#163 - Ranking Our Dream Guests

The hosts of Smoshmouth share a candid, humorous exploration of their nighttime routines, fears, and odd experiences. They recount waking up from sleep due to water consumption, fire alarms, or unexpected noises, which trigger vivid and sometimes irrational fears—like being grabbed by a shadow or encountering animals in their home. These stories are intertwined with playful discussions about dream guests for a future challenge pit, including iconic figures like Reba MacIntyre, Barack Obama, and Johnny Knoxville, highlighting the blend of comedy and excitement they envision. They also reflect on personal encounters with wildlife, sharing their comfort levels with animals such as snakes, monkeys, and cassowaries, while admitting phobias rooted in texture and movement. A key segment features a trip to Hollywood Forever Cemetery, where they discover a buried friend and enjoy movie screenings in a unique, nostalgic environment. Throughout, the hosts balance self-deprecating humor with genuine emotional moments, creating a warm, authentic tone. The episode is further enriched by sponsor shout-outs for Casper (sleep), Rocket Money (finance), Quince (clothing), and American Spirits (drinks), all of which tie into daily life and personal habits. Ultimately, the conversation celebrates the unpredictable, funny, and sometimes surreal aspects of everyday life, reinforcing the show’s signature blend of humor, vulnerability, and relatability.

Yeah, you know me and I'm like wow You're doing it. Yeah You are doing it. Yeah, you are halfway like I'm on a ship. Yep. Yes Because you went from the bed to the toilet With a bathroom journey. I'm going like my night. I'm going to your halfway through Oh, so you're like a ship captain. I don't know what's wrong with me So literally I'll walk by and the thought goes It's you're gonna get grabbed and I walk by and I literally I stand there and you know that feeling where you scare yourself just from a thought I like I'm sure I get it. I do like a bounce jump in my step and then I lift up quick because someone's underneath the bed Obviously, of course, and then your husband wakes up to some a shadow in the room going like Oh, he doesn't wake up to shit. I could literally be like, oh god Get out He doesn't wake up. No If I go babe stuff snoring. He goes, sorry Wow, yeah, that's art. That's my It's your we should one day in the middle of the night like tax and be like you good. Well, I see if our middle of the night Had you ever recorded yourself No, I always wanted that nightmares. I I download this app and I recorded myself Don't do it. Oh, because you have night tears. I said some really crazy stuff Yeah, that's scary and then when I lived in a really interesting location where there was a 24-hour donut shop open There were people there 24/7 so I recorded myself once like talking and then obviously I heard like Hey, what hey, like you talked Someone down there you're like this donut's really good Wow perfect time to get a nice e-clair 2.30 in the morning. Yeah, um, I Don't know why I make you think about there's that recording of someone like doing the thing where they're trying to like record Their sleep with their snoring whatever and just here. It's like a British couple and you just hear this like Two two a.m. In the middle of the night. You just hear And then you hear this this British woman just go Charlie Charlie. Oh, what the hell? Start fighting. Oh, Charlie. I will say you're gonna get a far to when you record yourself. Oh, yeah I don't know maybe a couple like was that oh Wow, oh my gosh. Mm-hmm the other night for some reason at 3 a.m. Our bedroom fire alarm decided to go off for 30 seconds and Tell you what like you talk about like waking up and like oh my god I am I don't know when it happened But I'm the type that if I wake up and I hear a noise. It's like I am up and standing before I'm like awake Ew, so like it's so scary. Well a fire alarm goes off. You're like protecting his his cat But you're standing well like I'm I blast up I like fire alarm goes off You're like immediately blast off and I immediately I'm like running downstairs to see like, I'm like, is something on fire in our home? That's good. Um, and then it stopped and, um, and I'm like, okay, I was like looking up then, I'm like, all right, nothing. And I was just like, oh, probably Duster, a bug got in there. Duster? A bug got in there. 'Cause it was, it was going and then it stopped. Like, full on fire alarm. Uh, yeah, like the three big beeps, like it wasn't like, oh, a chirp, like it's, it needs a battery. It like went off. That's scary. It wasn't in our place went off and then stopped and I was pissed. God. And I looked up it. It happens but. That is so crazy. Well, actually what was also weird is we had our window open and then like, 30 minutes later, uh, there was fireworks going off on our street. And I was like, I wonder if, oh, it was sweet. Some fireworks smoke went into our room and let it, let it off. I was pissed. And then we're like, you're sitting there all, like, trying to go back to sleep just like, what if it goes back off? Yeah, that's scary. That's what's scary. Uh, I heard a fire alarm. I'm like, in the middle of the night, I'd be like, what, did I get my period? What? My, my entire, my entire 20 years living in LA, I've gotten so used to hearing fireworks in the middle of the night, like, oh, yeah, that's just, it's just, definitely, yeah. And I, like, these were for sure, like, that big, like up in the air fireworks, like explosive ones. It sucks. I'm like, it does suck. And these, all these are the two cans. Yeah. The two cans. Are they new? No, they've been here, um, from, from, I've just been a little hidden from you know, they have been kind of hidden. And you're locked in. You're focused on the conversation. So you don't, yeah, you don't see, you don't see these things. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Fire alarm. Can you explain real quickly, though? Why do you think I'm going to get my period with a fire alarm? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Let's go back to what you just said. I was just trying to think, like, I don't think I go to like the most, like, get up protect. And I go like, Oh, no, I did something, like my instinct is like something with a fire, if your fire alarm goes off, yeah, because fire alarm, I'm like, I'm waking up, I'm going, I need to find, if there's a fire, you're looking for the smoke, I was like, there's smoke. I was like, I'm not, I'm not smoking my brain. My brain hears fire alarm and thinks something else. And that's the whole, that's an issue with my brain, yeah, but I kind of, I think maybe I'm not okay because when I hear fire alarm, I think someone put this on to lure me out into the kitchen. That is your first thought. Yeah. If I heard a fire alarm, I would not be standing up because that's what they'd want. If the fire alarm in your bedroom went off, you think someone somehow set that off. I would go. Go check. Fire alarm. But I would of course, no, you know what? I would probably go straight to Coles Room. That's right. Yeah. Yeah. So I would get murdered on my way there. I would just risk it. I have said that having cats, it has eliminated so much of my fear of like noises in the night because it's just immediately them like you wake up and you hear some bullshit downstairs. And you wake up. You hear it. And before I had cats, you go, oh my god, what like, what is happening? But now you wake up, you hear something like getting knocked over and then you hear, and you're just like, I don't know how you do it. You get so used to it. Oh, growing up, we would leave the piano on because we had like an electric piano. And the amount of time in the middle that I, we'd be like, Tony, get off. Yeah. No. But that's also when you wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and it's dark, I have to like kind of scuttle my feet because I don't know where they, well, no, because they're just standing around and they love to stand in front of me. So like, if I, if I needed to go down the stairs in the middle of the night, I always know like, they're going to be on one of the steps and they're just like standing there and, and