#1404- 5 Ways To Get More Leads Into Your Inbox

The speaker outlines five proven strategies to generate more leads in your inbox by shifting from passive content posting to active, value-driven conversations. The core principle is that engagement with content signals interest, making it essential to initiate conversations with those who engage—whether through comments, likes, or follows. He demonstrates that over 60% of leads come from proactive outreach, not inbound requests. Key tactics include using Instagram story frameworks like social proof stacks, urgency-based CTAs, and authority claims to drive conversions. Value-driven follow-ups—sending personalized, relevant content to past leads—deliver strong results: 30% of revenue, 76% show rate, and 84% close rate. Daily live streams build trust and visibility, while raw talking videos—authentic, unedited, and easy to produce—outperform AI-generated content by appearing genuine and relatable. The ultimate takeaway is to prioritize conversations over content, use consistent, varied CTAs, and engage your audience with real, personalized value to convert leads into sales. Success hinges on action, not theory—starting with 100+ DMs a day, following up with value, and consistently showing up in real-time.

Today we're going to be talking about five ways to get more leads in your inbox. Take out your fucking pen and paper, take some notes, get ready to buckle in. We're going to be diving to lead generation. Now, out of curiosity, I just want to get a feel for who's in the room. How many sales calls are you guys booking on a weekly basis? Type that number in the chat box where we, how many sales calls are we booking on a weekly basis? Two, one, 10, zero, 10 to 20, 10 ish, four to seven, zero, one, zero, three to five, zero, one to six. All right, one, okay, fantastic. Now, out of those sales calls that you book, how many of those come from inbound versus outbound? Just give me a percentage, like, like 40% inbound, 20% outbound or whatever. You give me a fucking ratio. Half and half, give me the ratio, a hundred percent, 80% inbound, zero from outbound, inbound, a hundred percent, one to two, 40% half and half, 4060, zero all around, a hundred percent inbound. Okay, so before I get into today's conversation, which is about, you know, how to get more leads in your inbox, I'm going to do a little bit of a screen share for you guys. I'm going to do a little bit of a demonstration. And I'm actually going to pull up the Slack channel because I feel like that's easier to do. So I'm going to pull up my pizza, no matter how much the Slack channel is, you guys can see this with me live. All right, so we're going to pull up our booked calls on our Slack channel. So I can show you guys what it actually looks like in real time. So if I go to EOD source of booked calls right here, and I pull up our booked call sheet, let's just do this one right here. Okay, so if I go to this sheet, I want to show you guys, I want you guys to look at the statistics on the right. Okay, so we got new conversation from started from Legion. So like this, we're looking at the right here. Okay, so we look at the conversations on the right. I want you guys to pay attention to how many of these are inbound leads versus how many of these are outbound leads. So this is new conversation started from Legion specialist, new conversations from many chat, new conversation from many chat, a respark, which is a conversation that we started conversation from Legion, conversation from many chat, many chat, many chat, many chat, respark, conversation, many chat, many chat, respark, inbound lead, respark, new conversation from many chat, inbound lead, inbound lead, new follower, a new follower, a new follower. Now the reason that I showed you guys those statistics is because most of y'all motherfuckers, I just want to be super blunt too. So if I look at a total of 46 calls booked in the span of one day across all of the things that we're doing, 12 of those came from new conversations that we started. Nine of those came from a respark of a conversation that's already in the inbox. Seven of them came from new follower conversation. I just want to be super clear out of 46 calls that we booked in one day, 28 of those calls came because I started the conversation with the prospect first, 28 just to be clear. That's over 60% of the conversations that we book over 60% of the deals that we get over the line at pizza domination is one more I start the conversation first, 60% because I started the conversation first. So way number one, write this in the chat, minimum 100 DMs a day, minimum, that's the minimum. Guys, the easiest way to get more leads in your inbox is to fucking start conversations period out of curiosity. How many of you are absolutely every day that you are at work setting a minimum of 100 DMs a day. If you are, say yes, if you're not, say no, be honest. If you are, say yes, you aren't saying no. So I'm looking at the statistics in the chat box over here and it looks like people aren't interested in making a lot of money. All right. The easiest way to get more leads into your inbox is to start conversations with people that are already engaging in your content period. There's no better way. And if you're not sending 100 DMs a day, it is very, very, very difficult to get to your goals faster because even on my Instagram right now, right? My Instagram gets 700,000 followers were getting like 25 to 30 million views a month, 60% of the calls that we book are coming because of the conversations that I am starting. And like guys, I'm not talking about cold DMs where I'm sending strangers to random hashtags on social media like we did that back in the 1990s, you know, back in my day, 1995, you sent a cold DM to a stranger on social media back in my day, 1995, we sent a cold email. Some people still do that, okay, that strategy died with Nick's love life back in 2001, okay, I send DMs to people that interact with me first, that's the rule. Okay, so you guys can find these from new followers, likes on posts, comments on posts, story of you commenters, you can also scroll back in the inbox and you can see anyone is at a message to you in the last 365 days and respawn the conversation. And I got some sauce for you guys today, okay, so buckle up everybody right this in the chat, you are not in the content business, you are in the conversation business. Write that down, I'm not in the content business, I'm in the conversation business. One is the last time that anybody ever in the history of time saw a piece of your content and then sign up for your coaching program. When did that ever happen in the history of time, even the people that are interested in buying has somebody seen a piece of your content and then press the purchase link without having any conversation with you, no conversation content purchase, bam, doesn't fucking happen, right. People see a piece of content and then they engage with that piece of content, which is when somebody engages with my piece of content, that is inherently, in my opinion, they are showing interest in my offer because if they didn't like my offer, they could block me, unfollow me, not engage, remove me, like you do a variety of things. And instead of doing that, they chose to engage and so because they're choosing to engage with my content, I'm viewing that as a sign of interest and because I'm viewing that as a sign of interest, it's like that for me is like we, it's, we must start conversations with those people, okay, I view this as like a storefront, okay, so like when when I walk into a store, you know, whether or not I'm actually going to purchase anything or not, like the owner of the store or somebody working comes up to me and says, hi, that's what the DM's on. You're literally just walking up to people and saying hi, so many of you guys are not sending 100 DMs a day when it is so fucking easy, all you have to do is say, hello, thanks for engaging in the content, you want to finish it now just to go into the content, thanks for joining the content, you're running a business right now and just enjoy the content. All you have to do is say hi, the only store somebody walked in, you should walk up and say hi, you never know who's actually going to need your support or ask your help, your Instagram is that storefront, okay, so we got 126 people live with us on the call right now, which by the way, you guys are the action taker. So give yourselves a yeah for showing up for yourselves today, give yourselves a yeah, so we got 126 people live out of the people that are live here today that actually enjoy love making money, et cetera, how many of you. If I