So my Name is Alex Alex Cope Yoga, I'm a founder of confidance Club also you're guide and a confidance. Sprecher*in 1 Coach nice and you think all's people know. Sprecher*in 2 All there's a hole world out there, but i home that that's what we're here for. Sprecher*in 1 Of cours of curs I'm always asking to the people like to do just in so of and that's funny because they're coming is so diffent that's i'm always asking no then that's start right away with the ispicker question i usually have on here. Because that's always hoying a good posibility to get no you a bit more the last gast was Anna think my we know her to ja and she gate me niceback aggression she or so that it's a quick and doty one so i will put it in german and translator and you can on so it. Sprecher*in 2 Was würdest du tun, wenn niemand dich dafür bewerten könnte? Sprecher*in 1 Surger translated, it's like what would you do if no one could evaluate evaluate you for it like that. Sprecher*in 2 Yeah, so it's a good question on. I think that if no one what to be evaluateing me i would think. Sprecher*in 1 Oh, I'm what have I'm what's see that coming. Sprecher*in 2 Ja, I'm in i's burre questions or good. Ja I can't really sing at all what's so have a and i do have a an operation on my vokal quarts as walls so every think that is to do with my voice. Sprecher*in 1 Ok. Sprecher*in 2 Singing, especially singing one i know to get out the melodies et cetera. I all is feel very. Seen so if i would be valuate it or jedged for it, then i would probable. I don't know go to get some lessons I'm go to expicus we're some think. Sprecher*in 1 But we're you thinking about to have a do it no no ok, just checking no. Sprecher*in 2 Ok. Sprecher*in 1 But that's like you have you still sing for yourself now and that's what you really like. Sprecher*in 2 I all we sing in a car in a road trips so my at first my that and no man as bent no the 7 person by the we are baring that and yes some times in a morning if i if i in the mur of i take a show and but like the music on i can also sing then. The Hill House no some of the good mode. Sprecher*in 1 Ok, ok, but what you not also sade that to kind right to the ply no that singing is some of the things with aq actually what you late as a lot and is really good for like keeping as my bekommen and's that like that. Sprecher*in 2 I'm in using your voice in general for sure and of cours one you are you know? There's different singing right and you're go we have montras and i actually do sing that is will of cours with in the orchanting. Together so you i do sing that i feel like to really can back to the question us. The think something like chanting it's kind of low and you can here that my voice, it's kind of low and horsi and it is all we is like that all most and one i see that i've some one what an evaluate me or judge me for it one i see i what sing that what be like what new hustance off. Sprecher*in 1 I see ok i see ok but still it probable give to the same kind of camness in the end. Sprecher*in 2 Fusure it is working with the vibration with an your body, just the hire notes i can i can like them out at. Sprecher*in 1 All i feel you because I'm to see. Sprecher*in 2 So. Sprecher*in 1 You I'm not sitting hier and say I can sing in love. No I've a feel that ok ok, thank you so interesting you i love that sometimes you get to no parts of people you're what and have mind. Von der ersten Yogastunde bis zur tiefen Bedeutung von Shavasana Thank you ona. Sprecher*in 1 Thank you ona ok you already set it a bit, but for of cours everyone who does no you get who are you and what do you do like? Beside's confidence Club or How do it all start it, maybe we i was like to start from the beginning of the whole story so to of coursay the background you're coming out of the yoga section right and you start it with being a yoga teacher is far, i know ja just maybe tell us who are you on that point and how was it all starting? Sprecher*in 2 Ja. I do we'll i do.com in Berlin wellness and i do.com as a yoga teacher. I get quad if you other things before that i stud it in London and then i workin fashion and and i when i can to berlin that's how i start it my Yoga journey well teaching journey bevor that i was a student. And you're a life long student always and forever my dad it to me to my first you go class von i was seventeen your sold off to very very bad break up or i would an eat for a week. So he to can me to my for you a grass because you all is that yoga and when i see that to people is actually quave any because then a lot of people my think of my that of some like this you don't like a hippie guy doing yoga that's from my that is like the most eastern european doed, but he's an amazing human been quiz very open to a lot of inputs in this live that's what he tot me to. You know kind of learn and take what you need an apply it to yourself so at seventeen. You think me to you the first yoga class and and chevas and i turn to himan i that i want pizza. Sprecher*in 1 I'm for you you you you do just say I'm me tide in my life Forever. Sprecher*in 2 No what? Sprecher*in 1 I know but a lot of. Sprecher*in 2 I'm in some people you all so no mealo but more so you'll get a lot of down toerfst of here. II don't to have i was like, I'll be so i really love that the teacher is wonderful in actually we're rasentlyak i want was my that to retreat in lithuania to the same teacher that i want one of seventeen years old. Ja ja, so he's still there then long story short them of to London i will we's i used to dance professionaly i studance hip hop. Who just like I've want me out there, life one i've to land and i still the that and then one i stop that really missed physical activity because i do don't like i don't like jim i don't like running etc. And i remembered some one the back of my mind oh i want to Peta I Feld good so i want to a yogacrass. And recently so one in a conversation, i remembered and that's an of the down to earth think so when i start it to at tend you the glasses in London i just to leave at chevassana every time. Sprecher*in 1 I really so like bevor everyone we're like down you will i. Sprecher*in 2 I wouldjust.com do the Physical Part. And already be for the class was start a what comed to the tt anno TII need to go and chavasta som sorry like to at retime for like three mons or something i just did and see the point of doing and i that point of my light like i really did not see the point of chavasta not and also you know. Super reflecting right now of you isly probably because I've i'm going to be how every very do all the new beast do feel and comf to be insow us and i when you are line down with god no so many people and closing your rise so no i just it was quideasy for me, you was like i don't i don't need to do this and then. Sprecher*in 1 It's going to because i think some people with be. More not a faitest of one word, but what be more haveing like wasped for it to actually comed to the teacher before shoe was on say i need to live you know, but so i like that you're still we're this will think for yourself are you that i don't need it you know I'm think it's the nice thing it's still. Sprecher*in 2 On a sly, if any one comes to me like this now you like. Sprecher*in 1 It's not a preaching you. Sprecher*in 2 I'm like. No, I'm nestly i and people will.com to class is they know i'll at people go on the on