bones is, is black and white, but mostly like black. Yeah. So he just disappears in the night. Oh, yeah. That's, you just can't see him. You don't want to kill him. Well, I just want to step on him by accident, because I don't scare the shit out of everyone. Did I bring up this story about the creature I heard the last time I was on the school? Sorry. The creature. The chain wasn't here. It was Courtney and you brought up the creature. And then you read it or Google read it creature. Yeah. Wait, was, did you figure out what it was? So I haven't heard it. Is this similar to the owl that you heard in the middle of the night? This is like, I did hear that too. That's an owl. Yes. Yeah. And that's an owl. That's the situation. Oh, do you have that? But I just, but I, he's gone. Can't hear him anymore. He's gone. Where, where did you hear this? Like in the corner of my room. Inside or do you think it was like in the wall? So that's what, that's what I couldn't figure out. Yeah. That also is possible, what I would blame, I mean, yeah, there's rats everywhere. Yeah, of course. But also, there's raccoons everywhere in LA. So if you hear noises and stuff, it could be a raccoon. I've probably heard, like, like, that's probably a rat. Yeah. I'm in a vomit in that mouth. But then he's gone. So every night I like have a little moment of quiet time to see if they're still there. They're not. Gone. They're just moving around all over the place. Sorry. Sorry to tell you. They're around. So I tell you, one time I was in New York in like a lower basement, cool cocktail bar and there was a tiny little window and I looked up and it was literally like a movie. It was like moonlit shadow of a massive Godzilla-sized rat. Just like walking inside of the street. He's like, you guys having cocktails? You got any olives? You're not going to eat literally New York, man. Ooh, blue cheese olives. Literally. They're drinking martinis, eating spaghetti, but they're also people talking about them in New York. They are everywhere. Rats? Yes. Of course. Stop. But we talk about them with New York so much, but I'm like, they're all over the place. Remember in Boston at the tour when we did the tour and we were all walking and you know that I hate rats so much and you saw a rat. Yeah. It was a really hard walk home for us to talk about. Was that the story? Yeah. We were at a park, too. We were at a public park, which is so that means that rats being respectful. He's out in the trees and bushes. And Shane didn't call it out. He just goes, what did you do? You were like, and I was like, what, and you were like, it's okay. And I was like, what? And he was like, it was a rat. And then I was on edge the whole walk and that's the end of the story. Dude, that's it. I wonder how you would do in Australia when we were walking around. I think it was Sydney in the middle of the night. It was my first time in Australia and you're walking around at night. You're walking past like light poles and stuff. So it's like kind of dark but like lit from street lights. And also in you hear, and you're like, the hell? And then suddenly I look up and I see what picture fly above me. And then you're looking around and there are these bats that are genuinely. Wait, this is crazy. I was going to bring up a bat. No, they're bats. What's the bomb bat? What's the bomb bat? They're like basically flying foxes. They are massive. You said what's a bomb bat? And I'm like, that's a bomb. A bomb bat is the, they're the creatures out of the hard butt and they get into a hole and they like guard the hole with the, they're the ones with the hard butt. They have cubes as, cube shaped poop. Wow, you know a lot. I learned a lot when I was in Australia. You sick fuck. You know the show? They're poop. Okay, so flying foxes, a.k. But they're just massive bats. So you're just walking around the city and there's just these monsters flying around. This is crazy. You said that because I was going to bring up two nights ago. I was walking with people. We were all walking to our cars. It was like 845 and we went, oh look a bat. I went, what do you mean, oh look a bat? Well, there's bats everywhere. Yeah. In LA? Yeah. And probably all over North America. I grew up with bats everywhere above me. They were just eating all the mosquitoes. So how do you know that was a bat and not a crow? You know, it was like flapping really fast. I don't fucking know. It was dark. No. That bats are circling. Crows are making like do bats only come out at night and. Yeah, pretty much. And birds. You might see them during the day, but that would be because they're kind of caught in a weird position. Like they're. Yeah. Never thought about the fact that you don't really see birds fly at night. One time Courtney and I were in, um, were we in? Yeah. Yeah. But, uh, we're, we're, we're Courtney and I in Austin, we're in Texas and there's a bridge where you can go and see bats coming out at like towards evening and they just fly out in these massive swarms. What were Batman lives? Yeah. Batman's in Austin, Texas everyone's like, howdy. You look sexy. He's like, get off my car, but they don't come out of a tunnel. You said, uh, yeah, from under a bridge. They come out from like dark, dark spots on the bat subway. I mean, probably, uh, but no, there's bats everywhere. I just didn't know because I've never seen a bat nilly. You don't really see, there's a lot of things you don't see in it, but we live in such a hot place that things don't come out till night. That makes sense. Yeah. It's a hot place. A lot of stuff. A lot of stuff was in L.A. Okay. Raccoons. I've seen an L.A. all the time. I just, bats say it. Possums? Yeah. I've seen some possums in L.A. I saw a possum that literally looked like an animated creature. It was like this fucking big, it had a rat tell this big and it was like, and he had glasses on. Yes. Yeah. And a little book. Yeah, they read it down, child. They read really well. And a little book. Anyways. Uh, wow. Wow. So we're just going. I love you guys. We do have a topic, but, you know, we're just going, we're having fun. Yeah. You probably saw the title of this episode. We wanted to talk about, uh, dream guests, um, we brought up dream guests before in the past, but to come on the pod, to come on the pod, or I think anywhere on Smosh, just people that we would love to come on the collab with wait. Okay. Keep going. And maybe we say it here. Maybe they hear it. Yes. And they clip it. Because we've thrown, like, we throw out basement yards so much and then they eventually showed up here and it lived up to the hype. They were incredible. We should do our fantasy. He draft picks of like a challenge pit video. - Whoa. - Whoa. - You're like, "Here, get ready. Here's my office machine." - Okay. - Okay, let's hear it. - Off the dome. - Me. - Okay. - I'll say you guys. - Okay, us three. - Okay, here. - Okay, ready? - Okay, nicely. - Reba. - Reba Macintyre. - Okay. - That's it. - End of list. - Barack Obama. - Okay. - How many people are in a challenge pit? - Oh, six. - Like six or seven. - Okay, can I cut you guys? No, I'm gonna keep you guys. No, you can cut, what do you think I can do? - No, I'll be fine if I'm cut for Reba Macintyre. - No, no, I'm gonna keep you guys. Me, you, you, both of us, all three of us. Barack Obama, Reba Macintyre. One more. - Who could be the other one? Michelle Obama's probably amazing. - I don't want Barack distracted. (laughing) - You know, that's actually a good point. (laughing) You would be. - And that's what I'm gonna say. - He's just not on his A game. He's focused on his wife there. - Look at it, I'm gonna go Elvis. - He's. - So we can bring people back from dead. - Yeah, anybody. - Oh. - Oh, okay, okay. - And it's Elvis? No, okay, I want Reba for, I want like a musical fun for challenge pit because you need to be like kind of like, yeah, fun. You need to, 'cause challenge pits are hard 'cause it's a lot of stopping down and starting back up, right? So I'm gonna say Reba, Barack, and then I'm gonna say somebody, somebody else, I'm being a Macintyre. - How about, like, 'cause it also casts the video, right? - I think Reba's gonna be talking over a lot of things. - She's gonna be a powerhouse. - She might have to be like directed to be like, hey, Reba, get, save some space. - Yeah. - And Barack will just have like these little, 'cause anger is every once in a while. - Okay. - Okay, and then we need the third, 'cause then we're gonna be on fire. 