08 - Atem und Bewusstsein: Eine Reise durch die transformative Atemarbeit
41m 6s
Breathwork Reloaded introduces Uziakot, emphasizing its role in stress relief, trauma healing, and self-improvement. Transformative breathing focuses on achieving access to the subconscious, releasing emotions, and reprogramming the brain through 90 to 120-minute reprogramming sessions. Conscious connected breathing exercises enable control over breathing patterns, leading to lower consciousness levels. This process helps in opening the inner treasure chest of subconscious programming, addressing buried emotions, and releasing trauma. The reprogramming aims to create new neural networks, redesign the brain, and promote a state of hypnosis for emotional healing and mental well-being. Through self-awareness and willingness, individuals can experience breakthroughs within a short duration, fostering freedom, love, and new perspectives.

Welcome to Breathwork Reloaded, your Uziakot.
Uziakot stands for your essence, your inner voice, your breath.
We help you to let go of stress and suppressed feelings,
heal traumas, solve blockades and reach new levels in you.
To stop stress and fear, to improve the spiritual clarity and concentration
and to have a feeling of inner peace,
a feeling of resistance, capacity and self-determination,
to manifest your own strength to self-doubt, fear and negative self-talk.
Problems work creatively at a higher speed.
Well, how does it sound for you?
The shortest way to become your own superhero.
Most of us live in a tight circle of our own abilities.
But the nice thing is, you are not stupid to stay here.
We can change it, we can grow.
Because to think in a way that influences your emotions.
Your emotions change the biology of the body, the chemical composition.
The biology of the body influences, according to this chemical composition, a power.
Integrative breathing, transformative breathing,
transformational breathwork, alternative consciousness states.
In today's podcast episode, it's exactly about breathing at a completely new level.
Important, before you hear this episode, please take time for episode 4
and learn the difference, first of all,
between the everyday and the transformative breathing work.
Welcome to this podcast.
I'm looking forward to the episode today.
She might be a bit science-based at some point,
but not too much, we don't want to go too deep into the matter.
We want to give you the knowledge so that you understand the basics
and understand how these processes work at all.
But let's get into the definition.
I'm not alone today.
It's Julian.
It's Tanja.
Let's go.
What is transformative breathing work?
The transformative breathing work is consciousness-connected breathing exercises
that help to achieve access to lower consciousness,
to solve closed emotions and traumas
and to shift the brain again.
These breathing journeys that we give are 90 to 120-minute reprogramming missions
in which we forward into lower consciousness,
switch off the prefrontal cortex
and go into a state of hypnosis.
When the person is in a state of tether,
they become more imaginative,
more sensitive to new ideas,
and it will be easier,
more convincing and more subconscious programs
such as fears, traumas or beliefs.
This is much more about self-sabotage, self-doubt
and conditioning,
which are subconscious in our behavior
and our ability to perform emotional and mental health.
So, definitely a decent joke.
We took the opportunity for this podcast episode
to show this little definition
that we have here at OSIR
to break down a bit in parts
and to show at the end of this podcast episode
or towards the end of the podcast episode
how we build up such breathing journeys.
We have OSIR Methodic with different intensities and levels.
We have chosen one level
and will then introduce you to this level
and explain in principle what happens in such a breathing journey
where we use this integrative breathing work/transformative breathing work
to help you,
exactly what we just defined,
to solve fears, traumas and beliefs,
and to gain inner clarity,
to promote a feeling of inner peace,
to process your problems at high speed creatively
and to get into the maximum flow
and to get into the maximum flow.
That's why let's go in there.
Let's get started.
So please understand what we're talking about.
Point number one.
Consciously connected breathing exercises.
What's the word?
What are consciousness-connected breathing exercises?
Consciously connected means
that you consciously control the breathing journeys
with each other.
It's not that the breathing just flows as it wants to flow,
but that you dictate,
"Okay, I'm breathing in and on the one breath comes right away,
the exhalation without the so "larifari"
in between what happens,
but you say, "No, one breath, exhalation."
One breath, exhalation.
And that's, so to speak, the entire 90 minutes.
Exactly.
So, in general, this is a consciousness-connected breathing exercise,
and nothing else than the control of the breathing
is luckily in the autonomic nervous system.
