084 How Your Beliefs Affect Your Health: Interview with Dr. Duccio Locati

The podcast features Dr. Duccio Locati, a Psych-K expert, discussing the power of subconscious belief change. Psych-K is presented as a tool to rewrite limiting subconscious programs into empowering ones, addressing the mind-body-spirit connection. Dr. Locati shares his journey from osteopathic medicine to Psych-K, explaining how it helped him overcome personal issues like low self-esteem and relationship patterns by changing deep-seated beliefs. He emphasizes that conscious understanding alone is insufficient; lasting change requires reprogramming the subconscious. The conversation highlights Psych-K's role in moving from self-help to self-realization, enabling service to others. A key example illustrates the mind-body link: perceived emotional conflicts, like something "too big to digest," can trigger physiological responses (e.g., overproduction of stomach cells), demonstrating how beliefs directly impact health. Psych-K is portrayed as a simple, effective method for transforming perceptions to improve well-being and life quality.

Welcome to the Mindset Game Podcast. I'm your host, Verid Kogan, High Performance Coach and Speaker. Each week we share leading strategies and techniques to help you leverage the incredible power of your mind to adapt better to change and create your best life. I'm Verid Kogan and I'm absolutely delighted to have Dr. Duccio Locati with us today. Duccio is a director of the PsychK Center International. He is also a certified PsychK instructor and director of PsychK's Health and Well-being program. For those of you who are not yet familiar with PsychK, it is a profound set of processes that help the subconscious mind rewrite self-limiting programs into life-enhancing programs. It is considered one of the most powerful methodologies to change subconscious beliefs and perceptions. Duccio's background is in osteopathic medicine and he is highly trained in biological medicine and the connection between the mind, body and spirit. A topic that we're going to explore in today's conversation. Welcome, Duccio. Thank you, Verid. Thank you for inviting me and for what you do to this service to the world. I'm very happy to be here. And sorry for my Italian English. I know I will probably create some new words out of the blue. Well, I'm loving your accent. Absolutely a joy. Would you be willing to start us off with just a little bit about your story? How did you get into this whole world? Thank you. It has been and it's still the most amazing gift for myself. My original profession was like you said, be an osteopath. That's a professional job that I really loved a lot. And since 2013, I'm dedicating my life entirely to PsychK. And I've always been curious and interested in the connection among body, mind and spirit and osteopathy was helping me in some way to do that. But there was always something missing. I knew everything about the body, physiology, biochemistry, some part of the emotions. And I saw that I was able to help certain kind of clients, but the ones who had certain health condition that were also very tied to some emotional issues and subconscious beliefs and perception. I wasn't able to help them in the same way I was helping other people that were more affected in the body part. So I attended a lot of possible radio to workshop to learn methodologies and technique, osteopathic methodologies and technique to know more ways to help people to feel better. And for sure, I got better and better, but it was still this missing piece. And in 2007, I attended a two years training in biological medicine that was very important because it's all about really physiology, the brain and how traumatic and shocking events that we perceive traumatic and shocking events. That's the perception part can trigger a specific area of our brain that can trigger a specific area or organ of our body. So it was very interesting because I knew everything about that when someone came to me and told me I have this problem with my skin. I knew that skin was in according to biological medicine related to a conflict of separation, for example, when we lose someone. Okay, it's very complex. So I will not explain the why and the physiology behind that, but it's the best way for our body to react to a conflict of separation according to this philosophy. So after two years, I knew everything. So people came to me and I explained, okay, maybe you have had this conflict, you went through that and they told me, wow, how do you know that? And I replied, oh, because I studied a lot. Perfect. And what can we do? And I said, I don't know. I know a lot of them are theory. So all the causes and effect and why and when and this is a conflict with your mother, with your father, with yourself of separation or fear of death that will affect your lungs. So there are so many different things. It's very fascinating. But then I didn't have the right tool to help people. To change at the subconscious level, the perception of the stressful or traumatic event that triggered this biological cascade, these biological reaction