This transcription explores high ticket sales, defined as selling products or programs worth over $5,000, such as coaching programs from influencers like fitness or relationship coaches. The speakers, experienced closers, explain their role: they connect with leads on Zoom calls, using a structured framework like the Alpha Method to uncover pain points, present solutions, and handle objections. Closers earn a 10% commission per sale, often making thousands per call, and work remotely with pre-booked calendars. The conversation highlights the importance of sales skills and human psychology, as closers must reframe clients' limiting beliefs in a 30-45 minute call. The speakers share personal stories, including one closer closing a $7,000 deal on his first call, earning $700, while another leveraged confidence to succeed despite initially not knowing the product. They emphasize that sales is a powerful, transferable skill applicable to everyday life, and that high ticket sales offers flexibility and high income potential, especially for younger people seeking remote work. The transcription also touches on the process of selling to analytical clients and the need for a systematic approach to overcome client resistance and secure commitments.
- Guys, what's up, what's up, here we go. Okay, so we're diving into, we're peeling back the layers or peaking behind the curtain of high ticket sales. - Yes. - We've all heard the phrase, who knows what it means. We're gonna find out today. What's your role in this madness? - Well, I've been in sales in general for like 15 years, maybe 16 years now, and I've been in high ticket sales for about six almost. - And what is it? Just to find out if I'm an idiot to which I am, I'm gonna edit that part out. What is high ticket sales? High ticket sales are just a fancy word for sales. Okay, but we call it high ticket because the average value of it is over $5,000. Right, so we consider that to be high ticket sales. High ticket sales could be real estate, could be selling yachts, could be selling private jets. But what we really do is we're selling a program or a product, mainly a program for what we call an influencer or guru. - Okay. - So say you're in fitness, you're a fitness coach. Say you're a personal trainer, and you're starting to help all these people get all these crazy results. And you're like, you know what, I could just run my own offer where people would buy my fitness program for $5,000, $6,000. What you need is you need closers who are then gonna go and sell your product for you. So you get leads come in. I'm interested to work with this personal trainer. I wanna get the results that he's been getting. Closer comes in, there's a 45 minute session, sells them on that boom, they're in your program. They get access to your model, they get access to your program, to get the results. - This is, you got some special. - Consider it to be high ticket, yeah. - Okay. - And you get a program. Something that people can attend, something that people can do, something that people can buy and buy into. So these people have a pain, it could be losing weight, it could be a relationship coaching, it could be, I can't find a woman to stay with me for longer than a year. What do I do? What's wrong with me? And then you go into relationships. - Yeah, let's get into that actually. What is wrong with me? - I don't know. - I'm gonna get you into relationship coach. I can tell you what to do. Then you get into that. And then you're in that program for six months a year. You're getting coach, you're getting in the program to try and find your woman. So, high ticket sales is the person who actually connects with the potential client. - Right, so. - Are we hearing his mic out there? - That's a great mic for you. - Oh no. (laughing) Did you hear that? Oh, you couldn't hear it. - No, I couldn't. - I'm sipping and magazine the washroom with the mic on. - I'm coming out of there. - Okay, so yeah, so you're the person that's like an influencer or a coach. - Yeah, influencer would be the person. A coach, yeah, a coach could be really ship coach, could be fitness coach, could be whatever you want it to be. You have a product, a program to sell people. And then the closers are the ones who are in high ticket sales. So they're now selling that product for $5,000 or more for you. And they get 10% commission on that. - Amazing. - It adds up. - So why did you get into doing this? I mean, that can kind of almost imagine why. - I mean, it's for the money. - I wanted to heal the world. - I mean, they want to sell your changing lives. Yes, we are changing lives at the end of the day because you are pushing someone against their limiting self belief. Like the reason why it's a sale is because that person who wants to lose weight is scared of failure. It doesn't feel like they can do it on their own. And so they come to the call and maybe they're, they're not like, "I want to buy right away." Obviously that would be easy. We wouldn't have high ticket closers doing that. It could be any sales rep. So you have to actually uncover these people and push them sort of to do it, right? 