journey of sell discovery of what needs to be done was a direction of how could you try XY that ja so but you have but II love to share this because. I think that you know there's a lot of different stories around yoga different stigmas around yoga and there's also a lot of different fears and shame from the beginners in the people that think that yoga is XY that and i do lot to share that down. There's things that people do not, but as i don't like the word. Guides on pierre to still because we all when for a journey i would never leave from so was and i know but it was two at some point and i'm not going to lie was and. Sprecher*in 1 No, i think it's also like you learning from a journey right and it's was a prozess for you to now probery see to value of it also because you learned it problem. And that's also and i think right. Sprecher*in 2 And gzackly you just. Sprecher*in 1 Can i ask you already like because i think it's an interesting topic? I can i love to was a now i just I'm also a person of the things a lot, i just need to see that all the forts and not coming back and and i we do just beast still but to aski the question why what you say right now. Shavasuna is such a big and important part of yoga because i you don't know that much oh and maybe you just one to that us no. Sprecher*in 2 Shavasuna is basicly like we're everything happens. It's really do's an matter. Or it's interesting, what's it, hey, so it do's an mother what you do the practice shavasan is your main practice and everything what you do it in the practice will matter in shavasana because this is where everything will integrate with an your body in that still nass you will beable to integrate the hall practice that has behoped bevor. From a yogic prospektive shavasuna is call it, it's a yogic that so it's literally is that word of you like at the scripters and what have ins essentialy with in shavasuna is if we have completeed the practice in such AW that we have to do porn and clans the. Energy Centers checkras you know from the beginning to the top if we move that energies I'm and we that's say you know. I don't like this word leting let go if we just work to our energies proberly then this old parts of us already to actually di. And that happens in chevasana hands in a very to not traditional yoga class, but in most of the yoga classes one we live tup off to chevasana we turn to the side and then we coming to the embryo posture rebers i see. So the whole every yogacrass if in such a you know kind of bigger sense is deepwork clansing death and rebers qui dramatic, but this is what. Sprecher*in 1 It is ok. But it's nice, that's that's what i don't we got to the i after quest. Yes. Sprecher*in 2 We're a Germany. Sprecher*in 1 I know because you have for it's of course to deep in the practice right, but oh my god it like some mys but you. Sprecher*in 2 Don't think is a germanic, no i. Sprecher*in 1 Don't know i was a didnt thing that. You how you set it in just explained it, i I'm in maybe maybe m I'm wrong but i would a match and that people they this in to it. I've if people don't know it like that will you know they they i think it's it would mic sands that it is of cours to relax after the practice and to deep met I'm in that my sands, but it's it's nice to to here the. Yogi Vision be hinda exactly. Sprecher*in 2 And i think you know some times it this in mean that we shouldnt put that vision at all, but some times and my practice what I've cn is that when you but these really really kind of like strong visions for we're in from of the people straight away, we are beginners what just coming in for some one hearing hey, you just going to.com here and for two minutes off to that you can a dy and you're going to reaber for going that my scare them. So you know this kind of topics i thinkthey.com and me be that's why we don't here about it that off and because this is this more coms one the depo will coms and one we're descripters one we see you know why you're go has been createed that's what to that we. Wie Aleks zur Yoga-Lehrerin wurde und in Berlin ankam Ja, we're the interesting ok so to the Standard right you'd start it in London and and Mist. Dancing and stuff and then start it to after london desideed to do a yoga teacher training. Sprecher*in 2 So, i was going to classes to yoga classes just for myself and then i plant to go travelling with my best friend to southestagia and i didnt really one essentialy i want to the strip to end with something meaning fulls with what an beagers. Six Moms of holidays so what we what i deside at to do is at the end of it. I would do a yoga teachers course, but as a lot of us i've done it just for myself and actually it was quafunny because II just asked a copil of people if they know and you good yoga studius we're i can do that i would and my trip in India. And i got this recomedation from some one who i value and they will like absolute leal of this go you go and i and it up in ashanga cours because the cours set ashanga, vinesa and IO was was going to vinesa classes so i've out oh this is what is going to be and it was a full flash ashanga cours verivare traditional. If we single morning, seven and two ours to an haf house practice, it's it's but i know we have a regreaded it. I was it was quite tof, ja. Sprecher*in 1 Ok, and have to that you have your official. Sprecher*in 2 So have to that i have to suertificate and have to that I'm move to bellin ok and one I'm move to bellin i just don't myself like this is so that was one piece so i was doing it complity for myself. Not wanting to be com a teacher or anything and when you're graduate you're support to geacher class and i tota class for the my fellow students and i just feld so good like i feld very xactly we're any to be of corsided hundred of my steaks and not have riesing went as plant. But just the feeling i had was like my meditation. I did not know how i went from first minute of the lastill the last minute like I was so so, so in the Flow and i God all rad of really good Feedback not like home like God you know sequentsing and tridada but more like how present i was and this is i feld so when i're I've to bellin II such to myself ok i will. Really do have you think to work in this feel like i'm not going to just go to work in a bar for some time i're really tryed to every single job every single space that i turn up from that time was the wellness pace evenifit was just you know working in a store in the lemon, but i was still in the wellness pace and i caped going tors. Sprecher*in 1 Dging Yoga. And holong you're go was it when you can't to bellin. Sprecher*in 2 Ten years you know as really lofing because there was this trend on instagram, hashtag two thousand sixty and that wasn lituy when i can't to bellin. So, ja it's been ten. Sprecher*in 1 Years ok so of ten years in the wenness. Scene and also burn and ran a scene right so II get you you so a lot of things coming and going. Sprecher*in 2 Ja, dove and not leas. Sprecher*in 1 Ok, i want to just askue yeah for you specific moment when you realized at yoga, but bekommen what in a hobby, but you kind of really ons of that so you just have yoga class and teached and you that like that's what i want to do right. Sprecher*in 2 Ja, i just really have neverfeld. That present and that in space like that it's the space that i want to be. Sprecher*in 1 That i love that things