that then we call illness. So a medical doctor during this workshop at the end of these two years gifted me the beautiful book written by Bruce Lee and the biology of belief. I read it in one day, I think one or two days because I was so, oh my god, this is what I need. I want to learn more, want to learn more. So I wanted to raise, I read the entire book at the end, I saw the word, psych a and I knew from every part of myself and especially from my soul, it was my spirit screaming, ducho, this is what you need. And apparently for my personality, I perceived this, this is what you need to help people to transform the perception of this traumatic event. So you stop this program. So you deactivated the area of the brain that was activated and so you stop the biological process in the body. I was very excited because oh, how finally I can learn a way to help people. And this is true. And once I finish the basic workshop because I attended the basic workshop and the following week, psychic, advanced workshop. I discovered that before even thinking about helping people, I had so many things to work about myself. Because once I realized the potential and the power of this methodology that allows us to change our subconscious beliefs, that's what really manages all our life because our belief is determined the way. I mean the way we perceive life, how we perceive what happens in life, how we perceive others, that's why the same event can be perceived in 10 different ways according to 10 different people that have 10 different belief systems. Okay, and we cannot tell you are wrong, you are right, everyone is right, according to his own belief system. Right. So after learnings, I K, I said, oh, oh, oh, oh, my God, where do I start? Because I had to fix the way I was experiencing relationship. I was a disaster in relationship. I am a query is I love freedom freedom for me is the number one word. And so a long term stable relationship for me was meant that what happens when I have a long term stable relationship. Oh, my God, I'm going to lose my freedom and I cannot allow to lose my freedom. So because of this belief, if I have a long term stable relationship, I lose my freedom. I was creating beautiful relationship at the beginning, but then my subconscious mind every time found a way to destroy the relationship to allow me to be free. And I was able to understand this only through side K, but why I keep destroying this relationship, suffering like crazy and let also my partner to suffer like crazy. And then only through the right question that's very important because we need to know what's the solution of the problem consciously. But many people think that, oh, just knowing the solution just being aware of the solution will help me to fix the problem. No, I'm sorry, because being aware consciously aware and the conscious mind is the 5% of our mind to really transform our life to really rewrite our subconscious to really perceive a situation in a different way and act in the world in a different way. We need to change our subconscious beliefs. So first, we need to know what's the problem. Second, what's the solution. Third, to install the solution at the subconscious level. Otherwise, we may know a lot of things, but we can continue. We will continue to live a life that's a disaster. So with Sikay, okay, I have my relationship that I have to fix low self estimate was I think one of my biggest issues I discovered through Sikay that I became a master path because I need that my clients to tell me how good you are. Oh my God, you fixed me. Oh, you held me to sleep. solved that. And when they told me that it was for my personality, it was, oh, okay, I exist. I'm useful. I am good at least in doing something because my self-esteem was so low and nearly it not existent that I really needed that. But I then discovered that I didn't want that. It was not the right way to interact and to have a relationship with my client with my patients because I was using them to try to feel avoid that was impossible to feel if I wouldn't have worked at the subconscious level with my self-esteem. So this was another thing. And then with my family, think about all the limiting beliefs and the countries that we have with our family, the mother, the father. I moved from, oh, my God, the responsible for all the problems in my life to wow. I chose them. My soul chose them to teach me something. And so they are masters now. I chose a mother that wow, she is able to see you just to observe you for 20 seconds to immediately detect all your weakness or your weak point. It's start to use them against you. So you can imagine, okay. And so I asked myself, why did I choose a mother like that? And it was to help me understand and to help me to really let me be aware 100% of my low self-esteem. So I moved from blaming to being grateful. And that's that's so beautiful because I'm able to do that in my day to day life, especially in this very difficult moment for humanity when my personality sometimes is angry or frustrated, then thanks to SyK and thanks to the connection with my spirit, that's the most precious thing