'Cause you have to get them to convince them to do it. And you have to convince them against, it's them against themselves all the time. So that's why it's a bit more challenging. You have to have very experienced individuals who are really good at sales and getting people to remove that limiting self belief to actually buy into that and invest that kind of money in themselves. - Right, so they probably are clicking around online late at night one night. You know, they're on the scrolling Instagram. - Yep. - They see someone who they think, "Oh, this person can actually help me." - Yeah, exactly. - Do this thing. - Right. - If they're guards down, they book the call. And then they-- - And then they're on Zoom. - And then they're on Zoom with someone like you guys. - Exactly. - But their fears now, their blocks are up, their walls up, they're like, "Oh, last night I felt like I could do this thing." And now you're trying to like remove the wall again and say like, "Hey, no, you have to go through the whole room role of asking questions." - Yeah. - And then under like uncovering their pain and then understanding if we-- It's like you have to kind of-- It's not everyone can get into it, right? So it's one of those programs where we can have 10 billion people joining the program. It's very selected people. So it's almost like they have to kind of sell themselves into it as well. And kind of convince us that they're a good fit to come into the program. - So it fascinates me about this. I see we'll see when I'm at the other night and an event. - Yeah. - The thing that when we were chatting, they got me excited was, I'm a big believer in sovereignty. - Yeah. - Everyone now is worried about if something else happens in the world that's weird and we had fired from our gigs. I've been there. You kind of want to have your income in your own hands. That's what I thought was cool about this. So did you work from home? - Yeah, it's all remote. 100% remote. So there is no office for us. - From anywhere. - Yeah, but laptop and you're connected to it, aren't it? - So young people, I mean, we're young, but we're not 20 years old. But like for the average 21 year old who wants to travel and go live anywhere in the world, they can do that just with a laptop and boom, you're making 20, 30, 40, $50,000 USD by the way. - For months. - Now people hear that, people hear that, they think it's BS, right? - Of course, of course. We thought it was BS when we got into it too. Yeah, right. $10,000 USD, sure. - Work off my laptop, but Moli, - Not going to an office, not doing, I can do my own hours. - And then get calls booked on my calendar and have high paying clients, booked on my calendar automatically. - Automatically. - So you're not out finding the people? - Oh, no, no, no, we don't do that. - That's for the junior reps. You know, we've got to work their, get our other strikes there. - So you work up at the point where you open up your laptop in the morning. - And you've got book calls. - And all you do is click, join Zoom. - Yeah. - You jump on, damn it, what can I sell? What can I sell? Honestly. - How to start your own podcast? - I know we talked about this, right? - Yeah. You have a calendar. - Okay. - You got clients like Angelo, who I close today. - Okay. - And Mr. Reginald, okay, who I couldn't close today. - Okay. - What's his problem? Too many living beliefs. - No, he wasn't ready. He wasn't ready. - He wasn't ready. - He wanted to start in November to go to a two day golf camp and he was going through injury and surgery. So he wasn't ready to commit financially. And he's an engineer. So you know at that point, he was a high paying client. He's very analytical. You have to break down the process so he understands it. So presentation is really key. Like how you can deliver a product with a customer is so important. So some people have to give to the gab. But there's a process. I know just from chatting over dinner there the night. - Yeah. - He was saying like, you've developed a step-by-step system. - Method. - Yeah. - Yeah. - What do you call it? - Some cool name. - All the alpha method. - Alpha method. - Yeah. - The alpha method is about a framework, right? Think of it as a GPS. When you have a call with a customer. He shows up. First thing for the alpha method is presenting with authority. Right? You might be talking to a CEO. You might be talking to doctors, lawyers. These guys are people that really care about their time. And they want to get results. And they're willing to compromise their investment to save time and get a result and not fail. Right? So introduction is, you know, my name is X, Y, and Z. Let me tell you how this call is going to go. So they know what they can expect during the call. They'll tell them what are their challenges. They ask them about their pains. What they've struggled with. Then you'll tell them about what their goals are. How they want to get down to their goals. And then you talk about the process and how you can help them achieve X, Y, and Z. And at the end of the call, you'll tell them how you can present them in the offer and get them enrolled. If they're not ready, either way, saying no is completely reasonable. Right? So there's no pressure. Keep the customer as guards down. And then you hit them with a question during the discovery stage, which is the stage where you have to listen. Right? Just by asking questions and listening for their pain points. Which is P, right? So listening for pain. Or working their way through alpha. Yeah. Yeah. Then there is a discovery stage. And then there is the presentation where you have to offer your solution. And then you talk about handling resistance