Here's the question. What happens when a CEO of a massive company gets recruited by intelligence agencies, and he doesn't really understand what the end goal of the assignment is, but he later finds out that he's being recruited in essence to subvert or take down the current sitting president of the United States. Well, that's happened and that CEO is coming out and he's telling all, and we're going to be sharing that with you. Now, before I introduce our guests to you here in a moment, don't forget, you can always stay in touch with what's happening in the news encounter. News.com has all kinds of amazing information and make sure you sign up for Israel guys, Israel is coming up. We're going to be joined by Detroit brewer, Joseph Z starting in November and you get early bird pricing right now. So you go to faith and flame tours.com faith and flame tours.com. Uh, to get all the information about that trip, do it before the price jumps. The 1st of May, let's all go together. The trip's going to fill up fast. So we're so excited to have our guests with us. He's, he's a tremendous man of God, a filmmaker who has made this amazing docu series called the enemy within. And he's going to talk to us a little bit about what is being uncovered. Would you welcome with us, Matthew Thayer? What's up, Matt? Hey, buddy. How are you? Good, man. It's good to see you. So this, I saw the trailer for this and I don't even know, I don't know if it's copy, if the music is copywritten or what in this trailer, but it's outstanding. No, we know we licensed it. Yeah. So it's 100% licensed. Okay. Awesome. So in a moment, Evan, we might play a little bit of that here in a second, but give us kind of the premise of this. This is one of the best made documentaries I've seen and the information is shocking, shocking. So tell us kind of the premise of this. Uh, yeah. So the premises of it is, uh, the man named Patrick Byrne who started, uh, overstock.com, um, and actually his father was, um, the CEO that was instrumental in, uh, turning Geico around back in the seventies. Uh, so he grew up, uh, wall street, um, started over overstock for those that you don't know who overstock is overstock once rivaled Amazon, uh, back in the early two thousands. And, um, anyway, so, um, you know, and then he was also, uh, an early adopter of Bitcoin, uh, which was one of the things, um, that he's known for, uh, he was, uh, overstock was the first company, large multibillion dollar company to accept Bitcoin as payments. So he was kind of like this crypto guy. And then all of a sudden in 2019, he just abruptly, um, resigns from overstock and goes on Fox news and says, I've been a part of, uh, domestic political espionage, and I've been dating this woman named Maria Bettina, who had been, uh, incarcerated by the FBI, uh, for connections with Russia and the Russia collusion stuff. And he's like, I dated her at the behest of the FBI and, uh, he kind of came out and he sold all of his stock and then he, uh, skipped the country. So, uh, so this is his story. Um, and, um, yeah, so this is, uh, you know, it's the enemy within, uh, and, uh, he has this, a crazy tale of how he not only found out that he was. The enemy himself within the government. He did not know. He didn't realize, right. He didn't realize. Yeah. Yeah. It was all compartmentalized, but then also he actually flipped it around on them and became the enemy within the enemy. Wow. Okay. Evan, do you have a little piece of this so we can show just a little piece of this trailer? I want people to see this because the quality is outstanding. And then we're going to dive deeper into this story because I know people have a lot of questions, by the way, guys, if you have questions while you're watching this, put four question marks before your comments. So Evan can see that. And we'll get to that and we'll be able to ask those questions and hopefully answer them for you. But this is shocking. When we think about what happened from 2016, 2020 beyond, um, the cover is being taken off. Let's take a look at this. My name is Patrick Byrne, domestic extremist threat. Number one, or not. Perhaps I'm just somebody who's willing to hear that. He has no clothes. You can decide for yourself. Patrick Byrne, they're following everything that you've been working on. Yes, sir. Understood. You may know of me as the CEO of this $2 billion e-commerce company, but really I have this other life. You have an unusual relationship with the United States government. Sir, why are you bringing this up? The FBI needed me to set up a bribe. We can't have agents running around creating crimes. You know, it would violate too many rules for us to do it. But if you're willing to go do it, we'll look the other way. Hello. My name is Maria Putina. Then I would make it happen. Instead of being happy, they say, just let it play. What? Let it, let it play. Now, I know this may look like the deep throat scene from all the president's men, but where do you think that stuff comes from? These things happen. I was encouraged to have a relationship. And it's heated up. I'm going to meet the Trumps. I was starting to realize the feds were using Maria to smudge up the Republican party and they were