10/14/26: Houthis Hit Saudi Aramco HQ, GOP Abandons Entire States, Press Sec Collapse On First Day

The podcast offers a comprehensive analysis of the ongoing conflict between Saudi Arabia and Yemen, highlighting the Houthis’ military advances and Saudi Arabia’s strategic retreat. The Houthis have targeted Saudi Aramco headquarters, signaling a significant escalation, while Saudi forces remain heavily weakened, having lost key territories and armored units. The report emphasizes that Saudi actions have caused massive civilian casualties and infrastructure destruction, fueling deep resentment in Yemen. In response, Yemeni forces and tribal allies are preparing to retaliate by launching attacks into Saudi territory, potentially undermining the Saudi royal family’s power. The situation is further complicated by speculation of a Saudi-Israeli alliance to counter the Houthis, raising fears of sectarian violence, including potential attacks on holy sites in Mecca and Medina. On the U.S. political front, the midterms show a sharp shift in favor of Democrats, driven by declining Trump approval ratings, growing public opposition to his policies, and economic factors like data center proximity. Republicans are abandoning key House races and shifting campaign funds to less competitive states, signaling a deep strategic crisis. The podcast also underscores how misinformation and ideological stances—such as Andy Harris’s false claims about fuel prices or Susan Collins’s war-related voting record—are being challenged by voters, reflecting a broader erosion of trust in Republican leadership. These developments collectively suggest that the political and geopolitical landscape is turning against the Republican Party, both in foreign conflicts and domestic policy.

This is an iHeart podcast. Guaranteed Human. Lisa, tell them about our new show. We have a new podcast. It's called Don't Lie To Me. I'm Lexi Juanio, we're two best friends, 22 years apart, but so close at heart. And I'm Lisa de Julio, the old one, which means we have wildly different references, occasionally different opinions, and at this point in my food days, I've lived it all. Now in my 30s, being the founder of new shoes, good taste is my business. Listen on the iHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. I'm Lacey Mosley, author, actor, stand-up comedian, creator, and host of Scam Goddess Podcast. The True Crime Comedy Podcast, all about robbery, fraud, and those who practice it. Each week I bring on an amazing guest. Ooh, I scammed them. What? I could talk to you for an hour. You're a generational yapper, like me. That's why I had to make yapping a job. And now you can catch full episodes of my show on YouTube. Start listening to Scam Goddess on the iHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Bloomberg's Big Take Podcasts has everything you need to know about the most expensive midterms in US history, like the money being spent to control the Senate. Everyone has been waiting to see how Trump will spend his big work just. He was sitting on nearly half a billion dollars. How candidates are rewriting their party's playbooks, and how big business is throwing its money into the ring. There is obviously the AI Superpacks, which are two sides there, so they're spending sometimes on different sides of races, sometimes on the same side of races. Listen to the Big Take on the iHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Good morning! That was Ryan's Elizabeth. I'm channeling the new White House press secretary, who we're going to talk about today. Had a really rough start yesterday, and as we were preparing the elements for the show, that single line. We're going to play it for you later, it was ringing in our heads. Yes, she's currently White House press secretary. By the time you watch this, that may no longer be the case. We will see. She said she's moving her family to Washington DC. Maybe pause on that. Just rent. Just rent. Yes. See what happens. We're going to talk about the war unfolding between Saudi Arabia and Yemen. We're going to be joined from Sanaa by one of my favorite journalists there, Hussein Al-Bukhide, a kind of Houthi-aligned reporter who's going to talk to us about the back and forth. We've also got midterm updates. The midterms are going about as well for the Republicans as the war is going for Saudi Arabia. What's that? Well said. We'll also be talking about this, just because we all need it. We're going to be talking about Zakaria, the new White House press secretary in her. Her first performance yesterday. Plus, hilarious questions about whether or not she lied about being a licensed attorney. The claim that she made that she passed the bar when she was in China. Really bad. Which is completely impossible. And I don't know, maybe she's just a Chinese spy. It's. Which, come on, China. Is this what you got? Right. And it's one of those segments that the kind of DC media is going to cover for the who's up, who's down, element of it. But there are actually some serious questions about her record being raised right now that could get her in genuine hot water. So we'll break that down. Plus, we'll just cover it for the absurdist element of it. It's going to be fun. I have a new story over at Dropsight about Mike Rogers in insanely corrupt relationship with his wife who was a security contractor. She was getting one billion dollars in taxpayer money while he was chair of the House Intelligence Committee. We'll talk about that. There's a debate between Rogers and El Sayed on Thursday night. There's also some Rogers is really leaning in on this whole Muslim brotherhood. Maybe we can. Maybe we can get into that a little bit. We'll also talk about the raid on Ilhan Omar's home looking for evidence in this completely insane politically charged investigation. And just because Vermont is also a state and never gets talked about, we're going to be joined by a manager new who is the Democrat running for Vermont. Believe it or not, Vermont has an insanely popular Republican governor named Phil Scott, who's been in office for a very long time and is facing basically his first serious challenge. And the fact that he is vulnerable in Vermont just suggests that the climate for Republicans nationwide is just absolutely toxic. Now quickly, if you go to breakingpoints.com, get to one month free, then you might get to go to fish. And maybe Emily will go too. This is a big. We have a new thing going on. If you sign up for the one month free, you get entered into a little lottery. And maybe if enough people sign up, we can talk Sagar into going to. No. I mean, how. You could get into. It doesn't happen. No, Sagar would hate it. Which is not a reason that we shouldn't kind of pressure him to go. It's a reason that you do constantly pressure him to go. But I'm saying you could get 10,000 sign ups. He will not go to fish at Madison Square Garden. We will say it. But if you want to pay to support this show, I'm told that we have a new way of doing so. Right. Producer Max says that this week only, you can send money directly to his AMEX. They can't trace it. And nobody will know. Yeah. So reach out directly to Producer Max. He said he'll give you all the account details. I believe he has a G-Series. Then he needs to pay off. Or needed to pay off quite a while ago. Yeah. He's been minding moving in a round a lot, so it doesn't get repossessed. So just help a brother out. We'll support what we're doing, the mission. Supplies to not just Greeks, but to everybody. Yeah, it's called gilfoyling. It's a new tactic. And we think it's-- Right to the AMEX. Right to the AMEX. All right. Let's get right to the show. Starting with Saudi Arabia. There's a lot to get through Ryan with the Houthi updates. We have here a one. Ryan, tell us what we're seeing on the screen here. This is battle updates. So the Houthis have encircled Taís. The Houthis are the primary power in the Ansar-Ala coalition. So right now you effectively have Yemen split between-- And what you're seeing here is the advancement that the Ansar-Ala military capacity has taken. There's been some debate online about that clip that you just saw. Whether that tank was hitting a mine or whether the Houthis are able to kind of hit moving vehicles by mortar at this point. It does seem like there have been some incredible shots. So this is Western Taís, which-- So Ansar-Ala now controls the entrance to Western Taís effectively just a matter of time until they take the last city, which was one of the kind of lone holdouts that is not Aiden. So roughly something like 70% of the Yemeni population lives now in territory controlled by Ansar-Ala. The rest is controlled mostly by forces linked to the UAE, whereas the Saudi forces have been almost completely expelled to-- they live in hotels in Riyadh. Last week, this Saudi got their forces to kind of rush down the coast in armored vehicles with air support and retake some territory, but they had no plan to take and keep any of that territory at all. So they've since all been driven out most-- they lost most of the armored vehicles that they used. And now the Houthis are looking to encircle this last piece, after which there's a lot of-- we'll ask Hussein what he thinks is going on next, but there's no indication that they're going to attempt some military assault on Aiden that what we'll be talking about is some type of a coalition government. And the Emirates are hoping that it will be-- that it will be a ton of two separate states, so they'll remain weak. We will see, President Trump says they're behaving very badly. Let's roll A2. What a who is a misbehaving very badly. A misbehaving very badly, no good. Very badly. And he elaborated on that on social media, we can put up A2B. The Houthis are behaving very badly. I thought they