started the conversation with you first before you joined type of one in the chat, all the people that I just that are in the chat right now where I started a conversation with them first. Now, if you are happy with the decision that you made to join this container, give me a fuck yes in the chat, all right, give me a fuck yes, if you're excited about the fact that you actually joined this container, you ended up making more money, transform in your life, learning more about mindset, discipline, making more money, et cetera. So there's a shitload of people that are in your audience that are interacting with your stuff that are commenting on your stuff that are following you right carer operatives, I'm so rich now, let's go carer, zero to 70, a K in 11 months, come on, there's a shitload of people that are in your audience that need you to start a conversation with them. Whether that's a respark, whether that's a follow up, whether that's a new follow conversation, whether that's all of it, right, I came straight to you, I believed it, let's go Xavier, there's a lot of people that are in your audience, all right, that are interested in working with you to responsibility to reach out to them. So write this down goal 100 DMs a day minimum, all right, way number two dialed in Instagram story game, you guys ready for some sauce, I got some fucking syggy sauce for you guys, okay. Instagram stories are still one of the best ways to sign clients on a regular basis because people are actively tapping through Instagram stories on a regular basis. So I'm going to give you guys some frameworks that you can use for your Instagram stories in order to get the best possible results that you possibly can with your Instagram story marketing. You guys want to see some of my sauce, I'm going to give you guys some syggy sauce today, all right, I'm going to give you guys my frameworks. All right, so what we're going to do is I'm actually going to pull up some of my Instagram stories for you and we are going to review some of them together. I've got some stuff that is working for me right now, okay, so wait number one to generate leads from Instagram stories. This is one of my favorite ones and these are all by the way, these are all lead gen stories, okay, so I'm going to talk about approach that I have for Instagram stories right now. But before I do that, I'll give you guys actual tactical information because I know you guys are you guys want the tactics to me, one of you guys want the tactics. I don't want that fluffy, duffy bullshit, give me the tactics, be all right. So this is way number one, okay, I call these the, this is the social proof stack. So I'm actually going to do this. So this is right here. So I call this the social proof stack, okay, so an example is, so your business coach, are you any good at it. And then what I do is I stack social proofs, I got Cara Joy Roberts 70, okay, the reason this works really well is, you know how people tap through their Instagram stories, it's very aesthetically pleasing when somebody's tapping through their Instagram stories and there's like things that are stacking. And so when you guys are doing your Instagram stories, you post one story and then you download it and then you upload another photo on top of it, download it, upload another photo on top of it, download it, upload another photo on top of it, and then you start doing your CTA. What do all these people have in common? They're all climbing to 100k months and then I'm fucking stacking again, bam, bam, bam. And then what I do is I do, I did like a cute cat CTA. Did you guys who saw me do the CTA and then at the end I had like this picture of a cute cat and I was like, also if you're still not convinced, here's a picture of a cute cat and if you're interested in learning more about, you know, scaling your business to 100k month, DM me with the word 100k and I'll reach out to you see if I can not. So I call that the social proof stack, okay. Social proof stack is my favorite way to, you know, out of barrage of social proof. There's an ideal place to do this as well, okay. So the ideal place to do this would be, you know, like everybody here understands the Instagram story trick, right, where you delete all your Instagram stories, you got one story out, blah, blah, blah. We all know that trick and you want in the chat if you guys know what the fuck I'm talking about. You don't know what I'm talking about. You ain't watching the units, okay. So what I do is I'll do my like Instagram story trick and then I'll put a social proof stack on the back end of that Instagram story trick. So I'll grab a good photo of me that says like, so you're a business coach, are you any good at it? And then it'll be stack, stack, stack, stack, stack, stack, stack. And then I'll do another CTA at the end of it. So yes, Greg 12 hours later, because then Greg, I'll get all of my leads from the initial post. And then I'm going to get also leads from my other post from the DM CTA, not just that. though, what I will do is like what this does is like anybody Greg that I'm in a DM conversation with now from the initial round sees that social proof stack and they're more likely to take action. So social proof stack is one of my favorite things to do on Instagram stories to generate leads. Absolutely. I'm doing it. All right. Way number two. Okay. This is really good for you guys to be doing right now. Okay. Way number two. I call this urgency time based call to action. So this is number two urgency time based call to action. Okay. What this looks like is so this is cashing on black Friday. Okay. So I've got an urgency based timer here as I fucking bam we've only got 54 days left until black Friday, which has been my record breaking month every year since the start of my business. If you're a high ticket business owner and you want to learn how to set your business up to capitalize on black Friday, then you need to watch my five video series now and how to create content that goes viral on science clients. I'll send it to you for free. DM me 2027. I'll send it over. Okay. So for you guys. And by the way, I'm going to give you guys some more sauce. Okay. I'm obviously going to send the son of the replay. All you guys need to do is you take these CTA. So let me tell you what you do is you like to screenshot this CTA. You would go over to Claude and you would say, Hey, Claude, I'm a fitness coach for women that are 30 years old that are that have this specific goal. I want you to take this call to action and I want you to use this call to action. But instead of, you know, black Friday, I want to talk about how we're a certain period of days away from New Year's and I want you to use language that would target my women that are XYZ getting ready for New Year's. And you help me come up with the call to action that leads directly to that. So that's how you do that. You just screenshot this slide, bring it over to the cloud, tell Claude your avatar, and then Claude will give you the language that you should use on your call to action. For this, you guys, there's two different options. So I like to use these two star conversations. And so what I'll do is I'll use these to give away a freebie lead magnet. Okay. And I'll give away like some sort of like lead net. So for me, it was like my five video course on YouTube. But you guys could create like a absolute banger like cheat sheet PDF with Claude and Claude design, whatever. And then you could give away a lead magnet. But you could also do this with a call to action, you know? And like typically speaking, if you're under 10,000 followers, if you're maybe instead of using a DMCTA, you would use a voting poll CTA, right? Because you're going to get more engagement. But this having the countdown timer on your CTAs, typically speaking will always work better than not having a countdown timer. So on the majority of my call to actions, I will almost always have a countdown timer. Another thing I want you guys to pay attention to is I want you to notice how I use different colors for the lines of my fonts. Do you guys notice that the reason that I use different colors for the lines of my fonts is it makes it easy to follow along with. Does that make sense? Whereas if it's just one big white fucking wall of text, it's almost like hard to read and hard to follow along with. And what I found personally is if I just do big white walls of text, they tend not to perform as well. So I will try to break them up. And like when I'm not lazy as fuck and I actually am like, intentionally mainstream story marketing, these will always perform better than my big white walls of text. Okay. So that's way number