after you pre-close during the close for them to take action and advance to make a decision. Right? And then make the investment. So as closers, we understand psychologically that this is the process. And this is how we have to make sure that the customer is ready to commit and make a decision and be OK to spend thousands of dollars on them. That's the thing with high ticket. It's like it's all around human psychology. So in order for you to actually be able to get into high ticket and be able to close on a high ticket offer, you have to have very, very high close rate and very, very, very good at sales. But you also have to have a knack for human psychology and how to get people to do a mindset shift. And keep in mind, we're like on a 30, 45 minute Zoom call. So it's a very short period of time to be able to reframe someone's entire belief system and close them. Hey, it's kid. Listen to power. Microdosing is undeniable at this point. You've listened to podcasts. You've read things about it. But you've got to be using the best of the best. Mindful meds is the gold standard. Website is mindful meds.io. I have a promo code. Were you guys good at this when you started? No. I was. Yeah. You're looking at your own. I was great. Yeah, I'll say like, you know, I mean, I, I want to just, I just say it how it is. And I was great from day one. But like, I would say that I got lucky as well. Like I got lucky because I am very good at having that conviction when I speak. And so I didn't even know what I was selling. Zero idea what I was selling. What was the first thing you were selling? It was a Amazon FBA program that you're selling people in. I didn't know one thing about Amazon FBA. I didn't even know what you just said. Yeah. I don't know what it was. I was like, for filling by Amazon, you find a product. That's the point. It doesn't matter what it is. Yeah. Like, you're just good at confidence, right? Yeah. So like, you just have to have this fake confidence when you go into sales call. And I think that's what did it honestly. It's not like I did anything spectacular. I just went in with like, all right, let's just fake it until you make it, you know? Yeah. And that's how I did it. Yeah. Yeah. What about you? See what?
Well, it was it was with Sophie Howard shout out to you. So he for her Amazon blue sky Amazon course We had a customer the first call I did close told you that story. It was a guy named Bill Right, and he had his daughter. She was getting married She was pregnant and she was working an out of five job and he wanted to Help her start a business online so she can make money remotely right started business online with Amazon And I kind of just follow the framework. I mean with sales as well as first and foremost You don't want to sell the product or features you want to be able to paint the dream Let them follow a process that will work so the customer can actually Commit to it and actually get down to their goals So the customer really wants is just to have their problem solved right So the bill at the time is like so I have a daughter She's looking to start a business on Amazon. What do you guys have to offer and say well tell me about your daughter? What does she do when she does X Y and Z? Okay, so why is she looking can you tell me why? She's looking to get an Amazon business started She told me her story. She's married. She has a baby coming on you know along the way she's six months and she wants to quit her job Said okay, well, let me Understand how we can help you will lay out the foundation see how we can get her started and at the end We'll tell you what it's gonna cost you the investment and we can get her started And he's like, yeah, tell me so then I just laid out the exactly what the coaching program provides coaches have a script Every online coach that has a high ticket offer We'll always have a script a process on what they have to offer Hmm closers just have to follow it. Okay, follow the script depending on the product depending on what you're selling they give you Their layout of how to do it framework. Yeah, you don't want to follow script every word forward because closers have this like obviously We all have different personalities and that's what brings a spice to it, right? But yeah, there is gonna be a typical script or framework that you follow so you're you're hanging up with Bill At the end he was driving and I said okay, Bill the next step for me is to go over the investment But how do you feel about the program? He's like, I'm really excited for her. I think she's gonna really love this Like okay, well, I'm excited for her as well, and we're really looking forward to get her started But process is super simple now. This is the close, right? You know normally the investment for any any members that are looking to join our program if they're not on the call It's an $8,000 investment But because Bill you've spent an hour with me to learn more about a program We're going to present you an on the spot offer. We're gonna give you a $1,500 Credit or a scholarship if you get get started today for 6,500 It's actually a $7,000 investment at close-in-men and he's like okay I'm like so yeah, we'll include x, y, and z Provide you coaching we'll get her onboard it. She can finally get started and we'll book her first call with our enrollment coach He's like okay I'm like alright, so how would you like to make the payment