little bit of a mess and it also is going to be very weird because if you get everyone if everyone ends up with two losses in the sec or let's say let's say texas runs the table right uh and then the second best team has two losses what happens when if texas goes to the sec championship and beats a two loss team in the sec championship gives them their third loss gives them their third loss does that team then get dinged for having three losses even though they shouldn't be because they had to play an extra game that's the same question that that has kind of reared its head and like whether the championship game should be penalized for playing it even when we didn't have the playoff right this is this is why uh because that's a very reasonable situation all it would take is georgia beating tennessee this week and then texas beating texas a&m on the last week of the season it would be texas has one conference loss everyone else has two someone has to go play texas in atlanta they lose they have three losses do they get left out i i don't think i don't think you should be penalized for the championship game yeah i agree this is also why i think you shouldn't jump leapfrog a team because you're sitting on the sidelines i don't know how they would ever be able to figure it out but if they could do it it would be so so good where the championship game is not one verse two it's between the two teams that are on the bubble that would never do that they'll never do it but that would be that's what we need where instead of like texas playing uh you know alabama and alabama gets a third loss then they kick out alabama it's uh you know old miss playing if they both have two losses and it's the winner of that goes right to the playoff So it's like the playoffs almost start a week early. Yeah. And to Dave's point, like a team who loses the championship game, I could still see them putting a team on the sidelines ahead of them with only two losses. Yeah. That's where it gets. I mean, it's a convoluted system. Yeah, and I am worried that Indiana might get fucked if they get smoked by. I think if I was betting right now, I'd take Bama at 10 to 1. Yeah. I just don't know. They lost to Iowa State and Kansas State. Right. They would need Kansas State and Iowa State to catch another loss and Colorado to catch one or two losses. So a lot has to happen. But Arizona State plays Kansas State this weekend. So if they beat them. Right. That's. Yeah. That's huge. Yeah. Arizona State's alive. I believe West Virginia is still alive. Kansas State. Iowa State. Obviously still alive. It's a crazy conference. And the best team which we'll get to or I'll get to is I think Kansas is playing the best ball right now. Like. They're. They. I think their run defense is going to show up. I think they have a special teams elite special teams. I like Arizona State. I like the coach. He's a stoolie. But I think this is a game. like the score and uh I thought there was a glitch because like there's no way I thought Oklahoma's touchdown was a glitch I thought Mizzou's uh touchdown was a glitch I was like this is glitch