two. Okay. Way number two is urgency based marketing. You're basically creating some sort of deadline around some sort of thing for you guys. There's obviously, you know, there's black Friday you guys can market for. There's also the end of the year. So like it's like, we've only got, you know, 72 days until the end of 2026. And if you haven't achieved your goals yet, now is the time before the year ends and you wasted another year. And if you want to learn how to pop up pop up pop up pop up pop up comment or DM or tap this button here. Okay. That's way number two. Helpful. Way number three. Value driven CTA with a lead magnet. Okay. This is actually a new way. So this is why I'm excited to share this to you guys. This is a new way of lead generation for me. So if I grab this, I'm just going to go here. This is a new way. And I really love doing these. Okay. I tested this out and fucking crushed. So what I did is I called it the five deadly sins of business owners who create content. And then I was just like five mistakes in my avatars making. So number one, optimizing for views as a North Star views don't pay the bills clients to. Number two, filling shitty content with an iPhone through and cheesed subtitles on it with graphics. Number three, getting AI to write your scripts and reading them word for word about inserting a subject matter. Number four, blaming the algorithm for your lack of ability to capture people's attention the first or seconds. Number five, not using the free game on my YouTube to learn how to create content that gets views and clients. DM me clients and I'll send you my free course on how to level your content. So basically what I do is I do like a value driven CTA. So I'm like giving them actual value, which I do this in content all the time. And I don't know why I didn't click in my brain that I could do this in my stories. But I was like, oh, let's do this in my stories, absolutely ripped. I think this, this story got me, I think it was like three to 500 leads. So long story short is you can take this screenshot this story and you can plug it in. And you can be like, Hey, I want you to design me like a, what would my language for my avatar be? And then don't use whatever the fuck cloud gave you put in your own unique subject matter expertise. These will do really well if you're like calling out the specific things that you know for a fact that your avatar does. And then attaching some sort of value driven CTA/lead magnet on the back end of that. So way number three that you guys can get leads in your Instagram right now is to do value driven CTAs on your story. Again, you've followed the same fundamental frameworks that we do for like the paddy lipstick, which is like you're leading all your Instagram stories, only having one up for 12 hours and then, and then, and then, and then. Cool. Authority based CTAs with proof, okay, again, this is a new one that I played around with and it absolutely crushed. So I'm going to show you guys it and then we'll talk about it for you, okay? Last month, we booked 1100 sales calls from my Instagram, Instagram DMs, most content get DMs, book sales calls, make money, if you are a business owner that wants to grow and sell on social media, there's no other internet marketer on the planet that understands the entire funnel from social media specifically, top to bottom, better than I do. Top to most is to go when it comes to business coaching content, my social media marketing stuff in terms of getting leads specifically for my Instagram DMs and looking to call five sales calls, significant better. If you guys want to learn how to book 1100 sales calls a month, how I'm booking 1100 sales calls a month, like the $1 million new cash in your business owner that wants to grow and sell on social media, DM you 100k, let's chat about your business. Okay, so Authority based CTA is making an extremely bold claim to start the video and having that bold claim as evidence on screen. And so an example for you guys, like I'm just going to give you guys a few examples. An example for you guys would be like one of your clients best transformations, somebody that dropped you know 25 pounds and is absolutely shredded out of their mind and you're posting it and you're like that's like those testimonials above your head on one side and then the other side shows like the train arise weight graph and then it's like started out at 210 pounds now is 160 pounds and you're like this client dropped 65 pounds or whatever the fuck it is in a six months, 10 months, whatever long it was, you can't drive 65 pounds of 10 months unless you're on crack, that's a size of point. And when it comes to burning body fat and gaining lean muscle for busy executives that have absolutely no time, there's nobody else on the planet that does it better than me. And I've done this for the last 11 years and this client right here is an actual demonstration of somebody that just came in executed on the plan and followed and got the result. And so if you are busy executive that's watching this Instagram story right now and you know that you need a strategy to help you get into the best shape ever and you're looking at the results that I was able to get for this client right here and you're like damn like I need those results. If that sounds like you, I got you 100% send me a DM or tap here, blah, blah, blah, blah, and I'll reach out to DC fucking home, does that make sense? So authority based CTA is you're basically like I'm the fucking best, okay? There's like nobody better at what I do than me and this is the evidence of that. This is the proof that I can demonstrate with the proof and if you want to learn how to get results like this, like you're seeing on screen right now, then tap here and let's have a conversation about your situation so that I can get you the results that you're trying to get. I went every one day like I'm just going to stop the screen share for a one sec. This is a really important point. How many of you guys feel like sometimes your CTA's are dry now? You're like sometimes my CTA's dry. The reason your CTA's dry up is because you keep doing the same ones over and over and over again, okay? You just do them over and over and over again. And when your audience gets accustomed to the way that you are asking, what happens is they stop responding, which is why it's so important to have like a different variety of CTA's that you guys are rotating through because like at this point, your audience obviously knows what you do, but you need to have variety in the way that you're approaching it, otherwise your audience is just going to get bored. Here's an example. Type your favorite energy drink company in the chat box, okay? So I'm just going to use, let's use fucking rain as an example, all right? Blue, you know, bloom is great. Your favorite energy drink. Let's say I love rain, but they only have orange dreams and cold, which is a fucking delicious by the way. And that's the only flavor they have. I love it, but eventually I'm going to get bored. And so if I want to continue to purchase rain, the way that rain does it is they come up with a variety of flavors and that variety of flavors keeps me coming back for more. Do you understand what I'm saying? If there's just one flavor and it looked the same taste of the same rise cotton candy is actually fucking delicious air controller. Yes, it is. It looked the same taste of same and it's the same fucking thing every single time. I'm not going to come back for more. And so when it comes to business, obviously your audience knows what you do, okay? So you need to show them different angles because there's going to be different angles that will actually get them to convert. Some people are going to convert from the, from me saying, here's a five deadly sins that business owners are making because they're like, oh shit, I made mistake number one. I need that resource homeboy has and they send me a DM. Some people are going to convert because they see how many sales calls I booked and they're like, fuck, I only booked 30 sales calls last month. I want to double that. I need that fucking dude. Some people are going to convert because when I say there's only 54 days until black Friday and they're like, shit, black Friday, last year's fire, I need to get even better. So like you guys need to understand that like great marketing. This is a writer downer. Okay, write this down. Great marketing is same thing a hundred different ways. That's great marketing. Now if your CTAs are drying up, it's because you sound the same. You sound in the same. You need to find a way to say the same thing a hundred different ways. All