#257 'Owning Your Impact Without Apologising for It' with Holly Herbig

This episode of the Hunting for Purpose Podcast explores the core challenge of manifestors: owning their impact without apologizing for it. Host Holly emphasizes that manifestors naturally influence others through their presence, aura, and energy—often before any words are spoken. This power brings both profound connection and intense reactivity, especially from people uncomfortable with strong, unapologetic expression. Many manifestors respond by shrinking, over-explaining, or apologizing, which stems from a deep-seated fear of being rejected or misunderstood. Holly reveals that this behavior is a form of self-abandonment, not self-protection, because it distances them from their true power and values. True safety comes from internal healing, emotional regulation, and self-trust—not from being emotionally resilient or unfeeling. She highlights that reactions belong to others, not to the manifestor, and that manifestors must release the need to manage how others respond. Drawing on real-life experiences and the wisdom of figures like Jacinda Ardern, Holly argues that empathy and sensitivity are not weaknesses but essential strengths. The episode calls for manifestors to step into their sovereignty, trust their impact, and embrace the full spectrum of reactions—positive or negative—as part of their authentic journey. This shift is especially important as the world enters a new energetic phase, urging manifestors to let go of smallness, manage their own healing, and live boldly in alignment with their true purpose. The message is clear: manifestors are not here to please others, but to disrupt, inspire, and create change—by being fully themselves.

You are listening to hunting for purpose, a podcast by manifestors and four manifestors. If you are a manifestoring human design or if you are someone who loves, supports, teaches, parents or even works closely with a manifestor, you are 100% welcome here. This is not a typical podcast. This is a shared podcast space that is held by the manifested community. That means that you're going to hear many voices on this podcast. Each episode features manifestors who are speaking from their lived experience. They are sharing insights, sharing perspectives and they're giving you truth about what it means to move through the world with manifestor energy. These voices come from within the community itself as well as from the team who help hold and guide this community. I'm Holly, I'm a four six splenic manifestor and I'm the founder of the manifested community and while this podcast is rooted in my work and some of the podcast episodes are from me, it's shaped by the collective wisdom of manifestors who are all walking this path together. If you're new here or you're just unsure of where to begin, we have a quiz for you that is called where are you in your manifested journey. This quiz is short and sweet and it helps you understand whether you're in a discovering, healing or leading phase of your journey as a manifestor and it points you towards the resources that support where you're at right now. You'll find the link for that quiz right in the show notes super easy. Our hope is that as you listen, you feel seen, you feel supported and you feel gently guided back into your power as an initiator in your own way and in your own time. So let's dive into our next episode. Hello my beautiful beings and welcome back to another episode of the Hunting for Purpose Podcast. You have me, your solo host Holly again. I'm doing back-to-back episodes. Just happened to land that way on the calendar but I don't think I've done back-to-back episodes on the podcast for, well, golly, at least a couple of years. So this is pretty exciting to be here. Thank you for letting my voice come into your airwaves once again wherever you are in the car, in the shower, in your kitchen, cleaning or whatever it is that you are doing while you listen to podcasts. I'm glad that you are choosing this as your podcast to listen to and I'm really hoping that we have an episode that is just going to be so worth the listen today because how frustrating is it? So angry when you listen to a podcast and you get all the way through and then you're like, "Wow, that was disappointing. That didn't really give me anything that I was hoping that it would. Is that just me? Maybe that's just me. I don't know. I don't listen to heaps of podcasts. I typically only listen to them when I travel and I listen to them on double speed, sometimes even two and a half times speed depending on how slow the person speaks because I just cannot stand it going at single speed. And I'm pretty sure there are a number of other manifestors that are the same. So I'm going to do my best to make this a really fantastic episode and to not use any words that I don't need to use and to just wrap it up in a completely reasonable time frame that doesn't leave you desperately wanting more like you are unfulfilled and doesn't make you feel like you just listen to a hot podcast episode with filler words. So we are talking today about owning your impact without apologizing for it. And I don't know whether you listen to the episode before this one or not, but in that episode I explained that we are in a season right now here in the Manifesto community of talking about sovereignty and owning your impact as a manifestor from moving away from the wounds of rebellion and people pleasing really comes with it and moving into a space of owning your sovereignty, understanding what the heck your sovereignty even is as a manifestor owning that and then really really owning your impact as a manifestor because this is so central to the manifestor experience. I mean like this is kind of what we're known for, right? This is what manifestors do is that we we impact. This is how people recognize us. This is how we look back at ourselves through history as well when we study manifestors throughout history. What we're looking for is their impact. What impact did they land