204 - The REAL Odyssey & The Gilgamesh Tomb Conspiracy

The podcast blends personal storytelling, ancestral discovery, and speculative history to explore deep human connections. A key revelation is that the hosts share a surprising 8% DNA match, with one discovering unexpected Chinese heritage—prompting reflection on identity and lineage. This ties into broader themes of mystery, such as the real-world origins of the *Odyssey* and geopolitical tensions, like China’s military preparations for Taiwan. The hosts share personal anecdotes, including a harrowing flight to New Jersey that triggered anxiety and served as an unexpected form of exposure therapy. They also dive into spiritual practices like prayer and meditation, discussing the idea of forgiving natural disasters, which leads to theological debate. Personal struggles with sleep, mental health, and relationships are woven throughout, highlighting emotional vulnerability. The episode ends with a fun, creative twist—proposing a monthly media club featuring books, films, and music—while teasing future episodes with humor, conspiracy theories, and a fictional song about a mystical airport. The tone balances wit, introspection, and wonder, creating a rich narrative that connects personal history with larger cultural and spiritual questions.

This week, for nearly 3,000 years, we've been told that the Odyssey is just a story. But what if Homer's epic was inspired by real places? Real events. This is something far more supernatural than anyone had ever imagined. And then, with my political handshakes and background deals. Why is it conspiracy that has haunted American history for decades? Did secret presidential agendas cost innocent lives? All in the pursuit of an ancient mystery connected to guilt and mesh. Finally, we all took DNA tests to settle the debate once and for all. Our Josh and Lily actually cousins. And we find out one of us secretly, Chinese. And you won't believe who it is. This is Ninja's or Butterflies. This podcast is brought to you in powered by Sunday. Who will watch this or listen. Is the soundbar recording? Cumberboard recording. Is that how we want to start today? That's how we want to start. You guys started by telling me you're really bad news. Why if you have to attack me? Yeah, that's actually exactly. OK, that's fine. All right, so why couldn't you sleep? I don't know. I think it's a cyclical thing. I think it's hormone related. Oh, hormone. This usually happens to me. Hormone. Watch shit. OK, we got-- [LAUGHTER] What? We can't stop, we can't. We got to start over now. No, leave it. I just said hormone. No, OK. I-- I don't see the big deal. Watch, I took progesterone before going to bed, which is a sleep aid for me, and helps with my hormones. And it's a sleep aid. Stop it. And this happens to me, usually on day one of my cycle, I have a bad sleep. Stop it. The bad sleep. A bad sleep. Same here. None like this. Same here. None like this. I did not go to sleep. OK, that's true. Every time I wake up, she'd be like opening the door. I'm like, what are you doing? So what's your process? Like, do you continue to try to sleep? Do you get up and start doing something? It felt good to lay down until it didn't. Did you get on your phone? Not until 5 in the morning. OK, that's, yeah, that's crazy. I literally just laid there. And I had my sleep mask on, and I was just laying there. And my mom was going, I should have been praying to be honest. I did around 2 in the morning. I started praying. But otherwise, I was arguing with a lot of folks in my head. Yeah, including me, yeah. At one point, I was arguing with Josh. I don't know why I was mad at him. I think I was mad because he was sleeping and I was not. I hate that you're sleeping with me. I hate it. But the girls could send something. The girls could send something, because they were also up all night long. And you know what she does? She slides her arms under me from the side of the bed to wake me up. It's very scary. Ada? Yeah. Anyway, so I didn't go to sleep. I ended up falling asleep around 6.30 in the morning. And then I was woken up at 7.30 in the morning. And then Josh, let me sleep a little bit longer. And I woke up at 8 in the morning. He let you? He permitted me to. Interesting. Yeah. What a benevolent husband. Hmm. Anyway, that was my night. And I'm a little sweaty. I'm a little confused. A little stressy. But anxious. A little let's have a good day. I'm a little scared right now. You want to hear what I hear every time I fall? Can't sleep. That's what I put on. Love you. O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock and my fortress. And my-- That's Felix. He talks to me so I can go to sleep. What is that? Why are you awake? The best Bible app ever. Dwell. My therapist told me about it. 30 bucks a year. I have it. There's sleep meditations. I do. I've done it. You used to do the sleep ones. Very nice. It's the best. Because it literally does like a meditation at the very beginning, like telling you to breathe, all that stuff. Cool. Now I just do this every night. I know. Pray through this. Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, was your process? What do you mean, for each beat? Each night is Lord Jesus Christ. And we've got to have mercy on me as sinner. And then like for like specific things, like when my grandma was dying and stuff, the big Lord Jesus Christ, son of God, be with Massey, Lord Jesus Christ, and we've got to do this. It's just kind of just a-- Yeah, for sure. Repair the thing. And I rarely make it to the sinner. Yeah. Because you fall asleep. Yeah. And then, but when I do make it to the sinner, I usually do the word spare. Yeah. That's awesome. That's great. I found a new hack for going to sleep. It's doing math. Page and I know we'll wake up and we'll try to like count back, like how many ounces as he had, like try to figure out sleep. And I realize I can't do math when I wake up in the middle of the night and I'm asleep on my face on a pillow. Yeah. And the second formula. It takes me pretty quick to realize I can't do math. Oh, really? Yeah. Well, no one should ever do math. Math. Oh, math, yeah. You seem to go into it. Math makes me sleepy. Last night, I was actually practicing what Anthony Rousseau told us to what he does. How he has to, and it was really hard. I and these very intelligent. I think people miss that. I forgot what it was. He was naming. You name random things, and it required a lot of random, I mean, in fact, I think it made it worse. Yeah. Well, he said that. I was like, there's no way that doesn't wake me up. Yeah. You go like guitar. Oh, no. Those are related. Yeah. Why can't I think of unrelated things? Ocean. I teach the girls the seven-second method. So seven seconds breathing in, holding it for seven seconds, breathing out for seven seconds. You do that seven times. I've never made it to the seventh one. Really? Never. Wow. Yeah. I don't usually have trouble falling asleep. I will say something that I was grateful and glorifying God about in the night is that you used to sleep so terribly. Yeah. Like, sleep. For every night. I sleep great. Yeah. And now he's. Really, really loud. Nice. I was getting this weird thing, where she's going to chiropractor this week. I talked to her about acupuncture because I don't, I'm not, but I think she's willing to try it. She's got this shoulder like nerve thing where like it just goes completely numb and hurts her so bad. Oh, no. I don't know. Yeah. That's what I'm thinking. I therapy, too. Yeah. Shamanala, malala, malala, ding, dong, dong, shamanala, malala, malala, ding dong, dong, dong. We got a lot of talk about today. I'm ready to start and get into. We ancestry stuff. And history are results are in folks. They're in. I haven't looked. I haven't looked. I haven't looked either. It's been available for almost two weeks and it's killing me. We found a relative. Yeah. I didn't it popped up. I didn't look at it. But I was like, I don't know that name. Wow. That's exciting. Yeah. What if you want to discipline? Well, it's an aunt. Oh, cool. We got to talk about the Odyssey. We saw the Odyssey over the week. We got to talk about. Did you go? Yeah. I got stuff about giants. I got stuff about fairies. I got a lot of stuff about the Odyssey. I got a lot of stuff about the laughing epidemic of the 1960s in Africa. Well, we got to talk about people. I found something about a theme park. Theme park. It's a little boring though. So save it for a boring little. Oh, good. Got it. But you're excited. Yeah. Boring. We'll burn boring. Fine. I got to get to Gilgamesh. I got tied in and then I figured out how they're doing cloaking with drones. I like literally found a research paper and have the video of how they're doing it. Buckle up, folks. It's glitter. Nope. Buckle up, folks. This is going to be a wild one. We should jump in. There's a lot. Probably the greatest song we've ever done in our life, too, is coming up. Yeah. Do you want us, huh? I'm tired, too. I think she, I