right. authority-based CTA with proof. So, so far we've got the social proof stack, urgency time-based call to action, value-driven call to action with the lead magnet, authority-based CTA with proof, and I got a mini scholarship one. This one's actually funny. Okay, I want to tell you, this is an accidental one, but it ended up working out of my favor. So I had a guy named Chappy, okay, my Instagram. Chappy started talking shit welcome to business when you ever business on people start talking shit So Chappy was talking shit, and so what I did is that I took Chappy talking shit, and I turned it into this Okay, and it actually worked really well. So this was a I called this the Chappy giveaway So Chappy made a post and he said what moral on is paying this scumbag for a course, okay? So I screenshot it post on my story and I said it's actually not one person is two hundred forty five people total last month of Nineteen one thousand dollars collected and since Chappy had a lot to say I'm actually gonna give away some scholarships to one of my business Coaching program his instructions on the next slide to enter and then I got a countdown timer DM me Chappy for a chance to win a partial scholarship to work with me and any of my business coaching programs in that DM Let me know why you believe that I should choose you and for a select few of you who do win partial scholarship Say thank you to Chappy for being a hater DM me Chappy to enter so it's I should uh, I'm using Chappy You know you want to talk shit Chappy fucking come at me dog And our Chappy's gonna realize that he helped my coaching business girl. That's besides the point long story short This is like a mini scholarship, you know now obviously you don't need to use this for hate And it's not like you need to get a hate comment, although you can and it's very funny I had another funny story for you guys, okay? I think I know this is a sidebar, but I'll and then I'll go back to the training Cursing one time had a had somebody named Rodney talk shit and she like Rodney came to one of her live streams and Was just like talking mad shit to Christmas. He's been like you suck. I hate you. You don't look good. I tracked you bubble up So what cursing do so cursing took the hate comment and got a t-shirt made and called it don't be a Rodney And then she made $10,000 for that t-shirt and she was posting it all around her social media She's like thanks Rodney. Anyways, it's a sidebar going back. So you guys can do this you guys can do this like for anything You know, so you could literally say, you know, it's a it's the start or you know We've only got six weeks left in the year and because of that This is my client Sarah that's dropped 25 pounds in the last six months What I want to do is I want to give my audience members a chance to win a partial scholarships to one of my programs Instructions on the next slide on how to enter and then a giveaway DM me winner for a chance to win a partial scholarship to work with me And any one of my fitness coaching programs in that DM Let me know I should believe that why I should choose you to win and for the select food who you do win partial scholarships For those of you that do win partial scholarships and looking forward to working with you for the rest of the year DM me winner to enter to enter Okay, cool now you guys want to know what to say in the DMs to get them to book sales calls Give me one in the chat. Yes, Brian. Please dummy. You're so handsome and cool and I love your hat Okay, so you're gonna get a bunch of DMs right from people that will like DM you like the reason why they should win And then what you're gonna do is anyone who DMs you you're gonna send them a voice note and you're gonna say you're gonna Wait you need to wait 24 hours. Okay, so wait 24 hours let the DMs stack up after 12 hours You're gonna post back to back to back social proof and then you're gonna go to your DMs and anybody that sent you a DM You're gonna send them a personal voice now or video and you're gonna say Christina What's going on? Hope you're having the best day of your entire life So I just wanted to let you know after reviewing your submission and looking at what you have to say I would absolutely love to honor you with the partial scholarship to the program This could be the opportunity that you've been waiting for if you've been watching my content seeing the testimonials Seeing the client transformations and you've been waiting to jump in you just weren't showing about the timing of the finances I got you let me take care of you all you got to do to claim your credit is reply back with Hell yes And I'll get you all set up and then somebody's they're gonna reply back with Hell yes once they reply back Hell yes, you're just gonna be like next step is to get you booked in and then you're gonna send a calendar link Go ahead and book in now spots always full of quick send me a screenshot. Let me know in time Cool question mark. Bam. Bam. It's that quick quick like that. All right, it's like real quick like that Let's try to write that out. I hear I'll devise the text Kara what's going on? Hope you're having the best day of your entire life I just want to do send you a message because I just saw after reviewing your submission I just wanted to let you know that you did win one of our partial scholarships This could be the opportunity to be waiting for it if you've been watching my content seeing some of the testimonials and Transmissions and you've been meaning to reach out you just weren't sure about the timing of the finances I got you let me take good care of you all you got to do to claim your credit is reply back with Hell yes I'll get you all set up. I just voice texted in the chat. All right, and it said Carol it named you Carol I don't know why I named you Carol but the voice much is it in the chat. All right cool. So that is that is no more Dose Instagram story again. Do you guys feel like I've armed you with some successful tools that you guys can use for your Instagram stories to make more money give me a hell yes in the chat box if you feel like you've got armed with some Tools all right armed with some tools. Hell yeah, see senior I learned some Spanish words when I went down to Honduras But they're very bad. Okay, so I can't say them on this call because I basically I just learn how to swear I get a lot I learned a lot of swears. I was gonna say some of them but not doing that moving on Way number three Right this in the chat value driven follow-ups. Sarah how often should we do the CTAs in the stories twice a week And the only exception to that Sarah is if you're posting four to six times a day If you're posting four to six times a day, you can get away with doing more CTAs because you're bringing more exposure to your page Other than that, you don't want to you don't want to exhaust your audience by posting CTAs every day If you're not posting multiple pieces of value day But if you're posting multiple pieces of value a day and your audience is growing full of new customers It's definitely a good idea to post more CTAs. I just got two coffees dropped out to me. You're the man Jack All right, so here's one that a lot of you guys are missing all right And I think that this is absolutely gonna change the fucking game for a lot of you guys on this call that actually take it seriously Don't judge me Gabriel. You know don't judge me brother nasty as Zivia. No fucking. Thank you You know give me some caffeine straight to my veins One is the last time that you guys had a conversation with the prospect that did not buy 30 days ago that was genuinely valuable Type one in the chat if you keep in contact with your prospects that do not buy after 30 days And you're giving them some genuine value type two in the chat if you do not all right to the degree where the prospect Actually feels like when you're following up with them You're not just following up to sell them. What's up lowly good to see you here. They don't actually feel like you're trying to sell them They actually feel like oh lowly actually genuinely cares about me and like wants me to win one is the last time you've done that right so One of the things that we've installed at PT domination, which has been an absolute fucking gangbuster All right, it's been a game changer for us in the way that we generate leads is we do value-driven follow-ups Okay, and so let's hear some answers in the chat box. What do you guys think value-driven follow-up? Sorry Let's hear some answers in the chat box. What is a value-driven follow-up? Give me some answers in the chat box lead-maniac slides Provide a resource freebies free resources sending a resource giving