and that is a pretty central theme for us that we can even develop like a core wound around that we are terrified of mediocrity as manifestors. We're terrified that we will, you know, we're here for this purpose. We're here to do something kind of significant. But what happens if we don't find it? What happens if we don't leave an impact and our lives are average and mediocre? I mean that's a genuine kind of undecided worry for a lot of us as manifestors. So I love having this as the, you know, topic of our season. I love this being the theme because I always feel like this is an area that we need to explore not only with more depth but with more complexity in the perspectives. We need to look at this with more lenses than how we generally tend to look at it because it's one thing to say like, oh gosh, yes, that's a manifestor. You're incredibly impactful. Look how powerful you are. You just do things and people are impacted by the, but what happens when you don't feel that? What happens when you're moving and you feel like it's not impacting? What happens if you feel like you can't move and therefore can't impact? What happens if you are impacting and you're getting really, really bad reactions from people around you? Right? There are just so many flavours to being a person that moves through the world in this way. And this is something that as a manifestor in the public eye, right? Manifestor being the face of this community, the person who created this brand and of course, like operating in that public sphere, particularly on social media, but not limited to social media. I feel like I have had kind of a long and windy journey through this particular area of being a manifestor. I mean really more so over like the last four to five years probably. And it's something that I just, I struggled with, right? This ate at me. This just chewed away at my soul and my sense of being and my sense of peace for a really, really long time. And I felt like it was kind of insurmountable. Like I just couldn't quite get to this place of like, how do I trust myself to have an impact? And then not apologize for it. And then, you know, not shy away from how people are going to respond to it. Because as we all know, people on the internet are brutal. I mean, some people on the internet are actually just abusive. And I think it's time that we start calling that what it is, right? That we stop being like, oh, you're just being mean on the internet. No, actually being verbally abusive or emotionally abusive. And you're just using the internet to do it because you have a form of protection. But there are also people who, like all of us, I think, could probably, if we were being really honest, say we've had moments of projecting on, on another person on the internet, having me as him, right? Wanting to be at the centre of a piece of content even when it's not about us, reacting poorly, having a different opinion and kind of speaking a bit nastily about that. Like, this is, this is the nature of being on the internet. And I don't think that that has ever been more true than the last year, right? The last year on social media, 2025, was like survival of those with the thickest skin, right? Like, if you can make it through that on social media, you probably can make it through anything because that was like the wild, wild west of emotional dysregulation out there. But there is, I think there's so much more to it, you know, being visible as a manifesto, whether that's on social media or whether that's in other ways. We can be visible to people, right? We can do that on a public stage. We can also just do that in our personal lives, letting ourselves be seen by our family, be seen by our friends, be seen by our bosses or our colleagues. Certainly when you put it on the internet, you're kind of doing that journey on steroids, right? But I think that the truth here for me, and I wonder if this will resonate with you, is that of course it was really challenging for me to experience people's poor reactivity, right? When I was impacting, being a person that creates content and resources exclusively for manifestors means typically the responses that I get are from manifestors. And manifestors can sure as hell be reactive, absolutely. And we have a very, very strong energy when we do react to something. But I also have had a lot of reactivity from non-manifestors who are in the human design space who have felt activated one way or another regarding my work, because I use a different language for a lot of stuff. And that's troubling for some people in more traditional human design spaces. And what, you know, I think for a really long time, I journey through like, oh, it's just, I just get upset when people say mean things, or it's just the injustice of all of it, or I just can't say anything the right way, people keep getting upset. And then over time, I realized that it wasn't necessarily just the poor reactions from people that would feel challenging for me. It was any reaction from anyone at all. I could have an avalanche of positive reactivity, which in truth, I have had, you know, this whole time in this business, what are we six years into this community. I've always had really, really extensive positive feedback from people, positive reactivity, and of course the handful of negative. But I noticed that in terms of my body and then in terms of my belief system in response to that, I was seeing every reaction as a potential threat. Every reaction, I would brace for what people's reaction were going to be, I would initiate a creative urge, maybe it was a product, maybe it was a piece of content, maybe it was a live, maybe it was a collaboration, right? Maybe it was even just like informing people that I was doing something different in my personal life as a creative urge, and then I would brace, you know, I would kind of internally like hold myself like, okay, okay, wait for the cyclone, what's going to come in the cyclone? And for every hour and every day that would pass that somebody didn't have negative