The podcast episode features host Jake Lang and guest Patrick Bern discussing the arrest of attorney Stephanie Lambert in Washington D.C. Lambert was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals on a bench warrant from Michigan, where she had been working with local sheriffs and town clerks to investigate alleged election irregularities in 2020. According to Bern, Lambert uncovered evidence of criminal activity, including emails showing Dominion Voting Systems communicating with a Serbian office and manipulating election data, which she reported to law enforcement. This violated a restrictive secrecy agreement in the Dominion discovery process, angering the presiding judge. The Michigan attorney general had been pursuing Lambert for months, viewing her as a threat for exposing alleged fraud. Lambert had recently joined a January 6th class action lawsuit, which the hosts believe made her a target. They describe her arrest as a new level of political warfare and warn that the persecution of election integrity advocates is escalating. The episode emphasizes that Lambert's evidence is powerful and that the underlying Michigan case is weak, with the judge acting under compulsion. The hosts call for public awareness and action, framing this as a rallying point for Americans concerned about tyranny.

A real frontline patriot brings you his one-of-a-kind perspective on freedom versus tyranny. This is the world premiere of the Political Prisoner Podcast powered by Gateway Pundit. Now, live from solitary confinement. Here's your host, January 6, Jake Lang. Hey, everybody. Welcome back to the Political Prisoner Podcast. We are on DEATH CONFIDE, Full Reddler. They are arresting January 6 attorneys and a mention in "Tegrity Attorneys." I've got one of my great friends on the line with me right now. Patrick Bern is here to break down the scenario with what happened to attorney Stephanie Lambert that she was accosted and arrested yesterday in Washington DC by the US Marshal's Patrick. My brother, God bless you. How you doing today? But, Jake, how are you, your wife, sir? Well, it's a shockwave, I think, for me and the whole January 6 community. I talked to my other attorneys late last night. They were appalled. I think that this is a new level of unrestricted political warfare that they're waging. And, you know, I guess they had no dignity. There's no line of dishonor that these people are not willing to cross. Well, I wouldn't say, you know, it's not like you're pointing the finger at the DC judge. I understand it. So I'm sort of, I'm first, so I've been overseas. I just got back yesterday, I'm on my way overseas again today. So I'm catching myself. The DC judge is not the problem, so to speak. The DC judge is acting on a bench warrant for Michigan. Now, the bench warrant for Michigan is the total political act by the goons of the Michigan. Stephanie has been the field marshal across my legal efforts. Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia. She's people on the pitch. She's a silent warrior. While the rest of the people in our fight, your other lawyers in New York may want to know if she's been the silent forest. She's a 414 year prosecutor from Detroit. And she has been working for, way back, I've said, on November 3, 2020, after the election was over, the secretary of state of Michigan illegally sent orders. Oh, that's your real life. Allegedly sent orders. Allegedly said, erase all your electronic media for the election, thumb guys, hard guys, etc. A number of people in Michigan who worked in elections recognized that that was illegal. And they refused. And they got in touch with their local sheriffs. They got in touch with their local town reporters got in the order. They knew it was a flagrant illegal structure, a lawful structure. And instead of doing as directly, they started their own investigations. And the current debt that Michigan has, the clerks have all the authority to investigate things themselves. The sheriffs, of course, county sheriffs are the frontline defense, I'm a lachigot. Like, federal state, in common law, they are, so they started, I think, for Michigan sheriffs and a couple of town clerks tired Stephanie, is for prosecutors. So she's been working for government officials. And she went through the proper channels. So again, she went through the proper channels. She went to sheriffs. But they went to her. They went to her. They engaged her. She got in the middle of all this. And you know, her researchers are all these attorney general, attorney general in the sector. They rigged 2020 election. And the research leads there. And for the last nine months, the attorney general of Michigan has been trying to jail her and jail the sheriffs. They tried doing that. The sheriffs, the town clerks, current and her expert witnesses who worked on these computers. You got the images of that. Well, you know, the Lord has been hiring expert witnesses for years. Why would they, anyway, they didn't buy her and they, they, they wanted inviting the sheriffs. First, she went to and defended the sheriffs. The court said, this attorney general is trying to take over this case. That's illegal. The court's appellate. So the sheriffs kept the case. And the attorney general, they've been behind some kind of subpoena from this wonderful sheriffs dollar leak. It's been subpoenaed to turn over his entire case file. And unbeknownst to them, this other thing. And so, I mean, they're really going on to their point. You know, the coups last stage just to try to jail the regime enemies. And I mean, that's what it's done to you for three years. But that's what it's doing to stuff it. And she has the goods. We really have the goods on her. And you just have to look, there's going to be so. Anyway, bounce here on that. That's Stephanie. But then should I get into the proximate cause of events that landed her and jail? It's not really DC. It's Michigan. Yes, I'd like you to go through the chronological order that has landed her in the DC. Gulagas America's newest political prisoner. I believe one of the catalysts to Patrick. You just literally connected me with Stephanie last week. I engaged her to become the attorney on the January 6th class action lawsuit. She was, you know, ready to rock her roll already talking to many of the victims. Many of our playing tips over 76 January 6th or on that lawsuit. She was in. And I guess that was the straw