using me to use Maria. And this truth is going to be so explosive. Erase every moment from your memory. So it's, it gets even more, more intense. So I want to go in detail now. I want you to kind of walk us through this whole story. Cause this is, this is stunning. And then as you, as you watch this, you got to wonder how often does this happen? How many people are there embedded like this? We'll get to that here in a moment. So now take us to the beginning. You have the CEO who's approached by the intelligence agency. Was it the FBI? Uh, yeah, it was the FBI and, um, and, uh, you know, and, and as a young man, he had been, um, recruited. Um, and we go into this in a little bit in the, in the documentary as well, but he'd been recruited by a retiring, uh, the joint chief of staff for Reagan, uh, to go over and, uh, do some, you know, uh, exploratory work on how to create peaceful relations with Vietnam back in the late eighties and early nineties. And, um, and so, you know, that was kind of his first foray. Uh, and he came back with a report and they actually implemented, um, nine out of the 10 things that he suggested. And that led to, um, you know, basically peaceful relations being reestablished back in 95, uh, with Vietnam. And, um, and so that was kind of his first foray. And then, um, I, I don't, I don't know everything that he's been involved with, but apparently he was involved with, uh, uh, with the FBI in an investigation that had to deal with an NBA star back in the, in the early two thousands. Um, and then, uh, kind of based on that, uh, he was then asked to, you know, do, do some undercover stuff. Um, well actually he was also friends with Soleimani and we went into that too, you know, it's like, like, and people would ask him, um, he asked one of the guys at the national security council at one point, like, why do you keep asking me to do these things? Are you guys this hard up? And he's like, uh, he's like, well, he's like, before certain people talk. It's best if other kinds of people talk and you're one of those other kinds of people. And so he would help kind of facilitate, you know, these back channels, uh, that facilitate P but he was always about like peaceful relations. Like he was always, you know, like he was always like, I want to create peaceful relations within countries. And that's one of the things that we talk about in the, in the documentary as well, is that even his interactions with, uh, with, with supposedly this Russian agent where, you know, established based on that, you know, there's a lot of people in Russia that want to have peaceful relations with America. And, um, and so, you know, it's always been about peace, but so then when the FBI asked him to do, you know, some of this, um, other work, he didn't really think, he just think he was working for the good guys. And then all of a sudden, as he got deeper into it, he started realizing, wait a minute, this is pretty sketch. So what, what was it that was pretty sketch? What was it that he was doing at the time? And what were they actually doing? Uh, that he realized I've got to get out of this. Well, so, you know, again, you know, you absolutely, anybody that wants to watch the movie. It's actually on Amazon prime. So you can go to Amazon prime. Uh, we, we got it on Amazon prime and, um, you can just buy the series for, you know, it's like 12 or 13 bucks. Uh, and, uh, it's three episodes and I, all the only warning that I give you is don't start watching at 11 o'clock at night because you won't stop watching it until two 30 in the morning. So, um, uh, I've had so many people on comments going like, thanks, man. Like I'm in the middle of the night now. Um, but anyway, uh, what the thing that, that really kind of sparked him was when he met Maria and this was kind of a happenstance thing, like it wasn't something it was off by chance. I think it was actually divine providence being a Christian. Like I'm, I'm re I'm watching this guy's story and I'm like, Oh God was totally setting all of this up. Um, but, uh, the thing that kind of started sparking him was that. When he has this security clearance because the security clearance was given to him for, you know, so you get to get these briefings and things like that so they can go and do these things. And so that comes with a certain amount of requirements. And so when he meets this Russian girl that comes up to him at a libertarian conference and says, Hey, I have a message from Russia, right? Well, he's got to report that. So he reports it to the FBI and then the FBI kind of was like, Oh, well, okay. You know, and it wasn't really all that interested. And he's like, wait a minute. Like he, and he actually relayed to me some stories behind the scenes of how he had had relationships with other foreign girls at one point and like, didn't tell the FBI and the FBI got like super in his grill about it. So he was like, why aren't you guys concerned about this? Like she has like all these connections and like what, and he keeps like, and they, and then she's like, Oh, come over to Moscow. You know, we want to introduce you to some of these people in the Russian central bank and, you know, talk about Bitcoin and all this