That means it happens by itself.
The keile, the keile is also in the breathing work,
or generally in the breathing,
that it has two sides.
It happens completely automatically and we can control it.
And we use this possibility of our own control
over the breathing for such transformative breathing processes.
That means, very simply, you are in a position,
and you can now breathe out directly from this position,
breathe deeply, exhalation.
You can control it, you can decide.
You can hold your breath from a certain point,
but you are in control,
and that also means that you are in control of the nervous system.
And the nice thing is,
here again, very briefly, in the definition,
where we are in the podcast episode 4,
as I said, a little deeper into it,
superventilation, hyperventilation,
there are just a lot of changes.
With superventilation,
we also work with consciously connected breathing exercises.
That means, we control our breathing independently,
consciously, to create a faster breathing pattern
than our normal daily breathing.
With hyperventilation,
we don't have this control
and our nervous system controls our breathing for us.
And we are maximally overwhelmed by this
and are basically in such a stress mode.
First of all, panic attacks,
these are all the things
where you don't come out alone anymore,
so just when you say,
"Oh, now breathe differently."
That doesn't work.
But this breathing pattern,
this consciously connected breathing,
we use it for a very specific reason,
and we are already at point number 2.
Exactly.
And that is the access to subconsciousness,
the so-called overgoing hyperfrontality.
So, now comes the first term of science.
We do it very, very easy for this podcast.
If you still have any questions,
feel free to ask us.
Overgoing hyperfrontality means nothing else
than that a certain part of your prefrontal cortex,
an area in your brain,
overgoing, for a certain time,
works less consciously down than in normal state.
So, hyper is basically the opposite of hyper.
Hyper is faster,
hyper is slower than normal.
There we will also go a little bit
into the next points,
what it actually means,
because this overgoing
downfall
of a certain brain area,
in order to break it out completely,
is elementary
to go into subconsciousness.
Because
we can, in principle,
differentiate between our conscious mind,
our subconscious mind,
and we are working here
with this type of technology
with your subconscious mind.
Because the wonderful things you find out,
books, seminars,
for example this podcast,
they go into your conscious mind.
The conscious mind
only makes 5% of your potential.
That means,
in order to become our own superhero,
we can learn,
ok, what are these 95%
down there,
in our depths,
our fears, blockades, traumas,
experiences,
that get over 95% of our behavior,
our thoughts,
a huge role in behavior.
You also have to play,
and play decision-making,
and that's a place where the conscious mind
and seminar, no coaching,
will come there,
where we know
with breathing work,
with this integrative breathing technique.
Because
how do we create this access to the subconscious mind
is, in principle,
about the brain,
and I'm now going to explain
how it works.
Through the quick breathing
that you bring,
the quick one and the quick one,
something is released in your body.
And that is,
your CO2
will fall down.
So you will get more CO2,
so less CO2
is in your body.
Because of that, the blood vessels are narrowed,
which causes
less blood
and less oxygen
to your prefrontal cortex,
or to some of the prefrontal cortex,
which is the most important one,
which causes
the prefrontal cortex
to fall down.
What does that mean?
Your inner critic
makes it very easy to say "out".
So exactly this part
that always tells you that you're not good enough,
that you can't do it,
that you're afraid,
that you can't cry,
that you have to push everything down,
that you have to be strong
for yourself, for everyone else,
that you're not worth it.
And this voice,
I always say that,
such a dragon on your shoulder,
it will
be closed away.
So there is no point in time
where you are in this hypofrotality.
And then you can
make progress in completely different regions.
You can, and here we come to point 3,
open the inner treasure chest
to see what
is and was
programmed in your subconscious.
And that can be very extensive.
It can be
how you grew up,
what signals,
what messages you got,
how life
seems to be,
or how you
have to be as a person,
how life has to be.
And this pattern,
as Jürgen already said,
this trauma, these emotions
that you have pushed away
for so long
are allowed to come up in this process.
Completely unmoved,
they are allowed
to be seen,
to be felt, and it also happens,
it just happens.
Because your mind doesn't even say,
"No, you can't do it, now you can't say it loud,
it doesn't matter, there are people around,
and so on and so forth."