learned they're less than a year ago when we bombed the hell out of them and at their request stopped. They've been silent-- I love that idea. They just asked to stop and he stopped. They've been silent for a long time, but now they've emerged again probably at the behest of Iran, which is a failing nation with no Navy, no Air Force, the world's worst economy, and 301% inflation. That's how you know it's true, because it's very precise figure. In a very nasty way, hitting Saudi Arabia and purposefully driving up oil prices, probably prior to the U.S. elections, not nice. Somebody should explain to them that I'm not running in the elections. I've already won in a massive landslide, but I'll be there after the elections, and I will never forget. We could explain this to Hussain Abokriti when he comes on, and then he can relay that to the Houthis. These may be sophisticated political analysis that they're not familiar with. What do you think? Well, you know, something tells me they've already heard this. That's going to be my guess, but you know, it is amazing the power he wields of his words. And so yesterday, we put up a three Saudi Arabia hit significant oil sites in Yemen, oil depots in both Hodeidah and Sana'a. And the Houthis had said if Saudi Arabia attacks their oil sites, they're going to hit back at Saudi oil sites, specifically they threatened Saudi Ramco's headquarters. We can put up a four. There is some dispute about how significant the hit on Saudi Ramco's headquarters is. Saudi Arabia is acknowledging that they were "targeted." They said there was some minor damage. There are other reports that the entire building was on fire. Maybe the truth is somewhere in between. But it does seem like Saudi Arabia did not hit Yemen as hard as it necessarily could. And the Houthis did not respond necessarily with a full-on escalation. So I think both sides are still leaving some room for an out here. Because there's a now a world kind of petroleum conference going on. And because of the Houthi attack on Saudi airport, a bunch of the oil executives didn't come. They said to cancel another conference. They also canceled air raid sirens. Mohammed Salman is just a wild figure. He's like, I'm sick of these air raid sirens. He just turned them off. So just that's how I'm going to deal with the missile problem. You're just not going to hear about it. Just not hear. Until we get to. They are arresting journalists in Saudi Arabia who are just reporting what they're seeing with their own eyes. It was a very long time until they were willing to even confirm that there was a significant casualty event inside this billionaire port. They're desperately clinging to this idea that everything's fine. Come to the conference. It's going to be good. Vision 2030. We're cruising. It really is that Leslie Nielsen meme where nothing to see here. It's a hundred percent. Literally behind them is fire and explosions. Zachary and I were not arguing, but debating this a little bit last week. How much longer do you think Trump can withstand the pressure he's certainly getting from NBS? I think Trump is. I think so. I'm glad you asked that because it goes to Trump's point about we, they asked, we bombed the hell out of them and they asked us to stop and we did. Yeah. It is true. We bombed the hell out of them. It is true that we reached a one-to-one ceasefire with them. But if you remember what Trump said afterwards because they took a hell of a beating and they kept knocking MQ-9 drones out of the sky, two planes, two American fighter jets fell off of aircraft carriers because we, our aircraft carriers were running away from, kind of, from Ansar Alam missiles. They have this domestic missile production capacity inside of mountains that with billions of dollars of munitions dropped on them, we were not able to stop. They also have the capacity to stop traffic in the Red Sea. This a year and a half ago was before they controlled the Bobo Man dep Strait. They were controlling it through, kind of, their ability to cast ballistic missiles in that direction. Now they control the islands right there and the coastline. So if Trump attacks Yemen, they will close that down. So Trump, I think, is just not going to help out MBS and also, if you're, if you're Trump, the reason that you care about MBS is the money that he has. It's not obvious that he's even going to be in power by the end of Trump's term. This is an absolute existential disaster for him. I think he's going to be extraordinarily dangerous on the way down. Well, I was going to say that actually ratchets up pressure on Trump even more, given all of the entanglement. Well, I think he's probably asking who else in the Royal Family is going to run this thing next. All of the, how am I getting money from them? The financial entanglements between our what main power broker in the Middle East right now, who also happens to be the president. And our main media company, like CBS and that whole else and thing is heavily financed by Saudi Arabia. Right. And so, given the very real threats to MBS's power right now, whatever we think, pressure Trump is facing, I feel like is 10X, probably behind closed doors. But I had a mad, so there's, they're basically two ways out for MBS. He can either win the war, with what he would need, or to do with. Which he has thrown over the last 11 years he can't do, unless we're, even with us, that is real helping him likely. We couldn't do it. Like everybody was doing, we start, we killed half a million after we're already stretched with Iran. Right. We killed half a million civilians there, bombed the hell out of them as he said for a decade plus. And they're only stronger now. So he can't, like he just physically cannot win the war. It's not possible. The precision strike capabilities of these new munitions, drones of ballistic missiles, they're too cheap for countries to produce. You cannot put your boot on the neck of smaller countries in the way that you used to be able to do it. And also, he's in a glass house. There's all these targets in Saudi Arabia, whereas you, once you've hit a few oil depots in Yemen, there's nothing much left to hit because he's been hitting it for 10 plus years. So he can either win the war, which he can't do. Or he can peacefully coexist with a Yemen that has answer a law as a significant power player there. He also has refused to do that. So those are really the two choices. The third is just a fall, like fleet of South of France or whatever he goes, which I don't know how he does that. He's, you know, super paranoid. He's had his brother, a MBN, under house arrest, and allegedly torturing him for like a decade, and he has also been brutal to everybody else in his family. He's, you know, feared and despised by a lot of the rest of the real family. So that's really how is he even going to survive in exile? Right. But again, that makes it even scarier from our perspective, for many people's perspective. But in the US, that like what he is going to do at to your point on the way down and what he could do in our direction on the way down in terms of pulling us into different conflicts. Yeah. The CIA, if you remember, deeply opposed his coup against the MBN. They said this guy is impulsive, reckless, short tempered. He's a nut job. So why we don't want, so CIA was like, we do not want this guy in here. Why wouldn't the president's daughter then get into financial bed with him to the tune of, you know, everything needed for her husband to start his private equity for money. Money talks. I mean, that's like, it's like incredible. All right. Let's ask Hussein Alpacati, what he thinks, joining us next is a journalist from, joining us from Sana. Lisa, we should tell them about our new show. Oh my god, Lexi. I'm Lexi, you want to wear two bus friends, 22 years apart, but so close at heart. And I'm Lisa de Julio, the old one, which means we have wildly different references, occasionally different opinions, and at this point in my 50s, I've lived it all. I'm not going to get any of your fighting. That is wild. I learned that about you today. And I've always got something to say. If men were just honest about this, there would be so much more peace in the world. We're going to talk about dating, relationships, beauty, getting older, and a little wiser. We're best friends, but we don't always agree. As you told us how accommodating you are, obviously I would do what I think I could do to fight the fight, but there's only so much fight I can fight. Don't lie to me. Don't lie to me. Don't lie to me. Lie. Listen on the iHeartRadio app, Apple podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts, I don't really care. Blumberg's big take podcast has everything you need to know about the most expensive midterms in US history, like the money being spent to control the Senate. Everyone has been waiting to see how Trump will spend his big work just to be sitting on nearly half a billion dollars. How candidates are rewriting their party's playbooks. You have El Said, who is a former health official. giving rise to a lot of the economic populism. I'm wondering where you see this sort of definition of the working class going from here. Well, it's essentially now everyone, right? 