them a checklist et cetera Okay, I'll tell you guys what value-driven follow-ups is but before I do want to show you some statistics, okay? So let me grab the statistics. So this was the month of September Okay, pulling on my Slack channel month of September These were our totals for follow-up calls in September last month We did 272 thousand dollars from follow-up calls. We had a 76% show rate and we had an 84% closer in our follow-up deals Now there's a few reasons for this But I'm going to give you one of the reasons that absolutely has a fucking gigantic impact on this number Because a lot of people leave a lot of money on the table because you're like, oh, you know, like follow-ups Or like, you know, I don't want to be a salesy, you know, I don't want to be salesy be like I don't want to fucking be salesy Well like yeah, if you're fucking salesy if you're like sending them a DM every time you have an offer You're like, oh, Janelle, what's going on girl? I don't know if you saw this But I'm watching my free four-day challenge starting next week and I'd love to talk to you about that She doesn't reply and then the next time you hit her up You're like, oh Janelle, I don't know if you saw this But you know, I'm doing a 25% discount on all my coaching programs I love you take action and then she doesn't buy in the next 30 days like oh Janelle You know, I'm running a free 14-day challenge and I'd love to actually see if you would get value from that You know, so like I'd love to have you in she still is going to apply and you're just like fucking offer offer offer offer offer offer That's not a value driven follow-up. All right. That's not a value driven follow-up. That's slack. Damien, that's slack so value driven follow-up is Like I get that what we're doing as coaches This is the the negative pattern that we fall into is we're constantly seeking new business We're like I need to get more eyeballs more eyeballs more eyeballs more eyeballs, which is good But it's like dude like instead of getting more eyeballs How about we just monetize our current pipeline and we take advantage of the people that have already expressed some some level of interest in us I want you guys to understand something, okay? The last month we did about a million dollars new cash collected of that million dollars new cash collected 30% of it came from follow-ups 30% which would mean just so I can give some fucking Actual numbers of what it takes to run a business, okay? So when we think about my front-end sales book all right front-end sales calls book over 60% of those calls get booked Because I send the message first to somebody that's interactive with my content 60% Okay, and then when I think about the revenue that we actually generate for the company on a monthly basis 30% of that revenue comes from me following up like me and my team following up So it's like everybody is like dude, how do I make more money? You know, how do I get more inbound leads? It's like I'm not everybody writes in the chat. It's not one of the other. It's both right that in the chat It's not one of the other is both. I want to get more inbound me fucking to me too But I'm not gonna wait for them to come to me. I want to get more new sales me fucking to but I'm also not gonna let my pipeline Fucking die because I'm out hunting new deals So you've already had customers that have expressed interest, right? You've already had customers that you brought in that were like yo joe padilla I'm very interested in working with you But for whatever reason we weren't able to get them over the line in the moment right and you haven't followed up with them yet So value driven follow-ups are assistant that we've installed the p2 domination to ensure that we are constantly hitting up our old prospects Here's what this looks like on a tactical level, okay? So let's say you get in a call the girl named Sarah six months ago that wanted to drop 20 pounds, okay? She didn't end up joining your coaching program because you don't come to fucking savage sales And the timing wasn't right or the finances or whatever you know value driven follow-ups are just making the decision that once a week You're gonna follow up with Sarah and you're gonna send her some sort of value that's related to her specific situation And you're gonna continue to give her value for an extended period of time until she either buys or dies, okay? That's value driven follow-up. Now here's the thing, okay? A lot of you guys are afraid to do this Because you're afraid that if you follow up with people you're gonna seem desperate or salesy and you're Absolutely incorrect. Okay, the only way you have seen desperate or salesy is if every single follow up You do is making an offer yo Sarah. What's going on girl? Just launched my new 30-day challenge. Well, Sup yo Sarah hosting a master class next week. Come on in yo Sarah. Did you see that giveaway post? I just drop It's fire offer offer offer offer offer and Sarah's like fuck off, you know, but if you're following up with Sarah In a way that genuinely gives value, right? And when Sarah hears from you, it doesn't feel like a pitch It feels like it's value see like most people do is the only follow with prospects didn't close, right? But what we do at ptonomination is we follow up and we give value, right? So here's the thing. Okay, instead of doing that, this is what it looks like. Okay, once a week Okay, you dedicate a two hour long block. You can do this whenever the fuck you want. Okay, two hour long block And this is going to make you a lot of money So I know that not everybody's going to do this, but the people that do this are going to send Post a message in the community in 30 days and say Brian was smart He's handsome. I like his hat and he's better looking the cold So once a week you're going to sit down for two hours You're going to look into your pipeline a people that you've actually had sales calls with in the last 365 days Okay, now you're going to hit up those people in that pipeline, okay And what you want to do is you want to look at your sales calls and also your type form Okay, so all the applications that have come through and when you look at sales calls You don't just want to look at the sales calls that showed up you want to look at the sales calls And also no showed you because somebody that no showed you but they booked a call with you Obviously has some sort of feeling some sort of intuition about the fact that they want to do something You know, however when it comes to taking action, they had some sort of hesitation So just because they no show doesn't mean they're not they don't want to buy So you look into your pipeline and people you've had sales calls with in the last 365 days And you hit up anybody in that pipeline you're looking at the sales call you remember in the conversation Maybe you're looking at the DM you're remembering what they struggled with you thinking about Maybe then you think about an Instagram weird that you posted recently that would be highly relevant to them And you just shoot the message and this what the message goes like yo Sarah what's going on I hope you're having a great start to your October I actually just filmed this video and I thought you might find a valuable then you send a video I remember on the call you mentioned that you struggle with not knowing exactly how much protein to eat And so I figured that this video would be beneficial for you because it talks about the exact amount of protein that you should eat Based on how much you weigh hope you have a great day and chat with you soon That's a value jump follow. You're like remembering something specific that the prospect said And then you're sending them a message about that thing that they said and you're just giving value That's it and boom. There's no strings attached a lot of you guys when you do this You're like and Sarah replies and once you replies you're like oh by the way do you want to buy my shit? It's like okay fucking relax We got it back into a conversation and she might express Some interest of her own volition, but I don't want to push that on her Just gonna have a conversation she replies. It's like oh my god That's been like that's so awesome. Thanks so much like I've actually been struggling to eat protein This is super helpful. I'm like don't like how have you been since we last spoke like how's everything going? She's like oh, you know, I'm still struggling to lose the weight Bob, Bob, Bob, Bob, Bob, and like I'm really I do I I've been meaning to reach out to you Bob, Bob, Bob, Bob, Bob. Bam. Let's fucking go She's like honestly like I'm doing good right now like I'm just trying to figure things out of