'Cause we're gonna be in our home church. - Sure, sure. - Tony Hawk. - For sure. - Okay. - Tony Hawk's actually pretty good. - That's a good one. - Neil deGrasse Tyson. - Neil, okay. Sleema Throat and Neil deGrasse Tyson. - Yeah, Neil deGrasse Tyson. - I'm gonna go Mother Teresa, 'cause it'd be fun to see her, like, flick stuff and kick stuff. - That is funny. That is really funny. - Like a chiller woman? - Yeah. - Johnny Mitchell. - Johnny Mitchell. - Johnny Mitchell. - Okay. - Yes, earlier, earlier, yeah, I was gonna say. Who's in your guys' challenge pit? - Okay, my challenge pit, let's just say us three, so that we can only, we, that lowers it down to like three or four people. I'm gonna say Mr. Bean. - That's a good challenge, Mr. Bean. - Mr. Bean is in there. - I would say Johnny Knoxville would be incredible in a challenge pit. - He was literally on my list. - Yeah, I mean, yeah. - 'Cause I just wanna know. - See, I would be scared. - I would be scared. - I would be scared. - I'd be scared to do a challenge pit with Johnny Knoxville. - I would wanna do pretty much. - That's it. - Well, he would crush us. - Where do I, where do I, my number one? - He'd go, where do I put my dick? - He'd be like, but there's no motor on that thing. - And then he'd go, right here. - Right here. - We could create a hole for his dick. And then that's just not even part of the challenge pit. He just, it's safe. - Did you imagine we play like organic, hungry, hungry hippos, and he's like, well, where do I put my-- - Where do I put my body in? - Does the hungry hippo get my dick? - Or he'd be like, do we wax our ass holes after? What is it? - He would mock us the whole time. - It's true. - Um, okay. - Mr. Bean, Johnny Knoxville. - Johnny Knoxville. - Mr. Bean and Johnny Knoxville, what a duo. - That would be crazy. - You're hanging with Johnny, I'm hanging with Bean. Definitely. You're hanging with Bean. - I mean, look, Reba McIntyre is a great, like that's just a great one to have. Charlie's there on. - Okay. - Think about it. - Pretty funny. - Pretty funny. - Imagine her with Mr. Bean. - Jessica Rabbit. She just said Jessica Rabbit. - That is weird. - What? - No, you don't have a whole Jessica Rabbit thing. - It synced up. I'm not even kidding. I had a whole Jessica Rabbit thing, and the boys hated it. And I had a whole thing, and it was like, now Jessica Rabbit is like a thing. It's like, you say something so insane, and it's Jessica Rabbit, and you just said that. - And I tell you, what? - Eat like, went into my brain. Okay, I think maybe Jessica Rabbit's in this studio. - I think some Jessica Rabbit energy is in this studio, because I don't think of cartoon characters usually. And he was saying, Reba McIntyre, and I was like, oh, he's thinking of a woman. - Ah! Okay. - And I dropped the idea lady. And then I went, that's crazy. - I literally dropped, literally yesterday when we were filming. I don't know when this comes out, but I dropped her off, and I said it, and the boys were like, no. So she got a little bit rejected, so she must have went up there, and there she's back up here, because she was like, you're open and cool, unlike Shane. I'm not even kidding, this is like, there's something happening here. - This means we're on the right path. - Okay. - Anyway, all I'm going to say is, yes, and Gurley, you are safe. - You are safe. - Okay. - So Jessica Rabbit? - So the decision has been made for me, Jessica Rabbit. - Yeah. - Do you want someone else? - You could be somebody else. - No, I'll take Jessica Rabbit. - Do you want that? Do you want to be somebody else? - Jessica Rabbit. - Jessica Rabbit is fine. - Okay. - For challenge pit. - I'm sorry. I took over the whole thing. You were just talking, yes. - No, I love it. Take over. This is what we enjoy. Thank you for having me over for dinner. - Just like a Cirque du Soleil performer. - Nice. - Nice. - Badass. - That's good. - Yeah. - I love that. Mine is U3, of course, because I have to. I want like a Muay Thai fighter from Thailand who's very respectful and who's bad ass. It doesn't mean we're going to be fighting in challenge pit. - It's just there. - But they are incredible, respectful people and they could kill you. You want some like physicality, just like with Cirque du Soleil. John Early. - Okay. - That's such a good one because I, first of all, John Early and Caperlent are dream guests. One number, like one for me, John Early, just because I feel like he would get along with the Thai fighter here, we get along with us. He would have a blast. He's the best. He's one of my favorite communities. - Me too. Me too. And then, I got to go like Mother Teresa Ram here, a situation, maybe I take, Ringo star would be fun. - Okay. Ringo star. - I feel like I'd want Paul. - Yeah. - I'd want somebody that's like, or party boy from Jackass. - Chris Pontius. - Yes. - Okay. - Or fuck it, Anne Hathaway. - Wait, who did I say? - Anne Hathaway. - Boy. - No, but who are the other ones I just said? - You said John Early, a more Thai fighter. - John Early. - John Early. - A more Thai fighter. - Chris Pontius. - Chris Pontius. Okay. And us. - What about Flip 7? - Flip 7. It'd be really fun to have like a professional poker player. - Nice. - In. - Matthew Rees. - Okay. Matthew Rees from Widows Bay. - Mark Zuckerberg. - Absolutely not. - I'll be interesting to see. - I'm trying to think where it would be funny to have Mark Zuckerberg. It's like a smosh pit theater. - Oh no. - And we just have him go up and just like, all right, so really give your most emotion into this one. - God no. - No, that was stupid. - Yeah. - Elon. - No. - Brendan Frazier. - Oh, okay. Brendan Frazier. - The mummy is coming back out. For Flip 7 would be fun. - I believe Brendan Frazier has talked about like he likes to play like video games and stuff. - He has like three sons or two sons or two. - Yeah. But it would be fun. I would love to just talk to him. - Me too. Brendan Frazier is a dream guest. - I do. - There was like a mummy board game. So. - Brendan Frazier on. We just played it. - Oh, we just take monopoly. Make it mummy. I'm going to go see the mummy. I can say this because it'll come out later. - Well. - That's an SPF. - When's it come out? - It's weekend. - No. - The original. - Okay. It doesn't come out until 2027. - Okay. - Okay. - Can I tell you? I had a Sinespia story. - What? Have you been to Sinespia? - Hollywood forever. Sinespia is so fun. - Hollywood forever. Snespia is so fun. - Hollywood forever. Snespia is so fun. - Hollywood forever. Snespia is so fun. - Hollywood forever. - Hollywood forever. - Hollywood forever. They show movies if you don't know. They literally. It's a huge cemetery in Hollywood. And they can't shut it down because it's forever. But they show movies and you can be YOB and whatever. It's the best. Go ahead. - You know that animal poops cubes. - One bag. - One bag. - Okay. - All right. - Okay. - With Sinespia. I'm just going to tell you these stories later. I actually don't think that. - Wait, I know this story. But say it. - Say it. - There was a Smosh fan that was working at Sinespia. And shout out to you if you listened to Smosh Mouth. You were a sweet, a sweet person. And you had bangs. That's all I remember. And me and my friends, we were in the front, in the front area. - What were you watching? - We were there to see Rosemary's baby. - Oh, yeah, yeah. - I'd never seen it before. - Damn. - Yeah. And we're all like, we're putting our thing down. And then right before the movie starts, if all the VIP people who hold tickets don't show up, they do it kind of like you get upgraded to first class. And sure enough, this girl comes right up to us and she goes, hey, would you guys want to move to VIP? And the movie's about to start. So it's kind of stressful. - So tough. - Because like it's getting dark. And you have all your stuff ready. And then we were like, is it this, like we had a good spot and we were like, and we had all this, like, charcuterie we brought. - Yeah, yeah. - And she's like, but VIP is