Just imagine,
to call your head,
like a
mobile phone,
where many tabs are opened.
The more tabs are opened in the background,
the slower the mobile phone is running.
The more old behavior patterns,
beliefs, conditions, fears,
in your mobile phone,
the slower the system is running,
the faster the battery is running.
That's what it means.
In this case,
we have to close
these windows or open laptop browser windows.
But we have to click on them,
we have to click them away,
we have to see which ones they are,
and that's exactly the process
that we're doing here,
when we make our closed emotions.
Because we can briefly
address the topic, as I said,
it's a very extensive topic,
but we want to give the podcast
a little basis, so that you realize,
"Oh, there really is something with the kind of work
of closed emotions."
When you push away emotions,
anger, sadness,
shame, but also
joy, happiness,
fun, love, joy,
then they will
be buried so far
in your system,
that they will still
burn through you
very slowly,
in your behavior, in your comfort,
in your everyday life.
For example, if we take
emotions that are saved
in our body,
but don't take them out,
we take anger,
because I know
from myself,
in the past,
or also from the people we have worked with,
anger is a very present topic,
you can't show anger or sadness,
a man shouldn't be in such things,
then we save these
information,
and because they burn
like a blood through our system,
they cause
really serious heart disease,
heart disease,
and serious diseases on a physical level,
because we simply
haven't lived out our emotions
at the beginning.
The thing is,
when we press our emotions
then we break
the normal cycle
of emotions.
For example, there is a trigger,
someone is calling you,
and you are angry,
but now you have patterns in your mind
or they are brought in,
as little girls, you can't be loud,
that means you say, "No, I can't be angry,
I can't scream back,
I can't tell him,
I can't show him right."
That means you hit it
literally down.
What happens then,
is that this cycle
is put in a chord,
so from the trigger
there is no reaction,
and this cycle
this broken cycle
stays in you.
So it's always as if there is
something unfinished
in your body, and you know that,
maybe if you have started something
and you can't bring it to you,
then you have such a calmness in you,
and you are like, "Ah, I would like to finish it now."
And that's exactly what happens
where you don't even know that it's there,
but
it can always come back up,
maybe there is another trigger,
and at some point you explode
and you think to yourself,
"Where does it come from? Where does it come from?
I've never been angry before."
But you are, so to speak,
overlapped.
And in such a soul trip,
it's a safe place
where we can finish
this beginning cycle
to the end,
in which we just live the emotions,
in which we,
for example, if we had a fight
or a flight reaction, which we also
didn't bring to the end,
we can bring them to the end there.
Sometimes you can see that in the people
at the beginning, how to run
while they are in a soul trip.
Some beat each other on the chest,
beat each other around.
We have also started to scream,
a lot of people start to cry,
because they can finally feel sadness.
And that is, so to speak,
this cycle.
And when it's finished,
then it must go away.
Then it's taken away,
then it's experienced,
and it doesn't burden you
in that sense anymore.
And as Julian has already said,
when these emotions are saved in you,
it does something to you.
That means
a lot of pressure
and pain and injuries
stick in your body.
And depending on
what it is, with which energy
is attached, it also has a place
in your body.
So good is, for example,
a lot in your stomach,
sadness in your lungs,
things that happen outside,
to carry such burden.
It can be that you have pain
in your shoulders and so on.
It's a very, very beautiful
and very, very exciting topic.
And then it doesn't come to that,
that you were injured once
and that was, so to speak.
Or then it has something to do with emotions,
but it's more about
chronic stress,
chronic pain, chronic injuries
that seemingly,
how do you say in German?
Apparently,
have no reason.
Yes, because it's interesting,
and I'll take an example of myself.
You can now listen to it for yourself,
I go on a regular trip,
and on the last trip
it was not enough for me to talk
about the topic.
So it was generally a topic that
accompanied me for a long, long time in my life.
I used to be a professional sportsman
until my 17th birthday.
And there was this thought,
what should the others think
if you shoot the f-meter over football,
you are not good enough to play in a stand-up card,
you are not good enough to play
in the national team.
I was confronted with a big trigger,
and I asked myself 10 years later
why I think
when we have certain deals,
business closings,
or conversations with companies,
or with doctors,
I always think that you are not good enough
for it.