like this a happening because i think it's really important that you get this feeling on a sergeant point for you so. Sprecher*in 2 And it's very important to try to remember that feeling when things. Because this this and me and that when i you don't can't to be in and he's ten years as like ho carate I'm in the space all the time and you know right like we all are on a journey and i think when you do get such just strong connection with something and this is what i do a lot was my coaching Clans as will we try to in some kind of a way that make sense for you to presents it. Beat to right to down beat to sit with it beat to i don't know what i was an in the at an byer self like a stone or something like you need to presents it a lot so that you can really can back to it. Sprecher*in 1 Ja, do you have some? Bevor we start my beat talking about confinance top do you have some other, that's they stops in burning you that the pass ten years. They we're really edding up to right, you're now like you one to talk. Sprecher*in 2 Gosh. Sprecher*in 1 Question is not on here. I know i just i just. Sprecher*in 2 Know it's just in so many. Sprecher*in 1 Ok, i me like this, you know people affects or i just just points, but you have to feeling without this. I what and be here today, you know what i mean? Sprecher*in 2 Ja, i think couple of things will how not gurner. Complete Story here so I think I'm a person who like my my go to on so everything is show up just keep showing up and i think strudahols ten year store of brilin a cople of big things what definity? I showing up with the hot pot yoga berlin so this is i'm think that up and a lot for me and the forestern owner sana vents two there i kind of going to the whole lemon family and story and that shaped me a lot all of the stops have a cruideed more community that i can lean. On and also more community to learn from and from there that ripple effect of like community in wellness um seen, then i think everything started to really grow and ascolate that being set i do recognice that you know i was the one to but myself in to do spaces so that simpel. Kind of Moto that i have of just you're show up like keep showing up. I'm when i was showing up at like seven am super Supercold walking to sorry evan cycling to the studio to the first class is right and kind of. Preparing for the class lifting up to part at such a will before that even talk like in some crasy blazers like lichter in back and stath and I'm you i can i was like oh imagine you know i they're can know we're on studio or oh imagine he's people are going to.com this going to be so nice i just running things to my my head and i what all we's all we's Show up i don't really miss a class have a and a do's an matter of it was one person which by the way. It was a lot of times in the beginning or at some points of it's fifty. You know you see i have that ones of the question. Sprecher*in 1 II think is just it's nice so you i just have you're capturing up for you so off you know matter what it was and of course at, but of course, it's my be stupid to see of course and pade off on one point, it's not always ping off, but i do belief and that. You keep going and showing up for us of some years or you have a the regular on the regular base. It will pay off and that's what a did right, so it's a it's a li story behind perfekt thanks for sharing ok so you did a lot of things in betreen and on some point. Die Idee hinter Confidence Club und was Vertrauen wirklich bedeutet What it last here, i think so some we is a go you're start it with confidence clar and of cours i one to here but more what what the background is and maybe you one to start telling us like how to idea action came up and what is what is it actuity what is confidence clar. Sprecher*in 2 Ja, I think everything in. My life as Fashi Professional life came from listening to feed back and just listening to the customers that you have the people that.com in to your space right so confidence Club wasborn last here in november and essentialy confidence club is a space for hyitivers for people that a buildings. I'm think in there life people that a loting for perpers. That is the space for it is for tools and essentialy for working on yourself. Battering yourself going on your journey through the tools that we have with in the confidence club, we have a method of see feel blue us well we go through a we're annacycles working in and blue link. Like as something some of the like we's book of us, so it it's start from my personal work like one on one work and work with people with in the yoga crasses and from me coaching as will, but then it gru in to a club and a community i it so why it iside that we need a brand around it. And it's not just alex copyoga in you more because it's some point you know what you're creating grus bigger them you and i start it o's so not us that my coaching clients get learn from one another not only from haveing the one on one interactions with me right i start it to no this onepeople.com to the retreats that they. They they get inspired they find it ched there, they stay France and then they you know go had and do some things together so i feld like there is also i have a responsibility for the people that i am already working with for them to have one spase with they can meet, interact et cetera, and if cours it would an be me if i would an have also create it some products so out it. Like we have merge we have to journal. We have the sand etcetera ands i feld like club is a very good kind of way to go because it kind of compos all of the was bads right it kind of compos one on one work that you're doing for yourself with yourself and the coach and then the kind of compos community we are. We are all together. And of cours, you can also if you feel a connection, you can use the products, the products are you know from the journal, which is action a part of your deepwork, but also if you kind of vibe with the style and every think we have a caboration with the lemon and sweaters as wall and on some merch, so if you viber the style, you can also coming to the space in that way basity. Sprecher*in 1 Ok, so it's in the end what you did bevor in all the years the brand we're building up of it and it always coms together to create. Sprecher*in 2 Confidance yes for sure so you know even confidance coaching key from feback right and. Because have to you code with me forfour on so you're really give a little question that and then we reflect on things and i have this question and there like how what you you know how what you explain this to your friend and usualy what people we're saying is that the mosting niney person of the time, the firstentancewith.com up is that. That i feelmore confid and i feelmore comfid and my decisions i feelmore comfid and and life etc. Etc. So then i desideed will, this is a direct out.com right, so why not create a direct brand out of it's it's really clear for people but they're coming here for. Sprecher*in 1 Ja, ja, i think this nice because. Everyone once that right, they are always like i think usely if you what i have a book, a coaching or one to go to event is that of you us you have like what's it for me like what do i get out of it you and i think confidence is is a nice way to pudd it because it comes in so many ways right i what's a and so i think it's we the interesting what would you think is