in my life. And that's something that I nurture and I cultivate every single day using SyK. I have a beautiful connection with my spirit, super conscious soul, whatever you want to call it. My super conscious, my spirit, my inner wisdom is my best friend. So every day I talk to this part of myself and I ask, okay, what do I need to do today to be more connected to you, to serve in the best possible way? Because also the beauty of SyK that allows us to change our subconscious limiting beliefs and to love and accept ourselves for who we are. It's a beautiful also way besides serving ourselves. Okay, if I have a conflict with that, I would solve it. If I have a stressful or traumatic event, I can transform the perception with SyK. I can work every aspect of my life with SyK, including health for sure. But then the more we use SyK with ourselves and the more we find the peace we seek, the more we are satisfied with who we are and with what we have, then we can move from self-help that's very important to self-realization. Self-realization is moving from serving ourselves to serve others. For example, what you do with this podcast is separation. You are serving others with this beautiful service that you offer. And I believe that the more people are able to move from self-help to self-realization, the better the world is. But also, it's important to work with also on the self-help aspect. Because if we are a disaster in a relationship aspect, in our job, with our economy, with our connection with spirit, with Mother Nature, or in our day-to-day life, how can we pretend to serve others if we are a disaster in every other aspect of our life? So it's two ways to work with this beautiful tool that I'm in love with. I studied so many things before SyK after SyK and I'm really curious. I've not yet found something more powerful, more effective and simpler than SyK. I love simplicity. That's another thing. Because of my loss of esteem, I on purpose complicated my life in the most crazy way you can imagine. Why? Because I have the belief that if I am complicated, other people will perceive me as intelligent. If I am too simple, they will perceive me as stupid. So I had the belief, simplicity, equal stupid, complexity, equal intelligence. So I complicated my life in never possible way. But then thanks to SyK and thanks to Nature, the most beautiful and elated things in our life are simple. So thanks to SyK, I really completely reversed this association. And now, what I shared during the SyK workshops is that I am obsessed by simplicity. I love simplicity and I'm completely allergic to complexity. Harry Potter, you cannot mention Voldemort. Complexity is my Voldemort. So this is why I'm so in love with SyK because it works. It's simple. It changes our consciousness, our connection with our spirit and our three dimensional life. Because like Rob Williams, who is the originator of SyK, SyK is applied spirituality. That means that we are spiritual beings having a human experience. Because the majority of human beings believe, okay, I'm just a human being, I'm flesh. I have a brain that allows me to function. The brain is a beautiful organ, but it's the mind that characterizes us. And the brain and the mind are two different things. The brain is an organ. The mind is an energetic field that's everywhere in the body. And the beauty of realizing that we are spiritual being having a human experience. And the beauty of having a tool like SyK that allows us to download the wisdom from our super conscious, our inner wisdom from our soul, whatever we want to call it. To manifest this wisdom, this beauty, this simplicity in our three-d life, in our relationship, in our job, in our health, according to our abundance. I cannot imagine something more beautiful than that. Because it's not just wishful thinking, it's just okay, let's hope. No, it's not hope. It's not hope. Get the information, downloading the subconscious, then take action. Take action. Take action. Okay. I see what you're sharing in my work and in my own personal life as you have. And it's very different, as you said, to understand something consciously, conceptually. Yes, this program may have originated from my mother, my father, whomever, or from this traumatic experience, let's say, in my life. But what do you do with that? And so one of the things that I'm really fascinated about is that mind-body connection. And you touched on that earlier and you said, you know, there are some things that we see in the body that originate from certain decisions or beliefs that we have accepted. So as you said, it's not the event that happens. It's the meaning that we give to the event that really manifests in a physiological level if we don't do anything to shift it, which we're willing to share a little bit more about that mind-body connection, specifically how our beliefs affect our health. There is an example, because I love examples because examples make everything really simple as I shared. I love simplicity. So there is a beautiful example that I shared during the Psycha Health and Wellbeing Workshop that helps people to really understand