my own But like I'm happy with where I'm at don't try to sell her does that make sense? So I'm just doing value driven follow up to stay act up to date with leads in my pipeline Here's the thing. Okay, write this in the chat Stay on their radar. Stay on their radar. Stay on their radar Here's what I will do with value driven follow ups. Okay So I follow the same structure that I follow social media right this in the chat give give give ask Give give give ask give give ask give give give ask So here's what that looks like in practical fucking terms so you guys can systemize this for your own business Okay, you got your list of leads people you haven't haven't sold you sit down do your two-hour value driven follow-up sequence once a week to hit these people out You open up Sarah's message and once a week you're just following up with some sort of value Hey, Sarah. Hope you're having a great week. I was thinking about you and I got a resource that actually helps you track your macro specifically It's like a free ebook check it out So that you sent that last week and then the week before you sent the video that you filmed and then this week You're gonna send the latest workout video that you have because she mentioned that you wanted to get bigger glutes And then next week you're gonna send a testimonial video So on the fourth week you'll send a testimonial video You know like hey, Sarah. I actually wanted to send you this video of my client Janelle. She's been in my program for the last six months She has an incredible transformation. She actually reminds me of you. I'm over here waiting to change your life whenever you're ready So I'm gonna face give give give ask give give give ask the people that actually do this That's sit down and keep in touch with their pipeline and hit them up once a week And you're just genuinely giving them value once a week for the sake of giving them value And the fourth week you go for the ask like they're gonna join your 14-day challenges They're gonna join your giveaway's when you do a flash-lale. They're gonna enter for it Like it's also so easy to hit them up about the flash-sale about the offer about the giveaway that you have Because if you're just in an active conversation with them all the time It's like the next time you do a flash-sale you can just be like yellow. What's up? Like I got this flash though going on I just wanted to reach out and it doesn't feel salesy Because every other interaction that you they've had with you has been positive if this is making a shit little sense Give me a hell yee in the chat box, all right hell yee 272 thousand dollars and revenue came from this last month This plus the way that I do my follow-up calls and the way I said my loom video I'm sure I've talked about that before for you guys though So your action item is opening up your sales calendar in your type form and looking at the application that came in from the last 3 And 65 days, okay down though the file of the type form responses and make a list of all the calls whether they showed or not showed Okay, I also want you to go into your calendar and go into your past events and figure out all the calls You've had in last 3 and 65 days once a week sit down for two hours and send out 30 to 50 value driven follow-ups to that list Period and those of you guys that actually do this thank me later, all right you're gonna make a lot more money cool All right, are we good so far you guys getting value thumbs up you get value Yeah, all right, let's go to the next one. Let's give him some more sauce Way number four get more leads in your inbox that actually want to buy your shit go live every day I'm actually live right now. Hello Instagram. Honestly, this is the one that built the business Okay, because when I first got started, I was an absolute nobody nobody knew who I was and nobody liked me or trusted me Because I was a brand new space in the business coaching space One of the things that I did to separate myself immediately when I came into the business coaching space in 2018 Was I went live every single day to share my subject matter expertise now here's the plan and it's very simple Okay, grab an extra iPhone you probably already have in your house take that iPhone and connect it to your Wi-Fi You probably have an extra one in your house because we upgrade our iPhones every bucket six months Let's be honest and nobody ever you know We never do anything with the old one. So grab an extra iPhone you have in your house connected to Wi-Fi log into your Instagram account Then go live on Facebook and Instagram at the same time now you're getting double lives Now the next question I'm obviously gonna get is like what should I talk about well like you've already been posting content on your Instagram So it's take some of your best performing long form pieces of content aka your Instagram Reels and expand on that in the live stream now the best part about going live every single day is that not a lot of people Are actually gonna do it like I guarantee you out of the hundred and fucking 50 people that are on this right now Like 10% of you will actually do it Now that's just that might be a challenge and you might take that personally And maybe you're one of the 10% and that's completely fine But the fact that you're actually one of the people that will do it is immediately getting to separate you from them from everybody else Now first you might get live you might go out you get like one viewer two viewers five years But if you start doing it consistently over time eventually the viewership will build up And you'll get bigger and bigger and bigger and it also doesn't matter because even if one of the 12 people that are watching you Become interested enough to reach out to you about your high ticket service Well, like that is your next client and that's what actually matters now when you go live here is the actual structure of your livestream So I'm gonna drop this into the chat box that you guys actually have the structure of like how to go live So if you're on the chat right now look in the chat box check this out So when you go live okay first things first make sure your live stream as a title because the titles matter The title is gonna make the decision on whether or not somebody actually tunes into the live stream because they're gonna get a notification Second when your live starts you actually want to comment on your own live stream Which is as common info with the coaching programs and you want to pin that comment that way when anybody tunes in They're gonna see that immediately third I want you guys to have the live stream script ready to go on your laptop for me I don't have a live stream script anymore because I'm handsome good at talking I've done 14 under livestreams, but I can tell you for the first 800 to 900 episodes that I did I like had a live stream script Mike is it bad to live stream during a coaching call now that's fucking awesome Live streaming during coaching calls is awesome. I'm doing that right now Because it's like Mike you're already doing the coaching call Why would you not just go live and like share with your Instagram audience what you're already doing? So like hell yeah, brother. That's awesome That's what I'm doing right now So the structure for the live stream is very simple. This is I structured all my live streams I dropped it in the chat box you guys guys can copy and paste that So start with the core topic so I can examples five-way to summer clients Then what you want to do is you want to talk about three pay points or not having clients So I'm gonna walk you guys through the intro and how I actually set this up check this out What's going on guys? Hope you guys are doing great welcome to live stream. Hope everyone's having a great day What is up? What is up as you guys are tuning in just drop a comment on the live and let me know that you guys are here What's up? How y'all doing? Okay, great. So guys today we're gonna be talking about the five ways to summer clients All right, and this is something that every business owner on the planet struggles with how do I get more clients? It's like you're posting on social media and you're doing everything you're supposed to do But you're not generating more business which now you're like frustrated because you know that you want to sign more clients And you know that you want to generate more revenue But you have no idea what to do and finally you get to a point where you're like Why am I even posting on organic social media because I haven't made any money for my content So like what the fucking what's the point of this so that's a pain points then I talk about the goal What if I told