confidence for you then like if you see you create confidence or maybe i don't know. Go that do think that people can go in what confidence of you would say like that you what what what it mean for you. Sprecher*in 2 So so One Reasently told me what word confidence means and lutin ok and essentialy confidence and not in is confidada and it means to confined with in yourself. It means to trust one self to. Dot dot dot I are i the Trust yourself to moven live essentialy so for me confidence is when you are connected in off with yourself so that you can be connected to the person moment and you can make connected dissisions so i all we see you know when that happens connection with yourself connection to the moment. It is an matter what this ision you need to me. I there what milk i need and my call feed to this morning or we're I'm going next in life it feels the same it feels exectly the same and feels kinected it feels.com it feels confident it also feels like figar outable i know you are going to figar that out and this is what perdominity we work with. In confidance Club or in One on one coaching or onesly in any cokinus, a productor offer that we have be to retreat be to yogacrass we work on an individual learning how to be com present how to clean all the fluffway and how to lisin and for they're make the's confidance. So for me usually the out to work to have down. I don't really put myself in to break it out. This is a relationship coach or this is a live coach, this is a like a leadership coach right it is not i do not mind with work you do or which question with area of live you one of work on right now because one we work with you. Connecting to that in or confidence the nose decisions or going to riple effect in every area and the one that you want to to work in you're. It's going to florish you're, i'll have that make sense. Sprecher*in 1 Ja, i think it, that's it's make no. I think it makes computy sense because is like. What a like stability in yourself right that you stands behind you just that you some behind you decisions and i think if you stand behind you decision you have like what you said like a in a confidence like and in a stibility i think they're some berats to it but of corson in a confidence and if you behind you decisions, i think people see it and you you kind of have this ora if you can said like that we know what i mean. If i think it's always, i think people or like the yeah, you're sog or everyone around you feels if you're in news connection or in you're so i'm going to in this kind of way. Sprecher*in 2 You and the think is look we all over think right we all. We all mollovers them decisions, longger and shorter etc. And one of the biggest work that we do as well with in this journey of confidence is to create more awareness off that over thinking and then simply start minimizing the time of down, shame etc. And the minimies the time of over thinking i can't to you that o com do this word can't you will never over think agan or you will never that you're sof agan or that every single decision is going to be like that no definity not, but you will have anability to be com war aware when your spiraling out. This the problem is is that when we do spiral out, we just pends so what time on it and the more time we spend on it. It's have you are and have you are and more difficult to comback to that for stadia that you like have how right so this is also a big part of the work recognizing that this will can to new happening and knowing when that happens and then makeing a chage. Sprecher*in 1 Ja no, it's re interesting i just sometimes i do like this solo podcast episode, we it's just. Sprecher*in 2 Reflectory this and the one, I'm. Sprecher*in 1 Can i's we it's that's reflect or of me because i like to reflect and i just that set it in the last on. I think that I'll tried because I've so mini creative ideas sometimes right and it's problem bit like what you just set I'm one point i's not over think in and i's starting like to think can i we do that is it something i am a lot to do you know you know we have to experience for it? Is that like that and if i if i come in this bival i will not do it on one point and i told myself this here what i will comes to my mind I'm in i can't real i's everything but i will just try to do it is like i think we talk about that like when it comes to social ideas just a little things right you just have in idea in mind to post something and and you we think it and and there you always comed to any little conclusion by you should not do it. Sprecher*in 2 Oh, you're mind will think. Sprecher*in 1 You that if. Sprecher*in 2 If you let it. Sprecher*in 1 If you let it and it's i think i can we be anstand it because I'm also tring to teach myself like it's normal that this feelings right of a wise because it's you're rain tring to control something to you're not save what's the ever, but if you're confidence and what you do and in you decisions and you just do it and before you keep spyoling that's i think the background, that's it exactly. Wie der Confidence Club Sicherheit und Wachstum bietet And basicly haring tools and understanding of. Of yourself right, that's that's work that takes work the takes time, and when you have do's to the new pocket, then when the spiraling coms in you can pooth them of out of the pockets right in the workshop, so we see what we do here, we you deside to do when you can to retreed a work up at z j's almost like a präventive medicine when the house is on fire. You're not going to.com up with the mose brilliant idea how to get yourself out there you do you to train the mind and the samos we train the body and so that's the. Work that i do with myself and what the there's as what and what in the community. Sprecher*in 1 Ok so, i think you have i so you have a what's a community right, that's what i know and you can that as no more like it's they want to joint the confidence club because now we you you what what what is the i me you set a right you have some events and stuff going on but you off so have of course one a one coachings but. We're what they find you and what they good i spect in the an you know bis i's of correscating more confidence, but. Sprecher*in 2 Think you i do will we's think about it a little bit like a pyramide right, so the bardam of the pyramide is. Where the Big us part of the community is and the most people are, this is a free whatsapp grup and with in the free whatsapp grup. We have a couple of sections in there, so there's an announcement's bit, we're no an elskin comment and i just the job summinspirations it's the ture there's an event section we're you can follow, we're the class is are and we're the special events offing. And then there's also like a main chat area. We're you can actually community and ask questions ask me questions because one of the very big grow fages for my clients is the spot coaching that i do is like a coach in a pocket, i so they can have access to me when you coach is me one on one, we sandit at a voice not the out all formance. And i want to to applicate a small peace of that for the community so with in the whatsapp group, you can do that you can ask disquestions and i they're me or the community that is going to on so because by now i have people who you know coached with me can back left that's something in there life, so that's a me beeven to the coaching