the power of belief and the magic of our body when our body follows the wisdom of our mind. So let's imagine I am a cat lover. Okay, I love every animal, but when I see a cat, I completely lose my mind. That's why I love to use the cat as an example. So imagine a cat who is very hungry and sees a big rat. So the cat is very hungry and also very lazy. So the cat doesn't want to chew the big rat. So let's imagine that the cat is big like that. The rat is big like that. The cat eats the rat. It just one shot and the whole rat is in the cat's stomach, but it's too big. So the cat needs to find a solution. The cat's system, the cat's biology and innate wisdom needs to find a way to manage this big rat. That's too big to digest because it has not been chewed. It's too big, so it can create problems. So one Reflex could be to vomit. the right. Okay, perfect. Get out. And vomiting, even if disgusting is a life saving reflex, when we feel that something is toxic for our body, vomiting is the best way to save our life because we get out everything that's toxic for us. Second, the cat will not like it a lot is to die. I cannot manage it. I will die, but sometimes we all have to die. So if it's the next time. Third, there are some receptors in the cat's stomach that will communicate to the brain. Houston, we have a problem. We have a too big right here. Please, let's do something. And the brain for the epigenetic will tell the stomach, please, let's produce more cells on the wall of the stomach and more specific cells, the cells that produce the gastric juice. So there will be more gastric juice to digest the red. But how do we usually call an overproduction of cells buried? Cancer? Exactly. So you see same event, but two different perceptions. One, oh my god, cancer, oh my god, I'm gonna die. Oh my god, let's destroy it. Or wow, this is the best program to save the cat's life. Because if we do not have more cells that produce more gastric juice that digest the mouse, the right, the cat will die. The beauty that's what animals still have this wisdom that we do not have, because we are scared in managing. We know too much. We get crazy when we have a problem. Once the right has been digested, the stomach will again communicate with the brain telling, okay, Houston, no problem, the right has been digested. Perfect. So the brain will tell the stomach, okay, let's stop producing these cells, let's activate one bacteria that's called a lico back there, pilori, that's like a backman, this lico back there, pilori cells, the extra cells that have been produced because they are not anymore functional. So if we let for the majority of time, nature work for us, we don't have even to worry about these things. But sometimes when this lico back for pilori starts to eat all these cells, it goes a little bit deeper because it's very good in what he does. And it creates what's called ulcera. And the ulcerer is painful. And there is some lot because of the ulcera in the stomach. And there is some pain because of that. So the cat eventually just manages the pain, staying under the tree. But as soon as we feel something, you just, oh my god, I am pain, what happens? Let's go immediately to get the exam. We see the ulcera, we see the lico back there pilori and we with our great wisdom, oh, the lico back there pilori is damaging my stomach. So let's stay antibiotic to kill the lico back there pilori that's actually helping us to clean all the extra cells. You see? Let's translate these two human beings. And let's see how our beliefs really are important in managing our health. I don't know if very though anyone who is listening to us have said in their life, oh, this is too big to digest. I have this weight on my stomach. Perfect. For the subconscious mind, having something real or having something imagined is exactly the same thing. If we perceive that a situation in our life, in our job, in our relationship, a conflict in our job, for example, is too heavy to digest. I have this rock on my stomach, I cannot digest this situation. Perfect. What happens exactly the same thing that happened with the cat, even if the stomach is empty, because the stomach will tell, okay, brain, we have a situation, digest, and the brain perfect, let's produce more cells, but there would be another production of cells and gastric juice, even if the stomach is empty. And if we do not take care of this conflict in the right timing and we let this conflict go for months or years, the situation there can be really difficult to manage, because there will be this overproduction, overproduction, overproduction. And then also the activation of the Lico bacteria, you will be not enough. And then surgery becomes absolutely critical to save the person's life. But let's suppose that you have this situation, you'll come to me, I said, "Ducho, I have this very heavy conflict within my office, and I feel this heaviness in my stomach, and there is this uneasiness that I feel, and I will ask, okay, what's this situation? Oh, I have this conflict, I'm very angry because this man treated me in such a bad way, and this credited me, I feel