Hello and welcome to the Neuro-Paisajismo, Gardenery and Therapeutic Articulture podcast. A space in which we will explore how nature, gardens and the connection with the green environment can transform lives, improve mental health and foster inclusion. And without my voice, it turns out to be familiar to you, it is because I am Claudio Doderato, the responsible for the Gardenery and Paisajismo podcast that in this year, 2025, is transmitting its seventh season. With this new project, I want to invite you to delve into a theme that I am passionate about, how gardens can be much more than decorative spaces. They are therapeutic tools, healing places and platforms for inclusion. In this podcast, we are going to talk about how Neuro-Paisajismo, Gardenery and Articulture can positively influence our lives. We are going to discover together how to design and enjoy green spaces that not only are beautiful, but also have a tangible impact on the emotional, physical and social well-being. But what is Neuro-Paisajismo? Maybe you are asking yourself about it and I will tell you that it is a discipline that combines principles of Paisajismo with Neuro-Science to design green spaces that not only are aesthetically pleasing, as I am saying to you, but also beneficial for the mind and the body. In this podcast, we will explore themes such as how gardens can stimulate the senses and reduce stress, what elements to include to design an inclusive and therapeutic space, how plants, water, light and other components of a landscape influence our brain and our well-being. Throughout this season, we will have very special guests, experts in Paisajismo, Articular Therapists and people who have found in gardens a transforming tool in their lives. Some of the themes that we will try include some round tables to talk about Neurodivergencia, Paisajismo and Articular Therapy, I will also bring some interviews with reference to the sector, who are going to share ideas, strategies and also how we can integrate the therapeutic gardenry in our home day to day. There will also be practical episodes where I will give you advice to create your own green therapeutic spaces in a garden or in a terrace. With this new project, I want to expand the range of what we have already worked together in the podcast of gardenery and Paisajismo, what I am publishing within the LinkedIn network and on my website gardensinclusivo.ar, because I firmly believe that gardens can be a change engine in our lives and I want to share with you stories, ideas, knowledge that can inspire you to connect with nature from a therapeutic perspective. If you are part of the gardenery and Paisajismo community, I also invite you to join me on this trip and if it is the first time you listen to me or you listen to a podcast of mine, welcome, this is the perfect place to discover how green space can mark the difference. Thanks for joining me in this first episode of Neuro Paisajismo, gardenery and therapeutic articulture, do not forget to subscribe so as not to miss any episodes and if you are enjoying it from the beginning, share it with your friends, family or anyone who can benefit from this information.