curs or all's one wellness so this is the free and. The easyest access right and from there of cours, you can see the events so this is kind of like, then the pyramid is going a little bit more up at means you will see last people of the community, you know some times events are for free some times events are pate and it's between you know three two people that veries between confidence workshops. The confidence flow classes that's the yoga classes that i do to two three seven day retreats and then of cores kind of like the top of the pyramide is the one on one. We're with me so that is i do have a confidence boost session confidence reset session, which is as a one our session and we fokus on one topic. I get you a question air and we focus on one topic me be to presentation me be to one decision that unity to make and then the biggest and the most internet work is the formance coaching with me, which is in dividual and it's one on one what people can expect and amy of the spoins is. Is the feeling of safety so my main go is for any one will coms and to feel safe first. If you do not feel safe with me was an the community any one on of the work and be don so my first priority with any space is that you feel that hug you feel that. You you're almose like coming back home, so we're you can we're we're in gozy podcast take off you're brach, you can't they. Sprecher*in 1 Still say it. Sprecher*in 2 So, you know safety is definity first and from that safety you'rejournal.com be it, you will one to move with an the yoga class. Be it you will simple one to chat. Online with in the community with some one that will be your choice how you one and tracked with confidence club coming from the space of safety and welcome that is also very port and for me with an the wellness and spiritue world is a you all this feel welcome you don't feel like you don't belong that there's something that you need to where. Something that you need to smell of something the unit to breath of or think of like everybody or welcome and now for step and we take it from there. Sprecher*in 1 Ja, really interesting. Warum Gemeinschaft und Selbstreflexion so wichtig sind I think it's it's a really nice cars we talk aready about what confidence kind of means to you i always like to us because i have to feeding if people create bases like the is it's off. Often you just at a comed out of feedback of cores you god, but often as i'm don't save to feeling it's can come about like are is you kind of what have maybe need it something like this in your life? I'm not sure about that but i would just ask it's question like is this out of spaces like you create also something on one point you would have like like to half and your pass. Sprecher*in 2 Um Yes, i mean. I think that for me this journey cames so notly from my yoga journey right and i've been remind at this. We can't because I've been was my like childed go friends i've been remind at this, we can that i've I've all is at like chosen. People about me i have a small family, so I've cruied it a big family about me with my friends and i will we's bin in me, so it of communities was it a dance crue was it from there Grube big Friendship Group so for me it was all we's important to i mean what coms up as is to have the people around me confidence y's onasly I've I've all we's been really extraverted, but that this and mean right that connected confidance and they think some time what people. Confuse confinance club with is that ok will we're going to work on the confidence, so i can't can in in every room and can be the loud us person in the room and takeover the room right so i think what is very important on the stand is that this work on like this in a work that we need to do with are selfs. Is going to ripple effect into your life and this is what i feel I've been doing sins you know i get ins I discovered sins the first yoga teachers cours the hole yoga philosophy and the way yogis you know looked into the world and soort of. With in them selfs really interested me and it felt really right for me, so i felt waymore connected again one i one i told that first yoga class right all do it it again so many mistakes, it's so maybe from there's them's the thing of like ok, how do i translate this to more people because i also feel and maybe this is a bit. You know ten years and billon wellness scene the hasbin a time and billon and i think every here's well and yoga has not. Bin so normal a White spread and newwhat.com to studios to certan places and you would and feel like home you would feel like you do not be long, but i new that because it a yoga to just for that. Before moving to Berlin, i you what the practice Kind bring and I Feld like you know in some way gate keeping the innerwork was a lot of pompestic attributs doesnt a lot of people to feel at home with that work that can happen. If that make sense because are's pritial journeys very, i believe is barry important individualy and on a on a larger scale for the will collective of the humanity. Get. We are also different, and if we can reach more people with just simplifying are language. The people will get in to the deeper you know face of the journey, but then you to start some more and i think this is what i'm definity really good out and what i feel confitance glabis is welcoming the beginners in to the space if from here you're going. Your deponing your journey with some of the coach or and another classer and another retreat. I'm also incredible happy but you've started your journey your the sea displanted that's my for example, some of the confidence club workshops or apparance is that i some tipps making communities or i don't know. You know you know what's a community stageer seven right they are five Minute long or two minute long and they are a body exercise or a mind for the exercise, but it's but so much down to have that people who what you know run from a yoga studio to and the side of the road have a kies the small pies of the seeed planted of hey actually. There's something more there with in you and that's something more with in new chance autority as wallent you know you can start the work how have that start will look for you. Sprecher*in 1 I love to you can like talk so much about it. I can sorry that that's also always or i always the see and this podcast episode spot of course, i usually interview persons or people or you about your passion i and this always nice to listen to it and i have germany questions coming in the gene and and i was see to be mind it because you know like it in fits to what you set before no no no what II see the passion behind it and i think that makes it so nice because no. A lot of people like you're doing this, it's to kind of energy work right you get you energy you away you call a confidence and i think it's also so nice because i think confidence is different for everyone right, but what you teed what you sat is like ja building the stability new soelf and that mean something also for everyone, but it's an i start and i just see the passion behind and III. Sprecher*in 2 Think you know the? Out.com of you're all on confidence is going to be different for every body of the the the product is going to be individualized but what it is and the work on it is what's similar for all of us, then. We think it is one because we just need to you know. Bring it down to the basics and then when