was so confused because every time it was actually kind of making me angry at one point, I'm like, what are you? You were kind of being loud, too, be honest. I'm sorry that you didn't sleep. What do you mean? I was being loud. I heard you open the door. Can I tell you why I had to open the door? She thought there was a fire in the house. But you also left the freaking dog in the room. Why? Are you sure I did? You're responsible for them at nighttime. You are responsible for them at nighttime. I think you communicated to you? No. It is. And I'm responsible for the children at nighttime. If it's unspoken, it's not clear. Okay. I'm not in the room. I'm in the room. I'm in the room. I'm in the room. I'm in the room. I'm in the room. No, actually, no. I was in bed and you got up and got something like water or something. Can I be read on that song? That's great. We have. Did we? Yeah, 100%. Okay. I trust you. Young guy loves the show. - Cool. - What a mic. - Very nice guy. - What a mic. - Father Mike. - So, I had to do EMDR around this trip because part of my anxiety, I know people are probably so sick of me talking about anxiety, but here we go. Part of my fear is a fear being trapped. - Yeah. - Stuck, if you will. - It's irrational, truly, 'cause it's like- - Well, you're a kidnapped and held prisoner as a child, so I think that's where it stems from. - True. - But I was, I just have this fear being trapped, like I'm playing like doors are shut. Uh oh, I can't get off. - No way to go. - So I did this EMDR and then one of the questions is like, what's the worst I can happen? And I'm like, well, I've seen a lot of TikToks about the New Brunswick, or sorry, the New Work Airport, and they're just being chaos all the time. And people being stuck on the runway for hours and begging to get off, so that freaks me out. - Yeah, what are the odds though? The odds were, in my favor. So we take off from Orlando. - Early in the morning. I take off. - To our flight. - Yeah. - Yeah, two, two and a half hour flight. We're there. We're like over DC, and they're like, oh yeah, there's storms. Right over the New Work Airport, so we're just going to hang out a bit, and then we'll head that way. - So full. - Yeah, all this stuff. I'm thinking, man, we're toast. - Yeah. - So it turns out we are running out of fuel, so we're going to land in DC to refuel, but it should be a quick stop. We'll get us back up in the air shortly after that. - It's not a big deal. - It's a little, just a little detour. - We land. The fuel truck's not coming. I'm like, oh my gosh, it took 45 minutes for the fuel truck to come. - Yeah. - Well, guess what? - Not terrible. - We lost our flight. What do you call it? - Windo. - It's like, we'll just hang out on the runway until we get another flight window. Three hours sitting on this runway in the plane. - In the plane. - In the plane. The plane got so hot, it had to have been 86 plus degrees on there. People in the back back were like, please can we get off? It's so hot. Everyone's sweating. Is it all right? Yeah, we'll get off for a second, and then we'll get the new flight window and head out. At 11.30, I did not get on the flight to leave DC until 10 o'clock at night. - 11.30 a.m. - 11.30 a.m. - To 10 p.m. - You were stuck in the watching the DCM. - I was sick. - You used to get the major detail of sitting in that lobby. - Fight. - Oh, the fights. - Yeah. - Well, yeah, everyone was mad. Yeah, this is crazy. - Big round, it like all of the flights going to New Jersey or something. - The whole East Coast, Philadelphia, Baltimore, New York, New Jersey, all grounded because of these storms. Our airport was grounded because of the DC war. So they just kept on changing the gates and they kept on changing the time, so I'm just like holding out because I was like contemplating like rent a car, so you get a train ticket. - Because you're like five hours away at that point. - Well, the train would have been a three hour train ride. - Train would have been fun. - Yeah. - But I'm just like. - It takes an hour to get to the train station. - Yeah, that's the thing. It took, it would take an hour to get to the train station, so it was just, it was hard to play out. Something like, I'll just wait 'cause I'm pretty sure that we'll leave at some point. We didn't. And it got to the very end. There's a gentleman who, I kind of befriended, who had a 16 year old son. - Everybody was befriending each other that was on the same flight. It became like teams. - Yeah, but this gentleman who was from New York and his 16 year old son, who they have some father's son issues. - Yeah. The son was a little off the rails, but maybe for a good reason. You found out later. - We were in a ski mask and stuff and just, just not very polite, young man. - What's on the ski mask? I don't know. It was scary. - It was scary. - It was scary. Anyways, they got in the fight. - Oh, no. - At the gate entrance. - Father and son? - Showing each other. - What? - Curse and each other. - Wow. - Oh, and trash cans at each other. - What were they saying to each other? - Are you kidding me? - From me to you. It was this close and I'm doing this. - That intense? - That intense. - Over what? - I don't know. - Oh, no. - He's like giving me my bag and he's like, it's not your bag. It's my bag. - Oh my gosh. - Oh my gosh. - Blip, blip, blip, blip, blip. - And then he's like, you never been there for me, dad. - He's like, you never, never never been there for me, dad. He's like, I got it by my own shoes. He's like, no, you get it. - Oh my gosh. - This whole thing, I'm like, oh my gosh, guys, then the kid goes over and starts punching in the keypad for the gate door. - What? - That's a legal. - I know. - That's crazy. - And I'm like, I'm toast. - Yeah. - I'm stuck here forever. - Yeah. - What's in that bag? - Yeah. - No. But then he kept on, he's like, I'm going to shoot you. - No, he didn't. Really? - Yes. And he's like, grabbing in his pants like this. - Bro, what is happening? - He has like, what is happening? I'm like, there's no way he has a gun. - Is he the air marshal? - It was freaking me out. - Where was security, by the way? - They're not biologically arguing cops. When he's punching in the thing, the flytons are like, sorry, you can't do that. You can't do that. He's like, bleep, bleep, bleep, flipping them off. And I'm like, bro. I'm toast. And at that point. - He was on the phone with me. He's like, go ahead and order the rental car. - I said, I said, please get the rental car. I'm like, I'll drive. And I stood up and everyone's like, so what are you doing? I'm like, I'm getting a rental car. That father that just got an argument. He's like, hey bro, you want to go half on that? - You want to go Dutch on the rental car? - I said, I literally said, sir, with all due respect with what I just saw, I do not want to drive with you and your son. Are you willing to leave your son in DC? And he goes, I can't, I can't. - Yes, he has your stitch. - How nervous were you though? Like, as soon as you realize he's talking to you and you know what he's about to ask, that had to feel awful. - Yeah, I mean, but I was not afraid to say, I do not want to write. - Of course his whole was already here. I mean, there was no. - It would have been so funny if they both just got angry at you and that's what brought them together. - Yeah. - They needed a mutual enemy. Anyways, long story short, with their Brennan did, took his vows of celibacy, my brother Brennan, cousin Brennan. - Because he's going to the brotherhood. - He's in the brotherhood. - For people that's weird out of context. - Yeah. - In the Catholic church is the thing. It's the brotherhood of hope. - So cool. - I can just sleep in a bed by myself. - Brennan said, I get, it's full permission for me to say that it's basically, it's a monk. - It's awesome. - Yeah, monastic lifestyle. I think. - There was a sword in the ceremony. - What? - Very cool. - You didn't tell me that? - Yeah, there was a lot of really good things. - You brought them metaglasses and just wore it the whole time. - I know. They had to hold the sword and it was like this, like the word of God is a piercing sword and the sword spirit. - You weren't massed basically from morning until night. There were prayer times. There was all the special stuff you were participating in, like kind of like cool ceremonial stuff. It was just like, hey, it was like a three day. a cool. Yeah. Um, and then, yeah, what they do, Brennan in particular, he and his group posts up near college campuses and witnesses to college ministry, yeah, which is his heartbeat. He likes young people. He's young himself. Um, and then, but there are other brothers you were talking about. You met because there's only like something like 37 brothers that they put. Yeah. And the 30s or 40 brothers, and they were all there. Yeah. And one of them is like witnesses to homeless people. And so they all have their own like spiritual giftings and yeah, purposes. But I will say you met