today? We we accept pretty much any payment we can accept mastercard visa Explore card. How would you like to pay? He's like I'll use my a-mx. I'm like yeah, it's a good idea. We'll get some points Is that okay cool? So how do I do that? I thought your nipples were getting hard. I'm like I'm like this is my first call Well, I didn't know I was like okay, this is pretty cool, but I got I got to be certain I got to be I got to be confident and they cannot let my emotions You know get in between yeah, so you don't want to board out like I can't believe it. Yeah, yeah, yeah I'll get bill read the sixteen digits across your card starting with the three whenever you're ready He's like yeah, it's three to three to three to both whatever you give me sixteen digits Ask them for his building address and then he was in just an athlete You know somebody who just looked for a business to start on Amazon Showed up on my calendar and boom There you go and they're using a multiple Yeah, different ones in the summer like if you're trying to start Amazon business You're just gonna go to one of close right you you're looking at multiple. So it's like when you got it You got to get them yeah, wow. Yeah, that's exciting. It was now And then so so let's say okay that we want it we want to be behind the curtain here right we want to know it's going on so Seven thousand dollars you closed them on yeah, and then what was your cut on that? $700 US 700 US 10% for a 40 minute zoom call. Yeah, it was like it was closer to an hour Yeah, yeah, and so you hang up the phone and you're like hmm a safe bad No, I just had a moment of realization because I was at the time I was working in out a five job right I So me and a cell we've been partners working for the last I don't know over 10 years and You know when COVID happens you wouldn't quit I kept telling you quit you need to quit your job And you need to focus on this is where you're gonna make the money you just wouldn't do it That's why he's going to this now this whole excepting nine to five because he Yeah, the push him out of there you cuz you experienced the fear yeah, but at the same time it was I was getting paid Nicely I was during COVID when they fired everybody. Yeah, and I was fortunate to keep my job You know, and I had the opportunity to work remotely Yeah, of course my income took a huge hit during COVID. I'm sure a lot of people that are listening probably took a huge hit during COVID But that's that's when I was able to kind of transition into into the industry and a cell Her husband at the time knew somebody that was involved in the industry and I just reached out and she said just talk to talk to him Let's see if we can get you started Yeah, and then one thing led to another K von K shadow to you He was the one that got me started on my offer my first offer and I just worked under his wing for a month or two months He just got me dialed in and he's like all right, man. Let's get you started you're my weekend warrior start taking calls on the weekend Let's get you started and then I started closing my deals during the weekend and I'm like damn. I'm making $2,000 a weekend. Yeah, and I'm I'm keeping my job, but I want to quit my job. Yeah, American. Yeah, American I mean that's a dream for a lot of people right now because it was a game changer. Yeah Wow, that's It's literally just a skill the sales is the most powerful skill that you can have as an adult And if you have that skill these doors will open up that you probably never imagined Your whole life could change just with that and life is sales right everything is Everything from trying to get into a restaurant when there's no reservations left It's sales. It's some of us are doing it without realized we're doing it You're rolling the rolling objections with your kids all day long. You know it right handling with objections right they say no You want to say yes like it's all objection handling with your in your relationships with your children Yeah, all the time you're handling it. Yeah, trying to get your kid off the phone right That's sales sales Can I have can I have this you're at the grocery store like no take it back. It's like well dad come on Can you and you're like your objections unconsciously see what you just got me a brilliant idea. Yeah, you need to start training children Okay, children how to convince their parents children are natural sales people They have to teach us because they're so good at selling us on things like they asked for the iPad 10 times and finally okay You can have it imagine someone on a landing page for an expensive golf Program coaching program. Yeah, and they call up and it's like a 10-year-old. Yeah, what's up, man? That's pretty cool actually, right? That's a brilliant. I'm just saying. It's just an idea for you. It's a whole army of kids. Can you imagine? You know what? It's not actually a bad idea Money anyway, Jesus average person who's listening right now who's like okay kind of feeling like a bit excited. Yeah How does this work? Like if you thought okay? Maybe I can do this you know, like I'm actually sitting here thinking myself Maybe I could take calls on the weekend. Oh, you could you want the personality. I'm sure you can do it All you gotta do is make you laugh. What would I what would I sell? Your own podcast. There's so many But that would be me selling my own offer Right. No, but let's say I was