so fun. - Yeah. - You get different bathrooms, which feels kind of wrong. You get different bathrooms. You get backrests. - Oh. - And they're tombstones. - And you have so, yeah, they're tombstones. My drunk friend, she goes, can we go find Paula? And I go, what? She goes, my friend Paula's buried here. And I go, I guess let's go find Paula. - No. - We get our glass of wine. And we just, oh, like a couple wine and we start walking. And I'm like, friend is buried in Hollywood forever. - My friend said, oh, I know this woman that she was buried here. Because it's only famous people in Hollywood forever. - But there are, if you have like a family plot, there's some empty. - I remember seeing, I've only seen one movie there. And for those who don't know, don't live in LA. - That's so cool, Anne. - It is a movie, like people project movies at this place that it's on a cemetery. - A cemetery? this Hollywood cemetery. - It's kind of the most small town thing about us. - And you can bring food, you can bring wine, you can bring really low chairs. They have like a limit on your chairs. And people set up blankets on this grass area. You're not on graves. You're on a grass area. - But you're middle area, yeah. - And they'll do like a premieres there. Like okay, they just did practical magic. - They had them come out. - And they had them come out because practical magic too is coming. Lizzie went and she looked amazing. She was dressed like Sandra Bullock. - Would you ever want to, you're a mother. - Are you surprised? - But would you ever want to do the sleepover? Have you seen the sleepover they have? It's two movies and you do the whole night. - Honestly, I would. I'm a mom, but we could bring coal. No. - He doesn't need to sleep. - Yes, he does. - I heard it's a really good sleep. - You know, age would let me do that. Guys, my husband lets me out of the house. - Oh no, yeah, yeah. - Yeah, yeah, for sure. - I felt like I cut you off on your story. Did you finish? - Oh no, so then I was, I, humored my friend and I was like, "Okay, sure, let's go find Paula." And I just thought we'd take a walk. Sure enough, we're walking. This cemetery is massive. - Massive. - Oh, yeah, it's huge. - Like Mickey Rooney is buried there. There's a lot of people. There's some famous directors there. - Oh, no, that's quiet. - Oh, yeah. - Yeah. - It's massive. - Mickey Rooney. (laughing) - But anyway, we're walking. - Sure enough, she's like, and she's pulling up a picture of when she went to Paula's funeral. And she's like, "There was that tree." And I'm like, "We're not gonna find it, girly." And she's like, "One of my friends, it's like toxic." It's one of my friends, it's like very positive, no matter what. And she's like, "We're gonna find it." And I'm like, "This is a massive." Like, what is it? - Cemetery. - Cemetery. It's a massive cemetery. Walking around, sure enough, this girl. Or walking, she goes, "Oh my God." And she goes, "Paula!" And we found Paula's grave. - Wow. - I took a picture of her in front of it and I went, "Look at you, Paula." And then we left. - Wait, that's amazing. - Yeah, it was crazy that you found it. - I didn't actually know that you could walk around. That's the best part. My friend who does S&S be really well and then will close the S&S be, I think, is you put your stuff down, pour your glass, and then before the movie starts and the sun goes down, go on a walk. - Wow. - Okay, so I'm going to the mummy, the original, one of my favorite movies. I'm going to do that. - But Brennan Frazier's gonna play Flip 7 with you. - Brennan Frazier is going to play Flip 7 with us. - He would be so good. - Well, he is such a vibe. - He really is. - He seems like the sweetest man. - I would love to have Julia Louis-Dreyfus. - I love her. - That'd be pretty good too. - She bussets you back. - This episode of Smoshmouth is sponsored by Rocket Money. I wrote down a list of top guests. - Okay, who's on your list? - Okay, so-- - Yeah, who's on your list? Let's see if you guys can guess any of the names of people that I'm like, I would die. - Hey, Manin. - No. - No, oh god. - No, actually, what's funny is I love the NFL. There's not like an NFL player that I'm like, "Oh, I want them on." There, I have said though. - Wrong. - Nothing would be so funny. - I have said for Smosh Games, who I think would be hilarious is if we had a Wembee from the San Antonio Spurs. - Okay, of course. - He is like seven foot five. And so I don't think if we had him on to play like flip seven and we didn't adjust cameras. So if he's just-- - He would get no face on. - If he's just, and that's kind of hilarious. - That would be really fun. - I think we could probably have, there's a lot of sports players we could have on 'cause most sports players nowadays are huge nerds. - Yeah. - So we could, actually, truly, Tim Duncan, if we could get him on, he was a massive nerd. I feel like he would come on and have a great time. - No Tim Duncan is. - He was also on the Spurs. He was in one of the top 10 greatest sports of all time. - Yeah, Spurs. - Spurs. - Gotta go home and look out the sky. - Also, super tall. Like, if we're gonna have an NBA star on, it needs to be someone over seven feet 'cause that's gonna be so funny. - I would love that. I wasn't kidding about Groanck because if you've seen him do stuff. - He's such a psycho. - He's so, he's just so wild. - He's not. - He just seems so wild. He's like, "Oh no way." - He's a fat guy. - Oh, what? - Oh no way. - What? - Oh, okay. - Oh man, that's crazy. - Yeah. - So like, "Oh no way." - What? - That's, like, pretty accurate. - And people are obsessed with him. - I feel like he's really tired. - He's retired. - Yeah. - At UCLA, we had this sketch team and it was like, we had this huge show at the end of the year. And we'd always, athletes would always want to make cameos in the sketches. - Whoa. And because it was just kind of a big show. - Oh, athletes at UCLA. - At UCLA. - And some of the best guys, the starting guys or whatever, the big ones that were going to go get recruited or whatever would always be in the sketches. And doing comedy with like, really tall guys. And it's like me and Kimmy, I go, "Hey, hey man, can you help me?" It's just, there's nothing like it. - There's a good chance, 'cause like, if you remember any names, there's a good chance some of them might be like, huge stars now. 'Cause like UCLA is a big school. There's a good chance some of them might be like starters now. - Yeah, I'll look it up later in a while. - Yeah, if you know, remember any names. - And then crush your sketches. - Sometimes they're very funny. - They were so funny. And sometimes you're just like, you know what? Honestly, whatever you say is funny or the way I rub that. - Yeah. Okay, so going into my top guests, there is one that I think is probably, I would say it's probably my number one overall. And it's something that I think would be incredible. But also, I think there's a, like it's possible. - This is really fun. - It's a fun, another one. - This is a fun, another one. I want you guys just take a couple guesses of like who you think this could be. It's not someone I talk about a lot, but it's someone I am a huge fan of. - Are they in the industry? - They're not in, they are like, they're not in our industry. - Jane Goodall. - No, but honestly, somehow close. - She passed away. - That's a scar. - Oh. - But I'm gonna say, you're in the right realm. - I know. Wasn't she on color daddy? - She wasn't on color daddy. - She passed away about a year ago. - Wow. - Okay. Okay, let's think. So kind of close. - You kind of, you somehow got very close. - Well, I know you. I think you want someone who's really smart. - Oh, yeah, absolutely. - And someone who's like, like, not just like, yeah, it's not gonna be just like George Kisdansa. You know, it's gonna be somebody like, really smart. - I know that's your dream. - I know that's your dream guess. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - And not just Alexander. I mean, George Kisdansa. - George Kisdansa. - Um. - Like, I know you. I think you're gonna want somebody like, really impressive. - Humanitarian vibes. - Yeah, absolutely. But it's very entertaining. And I'd say it's more like in the, their realm would be fun to bring on the. - Oh, wow, I can't think at all. - It's okay. - Truly can't think. - You don't have to guess this one. I'll say this one. - I got close. - But you feel free to throw out others that you think might be on my top. - Okay, okay. - The number one guess that I would love to have on Smosh in any capacity is Robert Irwin. - Yeah. - Oh, I mean, you're kidding me. Like, it makes sense. - Of course. - It makes the most sense. He's awesome. And like, to bring on some animals. I mean, yeah. - He would be amazing. - Yeah, just in any capacity. I mean, you guys got to go to my Higa's. - Alveas, yeah. - Sanctuary in Alveas. And it'd be fun though to do more of those. Like, and imagine if we got to go to freaking Australian. - That's cool. - Oh, wow. - That would be so incredible. I was gonna ask though in thinking of that, what are the animals that you would be comfortable like, if they were like, oh, you can pet this animal or be on camera with this animal. - Sloth. - Okay. What about, would you be fine? What about like a big cat, like a tiger, something like that? I'm not saying these are possible. I'm just, I'm just curious like, if it was Robert Irwin's there, some like a professionals there like this is, everything's good. - Oh yeah. - Are you willing to like hang out with this animal? - Remember when I volunteered like a really long time ago in South America? - Yes. - Some of I volunteered for other animals. Some of the other more experienced people would volunteer with the big cats. - Yeah. - And they would have these crazy like, almost like rug burn looking things on their arms because their thing was they would let the cats lick them. - Yeah, and cats don't do that. - And they have sandpaper and I, I don't know. - Yeah. - I would not because of the sandpaper arms, I just don't know. You don't know and it's vibes too. It's like what you said about Robert Irwin, having somebody like, like I remember before Bailey was like, are there any animals you guys don't want? And I remember going like, yeah, I think Trevor and Tommy should take birds and I remember just being like, all have anything else but yeah, they should take birds. But then you have somebody like Maya or like a Robert Irwin, where they're like, hey, you got this. It's just it's and it is like a you're there with someone who's like can assure you that it's safe I think that I think I think it depends on like like like that where absolutely when I was volunteering like I love the monkeys the Tehones all these different animals But I think if I was in a place and it was someone more yeah secure a big cat would be Okay, but it's not a dream of mine like it's you know people are like I guess a better way to phrase it are their animals That it's like even if I'm in that situation. I don't want to like touch this animal. I don't want to like if oh You can hold this animal or you can pet this animal if you would be like nothing nothing underwater because honestly human touch for like turtles Or anything is actually really dangerous like you shouldn't be You don't say the world. Okay. Yeah. I'm not talking like that I'm asking like where's your phobias because like obviously if Robert Irwin came in with a rat You're not gonna know rat no big-ass spiders. Okay. I would actually be a Okay, with snakes which sounds so weird I know big like big like centipede situation the bugs You're not a bug's not here's a thing. Okay. We gotta go we gotta go back because my is really passionate about bugs And I remember being like yeah, so we'll have the bugs. Well you guys do the bug stuff I ain't doing the bug stuff But then you have someone that just like loves this so much and you're just just let him walk like I didn't want to do the snake I didn't want to do the bugs and honestly it just at some point you're like it's my energy not their energy That's throwing this off. Yes, and I was like and once I just like Get to a place of calm and like peace like all at the bug walk on me and and you feel a little put you Like once you release that part in your brain. Yeah, I don't know It's like the texture stuff is what freaked me out. That's what it is and and me like tensing up. Yes, so like when the The snake like likes to like get really tight Yeah, and I was freaking out and Trevor's like because then the second you relax because I was watching Trevor Loves so many different animals and he's just so good at if you're relaxed. They're relaxed They think like a snake thinks you're a tree. Yeah, and I was like oh my god Oh, when you relaxed did the snake loosen up? I it was more just like it's tight on you because it thinks you're a tree branch Basically so it's tight because it's like just holding on and once my I was like oh it's not doing anything to harm you It's it's doing that to like it's not a bad thing But I think it's I think that's what freaks me out to is is just the sensational like like feeling it's weird But as far as like bigger animals like I think I would be absolutely fine. Yeah There was talk for a little bit years ago like eight years ago because we have on Smosh Pit Done things where we had a tranchilla. Yeah, and like we let it walk like I Turned to let it walk on her face and that was crazy because it feels like needles. No They're their foot tips are like really weird and then Ended up like one of the the second episode of Goldberg's I was ever on my character had us pop Python around my neck And okay Britney Spears. I know and the the wildlife worker Who is on set was the guy who's in jackass like in jackass foreign stuff this like South African guy like old South African dude He worked on like out of Africa and all these other movies. Oh, well But um, so he brings it on he's like he's like all right. Yeah this guy like I'm doing it I'm gonna do an Australian accent because I can't do South African accent But uh he like he had this just cool vibe to him and he was just like all right. Yeah, like he thinks you're a tree Whatever and uh, and then I was like oh so is this snake like been on other sets before he's like no this is first first job Like first time and I was like I would be like okay like And like with the promise like the single kind of look at you like and and I'm just expecting it to be just like Like it's just like yeah, but it was super chill. Um, it was this gorgeous like orange white Python Um, but it's very chill and yeah, sometimes it would start like wrapping around you in ways that you're like Is this is it okay? Yeah, um, but I was very comfortable with it by the end of the day But um, I don't have like a phobia with snakes or bugs really like some but I don't like fast bugs Yeah, but if a bug is moving slow I'm like all right chill man like there's a lot of legs out here Millipedes I actually think are so cool. I love milipedes centipedes can go fuck themselves. Why? Because they're faster and more fucked up. It's kind of the same with bees cute adorable wasps fuck you Whoa, yeah, I don't know what it is. There's something about like Because millipedes aren't like aggressive. They're they're a little more like round There's something about like some bugs are very rounded and like kind of cute and then some are very sharp Yeah, wasps are sharp bees are round see I I would rather like I don't know like monkeys or yeah, the tailhorns are very I would love to hang out with a monkey, but I have said um chimpanzees are the ones that I'm like I don't I don't need to meet a chimpanzee I even if Robert was here I think even then I'd be like I'm gonna chill off to the side like I know I'd be safe I'd be fine for some reason though gorilla stoked about hilarious, but chimpanzees I just don't like no thing. I just I don't know what it is. I'm just like the woman Well, like I've heard of the attacks just scare me, but uh that that is truly like I'm just like ah like nah Like there was like a type of monkey and I might be getting this wrong What I might the type of monkey that we saw alveus that catch um Maya was like not catch um don't look them in the eye cap Yeah, and just her saying don't look them in the eye. That's real. I was just like yeah That's also the case for like a lot of animals, but that freaked me out because like because then I kept going Yeah, you're just