stuff. And, and he keeps reporting it to the FBI and the FBI is like, well, I don't know. You, do you want to go to Moscow? You know, like he wasn't getting any kind of definitive answers. And then when they kind of told him like, Oh no, you just need to break it off. She's just a student, you know, kind of a thing. And then, but we really have this other thing that we want you to do, which actually ended up being him setting up a bribe for the other presidential candidate in 2016. Um, wait, what was this? What was this? What did this entail? You can't just pass over that. Well, so that was the thing that kind of caused him to start going, wait a minute. Wait, I think something's up. And so he actually, the intelligence agencies are setting, are setting him up to help leverage a bribe against the other contender for the 2016. Let me back this up a little bit. So, okay. In 2016, you had two things going on. It seemed like according to his story, based on, you know, I'm sure there was other things, but according to his information, these two things going on. One, he started going like, I think that what was happening was that he was being asked by the FBI, not only to have a relationship with this girl, but also he was given an opportunity for her, for him to introduce her to other people. And within the Republican sphere. So like Chris Christie and some others. And so he was facilitating some of these opportunities, but then she was also, she was also through other means connecting with other Republican, known Republican quantities, you know, in Washington as she's a student there. And so she's kind of like rubbing elbows with these people. And all of a sudden he realizes like, oh, wait a minute. I think they're creating some sort of like can of scandal that they can just like put up on the shelf and then like take down and spray on anybody that ends up winning the Republican nomination. And so he starts thinking this through and then he said, they say, oh no, just go ahead and break it off with her. She's nothing. And then, but we really need you to help us set up this bribe because we've got intelligence that, like I said, the other presidential candidate in 2016 had taken some money from a foreign entity and that there was this other foreign country that wanted to bribe her. And so we want you to facilitate this and essentially set up a sting. So he does, he sets up a sting. And then when he goes back and reports to him like, hey, it worked. They're like, the two handlers are freaked out and say, you have to, you have to forget everything. Um, we, you know, w we, you have to forget everything that, that happened. Not, you can't remember anything. You can't talk about it. Nothing, you know, like, just like forget it ever happened. What would cause that shift though? They were asking him to do this. Right. And now what, because he was told at that time that she was going to be president and nothing was going to stop that. Wow. And so if she becomes president, then she's going to find out who was doing this and send over her goons to the FBI. And that they were all basically their, their lives were over. And, um, and the way that he also relays it is that these guys that he was working with, he thinks that they just discovered basically that day also that they were working for bad men and that these guys were actually, he believes that we're, we're good rank and file FBI guys that just caught, got caught in the middle of it, just like he did. And that allegedly, yeah, you know, he, you know, he had spent a lot of time with these guys and, you know, I don't have any reason to doubt his take on it. You know, I mean, I'm just reporting what he told me and he just said that they were family men and, um, and probably were just in a real bad spot, you know, that they could have, they could have lost a lot. And so they were trying to, um, you know, kind of just sweep it all under the rug. But one of the things about Patrick. that a lot of people don't realize is that he does have a little bit of Asperger's and so he's got a little autistic. And so when an autistic person is kind of given the information and it's like, it kind of becomes a craw, you know, something's stuck in their craw where they just can't get rid of it. And they can't not pursue the rules. You know, like he said in the documentary, we're the kind of kids that are on the kickball field and when the kickball goes out of the line, we don't understand that the game can continue. We don't understand. We have to go back and address the fact that the ball went out of the line and they don't understand. And so there's this fixation that he has on, once something doesn't make sense, he has to understand it. And so he actually, at that point, leveraged his knowledge within the FBI to set up the Comey and the other people. They actually found out that the CIA was involved as well, but that the upper seventh floor head of the FBI and the CIA, he actually set them up on rape and murder charges. That he did. Yeah. Yeah. He actually, yeah. Yeah. It's actually, it's in the story. It's the way that he did it. He kind of tricked them. So like I said, he kind of became the enemy within the enemy. So he's now playing