you connecture on confidence, we're you can a create from the that is going to be you know and different and beautiful right that's why i think it's some time's chalenging to on the stand of what a hello we can be doing that workshop. And and here as you see trust me. Sprecher*in 1 No, it's making this a ran is you're that about right i just one to say one think um, bevor we that we record is episode i us mans that ok what what does confidence means for me right and we're string to do some operations and the also but my mindset on just topic or is they and i love what you set that so I'm people made you miss take confidence of you ne to be the loud is in the room of i'm can like that but. But because i come out of textils and some times people think you have the most confidence when you the lot is in the office of what every i have some experience is like this and when i us messel for like what confidence means for me, there's this quote II red once and it's like confidence is quiet and ego is lot. And that like that so much because because of my prerious jobs, some people always think ok, she's not a lot is in the room and to means she's an secure you know of so depensabet and rich kind of areas you can work, but i have a lot of times, the feeding that people is sociate if you're loud with you're the most confident person ever and i think that's so not sure and i've really like that you just that that because. When i think for my soft, what confidence is for meas, it's exacty what he's disraped is like that i am stable in my disition that i am behind my disition and that i don't sparral of a winkal out and just you know doing my things so. Sprecher*in 2 And when you do spiral, you catcher's. Sprecher*in 1 So you and trying, but it's no so that's i at just thing it's we nice that you you know that we have that on rekord you know that's nice that also people can listen to that and i think that's already a. Dart to build awenos you know what and you're? Sprecher*in 2 Ja. Die Female Coaches Union und ihre Mission Ja ok, nice, thank you so much for sharing you will Tommy later maybe also of gors bad to find you and i will pudd it in the donalds because i bet there's people know they say oh yeah hokan i join i also want to talk with you about she can do it all. Sprecher*in 2 Yes. Sprecher*in 1 We just came out of feemer empowerment week and i think of people follow you for this podcast. Or ja, so one you mind they heard about it already of course you fun and to you can do it all as a co found the right and maybe you one to talk a bit about what is because i think it's even it's not together of configant dance club aright it's also about feemer coaches and. A Community office lee and to going together. I think the part is kind of the same some and you i what just love that you can you have a bitmore but of. Sprecher*in 2 Corers think for bringing in that up because that's the very you know close to heard passion project for shore what I've going for my journey as well that nothing a separate have we think flows in to something. So if in some times of you think that oh this was absolut rest of time and nothing as up and from it something will at some point so you can do it all is a female coaches union that has started and brulan and oh we have guron in to we'll now we're the europe is we'll because one we do have are activations we have the meven out'side germany so. And schicken do it all is something born from something that i def in atly like to lot one, i can't to be lynn ten years a go and i start it to work in wellness and i felt like coach is in general and especi female coach is like that upentil this they and we are there and if you are femalecoach.com a ong and join if you have an heard about it jetzt. Actually i am a cofunder but my cofunder hermini she's started some thing one your bevor we can together and then when wedid.com together so this this activation week and it's of arch celebration was started by hermini. And One i can't to the space they your late we rebranded we the name and we also out of defect, it is a union and what this the union mean is that it is a space, it is a community, we also learn and supporty chedar we are figaring out how to do this home freelance beacoach bea teacher with an this hactic world of wellness, which is. As second big is growing second big is growing industry in the world and we do have a couple of steps with and the she can do do all. It is also whatsapp community, it's a group where we all are together and this is the free the easierst way when we come in to march we have an activation weak, which is deading up to the women's they. And what we see what we mean about activation is that all over berlin all over germany and we work with ever sports who are sending out with an there newsletter to all of there studios and invitation to join this are we also work with urban sports. So essentialy we off or everybody who's a female coach for now, it is a physical coach meaning of working with physical body is i there you're you go teacher runner hirox what's so have a but for now it is not all me the because because i'm a confidance coach wewill.com to me for that is will with in the coaching senario, but it is physical coaching for now. And we essentialy activated existent classes, we're poted and the schicken do it all banner and in the class you in your on stall in your on way amplify women's voices, not all the coaches, but the women that are in your class as well and we just but that all in big visibility compan. And when we can to at the march, we have a celebration event, we invite all of our coaches we get them amazing with the bags because this is we think is happening that coaches i usually the once that a all we's giving and giving the energy so we want to give that dag tower woman and also throw out the year we if createed a cople of steps so we have. What she she moves the she learns and she meets and essentialy with in the she meets this is we're the union the community can's to get that them sales and as not just about the founders we're you with in connectually meet it shodar for coffee and just vents some times or asquestions she learns is workshop series we have the for in workshops for the coaches online. Be it about seo visability i'll really one to do one with finances and then she moves is something where we go to to this classes what i think is we'll really really fun as well, so that's what you can do it all is. Sprecher*in 1 Nice. Ja, i love that I we know it was the fasttime a part of it and i we do like this kind of commities. Like just building up and i think i one kind of talks about community right now and how import is all it also is and i what be interested like what you think also about community because of course you have like two big ones i think already and you're building walk it or baby, it's one big one that's like that i don't know but i love how kind of call it like a trend into communities it is of course everything and building is community's right now but i think. And it's a ready good trend and i was also one dring like what what does it means for you and a white to build temping like this. Warum Gemeinschaft in der heutigen Welt wichtiger denn je ist I can do the hole podcast and this. Sprecher*in 1 And I'd try to to put some feeler so because of course, it's clear already even if people is in to that now and they