like and he's just probably staring at you. What is it called cap cappuccino? Capuchin It's like the brown monkeys That that is like capuchin monkey raisins. I mean that's that's a monkey. Yeah Yeah, I'm not necessarily afraid of monkeys though. I think monkeys are hilarious. I do expect they might just slap They just might slap you or bite you they're so smart I remember when we were when we were volunteering there would be these spider monkeys that would literally come down And you would have these locks on your you would have these like lockers where you'd have I had like my digital old school camera or whatever yeah Um, and I don't mean old school like in a cool way. I mean like old school And it was in the locker with a freaking lock and the spider monkeys would come down and literally go in Don't know how Do the code or something Undo the code take out they took my um Camera they climbed a tree and they would just bang it and I was like There's my fucking camera. That's crazy. It was they're like I took a photo of me earlier. It was so wild monkeys They're so smart and up because we were it was like bringing them where I worked it was bringing them back Into they were like taken when there were babies they were put into circuses So I was getting them back into like their environment But there was a whole like cleaning dishes situation which is not their environment But it was these monkeys Taking plates and washing them in like this little like lake Situation it was so wild. They're so They're so smart. Yeah, and they're so sweet But it is like if you if you do look them in the eye or if you any food on you oh, they'll getcha And get you yeah, yeah, it's crazy. Oh, that's so scares me all animals all animals Yeah, last one I'll ask what how do you feel about like bears like if it was like oh we have a black bear here No, I think I would I think I would have to have to what I don't think I'd have to meet him I think I'd have to pet I to pet a bear I'd be scared because like any big animal that like realistically could kill you does scare me because like read that's just the reality, but I would I would want to I'd want to meet it in the wild though If I see any big animal, I'm like I'm staying so far away like we're not supposed to be petting these animals I think I'm really gonna stick like it's like a cat, but I am just going like I am getting kind of close to it Oh, yeah, no, I'm like because because obviously in the wild out Outside if you see a big animal. It's like stay as far away from it as possible But in this kind of context I'd be like okay, I'd want to Oof, let me let me meet the bear bears. Yeah to meet like big route like going back to your bee thing like round things Like beaks scare me. So like really tall things with beaks. I'd be scared of but like bear Like yeah, but when my brother I think I could oh well emus whenever I've met I've met a couple emus. They really fuck with you Oh, and that's what they get up in your business. Yeah, Maya was like oh they even careful Do you have any jewelry on take it off and I was like yeah and they like they just they're so aggressive But they are really sweet. They're very sweet too, but it's nuts. Have you seen a cassowary? What's that? What is that a cassowary would fuck you up? You'd be so scared. They're a dinosaur And they can murder you. Cassowary. They are an Australian big bird. They look like a raptor They are that's gonna be a no for me. Yeah, all I see is and they will just They look incredible though. Oh cool. They look like turkeys mixed with peacocks mixed with that's gonna be a dinosaur mixed with the devil But I love them this episode of smash mouth is sponsored by quince I don't have a ton of closet space and I don't like the feeling of getting bored of my wardrobe That's why I use quince Quince offers high quality wardrobe staples made with premium materials like 100% Mongolian cashmere organic cotton and merino wool I think there's something special about finding a piece of clothing that you can mix and match with other pieces I own a few of their t-shirts and different colors and they've been great basics to go under sweaters cardigans and and jackets. Yeah, I want to hear, 'cause I've got one. Do you want to throw out a dream guest? Just, and it can be anywhere on Smosh? I'd say one of the top 10 for me would be Barbra Streisand. Really? Oh, I love Barbra Streisand. I think it would be the most fun in the entire world. She is incredible. She, not only styles all of her outfits for every movie she's ever been in, she is an amazing songwriter, singer, actor. Is she a singer or a memoir? Listen to it? Yeah, 'cause she does the audiobook. And it is the funniest. She's so funny. It's so good. She's so talented. I don't really have much to say besides it would just be so fun. It would be so fun. Nice. Do, like, I don't know, Smosh asks Barbra Streisand. Smosh asks Barbra. Like, I don't know if I would want to teach you any rules, any games. Did you see her recently? She was doing like a remembering of Robert Redford. And she was talking and then just broken to song. God, I love her. And I love her. I'm gonna look at this. She has this story about chocolate cake. But anyway, what's yours? Okay. I have more like modern ones. I would love Pam Anderson. Oh, that's a good one. Oh, that's cool. I love her. I love following her. She does a lot of like garden posts. Also, I don't know why I'm deeply into like gardening right now, even though I'm not. Okay. I would love Zach Galaphanakis, because I cannot stop watching his gardening show. Oh, shit. He has, this is a gardening show on Netflix. It's so sweet. It's so cute. And also, I love Zach Galaphanakis. And I feel like he would be really interesting to have on. I think they've announced it. And if not, they'll cut this out. He's doing young Frankenstein. Whoa. He's like the, he's like the guy. Dude, he would be so good. My barber stress answer really fast is, she had to look like she was in love with her co-star and she couldn't do it. So back, so off in the, on the side of the stage. So star. It was on, it was in a musical. They put a piece of chocolate cake. So that she went put cake there, so I could look at it longingly. Oh, Jesus Christ. I love that woman so much. I love her. I also would really, I would really want, like I said, John Arley and Kate Berlant would be incredible. I think that's doable. Um, I would really want Kate Dippold. I would really want her who created Widow's Bay. Oh, okay. Oh, the writer, yeah, yeah. The, uh, about everything. I love the Duke. Have you ever seen that? Yes, yes, yes. It's incredible photo. So fucking guy. There's a famous tweet. Where friend Eugene Cratero, big deal guy. He was like, that was at my house. That's so. That picture at my house. That's so crazy. I just, I love that. Okay. Um. And, uh, bad bunny. I feel like bad bunny. That's awesome. Yeah, dude. I love bad bunny on this podcast. Or anywhere. Yeah, that'd be incredible. Like he would be so good in a games video. Totally. Okay. Kidding me. Oh, we'd have so much. So good. That'd be nice. I also think Mariah Carey would just be absolutely curious. I love Mariah Carey would be extremely funny because I love Mariah Carey. I love her. Always. Selene. Selene. I don't know. I don't know if she would do it. So I actually wouldn't do it. We're like, we can get Barbara, but we can't get. I would literally live to have Selene Dion here. I don't know if the vibes would go. Sometimes though, it's like, don't eat your heroes thing. Yeah. I kind of agree because she did this like, remember when they did karaoke, the car, car karaoke, whatever the fuck. Yeah. She was kind of wild in it. Whatever the fuck, you mean car, what is his name? Oh, James cordon, James cordon's car karaoke. Add some respect to the name. It feels like that happened 20 years ago. It feels like it happened so long ago. Anyway, that was like, let's have James cordon on. That'll go great. It's not James, but it's why I didn't say the whole video. This is why I didn't say I just said car karaoke. James, we have James cordon on reddit stories and it's all stories of people being rude to waiters. And we're just like, what do you think about that? What do you think? Hey, man, what do you