And on the last trip,
I learned that there are still
these remaining cell parts.
In episode 5,
we talk here about our podcast
about the whole topic,
the science behind the work of art.
So at this point, please listen to the episode,
because we will always
give the scientific aspect
and the spiritual aspect
into the next episodes.
But in any case, there was this belief
that I used to think that I am not good enough
to play in a stand-up card.
I am not good enough,
or what should the others think
if I shoot the f-meter,
or if I hit the goal,
these things have been mixed for so long
that they have targeted me
in business decisions
in our company,
because the rest of my cell was programmed.
It was turned on
in my system for years,
for over 5-6 years in professional sports,
day after day,
day after day, day after day,
day after day.
And it is interesting,
and maybe I will do a podcast episode there,
on the trauma level,
because it happened in the beginning.
An accident,
a miscarriage,
kidnaps or whatever,
that is also a form,
but trauma can also be there.
Let your mother, for example,
say to you as a child in a certain situation,
"Oh Julian, be quiet now,
and then you just think okay,
my voice is stupid,
my mother doesn't listen to me,
my needs will not be heard.
It can be a decisive, small moment.
And because we have so many
sensitive people in our lives,
for example in the form of teachers,
a very, very big trauma field,
who then say, "Max,
nothing will happen to you."
And boom, the little Max plants something in.
Or you asked, "Hey, I have the clone,
you are me and Schüchtern."
Did that finally ask my mom?
Yes, yes, and then the teacher says,
"No, it doesn't suit you."
And then you also think,
"Okay, I'll never ask for help again."
These are interesting things,
that it doesn't really happen in big things,
but it can be a completely small
point of view,
from reference people,
from images, from people you somehow
just say to them,
the things that are important to you,
such as teachers, family, friends,
images of any kind,
and they have implemented such an exhibition
and boom, trauma.
Apart from that,
sorry, I'm a little confused,
about what each person has,
because for example, the birth
already brings with it a trauma experience.
Each person has these five traumas,
because they are already in the process
of the birth. It's a different topic,
maybe we'll go to the podcast on these five,
we also have a detailed
breath journey for these five trauma predictions,
because each person is traumatized.
Point. The question is just
how do we deal with it?
Because, and that's what I wanted to talk about,
it's not just our trauma experience,
the idea that I wanted to talk about
was in this pre-traumatic,
how many traumas are
really burned in your DNA
and in your DNA
from your parents,
from their parents,
from their parents, from their parents,
and you think to yourself,
oh, that's a little spirituality,
high focus, no,
that's basically a construct,
where we can break it down into cell biology,
and if we look at the spirituality,
we have, for example, a breath journey
that is just coming up,
where a young man
was in the process of processing things
and then suddenly saw a figure
where he didn't know who that was
and then talked to his mother
about it, who could be this person,
who described the person, and that was
then the brother of the grandpa
who somehow seemed
to have an impact
for the role of the man, the community
in this family.
And the great thing about traumas
and I will end it briefly,
we don't even have to know
what it was and when it happened
or how it happened to us.
We just have to have
courage and readiness
to go into
the form of this breath,
for example, to go in there
and be like, okay,
and today there is a layer in the box,
today I will solve it, no matter what it is.
It belongs to me, it belongs to me,
it is very intense and super exhausting
and maybe it is also our task
to create more
traumatic explanations
and we did it later
with several thousand people,
it worked.
We have now spent over 4,000
six thousand people in our academy,
it worked and it can also
give such breakthroughs
within 90 to 120 minutes
if of course certain parameters
are met, the person has the willingness
to say, the setting fits everything,
we fit the person and so on and so on
but it is possible,
gradually possible,
within 90 minutes
to go into this reprogramming
and just through the
understanding of the brain area
through the reprogramming
and the anxiety and trauma
more freedom, more love
to create in 90 minutes
and that is such a crazy field.