in danger with my job, perfect. Then we will do a psych case session to change the perception of this conflict, to help you to transform this anger, to help you to transform at the subconscious level, the way you are creating this reality, so that you will completely solve this conflict, you do not have anymore this situation that is difficult to digest. The stomach will tell the brain, no more cells need it, please stop, and working at the subconscious level to help you transform the anger and the fear of losing your job. And the injustice, the perception of the injustice, will affect the biology of your stomach. That's why many times also people who attend the psych workshops, they tell me, "Well, you see, Ducho, I had some symptoms in my body, and using psych case, not to directly transform the symptoms and to heal the symptoms, but using psych case for other aspects of my life, my job, my relationship, myself, a steam, my economy, they disappear. Why? Because even if they did not focus on the symptom, the result and the biological consequence of the balances in their body gave this beautiful benefit. They are feeling better about what they did psych case for. And then the beautiful side effect is also the effect on their body. And let's pay attention, psych case is not a substitute of medicine. Medicine is beautiful in many ways, is necessary in many ways, but it's a beautiful complement. It's a beautiful complement to the medicine. Sometimes just doing psych case, I've seen with myself and with the people I work with, that just doing psych case, the condition completely solves. Other times, it's a combination of psych case and other approaches. Think about the person, for example, who has this weight on the stomach for four years, we with psych case, we can stop the flow of the conflict. So that the stomach will stop asking the brain telling the brain, I did more sense. But then if the cancer is too big, then this person will have also to refer to the surgery at this point. So we need to be wise in managing health. The important thing and is a beautiful tool in psych case that is talking to workshops, how to get messages from conditions. So if we are having a health condition that I on purpose don't use the word illness, okay, because also words have a frequency. So illness is already sending some energy that's not so good. So health condition, perfect. Maybe the health condition is a way. Our super conscious mind, our inner wisdom, for our inner wisdom, our super conscious mind to get our attention. So do you do you I need you, I need your attention and you are not giving me your attention. So I need to create this condition so that you can pay attention to the messenger, receive the messages. And once you have received the messages, the messenger that's the health condition or illness doesn't need anymore to be there. Well, you're doing a really, really wonderful job of helping people to understand the power of their perceptions of words, of their habitual thoughts and the fears that can then later manifest into this eases in the body. What about some of those listeners that might be hearing you and saying, "But Duccio, you know, there's this genetic issue in my family, my mother, my father, my grandfather, so I don't believe that my thoughts have anything to do with it. It's genetic. It's a fact." This is a big, big, big subject. It can be explained in different ways. For example, and according to beliefs, because if some people believe in past lives, these genetic could be maybe a consequence of what happened in a past life, that you have not yet solved in the past life. So it's coming back in this lifetime and to manifest it, your soul chooses perfectly the family that can allow you to have these disease. And so we say, "Oh, yeah, my father, my mother had this. I have this." So it's objective. It's objective in an objective work, but in a subjective work in which you may believe in past lives. This can be explaining in a very different way. Also, very important. And this ties to epigenetic. Epigenetic means above genes. It means above. So because with psych, we do not change the DNA. We do not change a gene, but with psych and with our process that allows us to change subconscious beliefs, we can affect the gene's expression. What does it mean? We might all have the gene of hypertension. But why one person who has the gene of the hypertension never express hypertension in all his life? And another person that has the same gene of hypertension expressed this gene starting when he's 20 years old. Same gene, one is turned off, one is turned on. These turning off or on the genes depends on chemicals, hormones, or chemicals from our environment. Depends on electrical signal that goes directly to cell membrane, but also to frequencies. And Bruce Lipton, the author of the biology of belief, was able to demonstrate how the frequency of the subconscious belief can reach the cell membrane and trigger the epigenetic response. So another explanation of the genetic is not that, oh, you gave me the gene and the genes are active or inactive. We all know that we inherit 50% of