think of him? God, he's never gonna let me down, man, he shouldn't. Okay, I have another one that I truly like would love to have on. Have you heard of Miss Rachel? I love course. I think that would be an incredible. God, and we've actually talked about this. I feel like a little bit is like, it would be really fun. Any, any cast members, like some sort of like collaboration where we go on like a kid's educational. Yeah. And like do some, put me in coach. You would crush. Have you guys, did you ever do children's theater? Yes, yes. I mean, it's some of the best. Well, I didn't do a lot of it. Yeah, but it's, there's such an art form to it. Yeah. Oh, it is. She is LeBron. She is incredible. She's incredible. I hear that some kids, if someone dresses up like Miss Rachel, they're like, this isn't Miss Rachel. Like if you do like a princess party and you have somebody dress up as Elsa, they're like, oh, that's Elsa. But if it's not the exact Miss Rachel, we must have been together when we heard that. Yeah, because I heard the children will just be like, I'm sorry. This is not Miss Rachel. What the fuck do you think you are? She goes, what in the pair of social hell is going on here? Do you know what I'm thinking up to as we're saying this? Children's stuff, Bill Nye. That'd be a great one. Bill Nye would be cool. Martha Stewart. Oh, Martha Stewart would, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm all like Miss Rachel. Martha Stewart. I love Martha Stewart. I mean, that woman has seen some things. She's amazing. Have you seen her documentary? Yes. It's good. It's so good. She was like, on my honeymoon, in the middle of the honeymoon, I went to go see that museum and I made out with a guy because the art was so beautiful and I walked back to and saw my husband and I go, there's this woman's got some stuff going on. She's also like the first influencer. Yeah. Like the first influencer. She had her own magazine. Martha Stewart living. Like she's unbelievable. Yeah, just unlike anybody. She went to jail. She was weed. Who else is on my mind? Let's see, let's see. But Miss Rachel. Miss Rachel is like truly, like that's a Robert Irwin and Miss Rachel are two that I would say like that is a genuine. Miss Rachel is a surprise for me. I just think it would be so cool. Well, just as far as like YouTube, if I were to like list like YouTubers who I have like the most respect for, right? Cause like we're in an era where there's so much slop for children. Slop. And she is like really leading the way and doing like, she's doing some work right now. Yes. And I think she's very smart about what she does. And she's very bold. She's very brave with like her messaging and everything. I respect that about her. And it'd be really fun to have her on here where we don't have a children's audience to talk to her about like, I really want to like hear her thoughts on so much stuff. But it would also be fun. Her or there's so many other great children's channels to collaborate. Cause I had the thought there was there was a Reddit post where someone said that their one year old like loves Reddit stories. Like is too young to know like what we're saying or whatever. But like loves Reddit stories and will like sit there and like be chill about it. And I'm like, Oh, well, obviously once they're a little older, they can't watch this stuff. But it'd be fun to like go and work on a children's channel. It would be really fun to just like fun little bits and stuff be so cool. But it's such a science like doing children's content. Like that is it's so opposite of what where we can like kind of be so free like free will with how we do a podcast. Or when we're making a video where like we're focused on what's funny. But for them, they're like meticulous about everything you say is going to be absorbed by a person who is developing and this stuff will affect them. Whereas like we get to be like, Oh, if I say something stupid, that's funny. I don't know though, because then I did a lot of stuff with story pirates growing up and growing up in my 20s. And store it some of the they are like they have like one of the leading kids podcasts right now. And it's like it is what's funny about them is in storytelling, not teaching because teaching I would say I'd say sure. But in storytelling, it is similar to us where they go top of their intelligence and they do tone shifts where it's like you have somebody's like. And sometimes a kid might not even understand like the specifics of that joke like even in the Grinch where all of Jim there's so many jokes Jim Kerry has that don't land for kids. Sure. But they aren't like that's I agree that it doesn't have to be just geared towards kids, but I just mean like they have to be you have to be so conscious. But I say like it is a I think it's similar to what we do in the rhythm base. Yeah. And in like a flow and a music the quality of it that is good, but with teaching, I feel about what you're doing. - It is completely, I mean, even with my son, like I'll do like, yeah, so, hey, like random, yeah. You know, I was like, oh, my son likes to be scared and I was like, I don't know if it's that. He just likes things that grow louder and bigger. Like, like, I'm always like, I'm realizing like, okay, what is he like? And he likes surprises, but he likes tonal shifts. So that, what that is is the same thing we do, which is patterned, and it's peekaboo. It's patterned pattern on expectations broken. And then it's a surprise, and it's tempo. That's also with like, with kids songs and good kids music, like the Wiggles, it's repetition and tempo. And it's like, it's so fascinating. - Yeah. - Really good kids stuff. - I would love to talk to somebody like that. - Oh, it'd be so cool. - That's a great idea. - I'd be fascinated by that. - Yeah, a guest that's like, let's think like a survivor or something like really insane. - Bare grills, who's that? - Bare from a-- - Bare grills. - Yeah. - I don't know what he does nowadays. I think he has a sound show. - I think, yeah. - I never really followed him, but he is like, - He just had his show. - He's a survivor. - Okay, survivor list. - I'm thinking like an Elizabeth smart or like an Amanda Knox, or like somebody that's like, oh, I've been through it. - Did you see Elizabeth smart stock? - Yeah. - Very good. - Like somebody like that, like a different type of guest, but I'm trying to think of like other types of people. - It'd be great. - People who have just like-- - I've been through some stuff. - Or like been on death's door and come back. I think some of the most fascinating people who would agree that would be-- - I guess, yeah, for like something like Smoshelike, 'cause over here, it'd be like, oh yeah. - But I also think those people, I was just talking about-- - I can make jokes about that. - I'm like, hey, this is Harambe. - So, you know, for sure. - No, for sure. - But those people are awesome. - You know, who didn't survive. - Harambe. - Yeah. - They'll love that joke. - I'm just talking about animal education and then kids educated, and I'm like, oh, it'd be cool to see people of just, like, seeing the earth. - I think what I like about-- - I agree. - What I like about why like Robert Irwin and like someone like Miss Rachel, when I think about like for like Smoshmouth, is that I'm like, they're also entertainers. So they would come on here and I'm like, oh, you get our realms. So you can have a flowing conversation, no problem as well. Like, this is what you do. - Yeah, I think so. - But you're also an expert in another field. So that's why they're like my top two. My, the other one is more just someone, I think is hilarious as Caleb Heron. I mean, that would be so good. - Top tier. - So good. - But I'm also like scared of Caleb Heron. - Why? - 'Cause he would, like, I'm like, that is the sharpest wit on the internet. But he's so nice, like, I listen to his podcast all the time, and he's so nice to people. But I'm like, man, if you just don't, if you say the wrong thing, man, he will rip you to shreds. - Or it's a good stand-ups have really good observation skills. - Oh my God. - So it's like, if we had like Chris Fleming on, like Chris Fleming would be so good. - And it's like, if you, like, they're just, the way