all of them. I've met, I think maybe five just through Brennan bringing them around. And it is the clearest I've ever seen the Holy Spirit living and happening a person is. I know. I did not represent the Holy Spirit. Anyway, these guys are just like on fire for the Lord. And they, they really exhibit all the fruits of the spirit. So if you have a brother near you, being as funny, yeah. They're awesome. So stoked to run into Brennan at college campus. Oh my. No, I'd be converted like that though. He does like kickflips on like skateboards and several of these like kids. He's a coolest guy. Yeah. In his outfit, they all wear outfits. He doesn't wear like robes or anything. He just wears like a like a, like a blue colored shirt and pants. Yeah. And a big cross. Yeah. He's dope. This is great. Great experience. That's awesome. So the flight back was good, right? Yeah, that's fine. Yeah. And they all work as stuck again. The craziest part of the story, though, is this was supposed to be your first, first class flight because he cashed in points. And that's your experience. Yeah. Yeah. And you know what I was just thinking about with that? Actually, that was like the gamble of a lifetime because when what I realized from that video that we saw the other day is if they say that they're stopping to refuel and there's a three hour delay or more, you could get something like three times your money back for that flight. Oh, so that's what I was saying. Can we do that? I'm going to email them because we probably just made money on your flight, baby. Yeah. But that is why I always fly private, honestly. That's why I always fly private. But it did something weird. It broke this weird anxiety thing within me. Yeah. Exposure therapy. I was as much of an exposure therapy as you possibly get. And so I was beneficial. It was very beneficial. Can I tell you something? You did it. We all plan that. You called in a bomb threat. Yeah. I did because I really care about you and I wanted you to make it happen. And you would do it if we did. If we told you about it. It's need to be fervorized. That's the word, right? Yeah. Yeah. I think the whole time you were experiencing that, I was like kicking walls and like flinch and pillows and stuff. I was so mad. I'm like, of course, this would happen. I thought I was going to go the opposite way. And you're like, I'm never getting an airplane again. Yeah. She was getting her hair done when this was all happening. Yeah. That's true. She's like, do not disturb. I'm like, I'm freaking out. And she's like, look at this. I'm having the best time of my life. In her defense, you were supposed to be on a first class flight. Yeah. Trudeau. I would tell you what, first class is dope. I was very cool. They bring you a hot towel. So rub your hands off before they bring you a hot meal. I don't know what to do. I've been to a couple fancy restaurants. And when that thing's sitting there, I'm like, I don't know what to do with that. Same. I need to take like an etiquette class or something. Not that I want to find myself in many of those situations. But if I ever accidentally do, I don't want to be caught my pants down. That's weird. Please hire an etiquette lady to come in. What is that would be great? What is it called when you do that? Like, like, Catillion. Yeah. Jinx. Page was a debut taunt and like, did all the Catillion stuff. But it was like, whatever end up at restaurants, like with her and her family, she'll look at me and I'm just like looking around. She sees the like panic in my eyes. She's like, fork. Use that fork. And you're like, oh, what? We did a Thanksgiving where we went to some like really, really like fancy restaurant like multiple course, like, you know, the whole thing's done. And we're sitting in there and I'm like, I do not fit in. Like my outfit doesn't make sense. Everyone shows up. And then literally there was a guitar player across the room, like playing classical music. And I think by like our two, the dude was out of his pieces. And I realized he started playing like hip hop melodies. And I just had a moment where I looked across the table, like, locked with him. And he realized he got got. But I see only one in the room who was like, I'd eat all along. You're either dude. I would love to do it at a good course. We'll set that up. That'd be a fun little Patreon thing. Yeah. We'll speak into the etiquette course. Let's find out where we come from. Is it time? It's time. Let's go. All right. We're going to click in at the same time. I don't even have a link up yet. So who's the most ethnic of all of us? Andrew for sure. 1% Chinese. Let's go That's crazy. I wasn't expecting that. That's pretty cool. What part of China does it say? Southeastern which makes sense with like a bunch of my roots being in like the Chinese immigration into the Philippine expansion. So true that some ancient, you know, remnant genetic. Well speaking of China. I am a Chinese though Neha, have you heard of them abalming stuff? Where is that place? Let me just start over Did you guys hear what China is doing? In preps for a big war. Oh gosh. I don't think I want to know preparation. Let's get this subject China They've discovered from satellite images in the desert in China. They have laid out Taiwanese buildings like the presidential palace. They've laid out US fighter ships and jets. They've laid out the port in Japan where the U.S. A station and they are actively bombing those things. Oh goodness gracious. So they are fully preparing for an invasion of Taiwan and invading the ports in like Japan and stuff. Oh boy. This has been happening for like the like the buildup has been happening for a long time, right? Because I'm very ignorant with the whole Taiwan like Taiwan has been disputed for a long time. Yeah. Taiwan basically has their independence from communist China And China is like, no, you guys still belonging to China like no, we don't. And so America and those allies have always kind of protected Taiwan. Okay. But China is like, no, Taiwan belongs to us as well. They're trying to go get it. They want to get it. But what they're doing now, what it's come out is that they are fully preparing for an invasion and there's like proof to it. Like they literally in the desert. You can see it's like the roads are mapped out. Yeah. They have soldiers out there doing like drills of like how to invade the palace. Crazy stuff. Now this wouldn't be too hard for China, would it? It would make wise. I mean, like politically it would be a disaster, right? But yeah, because the US would as a right now, the US would fully defend got it and all the allied nations as well. But who knows? I'm torn. Yeah, it's your people. And you want the best for your people. Nation and my heritage are at war. Ah man. The question is, are you a communist? Are you communist? Andrew at heart? That's really a question. Jesus was a communist. Don't take it back. Now he was. Maybe we can create a story that like your ancestors made the Chinese underground church. Oh, I'll take that. That would be cool. Brother. Yeah. What do they say? It's like it's like one in 10 dudes or something. Yeah. Like some insane stat like one in like 30, some dudes are related to gang is calm. That's crazy. That guy was the stump on your family tree. That's where it all started. Speaking of stump, I'm a family tree. It's the last thing before we have to go potty. So come up with something. Did you hear the man who has been placing bets on what Trump was going to say? I did hear about this. Okay. This man has profited over a hundred thousand dollars for him using one of those gambling sites predicting what Trump is going to say. He said that hard. caveat. He is the man in charge of the teleprompter. You stinker. You cheater. Take it all back. I probably. I don't know. Yeah. There's no way. Yeah. The guy who runs. Do they have those rules? I mean, I think that's like insider trading. On a gambling app on your phone. Yeah, because you know, we know what's going on. It's like fixing the fixing it a sports game. Yeah. Anyways, that is crazy. I mean, I mean, of all the things to bet on, not a bad move. Do you know what that means though? Trump reads a teleprompter. Yeah. Wow. Which is crazy. It's crazy. I just scripted down before. - Honestly, let's pretend. - Every tangent. - No, they write this. - He's just confused. - In the court a lot, that is a fair argument. - What? - Just like, it really is a gamble on if he's gonna follow the telegram journey. - No, 'cause he knew exactly what he was going to say. - I guess. - Anyways. - I gambled on the World Cup and I lost it all. - Yeah, shit, you're really old. - What do you do it? - I heard that my brother-in-law is making a ton of money off of sports gambling and I could not let him. - What do we do it? - It's like, Josh, this could be a really good pass of income. I said, I promise you it won't be. - We really have like gambling visitors anonymous. - She literally said she got, I'm like, I don't want any part of this. Game like freaks me out, it stresses me out. And she's like, look at it, for the price of a cup of coffee, I just placed it on Spain winning. I said, that's what they all say. - What do you sponsor right now? - For the price? - For the price of a cup of coffee. - Golly. - Anyways, Robin Hood. - Robin Hood got me. 