50% of college educated workers concern themselves working class, 50% of high earners do. - And how big business is throwing its money into the ring. Gambling, super PACs, sports betting companies, there is obviously the AI super PACs. - Don't just witness history unfold, understand it. - They redistricted Texas, we're the Mac daddy, and it's gonna backfire. We catch the big take podcast every weekday, and tune in Wednesdays for the latest on the midterms. - Sayin' Albuquiti, thank you so much for joining us. - Yeah, thank you very much. - You got it, so I wanted to ask you about the back and forth. We were talking about that at the beginning of the segment here, where the answer a lot responded to the Saudi attacks and ho-data and son-in-law by attacking Saudi Ramco's headquarters. Where would you put, where do you assess that they are on the escalation ladder? Was this a significant counter punch by Ansar Allah, or were they holding back a little bit? - Yeah, I think if you see that they have targeted the main HQ of Aramco in the map, even though they have warned the Saudi, and the Saudi could not stop this attack and there was a huge damage to that building who controlled the entire Saudi Aramco operation in the West Coast, as well as the Saudi most oil field, actually located. But I think the sponge for Ansar Allah is just a warning, or just kind of simply a taste to the Saudi, what Yemeni are will equipped to do, because still till now, Yemeni has not launched a major attack against the Saudi oil field of himself or gas field in the West of Saudi Arabia, only a small attack using drones. So I believe that Yemen still have the upper hand, and if the Saudi will not stop our demand simple, to stop the war, lift the blue gate, withdraw from Yemen, stop interfering in Yemen, and then the Saudi could leave safely side by side with Yemen, and we will not attack them or target them. If they do not do that, this means that I believe that bigger attack will come towards Saudi Arabia. And how might the internal pressures and politics for MBS affect that decision, you're saying? - I think at one point when he can feel that he's losing it, he must actually stop, but I think there are maybe a huge pressure on him from United States, and as well from the Zionist state of Israel, because for Saudi Arabia to be defeated for Yemen, he's just simple people, digitus people, just with sandals. It could actually break new reputation only the Saudi Arabia, but the reputation as one of the United States, because it's the one who is, Saudi Arabia is the greatest ally in the region, they have been buying weapons with hundreds of billions of dollars through the many years. So it could be as well difficult for Mohammed bin Salman, but I believe that always you should think about your own people. Look here in Yemen or Yemen in government, if you think about our people, we do whatever it takes to protect our people, and for them, and for Mohammed bin Salman, he knows that, if you stop attacking Yemen, Yemen will stop attacking Saudi Arabia, and even if Saudi Arabia at one point in the future will come under attack and foreign attack. From any country, I believe that Yemen will fight with the Saudi, we will try to protect them, because we will not allow, as we did with the Palestinian people, we will do with any other country that will come under attack. And I hope that he will listen to his sense, if he have some kind of sense, because we have seen later that the Saudi are not actually equipped and are not able to stop in Yemen attacks. Saudi has conducted 300,000 attack against Yemen. They have killed 20,000 Yemeni civilians by direct attack. They have destroyed the entire infrastructure of Yemen, they have targeted schools, hospitals, mosques, markets, farms, everything you can think of. Bridges power station in entire Yemen, and entire bridges has been destroyed and hospitals, and the blue gate has killed more than 400,000 Yemeni civilians, because of preventable diseases like malaria, cholera, civilian malnutrition, malnutrition, lack of food, lack of food, it's because of this actually a result of this attack against Yemeni infrastructure, and as well, the blue gate, that's why you've seen Yemen since before even launching any attack against Saudi, we found an embargo. We say the blue gate against blue gate, airport against airport, but we didn't even targeted the Saudi Aramco facility. When they targeted Sanaa airport, we blocked the retreats, and we sent warning, no ships allowed. What does Saudi have done? They have targeted her data port. We targeted young airport. Then what does Saudi have done? We didn't target Aramco. What they did, they have targeted a prison in Al-Jawov, killing an injured dozens of civilians, including women and children during the visiting hours. When they have done that, even though they've been bombing the battlefield, we say, okay, right, they are bombing the battlefield, at least they are bombing fighters. They are not bombing civilians. We ignored all those attacks. We didn't target Aramco, but when they targeted the prison, it was like an obligation for Yemeni armed forces to take an action. If they didn't take any action against Saudi Aramco, at that time, I think people would rise up against Sanaa, that's why would they have blounts that major attack against Aramco, in Najran and in Jazad and in Asir? And from that on, it has escalated more because Saudi continue to target Yemeni civilian infrastructure. And it's just, sorry, one more thing. That's already why wasting a fighter jet that costs you, or like three or five fighter jet, to send them to a civilian area, to a market, to a school, to a bridge, to bomb it. When you can use those fighter jet in the battlefield, to target the advance of Yemeni armed forces. So I think that I don't know. They enjoy killing civilians. They know every civilian is killed, have a tribe behind him. The tribe will join Ansar Lada Houthi because Yemeni know that they will never, ever leave, like they will take the revenge, even after many, many years. They will not allow anyone to kill any of their relatives without taking revenge. And this time, actually, the revenge is all on Saudi Arabia. If the, if the war is not brought to an end by Saudi Arabian, I've seen some talk about Ansar Lada potentially even moving into what is considered now Saudi territory. And I also saw Ansar Lada official. I think it was Muhammad al-Bukhadi. Is it, by the way, is he your brother or-- Yes, is my brother-- Is your brother. So I think I saw him talking about Yemen's willingness to support either rival factions in the Saudi royal family or other opposition groups inside Saudi Arabia. So what kind of offensive capabilities is Ansar Lada considering at this point? Do we still, do we see that Yemeni retaliation attack against Saudi we still kind of been like kind and nice to war Saudi Arabia? Because still, Yemeni could hesitate, could launch hundreds of missiles against all the Saudi infrastructure and they could knock it out in a matter of hours. And as well, they can launch attack against Saudi power station. We did not do that yet. Saudi have destroyed all our power station. And as well, against Saudi water plan. So this is actually, they will die from thirst. They will taste a little bit of what they have been doing to Yemen. But one of the strongest cards that Yemeni have is a ground attack to Saudi Arabia, to Najran, and Jazar, and Azir, and those provinces. Actually, we still, every single Yemeni. Still consider those as Yemeni provinces that were taken by the Saudi in the thirties because of the help of the United Kingdom. They have bombed the hell out of a data port and they have entered part there. And then our Imam at that time he was forced to give those to Saudi Arabia, to return the United Kingdom stopped attacking Yemen and attacking Hadeidah. And but he had an agreement with the Taliban, if agreement. He made the Saudi silent agreement that admitting that those our land and they are kind of rented in the Saudi. And the Saudi should not interfere in Yemen, should not launch a war against Yemen. They should stop any like plan or anything that bad against Yemen. And as well, they should treat Yemeni as they treat Saudis. And the Saudi since 1934 when it was signed, they have actually not implemented any of these baragraph in that agreement. So the Imam, when he did that agreement, he did it, because he know at one point we will have a strong army. We will have a strong leader like we have now. And we will have the power to take those back from the Saudi because he know that the Saudi will break and obstruct every single agreement that was signed in 1934. That's why if this attack against Saudi Arabia will come, I believe it is not only will be they have many armed forces with their hundreds of thousands of fighters. It will be as well the entire tribes near the Saudi border. They are so fed up with the Saudi. Saudi has been selling them and even during the true push that was signed in 2022, which the Saudi has broken in mid of July by target in Sana'e airport. The Saudi have been bombarding those areas, but not by air strike, but just by artillery shell. And you know, the news only cuts if there is an air strike. But they have actually dropped the hundreds of thousands of coastal bombs on that area. Children are dying on a weekly basis. On the Yemen side of the border? Yeah, on the Yemen side and all those archribles area. So the only thing that's held in them, from entering a lounging war against Saudi Arabia is because our leadership here is still saying no, it's not time. If we can actually make Saudi to have peace with Yemen and withdraw from Yemen, we can negotiate about Niger and Azerbaijan and Azerbaijan by asking the Saudi to implement what was agreed. But if we enter those areas, I think our demand will be different. At the beginning, three months ago, our demand was simple. Lift the blue gate and implement the road map. And you know, that was signed between us and the Saudi-backed government. That's how they ignored all that. Now, our demand, we don't care about the road map. Because we are now the one who have the upper hand in every battle. If you advance, your demand will change. This is normal and there's no something that we are ashamed of. So the demand now is a total liberation of Yemen. And