they would observe, if they came in, that's what I mean, feel I would be nervous of. - They do not miss a thing. - Yeah, I think that would be really fun though. - Oh, it'd be incredible. - You would be like, you would get humbled fast. - Oh my God, yes, but it would be so much fun. - I love them. - If you had to pick just one. - Just one? - Yeah, out of those. - Out of-- - Or is this Barbara and yours is Robert? - I'd probably take Robert Erwin, 'cause having animals, someone bring animals on would be so much fun. - Yeah, and I think now that I'm understanding this, I'm like, okay, I guess for Smoshmouth. It doesn't mean for Smoshmouth. - I'm thinking like, who do I want to hang out with? And I'm like, I want to see somebody that's like, been dead. - Oh. - No, that's incredible. - But no, I think you're right. Who's somebody that also has like good entertainment? - Sure. I have a couple others that I do want to throw out. One, I have an insane one and I have one that's realistic. For Reddit stories, I would love to get like a legitimate couples therapist on. - Orna, like a professional, you know? - Extra-parallel, orna. - Extra. - And then we could like really have some like-- - I would love to. - I would love to. - I actually think that might be one of my top guests. - It would be incredible. - And that would be great for here too. But like, to have someone who's like a true professional, so we could really dig into some stories that are, dealing with stuff that is just, that I don't want to like-- - Wait, that would be awesome. - To have like a couple's therapists on Reddit. - 'Cause then it's like, oh, I can give my reaction, but then you have like someone who's really studied it and knows it, talk about like, what might really be going on there and to get that. - That's fascinating. - Information would be awesome. But then my insane one, and this has genuinely been a dream for a long time on Smosh, is a Muppet. - Dude, if we had a Muppet, - If we had a Muppet, any Muppet. - Any Muppet. If it's just like, imagine Bordea F, imagine we're playing Flip 7. It's like, yeah, and we have a, we have a-- - Kermi, what's the one that's a rat? - Oh yeah. - He's so, I had to read him in a reading once. He's so funny, too. - A rat? What's his name you guys? - I don't know a lot of the names, but like-- - Miss Piggy, if we did Flip 7 with Miss Piggy. - Miss Piggy, Kermit. - You're so right, Shane. - Miss Piggy. - Big Bird, could you imagine Big Bird? I mean, that's what makes me feel like. - Anyone from Sesame Street, too. No cookie monster. - Big Bird. - Cookie Monster? - Grouch. - Dude. - Oh my god. - This is Nuffel-Officus. - Stuff-Officus. - Dude, if what if we did, we bring back, eat it or eat it, it's all cookies, and we have Cookie Monster with us. - Bird and Ernie on the couch? - Bird and Ernie, okay. - No, what if we have those two, what a Waldorf, what are the-- - Oh, the older guys? - The older. - The older-- - Someone's-- - What's, I always remember-- - The old guys, it's yeah. - The old shitty guys. - The old guys. - That learned Waldorf. - But we have them on something-- - Oh my god. - Oh, they're on the side for a Smosh Pit theater, just roasting the shit out of us. - Wait, that means so far. Or we did darts in there, there. - Oh. - We have to make this happen. The other ones that I wrote down is having a legitimate pro darts player. - Me so far. - Or an actual chess grandmaster come on. But we don't play chess, we play something else. - We play like tiny laser highs. - Yeah, we have Magnus Carlson here, but we're playing, we're playing Clue. - We're playing-- - We're playing Cork. - We're playing Cork. - Yeah, we play Cork, good luck. - Right, all right, buddy, so this is how it goes. You pull the string. - We have Victor Wimbiana, and we have Magnus Carlson. We're playing Cork. - That's so fun. - But yeah. - Those are good. - So this will happen. - I, I. - You gotta get at least one of these. - We gotta get at least one person that we've had just one person on. - Or like, yeah, maybe thinking like, who's so online that if we made a clip, if we farmed a clip right now? - That's some incredible guests on, I mean, like the fact that we had Vanilla Mace on stuff is just so cool. - That's so sick. - She was so chill, the most chill person ever. - Well, if we've said your name, or you know this person, send this podcast to them so that we can get them on. - Tag. - Even if it's, even if it's not on this pot, even if it's just, that's fine. - Yeah, anywhere. - Anywhere. - If you need anything, that is the best part about working here. We could slot 'em in in so many different ways. - We have so many different things. - It's true. - If you wanna show up and just kinda, you know, stay in there. - Stay in there. - Well, if your girlfriend just wants to just hang out, grab a coffee. - Oh, I love that. - That'd be sick. And if you guys have a dream guest that you guys are interested in, put it in the comments because I'm intrigued to know who you'd wanna see on this podcast. - I have a dream guest. - Oh, yeah, Selena. - Oh, Selena, I know, I feel like I can guess at least one. - Which one? - Markiplier? - Yeah. - Yeah. - Of course. - Markiplier? - Of course. - Of course. - Of course. - Ken Jennings. - Oh, Ken Jennings would be great. - That's a great one. - Oh, man, imagine if we do family feud, or we do like, what if we did Jeopardy on Smosh Games, and it's all of us versus Ken Jennings? - That's fun. - We would lose horribly, but it'd be very funny. - It'd be very funny. - Who's the lady that does the Wheel of Fortune? - Van a white. - Van a white. - Van a white. - That'd be fun. - That'd be cool. - Van a white would be awesome. - All right. - Quinta Brunson. - Yeah. - Incredible. Of course. - That's a good one. - That would be so good. - That's a good one. - The Queen. - I've been re-washing the Sweet Life of Zack and Cody, so Dylan Sprouse. (laughs) - Okay, Dylan Sprouse. - I'm gonna cut that one. - Dylan Sprouse. - And we'll cut that. No, it's good. - Dylan. - Who's the mom in Sweet Life of Zack and Cody? Whoever that actress is, she held that show up with her hands. - You look back in the parents of so many of those shows. - I haven't seen a single episode of that. - Well, you know what? - You know what? - You know what? - Sorry, I was busy. - Sorry, who else? - A mentalist. - Yeah, a mentalist would be really cool. - Oh. - That'd be really cool. - That would be very interesting. - I would love to have, or just like, some-- - I would also love to have a psychic on a really sick site. - We should just have our tune come in and do some hip-hop. - I'm down. - That'd be fun. - Yeah, and then I got Andy Sandberg, just for me. - Okay. - Oh, I love Andy Sandberg. That would be actually-- - Okay. - So awesome. - Very great. - Yeah. - I think that's it, guys. - Yeah. - I think we have to go. - So that's kind of it. - I guess that's kind of it. I mean, there are other ones in this list, but I think what I said-- - Oh, there's an endless list of people I love. - What I said is what I said is what I meant. - Yeah. - And this is what I said. - What I said is what I said. - You know who it, you know who's been my dream, guys, for this podcast and-- - Angela. - Oh, wait, you guys do it and I just sit here and I go, "Good." (laughing) - Good. - Thank you guys for having me on "I Love This Podcast." This is one of my faves. - We love you too. - Thanks for being here. - I love you, guys. I can't listen to it in my car anymore because I'm so close with you, guys, and I've been on the show so much that it's a little like, "Wha, they're my car." - Yeah, why would you? - I get that. - Listen to music. - No, but I like listening to your show. - Courtney listens to Reddit stories a lot of mornings and like I wake up and I'm like getting ready and I'm like just hearing my voice in the other room and I'm like, "That is weird." - No. - No. - And then I'll say something and I'm like, "What am I fucking talking about?" - I say that. - What am I fucking talking about? - I say it all day. - Yeah. - Anyways. - Oh, I love you guys. Thanks for having me. - All right. - Bye. - Bye. - Oh, maybe somebody who makes tables? - Oh. - Oh. - Jesus? - A carpenter. (laughing) - Bye. - Bye. (upbeat music)