'Cause you can now do sports betting there. - Can you really? I'm a Robin Hood account. Well, I mean, what is the difference between sports gambling and freaking crypto, you guys? 'Cause you guys all had your crypto moment. Josh didn't sleep for like two days. - A moment. - Doing this doge stuff. And I'd never said anything. Do you, Boo Boo? - It's like all I know is I will, to her point, stock market, it's all a freaking gamble. - Yeah. But we specifically tell our ad people not to give us gambling advertisements because we do not support gambling. - I don't support gambling. I'm trying to make a positive income. - I just support it financially. - Try to make a positive income. - I just think, it's just for fun's use. I mean, it's not like I'm like betting on, it's not like I'm going to a casino. - The only gambling I like doing is one fantasy football. Like, oh, that's something really gambling though. It's just like you put like 10, 50 bucks or whatever. I've never done 50, but it's like, people do that. It's fun. I see these one guys on TikTok. They'll just like sit, like they're in the, they're office building on the skyscraper. And there's like the next person that walks to that door is a white shirt. I bet you a dollar and they're like the head. And so like that's their time. These little things is just a dollar or 50 cents or something. - I put $5 down that Spain was going to win in 90 minutes. And obviously they won. They just won it over time. How much money would you have won if you would have got that? - 40 bucks. - Really? - No, you put 20 down on it. - Oh, I did. And it was like 46 bucks. - It's already gone. - I have a five bucks down that Luminiumal was going to make the first goal. And he didn't. - Crazy. - You're a good gamblein, dude. - Anyway, he almost did in the fourth minute. - Don't gamble. - Don't gamble. - Don't gamble. - Every time I call my mom she's like, I'm like, what are you doing? And she's like, oh, I'm just gambling. You're inheritance away. - I'm like, would you stop? - Cut it out. - Speaking of gambling, do you guys know that? We getting out, don't go anywhere. (upbeat music) - Okay, I want to tell you about patreon.com/nidges or butterflies. Did you know for only $5, you can get access to early release on episodes behind the scenes content and a bunch more. And for only $5 more than that for $10 bucks and the no dad deal, you literally get access to our bonus episodes. We film an extra episode every week. It's worth it. You're going to want to dive into it. patreon.com/nidges or butterflies. And it gives you access to the entire catalog of things that we've ever filmed. And you're going to want to dive in there and check all that out. And so I'm not going to bore you with a longer ad. This has been long enough. Okay, love you. Thank you. Bye, all the things. Wow. - It's got a bunch of half cussings. I got a ton of half. My half cister is on here. - Dang, that's kind of cool though because you get to meet people that you probably don't know. - The coolest one, that's how my sister literally met her dad. Like, talked to her dad for the first time. - That's crazy. The coolest one is my second cousin, James Barr, which is my grandma, Mazzi. Her, she's basically half Irish, half Scottish. Her mother's from Scotland. - Yeah. - And they're the bars. And so James Barr is my second cousin. It shows them and they're literally all wearing kilts. - That's the coolest. - It's pretty cool. - That's so cool. - Oh, I got a message from someone. - How you day? - And in case you are wondering how we are related, I will tell you. (laughs) That's how that's the opening line. - It's a spooky. - James Mayors was my first cousin. - Oh. - His mother, Marion Little Mayors. I did not know that was her name. Marion Little Mayors, thank you. And she was little. Was my father's John Little's sister? Any questions feel free to ask? Dorothy Little Killier. - Any relation to Stuart? - Or Little John? - Watch it. - Any relation to that little white rat? - Okay, hold on, I got a piece of that. James Mayors was my first cousin. - Okay, so next week you're gonna see me. I'm gonna have a Celtic tattoo. - Sick. - I'm gonna go for a Celtic tattoo. - All right. - Man, I was hoping you were a Polynesian. I was gonna be a cool son ever. - I hate that you found out it was fake so quick. - I mean, the angel though, I'm like, there's no way it's the angel. - I mean, there is a, there actually is people, but it's a small percentage. - Speaking of small percentage, you know it's a- - Question, go to question, go to question, go to question, go to it. - Lily, when the questions are fresh, shut her mind. - Watch it, watch it, watch it. - Okay. - Rose. - I just thought that this would be fun to talk about. - What is the furthest you've ever walked and why in mileage? What was the reason for that walk? - Mine was probably, when I was in China, and we literally, it was like steps up a mountain that were like very ancient steps built by Buddhist monks. - Cool. - And they had each step numbered and it was like 8,000 steps. - Oh my word. - Uphill, it was truthfully one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. They had a gondola that went up though that you could take, but we're like, no, let's go, let's walk up. - You found out about it after. - And then people were like, in the group, they're like, let's take the gondola back down, and I'm like, I'll race you back down. - Dude. - What do you do with all of them? - He was a whipper snapper. - I was young, I was young, I get it. - I started running down that mountain. - I tripped so hard and I swear on my life, I went down 500 steps. - No, no, no, no, no. - People saw you. - In the gondola, they're like, oh, I mean, I was cut up. - Yeah, do you people die that way? - Dude, if that happened to you today, you would have to take your thoughts for me. - I would be dead. - At the Pocolipto, remember when the guy falls down? - Oh yeah, steps. - Oh my gosh, that's probably the furthest. - How long do you think that was? - I remember walking up those steps was about four hours. - Oh my goodness, it's a journey, dude. - But you're also like the distance is, if you were walking flat for four hours, it'd probably be longer. - Oh yeah, for sure. - So the workout's definitely, what about you? - I think it's like 12 or 13 miles. And it was by accident. My friends and I used to like to walk the train tracks, the very same train tracks where I got in trouble at the time when I was a teenager. And we would meet at my house. - No one ever walked on train tracks. It's one of the most dangerous things you can bust. - Yeah, I will tell you, these train tracks are spooky, too, dude. We would meet at my house, which my parents lived downtown Mount Dora, okay. And the train tracks, we would start them over by Gilbert Park. And we would walk literally until we got to Sullivan Ranch. And then we went and like we would mess around in like the orange groves out there. 'Cause there was like a homeless camp there. And then dangerous. And then we instead of taking the train tracks back, we walked out and down the highway, down 441. - Cheese. - How old were you? - A teenager, which I think about our children doing these things. - Crazy. - Never. - Crazy. - I would never let them do that. But it was by accident. So we left in the morning and we got home at nighttime. - Cheese, Louise. - I know. - That's crazy. - Anyway, we would do this pretty semi-regularly. And one time we went and under the bridge, there were a bunch of people wearing dark robes. - What? - Oh. - Doing some kind of ceremony. - Oh my goodness. How have you ever mentioned this before? You just walked around and say, "I don't have explanation for it." And we walked away, we turned around and walked away. - What did it change? - If you go, we can walk there one time. I'll show you guys. - I'm just wondering if I can find like, someone else talking about it. - Yeah, so if you go, if you go to Gilbert Park, a lot of this is being developed 'cause you should just be like, run down train tracks. But train tracks, you hit the train tracks and you go down past the building I vandalized. There is a bridge by Eden Abbey. - Okay. - It's like the bridge that you take when you're leaving Mount Dora. - Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. - Under that bridge is where we saw the cloaked figures. - Interesting. - Interesting. - So 13 miles, you're turning. - I did 13.1 miles. I did a half marathon one time. So I ran and walked the whole thing. But that was my, I didn't know preparation. - Yeah. - Whatsoever. I was picking out the night before my joints of my hips and that they were, I thought