feedback, negative reactivity, I'd be like, oh, okay, fantastic, I made it, I made it through another one. But what I was also doing was that when people were positively responding to it, people saying, oh my gosh, this has impacted me so much, this has changed my life, this has really helped me see myself on my goodness. My internal monologue was saying, all right, will you say that this time? But if you hang around, then maybe next time, you won't like what I did, right? Because I did have people, of course, people who loved one thing and hated the next thing and people the other way around, people who hated one thing and loved the next thing. And so what I was doing was bracing for any reaction. What I started to understand about myself in that experience was that my belief system was, I'm only safe if others react well, but that wasn't even steady. That was a completely moving goal line, right? Because even if somebody did react well in this instance, there's another instance coming up and maybe they're not going to react well in that one or it was like, this person reacted well, but what about the next person? Is the next person going to react well to this? That goal wasn't even secure. It wasn't even steady. It was an ever-changing, ever-moving line. This is one of the really significant parts that I think that we need to spend a little time in when we're talking about impact as manifestors. Because when we say, hey, be unapologetic as a manifestor. Go out and do your thing and be unapologetic and you can't control how people react to you. So you just go out and do your thing. What we're saying is you should just be 100% fine with however people respond to you. And that I think really does not give correct space and correct truth to the lived experience of manifestors. We have impact. We have enormous impact. In fact, we have more impact than any other energy being on the planet. We have more impact than a manifesting generator does. We have the kind of impact that is unseen before it arrives. Doesn't need noise. Doesn't even need sound. Manifestors impact. And this, my gosh, I would really encourage you to have some fun with this, like some liberty and some humor. Start paying attention to this when you walk into spaces. Because a manifestor's impact will be felt before you've said anything or done anything. You can literally walk into a space and people notice you. And if you are feeling particularly like don't get near me, you will notice that people in public spaces start to move away from you. I have like this kind of hilarious series of photos that people send me. Manifestor friends and clients and followers of the community that send photos in of themselves in like airports and shops and cafes where there is everybody crowded and then there is, you know, a two meter zone of cleanness around them. Like as a manifestor, people notice your impact. You have an impact just by breathing. And that is both a blessing and somewhat of a curse, right? I don't even like using the word curse. It's just it's the access to a place of wounding. I so often say in this community with great power comes great responsibility because this is a great power, the ability to influence people, the ability to influence people to such a significant degree that you don't even need to speak or take action and it influences them. That people feel you and they notice you and they are responding to you subconsciously and consciously. That is an immense power to wield. And with that power, there is a level of responsibility, not responsibility only as in you have to do the right thing, which of course we do need to. We have a responsibility to not cause harm. But I mean responsibility in terms of you need to manage this power within yourself, right? Just like if we were superheroes, right? And we had the ability to create let's say fire from our hands and we could shoot fire out from our hands. We would have to learn how to wield that fire so that it doesn't overtake our whole body and burn us to a crisp. Manifesto impact is exactly the same. And I use kind of power and impact interchangeably, right? Because they're sort of one and the same. The way that Manifesto power is felt is impact, the way that Manifesto express impact is through power. So we have a flip side to our impact. My God, yes, it's a wonderful thing. Of course, it's a wonderful thing because we impact without really doing anything. So even when we do initiate, we do speak, we do take action. Of course, our impact is much bigger and much more felt. Our movement remains powerful. Our movement remains impactful even when we're trying to be small. I think this has been one of the greatest lessons for me over the last two years is there is no size small enough that you can make yourself that you want impact and you won't get a reaction from others. Trust me, I've tried. Right as a child from an abusive family as a female, right? I have tried everything to be small enough. Small enough squashed so far down just enough to ensure that nobody responds badly. Nobody dislikes it. Nobody gets upset. It's not possible. It doesn't exist. Your mere presence creates impact and therefore reactivity. That's because our aura, no matter how small you're trying to make it, your aura is still big. Certainly we can amplify our aura, but I don't think that we can pull it down small enough that it doesn't do its job. And the job of our aura is all about illumination. The manifesto aura is a, it's magnetic, right? A two-way magnet. So it magnetizes in and it pushes out. That's why it's called magnetizing and repelling. Pulls in, pushes out. What it's doing is that it's kind of doing this life force of like push this thing out and then for anybody who wants to come in, it gets drawn back in. The message that the aura is all about focusing on is about illuminating relationships to power because the manifesto is such a powerful energy. It's such an influential energy. What it does is that it gets around other people and it switches on the light switch for them