them. Okay. So just out of curiosity, by the way, there was this really weird incident during the 2016 election where Comey wasn't going to say anything about Hillary Clinton. And then he did come out and say something about Hillary Clinton and it just seemed counterintuitive and productive. Do we have any insight into, from your perspective, just while we're kind of in this little bubble of time, why that was going on? What was the purpose behind all of that? We didn't get into the, because you're talking about the emails. Yes. Yeah. We didn't get into the emails in this one. I'm wondering from your perspective, after having, you've interviewed a lot of people, you've spoken to a lot of people. It seems like to me that there's people behind the scenes that are, cause see a lot of people will point at like the Steele dossier and point at like the Russia collusion and Perkins Cooey and everything that was happening with the Clinton funding, all of this political research on Trump. Right. And I'm not saying that that's not true and not the case, but you have several power brokers in play and I believe that there are power brokers above the FBI, even above say like Obama, Clinton, and even Soros, I think that are. Really? Yeah. Oh yeah. Manipulating things behind the scenes because essentially what they've done, if you think about it, is, okay, so this is what Patrick Byrne alleges in the film, is that that they had this can of scandal that they were going to take down and spray all over the Republicans. So that was a way to control the Republican party so that they can make sure that they can install Hillary. And once they installed Hillary, they now had two bribes that they could hold over her head to keep her in kind of a snow globe where they could just take her down and control her and shake her. Right. And so the power brokers that, yeah, so the power brokers are controlling the apparatus from up above the puppet masters. So who do you think these power brokers are? Because normally people, they say, yeah, there's something above the FBI, there's something above the Clintons and Obamas and they point to Soros and the World Economic Forum. You're saying there's something even above that or more powerful than that? Well, see, that's the thing. That's where you just kind of start getting speculative because it's like seeing the shadow of something and you know something's there, but you can't quite define it. But I don't think that's unprecedented because I've been doing some deep dives into our history and stuff. And the mercantilian families and the Venetian bank families and the Swiss banks and stuff like that were controlling even stuff in the late 1600s and early 1700s. So it seems to be kind of tied to these players that kind of look like, they look at the world like a risk game board and we're playing a game here. And so the fight has been liberty versus feudalism, really. I mean, it's like, so these people look at people like chattel and they kind of feel like they can move things around and wipe out entire populations or change currencies and all that kind of stuff. So that kind of stuff has been happening for centuries. And so I would imagine that we're dealing with some sort of modern form of that. So like any good spy thriller, whether it be 007 or Mission Impossible, it's not the billionaire, it's the bank or the organization that uses the billionaire kind of as a puppet to push their agenda forward. So this CEO, he sees all this going on. He sees the FBI allegedly using this student from Russia with ties to nefarious things, intentionally trying to insert her in relationship to a lot of Republicans. But what else did he see concerning the election? Was there something even deeper? Yeah. So it's all about the elections from his standpoint. It's all about like, it's, because he gets into some, we don't get into it a little bit, a lot of this in this documentary, but he's really big on the election fraud and the machines being tampered with and things like that. Oh, wow. In 2020. So we got into a little bit of that, but he's, the statement that he makes is it's all about elections because if you can control the people that, well, if you control how the people view the world by creating these false narratives, right? So if I can convince you that this woman who really was just a Russian grad student is actually a spy and I can put her on CNN and, you know, show her and she, you know, she was a gun advocate in, in Russia and I've actually talked to her on the phone and she's a lovely woman. Um, and I think that she was totally, uh, miss, um, basically what is, yeah, what, sorry, what? Mischaracterized. Yeah. Sorry. It's mischaracterized. Um, and, um, but, but she was a gun advocate and had done a bunch of photo shoots with like, you know, leather pants and, you know, holding these big guns and stuff like that. But she was, so she was like Hollywood's perfect, you know, like red Sparrow, you know, kind of Russian agent kind of spy looking thing. And, um, uh, and there's really no evidence to, to, to prove that she is, she is that, um, and even, even in our own government, she was only, um, she was only ever convicted. She actually, she wasn't ever