to stop interference and all that thing like that, the Saudi should not be interfered with anything in Yemen. If they don't do that, and if at one point we enter those Niger and Azerbaijan as here, our demand will be different. And we will not withdraw from this area. We might demand something more from the Saudi. So those latest attacks against Saudi Arabia, actually, they are threatened the House of Saudi. If your house made of glass, stop throwing rocks at your neighbors. Saudi Arabia was involved in the invasion of Iraq and the killing of millions of civilians. The attack on Libya, the war of tourists against Syria. Because they always try and the Saudi United state to contain the war in the country. That country that they are attacking. But when it comes to Yemen, we will bring the fire and we will open the gate of hell against them. Because we are not allowed them to burn Yemen. Well, they are just having this area, the festival. And I'm sure that they will not be able to help the World Cup in 2034. Because if they continue, Yemen will destroy their economy. And they will not have a single dime actually to spend in that World Cup. Well, you just mentioned that demands might change and demands could be even more ambitious. Could you tell us a little bit about what that could look like or what people could expect? I mean, now the demand is how should we leave Yemen? And pay total compensation and not interfere in Yemen and withdraw all the troops and stop supporting any groups in Yemen. And let us Yemeni, we can deal with each other. Fight each other, kill each other. They have nothing to do with it. Yemen has been gunned through coups, through revolution, through like fighting. But there was no outside intervention. We had to answer to each other. So the demand, like I said, if the Saudi will not implement that, if they will not stop interfering in Yemen, because they are now trying what? Trying to gather countries to attack Yemen. They are trying to plan for a bigger war against us. So if that will come, this means that Yemeni will expand its attack and it will enter Saudi Arabia. And if we enter Najran and Jaisan and Asih, it will be silly and stupid to withdraw from them. If the Saudi will say, OK, I will leave Yemen. No, that was before. We demanded that. But now, because you are defeated, you have gathered all the evil from around the world to fight us. And because now you fail, you need to have the same deals or the same demand that we were asking you for the last few months. So I think this is something that is our right. And as well, I think one of the most important things that if entering Najran and Jaisan and Asih, to withdraw from this area, it will actually stain the reputation of Ansarullah till the judgment day. Everybody will say, look, at one point, we were strong. We'd enter this area and we took them. And they just handed it back to Saudi Arabia. So that's what I think Ansarullah and they are actually not willing to enter Saudi at this point, because they are thinking now about Yemen. But if the Saudi will gather all the evils around the world to kill Yemenis, I believe the Saudi will lose its so-called territory now in Saudi Arabia. And it could be actually maybe the beginning of the end of the Saudi royal family. Because if you knock out their oil, if you keep targeting them and knock out their security, their safety, this means Saudi Arabia will not exist. It only exists on those things. Security, the Italian state, and as well, they're already new. If you knock it out, this means that Saudi royal family will not exist, actually. And with that in mind, there's been some reporting that Mohamed bin Salman has been considering having Israel come in and assist with the war on Ansarullah. But that Netanyahu is insisting on basically a visit, a state visit, and once Saudi Arabia to ask publicly and be open about the relationship, that's not something that MBS is willing to do. At this point, I would imagine if it's between him falling and allying with Israel, he would choose a desperate alliance with Israel. What is the current status, though, of Ansarullah's relationship with Israel? In other words, are Israeli ships allowed at this moment to pass through the Red Sea? And what is-- how is Ansarullah thinking about these kind of negotiations between Saudi Arabia and Israel? Yeah, I mean, this is regarding ships about Israel. And as well, it's actually funny, because when we were targeting Israeli ships, to stop the genocide in Gaza and attack in Israel, and declared war against Israel, we were the first-- maybe the only country who declared a war and target their ships as well. So United States has come to prosperity guardian and they start targeting Yemen. And then we have widened our target to as well to United States ships and UK ships. Everyone, if it's Saudi Arabia, they were condemning us and saying you are threatening the Red Sea. And now, because we are not targeting Israeli ship or United States ship, the Saudi is crying out loud, why we are targeting their ship and not targeting Israeli and United States ship. And regarding the Israeli ship, anyone can check this marine traffic. There is no single sign ship there to go through the Red Sea. As well, the Eilat port, or as it Om Rashrat South of occupied Palestine, is still closed. I mean, there is no single ship in that port. And Yemen actually, because our demand was to stop the genocide, or that there is a ceasefire. If Hamas has accepted a ceasefire, this is actually our demand. And Hamas requested-- it was like we said that the battle in the Red Sea is a battle of Hamas and to stop attacking in the Red Sea is in the hand of Hamas. So this means that as the ceasefire, Hamas requested from us to stop attacking the Israeli ships. In the Red Sea, we did our best. But as soon as there is any-- I mean, we want to target Israeli ship. But if Hamas is respecting that truth, I mean, they are the one-- it's their land. I mean, they are more concerned about Palestine. I can say more than that ask, because they are the people who live in that land. So this regarding those ship of Israel, but I believe that, as you mentioned, that Muhammad bin Salman and Israeli actually in the United States are trying to blackmail Muhammad bin Salman, either to bring him to normalization. Of course, they have good and close relation, but to make it obli. And I believe, at one point, Muhammad bin Salman will do it. But if he do it, actually, it will be great. And it will show the entire world, especially the Muslim world, is not about protecting Makkah and the Makkah back and the Sunday country, like Pakistan and Turkey, to protect Makkah is all actually about the protection of the Zionist and the protection of the Saudi royal family. And I can say that I and I believe, and I'm sure that at one point, Saudi for them to gather to make the war with Yemen as a sectarian violent, like holy places is against Houthis. I believe that Saudi at one point will launch a drone attack against Makkah al-Qa'ba or against the holy mosque in Medina. They will do it, because those attacks from Yemen that targeting Saudi Arabia is threatening the existence of the royal family. I mean, believe me, they are so, they didn't know what to do. They've been begging every minister of defense for to come and to save them, so they will do that. Because the United States have this locust drones, there is a copycat from the Iranian Shahi drones. And the Saudi as well, they have announced before the attack during this recent three months, the supply and a copy of Shahi drones or those locust drones, supply it to the Saudi back forces in Yemen. So at one point, they will order them to launch attack against Qa'ba, take only one drone, not like to destroy it, just to use that. And they will do that. I'm sure they will not hesitate. If they see that they are on the brink of collapse and that they could not keep things, help things together, I believe that they will do it. And I'm sure, but if they do it, this means that they have attacked our holy place. This means there is another reason to launch a major attack. Again, Saudi Arabia to defend our holy place in Makhan Medina. We are the Saudi Arabia. the one who are defended. We are not the one who threatened those areas. Just imagine we considered Palestine as the third holy place of all Muslim. We are one of the few who tried to defend Palestine, to defend all goods, to defend Gaza. So also how do you lie about us will try to attack Mecca. It just I think is because they are planning to do so with a Zionist and with the United States because they want to set the entire region on fire on sectarian a violent. Well, Hussein Al-Bukhadi, thank you so much for joining us. I think it's probably fair to say that if there is an attack on Mecca, it would be suicidal and absurd for it to come from on Sara'la. So I hope that the Saudi-backed forces in Yemen who might be encouraged to do that would recognize that it would be, I don't think anybody would believe it. But anyway, thank you so much for joining us. It's always great to get your perspective. Thank you very much for having me. Thank you. It was great. We'll see you again soon. Oh my god, Lexi. I'm Lexi Iwaneo, we're two best friends, 22 years apart, but so close at heart. And I'm Lisa Di Giulio, the old one, which means we have wildly different references, occasionally different opinions. And at this point in my 50s, I've lived it all. I'm not going to get any worse than fighting. That is wild. Because you told us how accommodating you are. Obviously, I would do what I think I could do to fight the fight, but there's only so much fight I can fight. Don't lie to me. Don't lie to me. Don't lie to me. Don't lie to me. Don't lie to me. Lie. Bloomberg's Big Take podcast has everything you need to know about the most expensive midterms in US history, like the money being spent to control the Senate. You have El Said, who is a former health official, giving rise to a lot of the economic populism. 