then no you. It's clear that you love to bring people together and you also mc them grow for communities and i think that suchanise ideas behind it and i think it just one to you give to platform to to that you tell us. What does it makes also for you, you know? Sprecher*in 2 I can't for. Sprecher*in 1 The trend for you behind that we're. Sprecher*in 2 What's behind the Trend actually one i was righting copies like you know marketing copies for confidence club lounge some of them was like we were a community befor the bus word. And i have a green with you. It's a good trend, it's Devon and clio good trend i think that for me community is two things that avaledy sad for me community safety and community's showing up so showing up for yourself and for the other people that there. Creating safety and also you know feeling safe why so many communities are poping up, that's what i see you know problem you know the potcast i do belief you know have to covid and also with sucha you jump in ai world my prediction that. We will one to spent morton in in real life with the people criting memories that not at to us that we can feel in our skin you know and i already see that for sure and i think communities form around the calls and that is also very very important to not is i. I think that's a very good disinguishing factor from trend communities. We're basically a stamp of communities just put on what's a have a you know elektric car sorry elektric carson, but you know what it you know and then when there is a corse and there is this underline intention for us to me. And to create something for the better of something that's have a live when community can't and for me. This two that are samesing, but the front right i think was she can do it all the andaline calls, the visibility of live struggles and joies of female. Coaches and with an the confidance club is for mean general. There's this you'd picture that i see that you know how I'm bring this back if we rerite right this and the standing, the confidance is not nassesirly you're lot as person in the room or. What every's going on and now we're all right now right who have a lies the mostor is infron of tv telling things so confidely, but they're not true and we re right that in to that really deep connection was yourself if we start to unpick the. You know the Russian doll that you can't opening and there's from me if i's to back if i've to back like if if you connect to you're confidance if you're really work with an what's with them you is and this is going to be very you get and cheesy is love you. You find a love for yourself and you can find a love for what you do and you can find a love for the world neacher humanity every think if you do that and then if three people do that if three hundred people with in the community, do that there's a ripple effect on the world at logge we start living from more love if we learn out a unpick the spiraling we my also you know this is. Spare with me this a Russian doel and as a lot, but that's my for me. This is not just to you go class for me. This is not an event or we drink much us and go i have mucha by the way but like for me it's such a big or picture because if we unpick our spiraling we my also on big the spiraling of rassism. We miles so unpick the spiraling of violence right and one we can unpick does far sels, then we can unpick does for the will that large hope for me. Sprecher*in 1 We can's bred it. Sprecher*in 2 Ja, it that's spred fashure so that's Kind of what's Dance behind it. No that's going to go that's far no but. Sprecher*in 1 I think you're a action if it was long you're, but it to the call and i think we do good because. I mean everyone of us not everyone us, but there a lot of communities out there asbestian berlin and i think i could think that people maybe sometimes think ok what's my community you know there's so many, but i think it's toly find to. Sprecher*in 2 Keep. Sprecher*in 1 Harry Thing. Mc chusing different ones being and a lot of different ones. You don't need to be in one, i what say. Sprecher*in 2 And what's your? Sprecher*in 1 And and find yourself your community and and maybe have mo communities for different parts of your life or what's the mother, but i think what you all the set about safety. Love is safety right if you if you can love of you of people around you, they love you and games you're emotional safety or like also hopes you be feeling safe of you sofet and the end is a confidence in your sof so i think it's kind of poted all together and i think that's also part of rich is a big part of community right so i think i everyone here rich is. Creating communities and i think you have to we die nights just just telling you that feed back and no is like is i think a big part of spreading this love and security and have you call it for yourself or so one outs calling it for themself or what they need i think is a good thing to spread is kind of stuff because it can be. A good think for the future that's like i thinking. Sprecher*in 2 You know and i think you know for those of officely are on the also and like participating in the community. I think whil so we one that because you know when you are with in the community and i myself as a participant, i do go and have some spaces we're i can feel safe and seen for myself then. It a louds you to be apart of something right. It is not youdont.com there to be apart of my vision or my yoga class or my event or my product you really shaped not so you know bringing it back to the feedback the way i work is that it is going to be shaped by your presents for sure. And in this way, you can also feel that you are apart of something bigger and that is spiritual work. Sprecher*in 1 And everyone one's to be part of something. Sprecher*in 2 It i belief but that's the think and it brings back to you know. See this undestanding that. We are all apart of this big, one ocean and allowing us to work that way to supported to doto.com to this communities, allowes and fidual to on the standard not alone in what have they experiencing and there's offering etc. And allowes hope for the invisual to learn that what have they in flicked. Is in flicked attalargers scale is wall three the people in the world and all living beans and bealt i love it. Wichtige Erkenntnisse und der Einfluss von She Can Do It All To just a second tag about she can do it all going because this we have empowerment. We just happend do you have some key take aways you we're just thinking about. From that week because i think i post it mine, i have so me to good once I'm me know but i like always like because i think it is still from to you can do it all community like maybe i'm from but it's the biggest like this kind of week to the. Women's day is it like man of the biggest activation. We like you have and i think that's the part we you problem, bring the most women together yes, so what something from artist Community you of course i're part of what what was there's something like a take away you think also i mean we talk to about that right now already like y community is also apport and thing these days i think it is these days because the world around as is love that's stable now and then you know but you have a. Sprecher*in 2 I think that I'm we do to have a recap with hermine as wellsesure, but that's definity a cople one is that you know people one to be apart of