Therefore, he's essentially trying to keep himself in power, even though he's going to be voted out so he can keep controlling it and making money off of it. Eric and Tio. Eric? That's right up your alley of what you were saying. This guy just, I don't understand any of it. I just got into soccer. I'm going to enjoy the game itself and I'm not going to, you know, let this guy and whatever shady thing that he's got going on infiltrate my new found. Yeah. Like for the sport of soccer. And I hope you aphalese fufu because without Europe, there is no World Cup. So that everybody would like the euro probably more than the World Cup if you had a World Cup without that part of the world. What is today's hot top? Well, you kind of inspired it yesterday when you asked this question. So obviously I asked a question. Yeah, NFL camps open for all 32 teams. What is the most intriguing storyline of all the NFL camps? You know, there came out some stories yesterday of players wanting to be moved. They need to, uh, can I follow it up? I like your, I like sure. I find and yes, there's so many NFL fans, but what do NFL fans, you know about them? Everybody has their team, right? Yep. And maybe there's a good way to spread that news around. Oh, I mean yours is the quarterback probably. Well, the fact that he finally came out and said, yeah, this is it. This is it. Don't worry about it. I am retiring after the season. It's been all quiet on the Packers front. And it's it could really be about my comparisons injury and when he, when he returns. Yeah, I mean, it's not likely he's going to start the season. He said he's not going to. Yeah. So, um, I like, I like to know everybody's teams and I like to know a little bit about other teams. So if we ask what's the most intriguing interesting story from your team or you can go across the NFL. But with the NFL, it's something we'll discuss because no hockey heaven at 11 will be more NFL at 11. We'll dive into some of these intriguing stories across the NFL because training camps have opened. Yep. Teams are getting ready. Well, I mean, one of the interesting things is the Raiders came out yesterday and said Kirk Cousins is going to be their starting quarterback. Great. This is and then I'm not even a Kirk Cousins fan. I am not a proponent of these rookies starting right away. The best of the best all had to wait. Yeah. I think it's the same better for it. But I think, you know, the hype around Mendoza, I just want to see this kid play because I didn't see him in college. I don't know enough about him. I just wanted to see him just because he was number one. He signed that big rookie deal the other day for 54 or something million all guaranteed by the way too. So good on him for getting that. And if you're going to sit and learn on the sidelines, I take a paycheck to be second fiddle. I just, I think it happens too often where you get drafted, you get thrown into the mix, you have to have a limited playbook versus, you know, sitting there, understanding, seeing the ropes, like getting like going from college to pro. I know you could talk about different programs have are deep enough. You still like waiting in the wings, especially at the quarterback position, especially on the Raiders. Like I say this all the time. Over the last. Let's go 20 years. If you could talk about the top quarterbacks in the game, like the top quarterbacks, you're going to probably bring up Tom Brady, Aaron Rogers, Patrick Mahomes. We could go into other, you know, we could talk about Lamar Jackson and his and Pete Manning, right? I'm just going to name four only one out of those four started their rook year. Mahomes waited here Brady waited Aaron Rogers waited three. And they all became the best of the best. Well, they were also mentored by some really good people right before them. I don't know if you're going to talk about far being a mentor. If you know the way that relationship was. Yeah, but you still watch one of the best. And if you are Aaron Rogers, you know, no, no, I get it very. But that's my point from endosa. Like if you're a Raiders fan, you can get excited about this. But I would in my mind. Yeah. Cousins, you got this year. I'm just on cousin though. No, I've never sold on. I think that's the reason the Raiders aren't going to win anything. No, let you're about winning next year or the year after. Let him watch. And if cousins, just let them play the year. Let them get beat up. Let them get hit. And what's going to happen? So Raiders are going to be one in five. He's going to, he's going to the offense line or whatever is going to struggle a little bit. And then they're going to throw him a nose and then it's going to be chaos again. And then like, oh, yeah, we'll give him a shot. And you'll do these moments. I think it's in the best interest for these rookie star quarterbacks to sit and wait. I've always believed that. The NFL is incredibly difficult. Yeah. And when you're going on a team like the Raiders, your team, it's going to suck likely. Lately, they're, I mean, they've had this rebuild is taken forever in Oakland. And maybe we'll, or Vegas. Sorry. Yeah. Still had that day. Yeah. It's very odd. Still. Vegas, baby. And even when you talk about the a's to say Sacramento, it's very weird. Don't they just have it the a's? Yeah. For now. And then it's just the a's they didn't get to Vegas and then they become the Vegas is athletics. Yeah. The Vegas a's the Vegas. Well, people are just going to make the a and a's. Yeah. But I do she's a singer. She is a singer. Would you say Madison beer? Yep. But I know that all the other quarterbacks are married to actors or musicians or models. So, yes, there's a whole, you know, you talk about the wives and girlfriends, the waggs. Well, I'm saying the QBs of these individuals should have their own shows. Like when you want to see Herbert and, you know, Josh Allen and all these guys just sit around and talk about, yeah, what does your wife do? I