50% of college educated workers consider themselves working class, 50% of higher earners do. And how big business is throwing its money into the ring, gambling, super PACs, sports betting companies. There is obviously the AI super PACs. Don't just witness history unfold, understand it. They redistricted Texas. We're the Mac daddy and it's going to backfire. Catch the Big Take podcast every week day and tune in Wednesdays for the latest on the midterms. Listen to the Big Take on the iHeart Radio app Apple podcasts or wherever you get your podcasts. Well, President Trump was campaigning in Alaska last night. He set on another trip set to head off on another trip today as a sign of how seriously he's taking the midterm threat, whether it's helping is a different question. He's been storming the country. And now just yesterday, let's put our first element up on the screen. The Fox News power rankings shifted 18 races towards Democrats in the House of Representatives Ryan. So some of these probably are not entirely surprising to you. Anything in this list standing out though, we're looking at first district Wisconsin, Pennsylvania seven. Remind me, is that 2018 Conor Lamb? No, that is Bob Brooks, the Bernie backed firefighter. That's right. So that's Alan town, Pennsylvania. That's your that's your hood. Yeah. So Bernie dominating Alan town. That means it's over like time for capitalist render and they changed it from toss up to lean D. Yeah. So for that race to not be a toss up is or even likely. This was this was a race where Republicans spent huge amounts trying to get a complete lunatic nominated as the Democrat. They lost. Then they got a Republican to run as a green party guy. But he got kicked off the ballot for signature problems and fraud. Basically, like like you're not a green. You're like, you're Republican. You have to be a green. Right. So not looking good for that one. That's always been a swing swing district. But it's it's actually kind of the quintessential district that should make Republicans nervous if it's in polling, starting to look more like lean than toss up. Yeah. Yeah. Big Hispanic vote in Alan town plus then it's very, you know, very suburban and rural. Now another stunning bit of polling data, our next element, we can toss up on the stream screen from Newsweek. Trump's approval rating is below water in every single state. No pink. No pink. Rachel bike cofer pointed this out. If you look at this map, she said there isn't a single state where Trump has a positive approval rating as of today, the 12th. And this gets back into obviously whether or not the the question of whether or not him barn storming the country is helping Republicans or not. Now you listened. My understanding right now is that you listen to the Alaska rally last night and he continues to dangle the prospect of $5,000. His whole speech. He's now it's a free offer because nobody thinks he's going to hold the house. Right. But his whole speech, he's like $5,000, $5,000 in your pocket. And he's now putting strings on it. He's like, you have to spend it in the United States. It's like, I don't want you to say darling, we're going to China with our $5,000. You have to spend it here. Like his press secretary. Yes. Right. Yes. So yes, he's still promising the $5,000. You have to go watch us and confirm it. But I swear he said at the beginning of the speech, he told us anecdot about driving through Iowa at the very beginning of his term. Looking up in gas was $1.95 a gallon. He's like, and then I went to war with Iran. Why are you why are you telling that story? I mean, while there's still like people who are saying it wasn't Iran, the gas prices. It's all Ukraine. The Democrats will get to that in a second. Yeah. Democrats. It's Democrats. Environmental regulations. We'll get to that in a second. Indeed, you're going to want to stick around for this particular sound. But now another interesting bit of data here, our next element from the economists in UGov polling, the Associated Press put this together. Voters who live near, I'm sorry, the economist did voters who live near data centers are swinging hard towards Democrats, according to this polling with UGov. And I mean, if you look at it, it's pretty clear, like this is a pretty clear trend. And it looked like it looks like it really started pulling apart late last year. And then just it's not even close anymore. It's a pretty, pretty convincing graphic that data center location in this midterm election is pushing people towards Democrats. And again, that even takes us to the question of how much Trump is helping because Trump owns that issue so hard, which is why it's a problem for Republicans, even like, Tom Tiffany, Wisconsin, Gubernatorial candidate, who was running against David Crowley. Leftists were supporting Francesca Hong in no small part because Crowley was open to data centers. Yes. And Crowley, by the way, may end up blowing the Wisconsin trifecta. It's not impossible. By refusing to take a stand on data centers. This is the problem, this is the electability problem that you get with corporate Democrats that they are so tied to the special interests that got them where they are that they can't do the obviously popular thing. Absolutely. And the whole reason they refused to go with Francesca was they said she's too crazy, she's not electable. And then they put in a guy who has a radical extreme position on like a 90-10 issue data centers. And he's on the 10% side. Right. And he might tank it for Democrats. Yeah, it's a close race. I mean, he's probably still feeling okay about it. But data centers are a huge and part of the problem that Tom Tiffany might not be able to capitalize it is obviously because the president of the United States owns it and is going around the country talking about super intelligence. Gets worse for Republicans. Let's put this Jake Sherman post from Punch below on the screen. Congressional Leadership Fund has now cut bait in three districts. The House Republican leadership has been telling members and the public that they are poised to expand their majority in November. They're welcome to tell the public that nobody believes it. They cut bait in New Jersey seven and Iowa one. Tom King. The guy who has - I forgot about Tom Keane's hospitalization spell. Yes, that race. And then Ohio one and Michigan eight. So we've been covering the moving of the money around and that is really the tell. So that, because that comes with their internal polling as well. And so we don't have access to the internal polling across the board. Something leaks every once in a while, but mostly we don't have access to it. So one of the best ways to read the tea leaves is to see if the public polling is matching where the money is being moved. And in this case, yes. - And that was the morning. And so throughout the day, you just had one after another. So you can put up B6. So then they're like, oh, actually put it, sorry. Go to B5, B5. So house Republicans are abandoning more districts. One another, another Nevada district. Well, another, anyway, they put up B6. That was the fifth one. And there was a sixth district that they're abandoning in California. And then this was not the last one. Like we couldn't keep up, as we're putting the show together, we couldn't even keep up with it. They were abandoning so many different house races. Sounds like North Carolina and Georgia, they're moving money out of those states on the Senate side. They're basically giving up on those races and moving the money to Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska. Like they're dropping, I think, four or five million for now in Nebraska to try to beat Dan Osborne and yeah, trying to shore up Kansas. - Huge crypto influx in Nebraska. And I would suggest there's a political report on crypto coming in to try and rescue Pete Ricketts. So we'll see how that works for them. - If you're a special interest like crypto, how annoying is it to have to rescue a billionaire's kid? Like Ricketts, dad founded Ameritrade. And owns like the Cubs and half the country. I feel like if you're a crypto, you're like, you pay for that. You're a billionaire, but no, nothing's free. - Well, but they want the favor, right? They want him to be indebted to them. - But you think that the class, there should be like a class of legions. But no, you know, you even got to buy the billionaires. It's outrageous. But so Andy Harris represents the Eastern Shore Maryland, you know, would be my congressman, because he's my mom's congressman. The Tea Party guy don't waste any time getting into old stories about Andy Harris. He's quite something at a debate last night. This was the crowd reaction to his suggestion that it's actually Democrats environmental regulations that are causing gas prices to go up. Let's play the eight. - The facts are that diesel prices have gone up. There's no question about it. Why has it gone up? Because the Democrats environmental regulations have not-- (audience cheering) Ma'am, I gotta tell you. This is the problem. You all say you believe there's a First Amendment, but only if you agree with you. You should let me finish the sentence, Ma'am. You are rude. - Oh my gosh. Stop violating Andy Harris' First Amendment rights. How dare you? - It's always funny to see-- - Maryland first district voters. - Someone who was brought in on the Tea Party Wave, slept on the Tea Party Wave, face the exact fire that the Tea Party Wave brought in against Democrats. Like how many Democrats lost their seats in 2010 after Town Hall meetings that looked exactly like