something and we all need to that people. We needs that people in and allow people do things it the communies really growing interms of when wedo.com to that week, there's so match work that lies behind the scenes and that work is a lot of it is communication and operation etc. So we are very open for everybody to comin and chipin with there. Time you know that's pase it's itcher and not to for us a learning not to be only ticking it as oh you know as as a help, it's not you can help or creating things to get a big tick way is also that you know things can be simple and they can be superprofound last here are event was kind of you know. We have's it's a hush room for the panel. We have mics for everyly everything was like so super High School Professional you was in a mano Hotel and this here the space for example for panel was we've morcosi and upental the last man at i tride have we think i good but we don't have mics as always that was like one lead missing you just going to have mics. And the way of we think have and that have we but it just like have of the people jobed on the floor. It was we cose your and our panel is that and have mics and we got so much of amazing feedback the women we're say that it's just feld like there's noboar your bit when them. And the panelists or in the business for ten years and are it was feeling of speaking like with the friend that it do then feelex some and as an a peerdistoe on a panel and some times i feel like simplifying things actually betas things especi was an the communities because i think a there's a of communities and the grol really quickly and the mal we grol we are roll we's. Striving for more but outic of shick and do it all a special. This here is wall is that all that we want isjust.com to get that you're is to.com to get that end to share and one off to the event you know that was people coming sing goodbye, it's that's a lot of women or husting me so how was it for you you have you that and my one on so was like. What I've see an as that people capt connecting, and that is the most that's the grand of every think in this ispecially space and that happend and i can't happining avery your ja ja, i'm at nice people for it. I can't think I'm. Sprecher*in 1 From the last your and. Sprecher*in 2 So many women made collaborations you know. That's some kind of work together because one another's clients it was in crudible this your we have some panelists from last your. Filming there Coaching client bing on the stage speaking because you know at the end of the they as berlin is big, but we all know one you bring it down to your nash every going to know's about it and what i want to do in this is well is that this every very nosevery, but it turns from instat of oh. I know have abody she's doing this there doing this, we can a do it beta from vismentalityto.com to hey how can we do it together, we're and sustainable for everybody involved in a wellness seen i you teacher are you studio on? Are you a different wellness business onalic you're like my diana and that to the from soul collective, this is why this your we out. A very we had an intention to have a very divers panel intoms of every think right intoms of ries color of cores, but also intoms of what people actually do so it was an that all of usward coaches right, we have a dancer, we also have do you who was content creator, we have my diana who was from soul collective so that we can see that this. Industry has so many businesses and so many people and valve then in stud of studio's being against teachers. It's seture we can like for you work together and it's always this competition. Sprecher*in 1 Of a community, you know what it's it's not i want to. Sprecher*in 2 Say it's not the. Sprecher*in 1 Competition of a community part is it's it's it's a lot of change because. I would save berlin is we do good and that's off i think that's we die nice that it alice give to feeling we we do like supporting it's other even if some people at teny is in the business and some people at to starting or are we doing you one is a coach and one is i'm bringing different you know but that's that's alice coms back to community and support edge other and i think that's that's the real safety behind it right so ja Fisher ja. Aleks' Rat: Einfach anfangen und Erfahrungen sammeln Nice. Ok, thanks for the insights. Sprecher*in 2 Ja, i was we a nice. Sprecher*in 1 Okay ja, thank you also for ja just telling me a lot about it. I think it before i do have some questions ories here, but then we keep talking and then i or is need to check that i us everything when i one it to ask ok before we mightsloty.com to in and what it weiß what do you get some one who wants to trust them so's more and start somping of the o just start. Sprecher*in 2 It's not event. I mean of cours as on this ining is like i just start from or stop moving. Energy create energy Stagnation will create mors stagnation start moving and this it. It's not an ons of everybody or i but what worked for me is just coming back to communities find the spieses plieses that inspire you and go from there. I know there is a lot of this. Now you know we can start up business plans was chat gpt, we can do a lot with an now or computer that's see and online world, but i feel there is nothing better that really like flowing body and you that we have when we physicalitic as some or out and putter soles in a space. We're we can be inspired in the field that we want to be in right and the waberlin is bursting with events, talks, panels, invitations you know if i have a coaching crient that is transitioning for example to a certan from one job to another what i see is you know? Find where it do's people hang out and just go hang out. See what what this industry stalking about right, there's kind of you examples that i had coaching Clans I'm one we're transitioned from corporate in to will nass right and i all we see just tryed to be around of do's people and the ideaswill.com but. Nothing willkommen from Stagnation and very off in as well, we teak are sos on this loops one we are alone at home and we're haveing this idea, but then we're like we one or realies that idea and all we do is i'm research news to be down, but all we do is we're just glute to the laptop trank to research some think trank to crit this business plan i all we see get out there and get the experiences. And that will get the jeuses running and you will start finding the way i's longard and expected like i was to the point. Aleks' große Vision für die Zukunft des Confidence Clubs Ok, thank you. Sprecher*in 1 Something i see want to share. Sprecher*in 2 Not really I'm in there. We are expending and with the confidence club or expending as well me myself right now. I'm also more present in Amsterdam and so my mean mean think to share is stay connected on whatsapp and when there is a spacer in eventto.com do it as it's not on the inbul in no and it is. It is maybe not a happening as much as it was happening in berlin because i do need to put my attention and to amsterdam is wallon and to this typ of expansion, so that's basicity the main share if you seeone.com a long ok perfekt because the. Hising. Sprecher*in 1 The closing question i have here all we see it's all so what is you're big a vision for confidence club, you're community work and everthing you building everthing you building I'm in I'm believe.