as to what their relationship to their own power is feeling like. So when people feel insecure about their power or when people feel like they're limited in their power and they can't express it the way they want to, when people feel like they're trying to suppress their power, maybe because they're trying to follow rules that are set by them or by other people. When people just feel any kind of way about their power and their expression of their power, the manifesto aura is going to spot like that. You are not intentionally doing that. You are not consciously doing that. That is just how your aura is moving. That is why you get such a massive reaction from other people because power, particularly in the capitalistic society in which we live, is currency. Power is currency. People want power and you walk through the world effortlessly displaying your power and impacting wherever you go, even if you feel like you're not. Even if you feel like you are being so small and so normal and so run of the mill that you are just flying underneath the radar. You're not flying underneath the radar. You never ever can fly underneath the radar. I think the great irony about all of this is that it means that the more that you express your power, the more you lean into the impact that you're having as a manifesto, trusting your impact, the more reactivity you're going to get from other people. This is the opposite of what is true for other energy types. Keep that in mind. When they lean in, they own their power, they own their expression, they take up space, it becomes inspirational. When a manifesto does it, it still becomes inspirational to some people, but then the people that are not comfortable with that are going to have a very intense reaction to it because you are taking up more space. You are powerful when you you were being small. Look how powerful you are now when you're being big. And so I think that it's kind of dangerous for us to follow down that path of work. If I do this, I'm going to be healed and everything's going to be aligned and everything's going to work out. No, no. That hasn't been my experience. That hasn't been what I've observed in manifestors. That hasn't been what we've historically seen amongst manifestors who have made impact. What we have seen and what we do live is that the more we impact, the more we let that powerful expression take up space and be unapologetic and be bold and be big and be influential to people, the greater the intensity of reactivity we get, whether it's reactivity with people being magnetised to it and falling in love with it and it changing their lives radically, or whether it be people who hate it, don't have capacity for it, see you as a villain, see you as a threat and want to crush you because of it. So this backlash is very, very real backlash that we experience to our impact has created a very like smart, it's almost like this series of countermeasures, right, in your nervous system, in your body, in your belief system, in your emotional regulation, in your behavioural management, all these like moves and counter moves, right? So we initiate our impact as a manifesto. We see how people react and then in order to self protect and to attempt to find safety from the way that people are reacting, we create this series of maneuvers. It looks like shrinking, softening our words, softening our tone, explaining ourselves, over-explaining ourselves even, it looks like pausing or delaying, it looks like apologising, right? It looks like saying whether directly or indirectly, I'm so sorry that I took up space and that that made you uncomfortable. This on the surface looks like it's a behavioural habit for managing our impact, right? It's just what we have to do as manifest as we've kind of got a panda to other people's feelings about how we move, but it's actually not, it's not managing our impact, it's managing other people's reactions to our impact and right there, right there when we are stepping into any form of apologetic or minimising behaviour in order to soften the blow of how other people are feeling our impact. It starts to downplay and kind of water down the truth of our impact and it takes us away from it. It takes us away immediately from, this is how I'm expressing and I trust myself to express into, this is how my expression lands for other people and I need to manage how they are going to respond. Can you see how that steps you away from your relationship to self and into your responsibility to manage other people? You can never, ever, I'm going to go back to this a few times, you can never, ever run it or maneuver it in a certain way that removes people from reacting. People are going to react and if you continue in this sort of like dosido, this waltz, if you will, with trying to navigate and manage other people's emotional capacity to how your energy has made them feel about their relationship to their own sense of power, you are going to continue to self abandon. You're going to continue to self abandon. This is self abandonment and this, this is at the crux of it like this is the very centre like kernel, you know, this is the middle of the egg, as you were trying to think of like food analogies, right? This is the seed in the middle of the peach that if you are feeling disconnected from your power as a manifesto, if you are feeling like you're moving and you're not impacting, if you're feeling like you're delaying creative urges, if you're feeling like you're not expressing in a way that you could or that you want to as a manifesto, this is why. This is why. It's the self abandonment that comes from trying to manage other people's emotional capacity to your impact. The answer here because let's be real like what we want to do is not just come into awareness of what's going on, we want to step into where do I go with this, what do I do with this, especially if in this moment you're being like holy crap, I never saw it this way, but now that you've labeled it like that, I'm seeing it everywhere. The answer to this is