you there was a system where you could predictably post on social media and generate new business What if I told you that there was a new way of approaching social media that actually taught you how to get Strangers on the internet to follow you and then once they follow you engage with your content and once they engage with your content And up in your DMs and become a customer And what if I told you that you never ever ever had to send a cold DM to somebody that has never interacted with you in the past And we only have conversations with people that actually engage with your content So that goes if you guys look in the chat core topic three pain points Talk about the vision of having the problem solved Then you're gonna tell a personal story of you or a client that solved this problem So I might talk about my own personal story of how I went from zero to seven hundred thousand followers Or I might talk about Cara Roberts who went from you know zero to seventy eight thousand dollars in eleven months And I'll tell that story of how that happened then I'll actually give the value then I end with the takeaway So that is how you structure your live streams unfortunately. I know that a lot of you guys are not gonna do it but I'm just gonna fucking give you guys a love and let you guys know that those of you guys that actually do take this seriously you're gonna make more money. So the action item is to choose the time of the day to go live and fucking go. Alright, do we want weight number five? How do we get more leads Brian? How do I get more leads? I want more money. I want more money in my inbox. Number five. Number five it is, okay? We notice a trend on my social media, okay? And I'm leaning into it heavily. The format that's consistently producing the most engagement, the most conversations, regardless of the amount of views that it gets, is raw talking videos. So everybody writes this in the chat, master raw talking videos, right? This is in the chat. It's gonna make me feel real happy, right? Real happy, master raw talking videos, okay? The formats that consistently producing the most engagement for us on my social media right now is raw talking videos. Meaning, I'm not saying we stop doing other formats but when you guys are creating content, like you guys need to understand what's trending on social media and then lean into that trend. I believe that the reason that raw talking videos are starting to pop off is because it's like everybody's posting this fucking AI shit. It's like AI videos. How many of you guys have seen a viral AI creator type of one in the chat? Raw dog in the line. Oh, the fuck said that. That's hilarious. You guys have seen like AI creators that are viral as fuck. And because there's a lot of AI creators that are viral as fuck and it's hard to tell the difference between something that's actually like real and AI. I think people are starting to lean more into like authentic people that are just speaking to the camera because it's very obvious that somebody's speaking to the camera isn't AI when they're like filming with their iPhone. So what I'm doing is I'm doing more of them, okay? Again, I haven't stopped doing my other formats. I don't believe in also committing to one format because I think your audience gets fucking bored eventually and then you stop engaging. I would prefer to diversify my content and consistently give something people something to do engage with, especially when I'm talking about like subjects that are quote unquote fucking boring like sales, you know, or content. How to get more views is a fucking boring subject. So if I can find an entertaining way to deliver that I'm going to that being said, the best part about raw talking content and committing to mastering raw talking content is you can be retarded like me and post three of them a day, okay? And when I say I'm like retarded like me, I'm not good at editing, okay? I'm not an avidio editor that is not my specialty that is not my skill set, but I can film a raw talking video and sit in my car and edit it with edits in 10 minutes and post it on Instagram. And so the barrier to entry for raw talking videos is literally fucking zero, okay? It's literally zero. So there's no reason why you guys can't be doing multiple versions a day, you know? And it's like, like, and like the reason I think they do as well as they do is actually think they communicate a higher level of subject matter expertise because when you say something that's actually really fucking good and people look at you and they're like, damn, this dude's just like ripping in his fucking car to sit in his car, riffing information like this. It's like he must know what he's talking about. In terms of the way that I structure my raw talking videos, I'm going to give you guys the raw talking video structure in the chat box that I try to follow on most of my videos. So this is my raw talking video structure, okay? So I open with a bold statement. So I say a bold statement. I tell a story about that bold statement. I give a lesson for the audience specifically and then I end with a takeaway. I give a lesson for the audience specifically and I end with a takeaway. That is how I prefer to do my raw talking videos. There are some that will like deviate from that structure, but I have to look at my social media and like give myself like a ratio for how many my raw talking videos follow that structure. It's high. It's probably in the 70 percentile. This is the overall formula that I'm doing with these raw talking to the camera videos. And now that's a great fucking point, Alisa. She said, should it just be one take? No, okay? It should feel good. Everybody right there in the chat. It should feel good. What I mean is like, I'm going to show you guys a video and then I'll talk about what I mean by this. So this is a video we're going to play right now. This one. I make 1.5 million dollars a month. You want to know the most fucked up part about making more money is a bold statement. You want to know the most fucked up part about making more money. Bold statement. Now listen. Honey, is you have to be so careful with who you like it close to you because most people want something from you. So you have to be so careful with who you like it close to because most people want something from you. So like, now I've got your attention. So I made a bold statement and now I've got your attention. Now I'm going to tell a story. Listen, I had this client of mine one time and I allowed this student into my life. I could really close. Met my family, was breaking bread with this guy because this guy demonstrated characteristics of somebody that I wanted to be close to. As soon as I got close to this guy, he made me an offer. Yo bro, I'm launching this new offer and I would love to offer it to your people, to your clients, to your community, to Pete's nomination. I was like, fuck no. I'm not going to allow you to make an offer to my community. I post six times a day, seven days a week on social media. I've done 14 hundred podcasts episodes to build my community. No, you can't make me an offer. And as soon as I said, no, what do you know? This dude's behavior flip stopped showing up to coaching calls, stopped talking to me as much and eventually dropped out of the program. Here's a lesson that I learned from that experience. Lesson. Here's the lesson that I learned from that experience. You guys hear that? Here's the lesson. It's important for me to care about my clients or show them that I genuinely wanted to win, but I can never let my clients get too close. And I can never let my team ever get too close because as soon as my clients and my team ever start viewing me as a friend, that is when the events start coming in. And when I say no to your demands, which I absolutely well, now there's this awkward tension where they didn't have to be this. We were never friends in the first place. Your job is a- And now I'm giving a takeaway. Listen to the takeaway. I'm going to give you respect if not to be like your clients and your team members. She hooked you for leadership, not hooked you for friendship. Yes, you should care about people. But when it comes to your friends, you should be making friends with your team members. You should meet your friends with your friends. You can have a business relationship with your team and a business relationship with clients. We'll take you for somebody that's worth 13,000, that's the most advanced business circle. Are you tracking? Following along? Following along? All right. I'm going to be blunt with you guys, okay? That took me 45 minutes, okay? It took me 45 fucking minutes. I was driving back from the airport