the genes from our mother, 50% of the genes from our father, perfect. But what determines the activation of the genes is our life and how we react to life. Why there are so many beautiful books about twins, two identical twins with the exact same DNA, one is super healthy, happy, abandoned, and the other one has a lot of illnesses, for example. If it would be about genes, they should be identical. It's not. Because they have two different belief systems. One has a very open, healthy belief system that triggers all the healthy epigenetic response. The other one has a very self-limiting belief system that triggers and turns on all the illnesses program. So another thing that can trigger a health condition in a newborn baby is what happened in the nine months in the womb. Because already there, it's a living system with a perception system. And how does the baby in the womb react to an event that the mother is experiencing? There are some theories that says that the baby is exactly replicating the feeling of the mother and so the epigenetic response of the mother. There is another theory that I personally am not towards this second is perfect. The mother, the pregnant mother is experiencing something that's dangerous. So there is an activation of the hormones of danger inside the mother that the baby inside feels. And as the baby has his or her belief system, it's not a replica of the mother. It's how the baby reacts to the hormones of fear. So it's an individual response that can trigger a health condition in the baby that can be manifested when the baby is born already. Oh, okay, but this baby was born with that perfect fast life, life in the womb, epigenetic activation. There are some studies also, very, very interesting and it's still a science that's growing like crazy. It has been studied that some epigenetic memories, so activation of the gene or deactivation of the genes can be passed in generations. So it's not about the genes itself, for example, hypertension because I'm sure I have the hypertension gene. My father has hypertension. My mother has hypertension and also hypertension can be perceived. Here it's huge, it's huge. Hypertension can be perceived as an illness. Oh, let's kill hypertension. Let's take the pill for hypertension or okay, I've not had hypertension for 30 years in my life. And suddenly, when I was 30, I started to have hypertension. So why my hypertension gene was turned off for 30 years and suddenly turned on, according to my experience, because something happened in to my life that I perceived through all my filters that are my subconscious beliefs, that triggered the expression of the hypertension to help me survive, because I needed to have more blood in my system and to be more ready to react to an emergency. So I moved from a victim with hypertension to, okay, what happened in my life, that triggered the hypertension, because I needed hypertension in that moment on my life. That's where I want to go. I don't believe that things just happened, because you have bad luck, because you are born in a terrible situation. I really believe that everything that happens in our body is a reaction to life, to what happens in our life and how we react to what happens in our life, according to our belief system. If I have the filter and the belief of love, understanding, connection with spirit and nature, I will react to life in a way more beautiful way. If I live in fear, every single event in my life will be perceived as dangers and we trigger a program to help me survive. And that's why working at the subconscious level is vital for our health. I'm so, so deeply grateful for everything that you've shared with us today, because I'm in agreement with you. I see this in my work and we know this from research, according to the Journal of the American Medical Association, 60 to 80% physician visits are stress-related. So we absolutely know that our perception of our life's experiences and events determine, as you said, how our body responds. And when we are able to recognize the opportunity, the empowerment that our thoughts create these manifestations in our body, then we can choose to look inward. And to say, in a very curious mindset, what happened when, for example, I was 30 years old and I started to develop this. What was going on in my life? How did I perceive what was going on myself in terms of, for example, on self-esteem or others? And when we have that curious mindset, then we can actually begin to use tools like psych K to reprogram those perceptions so that our body will then shift its response to the stress. And that is, I believe, the essence of empowerment, because our body absolutely can't heal itself in the sense that we have the blueprint. And we've seen that in spontaneous remissions, things that Western medicine could not explain. So we know this for a fact, right? You brought up the placebo effects. Certainly we could have a whole hour-long conversation if not much more than that about the the no-cebo effect. What you said, I think that is absolutely critical. So some people say, why everybody is not going there approaching health