lazy and I didn't let's say I didn't have an offer like I'm trying to think of the listener here You don't decide who what you're gonna sell you don't decide. Okay, so let's say I just signed up I wanted to sell someone else's offer. What would I be offered to sell to start? It depends. There's so many out there So basically kind of find what you like you can do weight loss coaching programs, but that's the way you can go to pick No, whatever offer they send you offers and it's called an offer Okay, and so they'll send you an offer and say this is my program. This is how much it is This is how much you could make and this how much you can make if you crush it and then you decide whether or not You want to go for the weight loss offer the relationship whatever offers presented to you okay? You pick the offer you go on the offer and you start closing you might get multiple offers Yeah, you should take multiple Well, you shouldn't accept multiple, but you should look at multiple decide what you feel more aligned with so Yeah, so how do you even get to a position where you are being given offers you have to prove you have to prove that you're like capable You don't need to prove that you're capable, but well There's a lot of ways that you can get into high ticket closing one of them is you need to get the skill first Because if you go on to a high ticket offer with zero sales experience, you won't make it like you won't make it amongst those a players that are already on the offers So first you need to get that skill you need to practice you need to get a job like Seemo and I probably selling whatever or you need to get the training Like that's what Seemo offers right like the training and I offer it to like you get the training to actually become a high ticket closer And then usually those people that you're getting trained by will present you with options and different you know Gurus and different influencers who have offers and you get your first high ticket job probably won't be the best job in the world Probably won't make a million dollars, but eventually you'll get that a different offers It's just the industry itself. So you might start with some offers that you know you're you're Maybe you're making 10k USD which is like low-scale 10k a month. 10k a month USD. Yeah, which school? That'll be a starting thing and that would be a lower percentage of the of the you It's a smaller offer that's that's the industry you get 10% of everything you close But you'd probably only make 10,000 because maybe the leads aren't high It's a different kind of offer. Maybe it's a lower ticket offer and you're kind of working your way up But girls your senators are not going to be a strong. Yeah, you're close. We're pretty we're pretty skilled closer So I'm closing 62% okay out of 1,300 deals that were presented to me closing about 700
have any leads, right? Out of 5,500 to 11K offer. That's 62. But the average is usually around 15%, 20%. That's where you start. Right? Somebody who just got started. So if they have 10 leads, they're likely to close 1.5 leads. So if you have 30 leads, you close three, let's just say, that's 3K US. And is that because they just like the skill? Yeah, it's very good. Or is it because the offer isn't very good? It's a bit of both. You cannot go from having no experience to going to a very good offer that has a whole bunch of experienced closures. You've got to start at the bottom and work your way out. But the bottom is not really the bottom. I mean, compared to some of the jobs of what they're paying out there in the world, it's actually pretty good. But you're practicing. You're doing good. So when you actually go on that big offer, where it's $10,000 ticket, $12,000 ticket that you're selling on a 45 minute Zoom call, you can close them like that and stick on the offer. Like the standard and expectation of how high ticket is, the bar is set very high. So like if you don't make it, you get cut so fast. So it's just important to kind of get that experience before you go on like a really solid offer. So first you learn how to do it. Yeah. Then you get some offers. Then you start making some calls. That's it. And if you're decent, you get better offers. Right. And it kind of keeps-- Make more money. Make more money. Yeah. So a foundation, understand the framework, which is very simple. It's intro guys, discovery, presentation, pre-close, close. That's the framework. Now in between the framework, there are questions. Talk tracks. Once you have the framework in mind, the foundation, then you go into skill acquisition, which is how do you get your reps in? Who's coaching you? Who's training you? How many calls you you're taking? How many nose are you getting? Once you become so immune to nose and failure and not be phased by it emotionally or mentally, then you go into the income stage, right? Where you can go into a launch pad, lock and offer, find high ticket online coaches, land a gig, start closing deals, and then scale and grow. I guess that's the biggest block for people when they get into it. Is that they don't like hearing no? Or it sounds like the person's student they stood and they get all messed up inside their own head. Yeah. You've got to be resilient to rejection. You have to love rejection. It would be obsessed with rejection. Yeah, reject me. Like that. It shoots. Well, it sounds like dating advice now. I thought it is. Are