self-led safety, self-led safety, right? And I'm not going to be overly rigid with this and say you just need to do some nervous system regulation or you just need to work on your limiting beliefs or you just need to step into a different frequency, is a multi faceted healing process. It is regulating your nervous system. It is giving your nervous system a bigger capacity. It is about emotional regulation. It is about understanding the frequency of the emotions that you're feeling and how your body is responding to that. It is about your belief systems and where your belief systems have betrayed your actual values and the expression that you want to have in the world. It's all three of those things. These patterns will show up for you personally, they will show up for you interpersonally in all of your relationships, how you relate to yourself, how you relate to others, how you relate to money, how you relate to work, how you relate to self-care. This will show up in every form of relationship. What it boils down to, right? Let me give you like a light at the end of the tunnel from somebody who has spent many, many years walking this and it felt like it took forever to get to this point of clarity. The end of the tunnel here is being in a place where you know that you are safe to impact no matter how others respond, that you are safe to impact even if people react poorly. You, you are safe. You are safe. It doesn't matter what they're doing. It doesn't matter if they attack you, villainize you, project on you, speak badly about you, criticize you, pathologize you. My gosh, I've had people pathologize me thinking that they're being very clever. It doesn't matter because you are safe. It doesn't matter if people respond well. It doesn't matter if they react in a good way, a positive way because even that can feel like a pressure for us. Oh my gosh, they love me now, but will they love me next time? It doesn't matter whether they love what you did. It doesn't matter if people misunderstand your impact. This is a big one. If they misunderstand what you were trying to say, what you're trying to initiate, the vision that you are trying to birth, the direction that you are going, the way that you move, people misunderstand that often with manifestors because of the density of our aura. This is particularly more so connected to informing, but there is no amount of like perfect informing, quote unquote, perfect informing that you can do that ensures that everybody's going to understand you all the time. People are always viewing you through their lens. You're viewing everybody else through your own lens, right? So people are going to misunderstand you if their lens doesn't have capacity to understand you. Misunderstanding can feel so confusing and overwhelming and heartbreaking for manifestors. We need to get to a place where we are safe to impact, even if people misunderstand you. And this is not even about having a thick skin, right? Like I was recently reading, if you haven't read this, I highly recommend it. A book by Jacinda Radurn who was the previous Prime Minister of New Zealand. She has written a memoir of sorts called a different kind of power. And it's so beautiful. I would love to look up her design. I get the feeling that she's a projector, right? But I don't know. I don't know. I'd have to look it up. But Jacinda is talking in this memoir about how being in government, being a politician, you know, she was so sensitive, so empathetic, so kind, so driven to support the plight of people's needs. That's why she wanted to step into politics. And she thought, I'm never going to make it because politics requires you to have a thick skin. People are visibly brutal to each other. It is callous and cold and calculated. And sometimes cruel is a menacing place. It's everybody bidding for power and willing to step on you to get that power. It doesn't matter how much it destroys you. And she thought, I'm never, I'm never going to make it with my thin skin. And she went and spoke to another member of parliament in New Zealand who she thought was the toughest person. She said it was this kind of big, broad shouldered man who was very loud during question time. And, you know, it was very vocal and kind of took no crap from anybody. And she thought, if anyone can teach me how to have a thick skin, it's him. And when she asked him about it, he said, why do you think being empathetic is a problem? Why do you think there's something wrong with you? When your ability to feel the very thing that we all need. And that just oh I mean beautiful delivery right but also I felt like that was so relevant for manifestors because I even see this conversation I see it on social media or I even saw it on somebody else's page today about like oh like why do you put yourself through this like oh you surely must be too sensitive it keeps hurting you to like be on social media I could never do it I had to leave and I think that all of this this storyline that we've got is like oh okay well if I'm visible and if I'm having a really big impact then that must equal that I have to have a thick skin so that I don't feel the reactions from others but that is not the solution we want to be able to feel our impact we want to be able to see our impact what we need is to heal and self-connect and self-love to the point that we have a body and a nervous system that can remain open while others react to your impact it can remain open because you are safe you are safe I still kind of am a bit bewildered at myself every time I experience this now because I feel like it took me so long to get there right and and so now when I have these experiences of people being reactive whether it's in my personal life whether it's on social media whether it's in other business places via email whatever and I feel like oh I'm I'm not upset about that I don't get that sinking feeling I'm not terrified I'm not worried it doesn't feel like the other shoe has dropped I just feel like oh I'm safe you can react how you will and I will place