don't know if I don't think I would want to watch that. I don't think they would want to do it. Although you never know. But here's Madison beer. It's called Make You Mine. The headline should have been like, makes him mine. Yeah, I didn't know until you mentioned that. I didn't know how song that she sang. There you go. I'm trying to teach you. We play music during editor headlines. I have a song for you for my next one. Oh, nice. Okay. As my next headline is about the Blue J's game last night. Shane Bieber did not do very well. And he walked six batters, including walking three in for a four-nothing lead for the nationals, as most of the fans were those friendship hats. Yeah. And my headline reads in the first inning, Bieber walks off the mound. It did get me get me thinking on our baseball team. The caribou is we have a rule on our team because I saw Shane Bieber walk in three runs on our team. The caribou's if you are the pitcher and you walk in a run, you owe six punishment beers. But they every walk is amplified. So it goes six to 12 to 24. Wow. Okay. Right. You really don't like walking people. Yeah. So it would have been 42 beers for Shane Bieber on top of that because of the world of AI. I actually made a song that we play if you walk in a run during the game and our DJ or guy plays this song. Did you just walk in a run with bases loaded? Music hits. That's beer. You have to drink beer. Walking cement beer. No pressure, but the bases are still loaded. And now we started playing in when the other team doesn't. Oh, that's sweet though. I like that. I like the fact that you guys have enough fun. You know, and you're not these individuals that take themselves so seriously. No, we do not, but some teams don't like that we play music. We have walk-ups songs. We have everything with the with the caribou. It's all right. You're next one. Yes. Here it is. Players put the lid on cap. And that's MLB players talking about not accepting a salary cap. Uh-huh. Yeah. This is a conversation we had yesterday with the topic tree, right? Yep. So yeah, it looks like they don't want it. Owners do. Yeah. Patty and Ottawa said it's going to happen. I'm sure. I the owners do, but have the owners ever won any of these. I don't know how long do you need the players not to play a whole calendar year? We're going to lose baseball for a calendar year in 2027. And in the end, will the owners have a salary cap? Right now it doesn't look like they're going to get any closer. And it does look like a work stoppage is going to happen, which is unfortunate because for two reasons, baseball really is just picking up. There's some great storylines, you know, with miz and schemes coming up. And just some really good storylines over the last couple years. And then to go and have a work stoppage again, it just does not. I don't know. I, you know, I was much like many Montreal fans, right? When the expose left, I still had an interest in baseball. But I felt like an orphan. And I didn't know where to go. And finally, after all these years, I'm finally getting back into it. I'm watching games. I'm watching for individual players, whatever. I don't know if I'm going to get back on that bandwagon as fast as I did the last time after the work stoppage. My next headline, I'll go to the Montreal Alloants. Well, I think it's just a selfless attitude competitive spirit, you know, believing in your teammates and what we do here works. And it's because you're consistent with it. You come in the building every day, happy to be here, respecting everybody in the building, working for someone, not yourself, caring about everybody, playing for Montreal, coming back in the 425. I mean, you're just not playing for yourself. And when you're not doing those things, you're just so focused on doing your job and doing it for someone else. I think it's better. And that's an answer to what about Travis Tyson, the little things that he does, but he's also doing it out on the field. He had a career high two weeks ago, 123 yards, 156 yards last week. So heading into Ottawa, headline reads, Ottawa could be having trouble in parrot-tice. But short week, you may, you always want to turn to your run game if you can. I'm thinking again, not looking at trying to get ahead of it, but you look at that Ottawa defense and you look at what Tyson's been doing lately. He's on paper, you know, look at solid, look at comfortable. Looks like it could be a very big week for Mr. Tyson. Your last one. NHL going prime time. And that's because we found out yesterday, yes, more games in the NHL will be on prime television. Yeah. It's nothing that I know a lot of people get upset about it. I heard John still go on this whole diet tribe and, you know, how greedy this. You saw it with the NFL. You see it with the NBA. How did you not think it was going to start happening this and you're going to get more, right? You're going to get your next Flick Games. You're going to get your prime. You're going to get your Apple TVs. It's just welcome to the world of sports and companies and you're going to have to have three, four, five subscriptions. and everybody said, "I gotta get rid of cable and this, and now I have to, this is the world, welcome." - Yeah, it's just a lot. I mean, I have Netflix and I feel like, I don't use that enough. You know what I mean? Like, I don't watch a lot of Netflix. - There's some that I've unsubscribe to, and then there's some that I keep, 'cause there's certain shows that I like, but yeah. - Yeah, I mean, if you think about how much, again, it is nowadays to be a fan. You know, between all the streaming platforms, you need to get all the games. And then again, the merch and more merch and third jerseys and, you know, I don't know if you're like me, but I'm a, I like coffee, so I have a coffee mug. I got my Steelers mug. - I have my Packer slippers. Okay, I have many, I think I have like 15 Packer hats. That's me in the expose. I think I have 12 Expo hats.