because it takes a lot of responsibility. because for the majority of people is way easier to just take this pill. And I do not change anything in my life. I want to stay where I am. I prefer to take this pill forever, but stay where I am. These deep process about knowing ourselves be vulnerable to be able to see our weakness or our demons or our the thing that we do not like about ourselves. Okay, and just be ready for that because once we, okay, what's the message for me? What's going on? Why am creating this condition? Why am co-creating this condition? How did I react? How can I do better? This requires a curious mind. This requires a really completely different perception of our life. And it's so beautiful. But for many people, scary. Because no, no, no, no, it's too much. I cannot handle. No, I can tell you you can handle. For example, I know Syke, and I'm 100% for Syke because I know it. It works. It's the best that I've met. But it's important to find something that works for you. Okay, if you find something that works for you, perfect. The most important thing, take responsibility for your life. Do not just believe that you are a powerless being and life happens. No, life doesn't happen. There is always a reason and there is a beautiful way to understand the messages for us. And then life from, okay, I experience life and life happens to me. You come to understand more and more the big picture. And the beautiful, I love the synchronicity to see the synchronicity of everything. I'm sure you too. Then life, even during these very difficult times becomes a gift also because I can tell you that in these last two years, I use Syke at level that probably I would have never experienced with other crises. So this very difficult moment pushed me so much out of my comfort zones, asking me to really let behind me the old me and to give birth to the new me that's respectful for the new society that is going to come because the way we have lived our life so far does not work. It's not sustainable for the earth. So I believe that this crisis is coming also for this because if we would have continued to treat mother earth in the way we have treated her extinction 100%. So this is a huge opportunity to change our mindset, to change our consciousness, to change our awareness, to create a new society that's respectful for other human beings, for mother nature, that respects the law of nature. And that solves the illusion of separation that, according to Rob Williams, to myself and to many other people, is the cause of every problem. Illusion of separation from other people. I'm separated from you, you are separated from me, delusion of separation from my spirit, delusion of separation from the environment. So when I'm driving, I can just throw out of the car something because it's not me. No, it's you. And when we realize that I am mother nature, mother nature is me, I would not dare to damage mother nature or to cut a tree in a savage way like we're doing here where I live in Switzerland and Italy, they're cutting trees like crazy. It's the mindset that has to change. When the mindset changes, the action changes, that's my perception. And it kind of loops back to the very beginning of our conversation, which is before we can get to that point, self-fructuralization, and really seeing the connection that we're not separate from anything and anyone in our life, it starts from using tools like psyche to go inward to see the truth of what is and to take ownership of that, to have the courage to step into that because of the other end of that is that word freedom that you brought up. So in order to achieve that, we've got to create that inner peace and use the words love and acceptance of who we are, all the parts of who we are. And my wish and desire is for everyone to experience that in this life. And I'm so grateful to you. You may know I have attended the basic workshop, the advanced workshop, the master facilitation workshop, I use psyche with myself, I use it with clients and my wishes for everyone who is curious and eager to explore that further. So how can they do that? Did you? How can they learn more about psyche? So the best way to learn more about psyche that could be through workshops in which you learn how to do psyche with yourself and or others or through sessions that you can do with you, with me, or with other beautiful facilitators is to go to the official psyche website, psyche.com. That's the best resource in the world because no matter where you are in the world, we teach psyche in nearly everywhere in person and since a few months or so online when it's not possible to travel. So if you go to psyche.com, you check for workshops. If you're more interested in the online or the in person, you check where you live and the closest workshop to you in the basic workshop. After three days, you have learned how to work with yourself, with your subconscious beliefs, how to ask yourself the most important question that's what do you want to study, how to manage secondary gains, and how to transform the perception at the subconscious level of stressful or traumatic events.