some boundaries around that if it's inappropriate but I'm safe whatever you do I'm safe that you misunderstood what I was trying to say I'm safe even though you don't like what I created I'm safe even though you loved what I created and now you're trying to get me to create more this is the space where you stop catering to other people and you stop apologizing for being powerful for having the impact that you do you stop you stop apologizing for being powerful in a way that made them feel uncomfortable that's the reality I'm so sorry that my natural expression highlighted to you when you are not letting yourself express I'm so sorry that my success that I gained through my impact highlights to you how little you have let yourself be impactful I'm so sorry that my freedom and giving myself permission to do what I want has highlighted where you are not giving yourself permission that's really what we're saying that's when we're trying to mitigate other people's reactions we're saying I'm so sorry that you felt uncomfortable about me and my natural movement let other people's actions and reactions belong to them let them belong to them this is where we use stuff like boundaries right boundaries are so so helpful for manifestors it says I can hold space for you to have your reaction but if you're going to do that in a hurtful way or a harmful way or a destructive way then you can't be in my space you need to take that reaction elsewhere otherwise you can hold space for people to have reactions without it ruining your safety you let their reactions belong to them because that is where it belongs you don't need to become cold or distant or aggressive you don't need to step into that like iconic rebellious manifestor of like I don't care about anybody I'll do whatever I want and people can just be damned we don't need to step into that place for self protection because we have true safety that key is safety that safety comes from working on self-trust comes from deep deep self-knowing it comes from healing through those wounds healing through those maneuvers that you've learned that kind of arsenal of maneuvers that you have adopted across your life to manage other people's reactions to you moving through those letting them go rewriting those stories so that whatever happens whatever happens you know that you trust your power to impact and you trust yourself to be safe in who you are avoiding doing that actually only keeps you disconnected keeps you disconnected from yourself it keeps you perpetually in a self-abandonment cycle and I think you know there have been so many times when I've I've tried to logically think like how would I put this in a course like or a resource or something or something experience that people can have and my god maybe one day I'll get a creative urge that shows me how to do it but as yet it's all logical right it's like it's it's mental it's all in my mind and so I'm not going to create it unless I receive a creative urge for it but what I do know is that this has been infused this message this journey has been infused into a lot of the spaces that we create but most importantly and I think most prominently it has been infused into like the literal like undercurrent of what we do in manifesto mastery that's that's the place that's sort of like the echelon right like that's the the piece there is this dance that is our signature program where it is like wall to wall this is the manifesto experience everything you experience as a manifesto is covered in manifesto mastery and yes it's a certification program of course so we teach you the full human design system including all the other energy types we teach you the gene key system we teach you even phs within human design so that you can if you want to go on to be a reader that is an incredible resource but the point of it is that there is so much in there that is outside of the normal language of human design it's outside the language of gene keys it's the lived experience of being a manifesto and the way that I intentionally craft the live container each year even with its innovations and its variations and its changes because we're manifesto so we can never stay still but even with those changes every single live cohort that we run which is once a year is centered on how how do we create space for learning experimentation integration and that you know spiritual word embodiment for manifestos to actually live this like when they go to work and when they go to the grocery store and when they go to the bank and when they're having an argument with their partner and when they're at Christmas dinner with their family how do we create a space that captures what manifestos need to trust who they are to know who they are to be sovereign to own their impact that that is what manifesto mastery is really about and that's what we focus all of the live aspects of it on so of course as a certification program which is optional or not you can certify you cannot certify it's your choice but there's the teaching modules that you go through at your own pace and then we have live cohorts that run alongside it so live course that are hosted by me and the other support teachers all bringing our kind of different flavors our different perspectives our different learnings because we're all different types of manifestos but all in the service of how do we help you to trust your power how do we help you to trust your impact how do we help you to trust and to know and to feel that you are safe in who you are no matter the circumstance no matter the response to others because that's that's how manifestos get activated right that's how manifestos step in to that like vision it's not even a version of you it's a vision right like that is that's what you came here with this big energy to do and you're going to do that with the the specific way that you want to do it right the specific way that your creative urges draw you and the part of the world that you live in and the language that you speak and the things that light you up right