you talking right to me? How did you personally get over the rejection? Well, I think women in general are daunting rejection very well. It's just like a big hit to the confidence. But I think rejection is just one of those things where you have to be obsessed with it, because every know is just going to lead you to the next yes. And you just have to be like push it off to the side and kind of move on to the next. And when you realize how many nose it takes for you to get to a yes, you're excited about the nose, because you know it's going to lead you to a yes. That's how I look at it. Oh, so you're OK. This is my fifth know. That means the next one's going to be a yes. And honestly, not everybody's going to close. That's why the closer it is never going to be 100%. And you just have to be OK with that. I have six calls on my calendar today. I am not going to close them all. There's going to be nose, but there's going to be yeses too. So when you get a no, it's all right. All good. I'm just one step closer to that yes. So this is really about mindset. Oh, yeah. It's the other day. It's a lot to do mindset. Yeah. What did you guys each do personally to develop your mindset, early on? As far as a mindset goes, I think for me personally, I'm very money motivated. So I've always looked at the path of at least where's the system money just get to the money. So I think for me, it was just once I was on that off from my very first one. And I was closing, closing, closing. And I was making the most money I've ever made. I was like, what is happening? And I was like, that is just shift to my mindset. So on days where I maybe wasn't closing 100% or closing 80, it just keeps you going. Because the money is the motivator for me. It's always the new. And I'm happy to say it. You're not money motivated. You can be in sales. You got to think about your goals. That's the first thing. What are your goals? And then, who do you idolize? I mean, for me, I'm really into personal development. I've studied 20 Robins. I've read Napoleon Hill's book. My favorite book, Think of Heroic. Yeah, mine too. It's the best book. Sometimes I go to the gym and work out to the audiobooks. Yeah. Seriously. It's literally how it becomes successful. If you actually just follow it and then just actually do it. And then I started Grand Cardone, Jim Rohn, personal about my coach Alex from MoZ. All these guys, if you just constantly consume their information, learn from their experiences, how they became successful. How can you follow their path and just focus on what they're doing differently? So I started down that path of just personal development, maybe when I was 25, 25, 24 around that time when I got into my finance gig. And it made me grow into a senior sales executive. And I was getting promoted like crazy every six months. I started from a junior role. Then my attitude, having a positive mental attitude, took me a far, took me far in my career. Just always looking at the positive at the end of the day and then just showing up to work and just being a positive impact. Your attitude can take you so far, than just being a negative Nancy. Today's money is constantly losing value. Mortgage printed purchasing power is dropping. And over time, your savings by less and less. You'll see it at the grocery store. If everything you own is inside the system, you are exposed. Banks can restrict access. Lots of videos align. If people try to withdraw $10,000 cash, they're harassed by the banks. It's insane. So like, what are you doing? Golden Silver gives you a way out. These are real physical assets that exist outside the system. It's just value. They can't be printed. They've stood the test of time. They hold purchasing power. Everyone's talking about this. It gives you real control. You own it. No permission needed. There are two ways to feel safer that I've used and would endorse and recommend to you. The Salmonee Wallet is a platform that you buy physical metals online, $5 here, $100 there, whatever feels good. It's stored in a military grade vault, waiting for when you need it. Of course, you can ship it to your home, three days FedEx. You can even sell it back and have the cash immediately put back in your bank account if you need it. Millions of people are feeling uneasy about leaving their savings in the bank. Salmonee Wallet is a great solution. Another strategy is you can move your RRSP into Golden Silver. Remove the risk of market crashes, maybe even be pleasantly surprised with a sharp rise in the value of silver if so many experts are predicting. So give yourself something most people don't have. Real control, real security, real peace of mind. Find more of how I do this at kidcarsen.com/gold. Let's say I went on LinkedIn. Yeah. And saw Tony Robbins, they're looking for a high ticket sales. You apply, and then how would they know if I'm good enough? They'll interview you. And during the interview process, they'll probably do what we call a mock call. So after they like your personality, they'll send you with a script and some example calls. And then they'll invite you back over Zoom to do a practice call with them. And the idea is not for you to sell them on that call, like that's impossible. But the way that I do it with people who interview with me is I just tell them, listen to yourself. I just want to see how you present yourself and how you conduct a call from start to