I was dead. - Can you run that far? Do you just stop? - I could, I mean, I'd probably get jogged. - Did you see the guy that broke the mild old record? - 342? - Yeah. - 342. - That's insane. - Crazy. How do you do that? - Dude, I can't run a 10-minute mile. - I don't know if I could either. I don't know, I probably can, I don't know. - I'm pretty dang fast, though. - You are fast. - You know what we got to do on Patreon? That we didn't do last Patreon. Is see if Lilick can get me. - Yeah, like. - Oh yeah, we totally forgot. - How about that? - Do you what? - Get me out of the room, if I was dead. - Oh yeah, okay, Andrew, what's for this, do you work? - I don't, I actually don't know the distance. I've told the story before, but if you remember the Grand Canyon, that hike we did where it was supposed to be, I can't remember if it was one and a half or three miles, but we were like, sure, we'll run it, we'll jog, and I mean, we're booking. And you're looking down, 'cause you're moving fast, like if you look away, you're gonna fall. - Oh my gosh. - And so we get to the bottom, and I'm like, that took forever. And then we talked to Parker, Andrew, look up, and I'm like, oh, I'm at the bottom of the Grand Canyon right now, kind of tripping out. And I talked to Ranger, I'm like, hey, I thought this was, I think it was a mile and a half. And I was like, I thought there's a mile and a half. I was like, how, he's like, dude, it's a mile and a half line of sight. And so we got to the bottom, basically, or like most of the way down. It was the stop before the bottom of the Grand Canyon. - Oh my gosh. - And had to do the switchbacks back up. It took like half a day, but that's fun. - No, no water, that's the first time in my life where you think you've been tired, what your sodium's depleted, all of that stuff. And people were like, where are they figured out what happened? And they sent a rescue, a bunch of granola bars and crap. We were like, no, we're like, all of us from pale skin and that's saying something for me. - Yeah, you're Chinese. - Yeah, you're literally Chinese. - I know. - Which is attractive in Chinese culture. - Of course it is. - I, we're taking a little hike in glacier when we go-- - Sick, be careful, the animals are going crazy. - To go to the waterfall. - You can't be a big waterfall. - Bring bear spray, bring a gun. - You said it doesn't work. - I said it doesn't work. - Just a point. - You got to just bring it in just case. - No, you said it doesn't work. - No, it doesn't work, so I'm not gonna even try it. - We're gonna even camp out there too, which is cool. - I've told you they're scary. - The bear spray mistake that my church made, we went to Montana to do work on the Indian reservation. And so they were like, we haven't fired off one of these. They were like, if we're actually gonna be in bear country, we should spend one and just know what we're dealing with. Dude's fiddling with it. 15 knot wind, and just reigned bear mace over everybody. - Oh my goodness. I feel like I've been sprayed by mace one time. - Oh, that could be a fun little Patreon thing. - No, I'm like, would you get tased? - I would get tased. - Dude, let's do that. 300th episode will get tased. - Let me tase you guys after the question. - It's gotta be actually one of the shot ones, though. Like the police officer ones. - I don't wanna get tased. She loved it. - That's pretty good. - I will say, I read, I finished the book Cersei before we went to go see it and that was very enriching to my movie watching experience too. And they totally left out that story from the Odyssey in this retelling of it, but it's okay. - No, but dude, that scene on Cersei's Island, she's like a witch lady. - Christopher Nolan is ready for horror movies. - Oh yeah. - It was a horror movie. - It was one of the most disturbing things. - Like, now tell me this dude, 'cause I'm seeing polls go on social media. And you know how I feel about Lord of the Rings. People are literally voting it higher than the trilogy. And I wanna know if this is different. - They're different. - No, okay. - They're different. - It's the one and done that I asked the question because that's like what I'm seeing people like, you can't compare that. - If Christopher Nolan, like said, I'm doing three movies and this is my first one, there's probably some competition. But this is the one and done. That's how Christopher Nolan moves on. - It's different vibes too. Like the Odyssey, Christopher Nolan's telling the Odyssey is very to me feel bad, doom, survival. - Yeah. - And that's how the story goes, right? But like, the Lord of the Rings is very like, Hopi, QD, Epic. - It's just, what can we talk about some theories around the story of the Odyssey? - Please. - Please. - Some of the theories of the Odyssey was that it was an actual historical event that happened. And even all the supernatural parts were in fact real or like expounded upon, like made to fit a story better, better. But they believe like one of the creepiest parts was when they went to the underworld with the necromancy and stuff, the blood offering and all that stuff. They're like, this was in fact an ancient practice that they used to actually do. - Yeah, that resonates. And with like Cersei and the Witch and all the stuff. Even with the concept of like the gods of like Neptune, Zeus, all the stuff, it's like these were actually like prevalent watchers in the day. Like they were actually ruling the ancient Bronze Age time. - That's crazy I think about that. - And the Bronze Age, 'cause this story, they actually say, let me back up a little bit. Another theory is that the Odyssey was a story that was a encrypted map of trade routes. - Oh wow. - So basically all the places that Odysseus went, it was basically encrypted of like you should go here, you shouldn't go here 'cause of pirates, of there's some spooky stuff on this part of the ocean. So I thought that was pretty fun. But what is, I think one of the coolest things is that it was, crap, who wrote the book? - Homer. - Homer, that he was actually preserving history or foretelling, or not foretelling, basically showing the collapse of the Bronze Age, because this was written after the Bronze Age. But the Bronze Age is one of the most fascinating times in history because the collapse of the Bronze Age happened anywhere in between 50 and 100 years. We're talking about like the world was like technology and trade routes, it was like flourishing. And it was like almost like the first time where the world went into the dark ages. - Wow. - And no one to this day really knows why that happened. - Sure. - And so Homer's basically like, this is the pre Bronze Age and the thought of like Odysseus traveling and stuff when he gets back, he says, it starts with Troy. And I think they really hinted at it in the movie that Troy was the beginning of the downfall of humanity, the sacking of Troy. 'Cause when he got back, Kingdoms disappeared. Riding, vanish, cities burn, trade collapse. But again, they don't really know how the Bronze Age ended. But there's some theories of how the Bronze Age ended. So I drank a lot of caffeine, my heart is like, - You're good. (laughing) - So some things that happened during the Bronze Age collapsing was mycenaean Greeks basically just disappeared. That was like the world of Agamemmon. - Yeah. - All that stuff, the Hittite Empire Collapse, major Canaanite cities collapse, the wealthy trading city of Eugurat collapse and parts of Egypt did survive, but were badly shaken. - Wow, interesting. - So basically the whole known world just started over. You know. Not to worry. It might be Christopher Nolan, but he did a good job telling that story. I think because he talks about they keep this reoccurring theme is the people from the sea. Are you the people that that was a pinnacle of this where I was going to? Oh, sorry. My mistake. Yeah, it's all right. Um, but it was the sea people. Yeah. Like that, that's the biggest leading theory is the mystery of the sea people. No one knows who the sea people were. I mean, at the end of not a spoiler. Christopher Nolan is the Odyssey. He, he claims to, he's like, I'm the people from the sea. And what, what I think Christopher Nolan was trying to say was it's humanity that lost his way. It's colonialism. That's incorrect. But it was a civilization that we're attacking these major cities. Are you about to make a connection with something that starts with a. You can talk about Atlantis. Well, that's also think that Atlantis was set in the time of the Bronze Age. Very cool. But they're also saying that Atlantis could have been destroyed, which started this domino effect of the whole known civilization just collapsing. Atlantis was supposedly like the hub of the trading world. Cool. Like and technology and medicine and all the stuff. But yeah, people think that it could have been like a climate catastrophe. So like famine. They could have said it's called an earthquake storm. Basically, all these known cities are like on this line of, um, tectonic plates, and so like it could have just been these earthquakes that attribute to it. Wow. What time period are we talking? 