that's all that's your your individuality but every manifesto is here to have a huge impact and to feel safe doing it so if that feels like that is a season that you want to step into if me explaining that about manifesto mastery feels like holy mother of god this is the thing that I have been missing out on that I I want this I need this that that thing that's what I've been missing the link is in the show notes we are currently doors open for the live cohort but only until March 17th right so we're about halfway through of so until the doors close and once the doors close they do firmly close we don't reopen them at all again until 2027 when the next cohort comes and this is not a oh my gosh if you want to be a good powerful manifesto this is the pathway that you need to take that's absolutely not true there are so many pathways that you can take this is not even a well this has to be the time that you do it if you don't do it now you'll never get to it maybe this isn't the right season for you to take manifesto mastery you know you want to do it you know it's right for you but this isn't the right time that is equally is valid. Maybe you do know that this is absolutely the right choice and there's going to be some fear stuff that comes up for you and some resistance and maybe it's a money thing, maybe it's a timing thing, who knows? Also equally as valid. The point is this is the invitation that we have open at the moment if you want to go into depth and be held with a beautiful level of support to take a journey around this. And if that's not right for you, we have so many other resources and this place, this community will continue to be a space for that. It will continue to be a space for that because this is the very essence of who manifestes are. Our essence is to impact and so this is always going to be a topic that we come back to explore. This is always going to be a topic that there'll be podcast episodes on and Instagram posts on and we talk about it in our email newsletter and we, you know, have free resources for it and we have community gatherings for it because this is so significant. This is so significant and so I encourage you even as you've been listening to this podcast episode, if you're like, whoa, this thing like really, really landed for me like this felt like, yeah, this is a space that I've got to do some moving and I've got to do some healing and maybe you even feel really seen. I hope that you feel really seen. But then you think, oh, but manifesto master is not for me. So, okay, I guess that journey's not it. No, no, come back. Come back to what felt alive in your body. Come back to what felt active for you because this podcast episode is not about manifesto mastery. This podcast episode, this podcast episode, sorry, is about owning your impact without apologising for it. The more manifestos that we have doing that, the more manifestos we have initiating creative urges, moving through the world, owning their impact, creating incredible things, activating people in the most marvelous ways, like manifestos literally are here to change the world. There is no, there's no like if spots or maybe is about it, that's our whole design. That's our whole thing. We're here to disrupt, to change, to create new pathways. The people creating the new world are the manifestos and then everybody is going to jump on board and help. It's already happening. Okay, I'm not going to keep talking in a circular way because I feel like I could just keep going with that message forever, you know, forever and ever. I feel like I'm always saying this to manifestos, but it's just so necessary. This is such an important space for us to lean into and as we are coming up to the end of the 2027 paradigm shift in human design, if you don't know what that is, give it a Google because it's definitely worth knowing. As we've come out of a collective year nine, neurologically speaking, so we've gone into a collective year one, which is about newness. We started a new cycle, we've had a huge astrological shift as well, out of one axis into another axis. So we really are in a place of change. We are in a place of newness. We are not only on the cusp of something, we're right in the midst of something and this is a space where it's time for manifestos to breathe, it's time for manifestos to let go of smallness, to let go of being apologetic, to let go of shrinking, to let go of managing and navigating other people's reactivity. It's time for you to step into the shoes that you brought for yourself when you came into this life. And if there is any way that we can help you to do that, we absolutely want to. Podcast Summary

Key Points:

  1. Manifestors inherently have a powerful, pervasive impact that is felt even before words or actions are spoken, creating both blessings and deep emotional reactions.
  2. The fear of mediocrity and the constant need to manage reactions—especially negative ones—leads many manifestors into self-abandonment, shrinking, and apologetic behaviors as a form of self-protection.
  3. True sovereignty as a manifestor means trusting one’s impact without needing to apologize or minimize it, recognizing that reactions belong to others, not to the self.
  4. Emotional and nervous system responses to reactivity stem from a belief that safety depends on others’ approval, not from internal self-trust or self-love.
  5. Self-led safety comes from deep healing, emotional regulation, and alignment with one’s authentic values, not from building a “thick skin” or emotional armor.
  6. Manifestors must embrace their natural power and allow for misunderstanding, as no amount of explanation can fully prevent misinterpretation through others’ lenses.
  7. The journey to self-trust is central to the Manifesto Mastery program, which supports manifestors in living their impact with safety, sovereignty, and authenticity.
  8. This season of exploration is vital as the world transitions into new energetic cycles, urging manifestors to step into their power without fear or apology.