convicted. She pled guilty to being a, um, unregistered foreign agent. Well, half of Washington, DC is an unregistered foreign agent. So it's kind of a ridiculous, you know, claim, um, or charge. And so, and they never had anything else that they could pin on her. So, you know, and as much as they dug around and much as it would have been great for them to, if they had something, they would have, they would definitely would have pinned it on her because they wanted to take Trump down and they were trying to make some sort of connection there. And so if I can, if I have the power to do that and I can create this entire false narrative with pictures and, you know, and all of this stuff and throw it up on, on CNN and, and MSNBC and even Fox news every single night and convince you that this is, you know, some sort of foreign agent in our midst, well, then I have the ability to create a bogeyman over here. That is this bogeyman Russia that, you know, is controlling our elections and everything else. Well, I can completely manipulate the way that you even view your world or your life or everything else and how you even go about deciding who's going to be the next person, you know, that runs the country. And so, um, so the, the thing about elections that people need to understand, it's both an information, disinformation campaign, and there's also cheating mechanisms in place, but you can't have just one or the other, you have to have both. And, you know, so, you know, this was just part of the narrative that got a bunch of people that were actually probably good people that thought they were new, what was going on, probably thought they were informed. We're just getting their information from the wrong places and, and then made decisions to vote for the person that they, you know, against the, you know, bad orange man kind of thing, right? The Trump derangement syndrome stuff where people are just not even thinking, you know, rationally and just vote for people that actually 100% advocate for the destruction of their lifestyle, but because they've been told that this other narrative is the truth, um, they make their decisions accordingly, and then they're able to tip the scales with the, with the cheating mechanisms in, in the, um, but then with the cheating mechanisms, uh, with the machines and, you know, the ballots and all that. Well, so that's kind of where he's coming from is that it's, it's, it's both. And, you know, well, it's not your normal documentary. It's a docu drama and it's like a spy thriller as you're watching it, but you're getting actual accurate information and testimony from this gentleman about what he allegedly says took place. And it is shocking. And then you consider the fact that that's one guy, this is how there are thousands of agents like this, if you will, that the federal government leverages and utilizes and the amazing, amazing actors, by the way, and actresses that you got for this, how in the world did you get the quality of actors? And I've never seen a Christian filmmaker come away with this kind of quality, honestly. Uh, well, thank you. Um, well, I, you know, I think part of it is because, you know, while I am a Christian, I don't, I don't consider myself a Christian filmmaker. I'm a filmmaker. That's a Christian. And I feel like that that's something that I would encourage anybody who's out there who considers themselves a Christian filmmaker to think about that difference because, you know, I can create as a, as a Christian, who's a filmmaker, I can create a political docudrama that is entertaining and fun, but has these underpinnings of truth and even redemption and forgiveness, but nobody's going to pinch and hold it into the faith and family section, you know, at, uh, at Mardell's, you know what I mean? It's like, it's, it's, it's, and that's how we actually, uh, infiltrate the system because with the problem right now, the wonderful thing right now is that because of sound of freedom, like all of a sudden, um, Hollywood, I know for a fact, because I was just down in LA and having conversations about this is that people are, Hollywood is looking for faith and family stuff right now. Like they really want value-based stuff. And I'm like, well, what happens when that's not the end thing anymore? You know what I mean? It's like, it's like what happens when that's not the end thing? Well, we can't pigeonhole ourselves into that place. We need to actually be able to tell, you know, Westerns and war dramas and dramas and historical pieces and sci-fi and, and do all of the great stuff that people want to watch, but just infuse it with the kingdom values, you know what I mean? That's what we, that's how we should be, you know, infiltrating society. So anyway, so that's a little bit of a soapbox, but, um, but I, we, we put out a casting call. I had a great casting director, um, that I've known for awhile and, um, she did a fantastic job. We put out this casting call. Um, these were all non-union actors. Like, um, they, uh, uh, we had 3000 submissions, uh, which was crazy considering the content, but a couple of them actually had some conflicts in their schedule. Like they had another show that they were going to be