And there we are
at the end
because we then really
go into the reprogramming
of your brain
and really
create new neural networks
then your brain
will be redesigned
and also there
the prefrontal cortex
is still switched off,
so it's still not said
but yes, that's true
but I don't believe it
but it's just
coming through
how can I say that
it's a promise
yes, it's a promise, it just flows
there's no rainstorm
but it just flows
and
you go
into a
state as you
were as a child
from about 1 to 7
some say up to 6
you are in such a hypnotic state
where you are
in the T-day brain waves
what does that mean?
it simply means that you are receptive
for everything you see
for everything your parents, teachers
the environment gives you
and tells you
when your mom always says
you are a good child
you are pretty and I like you
and everyone likes you
you go out later and believe in it
that means if I treat you badly
you will see something
that goes against your imagination
and then
break this bad treatment
relationship
and at the end
of this breath journey
you are also in this T-day brain wave
and the nice thing is
that we go in there
and
you can see new ideas
you can see them
you can plant them
that you haven't believed yet
we really go in and say
you are good enough, you can do it
when you take it in front of you
you pull everything through
what you want
and it just flows into you
and it spreads out
like a nice flower vase
exactly, and for that
let's take a look at the moment
this field of view
is huge again
especially in the area of neurobiology
it is very interesting
for this podcast
we have brought three areas
for this work
the integrative breathing work
especially with the method we created
there is still much more
but the three are elementary
I will guide you through
so you can understand
that everything is at the end of the day
actually science is what happens
and through this
consciously connected breathing exercise
that we defined at the beginning
we concentrate on
that one very specific area
in prefrontal cortex
that is the dorsal lateral prefrontal cortex
will go down
so this area
will be hyperfrontal
so it will go over
for the time frame of this breathing work
less with information
in form of blood, in form of oxygen
it will go down
or further down
than its normal everyday
power
that has in principle in everyday life
and exactly there, in this dorsal lateral
prefrontal cortex
there is a
voice in us, the inner critic
the voice of
"you are bad"
"you are not good enough"
and this voice
will then go down
because we also
and then I go to a little excursion
in the flow
over the prefrontal cortex
in the process of flow fall
and in the flow we don't need
a second critical voice
why? because in the flow
everything
simply happens and we don't need a voice
that says "you are not good enough"
"think about it, look to the right, look to the left"
in the flow we have
a flowing brain control
and there is simply this inner critic
that is simply not needed there
the interesting thing is also
about this procedure of breathing
work
we don't work with more resources
in our body, but rather even with
less, so more parts are switched off
so that we
come into the flow, so that we can
create this feeling of ecstasy, inner clarity
and I found that so interesting
when I learned that
it is not more what we use
maybe that is a little bit more important
you come back to your limbic system
your brain consists of
three different areas
for one it is the
reptile brain
which just has reflexes
so hunger, thirst and so on
then you have your limbic system
that is everything that has to do with emotions
and then you have the neocortex
and that is everything that
makes us human in that sense
so the logical thinking
and the logical thinking
your last brain
goes down and you come back
here you have
your inner brain
back to the prefrontal cortex
the dorsal lateral prefrontal cortex
which contains
the inner critic
it is deactivated
in these conditions
in this area
it is also about self-preservation
and the impulse control
this voice is lowered
so that we
have more free-flowing creativity
creative problem solving
risk perception
is less dangerous
so we are able
to dive deeper into freedom
because this inner critic
is lowered
generally the prefrontal cortex
collects information
it is the heart of your higher cognitive processing
it takes care of the problem
it makes a plan
it makes a risk assessment
it evaluates the principle of reward
it is huge and has
very interesting structures
it makes
in principle all these simple ideas
in complexity
and we do not need this complexity
in flow and that is the interesting part
that is why this dorsal
lateral prefrontal cortex
is lowered and deactivated
and now comes a second
very interesting structure
namely the gyrosfrontal superior
in english it sounds a bit cooler
superior frontal gyrus
is basically a part of the brain
that is also deactivated
and this area
produces our self-preservation
and without going too deep
the self-preservation
also disappears
in this overgrown hyperfrontality
and we become one with the universe
one with the idea, the clarity
one with everything
there is a much larger process behind it
but this one
will let the self-preservation
fall and
simply let go
in this overgrown hyperfrontality
is something that is also
an important structure in the transformative work
and the last structure
that we brought with us today