that broke the candles back in this scenario. You become a chance. It's attorney plus you're fighting election integrity. The deep state can't have that. They had to put her in leg arms. Yeah, well, it's a Michigan part of the state. I want you to just what happened. So she we have the good suggestion. It's all over. It's all over about the bleeding. We have. By the way, we have it. I'm going to take this after we come. We actually have it all. You know that last Thursday, Kurt also filed a case, Supreme Court, a deal on regarding care and late. And it looks like we're going to 2024. It's been rejected lower federal court. And is introducing new evidence to which the other side says, Oh, you can't appeal and introduce the evidence that violates federal procedures. It turns out you can one circumstance when they more or tell that your planes carry late or do speculative about what's going on with me. He when that's been the decision of the law, go you can appeal. It's actually no other speculation. We have a fact and we actually do have all the facts. And so the appeal was filed Thursday and what's getting filed today is emotion for expediting hearing. And it's getting filed Supreme Court saying we need to heard before June 1st is we have the proof. We have all the proof that I have at the multiple stage 2020. It's getting filed. You're given by the time you play this podcast. It's going to be the Supreme Court. So that's why so we have them and Michigan all roads lead to it's collapsing on a sector state. They actually hired this attorney general want the 40 lawyers in her own office. One of them would file charges against Stephanie. She had to go to a lawyer who was in on a cover. Bring him into the special counsel and have him to find out as a special counsel for these cases. Stephanie. Stephanie. So that's one set of things going on and Stephanie there was actually just a mix up a week ago. I was talking to Stephanie the one day she was first made a court appearance in Michigan. And she was on the seat. Tell me at one point like it. That it's been delayed and the attorney representing her is criminal matter like they live in a director for taking an image of you know for conducting an investigation that the town clerks serve faster than. And taking an image of a hard guy and some and some thumb guys so they've been better for that so she's it's against the law she had all these arguments. Her lawyer told her that he thought she wasn't supposed to appear and thought it the delay and yet her she was supposed to appear three to life like two thirds is a court. And then she got a video slitter discussion with her own lawyers. She thought it was off. She didn't go and the judge was absolutely going along with his plan to go right there. I guess issued a bench warrant. So so that's but the case is ridiculous. They can't be underline case which they will both weren't issued and the judge knows that the judges want to judge his absolute planning. So they can't even articulate what law she put. They cannot even articulate the law and it's ridiculous because these sheriff hired her and the town clerk hired her to run an investigation. It's part of that all the right in the world to do that. So anyway that's what the underlying bench warrants about now. But she was doing it. The thing is that the thing that you see was making her first appearance in my to me in case the thing that this showed me in DC. I think that the thing that's going to be in leg honors before that ever she's working. But I but a different one rest Eric Cooper. Yeah, hashtag arrest air and Cooper. Well, this is a lot to be asked. You're going to see she's going to make you sick when you hear. So but that case recently so I've had one turn is a wonderful. Is it DC attorney who's been representing me against the SEC and for years on and off. And it's anything to have to represent me for the government. This case he has. I want to have to handle the defensive side of the case as all got started, but once we really got it discovery I understand honestly all of this. I want to be handled very aggressively and it's not just a matter of defense anymore. She Answered she agreed to move the case to her because it's moved out of sort of a defensive case and to the hands of somebody who's got to be really Goes the jugular and who knows this industry now all the evidence that's out. So that's where it stands She made her first quarter parents to be see yesterday now Now and then there's one more background thing you have to know and that this should be played Is it the judge in the depending that the things the case I understand? Is made some noise mask need to come into court and explain what happened? And I'll do it here. I'll come back under oath. I was personally the country I flew back from South America Last night I'm leaving or yesterday morning leaving again today. I will come my trip short your honor and come back You're the man and tell your exact what happened. It's gonna match Sign here. So shall I proceed with this last part? Are going to look like to the judge when you Show up there and battle on behalf of our attorney Stephanie here Well, this is what happened last week so Stephanie takes over the case just two weeks ago She starts going through discovery And she calls me after three or four days her team and they say this is outrageous those clear evidence of criminal activity We have to turn on doubted termission to law enforcement I turn this into law enforcement. I've got legal duties. I've got ethical duties and Patrick if I don't yet so there was a very restrictive agreement between Me and dominion about the work we're gonna turn around the stuff Discovered or just and we all agreed to keep it secret. I don't know why We agreed to such a restrictive agreement because I have not the behind you know all they're gonna find the discovery for me is that You know I wrote again, you know I wrote a cyber security guy and I think about how to choose It's not that I don't I don't I don't anyway. I mean has a lot to worry about Well, but it was a restrictive agreement That I'm worried made to like then I got moved to Stephanie. She went through a chief. I have an answer She said She said I'm trying to life out a severed head in this box Not the man. It doesn't matter what the NBA says with the bank I have to do to do that to law enforcement and what we have here is worse than a severed