on. And, uh, one of them came to me and it was just like, like, please, please like work with my schedule. I really want to be on this. Like, this is super important. I really feel like this is an important thing that we're doing. And, um, and then the guy who played, you know, Patrick, um, he, I think he's just a, you know, a hidden gem. I think he's been around a while in Hollywood and has worked on some bigger projects, but more as stand-ins or background extras and stuff like that. But, uh, he was just, you know, a total pro, um, and, um, really had a lot of fun working with him, bringing that character to life because Patrick, as the, as the interview kind of comes off, you know, and he's got that Asperger's, you know, kind of, um, autistic, you know, side of him, which is very analytical, kind of very cold, very calculating, uh, not a lot of emotion, you know? And then, and sometimes the emotion comes out in kind of surprising places. Um, so it's just a little bit off. And so we were able to like bring another layer to him through the actor where it's like, it's almost as if like, this is how Patrick kind of sees himself as a little bit cooler, you know, a little bit, you know, kind of this, you know, this spy. Um, and so we were able to play with some, some stuff there and, and, um, but yeah, no, I'm really proud of the entire team. I feel like that's the thing as a director. It's like, you're, you, you, you, you take a lot of credit for, for stuff that other people, other artists bring to the table. And really, I just feel like I'm the kind of the, the father on set. That's just like trying to draw the best out of everybody. And I just had an amazing team from the cinematographer to the editing to the actors, to the set design, like everybody just kind of came together and was really passionate about it. Well, it's, it's thrilling. It's kind of, you're on the edge of your seat while you're watching it and people can find it on Amazon. What do you hope they get from it? What do you want people to take away from this? Well, you know, I'm just really big on setting up the next generation for, you know, like, how do we not let this happen? You know, how do we not let this kind of. thing, you know, these kind of people infiltrate into our government. And I feel like, you know, I think especially Christians, I feel like we've fallen asleep at the wheel and, you know, the more research that I've done in our past, there was a lot of amazing Christian people that founded our country and gave us the best foundation they possibly could to ward off these types of attacks and set us up for as much success as they could. And I feel like, you know, we've been lulled to sleep by convenience, by, you know, shiny objects and, you know, sports and, you know, guns and butter and, you know, all this stuff that, you know, dictators have used to control people for years. And I feel like we've been sold a bill of goods. And I think that what I love about this story is that it really cracks that open and says, look, like even the stuff you're watching on TV and the stuff that you're watching on the news that it's claims to be the news is literally just as fabricated as a reality TV show. And we have to watch that. That's not being cynical. That's being wise. And thank God, you know, we're starting to see, you know, podcasts like this and podcasts, you know, like, you know, Joe Rogan and, you know, these other people that are actually creating this, you know, amazing alternative news kind of ecosystem now that's helping to challenge the legacy media because the legacy media has been taken over and controlled. And if we didn't have the podcast that we have now, I don't know if Trump would have even won against Kamala. I think if they had actually had, you know, the control that they had over legacy media and had been able to silence all the podcasters voices, I don't think we would have stood a chance. Because these types of stories are getting out. These types of things are getting out. It's not just about thrilling people and keeping them in their chair and having hoping they watch something and have a good time. It's like I want them to walk away with going like, oh, wow, how do we keep this kind of thing from happening? How do we keep from having the types of people that would use, you know, our domestic intelligence services, the things that are there to keep us safe as American citizens, that they would actually weaponize that system against us. How do we keep that from happening again? We need to we need to ask those kinds of questions. And we need to shore up the this, you know, we just can't take it for granted anymore. We've got to shore it up. And thankfully, you know, thankful, thankfully, President Trump seems to be putting the right type of people in those places. And hopefully we're going to see some long lasting change, hopefully for our children's sake. For our children's sake. Speaking of asking the right questions, we got folks asking questions. You stirred up a conversation here online. Evan, what are they asking here? Yeah, first question from Priscilla said, seeing and learning everything you have while making this film. What advice would you give to the American