in families, the trend is...
There's a Marcella that will stop taking a shower
and there's another one that will say, "Wow, but I had a chance to play tennis today, I can't."
And this is also part of your active care.
It is, right? Because here you will play tennis, there will be a fight too, right?
So, everyone will go through the same event,
will live in different ways.
But probably you who take more care will have a much more painful fight,
much more healthy.
And here you play tennis, it's a painful and very hard fight.
And it won't have a way to go back.
- I said this. - What is a healthy fight?
A healthy fight is a fight that you have the ability to make an internal journey
where you regain the confidence that you continue to exist in love
that was present when the person was alive.
So I used to say, "Well, in the same month, there are many friends and so on,
I have cancer, honey, and then you will miss my voice when I call you."
"So, what did you do today? Who came in today?"
"Oh, my God, what a crazy day, you are so crazy!"
"These guys, they are complaining."
"Oh, wow, I'm very good with Jarré, I went from Jarré to the other one, I don't know."
"They must combine, at the end of the month, a great extra came in."
"They combine, and now, who is going to imitate me?"
And then we will have this interaction.
And when you see me, you will be happy in life, and I will be happy with you.
Why do we get happy when we see each other?
Because we see each other in his smile.
We see what we cause of Ocytocin in the other person.
And that also increases our Ocytocin.
Right, when Chiara sees me there, to make me fall in love with her,
she says, "Wow, I am intoxicated with Ocytocin,
lucky for the people I will meet today."
"Thanks to Chiara, you are a very dear person."
"So, if she is sick, what a pity, who will meet me?"
"I will not be so good."
"So, this meeting will make you miss a lot."
"And then you will enter an internal journey,
that you will have to rebuild the Marcella that exists inside of you."
"You will have to find out why I am able to smile when I see you."
"And you will have to be loyal to this friendship,
so that you do not carry the pain of absence like your eyes."
"You will only look at the world where I am missing."
"And this is very unreal with our friendship."
"So, it will hurt too much,
but much easier you take the path of the exit of the cave."
That is my metaphor that I talk about.
You have to find yourself inside this cave,
but it is to find who I saw that you were,
because you lost my look.
But you need to remember that if I saw, it is because you are like this.
So, it is loyalty.
Then you leave.
That person who did not live this,
who did not take advantage, for example,
suppose we were friends and we were distant.
And then you get to know that I got sick,
you come to São Paulo to stay with me,
and then you like it, you will live with me.
"No, no, we have to go to the beach."
"And then you like the little bird, we have to go to the park."
Because you know me, you live this anticipatory fight with me,
and you accumulate good memories with me.
Then I die, you have the memories.
And then you don't regret it.
The little girl who was playing tennis,
she doesn't have memories.
So, she will not be able to remember who she was in my eyes.
But it will come an hour that will make a lot of mistakes.
And she will not have how to go back.
So, it will determine a process of much more struggle, you know?
A struggle contaminated with a body, with water, with anger, with regret.
Then it is a struggle that is ruined.
Then it gives a lot of work.
You can get out of this, you can.
But it's pitch, you know?
You know that it's not even a spider man,
that one of the last films that was fattening the pitch.
That's it.
You get angry with that feeling of regret.
And then everything reminds the person,
"Oh, it looks like it's a universe wanting to do well,
if you don't go and play tennis."
But then you think that the healthy struggle is built in life,
so much so that we donate our presence to each other?
That's it.
It's very beautiful.
A healthy life is not a terrible, tough life.
That's not the beauty of a healthy life.
A healthy life has depth.
A healthy life has mystery.
A healthy life has unpredictable.
Because if it's healthy today,
I say that in class, people get shocked,
but why do you do physical activity?
To be healthy, then.
Why do you need to be healthy?
Because when you get sick, you recover quickly.
It's for that.
I don't give up doing physical activity.
At first I like it, but if I suppose I didn't like it,
I say, "I need to survive my TI."
For example.
Every day of TI is a week for you to recover.
If you stay for a week,
if you stay for 2 weeks, 10, 14 days in a TI,
the 15th day is double the time.
So if you stay for 3 weeks in an intensive therapy,
you'll spend a whole year trying to recover.
And if you're not healthy,
if you don't have physical activity,
double the time may not even recover.
You don't have muscles, you don't have a phlegm,
you don't have bones, you don't have articulation amplitude,
you don't have anything.
You don't have flexibility, you don't have elasticity,
you don't have anything.
So if you lose anything, you recover less than anything.
It's for that what we do.
It's to survive a chemotherapy,
to survive a great surgery,
to survive a very toxic, very difficult treatment.
It's for that.
For you to be healthy.
It doesn't imply that you have a life like this.
It was like the end of the brigade.
We listen a lot more.
The turbulence.
I told my children,
"Mom, what's going on?"
It's like a hole in the road, son.
In the sky there's a road.
The motorists of the plane have to follow a road.
In the road there's a hole.
It's not like that when you're in a car.
"Mom, there's a lot of holes here."
"There's a lot of holes."
That's when I'm usually afraid.
No, you'll remember, and you'll laugh.
I'll remember.
One more interview that I'll carry a lot with me.
Even getting into this final challenge,
since I started it in a personal way,
I'll also finish it with something personal.
Because my grandma, Dete, 94 years old,
my mom is in this...
in this existential,
dynamic family,
that she should move to the interior of the Paraná,
where we have our family,
including the one full of doctors,
that she thinks it would be better
than her moving from one side to the other,
because my grandma is a woman who can't stay still,
like all the women in our family.
And then my grandma said,
"Look, daughter, talking to my mom."
"Who knows, in the future I won't move."
And talking about the future for 94 years,
what's the difference between talking about the future
for 94 and talking about 35?
I think your grandma is in the same vibe
as the one we buy.
A little bit of what you said about her.
I get it.
You get it?
The future is a place that doesn't exist in your head.
She will never move to the Paraná,
because there are still a lot of doctors
if it weren't for her, she wouldn't have changed at all.
Because there will be a lot of people to send her,
there are a lot of colonels and just her as a soldier.
I wouldn't change.
Well, my family will hear this,
everyone will laugh at it,
because even the doctors in my family
are a lot of fans of yours in the Cloud,
even I couldn't talk about it.
There's a lot of doctors.
This patient that I'm going to talk about now
has three doctors.
The three of them have already gone,
because I'm three minutes late.
So you've already imagined that
everyone wants to go to one place,
each of them has a different experience.
I'm happy that the three of them have gone to me,
because I know they'll trust what I say.
But if I were your grandma,
the life of a seagull is much cooler.
You're going to stay there,
everyone stuck together,
you have to take drugs,
you have to take vitamin C,
you have to, you have to.
My God.
The only thing she does,
and for us to finish,
because I also want you to open your consultation,
every day she wakes up and does pilates.
She's passionate about physical activity.
She's just a seagull, leave her alone.
The secret is this.
So this thing,
the future of your grandma,
we buy it back.
We buy it back.
Ana, good trip, good rest.
A huge kiss.
Kisses, bye.
Talking about death
is basically talking about time.
About what you can still choose now.
This conversation,
I think it was a great reminder
of the time to take care,
to listen,
and to be present above everything.
To transform this fear
that we have,
maybe not doing enough,
maybe not being present enough
so that it has more meaning.