600 is when he wrote it, right? Yeah, but the Bronze Age was like 1200 ish BC. Okay. But Homer wrote this guys in 600 BC. Wild. Yeah. So that's a question that you have to ask yourself. I mean, like and really ask historians and what I would be curious to find out is where people actually writing fiction in that time of human history. And then a crazy concept to think about that it's like, let's just, I mean, people were always telling stories. Yeah. So it makes total sense like to make up stories to tell stories. But were there was their oral history crazy enough to be. Well, that's the thing. That's what I think like Joe Mutamale, Tim Alberino, they all argue that these stories of these ancient Greek gods and stuff. Their real stories just fantasize more. Dude, that's what I would be inclined to believe as well. I don't know. I would like to look to our ancient church fathers to kind of describe that or like try to diagnose it. But what's interesting like I was saying a couple of episodes ago when I was reading Cersei. Cersei is the daughter of the sun god Helio. So you know when they go and they eat the calves. It's that's her dad. Yeah. And she's like a nymph. So it's like a mortal plus the dad or whatever. And she ends up being exiled because she creates the sea monster, Sila, who is another nymph. She creates, she turns her into a sea monster with her witchy powers. She feels terrible remorse about it. At least in this book. I don't know what the fictional character did. Anyway, she's exiled to that island where she greets all these people. Turns them into whatever she turns them into. Where's they going with that? Oh, she's a witch. And her siblings are witches and warlocks. And what they do literally in the book it describes that they practice things like pharmacaya and necromancy and all these things that you hear about from the watchers. And so that's why it was like kind of obvious to me. That probably these things did happen. And they were fallen angels and the products of that. And they ruled over mortals that didn't know. They're saying Homer basically the Odyssey was a it was preserving the things that were actually happening during the bronze. Yeah, just made into a story. Sure. Yeah. I'm so you guys know I've been like working with Blurry a little bit. I'm trying to remember they just did an episode on Atlantis. And I'm trying to put together some of the things that I remember hearing, but they were talking about Atlantis possibly being a flooded region. And you know the Bible talks about water coming up. Yeah, but then the dudes talking about they're being a shift to where that city which was once the pinnacle of all trade and all that sort of stuff when the plates shifted as the water will that would have dropped down. But does that fit the timeline of the movie with that theory or is this like because it seems like we're like 1200 seems super off from the like nine thousand six thousand year old flood narrative. I'm trying to get together. I don't know how those could possibly be working in harmony or not. I don't know. I think I have no idea. Do you have an argument for who the people of the CR or you're just saying it's mysterious. Well, there was one theory that they're basically like tribes like a collective of tribes like from all over. Yeah, conquering like in fact, there's like the these higher glyphics in Egypt talking about the C people. Wow. And how they just came out of nowhere. They came. They pillage. They destroyed and just left Egypt and ruins like almost ruined Egypt forever. Oh, my word. But this one. This was a creepiest one talking about the C people. It is a clay tablet that they found in the city of Ugarit. So that was like the main trading post, right? Ugarit of like the Greek islands or something. Just in that known world or whatever. But they found this clay tablet. And it's from a king and the king wrote that enemy ships had appeared off the coast. Well, his own forces were away. Help was urgently requested. Then nothing. Oh, no. Then Ugarit was demolished. And there's no recorded history after that. And Ugarit. Oh, my word time. So this king's like, we need people. There's people coming on the sea. This is like their Mayday, Mayday on a clay tablet. Oh, no. What are we going to do with this? Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. So scary. But yeah, it's just it's crazy because it was a plea for help. Oh, man. And it was like, but it was buried like it was like basically the same as like frozen in time. It happened and then it never got out. Wow. Yeah. Who are these people? I cannot wait to discover these mysteries. Let's ask AI. They probably know. From the last time civilization, head AI. Yeah. Speaking of AI, I want to hear about your Gilgamesh thing, but I do have to be super bad. You're good. I'll have another fun short one. What's going on? So I heard this this theory that Jericho, right? It's like this big stronghold, you know, March around the city of Jericho. It's got to fall down. But then it's another one of those cities in the, you know, ancient biblical world where like how on earth did that get built? Yeah. And the theory that I heard was similar to like how the tower of Babel may have been like this ancient watcher sort of thing being built. But that Jericho itself was so large because it was built underneath the kingship or leadership of one of these watchers. And so it stood as a stronghold that the Canaanites moved into because if you remember, the Canaanites had, you know, when they viewed this, you know, Canaan, they're like, they're giants. It's still walk there. So there was this like ancient history. So whether they died out or went into hiding whatever with the stronghold of the people of Jericho, it was like when they were taking these cities down, it was like, that's a stronghold that we need to like, that stands as like a kind of a middle finger of sorts to the, to the Israelite people. Oh, my word. So it was like, no, we're taking that down first because they don't have strongholds here. Interesting. Yeah, that's cool. That's cool, right? To think about the big city that used to be that used to hold the big people. There's like, you have no power here. Watch these trumpets take you down. And, and then think about God as a jealous God. And I think he often does things that are very like, you know, they just have like a double meaning or whatever. You know, it's like it cuts deep. What was Lucifer? Like as we've been told by some people, like he's a worship leader of sorts. So just imagine like that the whole falling away. And then his strongholds taken down by trumpets. Wow. Yeah, that interesting. That is super interesting. What is Gilgamesh often compared to timeline wise? What did they discover? We're talking like, what's his face in Genesis, Nimrod? Yeah. Nimrod and Gilgamesh. People claim that Gilgamesh was Nimrod, vice versa, who also might have been a watcher or no, Nephilim. Nephilim. Right. And they're different. How? Nephilim are the offspring of the watchers. We're watchers are fallen angels. My blood. So it gets upset because what it's like he was two thirds is what they say. He was something like something like that. So he was yeah. Anyways, so this is this is less about Gilgamesh and more about the modern era looking back at the thing. So you talked about on the podcast how they found the tomb of Gilgamesh. And then I was a whole invasion of Iraq. Right. And then shortly after they call this George fastbender, I believe is his name fast binder. You think Michael was Gilgamesh the map weapon of mass destruction? I mean, well, okay, so I'll read I'll recap us in. So the Iraq war, we kind of jumped into Iraq making accusations against Saddam Hussein, post 9/11, all this stuff started happening. So was all of this actually because we were looking for weapons of mass destruction or looking for all these different things or were we actually after something else? I think both end. possibly, but there's definitely no weapons of master structure. I mean, we did find their passports in the wreckage of nine level. They goodness. Yeah, thank goodness. You can't catch them. They can't catch a fire. Yeah. So April 2003, just weeks after the US invaded Iraq, archaeologists announced something incredible that George Fastbinder claimed his team identified what may have been the burial site of the legendary King of Gilgamesh. What makes it crazy and believable is the ancient record say he was built under the river. Euphrates. But what had happened is the river had relocated over time, which allowed for this excavation. You didn't just, they carved new paths. This is so long ago. And so now there's this region where it can be discovered. It starts excavating, says, I think they're using like ground penetrating stuff. They're like, we found everything