and I had this really good idea. And like the best time to do raw talks is when you have like a really good idea. You're like, have you guys ever got that like spark of inspiration? That spark of inspiration where you're like, oh, like fuck, that's a good idea. And then you're like, follow that spark of inspiration. So that's what I did. I got the spark of inspiration. So I opened up my phone. I started talking. However, once I started talking, here's what I'll do, okay? I try to get it all out as much as I possibly can. And then even if I fuck up, I'll go through the entire video. Once I'm done the entire video, here's what I'll do. I'm like, okay, I can say that better. I turn it off. And then I turn it on again. I press record. And then I'll try to get through the whole thing. And then if I might start it again, or I might get through the whole video and I'm like, no, I can say that better. And I'll turn it off. I'll turn it on again. And then I'll do that until I actually feel good with the version. And so for that specific version, I got to a point where I was like, it just all came out of my mouth because it's like, as you start to speak, the story will start to make sense over and over again. I don't care about the background noise. I feel like if I have a good message, I'm going to communicate it. Like the background noise in my, in that video is like, it doesn't care. So yeah, this does take time. But even for me, it takes me some time. But long story short is, I'll get the whole message out. Even if I screw up, I'll make myself finish the video. And then once I make myself finish the video, I'll just do it again. It's like, there are some videos you guys that will take me like 10 minutes because you know, I just have a good idea and I just spit it out and it comes out good the first or second time. I would say it's very fucking rare that I do one of these videos and it's the first take that I do. Like it's very fucking rare. Most of the time, it takes me a couple of takes. This specific instance, it took me 45 minutes and it was because I had just got off an airplane. Now is it okay to script your thoughts? Yes, Sergio. If you're the type of person that like needs to script your thoughts in advance, yes. But it's like, again, I think the reason that these videos do as well as they do is because it's like, it feels natural. And as soon as you script, if you're like five words to never say in sales, as soon as it feels scripted, people are like, fuck you. It's like right this in the chat. It's got to feel natural. That's the key with raw talks. When I say feel natural, I mean a variety of different things and I'm going to explain all of them. Feel natural means that it's the same font that Instagram uses in their videos. So if you're using font, like if you like are like, I'm doing raw talking videos and then you send them to your editor and they add some like fucking weird ass font that isn't native to Instagram, it does not feel natural. It will not perform as well. It's got to feel natural, which means the pace and the way that you're communicating needs to feel like a natural pace to communicate at. If you like, you come out and you're fucking like this, it's going to feel weird, right? Or like, if it feels very scripted or you're doing the 1.5 to 3 second cut rule that we used to follow like religiously with every single piece of content, it doesn't feel natural. And if it doesn't feel natural throughout talking videos, it isn't going to do as well. So Justin, great point. Should we edit all of us or delete Ed air? Some, yes. So if we rewatch this video, I'm going to show you guys where I did and didn't. So like, is it okay to cut out stuff? Yes, absolutely. So like, I'm trying to get this structure in the chat, okay? So this chat right here, that's the structure I'm trying to get. And so if there's anything that doesn't need to be in the video that will, that I can, I can deliver the message I want to deliver while following this structure and I can cut some shit out, I will absolutely fucking cut some shit out. So we'll play this and I'll show you guys where I made some cuts. You'll be able to see it. So all this was like right off the cuff check. I'm not going to, I'm not going to, we've already watched the video. So I'm just going to fast forward to like basically where I made the cuts to where you guys can see. So all this, like, I got, I've been doing this for 45 fucking minutes, I have to 45 minutes, you kind of just get what you want to say. But then if I go, once I turn the corner, I started stuttering a little bit. And at this point, I was like, there's no fucking way I'm rerecording this video. I've already done this 15 times. I'm not doing this again. So I just paused and I'll show you guys, you'll be able to see it. Because it seems like clients from my team members start viewing me as a friend. That is when the demands start coming in. And when I say no to your demands, which I absolutely will. Now this is awkward. See that? Do you see that cut? So I fucked up right before that. Right after that, I screwed up. But then I just paused for a second. And I resumed my thought because the initial part of the video was really good. And so I just resumed my thought from this point. And I just cut that out. There's a few more of those. Check this out. Are you expected to be like your clients in your team? See I cut, I cut again. So I just cut out all the dead spaces or all the things where I just like was saying weird stuff. I cut again. You guys see that? So it looks natural still, because the cuts look really smooth. But these are all cut. When it comes to your friends, we should make a friend. Cut again, right? Tina, we should be making friends with your friends. Cut again. Cut again. We have a business relationship. Tina, business relationship, you're right. So take it for something. It's worth a cut again. 13,000. Let me get you close. The demands are coming. So yes, the answer, long story short, you absolutely can cut out afterwards. You absolutely can cut out afterwards. You can see it in the background. Your body language just may change the look natural. Yes, exactly. It still looks natural. Yeah, I can drop the link. If you guys want the link to this real, I'll drop it in the chat box. So that is the link to this real. Oh, all right guys. So let's do a quick little recap. So your action item. Okay, I'm going to give you guys an action item to make more money from this is one raw talk to the camera video every day seven days of the week. That's the action item. Those of you guys who do this, you're going to start making a lot more money because your social media is going to connect to a genuine version of you. And I find that raw talk to the camera content is getting the most engagement across my social media as bar none. No questions asked. All right. And it also like out of all the content types that I post right now, there's three content types that I'm betting on that will go viral. You guys want to know what they are? The only three that I bet on that have a chance of going viral right now. I'll give you guys the only three. Okay, there's only three. And the first one's the easiest one. And then the other two are a little bit harder. So number one is raw talks. I like when I post a raw talk video, like there's a higher chance of it going viral. Then a fucking list video right now. List videos are kind of like on their way out raw talk videos are on their way out. Okay, so that's number one. Number two is clone videos. Clone videos for sure hands down are still one of the best ways to go viral. Obviously, the problem with clone videos is you need to be a little bit good at editing and a little bit good setting up. And yeah, it just requires more of a setup. So that's why I say they're a little bit harder to do. The third thing that I always like, there's a high chance of outperforming my other content is carousels. But again, carousels are a little bit harder to do a little bit harder to set up. And so the easiest fucking one to do the highest chance of going viral right now out of all the stuff that you guys can be doing right now is raw talks. Okay, cool. So in summary, number one, five ways to get leads in your inbox. Number one, minimum 100 DMs a day. And number two, dial the Instagram story game. I gave you guys a bunch of information that you guys can use for Instagram stories. You guys get back from Instagram story stuff. Number three is to do value driven follow ups. Don't follow up with people and try to sell them shit. Follow up with people to give them value. Number four, go live every day. All right, that number five master raw talk videos.