finish and how the word sound coming out of your mouth. That's all you'll care about. Your conviction, your confidence, your, yeah, the sound of your voice. And that's how you do it. So that's why you want to get some training beforehand. So when you apply to one of these gigs, you like know what the hell you're doing. Yeah, exactly. Yeah, so I need the alpha. Yeah. What's called the alpha method? The alpha method. Yeah, amazing. So you've developed this over your years of-- I mean, it's pretty standard. I think there are so many different methods, but it made a lot of sense for me because it's worked for me and my career, our careers. We just came up with it. It was like, OK, well, hold on. We need to come up with a framework so people can actually understand how to close a deal. How do we do that? We just sat there, took maybe 30 minutes or an hour of brainstorming. Just does this sound right? No, it doesn't. Does this sound right or doesn't? And the alpha is how you shoot out every single closer conducts a sales call. And in general, if you just follow that flow, it helps you as well when you're on a sales club, you get lost because sometimes people can talk you're here off, right? So when you get lost into a conversation, it's like, you've got to bring them back to where you need to be because, again, you only have 45 minutes to close them, right? So it helps you just kind of keep track of where you-- it's about the framework, right? When we say framework, we mean like, you have to-- you can never follow the script word for word. If you do that, you're not going to sales. But what you can follow to a T consistently is a framework-- Right. --a pattern through a call. You know where the next point is. Exactly, right? Yeah. And then you ask questions. We call them temp check questions where you kind of check in with them, like make sure they're following, make sure they understand, make sure they're bought in. And as at the end of each section of your framework, you ask these questions to loop them back and get them excited. And then we do like a price drop. We call it where we tell them to price. Then you silence. Wait for the reaction. And then that's it. That's going to be hard, eh? Oh, yeah. Well, it's an eight second Harvard study. Once your price drop, during the close, you don't talk for eight seconds. It speaks for eight seconds. Eight seconds? It should be even longer. Whoever talks for our sluices-- Yeah. Always. Wow. Because it gives somebody eight seconds to really think and make a decision. If this is what they want to do and fully commit to something, before they spend thousands of thousands of dollars, that's hard. And you're confident because you're like, get this to the price. Because you're like, ah, what is you going to say? Is you going to say yes? Or is you going to say no? What do I have to think about my-- What do you have to focus? How am I going to handle my objections if he hits me with I need to think about it? Right. You've got to let him think for eight seconds to make a decision before you say, OK, well, I'm excited for you to get started. You ready for that next step? So you've got to always be engaging. You always got to be excited to actually create a transformation for somebody. Yeah. Wow. This is fascinating. Yeah. It's a lot of psychology. It's an art. It is. OK, what else do I not-- What am I not thinking to ask? Is there anything else that might be
fast-standing for us to understand about closing high ticket sales? I mean, I wish that more people actually had the courage to take it up and I feel like, you know, I wish I had done it when I was younger. Like, I feel like if I had done it when I was younger, if we had done it when we were younger, we'd be, we wouldn't, we'd be talking to you from a yacht probably somewhere. Yeah. Monaco. Seriously. Like, if you're young, if you're young. If you're young, yeah. And you want to get into a career. First and foremost, acquire the skill of sales, because that can take you so far in your professional career. If you know what you're talking about and you know where you're going, sales is one of the most powerful professions in the world. Yeah, hands down. Right. So, you know, you've got me excited in the moment. Yeah. The idea of working from anywhere in the world and just jump on, I like, I like that idea where this thing's pop up in your calendar. Yeah. And you sit down, I'll prime dirty to go. You're ready. You're just having a casual conversation. Yeah. Meeting somebody that is talking to you because he has a problem that you need to fix and he's looking at you as a doctor. And he's the patient. Hmm. I'm sick. How can you help me figure out what's going wrong with me? And how can I, how can you help me solve my problem? So I'm cured. You're literally diagnosing. You're not selling. You're just asking questions, understanding their pain and what is their goal? So they can really see what's possible if they go through your process. And then you just present all you have to do. Now, of course, can somebody not be in a position financially to fork out $10,000 or $5,000? Absolutely. Are there payment options and plans? Absolutely. Is there a way we can find a way to put our heads together and make it happen? That's what you have to convince them on. You got to be convincing part. Yeah. You got to give options. Okay. If someone's pretty excited about this right