head Because that's just the task problem. There's events here that clearly goes to ongoing criminal activity and I have a duty to go report this to law enforcement and I said our is there a mechanism for you to go back to the court DC and Clear through the judge first. He said and if we do that it can take like eight months The other side can fight it take eight months this match the way they must and she had to do the take a lot Well So she emphasized what she felt was her leading duty now I have even I haven't even long gone to the Dominican stuff Even when the other world was handling or have I Be stuffing but what she did was she took the stuff to her Michigan sheriff darling The Michigan sheriff filed an on meanwhile understanding is the traditional Michigan It's still trying to get this case away from darling and sent him a subpoena the man is criminal case form He wrote a subpoena. I mean he wrote an objection said I'm not going to give him a criminal case. Well, I'm investigating criminal and ongoing criminal activity It's not just this county in Michigan. It's all a mission and it's national and I have I have 58 ages of For example here's 58 pages of discovery that's been provided by staff and you ever and I understand there's 58 pages are dynamite I it's funny everybody thinks I'm behind it. I'm it. But it now it got filed and So he filed this after the event that this all is public and all these all these newspaper articles started You know about what's in the discovery and what's happening in the discovery is the Dominion remember the famous and from Michigan of that you know, November 3rd, 2020 was one of the big Stamins Yeah, that was a very red County that woke up November 4th and discovered that 35 There's a Trump flag and it's not long and then they went down and playing and I stumbled a later The clerks said yes, they've been a mistake. I hit something with my elbow and I flipped six thousand votes by accident Now I flip the back I think there were four different versions of the real numbers by November 23rd, but turns out in that period Well, what has been reported in the gay gay funding and other and sheriff Darlene released Those emails that staff engaged in but it's been reported is those emails show The menu was a communication with its office in Serbia about what's there really quite well That they even have an office in Serbia that they call their party office But they didn't acknowledge it and they were sending those guys the signatures to get on the entrepreneurs and Do something with results Between the election and the certification We have a Serbian nationals logging on the system which also told Isn't doable but we now know for fact. It's the book. I know just happy doing I can show a judge I'm coming next week. You're on our and I'll show you all hack these little systems right We know just how to do it anyway somebody from Serbia went in and did that and there's even also that there's Don't you know there's a spacer in the Covering for the other side the ultimate Take yes. Yes. There's a profession. I'm calling them and everyone there's emails that are quite incriminating about where he's basically knowing my What has been described to me is that he's like knowingly helping them cover it up and And he gave some That text but the email show is helping them create cover story and sell it We can and then I heard Yes, the thoroughly really has a page is more on his Twitter account and Twitter has taken it down I'm sure of our leads Twitter account I might team do that. I'm sure They're running for cover right now because this story is erupting in people's hearts. They're seeing I guess this is One of those emotional points where it's like even like I said yesterday I talked to my other attorneys And they were starting to be scared for their own future and representing January 6th election It's I really case is though these people that are committing these atrocious acts of you know just tyrannical oppression They're gonna start running for cover if he hasn't deleted the Twitter account Yeah, I'm sure he will soon No, the sheriff has posted the evidence and it's Twitter for how I think it's been blocked or something But now all that said so Stephanie goes into the court yesterday regarding the main and she's the judge there has two two two beefs or two issued An honest that he's presiding over a case where this was all supposed to be sealed up and Stephanie within a few days of getting old of it Look at this law enforcement. So he's mad about that Looking at that it the way can understand where he's coming from Although no stuff has an answer to that. I'm sure she gave him the answer that this is not just buying a severed head This is finding evidence that heads are being severed. I have your law enforcement and I could wait I don't know. I'm not a judge feels about that But the judge also had to be able to attack it. There's a bench for it to arrest in Michigan So he had my understanding is what happened was it the end of the meeting Be clear the courtroom when everyone else walked out he asked her to stay and sing she stayed some kind of marshals Shutter doors locked them and arrested So there's that but they can't stop the evidence. So you want to go on so am I So now I'm just told you what really up And I think that she's sharing a hearing today 40 on bench now and that is going to be sent out of bus Kansas But the case Michigan is not even well formed. I mean this is real I'm not saying that about the E.C. Judge where her days played over the straight and it is within my Can that a street shooting judge might still have been yesterday. He said I don't know how upset he was about the stuff being leaked like yes He was I don't know how he felt about the stuff in the way I heard duty to the bar that courts Ethics but in addition he had a bench work and that's really what she had to say So I'm not sure if they should people should be focused more on Michigan than they are at the He's is acting under compulsion to Follow up. I mean The miss not a few orders of from the Michigan you know election uh. shrewd that's what really happened though i think that was not work is written this that you're on the red stuff i mean reddits historically uh. rebuild it to me i'm over the horizon i'm up on the front lines that you guys have a lot of your reading about you over news reports of what happened uh. i'm on the front line