is the medial
prefrontal cortex
which is hyperactive
in this area
then it is about creative self-preservation
this is the reason
that in the process
of overgrown hyperfrontality
in the zone
in the flow
everyone has an individual style
every soul journey
is individual, your experience
is individual because
this medial prefrontal cortex
provides you with a creative self-preservation
to create and give
I see myself again
my needs, my values, my ideas
are basically just present again
and therefore the
medial prefrontal cortex provides
it is also about
getting through your personal preferences
your own wishes, your needs
creativity is in principle
much more accessible to you
and you are simply able to
again, for example, in the entrepreneurial context
what we use a lot with our customers
is to create creative problem solutions
and to show people that
there is even more
than in the box
the classical lateral thinking
out of the box thinking
is an interesting aspect
so you see
this scientific
and spiritual hocus pocus
in the world of breathing is huge
we wanted to explain
what happens in the body
we have prepared a lot of content
for you
at the end of the video
we will talk again
about breathing exercises
not physical exercises
but we will tell you
how we used this knowledge
to create a breathing journey
with different phases
in principle during a breathing journey
that you can try directly with us
you can find the show notes on the left
and Tanja explains
how we have built up a breathing journey
again at the end
there is a real procedure behind it
full
I will give you now
there is a little bit more behind
but I will give you a introduction
that means if you decide
to take a breathing journey
what happens
the first step
is the introduction
you come into the room
we explain
which breathing we do
what happens
you can wait on the different levels
of your body
we set a goal
if there is a goal
maybe there is a personal one
maybe there is one of the breathing journey
and
we come first
in this room
we feel and we create
security and bond
then it goes on to the second phase
that is the initiation
here it often comes
to the conclusion
that we set an intention
with music
it is about
starting to go
into our consciously connected
breathing practice
with this clear view
with the topic of the breathing journey
because we can
deal with different
topics here
where we are in this subconscious
coaching you and your subconscious
problems or maybe not
and where you can
put such small impulses
the third point
is the construction
and here it is
so that there is no magic
pill for transformation
no one
will just walk into your life
and cut with your finger and say
now you are healed
because you
can do it for yourself
and only you
can do it for yourself
as much as we would like for you to breathe
unfortunately we can't
it doesn't work
that means you are the captain of your ship
you breathe
so deep and as fast as you want
and in this construction phase
it is really about
coming to your limit
to really
pay for everything
what this breathing can offer
and
it is really about
breaking through your ego
one of the critics
that we talked about
breaking through the first 15-20 minutes
because he is worth
at least the first 20 minutes
exactly he is worth it
he says it is difficult
I have to go to the toilet
I have to drink something
come on, cramps
it is hot
he is looking for all possible excuses
because we are going to cut him out
and that is the construction
and after the construction
you go into the liberation
that means the inner critic is cut out
and here you will also notice
that breathing at once
is so much easier than before
like a quail
feels like it is going well
it is really beautiful
and here in this phase
in the liberation phase
you are also led to emotions
or to pain
which was
connected to you
and every self-destructive thought
is registered in the body
and can manifest itself as stress, fear
and finally also as a disease
and that is why it is called
let go of this phase
let go of everything
what was in you
you don't have to
say a lot
but it happens
it happens
in this phase
the scream also happens
sometimes there is one scream
sometimes there are two
sometimes there are four
and that is the phase
that is the tip
of the feeling
and you let
the tension
go away
as always this tension
has manifested in your body
after that
it goes into integration
you float
out of a high feeling
out of a flow
you
can let go
to the desert
it is time
to see
to feel your truth
and the complete transparency
to be
without judgment
without fear
here you are in an unconscious state
and we can use
the sensitivity of the open mind
and see powerful thoughts
we are now in your
a new world
a world that has only waited
for you to perceive it
and out of that
we come into your new world
the truth
into your change
into your new me
and you realize
that there is nothing here
that you have to shame
you can feel
your change
in your whole body
you have a whole new control
a whole new consciousness about your life
and above all
you have now mastered your first breath
and you are now ready
to accept this love
this self-awareness
in your new life
in the end
every type of journey
you have time
to feel
to be there
because it feels like
you are between the place
where you are
and somewhere in the universe
and as soon as you are back
you have the opportunity
to share your experiences