church and her leaders about countering the kingdom of darkness besides prayer? That's a good question. That's a that's a really good question. Well, yes. So glad you put that you named that the first thing, first thing, absolutely 100 percent prayer, because watching this. Hearing Patrick's story as a Christian, like I said, I couldn't help but see divine providence. You know, he just happens to be at this thing and he just happens to be here and he's almost like the Forrest Gump of intelligence, you know, he's just like in these and only God can do that, you know, so so I feel like God is definitely setting working behind the scenes. So he's doing his job. And I believe that's, you know, that's because prayer. Right. But I think that it's just, you know, like we need to be we need to realize that God does have an ideal for a society. I believe our forefathers believe that. I was doing some research, like I said, on the Massachusetts Bay Colony, the original charter of that. Those guys wanted to create a city on a hill. They wanted to create a new society that was ordered by the kingdom of God. And and so, you know, we need to we need to realize that we have a job to do and and we need to be about our father's business. And God wants to create healthy communities, healthy societies and and for us to be involved in that process because he can't do it without us. He's always says, you know, hey, you know, he created man to rule the garden. You know, we're here to we're here to to be the servant leaders of this earth and to create a better community, just like it says in Proverbs. You know, I think it is, you know, when the righteous rule, the city rejoices, you know. And so we have a lot of joyless cities right now because we the righteous have abandoned their posts. And it doesn't mean that we become, you know, the lords of the manor. I don't think that that's right. But we have to become, you know, like the Daniels and the Josephs that are, you know, in positions of in places where we can provide, you know, wisdom and and resources and advice to the people that are making the decisions. And I think ultimately, you know, that's our charge as Christians. And I think we need to be about that. You know, I think we need to our communities. Yeah, we need to be more involved in our local communities. I think that's a big thing. You know, it's like a lot of people like the other day I was at my men's group and my one of the guys like going, what's an alderman? And I'm like, he's literally the guy that sits on the board that, like, you know, writes laws for the city that you live in. And he's like, really? I've never heard of that. I'm like, and he's a deep Christian guy. You know what I mean? And and it's just sad that we don't know. We and as much as it's fun to watch Trump and, you know, just take a wrecking ball to everything right now. And I'm having a blast, you know, watching all of that happen, because I've as for decades I grew up, you know, with a father that was like the IRS needs to be abolished, like all this stuff, you know, so like I've been sharing this kind of thing on for a long time. But, you know, we need to know who's sitting on our city councils. We need to know who is running our schools. We need to know who the mayor is. We need to understand because when you have seven or eight people show up at a council meeting, you can actually tip the scales. You know, you when you bring a million people to Washington, D.C., it doesn't matter. Right. Right. And so it's all about our founding fathers were about local action and our local communities. And the you know, the federal government has become over bloated and controls us way too much from a long distance away. And that was something that they fought against. So it's more about getting involved locally and just helping, you know, put either either doing it yourself or or, you know, finding the right person in the community that's going to, you know, you know, enact righteous laws. You know, like let's just get back to the basics. Yeah. Jason, who was watching in the comments said it's in Rome. It was bread and circus, bread and circus. And we've got to learn to look past all of that and stop living our lives vicariously through our favorite politician. That's not going to get the job done on a local level. We actually have to show up and get involved. So I encourage everybody to find out when your next city council meeting is, when your next school board meeting is, county commission show up and just sit and listen and get to know the people involved. And you'll be amazed how easy it is to be influential. How do people find this movie, by the way? So go to go to Amazon Prime, the best place to go. You can find it on Google Play as well. And you can purchase all three for like twelve bucks. And and you won't regret it. I there's so many people that there it is. There's so many people that have watched this. I actually got a really great compliment from a guy who is in the industry and also a lawyer. And he's like, I had to watch this twice. Like this was amazingly put together. And you really made a compelling case for what was going on behind the scenes. So everybody take advantage of it.