historically checks that this is the spot. Wow. We go to war. And then you said in, I didn't go into your research, but that they had literally like, hey, this is shut down and put soldiers troops basically shut it down. They occupied the dig site, wouldn't have lost civilians in. And then because it's reports war zone. Yeah, reports from civilians is that in the middle of the night, they're excavating and taking stuff out of the ground and putting into trucks and driving it off. Yeah. So and their names are Mr. and Mrs. Smithsonian. So Gilgamesh to recap is the king of Uruk, which again, I always make the Lord of the Rings connection that that's weird. Yeah. But a later Mesopotamian text called the death of Gilgamesh is where they described the burial. So it's on the epic. It's a later work. Okay. But the waters of the Euphrates River were diverted according to the text and then reverted so that it would cover the burial. So it was constructed on the dry riverbed. He was buried treasures and offerings. So there would have been these artifacts that they could find and locate. And so the ancient city of Uruk sits on an old English channel and they use satellite imagery. I'm kind of like speaking half from notes and half from memory. I'm getting a little mixed up. But the Iraq war started. This is this is where for me, it gets absolutely insane. So we started, if you remember, do you guys remember like it was like right after it happened, they started talking about anthrax and letters. Do you remember that being like a big thing? They're like every biggest scared. Well, apparently like four or five people died and like 19 more people got sick. They actually, there was this isn't a conspiracy anthrax did get mailed. Oh, yeah, I remember my mom being worried about it. Yeah, people were microwaving like someone burnt their house down because they were microwaving their mail trying to kill the anthrax board. So this is like a real thing that happened. People were really freaked out about it. And what they did though is immediately they were like, well, Saddam has anthrax. This is like they used that to tie him to the reciprocal or the continued terror attacks. So there was no actual yet connection between 9/11 and Saddam. And they just started throwing everyone gets scared. This is the dude who did it. So I started diving into the connection between Saddam. Where did he get anthrax? Where's all this weaponry? This is insane. So the U.S. and Saddam were not always enemies. He was kind of put in place. Yes. During the Iraq and Iran, or the Iranian, Iranian Iraq war in the 80s, the United States supported Iraq in 82. The Reagan administration removed Iraq from the U.S. list of state sponsors of terror. So he was on the list, removed from the list. And during that period, the congressional records show that American suppliers shipped biological research materials to Iraqi facilities, including the botulinium bacteria, gas, gangrene, tetanus cultures, brucella, or bricella, or whatever you say that sounds like a cheese. A bunch of E. coli and anthrax. We supplied Saddam with anthrax. And they say they were shipped underneath. They were not finished biological weapons. So it's fine. These are research cultures that our allies need. And we know it literally gave Saddam anthrax. And we know that Saddam used chemical warfare on his own people too. Yeah. It was like, like, let's go weapons. Yeah. Well, I mean, what do we know now? They told us that this was the reason we needed to go get him. And we literally planted it and said, now that you have it, do you think that was like a preemptive, like, we'll just give it to him. So we might work. We're taking off the list. You know, it's, it's all crazy over there. But if we ever need to put him back in his place, we have an excuse to go in. He's got anthrax. Just like a principle. Do we give it to him? No. So did you? No. So the anthrax thing is crazy, though, because apparently initially they blamed him. And then it turned out that there was this other dude who literally they're like, no, it came from this lab. It has to be him. The dude ended up suing and making over a $5 million in getting his like name clear, but he was like, I didn't leak it. Then they say it turned out to be this other guy who is the sole custodian of a single vial that had his fingerprint on it. And they were saying that's enough to prove that this one thumbprint on this particular strain is enough to bury the dude. And so, I was like, well, tell me more about this court case and how did this end up? He died. Oh, stink. Guess how anthrax to his skin? I'll have to bleep that. But Gilgamesh killed him. But like, like think, go to show we go to war based on this thing while this other thing with Gilgamesh is happening. And it's like a literally everything we can throw any reason we can suddenly go into this region and make this a part of this other thing. It's like none of it's connected, but the narrative is someone to grow up there. Yeah. They connected everything. And it was just a completely scatter thing. And then to find out we planted the drugs we're arresting him for while not finding weapons of mass destruction. Like all this stuff is like crazy. None of it's connected, but it's a narrative that we're going. Then what's crazy is then there's actually a thing in 2021. We returned something called the dream tablet of Gilgamesh to Iraq. Yeah. Wow. What do you mean? Yeah. So it's this artifact that was looted during the Gulf War in the 90s. And then like supposedly we had it. We knew about it. But we decided we didn't need it anymore. It was like it was like hobby lobby or something for like a Bible display bought the tablet and had a lot of biblical artifacts. But this is what's interesting is they had it were allowed to possess a forever kind of once that whole conflict chilled out. They were forced to return it. But they believed that tablet actually came from Uruk as well. And so tracing all of the the tablets and stuff to this particular region. It's what it is is in 2021 they affirm that the tablet was historically relevant that it did come from the city that it did matter. Uruk is the place in the diverted riverbed like it all ancient text line up that that was Gilgamesh. And so you're like cool. Wars over conflicts over seems like they got in their mess with and got out. If you your whole life's work is to find the tomb of Gilgamesh or some significant study like that. And you got that close and you're now permitted to be back in the area. Why would why would the research stop? Oh yeah, it's not stop it hasn't picked back up. They never continued far enough to figure it out because I think they took it. They took it all. Yeah. Yeah. For sure. But it's kind of like a building on of your story. But the fact that they literally to meet the finding out that they planted the drugs and then the dirty cops they got involved they literally off them. They're smart man. They they play their cards out well in in Reagan 80s. Yeah. I mean far in advance you know that they're doing that constantly. They're always they're keeping a little here and there and there so they can play their cards anytime they want. Yeah, 10 steps ahead. And you know that's what we did when we gave Iran tons of billions of dollars and then to bolster their military capability and then they attacked. Yeah, get this guess who funded George fast binder. He was researching through the German research foundation, the DFG and the DFG traces its institutional history back to organizations that existed during the Nazi era. So all of the ancient all of the ancient stuff bro the research goes back to. I'm telling you there is so much hidden and unspoken conspiracies around project paper clip. Like when the Nazis came over all these Nazi scientists, I mean hundreds of them. Pardoned. Pardoned. Snuck in here. One of them was literally the head of NASA. We went to the moon apparently supposedly we did. But then just the how the Nazis were obsessed with finding these ancient relics. Yeah. Like there's a cult stuff and then all of a sudden the US is starting to do it. Yep. Dude that when people ask me what my favorite conspiracy theory is, it's the tomb of Gilgamesh. Really? 