that? So you're gonna be able to keep your plan. No, I'm not. No, I'm not. Just gonna shout it down by the audience. - And one quick, Andy Harris story. He ran against the public option. And when he won in 2010, he's a doctor. So he wins in November. His whole campaign was against the Democrat who had, at some point said he was okay with the public option. His whole campaign is against the public option. When's in November, he shows up in November in Washington at orientation and he asks the administrators of Congress, how he can get health insurance between November and January when he's sworn in. They tell him you don't get health insurance until January. He's like, "Yeah, but I need it now." Isn't there some type of government option that I can buy into? And they're like, "No, no, there is not." And then they leaked that he even asked that. (laughing) - Of course. - You ran your entire campaign and they're not being that. - Of course. - So, hopefully we're seeing the end of the Andy Harris regime in the Eastern Shore, Maryland. - He's an amusing Congress. - He sure is. His big thing when he was a state legislator was going after the University of Maryland because they had, they like screened some like soft core porn or something. And so he tried to defund the University of Maryland, yeah, you would. - Stagger and I stand with Andy. - I'm sure you do. So there were debates also in Georgia and Maine. Do a little bit of that. Troy Jackson finally bringing some fire against Susan Cohen. - To the extent Troy Jackson has fought, this is fire for Troy Jackson. It's going to be seven. - Senator Collins talks about how she voted nine times against the war. I know that very well. After it was too late, she voted five times to make it happen. And you know, voting against it, I mean, she's the chair of appropriations. If she wants to stop the war, she can cut the funding off for the war. But she's not willing to do that because Donald Trump wants this. And that's what is going to happen. 80% of our fuel is higher this year than last year. I mean, there's no way around that. She wants to talk about electric rates. You ask about fuel. Electric rates are 80, fuel is 80% higher this year because of the Iron War. And again, you can go and read the public advocate. She likes to bring up the public advocate. You can go and read the public advocates report from last week that said that the reason why means electric rates were higher is because of natural gas, the Ukraine war. The way that we get off of this boom and bust of wars and things like that is to go with the Northern Man transmission line, get wind energy that is less costly and is in deep supply. And we won't have to worry about every time someone like Donald Trump wants to start a war that will be paying higher fuel prices. That's the way that we're going to lower our energy costs, not by building a pipeline across the United States for the Keystone. Kind of painful to try to watch. Watch, try to finish paragraphs. But he did, he hit her throughout the entire debate on the, on the, on the Rod War and on costs. Because right before that, she had said, like, look, yeah, I voted against the war some of the times, but the votes weren't there. Yeah. He's like, okay, well, that's a good reason that. It's tough for her. We should have Democrats then. So what, well, good, what good are you? You know, you're the chair of the Appropriations Committee, you're, you're funding the war. How are Republicans feeling about her? Still pretty good? They feel good about her as compared to others. Because last time she was down with like eight points, and I'm thinking of the RCP average. I think she was down about eight points and a lot of the polling averages and ended up winning by about eight points in them. So she's up. That's what people are hoping for. Also hoping for just really the polling being off in rural areas. That's one of the hopes that people have in Texas as well is that they're just not picking up on. And that was the big problem in 2020 with Sarah Gideon, is that when Polsters look back on what may have went wrong, they thought they were under sampling, working class white men in rural areas. And so I think people are still hoping. And they probably have some good reason to believe that Polsters haven't found good ways to correct for that underweighting. But it's such a, 2018 was a bad environment. This feels like an environment that's at least twice is bad for Republicans. So maybe she can eat out four point win? Is there best hope at this point? Democratic establishes should be careful what they wish for. If Troye Jackson loses, I feel like main voters are going to be pushing Grand Platter to run again. That's a good point. Like his approval rating in some poll was like over 40 among Democrats. Yeah. And then it'll be really high if Troye Jackson loses people will be like, well, this guy could have won. Down in Georgia, another just unfair. Like, why are you putting my columns up against Sean Hoss up? Osof ripping him for his daddy being a congressman. Like going on, one news out of it, Osof definitively said he's not running for president. Yes, yes. Now, I don't believe him. Do not believe him. He was so definitive it's going to be tough to come back from. It will cost him if he comes back from that. I don't think so. Because I think the calculation is, if you want him to be president, you want him to break the promise. If you don't want him to be president, then you're going to use that against him. So there's nobody who would have supported him, who cares about him breaking the promise. I don't believe him when he says he's not going to run. I don't believe him. Only Georgia voters are going to know that he broke the promise. And if you're running for it, but it's like, well, yeah, but like that also, they all do this. Susan Collins said she'd run for what two terms. Ron Johnson. 1910, 1910. No, I guess I've come around to your side. I actually think that's probably correct. But it was a pretty blanket statement. It was straight. So he will have to explain it. It'll take some explaining. Let's take a look at B9 here, Asaf going on, Mike Collins on neo-Nazi propaganda. Well, how weak a person do you have to be? To be unable to stop someone under your own roof from disseminating neo-Nazi propaganda while you run for the Senate, the paper reported and it's still going on to this day. How about this, Mike? We can shake hands on it. Will you commit tonight that for the remainder of this campaign, it's just three weeks, Mike, you won't allow any more neo-Nazi propaganda to be produced from your house. Can you make that commitment? - Unfortunately, I'm 30 seconds, sir. - Yes, Mike, you know what? I'm a little tired of this, John. This crazy person in jail right now, because of your rhetoric, and you threatened my son-in-law and threatened to kill me, had another threat just yesterday. That's because of you and your rhetoric that you're out there spewing. Just vitriol, hate. Well, what about you? You have not denounced, you've not condemned. Give me Reed Hoffman, one of your largest donors out there, one that's been supporting you with over a million dollars. Why don't you denounce it? Why don't you return that money? - Thank you, 30-second rebuttal. Mike, if any of these folks were based in my house, then I'd understand you to ask me to take responsibility for them. What I asked you, Mike, was can you commit for just three weeks to stop the production of neo-Nazi propaganda from your home? It's happening, we all know it's happening. Why can't you stop it? Why won't you commit right now to stopping it? - No, man. - All right, 30 seconds, and this was the last. What I'm gonna ask you is, why don't you denounce Reed Hoffman right now? Why don't you give that money back to Reed Hoffman? The Epstein Files class, yeah. - You can't stop the campaign. - So you can't have neo-Nazi propaganda from around the corner? - You don't know people that give you $20 or $15 or $10, but you know the people that max out to you. You know the people pumping a million dollars into your superman. - So you're gonna allow neo-Nazi propaganda to continue to be produced from your home while you run for the U.S. Senate? Is that correct? - You're just gonna let the neo-Nazi propaganda continue. - Is that right? - Is that right? - Make the commitments. - Excuse me. - No, neo-Nazi propaganda, John. - We are going to have to move on, gentlemen. - We are going to have to move on. - No more money, give the money back in the past. - Thank you very much. - I just ran one pause on the strategy of the Asaf campaign and perhaps Asaf himself to narrow the question to Mike Collins, to will you commit for the next three weeks? - Three weeks. - Because it's such a specific ask of Collins that sounds to a normal person like the easiest ask in the world. And they know he's going to continue pivoting every single time like he has done consistently to saying you're putting my family in danger rather than addressing Asaf's question. Like it is actually a very brilliant campaign strategy. - I'm three weeks, we can't do three weeks of no neo-Nazi stuff from your basement. But it forces the absurdity of the fact that he can't control the neo-Nazi stuff coming from his own house. And he can't answer the question, he won't answer the question. - And then later Asaf said, he's like Mike, who on your staff suggested that you bring up Epstein? Everybody can go and check this when it came to the House floor for a vote on releasing the evidence in the Epstein files you voted against it. What are you thinking bringing up Epstein? 