now. Yeah. And they're like, okay, well, they've we've talked to you guys do this alpha method. Yeah. How does that work? So we actually have a school community, right? We also have our social media accounts now. We're actually now putting up as much content to teach people about the industry and literally uncovering the curtains about the industry. You would basically join our school community right now. It's free. You book a call with us. We talk about a framework. Talk about your goals, where you are. What is it that you're looking to achieve? Do you have a goal? Do you want to travel the world? Do you want to buy a new fancy car? Do you want to just quit your job? Are you married? And you want to spend time with your kids? Do you just hate your job because you hate your boss breathing down your neck? And you don't want to report to somebody. Do you want to make more money? If that sounds like you reach out to us and we'll guide you, we'll help you. We'll teach you everything that you need to know. Train you and make sure that you're dialed in and you can take this as far as you want it to go. And that's who we are. What about a business owner who's listening? What I do specifically is I help on the scaling the business side. So a lot of people have that skill and they don't know where to start. So I help them start their high ticket offer and then scale it to the millions, hire their team, hire their sales team, train their sales team and scale their businesses. So as long as you have a program in mind or a product in mind that you know you could sell for a few thousand dollars and you're willing to put the ad spend behind it to get your name out there, then I help them scale their businesses up. Can you give me like an example of what that might look like? Just like a scenario? So one of one of our clients, his name is Warren, Chado T. Warren. He has a business that helps people that our business owners to have a landing page, a five day funnel and automation and sequencing. Right? He told me, "See what? I'm struggling with sales. I just need to know how I can conduct a sales call with any of my customers that are interested in my services." And I said, "Stomp on a call." So we jumped on a call, we talked about his business. I basically did a two hour mock call with him just to make him understand the process, the framework. He took his next call and he had literally texted me saying, "This was the best coaching session I've ever taken in the last 10 years since I've been in sales." Like the amount of information that you're able to let me understand about how the process works is completely blown my mind. So yeah, if you're a business owner and you need help with high ticket sales because you have a high ticket offer that you present to people that are interested in your product, reach out to us. We can help you. And also they have what we call a funnel. So how it works is the funnel itself needs to be in good shape. So before it gets down to the sales call and the closing is actually closing, those deals, the funnel needs to get into shape. So that goes from everything from what we call the lead. It goes to what we call lead form. Customer fills out an application that they're interested. From there it goes to the booking page, books are called. Then their sequences, we text them to confirm their appointment, they text back, then we do a qualifying call that. All of these is what we call the funnel. The funnel is add to close sales boss. That's a whole map that needs to be fixed and also needs a road map needs to be made. And then you get down to the sales team. So by the time we get in there and like actually help people skill their businesses, all there is to do is first we fix the funnel. We build out the road map of how they can go from the $10,000 a month that they're making to $100,000 to $1 million per month and more. Then from there, we put in a sales team in there. So some of the closures that have trained under us, we throw them in three or four closures to now help them sell that program. And that's how you scale it to the millions. I always think that anybody who is an expert in a field that can help somebody solve a problem, can have a high ticket offer. Yeah, most of us think that oh well there's so many other people that are better than I am. Yeah, so they say you know saturated saturated but that's not the case. You have to have something there's always something that helps you stand out. Right? It's just like me, I could get in a sales and say well there's a hundred sales people. Yeah, well there could be a million sales people. I could just be the best, right? And so there's always going to be competition and your job is to make yourself stand out from that competition. And that's what you hire people for to do for you. You don't need to do that. You just hire the right people to help you stand out so that you have your offer out there. Yeah, thanks guys. That was awesome. Thank you.

No, you don't need deep product knowledge. Success comes from confidence, conviction, and following a script or framework provided by the coach. You can fake it until you make it, as long as you can connect with clients.
You follow a script: discover the client's pain and goals, present the solution, offer an on-the-spot discount or scholarship, and ask for payment details confidently. For example, a $7,000 deal might close with a $1,500 credit.