100% because to me it's as clear as day and it makes it even more spooky where it's just like, why does the US government want the tomb of Gilgamesh? Why do you think they want it? I mean I don't know. You could go to like maybe trying to find Nephilim DNA. Yeah. You know, and that's why we're experiencing all these alien abductions and these impregn- like people getting impregnated by aliens. Excuse me. Who said that? That's like a huge thing within alien abductions is like people claiming that they're impregnated by aliens, and then their fetus is they're taken from them when they are old enough. - No, what? - Yeah, in which why not? - Why not? - Am I having like a butterfly effect? - I don't know. - What is it right now? - Wake up, wake up, wake up, wake up. - No, wake up, wake up. - But even like going back to like the Hillary Clinton emails where she's like, did you get the giant tomb or the tomb of the giant? - Oh, I know, I know, it's so weird. - It's like, what? What do you mean? - Did it so weird. - She met pizza. - Yeah, it's like two, like, I don't know, just like in this whole Odyssey thing, it's like an island flow of giants. And it's like these giants continue to rear their giant heads. And it's like, they lived, they were real. - Yeah. - Our history is so blurry. ♪ There are creatures ♪ - It's weird though. It's very weird. The fact that they're like, yeah, I mean, sure, Hitler was weird with all of his occult stuff and, you know, but whatever. And then you find out that the stuff in the modern era is still going on by people who work for the organizations founded from that time. - Yeah. There's an obvious explanation as to why the Nazis wanted, we're like doing all this like artifact collection. And one of them was like hobbies. - Guys have hobbies. - One of them was like good taste. - Yeah. - One of them was like wealth, obviously. If you have a bunch of these things that has material wealth, what else is under the radar? Is it knowledge of the past equals power? What is. - Yeah, I think they really believed that possessing some of these ancient technologies, ancient tablets would give them a supernatural edge or ability to rule the world. - I think about it this way. Like kings had sorcerers. The king himself wasn't always the one who had the ability to conjure something. - Yeah. - I think they were all looking for like the grim wars and like the information that they didn't have to do the things that maybe elite circles of ancient people like knew were going on. - Spooky. Now tell me about this dream tablet. Is it his dream journal? - No, no, no, the dream tablet's just another. All the dream tablet was, I didn't do a ton of research, but what it does is confirm the legitimacy to the location that they claim that the tomb may have been in. - Because you could have dismissed it. Yeah, they could have dismissed it and been like, I mean, there's pottery everywhere, but like it had been on display from the 90s until 2021 is like this incredibly important artifact. And so for sure, all it does is like, if it had been dismissable, then the location, you could be like, yeah, they had that dream tablet turned out to be nothing. But the fact that they found something, they had to return something and then they never went back to the site and finished excavating it. - Yeah, it's sitting in the Smithsonian, probably. - Yeah, I wonder what Fast Pender says about it now. I couldn't find anything. Is he still alive? - Good question. - My mic is so loud. - These are the questions we need to ask, folks. Then we're going to answer them. - Oh, this show. - That's why you're here. That's why you're here. - We get to the bottom of it. - Whatever is related to Michael Fastbender. - I know, that's what I said. - Magneto. - Oh boy. - Dude, I really want to know these things. I want to find them out. The mystery is just so interesting to me. - Before we go, you want to know I can tell you. - I want to hear about some of your stuff. - Before we go, yeah, you sure? - Oh yeah. - We got time. - We got time. - We got time. - Were you feeling sad and neglected over their Andy? - No, it was just a lot to process. (laughing) I'm very dumb, so it's just like bringing up. - Hey, no, you're so smart. Don't talk about my friend that way. - Yeah. - So, quincidences or epidemics? - I only hear other quincidences, quincidences. Okay, number one, Mark Twain. Have you heard of this one? - Probably. - Mark Twain was born. - Yeah. - 1835, the night Haley's comet was viewable. - I saw that I heard the cross on Earth. And he said, later in his life in like 1909, he says, "It is coming again next year and I expect to go with it." And it'll be the greatest disappointment in my life if I do not go out with Haley's comet. The Almighty has said, "No doubt. Now here are these two unaccountable freaks. They came in together, they must go out together." And on in 18, I mean, 1910, on the same day, it was viewable, Haley's comet, Mark Twain passed away. - That's crazy. - Crazy. - Balkers, right? I mean, like that's, what are the odds of that? That's really kind of, I mean, that's crazy. - So, I had something like that. - I know. - Like, I just knew a comet was going to come and like, yep, that's what I'm going. - I'm gonna ride that thing home. - So, another crazy coincidence to this guy named Joseph Figglock, he was a street sweeper in Detroit. And he was like early 1900s, 1937. And he was cleaning his street when a baby girl, just a few months old, reached the still, the still of a fourth story apartment window. The baby falls, lands on the main, hits the man's shoulder. - Oh. - He falls, the baby and him are both okay. They have minor injuries. Crazy, right? Just like right time, right place. Luckily, like him being there saved a life. One year later. - Oh my gosh. - Figglock, old guy, street sweeper in Detroit. Walking down an alleyway. Davis Thomas, a two-year-old toddler, falls out of a fourth story apartment window and lands directly on top of this man again. And they both survived. - Oh my word. - Crazy people shut your windows. - I know for, yeah, I don't know what's happening in Detroit in the 30s, but yeah, lock your windows. Okay, this one, I don't think we've ever talked about, but I remember we were talking about the brothers or the twin paradox when they got swept separated. This is on the same wavelength, it's completely nuts. So there's this girl, Laura Bucston in England in 2001. She's at her grandpa's 50th birthday party. And they have a bunch of balloons and stuff and paper and grandpa's joking is like, you need to have some fun with the balloons. Write a little note in your name and stuff and send it in the air and everything like that. Let it out and see where it goes. Few weeks later, you know, a man is nearby and going through his field, checking on his cows and he sees a balloon tied up against the fence and everything he walks over to the fence, pulls the balloon out and says, is as Laura Bucston. He's like, oh, I know my neighbors, you know, their kids Laura Bucston. So he takes it over to their house and everything and hands the letter to the parents and the parents bring it to their daughter and they're like, did you do this and she's like, no. This was a different Laura Bucston, 140 miles away. And the letter said, you know, reach back out to me, Laura Bucston had address and phone number and everything. Just, you know, just seeing whatever. She's a 10 years old girl, by the way. The girl who received it, the other Laura, also 10 years old. - Wow. - Only a few weeks apart in their birth day. - Oh, my word. - They call each other and they say, no way. Like they hit it off, they become really good friends. They're like, hey, do you want to meet up? They meet up. - Oh gosh. - Both of them are 10 years old. Both of them have medium to, you know, brown short hair. Both of them show up wearing jeans with a pink sweater. Both of them brought their pet durable with them. - Excuse me? - That's a tan brown. Both of them had a, the gerbels had literally orange, like birthmarks on the back of their hind legs. They both have black labs and they both have pet rabbits. - So, what is that? - I don't know. It's a glitch in the matrix. - Yeah, that seems like a glitch. - Share consciousness or something. - It's 140 miles away. I know there's probably like some government guys like, they met, they're not supposed to know, no, no, shut it down. But I read that, I was like, that is absolutely ben, like unbelievable. - I'm not jealous. - Yeah, benoneless, unbelievable. Like I couldn't believe like that actually, like something like that happened because they're not even related. They weren't, they're not cousins, they're nothing, the parents met. The parents are completely different. Everything is different except for literally just, the daughters are like a mere, exactly the same. - That's right. - It's easy. - It's so weird. - It's very, very strange. So there's a picture of them. - Wow. - Yeah. - And if they're on Ripley's believe or not, a lot of people didn't believe, because the story went viral online, they're like, - I didn't believe it. - Yeah, exactly. - It really is like, you need to. - We're not. - Yeah. - You need to. (laughing) - You guys need to believe this. - You guys, I know it's binoculars, but you guys need to do this. - Oh man. - Well that's great. - Cool. - I'll talk about my laughing epidemic on Patreon. - Heck yeah, and I got a recent kidnapping story that happened this July. - Oh really? - Yup. - A crazy one. - Okay. - And I know what George Vastbender's up to now. - All right. - I'll tell you why I'm boring, theme bark. - The laughing epidemic really reminds me of the dancing plague. - Ooh. - It sounds like it. - It's the closest thing that I could find to it.