'Cause otherwise it's a good head, Reed is an Epstein class guy. - Yeah. - But if you voted to cover up the Epstein files, I don't think people want to hear it from you. - They sure don't, they sure don't. - Well, should we move on to the new White House Press Secretary, right? - I think we should, let's hurry. - Lisa, we should tell them about our new show. - Oh my God, Lexi, we have a new podcast. - I'm Lexi, you want to wear two bus friends, 22 years apart, but so close at heart. And I'm Lisa de Julio, the old one, which means we have wildly different references, occasionally different opinions. - I'm not gonna get any words I'm fighting. - That is wild. - Now in my 30s, being the founder of New Shoes, good taste is my business. - If men were just honest about this, there would be so much more peace in the world. - We're gonna talk about dating, relationships, beauty, getting older, and a little wiser. - We're best friends, but we don't always agree. - Because you told us how accommodating you are. - Obviously I would do what I think I could do to fight the fight, but there's only so much fight I can fight. - Don't lie to me. - Don't lie to me. - Don't lie to me. - Lie. - Listen on the I Heart Radio app, Apple podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. - I don't really care. - I'm Lacey Mosley, author, actor, stand-up, comedian, creator, and host of Scam Goddess Podcasts. She was announced on Friday, and there's a lot of reporting coming out now. Basically, what everybody expected, nobody expected this. Everybody expected it would come out that nobody expected this. It sounds a lot like Donald Trump saw Katie Zakaria on TV. She was intentionally blanketing the airwaves, and he thought, all right, let's go with her, some reports that he actually bypassed Susie Wiles. I don't know how true those reports are, but she had a few days to get ready for a White House briefing, and it was like 9.30 a.m. Tuesday, and she was appointed on Friday. It did not go well. Ryan's original idea was for us to try and play the entire briefing. It was only an awkwardly short 14 minutes, and see who could go without laughing first. If you successfully outlasted, if I had outlasted, Ryan, I would have been the winner. I think it would be impossible. And you will see why as we play some of these slides, we're about to play one-fourteenth of the briefing. So you're going to hear it maybe even a little longer. Yeah, see how long you could go before breaking. Let's just see one. Good morning. I am so honored to work for President Trump and the American people as a new White House press secretary. I want to thank President Trump for his trust that he has placed in me. I have wanted to work for him for a very long time. I'm looking forward to working with each of you as well, especially as we are in the middle of the midterm blitz, with energy and excitement never seen before in the history of midterms thanks to President Trump. Just look no further than last night in Youngstown, Ohio, where President Trump delivered another blockbuster rally out on the trail. The arena was overflowing with enthusiasm. As thousands came out to support President Trump, as well as special guest Jake Paul and football legend John Gruden. So that was about what the first part of the briefing felt like. It was just a lot of that, a lot of that. A lot of reading off the script, awkwardly making eye contact, almost like a pageant release or no. You have to read the lines and look up at the camera every certain interval of time. But brutal, absolutely brutal. But wait, there's more. This was maybe the worst moment. Let's roll the next clip. The idea of not spending evenings with my kid is kids are is completely unacceptable. So my president, excuse me, my husband, that's a good one. My husband is out here is in her family. And we are very, very protective of celebrating birthdays as a family. So he brought the entire crew out here and blessed him. It's a lot and we will be moving out here. Oh no, oh no. Oh no, not doing any favors to the stereotype of one of the sort of mega women who is overly prostrating themselves at the feet of Donald Trump by mixing up your husband and your president in your first briefing, that one, that one hurts. - And so, probably not gonna commit this press secretary's name to memory, but she's a fox person, like why is she in our lives right now? - Not even just a fox person, she's someone who did, I think Fox CNN, Newsmax, kind of a combo, and there was one report that she was doing it intentionally timed with the president's truth social schedule. When she thought he would be watching, she would accept his-- - She's doing like four and five AM. - Well, it's a good point, actually, because he seems to be up at four or five AM, but also one AM, so it's hard to say. Maybe she's just always on, but yeah, she would do kind of a lot of those networks that she thought he would be paying attention to. One more, here's her trying to wrap the briefing, so she gave, she read from the binder, basically, the president's accomplishments according to her and then took three questions, she went to three reports, she took questions-- - She did make news, she's like, yeah, we're firing Gilfoil. - She sure did, we'll get to that in just a moment. She took questions from Breitbart, she took questions from Fox News, Peter Ducy, and Daily Mail, even her effort to go to the questions was weird because everybody was trying to ask her questions. She wanted to answer the questions, but she knew she had three people that she was supposed to go to, so it was weird. Here's her trying to leave the briefing, C3. - President, speak with the ambassador. - To the question on, the president will be back on Thursday, and that's what I will answer. I'll leave it there. - He will answer those questions out and reading my question. - Okay, all right, so then they did move out to the new Hall of Pad, and she got this question, actually the president got this question. She may have gotten herself into serious hot water with her answer here, like actually very, and that's where this entire segment, we're gonna put some meat on the bones of all the fun we're having here. Take a listen, President Trump is going to get asked about whether or not she's actually an attorney, it's kinda hard to hear, but here's the clip. - She said she's in the burning, where did she pass the bar exam, which date, what did she say? - Call up, where did she pass the bar exam? - Mr. President, Mr. President? - This is a serious problem, what she said was when she moved to China. - Like what state did you pass the bar exam? Yeah, when she moved to China. - When she moved to China, which doesn't make a lot of sense because the Chinese bar, as you might expect, is very difficult, and I believe not actually even open to foreigners. - And probably the Chinese. And so, Judd Legum's been all over the questions about her record, and he said, there's zero chance that Korea took the Chinese bar exam to the next element, we put this on the screen. She doesn't speak Chinese, and only Chinese citizens can take it, she was not a Chinese citizen. She did, however, moved to China when her husband worked in private equity there, and she worked for a major law firm in China that if you're as anybody would expect, if you're a major law firm in China, has all kinds of connections with the CCP. And so that is now coming back with all of these questions for Zakaria. I'm reading from the Washington Post here that notes, the White House and Tuesday scrambled to answer questions about the legal credentials of President Donald Trump's new press secretary, who made a brief and halting debut in the briefing room, and later said she had passed a bar exam in China. A country where non-citizens aren't allowed to take the bar exam, or practicing courtrooms, Trump called Zakaria an attorney. In his Friday announcement, that's a official White House announcement, even though it's like on true social, of her appointment, and her LinkedIn profiles, as she served as general counsel for Fixed California, which is a nonprofit founded by Rick Grinnell, asked Tuesday where she had been admitted to the bar as Zakaria said China, not a U.S. state, or the District of Columbia, where one would need to have been admitted to practice law in the United States. So again, she was given the title General Counsel for Fixed California, which I believe is a nonprofit. Yeah, it's the post as it's a nonprofit. So it's the conservative nonprofit to turn around California. And she was apparently representing herself as general counsel. Typically, I've known general counsels at many nonprofits, right? And you probably have as well. That means you are doing legal work. If you are not barred and you are representing yourself who is doing legal, as somebody who's doing legal work, that is a problem. She, on Kairans, was represented as an attorney. I went in yesterday, saw Fox News Kairan, where she was represented as an attorney. So not only now, are there now questions about the fact she worked for this major CCP connected Chinese law firm, but there are also questions and we could piece apart how substantive those attacks on anyone would be. But now there are questions about whether or not she lied in front of the president and lied to the press by saying she passed a bar when she was in China. And she doesn't appear to have ever passed a bar. And second of all, whether she was misrepresenting herself as a barred attorney without ever passing the bar exam. Now, she could defend herself by saying that her answer about China was totally incoherent. Or she didn't hear the question. But there has to be some coherence for something to be a lie. But yes, in California, and actually, I think everywhere in the country, if you hold yourself out as a general counsel, even if you don't practice law, as they, as the general counsel, just by holding yourself out as a general counsel, you have to be licensed somewhere. Right, so you can't disbar this, lady, since you're just not barred anywhere. Right. Good Lord. Well, it's a big problem for her because we're about to talk about Kimberly Gillfield. Trump is very sensitive about people making him look bad. And there she may have fled out lied. She heard that question. She said she passed the bar when she was in China. There's really no other way. I mean, you can try to say you couldn't hear the question well because you're outside and at the helicopter. But she pretty clearly was answering, was responding to that question. And that's why what else would she have meant by when I was in China? So now it looks like she lied in front of the president, lied to the president, to the press, in addition to the bad performance. Just want to also add the leaks. This is a really bad sign for her. The leaks are already starting. So I pulled some of the leaks from people that are close to the White House or are actually working in the White House. So CNN had a story where one person called it brutal. CNN characterized what it was hearing from sources as saying it was unusual, awkward, stilted, and at times uncomfortable. One Trump advisor said, quote, "She should have been doing murder boards for two weeks before going up there. "The best thing she did was break the news. "We're going to get to in a second "that Kimberly Gillfoyle was gone." White House officials said, "Why did they put her out there so quickly, "literally zero reason and put her out there "on her second day unprepared?" Another one said, "No question. "We're all missing Caroline." Another said, "You either got it or don't. "This is to Politico." And she don't got it. I think the press and the admin were on the same page today in terms of missing Caroline. Another one to MS now said, "Getting behind the podium is tough, "but she got off on the wrong foot. "She needs to get much better fast, "otherwise she'll break Scaramucci's record." This is a White House official. Her first impression is leaving staff without confidence in her abilities. Not really what you want after your first press briefing, but also, again, a sign. The press secretary, at least from Caroline Levitt's example that she said for this White House, is in charge of the White House press operations. You have a communications director, Stephen Chung, but the press secretary does strategy. They're not just a spokesperson typically. - But Chung? - Put Chung up there. Hell, yes, that's what we all want. At the end of the day, that's what everybody is gunning for. Nobody is gonna be good until you use Stephen Chung. But actually, the fact that White House staff is already leaking suggests, yes, they have no confidence in her, but also that her ability to wield power and have some control over the White House press operation is already significantly damaged. - Sounds like you should even know there was an operation. This is what Trump deserves, though, for passing over Scott Jennings. Just Scott has been prostrating himself before the president for years. And all he wants is to be press secretary. And he distanced him, like so. - I think he saw, I think what they did is they saw your debate with Scott Jennings on after-partner. - He killed him. - No, he can't stand up for Ryan Grimm. - That was that crushed him. So anyway, good luck to her, I guess. - Good luck to her. We will be eagerly awaiting the next briefing if there is one. - But yeah, so she announced during the press briefing that Kimberly Gilfoy was being pushed out. We can move on to this section. - Enounced it in the most painfully awkward way. She got the question and gave like a one sentence response and then just smiled and nodded. - Yeah, she's been asked to resign. So Gilfoyle, put up C6 here, was the ambassador agrees? This is her, you can pause that and read it if you want. This is a very long statement about how it was the honor of her lifetime to be the ambassador agrees. So apparently Emily, correct me, I'm wrong here. So she's dating Donald Trump Jr. We'll get into that in a second from Trump. That wasn't going well. The boy needed a way out and Trump did his son a solid and named her to be ambassador to Greece. Which, that's a good dad. That's a good dad. And then set his boy up with like a multi-billion dollar grift. But meanwhile, who doesn't get cut in on that grift, Gilfoyle, so I have some sympathy for her. - It's cut in on her own grift. - Her ex-boyfriend, you know, their live in high on the hog, ex-boyfriend is stealing billions of dollars around the world. She's not living any higher on the hog just because they broke up, but those Anne-Mex bills keep coming. - Yep. - And so she reaches out to a donor as she's preparing to be nominate or preparing to be confirmed ambassador agrees and tells the donor. Hey, good news. I found a way that you can just sneak me money. Doesn't have to be a paper bag. Just pay off my, pay off, throw 100K into my MX bill. Put up to C8, looks like she also figured out that somebody could just throw 250K straight at her G-Series car loan. - Yeah. - And so this is what we know about. That's 350K. This is Daily Mail, Daily Mail reporting. She's listed a $250,000 car loan payment from several wealthy Greek businessmen. - I don't know, do wealthy Greek businessmen have 250K? - I don't think so. I was going to say something. Maybe I got 25K? I don't know about 250. - No offense to Greece. But okay, so Trump gets asked about that and gives a pretty funny response. Let's roll C7. - And now Kimberley and Guildfoil, she was almost a member of your family. - How surprised were you to learn about these allegations? - No, she wasn't a member of my family. She, I guess, dated my son a long time ago, but she wasn't now. She, she went to Greece, she was doing a good job, but we didn't like what we were reading. - We didn't like what we were reading. - Someone was-- - She dated my son a long time ago. - Someone was, they broke up in 2024. Someone was circulating Trump quote around the time he named her ambassador degrees. Just lavishing Kimberly Guildfoil in Paris, because at the time, they were clearly trying to smooth things over with Kimberly Guildfoil. And he was saying like, she's the best. We love her so much. That was, yeah, she dated my son a long time ago. - She should have stayed with Gavin Newsom. She could be first lady. - That would be more likely at this point. - Former, did they, were they married? Or were they just dating? - They were married. - Yeah, they were. - He faints the cheetahs. - Mrs. Gavin Newsom. - Yeah, no, he famously was unfaithful to Kimberly Guildfoil. And so anyway, rough one. If you can't trust Gavin Newsom to be faithful, who can you trust? - We can't trust anybody anymore, yeah. So I just wanna say, the Tucker had a good run down in his newsletter this morning of some of the reports. He says the Wall Street Journal reported last week that Guildfoil flamboyantly used her position in connection with the president as a vessels for personal enrichment, accepting gifts and services in exchange for access to the Trump administration. So that's an important part of this as well. In one instance, she allegedly begged a top Trump donor to pay her 100K, MX bill. And the screenshots show her pleading quote, "Honey, please," Sagan Crystal. And we've all come up at this at this point. People are familiar with it. She then, we now have a report, tried to claim those text messages were A.I. She tried to tell the White House that those text messages were A.I. That is according to a new report from the Wall Street Journal. She really tried to say that it was A.I. And hilariously, that announcement, you just saw about her saying she was stepping down, will Chamberlain ask Pangram if it was A.I? Of course. Pangram responds, we believe that this entire text is A.I. Of course it was. It's all A.I. She's never written A.I. all the way down. Written all of that together. Hey, I all the way down. Meanwhile, and I have actual sympathy for her, because if she ends up being like the only person going to jail or any of this is the so absurd, they're all super corrupt. The Bloomberg reported yesterday that the CFTC commodity futures trading commission, which investigates kind of insider trading in the commodities world, was probing the suspicious oil trades. So you'd have somebody who'd go in and buy the S. Billions, buying the S&P and selling oil, and then 15 minutes later Trump comes out with some announcement about the Iran War, and they make an absolute fortune. You could pay off Gilefoil's MX for a century with the amount of money that they were making in five minutes. So the CFTC is probing this, and they get told by somebody in the Trump administration, eh, no need to look into that anymore. Don't worry about that. We're good on that one. Well, news also that they're looking into the FTC is looking into Fandall and Draft Kings, and so we'll see if something similar happens there, because I guarantee they're not pouring all kinds of money. Well, they happen on it. We've got their best men on it working in shifts. We will see. You'll know Saiger's going to follow that one very closely, but you're right, the audacity of the Trump amendment. If you're Kimberly Gilefoil, like the audacity of you people to make as much money as you have off of this administration, then to throw me under the brass for trying to get in. And not granted. Also, it's embarrassing. You're texting people to pay off your MX bill. Like, at least you can't set up a crypto company. Just do it through crypto. You can't have some dignity, ma'am. Please. Summary:

political front, the midterms show a sharp shift in favor of Democrats, driven by declining Trump approval ratings, growing public opposition to his policies, and economic factors like data center proximity.
